But anyway, the GOP released a delicious video on Hillary Clinton that is sure to inform as well as entertain across the political spectrum. Maybe not for the same reasons.

The Supreme Court of Alabama, in a 7-1 decision, has affirmed natural marriage and ordered Alabama's probate judges to immediately stop issuing illegal marriage licenses to "same-sex" couples.
The ruling represents a significant shift of momentum in the "same-sex" marriage battle, and is a direct challenge to the orders of U.S. District Court Judge Callie Granade, who in January purported to overturn Alabama's marriage laws. The ruling of the Alabama Supreme Court offers the most forceful and clearly articulated rebuttal to date of the imaginative arguments for same-sex “marriage" employed by federal courts.
The Alabama Supreme Court's decision is historic, and is one of the most researched and well-reasoned opinions on marriage to be issued by any court in the country.
+ + The ruling grants in full Liberty Counsel's emergency mandamus petition.
In the petition and in a subsequent brief, Liberty Counsel demanded on behalf of its Alabama clients that Alabama's probate judges obey Alabama's Constitution and laws.
As a result of this ruling, Alabama's probate judges must immediately cease issuing illegal same-sex marriage licenses.
The Court said: "It could not be clearer that the public — the people of Alabama — have an interest in the respondents' faithful compliance with Alabama's marriage laws." Reinforcing the point, the Court added, “It is beyond question that the duty to issue marriage licenses only in accordance with Alabama law is a duty owed to the public for its benefit. The failure to perform that duty damages the framework of law and institutions the people have chosen for themselves."
The unlawful issuance of marriage licenses to same-sex couples by Alabama probate judges was the result of federal Judge Callie Granade's January rulings, when she purported to determine that Alabama's marriage laws violate the U.S. Constitution. Though she had no power to extend her ruling to the entire state, some activist probate judges across Alabama who were not subject to her ruling took it upon themselves to issue marriage licenses to same-sex couples, in clear violation of Alabama law.

Today's Supreme Court ruling, however, not only restores the rule of law in Alabama, but also forcefully challenges and methodically dismantles the opinion of Judge Granade and other judges who have erroneously held that the U.S. Constitution requires states to redefine marriage:
"[W]e find that the provisions of Alabama law contemplating the issuance of marriage licenses only to opposite-sex couples do not violate the United States Constitution . . . .
[W]hat [Judge Granade] has done is to declare an entirely new concept of 'marriage' a fundamental right under the guise of the previously understood meaning of that institution. It is, plainly and simply, circular reasoning—it assumes the conclusion of the matter, i.e., that marriage as newly defined is a fundamental right, in the premise of the question without acknowledging that a change of terms has occurred."
Alabama Supreme Court Chief Justice Roy Moore recused himself and took no part in the Court's decision.

Despite Russian Warnings, US Will Deploy a Battalion to Ukraine by the End of the Week
Before this week is up, we’ll be deploying a
battalion… to the Ukraine to train Ukrainian forces for the fight that’s
taking place,” stated US 173rd Airborne Brigade Commander Colonel
Michael Foster said at the Center for Strategic and International
Studies in Washington, DC on Monday.
Despite earlier warnings from Russia (and claims that NATO had not agreed to any such foreign ‘boots on the ground’ action’),
Sputnik News reports, Foster added, “what we’ve got laid out is six
United States companies that will be training six Ukrainian companies
throughout the summer.“
This comes a week after PM David Cameron
confirmed Britain will be sending 75 military personnel to help combat
Russian military aggression.
Despite earlier reports from Russia’s NATO envoy that, as TASS reports,
NATO has taken no decisions on sending British
or any other instructors to Ukraine, Russia’s Ambassador to the North
Atlantic Alliance Alexander Grushko said on Monday.
“NATO has taken no decisions on sending instructors,” he told the Rossiya 24 television channel.
“NATO is implementing the decisions that were taken at the political level at the Wales summit in September 2014.”
Moscow will take all measures, including
military-technical, to neutralize possible threat from NATO presence in
Ukraine, he added.

The United States will deploy personnel by the
end of this week to train the Ukrainian national guard, US 173rd
Airborne Brigade Commander Colonel Michael Foster said at the Center for
Strategic and International Studies in Washington, DC on Monday.
“Before this week is up, we’ll be deploying a
battalion minus… to the Ukraine to train Ukrainian forces for the fight
that’s taking place,” Foster stated.
“What we’ve got laid out is six United States companies that will be training six Ukrainian companies throughout the summer.”

The current plan is for US forces to stay six
months, he said, and noted there have been discussions about how to
increase the duration and the scope of the training mission.
The current channels for military training set
up between Ukraine and the United States would not be used for
transferring defensive lethal aid if the United States decided to
provide arms to Ukraine, Foster told Sputnik on Monday.
“It would go through something separate… We
would not funnel the lethal aid or arms through that [training] event,
we would use a secondary method for that,” Foster said, adding that a
completely separate process is preferable.

Last night the Bank of India cut their short term interest rates (given
the deflationary conditions affecting the Indian economy) and the
initial reaction of the India stock market was to rally. Within three
(3) hours the Indian stock market continued its major downturn.
At
this hour, there is no liquidity for short term credit left in the
world financial markets, further translation: a massive short term
credit crunch one hundred times worse than the 2008 BushFRAUD-Lehman
Brothers debacle that wrecked the world economy forever and forced U.S.
TAXPAYERS to 'bail-out' this criminal worldwide banking mafia cabal
collection of filth.
P.S. What this is all about, folks, is derivatives and algorithms aka
I.O.U.s between banks pretending liabilities are assets when, in truth,
there is no real collateral or cash behind any of their financial
transactions.
Math
lesson: An algorithm is defined as a function that chooses various
variables to reach a predetermined outcome. What this amounts to is
electronic front running aka fraud that is currently taking place and
enabled by the CME Group's crooked bank whore Terry Duffy.
P.P.S. At this hour, the lack of liquidity aka real cash in the world
financial markets has created a scenario where algorithms have to trade

market were asking retail investors to pay 600% premium to buy back an
out of the money Swiss franc April 119 call option at 5 points even when
the option had closed at .5 with the Swiss franc futures down 30
points.
The April 119 call closed today and one and a half even though the futures were down almost 28 points.
This
is algorithm derivative fraud of the highest order and, accordingly, is
direct evidence of the looming Black Swan and the worldwide banking
system ponzi scheme collapse.
