United We Stand

I've been on a journey this past year; one inspiring and at the same time terrifying. When my journey started, I was a typical American: my biggest concerns were keeping ahead of a never-ending pile of bills, while trying to buy as many as possible of the toys our media convinces us we need to have.

Then my eldest daughter started telling me about GMOs (genetically modified organisms), and convinced me to take a look at this issue. One of the first pages a Google search showed me was how corporate America has intertwined tentacles within our government, placing ex-employees in positions of power, in the very agencies designed to regulate them. This was a huge red flag, and I soon found many more.

Research led me down a rabbit hole lined with corruption. I saw that our system of government has been compromised. Both popular parties in America now answer to the same entity, and it is no longer “We the People”. Despite what our Founders intended, our government has become the tool of corporations.

Global megacorporations are not a singularly American problem. There is conflict across the globe, as the People rise against corrupt governments tied to corporate entities. Some call the Hydra we fight the “New World Order”. They pollute our lands with chemical and radiological wastes, leaving taxpayers the burden of cost for cleanup. They feed us GMO foods that many scientists suspect are hazards to our health. They foist pharmaceutical horrors upon us, while denying us natural, non-patentable cures for disease. They take us to war without end. They intrude on every aspect of our private lives. Who can honestly deny that we suffer and die to increase corporate profits?

America is no longer the “Land of the Free”. Sadly, it's become a land whose goals and policies are guided by the bottom line. Corporations are required by law to consider profits ahead of public well being or safety, and they own the politicians who run our government. This is facilitated by corporate-owned media who spin the news and omit facts, to steer the People towards acceptance of totalitarian corporate world government.

This would-be one-world government needs us disarmed; powerless to avoid subjugation.

The common man in America, and around the world, has a good heart. We are not enemies. Few individuals are willing to harm others for personal gain. But we do not see the ordinary folks in other countries, and they do not see us. Instead we are shown a parade of “news” stories designed to instill fear and distrust of other folks. But it is their governments, and our government, that cannot be trusted; that should be feared.

The elites who push their agenda on America and other nations are our common enemy, for they are nothing more than sophisticated thugs; organized criminals who have managed to rise above street crime to control the very levers of power. It does not benefit the corporate bottom-line for nations to be at peace. War equals profits for the few, at the expense of everyone else. They are few, and seek to divide us, to minimize the overwhelming power of a united People, in order to destroy us.

So far, the internet is the one media left mainly untainted by corporate dominance. This empowers us to find and share truth, and threatens the power-hungry with exposure. In a way, our growing voices force the global elite to accelerate their timetable of control. Every day we learn of new and more radical attempts to strip us of our remaining Constitutional protections.

This is why we must WAKE, and ACT. Why we must not wait a moment longer. As you read this, the fist is closing on our right to freely voice our opinions on the internet. Efforts are underway to deprive us of our right to own weapons to protect our families from criminals, both petty and official.

Our weapons are the tools of last resort, against a government grown too powerful. We are told that we cannot be trusted with the very weapons made readily available to police forces nationwide. We are supposed to believe that somehow a badge makes a person more wise and righteous than we are. We would be fools, indeed, to surrender our arms. The mere fact that we own them, that we out-man and out-gun those who would have us believe they are our betters, makes us safer from their depredations.

I do not own a gun. I gave up hunting years ago, and didn't feel the need to own one. Until now. Purchasing and becoming proficient with a firearm are now a high priority!

On my journey so far, I've taken many side-roads and met many groups who fight for liberty in one way or another. But we have allowed our natural suspicions to divide us. We have bought the corporate media message that we are few, weak, divided. As long as we fail to fight in unison, petty differences of race, religion, age, economic status and others, keep us exactly as elites intend. We are but buzzing gadflies, to be swept away along with the last vestiges of our rights.

My voice, like many others, has called for unity. I prayed for a path that would lead us back to liberty. But until this year, I had no idea how we could do it.

Then I found Operation American Spring, and my prayers were answered.

After finding out that so much of what I had been led to believe was based on lies, I was naturally suspicious. But the beauty of Operation American Spring is in its' singular goal of restoring Constitutional government in America. There can be no more basic plan than to use our natural rights, in a peaceful and Constitutional manner, to make our grievances known; to force oppressive and lawless “leaders” to step down or be thrown down.

It is a simple choice we offer. To the People, we ask whether they would continue to condone corruption, to elect and ignore officials who arbitrarily choose to ignore laws that we are forced to obey, who openly defy the very Oath that binds them from taking what is rightfully ours? We ask the People if they would live as mice; fed to the unquenchable appetites of kings? Will we accept this destiny, made certain only by our willingness to close our eyes and cower before the supposed might of Mammon?

Or will we stand against tyranny and live once more as free men who make our own choices to guide our destinies? Will we question the word of elected and appointed officials, protest the stench emanating from the swamp they've made of our government? Will we refuse to allow elites to dumb-down and indoctrinate our children to be good little slaves?

To those who would be kings, we ask only this: would you give up all for a little more power, or preserve your own lives and status by peacefully stepping down?

It is a simple choice. An easy choice, really, when you think about it.

I have wondered how our soldiers reconcile their Oath with what they are being ordered to do. I marvel at the sacrifices that have been made in the name of liberty. I weep for the many patriots who have died fighting tyranny. I see many more, every day, who wake as I have, and now step bravely forward to shoulder the burdens that are required to restore our freedom.

Operation American Spring is a massive grassroots mission. It was started by a highly decorated veteran, Colonel Harry G. Riley. He has been joined by many other veterans, and by many who never saw service in uniform, but are willing to honor the same Oath to preserve, protect and defend our Constitution, against all enemies, foreign or domestic. We ask all patriotic Americans to join us in Washington, D.C. for this honorable mission to restore true Constitutional government to the People.

I did not serve in the military. I will serve in this cause.

The only way this mission can fail is through lack of support. While I see little likelihood of this, we may lose yet, if we do not stand in unison against tyrants. If we have overwhelming numbers, there is almost no possibility of stupid actions by those whose immediate resignations we call for.

We go to the seat of Federal power, peacefully and unarmed, but with arms locked together in the conviction that God and adherence to our Constitution will guide us back to the America we never quite were, but can strive to bring about; a free land of individuals, a beacon of liberty to the world.

  I am always heartened when others have come to the realization of what We Confederates have been saying and describing for years as per the article herein & below.

  It has taken years of patience amidst the turmoil of strife and attack designed to silence & miss-portray Folks such as we as less than the scrapings beneath one’s shoes.

  Nonetheless, God has stayed this Long Road with us… whose end is only known by Him.

  America is NO longer the Country it was designed to be and more and more Folks are coming to that realization each and every day.

  Equally, as We continue to ask: Is Washington the ‘Representative Government’ that acknowledges its authority from the Consent of the Governed?

  That question ‘presumes’ Washington is a Government of the People based upon the recognition We are a Republic.

  We Confederates long ago asked the SAME when it was becoming evident that ‘SOME’ NO LONGER held to that basis from which We were created.

  So We Confederates knew the ‘answer’ before most.

  But because of what Those People were able to accomplish from War, they have made the conditions of long ago, coupled with their zealous political ambitions since, all the WORSE.

  In any event, we are again at the same cross-roads of yesteryear and it is every bit 1860 again and for the same reasons as before- but Now, unfortunately, the Comparison between what Was as Opposed to what was unfolding, has been REMOVED from the History Books making of the ‘understanding’ more difficult to comprehend.

  Thus the answer to the People’s dilemma of today, resulting from the actions undertaken and pursued by the Central Oligarchy hence, is what the Folks must reconcile with and address.

  It is clear to ANYONE subscribing to the Jeffersonian Principles of Constitutional Government that a DISPARITY of enormous proportions exists because that which existed before 1860 & that which came about AFTER 1865.

  Thus the ultimate question, as noted above, that One & All must come to grips with:

  Can We ever expect Washington to ‘reverse’ course or, is Separation clearly the only alternative?

 We have had 150 years of Political Usurpation.

This was the Predicted Result echoed by Our Confederate Brethren of the Past should we lose.

There could be NO other result other than that which has come about.

If there is ANY hope, Separation is Paramount as Constitutionalists & Marxists CANNOT co-exist whatsoever under the same ‘Political Roof’ !

NO matter how hard anyone tries to make excuses, the above Question cannot be avoided any longer.

What We have today- clearly- in existence in Washington- are Marxists who have increased in number representing a variety of Special Interests NONE of whom could give a Rats Behind Less about the Original Republic.

It is a Dooms-Day scenario if the reality of these conditions are not recognized for what they are & represent.

So again, this Confederate would ask- which Country would you rather live in:

Ø The Republic of the Original Confederation of Sovereigns or,

Ø The ‘Amphitheater of a Socialized Democracy’ we have now become …..but before y’all answer that question remember this because it MUST be mentioned again:

The Founding Fathers NEVER ONCE included the word Democracy in either the U.S. Constitution or the Declaration of Independence!

Yet the Purveyors of Deceit in Washington have ‘educated’ YOU to think a Republic and a Democracy are synonymous with one another when they couldn’t be

ANY MORE DIFFERENT !

Perhaps NOW you will be better able to answer the above question- honestly-

which Country do YOU WANT to live in?

UNITED States of America  -  It can now be reported that the CFTC (Commodities Futures Trading Commission) has 'smoking gun' evidence linking JPMorgan Chase, United Bank of Switzerland, Barclays Bank of England and the insolvent U.S. Citibank using non-margined cross-collateralized derivatives to manipulate the entire world financial markets.

Reference:  Interest rate futures, world equity markets, precious metals markets and the global forex currency futures.

Federal Judge Janis L. Sammartino revised her previous decision, which allowed the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms to raid Ares Armor, a firearms parts seller in San Diego.

The ATF raided the company in order to gain access to a list containing more than 5,000 names of customers who had purchased an EP Armory plastic or polymer lower receiver, a part that is used to build rifles at home. 
                                                        

The ATF raid of Ares Armor was caught and posted on YouTube. ATF officers entered the business heavily armed and then cracked a safe inside.
EP Armory, the part maker, was raided by the ATF on March 7.

Jeremy Tuma, Ares Armor COO, made this statement on Facebook: 

"It is times such as these, when not just one business is in the cross hairs of the overreaching power of a federal agency run unchecked, but when an entirety of freedom and privacy is being targeted. As an industry we need stand united. No infighting, no hear say, and certainly no siding with those who wish to use us against each other.

Long established industry business's such as Tactical Machining, new comers to the industry such as DIY Weapons and those such as ourselves stand together. Staying united means certain victory not just for the industry, but for the rights of our customers that were established by the founding fathers of our country. Those rights are being targeted by a federal agency that uses intimidation methods to obtain or silence information.

This is the same agency that brought us Ruby Ridge, Waco Texas, Fast and Furious, and many other travesties that they are never held accountable for. An agency that simply makes determinations on the fly in order to enforce laws anyway they feel. Many cases before this have come and gone, if we don't stand together many more will happen."

The ATF claims that the lower receivers were classified as "firearms," but the Ares Arms only sells 80% lower receivers which are classified as "parts." It is legal to build a rifle from scratch without serial numbers if the base is manufactured to specifications outlined by the ATF which Ares Arms followed.

Case in point: Rep. Henry Waxman (D-Calif.) introduced a bill last August that would define 80 percent lower receivers as "firearms," but the legislation has not passed.

So how can federal agents raid a private business and confiscate legal products and private information? Joshua Cook asked constitutional Sheriff Brad Rogers, "Can a constitutional sheriff protect a citizen's right against these types of raids?"

"A lot of times sheriffs don't know about these raids because they are not notified," said Rogers.
"I really have a concern with the federal agents and state agents not notifying the local Sheriff and I think they should be checking with the sheriff before they do these raids. I supported Sheriff First legislation where a federal agent doesn't have any authority to do anything until they get express approval from the local Sheriff."  (VN: that is what happens when those involved are ignorant of their rights.   The sheriff, according to the Constitution is the highest law enforcement officer in the county, and the feds have to defer to him, thus they MUST ask permission before entering his county, otherwise he can order them to leave and then arrest them if they refuse.  Sheriff mack who won against ATF in court on that very issue when he was in Montana, give seminars a couple of times a year to sheriffs to detail their rights and responsibilities as outlined in the constitution.  Every sheriff should attend. ) 


Rogers told Cook that he couldn't make a comment on the raid because he did not see the language in the warrant, but he said warrants are very specific and are not designed to give agents the ability to conduct witch hunts.

Rogers told Cook that it would be difficult to block a judge's order to search the premise, but a sheriff could oversee the search to make sure they didn't violate any rights outside the limits of the warrant.

"I totally empathize. With all the suspicion of the government and the agendas that are out there, there is no wonder there are uproars over this," said Rogers. Source

There have been stories in the alternative media on no less than three different free energy devices in the month of March, 2014. Each of these devices works with a different new energy technology and each of them originates from a different part of the globe.
The devices and their technologies look very promising and it appears that the public can now look forward to being able to acquire them and put them to use in the very near future.
The fact that these devices use different technologies and the fact that they each come from different parts of the world is significant. This indicates that 1.) it is possible to access energy from the quantum vacuum in a variety of ways and 2.) the quest for free energy is a worldwide movement and not some isolated idea.
These stories did not appear in the mainstream media, rather they were circulating through alternative media (blogs, alternative websites and social media) beginning around mid March, 2014.
Earth Electron Captor Generator (Brazil)
In mid March there were some online reports of a free energy device being sold in Brazil called the Earth Electron Captor Generator. It is a solid state device (without moving parts) that requires a small amount of input energy and then generates a large amount of output energy.

This looks like a robust device that seems to have the potential to put out immense amounts of power. The inventors, Nilson Barbosa and Cleriston Leal, have filed international patents and are currently manufacturing units for the city of Imperatriz, Brazil. They are also working on the distribution of the units via licensing to manufacturers and hope to make them available online. Their website is located at http://energiauniversal.eco.br/.

Keshe Plasma Reactor (Belgium)
Around the same time the story of the Barbosa/Leal device was circulating throughout alternative media sites, another dramatic story began developing around Mehran T. Keshe, from the Keshe Foundation in Belgium and his plasma reactor free energy device. He and his family were threatened with torture and death so he made arrangements to distribute his technology freely around the world to preserve the information and give it to the people.

It is interesting that the device also generates an antigravity effect. Another free energy device, the Searl Effect Generator (SEG), also known as the Magnetic Levitation Electricity Generator, is also reported to have a similar effect on gravity. Quantum Energy Generator (USA)
On March 25, 2014, HopeGirl from Fix The World Organization announced the release of open source plans for the construction of the QEG (Quantum Energy Generator).

The QEG is a modern version of a design originally patented by Nikola Tesla in 1884. Due to the suppression of this technology it has taken approximately 130 years to bring it into reality. The output of the QEG is around 10-15 kW (kilowatts) and is adequate to power an average house. The manual includes a list of materials and recommended suppliers along with an explanation of the skill level required to construct it and also includes a caution to seek expert advice when building it.
The QEG is a precision device that uses some standard off-the-shelf parts and hardware along with some other specialized parts that require suppliers for motors and generators (e.g. for  laser cut laminations and a toroid winding supplier).
The Fix The World Organization is not manufacturing the unit, rather its vision for the QEG is to be outsourced to cottage industry community units (CICUs) to be established throughout the world. They envision that many people will be making the QEG and that CICUs will be commonplace, making QEG parts accessible in many locations.

The Bush administration's could be called the Monsanto Cabinet, per Robert Cohen, author of "Milk, The Deadly Poiso" which details the horrid politics behind the contamination of our nation's milk and beef supply with bovine growth hormone.

Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld was president of Searle Pharmaceuticals, a company owned by Monsanto. Rumsfeld was also the Secretary of Defense under President Ford.

Rumsfeld is believed to have earned around US$12 million from the sale of Searle to Monsanto.

Attorney General John Ashcroft reportedly received $10,000 for his senatorial campaign from Monsanto in the mid 90s. Ashcroft's contribution from Monsanto was five times that of any other congressional hopeful. Ashcroft, and Sr. Bush Supreme Court appointee Clarence Thomas were instrumental in gaining Food and Drug Administation (FDA) approval for Monsanto's controversial artificial sweetener aspartame, which has been linked to over 200 ailments that include Alzheimer's disease, juvenile diabetes, depression, epileptic seizures, blindness, memory loss, excitability, weight gain, multiple sclerosis and lupus (The Idaho Observer, November, 2000).

[Former] Secretary of Agriculture Ann Veneman was on the board of directors of Calgene Pharmaceutical, another company currently owned by Monsanto.

Secretary of Health Tommy Thompson is the fourth member of the Bush cabinet to have direct ties to Monsanto. The former governor of Wisconsin designated his state as a "biotech zone" for the use of Monsanto's bovine growth hormone even though dairy farmers in his state opposed the designation by a 9-1 ratio. Thompson reportedly received $50,000 from biotech companies during his election campaign.

Bovine growth hormone, which does increase the productivity of dairy cows, has also been linked to many health problems in children and adults (The Idaho Observer, November, 2000) and makes cows sick.

Bovine growth hormone has been outlawed in most countries, but not the U.S.

And as Cohen points out, another player in the Monsanto-studded Cabinet is Rep. Richard Pombo, who will head the Agriculture Subcommittee on Dairy, Livestock and Poultry. Pombo is also a Monsanto boy, having taken campaign money from it while stalling a 1994 bill to make labeling mandatory for milk or milk products containing Bovine Growth Hormones. Monsanto has proven to be one of the most greedy, ruthless and environmentally irreverent corporations in world history. One cannot serve the interests of Monsanto and serve the interests of people at the same time. ---

As evidence, an explosive affidavit from a former translator for the GD Searle company - the developer of aspartame - was made recently public and revealed the following.

For 16 years, the Food and Drug Administration denied approval of aspartame because of compelling evidence of its contributing to brain tumours and other serious disabilities. Donald Rumsfeld left President Ford's administration as Chief of Staff to become the CEO of aspartame-producer GD Searle Co. in 1981. Shortly after, Rumsfeld became the CEO, and the day after President Reagan took office, aspartame was quickly approved by FDA Commissioner Arthur Hayes over the objections of the FDA's Public Board of Inquiry. Hayes had been recently appointed by the Reagan Administration. Shortly after aspartame's approval by the FDA, Hayes joined NutraSweet's public relations firm under a 10-year contract at $1,000 a day.

In January 1977, the FDA wrote a 33-page letter to US Justice Department Attorney Sam Skinner: "We request that your office convene a Grand Jury investigation into apparent violations of the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act." Skinner allowed the Statute of Limitations to run. Three FDA Commissioners and eight other officers and Skinner took jobs in the aspartame industry shortly after it was approved.

The FDA once listed 92 adverse reactions from 10,000 consumer complaints and would send the list to all inquirers. In 1996 the FDA stopped taking complaints and now denies the existence of the report. Seizures, blindness, sexual dysfunction, obesity, testicular, mammary and brain tumours and death, plus dozens of other dread diseases named in the suit, arise from the consumption of this neurotoxin.

Defendant Moser, past CEO of NutraSweet, is cited for misrepresenting facts to public and commercial users with full knowledge of the deceptions. Aspartame/Nutrasweet is sold to Bayer, Con Agra Foods, Dannon, Smucker, Kellogg, Wrigley, PepsiCo, Kraft Foods (Crystal Light), Conopco (Slim-Fast), Coke, Pfizer, Wal-Mart and Wyeth (to name a few), who use it in some of their products, including children's vitamins. These entities are named in other suits now in Californian courts.

Defendant American Diabetes Association is meant to care for diabetics. A 35-year ADA member, diabetic specialist HJ Roberts, MD, FACP, discovered aspartame can precipitate or aggravate diabetes and its complications, or simulate the complications (especially neuropathy and retinopathy). His report, intended for the Annual Scientific Meeting of the ADA, was rejected for presentation - and even publication of the abstract - but was later published in another medical journal.

MADRID, Spain ­ Politicians, analysts and ordinary citizens across much of the world welcomed the electoral rebuke given President Bush's Republican Party and the resignation of Defense Secretary Donald H. Rumsfeld on Wednesday.

Against the broad mood of satisfaction, however, there were voices of concern that a power split between Democrats and Republicans in Washington might mean uncertainty in crucial areas like global trade talks.

On Iraq, some worried that Democrats could force a too-rapid retreat, leaving the country and the region in chaos. Others said they doubted the congressional turnover would have a dramatic impact on Iraq policy any time soon, largely because the Democrats have yet to define the course they want to take.

But from Paris to Pakistan, a repeated theme was hope that the Democratic takeover of at least one house of Congress would force Bush to adopt a more conciliatory approach to global crises, and teach a president many see as a "cowboy" a lesson in humility.

"Americans are realizing that you can't found the politics of a country on patriotic passion and reflexes," said French schoolteacher Jean-Pierre Charpemtrat.

"You can't fool everybody all the time ­ and I think that's what Bush and his administration are learning today."

Italian Premier Romano Prodi said Rumsfeld's surprise resignation underscored the depth of what has happened in America.

"Even though U.S. politics had already started changing, Rumsfeld's resignation means an accentuation of this change," Prodi said. "We'll see over the next few days what the new direction will be. But certainly we have a political structure ... deeply different from that of a few days ago."

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez, who has consistently railed against the Bush administration, called the election "a reprisal vote."

Bush is deeply unpopular in many countries, with particularly intense opposition to the war in Iraq, the U.S. terror holding facility at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, and allegations of Washington-sanctioned interrogation methods that some equate with torture.

Many said they thought the big gains by Democrats signaled the beginning of the end of Bush's tenure.

In Copenhagen, Denmark, Jens Langfeldt, 35, said he didn't know much about the midterm elections but was opposed to Bush, referring to the president as "that cowboy."

In Sri Lanka, a country divided by war, some said they hoped the rebuke would force Bush to abandon a unilateral approach to global issues.

"The Americans have made it clear that current American policy should change in dealing with the world, from a confrontational approach, to a more consensus-based and bridge-building approach," said Jehan Perera, a political analyst. The Democratic win means "there will be more control and restraint" over U.S. foreign policy.

Passions were even higher in Pakistan, where Bush is deeply unpopular despite billions in aid and support for President Gen. Pervez Musharraf.

One opposition lawmaker, Hafiz Hussain Ahmed, said he welcomed the election result, but was hoping for more. Bush "deserves to be removed, put on trial and given a Saddam-like death sentence," he said.

But while the result clearly produced more jubilation than jitters, there were also some deep concerns.

In Denmark, Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen told broadcaster TV2 he hoped the president and the new Congress would find "common ground on questions about Iraq and Afghanistan."

"The world needs a vigorous U.S.A.," Fogh Rasmussen said.

There was also some concern that Democrats, who have a reputation for being more protective of U.S. jobs going overseas, will make it harder to achieve a global free trade accord. And in China, some feared the resurgence of the Democrats would increase tension over human rights and trade and labor issues. China's surging economy has a massive trade surplus with the United States.

"The Democratic Party ... will protect the interests of small and medium American enterprises and labor and that could produce an impact on China-U.S. trade relations," Zhang Guoqing of the state-run Chinese Academy of Social Sciences said in a report on Sina.com, one of China's most popular Internet portals.

The prospect of a sudden change in American foreign policy could also be troubling to U.S. allies such as Britain, Japan and Australia, which have thrown their support behind the U.S.-led invasion of Iraq.

Asked whether the resignation of Rumsfeld signaled a new direction in the war that has claimed the lives of more than 2,800 U.S. troops, Bush said, "Well, there's certainly going to be new leadership at the Pentagon."

"The problem for Arabs now is, an American withdrawal (from Iraq) could be a security disaster for the entire region," said Mustafa Alani, an Iraqi analyst for the Gulf Research Center in Dubai. He said the Middle East could be left to cope with a disintegrating Iraq mired in civil war, with refugees fleeing a failed state that could become an incubator for terrorism.

It was unclear, however, whether the American election would bring a major shift in Iraq, in part because the Democrats have not come ahead with a clear action plan, said Michael McKinley, a political science professor at the Australian National University.

"There would have been some concern in policy making circles here if the Democrats had said, 'We are definitely going to withdraw by Christmas,'" McKinley said. "But they're not able to say that."
