How did Marc Rich became virtual dictator of the Red Chinese operation to manufacture, such as on American soil, military and civilian bullets for the United States IN AMERICA? In the 1980s, he escaped from and obstructed U.S. criminal prosecution. He fled to Switzerland, and supposedly gave up his U.S. citizenship.
Making his headquarters in the Canton of Zug, where he became the reigning mogul, he caused vast revenue to drip down, of which they have come to depend on in Zug. Large sums developed from his worldwide trafficking in smuggled gold such as for covert intelligence operations; commodity deals to disguise forbidden shipments of oil, such as "soybeans"; clandestine missile swaps interwoven with supposed metal trading; transmitting bribery loot to secret accounts for corrupt public officials in U.S. and elsewhere; osmium nuclear bomb triggers sold, exchanged, or bartered, on the black market with state-sponsored terrorists, for some other product he needs to peddle or to fill an order, such as material extracted from the earth. He was already an expert at parking bribery funds for public officials, putting them in sleepy places where no questions are to be asked.
Marc Rich, real name Reich, grew up among those who knew and know first hand, and taught him, the intricacies of how to handle secret accounts, such as in clandestine banking havens, like Andorra, tucked away between France and Spain; such as in the Channel Islands between France and Great Britain, a favorite money place for highly corrupt Chicago, New York, and Los Angeles criminal defense lawyers, who like to influence and bribe federal prosecutors; such as Antigua, favorite for bribery money and blackmail funds to influence members of the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate, like in the BCCI Affair. And other places also.
This done, in part, through major U.S. correspondent banks, like Citibank [owned by a wing of the Rockefeller Family with Saudi surrogates], that have hidden vast illicit funds for Mexican presidents. So they surely have not been squeamish in dealing with the likes of Marc Rich. And the U.S. financial press has given big criminals, like Marc Rich, a pass, for years and years. Just scratching around, if at all, the surface. Who ever mentions that former Mexico President Salinas---he and his brothers and family big in dope loot---somehow became a Director of Dow Jones, parent firm of the Wall Street Journal? Hey, when are THEY going to make Marc Rich a Director of the world's biggest circulation financial news operation, huh? Who do you have to influence [bribe?] to become a director of the firm owning the Wall Street Journal? How much do you have to "park" somewhere?
Marc Rich reportedly helped members of the George Herbert Walker Bush Family commit vast U.S. tax evasions and to commit treason during the Iran/U.S. hostage crisis, 1979-81. Rich has helped Red China, and their Secret Police in the United States, dominate the Chicago markets and hollow out U.S. finance and industry. Beyond mere whispers are the way Rich jointly with the Red Chinese and highly corrupt Israeli elite, reportedly dominate some of Chicago's La Salle Street commodity and currency brokers, such as REFCO-LFG Division [Richard Friedman & Co.] tied to both Bill and Hillary Clinton as well as the Bush Family.[Visit our other website stories.] Rich is a great corrupt influence on foreign exchange trading, called FOREX, such as with Bank of America and Chicago-headquartered Harris Bank. In October, 1980, meeting in a Paris suburb with fully authorized and ratified representatives of the Iranian dictator, the Elder Bush agreed to supply Iran weapons, to be trans-shipped through Israel, for Iran's war with Iraq. To keep high the price of oil, the Rockefellers and the oil-soaked British Royal Family, instigated the war in September, 1980, with Iraq and Iran being major oil pumpers; each sought to destroy the other's oil facilities.
By way of the secret meeting Iran, in turn, agreed to keep the 52 U.S. Embassy hostages until AFTER the 1980 presidential election of the Reagan/Bush ticket. This was for the purpose of making Jimmy Carter running for re-election look like a wimp not being able to get the hostage release. Carter, however, had a plan to get the release in October, just before the election, which would worry Bush. Hence, Bush coined the term "October Surprise". The hostages were released in January, 1981, just at the moment Reagan was safely inaugurated. Marc Rich played a role in all this in that, with impunity, he was allowed to violate the worldwide embargo on Iranian oil. When Reagan/Bush took office, nothing was done to Rich who had brokered some of the weapons deals via Israel to Iran. Rich also handled, for Bush, the millions of dollars given to Iran by Bush as part of the deal. The funds were trans-shipped via a highly corrupt functionary in the financial news industry, Earl Brian [later sent to prison on unrelated charges carefully omitting any of this.]
During the Iranian oil embargo, Marc Rich made hundreds of millions of dollars by treasonously circumventing the U.S.-led restrictions. Rich did this with firms largely owned by the George Bush Family jointly with Richard Cheney and their confederates. Many of Rich's dealings were disguised as soybean and currency trading, on the Chicago Board of Trade and the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. Cheney as alleged U.S. Vice President reportedly secretly helps supply Iraq oil exploration and pumping equipment through overseas firms of Cheney/Bush's Halliburton Co., as well as units Dresser-Rand and Ingersoll-Dresser Pump. Splitting hairs, the Elder Bush some time after the treasonous dealings with Iran, told the few reporters that dared ask, "I wasn't in Paris" [NO, just a Paris SUBURB], and immediately contradicting himself, he said "But if I was there, nothing happened." The Israeli aristocracy---not the common people---have been complicit in these treasonous dealings brokered by Marc Rich as a high level operative of the Israeli secret political police, The Mossad. The Israeli elite, with vast inside knowledge from being middle-men in this dirty business, were able for 8 years to blackmail huge sums out of the Reagan White House, and for 4 years out of the George Herbert Walker Bush Administration. To keep Clinton as President off-balance, The Mossad planted Monica Lewinsky as a White House intern to entrap Clinton already known as a rapist and sexual predator. Since a teen-ager, she has reportedly been an accomplished Mata Hari-style seduceer-spy. Her father reportedly going back to the time he lived in Central America, was a "sleeper" operative of The Mossad, useable when needed. On and off for 6 years as Clinton White House Senior Advisor was dual U.S./Israeli citizen Rahm Emanuel. He reportedly has been Deputy Chief of The Mossad for North America. He reportedly aided Marc Rich in huge clandestine dealings on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange, dominated by the Jewish aristocracy, and the Chicago Board of Trade, dominated by the Irish Catholic elite. Rahm reportedly continues to work deals for Marc Rich jointly with the Red Chinese and the Israeli elite, through Wasserstein Perella & Co., of which Rahm is a Managing Director specializing in Asia transactions.
And what has been the role of Swiss officials in all this? In years past, the way Swiss officials protected Marc Rich is scandalous by U.S. standards. Rich was represented in Switzerland by the CHIEF PROSECUTOR for Canton Zug, who was also a DIRECTOR of one of Rich's firms, Marc Rich AG, as well as 33 other foreign firms registered in Zug. In a document to the Swiss authorities, the Chief Prosecutor of Zug set forth that Marc Rich was essential to the Swiss economy as well as that of other nations. The Chief Prosecutor's Chief Assistant sat on 26 corporate boards and the Zug police chief was a member of another ten. Some savvy folks contend that what happened with Marc Rich being defended instead of prosecuted by the Chief Prosecutor in Switzerland is actually typical what happens in the United States. Federal prosecutors in America too often protect major criminals and spend the bulk of their time running after routine inner city police corruption, bribery of the city government, and such. NOT MAJOR CORPORATE CRIMINALS. Federal judges who are influenced corruptly through banks they and their cronies own are not ever the subject of a federal grand jury probe. Federal judges who stuff the court records with their judicial perjuries to falsely justify a corrupt decision favoring a major corporate entity are not federal criminally punished as they should be. The only instance of a top-level federal appeals judge going to jail for bribery was caused by our work putting heat on the see-nothing INJUSTICE DEPARTMENT, 1969-1973. The affair did NOT remedy, however, the corruption built-in to the judicial system.
Marc Rich and his sidekick Pincus Green, "Pinky", head up one of the world's largest transacters in metals, such as tungsten from Red China. Part of the dealings on the Red Chinese deals have been arranged through Prescott Bush, Jr., brother of George Bush The Elder and Uncle of George W. Bush, alleged "President". According to published accounts, Prescott Bush, Jr. has also worked corrupt deals with the massive Japanese mafia, the Yakuza. To make the Red Chinese tungsten deals work, Rich and his firms paid a "commission" or bribe to Clinton as President as well as the First Lady Hillary and contributed heavily to her carpet-bagging campaign to be U.S. Senator from New York. The funds were funneled through tax-havens like Antigua, Andorra, the Channel Islands, and similar tax-dodge money black holes.
Grabbing up both ends of the strategic Panama Canal was not sufficient for the Red Chinese and their secret police. Penetrating fundamental equipment of the U.S. Military and local and federal police was more pertinent, toward the future date when they might decide to fight the U.S. The Red Chinese have been positioning themselves as the major supplier of bullets for the United States, military troops and civilian police use.
Helping the Rockefellers set up the Red Chinese on U.S. soil in bullet manufacturing have been members of the George Bush Family and their little-publicized confidants, Bill and Hillary Clinton. Together, the excuse they have, although not yet widely noted or discussed, is that lead bullets are toxic. Dubbed "green ammunition" because it is deemed to be environmentally "safe", the tungsten-core bullets manufactured by the Red Chinese has quietly started. Production has commenced at a huge facility arranged by the Red Chinese in Adelanto, California, which is relying on Red Chinese tungsten, brokered by Marc Rich with the aid of the Bush Family and the Clintons.
A populist newspaper, in a headline story "China Angling To Be Principal U.S. Ammo Provider", described it "The conversion from lead to tungsten for ammunition is expected to spill over into the civilian sector, where all lead shot used in shotguns, as well as the cores of bullets for rifles and handguns, will also be BANNED. This will have a major impact on American sportmen who cast their own bullets from lead, which melts at a relatively low temperature. Tungsten requires the intense heat of oxy-acetylene-generated temperatures to melt." Spotlight, 4/3/2000 (Emphasis added.)
Red China, considered by some to be a sworn enemy of the United States, is expected soon to become the major supplier of ammunition to the U.S. Military as well as for fire-arms by local and federal police. Nobody seems to be concerned that the tungsten-core bullets cost about 13 times more than lead, as material. Called J.J. Ammo, the company has been bringing in purported "technicians" from mainland China. Retired intelligence officers familiar with the project contend some of these alleged "technicians" are reportedly also with the Red Chinese Secret Police already active on United States soil. Also set up to supply Red Chinese tungsten-core bullets to the U.S. Military and U.S. local and federal police, jointly with the Red Chinese themselves, is a firm jointly owned by the Israeli aristocracy with Marc Rich's group of Zug-registered companies. The firm, Israeli Military Industries, IMI, has business arrangements with Marc Rich, and has agents and/or offices in the U.S., including New Jersey. The Israeli ruling class seems devoted to assisting the U.S. ruling class in promoting gun control for common Americans at the same time restricting the availablity of ammunition to only the U.S. Military and local and federal police. Common Americans seeking to buy or use non-tungsten core bullets may end up on a master list to be rounded up for violating the expected ban on lead ammo.
So the described cabal is determined to make the U.S. entirely dependent on Red China as the world's major producer of tungsten, with Marc Rich and his gang supervising and brokering the deals. "Smaller amounts of tungsten are mined in India, Indonesia and South Africa. U.S. tungsten is mined from the sands along the beaches of South Carolina and Georgia and from underground mines in western Montana and western Nevada....there is not a sufficient amount for U.S. military ammunition needs from all of these sources combined." A financial meltdown in the U.S. may make the foregoing highly pertinent. Stringent schemes and efforts have been underway to totally dis-arm common Americans. At the same time, special military forces, even foreign troops training on U.S. soil, are planning for the time when they may have to counter ordinary Americans rising up against a tyranny of the central government. The U.S. Constitution's Bill of Rights, Second Amendment, is plainly so ordinary Americans can resist what starting in the 20th century is called a fascist coup.

The Chief Federal Prosecutor in New York City is compiling proof that Clinton, while President, was bribed with millions of dollars to grant a presidential pardon to purported super-criminal Marc Rich. Holed up in Zug, Switzerland, Rich has been in huge illegal deals with Clinton's sometimes pals George Bush the Elder and sons George W., Neil, and Jeb. Enough evidence exists to send both Clinton and Bush Family members to prison, say those intimately familiar with the facts.
Ex-President Clinton has been ratting on his Bush Family confederates. Bill has direct evidence that the Elder Bush has been a kingpin in the massive dope trafficking from South East Asia, "The Golden Triangle". Bush's dope traffic business partners reportedly have been General Colin Powell [who also covered up the Viet Nam Mia Li massacre] now U.S. Secretary of State, and Powell's long-time side-kick, Richard Armitage, now Deputy Secretary of State, this trio fingered by a Burmese General for whom they built a highway to facilitate his dope shipments.
The pardon bribery loot went, in part, through corrupt former high-level IRS officials and their laundering operation on the Dutch St. Maartens Island, in the Caribbean. [Visit our website for related details.] Part of the pardon bribery gang, according to witnesses and evidence available to the New York Federal Grand Jury, include key traders on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and the Chicago Board of Trade. One of them reportedly is Rahm Emanuel, former top official in the Clinton White House who is a dual citizen, U.S./Israel. Rahm ostensibly is the Acting Deputy Chief for North America of Israel's secret political police, The Mossad. After leaving the White House, Rahm became a managing director of Wasserstein Perella & Co., at their Chicago office. With Rahm's supervision, they have reportedly been specializing in laundering huge funds tied to the Red Chinese and their secret police, washed through certain Chicago's La Salle Street commodity brokers, such as reportedly REFCO-LFG Division [Richard Friedman & Co.] The Red Chinese, with Wasserstein's apparent connivance, have reportedly been repeatedly attempting to smuggle into the U.S. AK-47 submachine guns manufactured and marketed by a Red Chinese firm run by Wang Jun, who is also reputed head of the Red Chinese Secret Police. [Wang Jun has been a PRIVATE law client of Kenneth W. Starr, supposed "Independent" Counsel investigating Bill and Hillary Clinton.] Some AK-47 shipments have been seized enroute to U.S. inner-city narco-terrorists.
Clinton, the stool pigeon, is leaking hot items of specific criminality of the Bush Family, from documents he removed from White House files, to the major networks who so far, are using it for blackmail, not to inform the public. ABC Network wants the American CIA to renew the highly lucrative secret subsidy deal by which ABC News finances and staffs their overseas bureaus as a spy operation. As we have mentioned in exclusive stories for more than a decade, CBS News, 1988-89, upon losing the CIA subsidy, closed a number of their overseas intelligence gathering bureaus while ABC News, upon getting the subsidy instead of CBS, opened more of theirs. [Ted Koppel, a Canadian citizen, has a long espionage background and his ABC "Nightline" Program often has Foundation "consultants" known by him to be CIA but never on-camera identified as such.]
The whole mess comes as the U.S. heads for what some contend is a financial meltdown. Called by critics the alleged "President", or White House RESIDENT, George W. Bush may not know how to deal with the apparent on-coming Depression and may go bananas, so say skilled psychiatrists who recognize him as having what they call a "nut house" face. A constitutional crisis may be in the works. A small group of highly dedicated U.S. Admirals and Generals, out of uniform, and seeking refuge in a Paris suburb, have repeatedly vowed in the past to arrest Clinton, under the Uniform Military Code, for documented treason, as their Commander-in-Chief. [We are the only ones to run exclusive stories about that.] They now vow to arrest BOTH George W. Bush AND Clinton for high crimes including treason.
Confidants of Albert Gore, Jr., speaking on the promise they not be publicly identified, contend Gore is the actual and proper elected "President" who was not inaugurated. Similar, some say, to the strange presidential election of 1876, where Rutherford B. Hayes, by corrupting a Congressional election commission, became the alleged "President", although Samuel Tilden [like Gore] won the popular vote while Hayes was thus fraudulently awarded the Electoral College vote. [Al's distant relative Gore Vidal wrote about this, which is near identical to the year 2000 alleged Presidential election, in his book "1876" re-published right before November, 2000.] Tilden was blocked by an army from approaching the Inauguration stand demanding to be inaugurated President, where Hayes instead was sworn in as the alleged "President". Is it a mere coincidence that Albert Gore, Jr., has become a university professor just a short distance away from the Chief Federal Prosecutor and the Federal Grand Jury in New York? Gore's confidants make the assertion that Gore, by some means or another, is assisting the Grand Jury to compile evidence to put away both Clinton and members of the Bush Family. There has been a long-time scheme to put in a Rockefeller as "President", or King, in the U.S. WITHOUT AN ELECTION
1. Laying the ground-work for the orchestrated Watergate Affair, in the late 1960s, the Rockefellers pushed through the 25th Amendment, to cure the gap in the U.S. Constitution as to how if a President is dead in office [or assassinated], or unfit to continue to serve, how the Vice President takes over and becomes President and automatically removes the unfit President.
2. I was the first to go public with part of the scheme. Elected Vice President Spiro Agnew was removed by a bribery scandal known before he was elected on the Nixon/Agnew ticket, 1972. At the time one of the only ways I could be heard was at college lectures where I spelled out the scheme six months before it happened. "I did not read that today in the New York Times, Mr. Skolnick. Where the hell did you get those details?" Naive college students would shout at me during the question and answer period. By October, 1973, Agnew was forced to resign and President Nixon appointed under the newly-minted 25th Amendment, as the new Vice President, WITHOUT AN ELECTION, Gerald Ford. Ford previously sat on the Warren Commission fraudulently stating a "lone assassin" murdered President Kennedy. [Nixon had been part of the Dallas plot.]
3. When Nixon was forced to resign in 1974, former Warren Commission member, Gerald Ford, without an election became President. Ford, in turn, WITHOUT AN ELECTION, under the Rockefeller-instigated 25th Amendment, appointed Nelson Rockefeller as Vice President. Who remembers Nelson Rockefeller's testimony, upon being ratified by the U.S.Senate? Rockefeller stated that the key members of his family, including himself, had PAID NO INCOME TAXES IN THE PREVIOUS ELEVEN YEARS. The oil-soaked, richest family in the world, does not and did not support the realm, the infrastructure of America, with the payment of taxes. You see why this land is so heavily in debt. [When candidates for election appear on my Television show I ask them, if elected, would they tax the ultra-rich who now, by corruption and malign influence, PAY NO TAXES. I never get a straight answer.]
4. In 1975, there were three genuine plots to assassinate President Gerald Ford. A BATF undercover agent, supplied with a large caliber gun by them, came within a hair of blowing away Ford. That was would-be assassin Sarah Jane Moore missing her target because a disabled vet hit her elbow as she was seeking to public execute Ford. My sole publicity device, other than college speeches, at the time, was a recorded phone message. As best I could, with a series of phone lines, I tried to give out the details of the three plots. Without a legal formality, the U.S. Secret Service put false busy signals onto those lines, to block my supposed First Amendment Free Speech rights. When I threatened, in my wheelchair, to picket the phone company headquarters, a kind phone company bureaucrat explained to me, "Mr. Skolnick, we only follow orders of the Secret Service. They, not us, are blocking your phone recorded message." So, Nelson Rockefeller came within a would-be assassin's bullet of being President WITHOUT AN ELECTION. I attempted as best I could to spell out the other two genuine 1975 plots against President Ford.
5. For at least five years now on the web, on the radio, wherever I was allowed to be heard, I have spelled out various plots to assassinate Vice President Albert Gore, Jr., install John D. Rockefeller 4th as Vice President, and then shove out Clinton, so Rockefeller, under the 25th Amendment instigated by his family, could be President, or King, WITHOUT AN ELECTION. Are the sheep of America so dumbed down that they would VOTE a Rockefeller in as President, considering that family's infamous history? Just before the year 2000 presidential election, the Rockefeller-sponsored- PBS, ran a two-part series, more or less praising the Rockefeller Family, or explaining away their long-time crimes against the American people. Such as the plot to run two commercial aircraft into Air Force Two with Gore onboard in July, 1999.
To be cute, John D. Rockefeller 4th, great grandson of oldman John D. Rockefeller, founder of the infamous Standard Oil Trust, calls himself "Jay". I dare point out that all documents have been destroyed showing William ROCKEFELLER Clinton as the illegitimate great grandson of the criminal patriarch of the Rockefeller fortune. It is a simple reason why Clinton, despite his treason and crimes, has not been prosecuted and jailed. Jay's wife, Sharon Percy Rockefeller, has been a kingpin in so-called "public" radio, which I call National Petroleum Radio. She reportedly is part of numerous secret joint accounts in the Harris Bank, Chicago, in the Mid-East construction business, in the hundreds of millions of dollars, with Osama bin Laden. The White House said if they could "find" bin Laden's accounts, they would freeze them since they describe him as the "world's leading 'terrorist' ". In October, 1998, I and a TV Show associate of mine confronted top dogs of Harris Bank with details. Don't heckle me with naive statements why you did not hear of this in the oil-soaked monopoly press.
6. I have strong reasons from profund sources to believe that a so-called "Emergency" may follow the year 2000 Presidential Election. And that there is a further scheme to install Jay Rockefeller as the unelected "President" or "King" of the U.S., all without having him on the Presidential Election ballot. Prior to the year 2000 Presidential Election, so-called "pollsters" and "pundits" made quite an effort to unhinge the brain of the average American, with a barrage of "polls". The only "poll" or pole I respect is the one fire-men slide down from upstairs in the Fire Station when the bell rings.
Since my stories are often so far ahead of the "parade", they are often misunderstood by those without our benefit of some one million documents, records, tapes, and details. I do not reveal sources. I do not want to hear one of my sources later was in a plane that somehow blew up or that his or her body was found floating in the canal. To protect my sources, I have in 40 years as an activist been eight times jailed for contempt of court for refusing to divulge sources or how exactly we investigate deep plots and corruption.

Will there be an orchestrated "constitutional crisis" favoring installing a Rockefeller as "President" or "King"? At least in Moscow, in the past, when there was a so-called "emergency", they would play somber, symphonic music on the radio for 24 hours.Just another story suppressed by the liars and whores of the press. You know, the ones with the 50 dollar hairdoes and the nickel heads. Stay tuned.

5. The Secretary of the Peoples Treasury Mr. Jack Lew will oversee the delivery Sunday 12 May 2013 to all recipients of the Farm Claims=Fines and Penalties=Farm Claims Class Action Law Suit Settlement=Bank Claims=Resolution Trust proceeds to the people;

b. All banks are to make the hours of operation from 07:00 AM to 24:00 PM daily for the next ninety (90) days.

This was the real accomplishment of his presidency, one few knew of. As the funds finally came together, during the first years of the Clinton administration, instead of going to America, the man chosen to secure this legacy for America was put in a Swiss dungeon, then a mental hospital and eventually railroaded into prison on charges now admitted to have been “manufactured.” Of the funds, only $4.5 trillion remain (plus interest, less taxes), belonging to Ameritrust Corporation, held for the American people. This is some of the story of those funds and continuing attempts by politicians and bankers to continue destroying the United States through economic terrorism. Many who read this will already know part of the story, some were involved, I am sure, in related operations. I am part of that group. The facts, documents, secret operations carefully vetted, confirmed, all now ready for release to those cleared for such, others are public domain. It is our job to put out a story we are largely unauthorized to tell. Of those who work in Special Operations and such things, I am one of the very few with a background in international finance. This is not written for public consumption but I will publish it anyway, do with it as you will. I am writing to our “community.” You know who you are. Whose Money Were They Lending? – Stolen Money? Over the past few years, amounts of money and practices none of us had imagined have been hitting the news. We hear one day that the Federal Reserve secretly lends out trillions of dollars illegally, yet these criminal acts by the Federal Reserve, though reported, are never investigated. In fact, there is no agency empowered to audit or control the Federal Reserve whose very existence itself no one understands and, if they did, none would approve of. It doesn’t say whose dollars or where they went or what America got in return. We are led to believe they came out of thin air, went to places that are “none of our business” and were or were not paid back, also none of our business. What happened? America got screwed. Years ago, I had been asked to look after a former Reagan official named Lee Wanta. Some of you will understand this sentence, who does the asking, and what “look after”means. I knew he had been kidnapped in Switzerland and, though a diplomat, sent to the US and imprisoned on criminal charges we knew to be a total invention. His personal attorney was Chief Legal Counsel for the Central Intelligence Agency. My retiree job is as an intelligence contractor working with pro-US clients. I “brief,” not interview. I am not a journalist by trade. I am one of the thousands of Americans that middle age has turned from a “knock in the back of the head” guy to someone who can talk his way out of a dozen foreign jails. I am simply one of many Americans that few know exist, a Marine, a Vietnam veteran and someone who spent much of his life with his head upside down. What Happened to Lee Wanta Actually Happened to All Americans   Who Stole the Money – And Who Did They Steal it For? Ambassador Wanta has court documentation that he is owed $7.2 trillion dollars, private capital designated for one purpose, rebuilding the American economy. The money was garnered through exploiting insane errors in the pricing of currencies and exploiting the economic policies of the former Soviet Union. Some of the profits had ended up in theBank of China and were, according to legal agreement, repatriated to the United States, what remained anyway. Initially, $4.5 trillion was transferred to the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond while issues of law and taxes were negotiated. This is the remainder of a larger fund, transferred into the US while litigation was to determine tax liability and little else. Secretly, a group of individuals has been using and diverting these funds. Why does the fund exist? Wanta worked for Reagan, National Intelligence Coordinator and then was nominated by Senator Chuck Grassley of Iowa at Reagan’s request to take over as Inspector General of the Department of Defense. Instead, Reagan assigned Wanta to a project to raise huge amounts of money trading currency. Some of this is on the Internet and much of it is correct. The total amount raised, based on collateral supplied by the US Department of Treasury in a secret intelligence operation was 27 trillion USD. Over the years, all but $4.5 trillion was stolen, much of it by a previous US president, some by the CIA, much by banks. Years ago, I was sent account numbers on some of the money and tried to locate it in concert with foreign intelligence agencies. I would have returned the funds to the US government. Included is 2000 tons of gold, and dozens of bank accounts around the world. I have the account numbers, talked to the bankers and even, in one case, went directly to a chief of state. What Has Been Stolen by the MegaCrooks is Beyond Imagination Stolen cash is impossible to recover when half of it is paid out in bribes. As most of what I am writing is probably classified, let’s pretend I am making this all up. Anyway, back to Wanta. During this time, Wanta had gone to court to recover his funds, which had grown to over $7 trillion. The rest of the money, much of which came from currency trading at the largest scale in world history, we will never find. Now a court has ordered Wanta to receive his money. The company to receive the money is Ameritrust. The board members of Ameritrust are well known public people, a former Vice President, senators, generals and admirals and, of course, me. The money is, officially, in the Federal Bank of Richmond and the order to return the funds was signed by the President of the United States based on an agreement with the Federal Courts. Involved, over a period of years, is a group of people every American will know, from presidents and vice presidents to the heads of the Federal Reserve, Secretaries of Treasury, names like Bush and Cheney, Paulson, Bernake, Al Gore, some names working for America and too many trying to steal part of the money for themselves. Federal Reserve When you heard news stories about the Federal Reserve making secret loans to the crooked “bail out banks” that weren’t authorized by congress, they were lending out the $7.2 trillion “Wanta dollars” ordered paid by President Obama and the Federal Courts. If you wondered how the Federal Reserve, that couldn’t print a few billion dollars without authorization from congress, lent out trillions that technically didn’t exist with no permission at all and there was no investigation, no questions asked and the story forgotten a day later, you will begin to understand by the end of this. You will be extremely upset and angry also. Thus far, here is part of that settlement I can tell you of but first, I had Wanta checked out. To do that, I went to a top army intelligence officer from the Pentagon, one who had been Defense Attache to Israel and who had worked in Special Operations, war plans, clandestine operations and such since he was an A Team leader in Vietnam. I put him on with Wanta for hours and had Wanta interrogated. Wanta knew dozens of the highest classified operations in US history, knew every Pentagon official including much highly detailed personal information. To our top Army intelligence officer, we were able to confirm that he was, unquestioningly, working for years at the highest levels of US intelligence. The man who grilled him still hangs up the phone whenever I mention 9/11, a close personal friend of Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu. This is the deal: Ameritrust agrees to buy $1 trillion in 10 year treasury bonds, which will finance America’s national debt for the next year. Ameritrust, as outlined by the court, agrees to pay $1.7 trillion in income tax, reducing the national debt significantly overnight. Ameritrust has set aside $6 billion for disbursement, under my advisement, monies for two purposes: Development of a program to end veteran homelessness and save a generation of young veterans. This is entirely privately donated money. A non-profit entity exists and programs can start today. Not one cent will be stolen or diverted. Fund efforts to aid in closing the US border and put a 100% end to illegal immigration and drug trafficking. This involves billions of dollars, carefully administered, with the full cooperation of state and local officials who have already been consulted and are onboard. Ameritrust has set aside, minimally, $1 trillion USD to build a high speed rail system for the United States with almost all components domestically constructed. This system includes stations, hotels and much more. The minimal impact will include: Initial employment will begin at 80,000 with full employment in the manufacture, installation and security of this system 400,000 new jobs, all privately financed without one cent of taxpayer money. Veterans will receive preference on all jobs but, as is obvious, employment goes well beyond our available veteran community. Required technologies and the entities that control such will be purchased and manufacturing facilities will be located within the United States. The economic impact on other transportation systems, particularly airlines, has been predicted and funding is available to minimize disruption. America, of course, will become the world’s tourist destination, travel costs for top domestic destinations will lower by a minimum of $65% and no debt will be involved. The Great West of America – Grand Canyon Four hundred thousand paychecks will put a dent in the recession, produce tax revenue to allow additional pay down of national debt and, for the first time in decades, actually raise the standard of living in America. This is all documented. Studies showing lowered emissions and freedom from oil imports are almost frightening. All this does, of course, is give Americans things that other nations around the world have had for years but at lower cost, financed through the foresight, frankly, of President Ronald Reagan.   This entire project was his plan. He entrusted the currency trading critical part of it to Lee Wanta, who some now considered the greatest intelligence coup of the Cold War. I had no idea. That we are dealing with it now is because criminal elements within our government and financial industry including the Federal Reserve System have subverted this plan, ignored court orders and violated so many laws we can’t even count. They believe they can claim immunity and hide behind an national security justification. This money is here today, it is 20 years old, it requires no new currency issue, it pays down debt and adds nothing but jobs, revenue and hope. To stop this from moving forward, Wanta was kidnapped and jailed, court cases involving the top lawyers in the United States have gone on for 6 years and millions have been spent to either keep this out of the press or misrepresent facts that exist on enough legal documents to fill a Fed Ex van. Lee Wanta More than that, laws of diplomatic privilege have been violated and, a more serious security threat, Wanta was protected by federal statutes that protect intelligence agents, statutes misused by Oliver North and others. Wanta’s prosecution, on no evidence at all other than requests from governmental elements tied to organized crime, human trafficking and narcotics, moved forward despite motions to dismiss filed that any court would have immediately accepted. Laws meant to protect America are now laws of convenience, used when they serve the banks or own our politicians, violated when patriots need to be silenced.   At one point, Wanta was put in a mental institution. He gave the psychiatrist a telephone number to call. Vice President Al Gore answered and confirmed Wanta’s identity. Vice President Gore also confirmed that he had been informed that Lee Wanta was dead. When Gore learned Wanta was alive in the room, we suspect this is why Wanta is here and the Reagan/Ameritrust program is coming back to life. The psychiatrist ordered Wanta’s release. Instead of release, he was jailed and the psychiatrist “warned” and then fired. We can prove this. You have heard these stories a dozen times, Sibel Edmonds, John Wheeler III, Susan Lindauer and a hundred names you will never hear. Ask why Senator Paul Wellstone of Minnesota and his family are dead. This is the real world we live in, why we pay so much for gas when the world money markets have crashed, when demand is nothing but prices rise daily and nobody ever asks anything. We Want to Know What we want to know and “we” is not a harmless bunch of cranks. “We” means many of the people who formerly and currently represent key “capabilities” that protect and defend the United States. We want to know why, for years, the Federal Reserve illegally “loaned” trillions of dollars to banks that claimed they were insolvent, money in escrow and not under their authority for distribution. We want to know why, for years, the Secretaries of Treasury authorized these illegal acts which have been reported in the news but never investigated. We want to know where the trillions of dollars are in profits that were generated by using this currency to collateralize offshore transactions never listed by the banks who received the illegal loans. Read that one again until you understand the extent of what I am saying and how obvious all of this is. The money has been there to put America on her feet. Nobody ever explained how the Federal Reserve could lend trillions of dollars “illegally,” money never under their official control but rather under the supervision of the Federal District Court of the Eastern District of Virginia. In addition to funding existing legal authorities to end illegal immigration overnight and begin a real war on drug trafficking, at some point there will be unpaid state income taxes totaling over $200 billion dollars. We have the full backing of state governors, select members of congress and those financial leaders who choose to profit from honest business instead of insider trading and financial scams. This means “change.” What we demand? We want monies owed and ordered to be paid as law requires to be paid. All we are demanding is restoration of rule of law in accordance with existing court orders and legal judgements, nothing more. We also have law enforcement and intelligence officials who tell us that they will never sleep another night until they have hunted all these people involved down and have seen justice done. They say they are willing to spend their lives hunting assets, even to the ends of the earth, beginning with vacation homes, yachts, family trusts, safe deposit boxes, anywhere on the planet and that existing laws covering money laundering and terrorism give them the needed tools. How Many Were Involved in Cooking the Books? The term I keep hearing is “continuing criminal enterprise.” I am more a builder than one to seek retribution but others are not so forgiving. We believe this is why funds are being held up, out of fear. As there is enough money here for Ameritrust to be the most powerful congressional lobby, being a “corporate person,” the richest ever imagined, think of the irony. The laws meant to deprive Americans of their rights being used to restore democracy and rule of law. The idea is frightening. This is What These Mega Thieves are Doing to America As billions are assigned for veterans relief at a time of extreme national emergency, failure to do so is unthinkable. America was never intended to be what it has become. We have the funds, the plans and the people to begin a rapid and well conceived turn-around of America. This is a plan of investment in America, of hard work, of the most extreme form of financial conservatism thinkable. This is about work and paying taxes and building in America for America by Americans. Ask yourself who has been blocking this, who is above the law? If we let them get away with this and keep their ill gotten gains there is absolutely nothing they will fear doing do to us in the future. I received more brief communications with my SEAL source yesterday and today. He mentioned that he observed personally both RUSSIAN and GERMAN military at a border crossing location in Northern Montana going into Canada. These were the people he witnessed taking guns away. “They are at several other border crossing locations in that area,” he continued.

(This does not surprise me. I have previously reported on the presence of Russian military and German military in America and Canada. And stated clearly that they were going to be used under a state of emergency/martial law.

I have also previously reported on the presence of a covert UN military training base in the vicinity of the YAAK River Valley in the Kootenai National Forest, above TROY and near the Canadian border. Locals reported to me seeing foreign troops in training in those woods, while hunting and stumbling upon them. Others reported watching dark skinned foreign troops practicing riding horses at a full gallop, and firing weapons at targets at the same time, at this facility. And more….)

He also stated he witnessed 5 military C-130′s coming into the Kalispell, MT, airport near midnight, 05-24-2013, covertly with no marker lighting. They were reportedly on the ground 1/2 hour and then unobtrusively left.

This goes along with the report I recently published, that various people across America had sighted C-130′s and C-17′s coming into America carrying foreign troops.

Communications with him are very brief. He is going deep underground permanently very soon. He stated that too many people connected with him are dying. Another friend has died, and people he networks with are being apprehended, according to his latest report.
All of this kind of information, combined with reports we are receiving all across this nation, indicates that a major move towards martial law/foreign troop occupation and major staged disasters/”terrorist attacks” with the intent of triggering martial law may be very soon.l Of course, again impossible to predict exactly WHEN. These are highly sensitive military black ops.

Obviously when dealing with this kind of information and scenarios, it is impossible to know for certain when such related events are going to occur, and exactly WHAT they will do to trigger martial law. We only have indications based upon prior research.

But many of us believe that the warning signs are unmistakable.

A Tribute TO HIS POOFNESS JAMES (SERENIUS) PASSED MAY 23, 2013 GREETINGS ALL THIS IS IN A GREAT LOVING MEMORY OF ONE OF OUR PILLARS OF HUMANITY:  JAMES WAS CALLED AND HE GAVE HIS ALL WITH HIS PARTNER AND LOVED ONE OVER  DECADES OF SERVICE TO US ALL.  HE IS AN EXAMPLE TO US ALL, AND BY DEFINITION, SO TOO HIS COUNTERPART, AS IN HER TIME OF “GRIEF” SHE HAS GREAT STRENGTH AND COMPASSION TO CARRY THE MESSAGE REGARDLESS OF S' LOSS.  HIS SACRIFICE CAN BE LIKENED EASILY TO THE EXAMPLE SHOWN BY THE OTHER PART OF US, OUR DEAR BROTHER THAT “GAVE IT ON THE CROSS” IN THAT METAPHOR.  SIMPLY, HE CARED.  QUAN YIN WELCOMED HIM HOME, AS DID OBISHIDA, MICHAEL, THE LAD, MARY, SANANDA, BUDDHA, NOTABLY THE BLUE DRAGON LORD, MISTY, SMOKEY, FOGGY, AND ALL OTHERS TOO NUMEROUS TO MENTION. HE IS WELL CELEBRATED, AND YES IT SUCKS HE’S GONE, BUT WE ARE ALL HERE TO TAKE STRONG EXAMPLE FROM HIS ACTIONS.  HE REMINDED US THAT OUR PURPOSE OF LIGHT AND THE EVOLUTION OF OUR HUMANITY TO THAT WHICH IS INEVITABLE IS A REALITY, AND THAT WE ARE ALL LOVED IN EQUAL MEASURE AND STRENGTH IN ALL FORMS WHETHER S OR OTHERWISE, AND IS THE SINGULARITY TO WHICH WE IDENTIFY IN THE END. THIS BROTHER OF OURS WAS PRECIOUS AS THE LIKES OF SOME OF THE GREATEST LIGHTWORKERS SO DEDICATED TO US.  HE GAVE US ALL A GREAT GIFT OF LOOKING AT THE TRUTH IN FRONT OF US, AND THIS GIFT WILL CONINUE TO GROW IN GREATER STRENGTH; THIS GROWTH BEING THE UNCOMPLICATED DEFINITION OF THE MARTYR.  THERE IS NO FINER SERVICE TO BE IN THAT THEN THAT OF YOUR FELLOW, AND JAMES EXAMPLIFIED THIS EXCELLENT QUALITY WITH GREAT VIGOUR. NOTHING ESCAPED HIS PIERCING INSIGHT AND SCRUTINY. TRUSTED BY THE MOLES OF THE SYSTEM, HE BROUGHT TO LIGHT THE DARK THINGS THAT MUST INVARIABLY SERVE THE LIGHT. HUMOR AND INCISIVE EYE REVEALED CONVOLUTED EVENTS INTO SIMPLE SYSTEMS. JAMES ALWAYS SPOKE HIS MIND AND SAID WHAT WE WANTED TO SAY, AND DID SO AT GREAT PERIL AT TIMES. Message from Montague Keen - May 26, 2013 The light of truth is exposing so much. Those within the cabal are desperate; they are floundering. People no longer accept without question what they are told. They now check the evidence, and they wonder how they could have just accepted what they were told in the past. You believed that those who governed you, had your best interests at heart. Now, you can see that this is not true. The cabal rules and its plans do not include you! You have watched one false flag operation after another, wheeled out to cause FEAR and to create enemies that foolish, mindless people, attack without question. You are not puppets. Take responsibility. Do not do the dirty work of the cabal; by doing so, you are assisting in your own demise. Do not attack your fellow human beings. You must all come together as the 99%, for you have a common enemy which wants the planet for itself. Would you, by your actions, assist them in achieving their goal. Is this what you really want? Listen to those who are speaking out at this time. They are brave souls who put their lives on the line for the good of humanity. David Icke, Kevin Annett, Gilad Atzmon, Miko Poled: these are four such men, who risk all to expose what is planned for humanity by those you are encouraged to trust. Remember that the Cabal has used the Divide and Conquer technique throughout history. This was done to ensure that mankind never came together as one and realized that there is a problem and that it is necessary to WAKE-UP and deal with it. Religion was devised to keep people apart and to create suspicion and mistrust. This has created differences that were all man-made with a distinct purpose in mind. There will be many more false flag operations, so it is good that people are awake to them now. Sooner or later, the cabal will have to accept that its plans will never come to fruition. The Vatican, through fear of punishment that never existed in the first place, has ensured that you willingly sign over to it your babies, by means of baptism. So they alone, have dominion over their souls. This evil practice must stop. The Vatican stands on a precipice and each new exposé pushes it nearer the edge. Soon, it will fall without trace. Their evil empire is being exposed and dismantled. Never again will mankind be exposed to such evil. The FEAR it thrives on, will be exposed; for the Vatican is based on lies that are all designed to keep the masses under control. It controls every aspect of your lives; but at last, people are waking up to this. It does not matter one jot, which religion you belong to, since the Vatican controls all. Its tentacles reach far and wide into every aspect of your lives, irrespective of race or creed. It is time to embrace your own spirituality and become who you truly are. Live in love, not fear. You must return your planet to the light and civilization to the path of love and forgiveness. Extend the hand of friendship to the countries you have waged war against and to the people you have been encouraged to mistrust and fear. It will all come together as it should, for the time has come when it must come together. You will have all the assistance that you need. Then, soldiers will remove their uniforms and refuse to kill. They will come to realize how they have been used to keep the cabal in control. You, my dear, have experienced first hand, how the cabal operates. It is sometimes difficult to help others to see what (to you) is blatantly obvious. Money is always used to entice people to leave the path of light and to become controlled like a puppet. It is foolish, at this late hour, to fall for this, as soon, money will be a thing of the past. It will not be needed. This is hard to imagine now, but I promise you, this is what will happen. The more the cabal tries to block the changes, the bigger mess they get themselves into. Change is inevitable. It was planned by greater minds than theirs, so it cannot fail. The energy changes are obvious to many of you. Bear with them and you will understand, in time, that all is done for your higher good. The end justifies the means. When you look back and see what it took to bring light and love into your world, you will see that it was worth every moment of pain and discomfort. You will see humanity living in peace and harmony. Communication will be telepathic, so no misunderstandings are possible. Gradually, food and sleep will not be necessary and will fade from memory. You are embarking on an incredible adventure. So enjoy it. Be prepared to assist those who are still caught up in the old way of life. It takes courage to embrace the new, and as yet, untried. Doors are opening all over your world. Doors that had kept secrets hidden behind them, like your true history and your origins, etc. The important fact is that you are powerful beings of light, whose light was deliberately darkened in order to enslave you. It is time for the shackles to come off and for you to take back your power. All the countries need to come together and encourage each other through the hand of friendship. Presently, you have an 'US and THEM' scenario: you know who THEY are, and it is obvious who the US is. When the US come together in friendship, you know you are home and dry. Refuse to see differences, as they are man-made in order to separate you. You, my dear, being Irish, should feel at home in many countries, as you will find pockets of Irish DNA, thus proving that in ancient times, the Irish traveled far and wide spreading love , light and knowledge. All one big, happy family, until the Cabal forcibly took control and used the sword to destroy all that was good. Now, you will come together, for the love of humanity and your planet will be all that is necessary as you expose the dark deeds of the past that have led to the destruction of all that was good and pure. You will look at the greed of the past with disgust and you will refuse to be part of it, ever again. It was called the Rat Race. How appropriate! Look forward, and never seek revenge. For it brings you down to the level of the cabal, and you are better than that. Study the history of ancient times, as all you need to know is there for you to explore and move on. You, my dear, learned recently, that in ancient times in Egypt, there was NO WORD FOR DEATH. Egyptians believed that they would return to the WEST from where they had come. When someone died, they would say that they were "WESTING". How interesting. Take note of what it is telling you . . . Were they returning to Ireland? Did they believe that they were? You will have such fun researching your history, my dear. I do not wish to spoil it for you. There are many pyramids yet to be discovered, and some underwater cities also ready to reveal their secrets. Exciting times ahead ! The truth will excite and amaze you. Go for it. Share it. The time is right. One word of caution . . . be ever vigilant ! There are those who are happy with the status quo. They want to keep things as they are, so they will try to infiltrate and disrupt, causing mistrust where none exists. You all need protection from the dark cabal and its minions. Always remember to ask for protection and keep grounded. Be alert at all times, as you know people are sometimes overshadowed and are not personally responsible for what they do. This must be taken into account. The cabal will do everything in its power to hang on to control. It will fight dirty, as that is all it knows. But it can only hurt you if you show fear of it. Sheriffs Plan to Put Feds Back in Their Place: Heartland of America Conference

Woo-hoo! The ranks of the White Knights are swelling to epic proportions. The feds are not going to run rough-shod over our sheriffs or citizens. You might say the sheriffs are fed up with the feds.

Sheriffs and peace officers from across the country will be meeting with like-minded supporters for a national convention focused on one goal: restoring constitutional rule in the United States of America.

From May 31-June 1, the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, or CSPOA, will be meeting in St. Charles, Mo., for itsHeartland of America Conference.

The purpose of the conference is to equip sheriffs, peace officers and public officials with information and public support to carry out their oaths of office – specifically, to uphold the U.S. Constitution – recognizing that in the case of federal overreach, the county sheriff may be the last line of defense in protecting Americans’ constitutional rights.

“We are going to train and vette them all, state by state, to understand and enforce the constitutionally protected rights of the people they serve, with an emphasis on state sovereignty and local autonomy,” explains CSPOA Founder and Executive Director Sheriff Richard Mack. “Then these local governments will issue our new Declaration to the Federal Government regarding the abuses that we will no longer tolerate or accept. Said declaration will be enforced by our Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers.

“In short,” Mack says, “the CSPOA will be the army to set our nation free.”

Mack is more than familiar with fighting federal overreach. The former sheriff of Graham County, Ariz., in 1994 Mack joined six other sheriffs in challenging a provision of the federal Brady Bill placing the burden of its background checks on local sheriffs. The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 to strike down the provision.

Police Chief Larry Kirk of Old Monroe, Mo., told WND, “In the past few years we have seen many of the citizens of this country become concerned over the direction it has taken. We have watched personal rights being eroded and a disconnect developing between citizens and officers working in law enforcement.

“I wanted to find other officers that shared my concerns,” he continued. “I wanted to be able to work with our sheriffs and other peace officers in educating the citizens and others in our career field on the powers of the sheriff’s office and what is needed for us to stand on guard to protect our rights and those of our fellow citizens. The CSPOA is the organization at the front of this movement.

“The people of my state are seeing the overreach of government at the federal level and want to know where their sheriffs will stand,” he concluded. “The people of this state need to hear this message, and the sheriffs of this state need to hear it. Sheriffs and officers need the support of their communities, and we need to support them. This is the organization that can help educate us all on the proper roles that we should play and what we can do to stop the encroachment on our liberties and unalienable rights.”

Sheriff Mack further told WND, “In view of the culture of corruption, which seems so prevalent in Washington, many Americans are searching for hope and solutions that are both effective and peaceful. The purpose of the CSPOA convention is to offer absolute evidence that both indeed exist. Each attendee will leave with this evidence and a renewed hope that restoring liberty in America is not only possible, but already underway!”

The convention, to be held at the Ameristar Hotel in St. Charles, Mo., is free to all public officials and open to the public at large.

“We already have hundreds of police, sheriffs and other officials who have expressed a desire to be a part of this holy cause of liberty,” Mack explains.

In fact, CSPOA maintains a growing list of – at last count – 18 state sheriffs associations and over 450 sheriffs across the country already taking a stand against what they perceive as attempts by the Obama administration to enact unconstitutional gun-control measures.

As WND reported, Maricopa County Arizona Sheriff Joe Arpaio is among those after telling a local radio host the federal government is “going to have a problem” if they expect him to confiscate guns from private citizens.

“I took [multiple] oaths of office, and they all say I will defend the Constitution of the United States,” Arpaio told Mike Broomhead of KFYI Radio in Phoenix, Ariz. “Now if they’re going to tell the sheriff that he’s going to go around picking up guns from everybody, they’re going to have a problem. I may not enforce that federal law.”

Broomhead pushed the man sometimes called “America’s toughest sheriff” even further, asking Arpaio if the feds passed a law banning ammunition magazines that hold more than 10 rounds, would his deputies confiscate such magazines?

“No,” Arpaio said. “My deputies, I said before, I’m going to arm all my deputies – a month ago I said before this – with automatic weapons and semi-automatic weapons. We’re going to be able to fight back. … I don’t care what they say from Washington.”

Larry Pratt, president of Gun Owners of America, told WND he supports sheriffs taking a tough stand.

“The county sheriffs need to act and make new deputies to stop federal authority in the counties,” Pratt said. “There is a misconception in our time that the court somehow is the arbiter of what is constitutional; that’s not true! Every official that raises their right hand and says they’re going to adhere to the constitution, seek to protect it to the best of their ability, ‘so help me God’ – that’s something that they’re all obligated to do.”
