Decision is a win for private property and the Second Amendment Gun Owners of America (GOA) Victory in the U.S. Supreme CourtGun Owners of AmericaWashington, DC -(Ammoland.com)-The U.S. Supreme Court yesterday decided Henderson v. United States — a case where Gun Owners of America and its foundation have been very active. The Court’s unanimous (9-0) ruling further protects Second Amendment rights and erects a higher barrier against the confiscation of firearms. The case involved Tony Henderson, a former Border Patrol agent with a previous pot conviction. Because of his felony, the government tried to take his firearms collection, which totaled more than $3,500.
“In protecting an individual right to keep and bear arms, the Second Amendment secures a right of private property in those arms that are protected by the Amendment.” — GOA brief in Henderson v. United States, (p. 19)
Gun Owners of America went to bat for Mr. Henderson and argued he should be able to sell his guns, which at the time, were in the FBI’s possession. After Henderson had been convicted on an unrelated marijuana conviction, he sold his ownership rights in the firearms to an unrelated third party who was legally eligible to possess the firearms. The third party asked the FBI to turn the guns over to the purchaser, but the FBI refused. The government used a theory of “constructive possession” to claim that Mr. Henderson’s firearms could not be transferred, even to a third party, without violating the felon-in-possession ban. The trial court and the court of appeals agreed with this legal fiction, preventing Mr. Henderson from selling his firearms to the unrelated third party. Thankfully, the U.S. Supreme Court unanimously sided in favor of Tony Henderson. The high Court held that the government’s “constructive possession” theory was unsustainable and inconsistent with the purpose of the statute, which is a position consistent with our amicus brief.
Our amicus brief (Section II) also argued that the government did not have a superior property interest in Mr. Henderson’s firearms. This is why, GOA said, the government could not use a forfeiture proceeding to take all of Mr. Henderson’s firearms. As a “right protecting against both public and private violence,” GOA argued in its brief, it is an “essential principle” that the Second Amendment protect the right of private property in firearms — otherwise, tyrants would be free to “simply tak[e] away the people’s arms” on the basis of any pretext. (p. 20-21) The court’s decision is a victory for private property rights, and helps to further erect a barrier against the confiscation of firearms. The only constraint the Court imposed in this case was that a felon could not sell his collection to someone who later would allow him to control the firearms. I am posting today the speech of Colonel-General Igor Sergun, Head of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia. To say that this man, or the GRU in general, is secretive, would be an understatement. Almost all the information publicly available about Sergun is in the short biography (researched by Scott) which I have placed at the end of this post. As a general rule, the GRU never makes a public statement, nor does the person heading it. It is thus interesting that on one of the very few occasions where General Sergun agreed to speak in public, he chose to focus on the risks of the so-called ‘Islamic’ extremism and that in a relatively short presentation, he made four references to the fact that these ‘Islamic’ terrorists are basically creatures of the West. One might be tempted to say ‘nothing new here; we all know that’ – but that would be missing the point. The point is that the head of Russian military intelligence is openly declaring that the so-called ‘Islamic terrorism’ is not an original or indigenous phenomenon, but an instrument in the toolset of western imperialism which is used to subvert countries that dare oppose the worldwide hegemony of the Trans-Atlantic Empire. Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,
One of the most dangerous challenges of the current times is presented by the international terrorism, which is rapidly acquiring a political nature and is being turned into a real force, striving to come to power in certain countries. We are witnessing a steady trend towards globalization of activities of extremist organizations. This includes a wide geographic spread, strengthening of the interaction between previously disparate groups, as well as swift adaptation to situational changes. Among international terrorist organizations, the role of radical Islamists is increasing. Their leaders are developing collaboration and seek to create zones of instability, which include not only countries but entire regions. The “Terrorist International” under creation aims at restoration through military force the “Great Caliphate” within the borders encompassing the Middle East, the Caucasus, Northern Africa and Iberian Peninsula. A campaign for formation of the united front of the “Global Jihad” was announced, with the aim of conducting armed struggle against the “main enemies of Islam”, represented by the USA, Western European countries, Russia and Muslim countries with the secular governments. Currently, terrorism presents the greatest threat for Iraq, Syria, Libya and Afghanistan, where ” Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant “, ” Al-Qaeda “, ” Jabhat al-Nusra “, Islamic Taliban Movement and other radical groups are active, Al-Qaeda’ remains one of the most powerful terrorist organizations, although in current conditions it has become to a greater extent “the banner of the war against infidels” for the Islamists, while the related regional groups operate virtually independently. Lately, the ” Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant “, which managed to force its control over a significant part of Iraq and Syria, is successfully striving to occupy leading position among the extremist organizations. The terrorists have declared the establishment of an ‘Islamic Caliphate’ on occupied territories and started to set up their own ‘public institutions’, including financial and judicial systems. Sustainable centralized control over the armed groups has been organized. The strengthening of ISIS has seriously destabilized the situation in Africa. ISIS provides substantial military and financial assistance to the local extremists, sends reinforcements composed of the Syrian and Iraqi terrorists. The groups receiving such support are ‘Ansar al-Sharia’, operating in North Africa, and ‘Boko Haram,’ in the West of the continent, while the greatest threat to the stability of East Africa is the Somali terrorist organization ‘Al-Shabab al-Mujahedeen,’ responsible for a number of high-profile actions. Equally alarming is the situation that is developing in the Middle East and Central Asia, where extremist organizations such as the ‘Taliban’, ‘Hizb-ut-Tahrir’ and Islamic Movement of Uzbekistan maintain high combat potential. We estimate that currently, in Afghanistan alone, about 50 thousand militants are fighting. Afghan and Pakistani territories host a network of terrorist training camps, including the training camps for suicide bombers. Active dissemination of radical Islamist ideas has a negative impact on the development of the situation in Southeast Asia. In particular, unpredictable consequences could be caused by the extremist organization, ‘Jamaa Islamiya’, whose main goal is the creation of a single Islamic theocratic state within the borders of Brunei, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and the Muslim provinces of Thailand and the Philippines. In recent years, the level of terrorist threat in Europe has increased. This is primarily due to the insurgents returning from the “hot spots” ready to use the gained experience at home. About 600 jihadists returned in the past four years to Germany alone. The extremists’ influence has spread to include some South American regions. The Tri-border Area, located along the junction of Argentina, Brazil and Paraguay, is considered a springboard by the extremists. An undercover activity of some of the states aimed at achieving their own foreign policy missions through secret financing of Islamic structures destabilizes the situation. While flirting with the extremists, some Western countries seem to be sure that the so-called policy of controlled chaos in far-away regions shall not result in tragic consequences, at least, in the middle term, but I think such opinion is unsound. It is no secret that it was at the instigation of Western ‘partners’ that since the 1980s, Islamic extremism was rapidly gaining momentum. To counter the Soviet troops in Afghanistan, there was heavy arming – with the funds from the United States of America and other NATO states – of scattered groups of Jihadists and Mujahideen who subsequently merged into major terrorist groups and movements. With financial and military assistance from Washington and its allies, rendered in order to eliminate the regime in Syria, unwanted by the West, the ‘Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant’ and ‘Jabhat al-Nusra’ were created. Military intervention in Libya by the Alliance entailed similar results. Availability of the stable sources of financing for the extremists is the reason for a serious concern. The most reliable cash-flow channels include various non-governmental organizations and foundations. For example, in the states of the Arabian Peninsula there are about 200 such organizations. A major source of income is the control over drugs production and trafficking. This activity brings the Islamists of the Middle East and Central Asia up to US $500 million a year. It happens quite often that actions of Washington and the West in general in various regions of the world contribute to creation of serious problems, including drug trafficking, religious extremism and terrorism, after which Washington heroically mobilizes the international community to neutralize the problems. In general, under the slogan of struggle for ‘pure Islam’, international terrorism is becoming a form of transnational crime. In fact, it has become a lucrative business with capital turnover running into billions, with drug trafficking, hostage taking, smuggling weapons and precious metals. In search of additional sources of funding, jihadists purposefully develop links with nationalist organizations, pirates and separatists. Thus, we should expect that, in the short term, the level of terrorist threats in the world would remain high enough. Scaling up of extremist groups, among others at the instigation of the United States and its allies, especially in the Middle East and Central Asia, poses a real threat of terrorism export to European countries, the republics of the CIS and the Asia-Pacific region. is. It’s outdated programming and the engineers of deceit can’t keep
up. The vibrational changes are exceeding their capabilities. You know
how your phone or computer’s software goes out of date, and new programs
can’t operate? It’s the same thing. The imitators of creation can’t
maintain a current operating system any longer in the face of this
Universal shift.
And it’s driving them nuts.
Just look at
the desperation we’re witnessing. Crude military and police state
maneuvers are only one aspect. The biggest clue is seeing the previously
incremental and now hyperbolic use of monstrous lies that are becoming
so transparent and unbelievable to just about anyone. Agreed, there are
the entranced apathetics who swallow anything, but we’re witnessing a
meltdown before our eyes.
If you can’t see it, look again.
You Want Proof?
First
of all you’re in the wrong mindset if you’re looking only for data or
left brained evidence, although it’s out there for those who can see.
When we come to understand the vibrational workings of our holographic
reality everything takes on new dimensions and opens us up to
understanding these more esoteric notions.
Those with hearts that
can see feel this. I say hearts because much of what we need to grasp or
at least track is intuitive. Taking all of the information and dot
connecting and personal spiritual experience together paints very clear
pictures, we just need to trust what we’re seeing and learning. When we
explore these realities we’re sensing we start to notice how they’re
manifesting.
Forbidding
free speech, shooting civilians with no cause, obvious mega bullshit in
the news, wars with no possible end, deliberate poisoning, starvation
and dumbing down of populations? I mean, c’mon.
But it’s kind of a
conscious or spiritual symbiosis we’re experiencing. They all work
together. But ignoring the spiritual and metaphysical as “evidence” in
conjunction with such obvious manifestations is why this world has
devolved to its current state. Previous enlightened civilizations and
earth connected tribes took this to heart. Our current imposed paradigm
does nothing of the sort.
The Computer Analogy
It’s just
like expired or outdated software. Their programs can’t keep up with the
changes the cosmos is bringing to our planet and race. That’s exactly
it. While they’ve literally gotten away with murder for millennia and
are working furiously to enforce their “programs” at so many levels, the
time’s up. Sorry Charlie, but you’ve been superceded, or should I say
“super seeded”. The new upgraded paradigm is taking over fellas. It’s
just a matter of time before your whole wicked system crashes.
The
shift is moving through their lower level grip and on into massive
empowerment and transcension beyond the net they’ve laid for humanity.
It’s
got to be frustrating the hell out of these creeps. Imagine, the very
thing you’re trying to encase in every way possible keeps morphing
before your eyes. They can throw up matrix program after program but
their perceived petri dish subjects just keep finding ways to survive
and grow. What irony the Universe has.
Hence the Transhuman Agenda – Things They Think They Can Control
Humanity
is getting out of hand, in their eyes. All the while we’re being
empowered – by our own awakening and resultant commitment to truth, but
also by a fundamental vibrational shift we’re undergoing. No savior, no
galactic battlestars. It’s us, and an organic consciousness evolution at
the deepest level with a living, expanding and enveloping Universe.
Awakening with Creation Itself.
Anyone
who’s woken up to almost any degree understands everything is
interconnected. Even “modern” physics is arriving at this reality, all
while mainstream thinking ignores the profound ramifications. That we’re
all interconnected not just as a race, but with the earth and the
cosmos in such a fundamental way is a game changer. While this has been
known for eons, our current control model cannot even begin to
acknowledge this fact. To these oligarchs and self-appointed maniacal
masterminds, no matter what powers they’re summoning, that truth is
something apparently well beyond their debased comprehension.
It’s out of their league.
Sure,
they have their satanic rituals and tap into other dimensional
entities, but it’s child’s play compared to the True picture of our all
Powerful Creative Universe. That they live in rebellion against this
Force is a known reality for millennia, and even alluded to by spiritual
traditions and native shamanic teachings alike for ages. Bringing this
understanding “down to earth” is another story.
This is why the
transhumanism agenda is so important to them. This merging of man with
machine has been in the works for a long time. Clipping the link with
our humanity by short circuiting the human creation is an obvious next
step for these would-be controllers. Agreed, they’ve made it a fad and
carefully groomed acceptance of such a trend, but it’s going to fritz
and die in the junkyard of temporal existence. It can’t stand, never
mind last, in such a creative force field.
Time will bear this out, as has happened to previous off-course civilizations.
Is This For Real?
It’s
up to us. We have everything going for us. But our will and actions
need to be aligned with this transition. We can ignore it or respond.
The sanctity of our free will cannot be violated. Either we get paddling
and ride the wave or it crashes on us and perhaps dissipates on the
shores of time for lack of recognition or response. And the whole cycle
may need to be repeated. Not a nice destiny.
I don’t know.
I
know I’m not coming back. I’m done with this insanity and am doing my
damnedest to change things this time around. If we all did it won’t get
repeated, but time will tell. Not many seem to be willing to respond,
even though their lives and their children and grandchildren’s lives are
at stake. Talk about self imposed defeat and debilitation.
Either way, the matrix will collapse. But the true civilization of love, peace, harmony and abundance awaits manifesting.
Is it time?
I think so. It is for me.

Drunk driving has decreased by one-third since 2007 and three-quarters since 1973, according to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's (NHTSA) 2013-2014 Roadside Survey of Alcohol and Drug Use by Drivers.
The NHTSA used FORCIBLY collected oral fluid or blood samples from 11,100 drivers at 60 locations across the country to make the determination that drunk driving is decreasing.
If drunk driving is down, why is there an increase in illegalno-refusal blood draw checkpointsacross the country? Why would DHS pay police departments to set up DUI checkpoints? It's all about conditioning the public to accept illegal 4th. Amendment intrusions by DHS. The NHTSA/DHS are giving out MILLIONS in grant money, which is essentially paying police departments to set up checkpoints. (This 'government'/private corporation is supposed to be bankrupt and defunct?????)

Connecticut Police will hold a DUI checkpoint this Friday night at the intersection of Corbin Avenue South and West Main Street. The checkpoint is part of a grant the department received from the Connecticut Department of Transportation that provides 75% overtime reimbursement to support increased DUI detection and enforcement efforts, police said.
Police said the grant will be used to "staff additional DUI patrols as well as roadside sobriety checkpoints."
