On or around October 15, 2013, the Judiciary will reassess its situation and provide further guidance. All proceedings and deadlines remain in effect as scheduled, unless otherwise advised. Case Management/Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) will remain in operation for the electronic filing of documents with courts.” U.S. News and World Reports has listed the delay of bankruptcy court proceedings as a likely result of a government shutdown. Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew In a recent letter to Congress, Treasury Secretary Jacob Lew advised Congress that October 17, 2013 will be the date that the government will have insufficient funds to operate all but the most essential services which is why the Judiciary intends to reassess its situation on October 15, 2013. If a shutdown does occur, individuals that have filed bankruptcy can expect the following: Delays or cancellation of Meetings of Creditors; Delays in confirmation of Chapter 13 Plans; and, Delays or cancellation of bankruptcy court hearings. It should be noted that even if there is not a shutdown of government services, the bankruptcy court system is already a target of budget reductions. [Jester] Somebody posted/reported: Two FINCEN forms have been provided by the IRS. One specifically identifies these transactions as "currency exchange" transactions. The other refers to them as "currency investments.

[Jester] Whoever wrote the words talking about the FinCEN Forms has no idea what they are talking about.

[Jester] The reports referred to are titled “Currency Transaction Report” (Form 104) and are issued by the Department of the Treasury. And have nothing to do with the Internal Revenue Service.

[Jester] Each financial institution must file the FinCEN Form 104 for each deposit, withdrawal, exchange of currency, or other payment or transfer, by, through, or to the financial institution which involves a transaction in currency of more than $10,000.

[Jester] PART 2...

[Jester] DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES sign any document which treats your exchange as a "currency investment" or you will wind up paying as much as 39.5% in taxes! "Currency Investments" will being taxed as Capital Gains

[Jester] The tax advice they give in paragraph number two is incorrect. There is no 39.5% tax. The rate is 39.6% and the contemplated transaction will not be taxed as a capital gain no matter what you want to call it.

[Jester] The proper and ONLY form is Form 104. It already states "Currency "Exchange" in Part II number 33. "Currency "Exchange" (tax unknown, possibly 11%)

[Jester] Paragraph number three is correct in that Form 104, Part II, item #33 does have a check the box as “Currency Exchange(s)”, but that is all that is correct about paragraph number three in the email you sent. The remainder of paragraph is just Wrong. The tax is known and the rate is not 11%.

BANKS HAD TO START USING THIS FORM ON APRIL 1, 2013... UP UNTIL THAT TIME EITHER OF THE THREE FORMS COULD BE USED... BUT AFTER MARCH 30, 2013 THE LEGACY FORM 104 IN EITHER PAPER OR ELECTRONIC FORM WAS NO LONGER ACCEPTED...

"Here is my story. A week out the Embassy in Tripoli began receiving multiple tips about an Al Queda cell in the area planning an attack on 9/11 in response to the killing of Bin Laden. For the next several days, the state dept and WH were asked for a security force and were denied at least six times. Ambassador Stevens and his team were given the all clear that the Consulate in Benghazi was safe and there was no need for a security force other than his 3 personal guards (One being my cousin) and a few Libyans who were not armed.
Then the attack and murders occurred. Immediately the WH claimed it was a protest gone bad over a you tube video. Obama made a quick speech in the Rose Garden on Sept.12 before catching a plane to Vegas to campaign. He made a generic statement at the end of his speech after placing the blame on an overheated protest over the video. He said "No act of terror will shake the resolve of America. Later that day and over the next 2 days, the liberal media began saying Ambassador Stevens and the other 3 men died of smoke inhalation. This was not the case.
Out of respect for my cousin, I'm not going to be specific about his murder. However Ambassador Stevens was brutally murdered. His genitals were cut off, he was sodomized and beaten and cut and stabbed and burned. He was drug thru the streets and left for dead. This is eyewitness testimony of a local Dr. who found the Ambassador in a ditch and tried to save his life. He had no idea who he was. The other 3 men, including my cousin, met similar fates. And deaths due to smoke inhalation is a 100% fabricated LIE. The next week I drove my aunt and Uncle and 2 others to D.C. to receive his body. We met with Hillary, Panetta, and Susan Rice. ALL of whom apologized and said it
was a protest gone bad over a video, and exited the area. Next Obama entered with the same story and didn't apologize and wasn't sympathetic. My aunt cried to this man and all he did was hand her flowers and walk away. I tried to get his attention, but didn't. I got upset and yelled liar to him, he kept walking. Then a secret service agent grabbed my arm and led me to a room where I was held till the proceedings were over.
America, I saw firsthand how cold this man is. What kind of liar he is. Most of you haven't a clue about this tyrant and yet you support him. And act like every word he says is 'Gospel'. These murders and the fast and furious cover ups make Watergate look like, a kid who told his bff's secret to the class.

AMERICAN VALOR, BENGHAZI, LIBYA:
The stunning part of this story is that Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty killed 60 of the attacking force. Once the compound was overrun, the attackers were incensed to discover that just two men had inflicted so much death and destruction.
The news has been full of the attacks on our embassies
throughout the Muslim world, and in particular, the deaths of Ambassador Chris Stevens and three others in Benghazi, Libya. However, there's a little known story of incredible bravery, heroics, and courage that should be the top story.
So what actually happened at the U.S. embassy in Libya? We are learning more about this every day. Ambassador Stevens and Foreign Service officer Sean Smith, along with administrative staff, were working out of temporary quarters due to the fact that in the spring of 2011 during the so-called Arab Spring, the United States cut ties with then president Moammar Gadhafi. Our embassy was looted and ransacked, causing it to be unusable. It is still in a state of disrepair. Security for embassies and their personnel is to be provided by the host nation. Since Libya has gone through a civil war of sorts in the past 18 months, the current government is very unstable, and therefore, unreliable.
A well-organized attack by radical Muslims was planned specifically targeting the temporary U.S. embassy building. The Libyan security force that was in place to protect our people deserted their post, or joined the attacking force. Either way, our people were in a real fix.
And it should be noted that Ambassador Stevens had mentioned on more than one occasion to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, that he was quite concerned for his personal safety and the welfare of his people.
It is thought that Ambassador Stevens was on a "hit list". A short distance from the American compound, two Americans were sleeping. They were in Libya as independent contractors working an assignment totally unrelated to our embassy. They also happened to be former Navy Seals.
When they heard the noise coming from the attack on our embassy, as you would expect from highly trained warriors, they ran to the fight. Apparently, they had no weapons, but seeing the Libyan guards dropping their guns in their haste in fleeing the scene, Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty snatched up several of these discarded weapons and prepared to defend the American compound.
Not knowing exactly what was taking place, the two Seals set up a defensive perimeter. Unfortunately Ambassador Stevens was already gravely injured, and Foreign Service officer, Sean Smith, was dead. However, due to their quick action and suppressive fire, twenty administrative personnel in the embassy were able to escape to safety. (But all have been silenced and kept away from congress and all investigations on Benghazi!!) Eventually, these two courageous men were overwhelmed by the sheer numbers brought against them, an enemy force numbering between 100 to 200 attackers which came in two waves. But the stunning part of the story is that Tyrone Woods and Glen Doherty killed 60 of the attacking force. Once the compound was overrun, the attackers were incensed to discover that just two men had inflicted so much death and destruction.
As it became apparent to these selfless heroes, they were definitely going to lose their lives unless some reinforcements showed up in a hurry. As we know now, that was not to be. I'm fairly certain they knew they were going to die in this gunfight, but not before they took a whole lot of bad guys with them!

India Commits Genocide of Sikhs in 1984! US must support Sikhs request to call it the Genocide it was!
Vatic Note: You almost have to be a soul-less animal to do what these people did in this article below. Apparently a system of dehumanization had gone on prior to all of this below. I do Not know about that yet, but it did result in the Indian population seeing and treating the Sikhs as sub human. There is also little explanation about the shooting of Ghandhi by the two Sikh guards, so I will follow up on that, but even so, genocide was encouraged as you will see by this time line below and events that followed.
There is no doubt this qualified as Genocide of a people based on a specific religious belief and all they are asking is that the UN afford them that call at this late date which should have been done when it all happened. The guards should have been prosecuted for murder, but killing innocent civilians who had nothing to do with it was supremely out of line and criminal.. and from the scant evidence I can find, it was also racist. I am surprised at how much information I am unable to find about all this which usually isn't the case elsewhere. This is beginning to look like here, where we knew practically nothing of our own history that was real.
This link below this information can lead you to action that could help the Sikhs with the UN in this case, doing the right thing. If we ignore this, then they can ignore it when it becomes our turn and given the Homeland Securities obvious run up to something major against Christians.... I suggest we keep that in mind and make our voices heard early on the subject by helping the Sikh's obtain justice for their innocent civilians. When we refuse to act on what is right, that usually comes back to bite us. I hate injustices, its a sign of a deteriorating & barbaric civilization.
I have the feeling from all that I have read that there is more to what was happening to the Sikhs even before this genocide occurred and some of it may have been political that caused the Sikh guards to do what they did. ON MY LAST POST PREVIOUS TO THURSDAY NIGHT I ADDRESSED MY LANDING EXPECTATIONS BASED UPON BANKING FURNISHED INFORMATION. AS OF LAST THURSDAY NIGHT THE R/V WAS SCHEDULED. DURING THE TEST RUN THURSDAY NIGHT SOME OF THE BANKS (INTERNATIONAL) DIDN'T RESPOND CORRECTLY THEN FRIDAY LATE AFTERNOON WE AGAIN WERE INFORMED THE R/V WAS TO TRANSPIRE, AND ONCE AGAIN THERE WERE A PROBLEM WITH SOME COMMUNICATION (INTERNATIONALLY). WE WERE INFORMED REGARDLESS FROM THAT POINT ON THE R/V WOULD OCCUR BY OCT 1ST. THAT IS MY CURRENT INFORMATION AND AM HOPING THE OCT 1ST DEADLINE WILL BE IMPLEMENTED. THERE ARE SEVERAL AGREEMENTS, CONTRACT'S AND BOND TRANSFERENCE ALONG WITH INNER-RELATIONS DEADLINE BETWEEN COUNTRIES (INTERNATIONAL) THAT HAS THE OCT 1ST DEADLINE BINDING CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENTS AS TO THAT DATE. 4 Drinks That Cause Reflux & Cancer
Most everyone has heard the saying, "You are what you eat." We are also what we DRINK. But most of us don't think about the effects of what we drink. It's almost as if since we don't have to "chew" drinks, they don't count. But they do... What you drink can have a much larger impact on your health than all the food you eat.  Take soda -- the number one beverage of choice for millions. Soda is SO acidic that it takes 32 8-oz. glasses of water to neutralize the acid in just 1 12-oz. can of soda. That's a LOT of acid, wouldn't you say? The acid from the soda throws your stomach into turmoil, which wrecks your digestion and leads to or worsens ulcers. Soda also causes or makes worse acid reflux, GERD, hiatal hernia and gastritis. "Open happiness" with Coke? It's more like open misery! But that's not all Here's another dark side of soda that you probably aren't aware of: The acid and high fructose corn syrup in soda are food for the harmful bacteria in your gut. Layers of different colored sandstone and minerals were pressed together over 24 million years and then buckled up by tectonic plates, according to the Telegraph. There's a similar formation in British Columbia called the Rainbow Range formed from a mixture of volcanic rock and various minerals. THIS IS BRILLIANT AND OH SO TRUE!!

If you start with a cage containing five monkeys and inside the cage, hang a banana on a string from the top and then you place a set of stairs under the banana, before long a monkey will go to the stairs and climb toward the banana.

As soon as he touches the stairs, you spray all the other monkeys with cold water.

After a while another monkey makes an attempt with same result... all the other monkeys are sprayed with cold water. Pretty soon when another monkey tries to climb the stairs, the other monkeys will try to prevent it.

Now, put the cold water away.

Remove one monkey from the cage and replace it with a new one.

The new monkey sees the banana and attempts to climb the stairs. To his shock, all of the other monkeys beat the crap out of him. After another attempt and attack, he knows that if he tries to climb the stairs he will be assaulted.

Next, remove another of the original five monkeys, replacing it with a new one.

The newcomer goes to the stairs and is attacked. The previous newcomer takes part in the punishment... with enthusiasm, because he is now part of the "team".

Then, replace a third original monkey with a new one, followed by the fourth, then the fifth. Every time the newest monkey takes to the stairs, he is attacked.

Now, the monkeys that are beating him up have no idea why they were not permitted to climb the stairs. Neither do they know why they are participating in the beating of the newest monkey.

Finally, having replaced all of the original monkeys, none of the remaining monkeys will have ever been sprayed with cold water. Nevertheless, not one of the monkeys will try to climb the stairway for the banana.

Why, you ask? Because in their minds... that is the way it has always been!

This, my friends, is how Congress operates... and this is why, from time to time:
