Let's
just say, for the sake of argument that we decided to become the Supreme
Leader of planet Earth without military action.
How
would we go about it?
The
first thing we would do is to work towards controlling all of the resources of
the Earth. We would take control of all the land, water, crude oil,
natural gas, gemstones, minerals, precious metals and food production.
The second thing we would do would be to control the worldwide
money supply. The third thing we would do is to take over the management
of all transportation, energy production and distribution, public
education and finally we would take over the management of health care.
These
words flow easily on paper, but the implementation of these goals is another
matter altogether. The people would resist ..... or would they?
The
implementation of such a plan would be far easier than most people think.
In fact, this very same plan has been underway for several decades.
As
a rule, most people tend to think of a democratic government as benevolent, but
the very opposite is true. (can anyone say "IRS"?)
The real rule is that, individuals and entities with power always tend
to work towards increasing their power.
(can
anyone say "Wilson", "FDR", "Nixon",
"Clinton" or "Obama"?)
The
only thing that will hold powerful individuals and entities in check
are the people themselves, that is if they are even aware that government's power
is increasing and have the courage to confront the rising power.
But
alas, most people are docile and will not confront the ever-growing power of
government, in the hopes of avoiding personal conflict, or disrupting their
lives.
The
masses simply bend farther and farther away from individual freedom, in search
of security, safety and avoiding conflict. Even worse, the masses are
easily susceptible to propaganda, distortions, hype and lies emanating from
government, or from special interest groups that manipulate government. (Think
central bankers, industrialists, socialists and radical environmentalists)
The
masses today simply do not have an understanding of what the nebulous
concept of individual freedom means and continue to lean more and more towards
dependency on government for their perception of security and sustenance.
Given
this knowledge of the masses, how could we conquer the planet without firing a
shot?
Our
plan of action would include the elements contained in an ideology that
incorporates one or more villains and collective guilt. We
would create and promote two villains. The first villain would be
implemented through class warfare where the poor are pitted against the rich
and the rich are the villains. To equalize this perceived inequality
we would promote the concept of SOCIAL JUSTICE, or "SJ", where
government would, by force of law, re-distribute the wealth to
the masses. (It's called theft by any other name)
The
implementation of this concept would trigger millions of votes for those that
do the re-distribution and keep the re-distributors in power.
The
second villain would be the people themselves for harming the planet
through environmental degradation. To counter this villain we would
promote radical environmentalism, or "RE", wherein we would pass laws
to restrict actions by the masses that would allegedly harm the planet.
(Think
Agenda 21, adopted by the United Nations at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro
in 1992 and signed by President George Herbert Walker Bush for the United
States. Think President Clinton's Executive Order that created the
President's Council on Sustainable Development, a UN policy. There was no
treaty debated and ratified for these policies by the U. S. Congress, as
required by the Constitution.)
In
order to implement both "SJ" and "RE" we would instill in
the people, through propaganda and outright lies, (think man-caused
global warming) a deep sense of collective guilt for allowing
planet-wide inequality and environmental degradation to happen, thus
preparing them for the coming restrictions to their livelihoods, increased
taxes, rising costs and the intrusion of government into their private
lives for the alleged benefit of mankind, the children and mother Earth.
To
solve this alleged worldwide injustice, we would promote world government (the
One-World-Order or "OWO") so that we could
control the people of the entire planet by implementing universal
SOCIAL JUSTICE (wealth redistribution) and RADICAL ENVIRONMENTALISM (cap
and trade and more wealth redistribution from rich countries to poor countries.)
Our
propaganda would include phrases like "these necessary actions
are for your own good, for the children and for the good of the planet."
How can the people be against these noble goals?
We
would tell the masses that the land belongs to everyone and it was never
meant to be owned by an individual, family, or a private organization.
Only
the government should be the ultimate controller of the land. In fact, at
a United Nations Conference on Human Settlements held in Vancouver, BC Canada
in 1976, the policy paper that resulted from the Conference contained a
section just labeled "LAND". In the preamble of that
section they wrote this:
"Land...cannot
be treated as an ordinary asset, controlled by individuals and subject to the
pressures and inefficiencies of the market. Private land ownership is
also a principal instrument of accumulation and concentration of wealth and
therefore contributes to social injustice. If unchecked, it may become a
major obstacle in the planning and implementation of development schemes.
Public control of land use is therefore indispensable...."
SIDEBAR: Nicolae
Ceausescu, 20th Century Dictator of Romania (circa 1989), drove the
farmers and ranchers off their land so that he could control farm production.
He knew that if he controlled the food, he could control the people.
Prior to their execution in the revolution he caused, Nicolae and his wife
visited both China and North Korea. Nicolae was impressed by the methods
used in North Korea to control the people and upon returning to Romania,
instituted some of the same measures. Knowing that independent life
styles, like farming and ranching, fostered independent thinking, thoughts of
freedom, new ideas and perhaps designs of revolution, he confiscated all land
in Romania, ordered the people off their lands and forced them into apartments
or tenements in the large cities to work for the government in the cities and
on the farms as slave labor. That’s right, apartments!!! Nicolae
had thousands of new apartment units built in the cities for this
purpose. Does any of this sound familiar? This is precisely the
plan of UN’s Agenda 21 - drive everyone off the land and into the big cities
where they can be more easily controlled .... in the names of social justice
and radical environmentalism.
To facilitate the propaganda of SOCIAL JUSTICE (SJ) and RADICAL ENVIRONMENTALISM (RE) we would include these concepts and policies in the curriculum of the public education system.
(Think
"Common Core State Standards", "No Child Left Behind" and
"Race To the Top", in the federal government's goal of top-down
control of education by so-called education experts. We just received a
report that under Common Core State Standards, 4th graders in a Louisiana
classroom are being taught "ebonics", "pimps" and
"mobtaz". These are hardly words or subjects to be taught to
any class, much less 4th Graders.)
Behind
the scenes and playing on the collective guilt of the masses, we
would set about to control the land; (Agenda 21, sustainable
development, smart growth and draconian land use and environmental
regulations), the energy; (move towards inefficient wind and solar and
institute the Smart Grid concept), we would control commerce and the
economy through an egregious expansion of the "Commerce
Clause" in the Constitution and voluminous regulations on everything;
we would take over the health care of all the people by
nationalizing the health care system; (in the US, think Obama
Care. Europe, Canada and Australia already have socialized medicine)
and we would merge the world money supply into the world's central
banks and the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
The
central banks (think Federal Reserve) would engage in printing money and
quantitative easing (buying up government bonds) in order to keep the
lid on an unstable worldwide currency (unstable because of government
profligate spending on social justice and radical environmentalism) and to
keep the equity markets from crashing. The unknown result of printing
money is a hidden tax on the people called inflation.
We
then would incorporate SOCIAL JUSTICE, RADICAL ENVIRONMENTALISM and
the ONE WORLD ORDER into a world policy to be controlled by an oligarchy
of bankers, influential industrialists, environmentalists, socialists and
powerful politicians.
Organizations
would be created, some secret, some not, to establish policy and
facilitate the world agenda. These organizations would be called the
United Nations, the Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) and the Trilateral
and Bilderberg groups, all aided and abetted by the Intelligence Community.
(Think
CIA)
We
would then retain some sociology professors in academia to conduct
studies on how to control people through their subconscious minds.
(President
Herbert Hoover, back in the late 1920's, did just that and engaged Harvard
and the University of Illinois to conduct the subconscious-mind studies and got
the Rockefeller Foundation to pay for the studies. The results of those
studies ended up in significant legislation and propaganda initiatives.)
So
yes, ladies and gentlemen, we could take over the world and put the people in
chains on a planet-wide scale, simply by implementing and enforcing through
law, the above described plan and controlling the movement of money. Hitler was
almost successful in a similar plan but lost because he added military
force to his plan of propaganda, stealth and deceit.
Unless
the American people lose their docility and start confronting those that would
enslave them, an oligarchy using the above plan could
complete Hitler's goals of world domination by creating villains and
inducing collective guilt across the globe and they could accomplish it under
100 years.
This
is not a fantasy ladies and gentlemen, this is reality.

being one of the docile Americans we describe above, we are directly confronting government and more

U.S. Senate giving our Constitutional rights over to the United Nations.
In a
53-46 vote, the Senate narrowly passed a measure that will stop the United
States from entering into the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.
The
Statement of Purpose from the Bill reads:
"To
uphold Second Amendment rights and prevent the United States from entering into
the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty."
The U.N.
Small Arms Treaty, which has been championed by the Obama Administration,
would
have effectively placed a global ban on the import and export of small
firearms.
The ban
would have affected all private gun owners in the U.S.
and had
language that would have implemented an international gun registry on all
private guns and ammo.
Astonishingly,
46 out of our 100 United States Senators were willing to give away our
Constitutional rights to a foreign power.

and Transportation (STET) Joint Coordination Committee (JCC) under the

Transportation Assistant Secretary for Aviation and International Affairs Susan

The Iraqi delegation to the meeting included eight representatives from the Ministry of Transportation. The U.S. delegation included representatives from the Departments of State, Transportation – including the Federal Aviation Administration – Commerce, the U.S. Coast Guard and the Transportation Security Administration. This is the first JCC for this sector of the SFA.

Based on what Wang Dang had stated in his call yesterday, in order for Iraq to have access to these funds, they must first activate their currency. This would be something that works in our favor.
I had heard that the DFI Funds were in the Trillions. Remember - These are Oil Revenue percentages that Iraq had siphoned away by the United Nations for the last 10 years. These funds were held in New York Banks and also in Boston.
This is a huge bargaining chip that will ensure that Iraq does something with its currency. This works in our favor.

I am new here, but I have been looking at a variety of different sites with the understanding that 95% of the information is conjecture or gossip from other sites. Now to the rumor I have heard, I have 2 women who work for me that are from the Iraqi area. The rest of their family lives in the area and communicate daily, with these two sisters. They have stated that the Dinar in Iraq is increasing in value to the point now they cannot afford to travel back home with the amount of money they have. It is all in USD.
When I told them of the amount of IQD I have which is not that much. her eyes bugged out and she said "WOW You are very very rich man".
I asked her what the rate was there and she could not tell me a specific amount, but her family In Iraq is very happy with how things are moving there.

PREFACE:
I didn’t plan on writing a PART 5 but given the global movement in play too collapse the fiat financial dominance historically created and controlled by the Vatican; European Royal and Elite plus the retaliatory efforts by the United States Corporation to recoup their control of America; I felt a need to point out the flaws in their CORPORATE PROCESS.
You probably identify with this CORPORATE PROCESS as LEGAL PROCESS but it really isn’t about what is legal or lawful because all process is about the enforcement of CONTRACTS or the imposition and enforcement of CORPORATE REGULATIONS called STATUTES. The best advice you will ever receive is to: AVOID THEIR COURTS WHENEVER POSSIBLE. There is NO justice to be found in those Courts unless you are a member of the Vatican; the Royal or Elite, or have purchased Diplomatic Immunity!
THE COURTS:
The only Constitutional Court in America is the International Court of Trades, which was created because no Foreign Nation Government would Trade with the Corporate United States, until they provided a way for these Foreign Nations to enforce their Trade Agreements with America.
NOTE: Historically, the World Court was created to provide Nations with a venue to enforce their Trade Agreements but the Corporate United States refused the Courts invitation to participate because they were denied control over the Court.
All of the other American Courts are pseudo courts or fictions and simply are Corporate Administrative Offices designed to resemble Courts and all of their Judges are simply Executive Administrators designed to resemble Judges.
The purpose of these pseudo Corporate Courts are only to settle contract disputes and since George Washington’s government was military in structure; if either party refuses to participate, these Courts cannot become involved and the dispute is dead in the water! My use of the term “dead in the water” is not a canard because these pseudo Courts are unconstitutional Courts of Admiralty, the International Law of the Sea!
The Washington Monument was completed in 1884, as a tribute to George Washington and his military government, which is actually a sea-level obelisk that infers that all of America is “under water” and thus subject to the Laws of Admiralty as opposed or contrary to the intended Constitutional Civilian Government under Common Law.
The pseudo Judges of these pseudo Courts have NO powers without the Consent of both the Plaintiff and the Defendant. [AND] In every case the Judge must determine that he has Consent; Personam and Subject Matter Jurisdiction before he can act or access the Cesta Que Trust.
NOTE: All tradable Securities must be assigned a CUSIP NUMBER before it can be offered to investors. Birth Certificates and Social Security Applications are converted into Government Securities; assigned a CUSIP NUMBER; grouped into lots and then are marketed as a Mutual Fund Investment. Upon maturity, the profits are moved into a GOVERNMENT CESTA QUE TRUST and if you are still alive, the certified documents are reinvested. It is the funds contained in this CESTA QUE TRUST that the Judge, Clerk and County Prosecutor are really after or interested in! This Trust actually pays all of your debts but nobody tells you that because the Elite consider those assets to be their property and the Federal Reserve System is responsible for the management of those Investments.
Social Security; SSI; SSD; Medicare and Medicaid are all financed by the Trust. The government makes you pay TAXES and a potion of your wages supposedly to pay for these services, which they can borrow at any time for any reason since they cannot access the CESTA QUE TRUST to finance their Wars or to bail out Wall Street and their patron Corporations.
The public is encouraged to purchase all kinds of insurance protection when the TRUST actually pays for all physical damages; medical costs; new technology and death benefits. The hype to purchase insurance is a ploy to keep us in poverty and profit off our stupidity because the Vatican owns the controlling interest in all Insurance Companies.
