Japan’s Whaling Harpooned by the International Court of Justice
Natural Resources Defense Council
Today the UN International Court of Justice ruled that Japan’s whaling program in the Antarctic is illegal.
Even after the International Whaling Commission (IWC) banned commercial whaling, Japan has continued to kill whales – and sell the meat for profit – by exploiting a loophole in the convention that allows countries to take whales “for purposes of scientific research.”  Today’s decision finds in no uncertain terms that Japan’s hunt was NOT “for purposes of scientific research” and therefore in violation of international law and the IWC’s ban on commercial whaling.
This is a huge victory for whale conservation.  The landmark ruling means that thousands of whales will no longer be slaughtered under the guise of science.  It also means that whales will once again be safe in the Southern Ocean Whale Sanctuary.
In a vote of 12 to 4, the court ruled that there were several aspects of Japan’s “scientific whaling” program – which has killed thousands of whales since its inception – that cast doubt “on its characterization as a programme for purposes of scientific research.”  Those factors include the fact Japan did not consider using non-lethal methods; the scale of Japan’s program and number of whales taken; the open-ended time frame of the program; its limited scientific output to date; and the lack of cooperation between Japan and other domestic and international research programs in the Antarctic Ocean.
The court then ordered Japan to revoke all permits and “license[s] to kill” in the Antarctic and refrain from granting any new permits.  The decision is final, with no possibility of appeal.
Commendably, Japan has said that it will abide by the decision.
This is a historic ruling that will revitalize our ongoing efforts to save the whales.  There are only three countries that still kill whales for commercial purposes – Japan, Iceland, and Norway.  Today’s decision sets the legal bar that there is no place for commercial whaling in the 21st Century.  Now is the time to end commercial whaling once and for all.

April 1, 2014: A group of revisionist scholars claim that there never was slavery in North America and that the story of slavery was a creation of British propaganda. The scholars wish to remain anonymous because they claim otherwise they will be labelled “anti-slaverites,” or “black supremacists” and lose their jobs, or even worse, be sold to Middle-Eastern brothels.
The United States of America was founded in 1776 by a group of African immigrants led by the African general George Washington, they claim. When the Africans lost to the British in the war of 1812, their history was “white-washed,” and paintings of General Washington were done over to make him appear European, they said, citing anonymous internet documents as proof.
The British, terrified that the “flower of Victorian womanhood would be ravished by virile African men,” then transported all Africans in Canada to the ghetto of Africaville in the East Coast province of Nova Scotia, one of the scholars claimed. According to this version, to hide their crime, they invented the story that they were “escaped slaves” from the United States who were smuggled there through an “underground railroad.”
The story of slavery in America was embellished over the years by the British propagandists because they wanted to avoid later land claims by the original African settlers to much of what is now New England, including the state of New York, the revisionists claim.
Mainstream establishment experts summarily dismissed the scholars’ claims as “utter nonsense,” and “conspiracy theory.” They said there was ample documentary proof that slavery really did happen in America.
The revisionists claim the “so-called proof” was “manufactured in Hollywood,” and concluded their argument with the by citing the pseudo-Latin phrase: “yppah liprA sloof yad.”

While the Great Depression was a terrible time in this countries history. One thing that is not really talked about is the Confiscation of almost all Gold held by private parties of the United States. This was done in 1933 under a Declared National Emergency, one that was declared by then sitting President Franklin D. Roosevelt.

Not only the people, but also Corporations, Partnerships and Associations were all required to hand over all of their Gold Currency and Gold Bullion to the Government. What they received for payment was the soon to lose value, Paper Money.

What happened if the Gold was not turned over to the Government?

There was a Criminal Penalty threatened to those who refused to comply. $10,000 Fine and 10 years in jail, or both.

Your Corporate Government Education System does not teach this part of our history.

Never in our history was such a seizure of private property ever perpetrated. The shocking thing is even at the High School and Collegiate level this part of our history is not even mentioned.

Why is this not taught in our schools?

To keep the people ignorant of the real history of our Nation allows the People to remain in perpetual servitude to an oppressive Government. Without knowledge of the Act, it is very possible for the same kind of property seizures to occur again.

A History Lesson

It was 1933 and the nations economy was swirling uncontrollably. The profitable and industrious Roaring Twenties had swiftly turned in 1929.

Black Tuesday is the day of the infamous stock market crash followed by heavy unemployment and hard times that was to be known as the Great Depression.

Banks across the country were closing eliminating the deposits of many people's Life Savings. Anyone with money in a bank was clamoring to retrieve their wealth, most wanted their payment to be in Gold Coins and/or Gold Bullion.

Back then our currency was backed by the Gold standard, Gold Coins were used just as worthless paper money is used today. You could exchange your paper money for gold coins back and forth. In 1933 a Troy Ounce of Gold was worth $20.67 that was the Government Rate.

With all the demand for Gold it was not long before a shortage of Gold would occur. This "run on the banks" almost and some would say did, cause the Bankruptcy of the Nation.

Why Obamacare is a Success......by Wayne Allyn Root

    There are 2 major political parties in America. I’m a member of the naïve, stupid, and cowardly one. I’m a Republican. How stupid is the GOP? They still don’t get it. I told them 5 years ago, 2 books ago, a national bestseller ago (“The Ultimate Obama Survival Guide”), and in hundreds of articles and commentaries, that Obamacare was never meant to help America, or heal the sick, or lower healthcare costs, or lower the debt, or expand the economy.

The GOP needs to stop calling Obamacare a “trainwreck.” That means it’s a mistake, or accident. That means it’s a gigantic flop, or failure. It’s NOT. This is a brilliant, cynical, and purposeful attempt to damage the U.S. economy, kill jobs, and bring down capitalism. It’s not a failure, it’s Obama’s grand success. It’s not a “trainwreck,” Obamacare is a suicide attack. He wants to hurt us, to bring us to our knees, to capitulate- so we agree under duress to accept big government.

Obama’s hero and mentor was Saul Alinsky - a radical Marxist intent on destroying capitalism. Alinksky’s stated advice was to call the other guy “a terrorist” to hide your own intensions. To scream that the other guy is “ruining America,” while you are the one actually plotting the destruction of America. To claim again and again…in every sentence of every speech…that you are “saving the middle class,” while you are busy wiping out the middle class.

The GOP is so stupid they can’t see it. There are no mistakes here. This is a planned purposeful attack. The tell-tale sign isn’t the disastrous start to Obamacare. Or the devastating effect the new taxes are having on the economy. Or the death of full-time jobs. Or the overwhelming debt. Or the dramatic increases in health insurance rates. Or the 70% of doctors now thinking of retiring- bringing on a healthcare crisis of unimaginable proportions. Forget all that.

The real sign that this is a purposeful attack upon capitalism is how many Obama administration members and Democratic Congressmen are openly calling Tea Party Republicans and anyone who wants to stop Obamacare “terrorists.” There’s the clue. Even the clueless GOP should be able to see that. They are calling the reasonable people…the patriots…the people who believe in the Constitution…the people who believe exactly what the Founding Fathers believed…the people who want to take power away from corrupt politicians who have put America $17 trillion in debt…terrorists ?

That’s because they are Saul Alinsky-ing the GOP. The people trying to purposely hurt America, capitalism and the middle class…are calling the patriots by a terrible name to fool, confuse and distract the public.

Obamacare is a raving, rollicking, fantastic success. Stop calling it a failure. Here is what it was created to do. It is succeeding on all counts.

#1) Obamacare was intended to bring about the Marxist dream- redistribution of wealth. Rich people, small business owners, and the middle class are being robbed, so that the money can be redistributed to poor people (who vote Democrat). Think about it. If you’re rich or middle class, you now have to pay for your own healthcare costs (at much higher rates) AND 40 million other people’s costs too (through massive tax increases). So you’re stuck paying for both bills. You are left broke. Brilliant.

#2) Obamacare was intended to wipe out the middle class and make them dependent on government. Think about it. Even Obama’s IRS predicts that health insurance for a typical American family by 2016 will be $20,000 per year. But how would middle class Americans pay that bill and have anything left for food or housing or living ?   People that make $40K, or $50K, or $60K can’t possibly hope to spend $20K on health insurance without becoming homeless. Bingo. That’s how you make middle class people dependent on government. That’s how you make everyone addicted to government checks. Brilliant.

#3) As a bonus, Obamacare is intended to kill every decent paying job in the economy, creating only crummy, crappy part-time jobs. Why ?   Just to make sure the middle class is trapped, with no way out. Just to make sure no one has the $20,000 per year to pay for health insurance, thereby guaranteeing they become wards of the state. Brilliant.

#4) Obamacare is intended to bankrupt small business, and therefore starve donations to the GOP. Think about it. Do you know a small business owner ?   I know hundreds of them. Their rates are being doubled, tripled and quadrupled by Obamacare. Guess who writes 75% of the checks to Republican candidates and conservative causes ?   Small business. Even if a small business owner manages to survive, he or she certainly can’t write a big check to the GOP anymore. Money is the “mother’s milk” of politics. Without donations, a political party ceases to exist. Bingo. That’s the point of Obamacare. Obama is bankrupting his political opposition and drying up donations to the GOP. Brilliant.

#5) Obamacare is intended to make the IRS all-powerful. It adds thousands of new IRS agents. It puts the IRS in charge of overseeing 15% of the U.S. economy. The IRS has the right because of Obamacare to snoop into every aspect of your life, to go into your bank accounts, to fine you, to frighten you, to intimidate you. And Obama and his socialist cabal have access to your deepest medical secrets. By law your doctor has to ask your sexual history. That information is now in the hands of Obama and the IRS to blackmail GOP candidates into either not running, or supporting bigger government, or leaking the info and ruining your campaign. Or have you forgotten the IRS harassed, intimidated and persecuted critics of Obama and conservative groups ? Now Obama hands the IRS even more power. Big Brother rules our lives. Brilliant.

#6) Obamacare is intended to unionize 15 million healthcare workers. That produces $15 billion in new union dues. That money goes to fund Democratic candidates and socialist causes- thereby guaranteeing Obama’s friends never lose another election, and Obama’s policies keep ruining capitalism and bankrupting business owners long after he’s out of office.

Message to the GOP: This isn’t a game. This isn’t tiddly-winks. This is a serious, purposeful attempt to highjack America and destroy capitalism. This isn’t a trainwreck. It’s purposeful suicide. It’s not failing, it’s working exactly according to plan. Obama knows what he’s doing. Stop apologizing and start fighting. John Boehner: you said this isn’t a DAMN Game.....how right you were. You just didn’t know it.

Mystery continues to surround the missing Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 despite the declaration by the Malaysian government that the ill-fated Boeing 777 ended its trip into the southern Indian Ocean. Until the discovery and recovery of the black box, the location of the plane will remain a question mark, especially in the eyes of relatives of the grieving Chinese passengers. The situation has led to various speculations ranging from political vendetta to terrorism to an accident. One more question mark is added to the muddled equation is a report that four members of a patent semiconductor were in the jet, leaving the fifth co-owner of the patent the sole owner now. And that person happens to be billionaire Jacob Rothschild, an Illuminati member, sparking more conspiracy theories about the aircraft’s disappearance. Mr Rothschild is portrayed as the alleged plotter, wrote Web site Humanarefree.com, noting that the firm, Freescale Semiconductor, launched a new electronic warfare device for military radar systems – the ARM microcontroller KL-03 – days before the plane disappeared. The company has been creating and developing embedded processors the past five decades, which Freescale described as “stand-alone semiconductors that perform dedicated computing functions in electronic systems.” With the four co-owners of the patents in the same flight were 20 other Freescale employees who are mostly engineers and experts deployed in their chip plants in Tianjin, China and Kuala Lumpur. Freescale said the co-owners and staff were going to China to improve the firm’s consumer products operation. Among the other “intriguing factors” of Freescale are that its shareholders include the Carlyle Group of private equity investors with past advisers that include former U.S. President George Bush Sr and ex-British Prime Minister John Major. Here’s another one, Carlyle’s clients include the Saudi Binladin Group, a construction company owned by the family of Osama bin Laden. The Web site noted that four days after the jet disappeared, the U.S. Patent Office approved the semiconductor patent which is divided into five parts. One was held by Freescale and the four to Peidong Wang, Zhijun Chen, Cheng and Lu Ying Zhijong. All four were from Suzhou City. Mitch Haws, vice president for global communications and investor relations, acknowledged the disappearance of the 24, who had a lot of experience and technical background, is a loss for Freescale. By Shepard Ambellas INDIAN OCEAN (INTELLIHUB) — According to freelance journalist Jim Stone, one of the American passengers, Phillip Wood, a technical storage executive at IBM, who was aboard the now missing Malaysian Airlines flight, keystered his iPhone 5 in his anus after the Boeing 777 carrying 239 people was hijacked by military personnel while on route to China. Amazingly, Stone claims that metadata within the photo yields evidence confirming “100 percent” that Phillip Wood sent the photo, along with a brief voice activated text, from GPS coordinates which put Wood only a few miles away from the U.S. controlled Diego Garcia military base which is located on an island south of the Maldives in the Indian Ocean. In his post Stone claims that the coordinates may be off by a few miles (see update below post), proving that the iPhone actually sent the otherwise blank black picture revealing nothing else. Stone speculates the picture was taken in a dark room or in some position in which Wood’s hands were bound. As reported by Stone, the picture was posted along with the following text allegedly from Wood: “I have been held hostage by unknown military personal after my flight was hijacked (blindfolded). I work for IBM and I have managed to hide my cellphone in my ##### during the hijack. I have been separated from the rest of the passengers and I am in a cell. My name is Philip Wood.
