Bits and Pieces Late Thursday Night

BuffaloTrace:  News from a wealth manager

I have been hesitant to post this today, but what the heck!

A good friend of mine that I got into this investment called me today. He stated that his atty from CO called him ecstatic (we live in Texas) saying that his WM from his bank in CO phoned him and made appointment with him to go exchange on Monday.

He also told my friend that the 800 numbers would be provided by the banks which makes no sense to me but I had him repeat it again to make certain that I was understanding what he was saying.

I'm excited needless to say, but very skeptical about the 800 numbers.
....
Csabalicious:  Funny me too.... :) I just got a call to be ready Monday AM... I was told not to leave out of town and stay by the phone !!!!!!!!! :)

Jake00:  Was this a private exchange scheduled appointment or the appointment was scheduled because the rate will be public and we all can exchange on Monday?

BuffaloTrace:   According to him yes! This is information straight from the horses mouth but I trust my friend here explicitly.

One woman's husband is from Zimbabwe. I asked them if they knew the currency would be revaluing?

They seemed surprised & asked me how I knew & got involved in this? We spoke briefly & they said I was very smart & do well if I just held on to it.

She seemed to think it would be 5 years down the road when Mugabe would, hopefully be gone. I told them I thought I would be sooner. They told me I would do very well! Awesome:)

Yesterday they signed new trade agreements with France and two other nations -- Japan -- so this requires international recognition.

Your article last week that "the corporation known as the UNITED STATES of AMERICA no longer exists" got me excited. Yet other than those words- how would we really know if the corporation no longer exists?

We know by checking it out at the Dunn and Bradstreet site- a site that lists all corporations: www.dnb.com .

All of what we "know" as government entities are corporations. All of what we perceive to be government entities are actually listed on Dunn and Bradstreet -as CORPORATIONS.

You can look for yourself and find any government entity there: All city, county, state and federal offices. County Sheriffs, county planning depts., health depts., libraries, schools, Federal Reserve, IRS, county, state and Federal corrections.

ALL of it!!

BUT the corporation known as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA that used to be listed there, is no longer.

So to me this is proof positive that bright days are indeed ahead and that the corporation known as THE UNITED STATES of AMERICA no longer exists!

Room has now been made for the Republic of these united states of America to return! Get excited!!   Http://www.rumormillnews.com/cgi-bin/forum.cgi?read=2511

Top Iranian Official: Obama is ‘The Weakest of U.S. Presidents’

Top Iranian Official: Obama is ‘The Weakest of U.S. Presidents’

Adviser to Iranian president mocks Obama’s ‘humiliating’ presidency (UPDATED)
Barack Obama
AP
BY:
The Iranian president’s senior advisor has called President Barack Obama “the weakest of U.S. presidents” and described the U.S. leader’s tenure in office as “humiliating,” according to a translation of the highly candid comments provided to the Free Beacon.
The comments by Ali Younesi, senior advisor to Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, come as Iran continues to buck U.S. attempts to woo it into the international coalition currently battling the Islamic State (IS, ISIL, or ISIS).
And with the deadline quickly approaching on talks between the U.S. and Iran over its contested nuclear program, Younesi’s denigrating views of Obama could be a sign that the regime in Tehran has no intent of conceding to America’s demands.
“Obama is the weakest of U.S. presidents, he had humiliating defeats in the region. Under him the Islamic awakening happened,” Younesi said in a Farsi language interview with Iran’s semi-official Fars News Agency.
“Americans witnessed their greatest defeats in Obama’s era: Terrorism expanded, [the] U.S. had huge defeats under Obama [and] that is why they want to compromise with Iran,” Younesi said.
The criticism of Obama echoes comments made recently by other world leaders and even former members of the president’s own staff, such asFormer Defense Secretary Robert Gates.
Younesi, a former minister of intelligence in the country, also had some harsh comments about U.S. conservatives and the state of Israel.
“Conservatives are war mongers, they cannot tolerate powers like Iran,” he said. “If conservatives were in power they would go to war with us because they follow Israel and they want to portray Iran as the main threat and not ISIS.”
Younesi took a more conciliatory view towards U.S. Democrats, who he praised for viewing Iran as “no threat.”
“We [the Islamic Republic] have to use this opportunity [of Democrats being in power in the U.S.], because if this opportunity is lost, in future we may not have such an opportunity again,” Younesi said.
The candid comments by Rouhani’s right-hand-man could provide a window into the regime’s mindset as nuclear talks wind to a close.
The Obama administration has maintained for months that it will not permit Congress to have final say over the deal, which many worry will permit Iran to continue enriching uranium, the key component in a nuclear weapon.
About the potential for a nuclear deal, Youseni said, “I am not optimistic so much, but the two sides are willing to reach results,” according to an official translation posted online by Fars News.
Lawmakers on both sides of the aisle have adopted a much more pessimistic view of Iran’s negotiating tactics, which many on the Hill maintain are meant to stall for time as Tehran completes its nuclear weapon.
Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R., Fla.), for instance, wrote a letter to the White House this week to tell Obama his desire to skirt Congress is unacceptable.
“Congress cannot and will not sit idly by if the Administration intends on taking unilateral action to provide sanctions relief to Iran for a nuclear deal we perceive to be weak and dangerous for our national security, the security of the region, and poses a threat to the U.S. and our ally, the democratic Jewish State of Israel,” Ros-Lehtinen wrote.
“If the Administration opts to act in a manner that directly contradicts Congress’ intent, then Congress must take all necessary measures to either reverse the executive, unilateral action, or to strengthen and enhance current sanctions law,” she told the president.
“President Obama does believe that by rewarding Iran and permitting it to do whatever it wants in the region, the mullahs in Tehran will be convinced to compromise,” said Saeed Ghasseminejad, an Iranian dissident and associate fellow at the Foundation for Defense of Democracies (FDD).

However, “the result has been disastrous: Iran controls 3 Arab capitals (Damascus, Beirut, and Baghdad) and its allies just captured the fourth one (Sana in Yemen) and Iran’s economy has significantly improved,” Ghasseminejad explained.

“Unfortunately, it does not seem that the mullahs reached the conclusion desired by the administration,” he said. “Iranians believe this administration is weak, it has lost its economic leverage over Iran and there is no credible military option on the table. Iran has been rewarded upfront, they now ask for more while are determined to keep their nuclear program intact.”

China's President Xi Jinping (R) meets with the guests at the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank …
SHANGHAI (Reuters) - Australia, Indonesia and South Korea skipped the launch of a China-backed Asian infrastructure bank on Friday as the United States said it had concerns about the new rival to Western-dominated multilateral lenders.
China's $50 billion Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) is seen as a challenge to the World Bank and Asian Development Bank, both of which count Washington and its allies as their biggest financial backers.
China, which is keen to extend its influence and soft power in the region, has limited voting rights in these existing banks despite being the world's second-largest economy.
The AIIB, launched in Beijing at a ceremony attended by Chinese finance minister Lou Jiwei and delegates from 21 countries including India, Thailand and Malaysia, aims to give project loans to developing nations. China is set to be its largest shareholder with a stake of up to 50 percent.
Indonesia was not present and neither were South Korea and Australia, according to a pool report.
Japan, China's main rival in Asia and which dominates the $175 billion Asian Development Bank along with the United States, was also not present, but it was not expected to be.
Media reports said U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry put pressure on Australia to stay out of the AIIB.
However, State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki said: "Secretary Kerry has made clear directly to the Chinese as well as to other partners that we ‎welcome the idea of an infrastructure bank for Asia but we strongly urge that it meet international standards of governance and transparency.
"We have concerns about the ambiguous nature of the AIIB proposal as it currently stands, that we have also expressed publicly."
In a speech to delegates after the inauguration, Chinese President Xi Jinping said the new bank would use the best practices of the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank.
"For the AIIB, its operation needs to follow multilateral rules and procedures," Xi said. "We have also to learn from the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank and other existing multilateral development institutions in their good practices and useful experiences."
PERSONAL LOBBYING
The Australian Financial Review said Kerry had personally asked Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott to keep Australia out of the AIIB.
"Australia has been under pressure from the U.S. for some time to not become a founding member of the bank and it is understood Mr Kerry put the case directly to the prime minister when the pair met in Jakarta on Monday following the inauguration of Indonesian President Joko Widodo," the paper said.
South Korea, one of Washington's strongest diplomatic allies in Asia, has yet to say it will formally participate in the bank. Its finance ministry said last week it has been speaking with China to request more consideration over details such as the AIIB's governance and operational principles.
"We have continued to demand rationality in areas such as governance and safeguard issues, and there's no reason (for Korea) not to join it," South Korean Finance Minister Choi Kyung-hwan said in Beijing on Thursday after attending a separate regional meeting.
The Seoul-based JoongAng Daily quoted a South Korean diplomatic source as saying: "While Korea has been dropped from the list of founding members of the AIIB this time around, it is still in a deep dilemma on what sort of strategic choices it has to make as China challenges the U.S.-led international order."
The AIIB is expected to begin operations in 2015 with senior Chinese banker Jin Liqun, ex-chairman of investment bank China International Capital Corp, expected to take a leading role.
The memorandum of understanding signed on Friday said authorised capital of the bank would be $100 billion and that the AIIB would be formally established by the end of 2015 with its headquarters in Beijing, state news agency Xinhua said.
Takehiko Nakao, the president of the Manila-based Asian Development Bank (ADB), said the AIIB should function in line with international governance, labor and environmental standards.
"I hope the new bank will adhere to these standards," Nakao told Reuters in a phone interview.
He acknowledged there was an overlap of the AIIB's role with that of the ADB.
"But again, because of very big financing needs of the region it is understandable to have a new idea of establishing a bank," Nakao said, adding: "We will consider the appropriate collaboration after it is really established."
The ADB, created in 1966, offers grants and below-market interest rates on loans to lower to middle-income countries. At the end of 2013, its lending amounted to $21.02 billion, including co-financing with other development partners.

China has a 6.5 percent stake in the ADB, while the United States and Japan have about 15.6 percent each.

The Cause Of The American Zero Hour.... When, If Ever, Will Americans Collectively Say "I Have Had More Than Enough"?

The Cause Of The American Zero Hour.... When, If Ever, Will Americans Collectively Say "I Have Had More Than Enough"?
Posted By: Watchman

American Revolution
What is the pivotal “zero hour” moment when American’s will say “I have had enough”. Enough of the politician lies; enough of the debt slavery, enough of the erosion of our individual liberties and freedom… A moment that will follow the progression of other nations’ revolutions that are spreading like wildfire across the world.
Despite several predictions and opinions by many in the preparedness community, the hour has not tolled where the majority of American’s have reached their breaking point. Indeed it is rather surprising that we have not reached it already. Certainly any number of the following events could have tipped the scale:
Government scandals of IRS targeting, Benghazi, immense DHS growth, or funneling of arms to “moderate” terrorists.
Continued trend of voiding other nation’s sovereignty (e.g. Syria, Libya, etc.)
Creation of the Patriot Act and National Defense Authorization Act
The Islamic State’s determination to destroy the Western World.
Government incompetency of securing our borders
Increasing inflation and quantitative easing
Cold War Redux with Russia
Currency & Trade wars globally
Socialized Medical care
Ebola breakdown
And I need not go on, as we are all aware of the scale and pace of events threatening our way of life…
Furthermore, we see many “Revolution” projects underway to help kick start the movement (Ron Paul’s rEVOLution, Glenn Beck’s Restoring Honor Rally, etc). However, none has been successful up to this point of actually creating change. We still see the erosion of our country happening and even a faster pace than prior years.
But why have we not collectively as a nation come to our senses of this impending force of destruction and subjugation?
My opinion is that two conditions need to me bet.
First
You need numbers…
In the American Revolution, 40-45% of colonists were in favor of the rebellion. If you look at any poll on American civil liberties or other popular issue, the nation is split 50/50. So, in comparison to that of the American Revolution, there are still a number of people that believe in the restoration of The Republic. However, although we have the numbers in upholding the restoration of America, the numbers in supporting a “rebellion” may not be so much until condition #2 is met.
And Second…
You take away the right of that 50% to be or feel human.
Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness. What an incredibly short but strong message. If you systemically and chronically take away any piece of that trifecta, you have revolution.
– In the American Revolutionary War, the British took away the colonists form of Debt Free Money. This impoverished the people to the point of depression where they could not LIVE.
– In the civil wars spreading all across the world, the revolutions are tightly correlated to the food price index. When food and other basic necessities become too expensive for a person to LIVE there is revolution.
food price index riots
– Martin Luther King Jr. successfully changed the tide of racism. But only after at least 50% of African American’s got to the point of where they had restricted LIBERTY and HAPPINESS.
But we are close…
Yes, we have had our liberties whittled away by the NDAA and Patriot acts. Yes, many have lost their jobs, investments and retirements since 2008. And yes, American’s struggle to feed themselves with 1 in 7 families being food insecure.
But these conditions alone are not systemic or chronic enough to warrant revolution. Government subsidies of food stamps, housing, child care, and medical care keep people afloat just above the point of revolt. For those who are not food insecure, we still retain a false sense of Liberty and Happiness. Although unwarranted search and seizures are occurring in households and on roadways, we still have not collectively realized that we are in a glass prison. As long as you keep your nose down and out of the way of law enforcement, we appear to live freely and go about our consumption lifestyle…immersed in senseless entertainment rather than the real issues.
Will it be the global disuse of the dollar that causes this event?
Will it be a terrorist strike that crashes the markets and everything with it?
Will it be a martial law quarantine of individuals due to a spreading pandemic?
I cannot predict the event that will lead American’s to break. However, the moral of this post is that the American breaking point is unlikely to happen organically/peacefully prior to the systemic and chronic loss of Life, Liberty and/or Happiness. Don’t count on a wave of peaceful protest to change this ship’s direction.
