Airbus A 320 flight from Barcelona to Dusseldorf. Crashed in French Alps. All 150 aboard killed. Pilot Andreas Lubitz flew the plane into a mountain. Lubitz had seen a psychiatrist for depression.
Major media cover the story from several angles.
Should airline personnel have known one of its pilots was suffering from depression? Did they know? Did they cover it up, or ignore it?
These media outlets studiously ignore the elephant in the room: the drugs used to treat depression.
This blackout is intentional. Any decent reporter would look into the antidepressants, Prozac, Paxil, Zoloft, etc., as the cause of the pilot crashing the plane.
Go to the site, SSRI Stories, for a huge list of suicides and murders connected to the drugs. Read the warning labels (listing, e.g., suicide) on the drugs. It's all there.

So where is the media coverage now, in the Germanwings case? It's virtually nowhere.
The go-to media experts in the field of psychiatry are cover-up professionals. Drug Companies, of course, buy enormous numbers of TV ads.
But beyond these factors, exposure of the truth about antidepressants and their connection to suicides and murders would take down psychiatry itself. The whole profession would collapse.
The sleeping population would stir and sit up and take notice.
Governments would be forced to admit their overt support of psychiatry is based on fraud, from top to bottom.
That is what's at stake here.
And if the major media lived up to their (mythical) role of investigators of truth, the Germanwings story would expand into every nook and cranny of psychiatry: fraudulent diagnoses of every so-called mental disorder, for which there are no physical diagnostic tests: no blood tests, no urine tests, no brain scans, no genetic assays.
Battalions of real reporters doing real probes, backed up by media giants, would force doctors and medical bureaucrats out of their closets, and confessions would pile up.
But this will never happen, because those media giants are committed to supporting the Establishment of which they are a member.
The entire system of psychiatry---fraudulent diagnoses, dangerous and toxic drugs---is a colossus sitting on an earthquake fault. A triggering event, however, is protected from happening by the very media who should be making it happen.
This is a circle of lies.

Any media outlet, aware of these two statements (and many other similar statements), who did not then dig much deeper into the recent Germanwings disaster, would be actively concealing vital truth.
In other words, they would be carrying on business as usual.

A series of mysterious pulsing signals coming from outside our solar system form a strange unexplained pattern, researchers have revealed.
Known as Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs), just 10 have been discovered - and astronomers have no idea what they are.
Now a new study has found that all 10 bursts' dispersion measures are multiples of a single number: 187.5

In 2007 a radio burst was picked up by astronomer Duncan Lorimer and his team. The origin of the signal could be colliding neutron stars or possibly an alien message. Michael Hippke of the Institute for Data Analysis in Neukirchen-Vluyn, Germany, and John Learned at the University of Hawaii in Manoa made the discovery.
They claim there is a 5 in 10,000 probability that the line-up is coincidence.
'If the pattern is real,' Learned told New Scientist, 'it is very, very hard to explain.'
The results imply five sources for the bursts are all at regularly spaced distances from Earth, billions of light-years away.
Hippke says, 'there is something really interesting we need to understand.
'This will either be new physics, like a new kind of pulsar, or, in the end, if we can exclude everything else, an ET.
'When you set out to search for something new,' he says, 'you might find something unexpected.'
The FSB was first spotted in 1967 when British astronomer Jocelyn Bell Burnell was left stunned by mysterious pulsing signals she detected coming from outside the solar system.
For months she suggested the signals could be of an extraterrestrial intelligent origin, but they were later proven to be rapidly spinning stars known as pulsars.
However, a new series of mysterious signals, known as Fast Radio Bursts (FRBs), has again got astronomers scratching their heads and wondering if, maybe, we're picking up alien messages.
FRBs are radio emissions that appear temporarily and randomly, making them not only hard to find, but also hard to study.
The mystery stems from the fact it is not known what could produce such a short and sharp burst, writes Katherine Mack of The Planetary Society.
WHAT ELSE COULD IT BE?
Flaring star
Some stars are known to suddenly flare up on occasion. It's possible that this event could send light through the thick ejected layers of a star's atmosphere in bursts, but if this were the cause we would expect to find FRBs towards variable stars (ones with fluctuating brightness) in our galaxy, which is not the case.
White dwarf merger
When two white dwarfs merge its possible they can combine into a larger, rapidly spinning white dwarf. This event could emit radiation from the poles consistent with FRBs and, if this is proved correct, it could indicate an association between FRBs and supernovae.
Neutron star collision
Ultra-dense stellar objects known as neutron stars could collide and release huge bursts of radiation before they merge - this event is already thought to be a cause of high-energy bursts known as Gamma Ray Bursts (GRBs), and could also be the cause of FRBs.
Blitzar
Some neutron stars are regarded as being 'supramassive', which means they are so massive they should have already collapsed into a black hole but their rapid rotation keeps them alive. When they do suddenly collapse they release an intense burst of radio waves known as a blitzar, and within this emission FRBs could also be residing.
This has led some to speculate they could be anything from stars colliding to artificially created messages.
The first FRB was spotted, or rather 'heard' by radio telescopes, back in 2007 - but it was so temporary and seemingly random that it took years for astronomers to even agree it wasn't a glitch in one of the telescope's instruments.
The signal, which lasted just five milliseconds, was named the Lorimer burst after its discoverer, Duncan Lorimer.
The new study has found that all 10 bursts' dispersion measures are multiples of a single number: 187.5
The radio emission was so dispersed, experts suggested it must have come from a great distance away, possibly billions of light-years.
But early estimates said there should be 10,000 of these events a day – so the fact that another wasn't discovered until 2012 was troubling.
This was when data from the Parkes Radio Telescope in Australia suggested it had heard another FRB, along with a handful of others, but the fact that only Parkes had detected the signals had some claiming these were merely instrument glitches.
A follow-up observation was made by the Parkes Radio Telescope, time-lapse photo shown, in 2012. However it was not until April of this year that the signal was ruled out as an instrument glitch when the Arecibo Observatory in Puerto Rico picked up a similar signal. But the mystery of its true origin persists
A recent discovery, in April of this year, of an FRB using the giant radio dish in Puerto Rico confirmed to astronomers that these signals are indeed real – but they're no closer to finding out an answer as to what they are.
Theories so far include flaring stars, white dwarfs merging, neutron stars colliding and – most intriguingly – alien signals.

'This extraordinary finding either indicates an as yet unknown or unusual astronomical phenomenon, or it could indicate that this is a vast alien communication network, and the universe is teeming with intelligent life forms,' says Nigel Watson, author of the UFO Investigations Manual.
'Every unusual signal from outer space encourages us to wonder if it is from an alien civilisation.
'Since this signal seems so elusive and hard to interpret then this should be a candidate for further analysis.
'It would be fantastic if this was an alien signal as the knowledge that we are not alone in this vast universe would have a dramatic impact on our perception of our place in the scheme of things.'
For now, however, FRBs remain very much a mystery.
It will take further studies and observations in future to truly determine where they come from, and what is causing them. Until then, it's difficult to rule any particular theory out of the window.

A group of eleven Atlanta teachers have been convicted of cheating in a wide-scale operation which led them to inflate scores on students' standardized tests.
The defendants, including teachers, testing coordinators, and other administrators were convicted Wednesday of racketeering for their role in a wide-ranging conspiracy on students' standardized tests.
And the racketeering charge could carry up to 20 years in prison and most of the defendants will be sentenced on April 8.

They were motivated by pressure to meet federal and local standards to receive bonuses or keep their jobs in the Atlanta Public Schools district of about 50,000 students, according to prosecutors.
Only one teacher, Former Dobbs Elementary teacher Dessa Curb, was acquitted of all charges,
The case stems from an investigation carried out in 2011, which uncovered evidence that the educators gave answers to students or changed answers on tests after they were turned in.
Evidence of cheating was found in 44 schools with nearly 180 educators involved, and investigators found teachers who tried to report it faced retaliation.
The cheating is believed to date back to 2001, when scores on statewide skills tests began to turn around in the 50,000-student school district.
Between 2005 and 2009, test answers were altered and falsely certified, according to the 2013 indictment.
A grand jury indicted 35 educators in March 2013 on charges including racketeering, false statements and theft. Many reached plea agreements, and some testified at the trial.
However, Superintendent Beverly Hall never went to trial, successfully arguing she was too sick to mount a defense. She died last month of breast cancer.

Hall insisted she was innocent and had no part in any cheating.
But, the educators said she was among those pressuring them to inflate students' scores to show gains in achievement — which were needed to meet federal benchmarks tied to extra funding.
Hall, who served as superintendent for more than a decade, which is rare for an urban schools chief was named Superintendent of the Year by the American Association of School Administrators in 2009 and was credited with raising student test scores and graduation rates.

In a video message to schools staff before she retired, Hall warned that the state investigation launched by former Gov. Sonny Perdue would likely reveal 'alarming' behavior.
Hall said: 'There is simply no excuse for unethical behavior and no room in this district for unethical conduct.'
Defense attorneys argued those convicted should remain free until sentencing because they don't have prior records, have community ties and showed up to trial every day.
Yet, only one was allowed to remain free on bond — teacher Shani Robinson — because she is expecting to give birth soon.
Fulton County Superior Court Judge Jerry Baxter said: 'They are convicted felons as far as I'm concerned. They have made their bed and they're going to have to lie in it.'

Prosecutors said the 12 former educators on trial were looking out for themselves, seeking bonuses for higher test scores rather than worrying about the education of their students.
Defense attorneys argued that their clients were caught up in an overly broad prosecution that overreached in charging them with violating racketeering laws most often used for organized crime.
The months-long trial began in August with more than six weeks of jury selection, and testimony concluded in late February.
The criminal investigation by the Fulton County district attorney's office lasted nearly two years.
It only came to light after The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported in 2008 that some test scores were statistically improbable.

Who was that masked man?

They call me Hawkeye. That’s from The Last of the Mohicans, the only book my father ever read.

The First “Hawkeye”
D. H. Lawrence wrote, “The essential American soul is hard, isolate, stoic and a killer. It has never yet melted” (Studies in Classic American Literature, 1923). He was writing about James Fenimore Cooper’s Leather Stocking Tales and particularly about the protagonist, Natty Bumppo — Hawkeye as we usually call him.Hawkeye is the archetypical frontier hero. Born of white parents, he lives beyond white civilization among the Native American tribes. He is a scout, marksman, trapper and hunter. His religion is pretty informal … for him the whole earth is God’s temple, and he finds himself daily communing in spirit with “the infinite source of all he saw, felt and beheld” — and that “without the aid of forms and language.” He says he hates killing and objects even to killing animals without need, yet he does kill … a lot. The books are full of war and bloodshed, as you might expect.
OK, so let’s return to Lawrence’s main idea, his thesis: The American soul, and so the American hero, is hard, isolated by choice, stoic in his emotional responses, and violent unto death in his pursuit of “right” as he sees it. Hawkeye was really the first frontier hero. Legions of cowboys, scouts and sheriffs have followed, multiplied first by cheap novels and then by TV Westerns. Clint Eastwood is the archetype.
Romanticism and the Western
The Romanticism in Cooper is obvious, but it’s sort of Americanized Romanticism. Cooper places Nature above civilization, and man’s natural religious impulses above formal theology and worship. But Hawkeye still has a vague respect for the Christian faith and biblical ethics. He tries to live out the Golden Rule. He is chivalrous and kind. And in the end he helps forward the Westward expansion of Christian civilization.
This same Romanticism colored the heroes of television Westerns in the 50s and early 60s. Few family ties, no regular church attendance, skill with a gun and a horse, and a healthy respect for law and order, though accompanied by a ready willingness to play vigilante when lawful government failed.
And lawful civil government failed an awful lot in those days. How many corrupt bankers, ranchers, railroad men and politicians made their way through the countless episodes of Bonanza, The Big Valley, The Rifleman or the Lone Ranger?
The Lone Ranger is a good example here. He was one of America’s first masked heroes, a prototype of the masked mystery men and superheroes who would shortly follow. He was a Texas Ranger, but he gave that up to lead “the fight for law and order in the early West” without any legitimate authority. He was a vigilante, accountable to no one but himself.
As American Romanticism shifted through Realism into Existentialism, the parameters of the American hero shifted as well. He is still at odds with the Establishment, still free from the ties of family and church, and still handy with a gun. He is hard, often stoic and always detached. But the heart of gold is gone. He lives by his own rules. And though he usually takes down the bad guys, the collateral damage is substantial. No one lives happily ever after any more.
Total Depravity
Scripture rejects the Romantic view of human nature. Scripture says that man is fallen in Adam, guilty before God, and corrupt in his thoughts, emotions and choices. Man, by nature, has a wicked heart. Wealth and status may give one man more opportunity to express that wickedness than another, but these conditions don’t generate the sin. There is no virtue in poverty, rootlessness or a wilderness in existence, and no evil in position, wealth or the life of the city.
And, because of man’s inherent lawlessness, God has ordained civil government. “The powers that be are ordained of God,” Paul tells us (Rom. 13:1). For this reason, he says, “Let every soul be subject to the higher powers.” The NKJV and the ESV read, “governing authorities.” Anyone who resists the authority resists God’s ordinance or lawful arrangement (v. 2). Those who resist or rebel should expect to receive God’s judgment at the hands of the magistrate.
Peter says much the same thing:
Submit yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord’s sake: whether it be to the king, as supreme; or unto governors, as unto them that are sent by him for the punishment of evildoers, and for the praise of them that do well (1 Pet. 2:13-14).For the most part, the apostles expected citizens to obey the civil authorities as a matter of faith and practicality.
Lesser Magistrates
But what if the magistrate himself is corrupt? What if he is lawless and criminal in his conduct? Scripture is well aware that such a situation is possible, if not likely. The men and women who serve in civil office, in the courts, or as police officers are sinners. It is likely that some, perhaps many, will abuse their power and authority.
John Calvin
God has ordained many coordinate authorities within civil society — lords, kings, judges, mayors, senators, governors, etc. He entrusts them all with the authority to enforce His law. When any one of them violates that trust and rebels against the law of God, it is proper, even needful, for the other magistrates to resist his lawlessness and remove him from office. In doing this, they may enlist the help of those citizens who will stand with them. Those citizens may, under the authority of these “coordinate” magistrates, form a militia or army and take up arms against the lawless ruler and his forces. The English Civil Wars and the American Revolution are both examples of this doctrine in application.
We also see this doctrine played out repeatedly in the book of Judges and in certain episodes in the life of David before he became king. We see it in the New Testament in a less violent version when Paul repeatedly exercises his rights as a Roman citizen to rescue himself and his ministry from corrupt bureaucrats and officials. What Scripture doesn’t approve of is the autonomous rebel and assassin. David dealt with such men more than once (2 Sam. 1 & 4). He usually executed them.
Self-Defense
This brings us to the issue of lawful self-defense. There is one passage in the Law that directly addresses this: “If the thief is found breaking in, and he is struck so that he dies, there shall be no guilt for his bloodshed” (Ex. 22:2, NKJV). The next verse qualifies this: “If the sun has risen on him, there shall be guilt for his bloodshed.” In other words, if there’s an intruder in my home in the middle of the night, I have the right to shoot him dead. I don’t know who he is and I don’t know if he’s armed or not. He’s a potential danger, possibly a fatal one, to my family. I have God’s permission to defend my home with deadly force. The same permission doesn’t necessarily extend to the garage or barn.On the other hand, if it’s the middle of the day, if my family’s not in the house, if can see clearly that he’s not armed or if I can escape safely, then I can’t kill him. If I can see him in broad daylight, then I should report him to the proper authorities. Now, of course, if I see that he is armed and leveling his .45 at me, then I can fire. (Maybe even empty the clip.) American criminal law has observed these same basic principles for years.
Vigilantes: Conclusion
Nothing here gives an autonomous individual the right to track down law breakers or in any other way assume the duties and authorities of the local police or the courts. And certainly nothing here gives the ordinary citizen the right to use deadly force against officers of the law unless innocent life is really and immediately on the line and the citizen in question is ready to answer before a jury of his peers for his actions.
The pulp mystery men of the 30s and the costumed superheroes who followed were in most cases lawless vigilantes. Both Batman and Superman, for example, were initially at odds with the cops, and today’s Batman still is, I suppose. They, of course, all have something else in common … they were all fictional.
It is a Romantic and hugely juvenile mistake to confuse the actions of comic book vigilantes with the biblical right of self-defense or the broader doctrine of lawful resistance to tyranny. It is a worse mistake to think that revolution and anarchy can change society for the better. Lawlessness breeds lawlessness. Assassination brings retaliation. Anarchy leads to tyranny. Only the Gospel of Jesus Christ can effectively deal with human sin and create a law-abiding culture.

Simply simmer the pineapple parts gently for 20 minutes, or soak them in water overnight. Strain and discard the solids. Drink the tea as desired. I recommend that the tea be consumed warm, but not hot, or at room temperature for best results.
Orange Peels for Acid Reflux
Try making an herbal infusion of orange peels to relieve acid reflux. Several scientific studies indicate that orange peel extract provides a protective coating to the esophagus which prevents damage due to stomach acid. The movement of food through the esophagus to the stomach is facilitated as well. While most of the studies have been performed using orange peel extract which has been standardized to contain 98.5 percent d-limonene, herbalists have found that orange peels work well, too. Marshmallow root and slippery elm inner bark are prepared as cold infusions. If you choose to purchase slippery elm inner bark, be sure and buy it from a reputable dealer, as the herb is overharvested. Only purchase farm-raised organic slippery elm. Marshmallow root is less expensive and makes an effective alternative.
To prepare a cold infusion, mix one quart of room temperature or cold water with four teaspoons of dried slippery elm inner bark or marshmallow root. Cover the container and let it infuse overnight. The next day, strain out the solids and compost them. The thick tea may be consumed over the course of a day.
If you experience heartburn and want fast relief, you may mix a teaspoon of slippery elm inner bark powder with enough water to make a thick gruel. Simply take a spoonful of the gruel. You may repeat it if needed. Slippery elm lozenges are also available.
Self Help Tips to Prevent Acid Reflux
Acid reflux is preventable. Maintain a healthy weight. Avoid foods which have been problematic for you in the past. Fill up on healthy fruits and vegetables. Limit rich sauces, spicy foods and fatty foods. Watch your portion sizes. If you drink alcohol, be sure that you eat before and while imbibing. Sit up for at least an hour after eating. Avoid eating late at night. If acid reflux is recurrent, sleep with extra pillows. Consult with your health care provider if you have questions. Acid reflux can be prevented and managed.
