Washington (CNN)Obamacare has survived -- again.

In a 6-3 decision, the Supreme Court saved the controversial health care law that will define President Barack Obama's administration for generations to come.

The ruling holds that the Affordable Care Act authorized federal tax credits for eligible Americans living not only in states with their own exchanges but also in the 34 states with federal marketplaces. It staved off a major political showdown and a mad scramble in states that would have needed to act to prevent millions from losing health care coverage.

"Five years ago, after nearly a century of talk, decades of trying, a year of bipartisan debate, we finally declared that in America, health care is not a privilege for a few but a right for all," Obama said from the White House. "The Affordable Care Act is here to stay"

In a moment of high drama, Chief Justice John Roberts sent a bolt of tension through the Court when he soberly announced that he would issue the majority opinion in the case. About two-thirds of the way through his reading, it became clear that he again would be responsible for rescuing Obamacare.

Supreme Court upholds Obamacare subsidies

"Congress passed the Affordable Care Act to improve health insurance markets, not to destroy them," Roberts wrote in the majority opinion. "If at all possible, we must interpret the Act in a way that is consistent with the former, and avoids the latter."

He was joined by Justice Anthony Kennedy -- who is often the Court's swing vote -- and the four liberal justices. Justice Antonin Scalia wrote the dissent, joined by Justices Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito.
When he finished, Roberts announced that Scalia would read a dissent.
     First of all, the U.S. Constitution does not grant to the U.S. SUPREME COURT the legal authority to engage in legislation or pass legal acts instead of just interpret laws and policies of Wash., D.C. according to the U.S. Constitution as legally written and intent behind the U.S. Constitution  when written. We have one Congress elected to Wash., D.C., not one Congress elected and one additional Congress appointed to Wash., D.C. as the U.S. Supreme Court has now become in total violation of the legal terms of the U.S. Constitution. The U.S. SUPREME COURT except for the four dissenting votes has now illegally overthrown the First U.S. Bill of Rights on freedom of religion in America as no longer the national law of America. Under the ruling of the U.S. Supreme Court, the I.R.S. under Obama has already made clear that they intend to remove exemption from taxation for any church in America daring to continue upholding the teaching and policy of action of the Christian churches from the time of Jesus Christ and the Apostles on that they never sanctioned nor allowed the marrying of "Gays" in the Christian Churches from the early days in the Roman Empire until now. The churches can also suffer criminal prosecution from this U.S. Supreme Court decision if they refuse to perform in their churches "Gay Marriages" when demanded of them. This act by the U.S. Supreme Court "legally nationalizes" the Christian churches of America where Wash., D.C. now claims to be the head of the Christian churches in America as Wash., D.C.  has now dethroned Jesus Christ as the head of the Christian churches in America according to the legal arrogance of the U.S. Supreme Court, Obama in the White House, I.R.S. and other involved federal agencies, and many members of Congress in violation of their oath of allegiance to uphold the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights as the binding national law on Wash., D.C. ignore their loyalty to the national law of America and instead legally approve the overthrow of the legal authority of the U.S. Bill of Rights over America as a nation. Since Obama is the claimed authority over the I.R.S., etc., this act of legislation by the U.S. Supreme Court makes Obama the declared legal head of the Christian churches in America and Christianity itself in America to replace Jesus Christ as head of Christianity in America. 
      I received word last night that one national church is not going to submit to such illegal tyranny from Wash., D.C. lying down. All the pastors of the Church of God in America have taken the stand that they will not perform marriage ceremonies inside their churches for the Gays as this violates one of the most major sections of Christian teachings and practices since Christianity was founded by Jesus Christ and His Apostles. They anticipate that the Baptist churches will soon join them in a united national stand. I wonder if the Roman Catholic Church is going to take a stand based upon the teachings and policies of first Apostolic Christianity or else turn to a new version of Christianity and repudiate the Apostolic Christianity founded by Jesus Christ and the Apostles? I do not recognize Obama to be the head of the Christian churches in America now regardless if he will try to decide the teachings of Christianity now in America, instead of Jesus Christ, according to this illegal U.S. Supreme Court decision.  
         For the information of Christians across America, the delegates to the Confederate Convention in Hot Springs, Arkansas years ago voted unanimously that they legally declared Jesus Christ to be the legal King of the Provisional Confederate Government and of the Confederate States of America which according to the Confederate Constitution never legally surrendered to Wash., D.C. A surrender of a general in the field does not surrender a nation nor its government to an enemy government at war with it according to the constitution of likely any nation on earth. If Gen. Patton had been defeated by the Nazis in France, he could have surrendered his army, but not the government of America nor America as a nation as he possessed no legal authority to do this. We who are real Christians in America do not legally recognize the claimed authority of Obama to replace Jesus Christ as head of the Christian churches in America. The Confederate Convention was appealing to the people of all 50 states that if they wanted a constitutional government for all 50 states, rather than secession, the Confederate Convention was offering the Provisional Government of the Confederate States of America to be a replacement for Wash., D.C. if it refused to obey its own U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights as binding law for Wash., D.C. to obey and apply to all 50 states of America. Also, the Confederate Convention offered bold plans how to advance the Black race in America to much fuller rights than offered by Wash., D.C. such as a booming economy which could give good jobs for all Blacks wanting to work and willing to work if jobs became available. Also, if any Blacks did not prefer to live in America, they would be sponsored for a limited time to be allowed to pick where they wanted to move to Africa, set up a territory for America, and once they were established, have special trading rights with the rest of America so they could become the richest African nation in Africa and at the same time still American citizens with full legal rights. They would be in confederation with the rest of America. Since Liberia was the one nation in Africa founded by former Black slaves of America, it was assumed that Liberia would be the nation joining America in confederation and all their citizens become Americans as well as those Blacks from America moving to Liberia with the trading agreements which would likely make them some of the richest Blacks in the world.

     Back to the Confederate Convention in Hot Springs, Arkansas authorized by authority of several descendant Jefferson Davis families who gave me the legal authority for their non surrendered Confederate Government. They said that states rights not holding back the Blacks in America was a better system of government than Wash., D.C. which wanted to abolish states rights and then live under a national government with no divisions of power of government in America which would lead to a later total tyranny as a government for America.
       Because the Obama White House was trying to make secret deals to divide America into regions to be ruled over by foreign nations, the Confederate authority made private maneuvers under international law until all land that the 50 states live on was claimed for the Confederate States but to be merged with the states not belonging to the prior Confederate States. This was to save the land of America for Americans and not to be given away by Obama to foreign lands for later occupation and annexation.
      After passage of the Omni Law in America, in a legal act once the Confederate leadership is satisfied that the federal government will not betray the South and rest of America again, the authority for the Confederate Government and Confederate States of America will be signed over to Wash., D.C. provided that firm terms are confirmed by total law that states rights will survive in America, the U.S. Bill of Rights will be restored to national power and never to be taken down again by Wash., D.C. Secret plans had apparently been made by Obama to let Russia have part of America, China have part of America, Mexico have part of America, and maybe Canada have part of America. If Obama engages in violent acts against the American people and states, then the Provisional Government of the Confederate States of America can offer itself as an alternative national government for America if the alternative under Obama is to be a military dictatorship, a Communist government or Islamic government or both under Obama, or if Obama had for real as reported planned to carve up America forever and turn over major parts of it to foreign nations so the hatred of Obama for America could be realized by the destruction of America as a nation and people forever.
       When the Omni Law is passed, the legal reunion of America is nearly completed. A few remaining terms are met and the South without ever surrendering to Wash., D.C. will reunify America as one nation under God and with freedom for all. The South fought to stop growing federal tyranny of Wash., D.C. over America. With this mission accomplished, the Southern veterans of 1861-5 will not have died in vain. My Confederate forefather who organized the South to break Reconstruction under the Union Army had the claimed gift of prophecy which had been in the family line for generations. He predicted that his descendant in the future would restore the South to freedom and end federal tyranny from Wash., D.C. And this would bring freedom and national unity to all of America. A number of Christians with proven gifts of prophecy both Protestant and Catholic predicted that I would save Christianity from being destroyed by Wash., D.C. and would restore true freedom to the American people who had forgotten what freedom was under the "dragon government of America" as one of the gifted prophets called Wash., D.C.
      A Brief note on Obamacare. I have had words from various medical sources how this is intensely hostile to the American people. It abolishes all of the bill of rights the way it is written up and creates a huge police state in America. People around 75 or over are targeted to be killed off through "mercy killing" federal health policies and it leaves you with potentially no legal rights as American citizens through it. The U.S. Supreme Court saw nothing legally wrong with it. If they don't have better legal judgment than that, time to retire the U.S. Supreme Court as they refuse to uphold the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights as written as the national law of America binding on Wash., D.C.
      Your Governor of Louisiana has guts as I witnessed yesterday. He was asked on Meet The Press if he was elected President of America about the "Gay Marriage" ruling overthrowing traditional marriage and family values in America. He replied well maybe time to save some money and get rid of the court referring to the U.S. Supreme Court. Well, if they will not uphold the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights, maybe it is perhaps time to replace them with something that will have legal integrity and work for American law! He is not afraid of public opinion polls but believes in standing on honest convictions what needs to be done legally in America. So, it has finally happened, Greece has shut down its banks and imposed capital controls. And so the dominoes start to fall. This is only the first act in a grand opera that will continue to unfold in the coming months. To try to guess what is in store for the European Union, it is good to take a look at how the fall of the Soviet Union took place. The fall of the Soviet Union began with a widespread sense of dissatisfaction with the government among both the working class and the elites. This gave birth to strikes and demonstrations in Poland that led to the fall of the Polish government in June of 1989. In November of that year, the Berlin wall came down. Then, running into 1990, the communist governments of Czechoslovakia, Romania, Bulgaria and Hungary fell. Finally, in December of 1991, Michael Gorbachev resigned and the Soviet Union itself collapsed.

The Chinese offer of bail out money for Europe is the one of the reasons why the UK, France, Germany, Italy, Switzerland etc. agreed to join the China-initiated Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank.

In addition to this, the BRICS development bank, the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank and many other new institutions are also now opening shop. All of these institutions will be helping direct a flow of $21 trillion worth of Chinese money that is expected to flood world markets in the coming months and years.

In parallel to this, there are also ongoing negotiations on what rules will apply to the $21 trillion worth of Chinese savings that the Chinese government is soon going to let Chinese citizens invest overseas. Basically, this amounts to discussions about what areas the Chinese will be allowed to invest in and what will be off limits.

The Europeans are much more open about what the Chinese can invest in than the Americans. So far, the British have already offered ownership of a major newspaper (this writer is involved in the negotiations so cannot disclose the name of the paper) to the Chinese. The newspaper deal will involve a promise by the Chinese to not interfere in fact based reporting. The British are also trying to find a Chinese buyer interested in the British Telecoms’ landline infrastructure, among other things.

The British are further along in their negotiations with the Chinese than other Europeans but you can be sure the Greeks, then the Spanish, Italians and others will not be far behind.
Hungary is ahead of the rest of Europe in that they have already agreed to participate in the Chinese silk-road initiative to build extensive transportation infrastructure across Eurasia.

By contrast, Chinese and American negotiations over what parts of the United States economy Chinese would be allowed to invest in failed last week. Chinese sources say this was because the Americans were unwilling to open enough sectors to Chinese investments. Pentagon sources say the negotiations failed because the Chinese were reluctant to start merging Chinese armed forces with the Pentagon. State Department sources added the Chinese were also still unwilling to open their financial markets sufficiently to Western financial institutions. Of course, seeing what damage Western financial institutions have caused around the world, Chinese reluctance to allow them free reign seems quite reasonable.

Even as this avalanche of Asian money looms over the world markets, there are still frantic moves afoot to try to keep the old Western system solvent. The latest move on that front, according to Japanese right wing sources, has been a request by the United States Treasury Department that the Mitsubishi Group take-over the Union Bank of Switzerland. The problem is the Americans are not letting Mitsubishi do any real due diligence. The right winger recalls the same thing happened when the Japanese were asked to bail out Merrill Lynch. “They are just asking us to fill in a black hole,” he complained.

The Mitsubishi Group, with its close ties to David Rockefeller, is the main force behind the Abe slave regime in Japan, according to multiple sources here. Abe, because of his low IQ, was sent to the low prestige Seikei University founded by the Mitubishi Group as a favor to his war criminal grandfather. It appears forcing Mitsubishi to buy UBS is payback for the United States campaign to allow Mitsubishi Heavy Industries to start exporting weapons.

The military build-up in Japan is part of a plan first proposed by Senior Nazi cabalist Richard Armitage more than a decade ago. The Abe government is betting its final energy on laws aimed at integrating the Japanese military with the United States military. These are expected to be pushed strongly over the summer.

However, there are growing signs in Japan of revolt against the Shinzo Abe slave government. Recently, two separate nationally broadcast television shows openly stated the March 11, 2011 tsunami and nuclear disaster in Japan was the result of deliberate sabotage.

How the Fed and the Cabal work, it is both of those plus I believe another important item that the public is missing because of the revisionist history and this nations “wonderful” public school system (and yes I am being sarcastic) – that the Confederate flag is the valid flag of an occupied nation that has never signed a peace treaty with the Union to end the Civil War.

If the symbol of this occupied country is destroyed and removed from public view, then the Fed, Cabal and Military will not have to sign a peace treaty to officially, legally and lawfully end the Civil War; the South’s occupation; and thus ending the Liber codes (General Order 100) which has enslave the public of both the Union and the South for 150+ years.

What does this mean to you and I? No need to have a war declared or continued every 2 years to justify maintaining a standing army, which takes a huge chunk of change out of the federal budget. States have their own rule back according to the 10^th Amendment of the Bill of Rights. Greatly reduced need for attorneys, since under Liber Code they are needed to deal with the general population on legal matters. The  real organic Constitution is awaken out of suspended animation and the final nail can be put in the coffin of the defacto Corporate den of thieves that have been representing themselves as our government, when in fact they are the occupiers and jailers of this country.

There are several recent examples. Let’s start with the Charleston shooting. The suspected killer, Dylann Roof, reportedly told survivors in the church, “You rape our women and you’re taking over our country. And you have to go.”

But more importantly this prompted me to type in the words ‘black on White crime’ in Google, and I have never been the same since that day. … At this moment I realized that something was very wrong. How could the news be blowing up the Trayvon Martin case while hundreds of these black on White murders got ignored?”
Dylann is correct – and FBI statistics (2011) prove it: Blacks kill two-and-a-half times more whites than whites kill blacks, but since there are five times less blacks than whites in America, blacks are 12.5 times more likely to kill whites than whites are to kill blacks.
This is what set Dylann off. He’s also aware that his parents’ generation has been afraid to speak out against black misbehavior. This blatant cowardice has enraged many younger whites, who are not afraid to strike back.
But Obama jumped up before the bodies were cold and changed the narrative – to gun control.

Then, because photos were found of Dylann posing with a Confederate flag, the media began to howl, and South Carolina Republican Gov. Nikki Haley and Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham began calling for the flag to be removed from the statehouse grounds! What?
Alabama Republican Gov. Robert Bentley took it a step further, comparing the Confederate flag to a Nazi swastika!
Apple jumped in, removing Civil War games from iTunes. Amazon, Walmart and Sears began pulling merchandise bearing the Confederate flag. The National Park Service even asked its bookstores – including Gettysburg – to stop selling items that bear the flag!
I was raised on a plantation in the South, and never had a problem with the Confederate flag. It is a symbol of regional pride, and also a reminder of what America has overcome.
Leftists don’t care about the flag. They’re just using it to attack the South – one of the last bastions of Christian conservatism left in America – to ultimately defeat Republicans. Shame on cowardly Republicans for going along with it.
Then leftists began looking for Confederate monuments to topple – like ISIS seeks to destroy Christian artifacts.
Meanwhile, the white Republican leadership helped empower the most dishonest president ever by handing him a victory on trade legislation – which no regular American citizen was allowed to view. Obama rewarded Republican Majority Leader Boehner for his treachery with a ride on Air Force One.
Now I know why Obama tells people, “You didn’t build that!” Because scared white men build Obama’s power for him.
Then the heavily white Supreme Court capitulated to Obama on Thursday and Friday.
First it was the approval of Obamacare. Yet we all know it’s un-American and unconstitutional to force the American people to buy a (bad) product.
Then it was Friday’s decision, which blatantly insulted God and the voter’s will by mandating homosexual marriage in every state.
Obama’s capped his reign of evil with a Friday eulogy for Charleston church pastor Clementa Pinckney, thereby getting one more shout out against evil Southerners, and for gun control.
These events prove that the American people have no representation. White leaders just refuse to come out of their hole.
This is all scary in a physical sense – our common ship, America, is going down. But the silver lining is that it forces us to look beyond our leaders, and instead look to God. It also compels us to join in common cause with our fellow citizens.

Chemtrails, Nanoaluminum and Neurodegenerative and Neurodevelopmental Effects

The Internet is littered with stories of "chemtrails" and geoengineering to combat "global warming" and until recently I took these stories with a grain of salt. One of the main reasons for my skepticism was that I rarely saw what they were describing in the skies. But over the past several years I have notice a great number of these trails and I have to admit they are not like the contrails I grew up seeing in the skies. They are extensive, quite broad, are laid in a definite pattern and slowly evolve into artificial clouds. Of particular concern is that there are now so many ­dozens every day are littering the skies.

My major concern is that there is evidence that they are spraying tons of nanosized aluminum compounds. It has been demonstrated in the scientific and medical literature that nanosized particles are infinitely more reactive and induce intense inflammation in a number of tissues. Of special concern is the effect of these nanoparticles on the brain and spinal cord, as a growing list of neurodegenerative diseases, including Alzheimer's dementia, Parkinson's disease and Lou Gehrig's disease (ALS) are strongly related to exposure to environmental aluminum.
Nanoparticles of aluminum are not only infinitely more inflammatory, they also easily penetrate the brain by a number of routes, including the blood and olfactory nerves (the smell nerves in the nose). Studies have shown that these particles pass along the olfactory neural tracts, which connect directly to the area of the brain that is not only most effected by Alzheimer's disease, but also the earliest affected in the course of the disease. It also has the highest level of brain aluminum in Alzheimer's cases.

The intranasal route of exposure makes spraying of massive amounts of nanoaluminum into the skies especially hazardous, as it will be inhaled by people of all ages, including babies and small children for many hours. We know that older people have the greatest reaction to this airborne aluminum. Because of the nanosizing of the aluminum particles being used, home filtering system will not remove the aluminum, thus prolonging exposure, even indoors.
In addition to inhaling nanoaluminum, such spraying will saturate the ground, water and vegetation with high levels of aluminum. Normally, aluminum is poorly absorbed from the GI tract, but nanoaluminum is absorbed in much higher amounts. This absorbed aluminum has been shown to be distributed to a number of organs and tissues including the brain and spinal cord. Inhaling this environmentally suspended nanoaluminum will also produce tremendous inflammatory reaction within the lungs, which will pose a significant hazard to children and adults with asthma and pulmonary diseases.  

I pray that the pilots who are spraying this dangerous substance fully understand that they are destroying the life and health of their families as well. This is also true of our political officials. Once the soil, plants and water sources are heavily contaminated there will be no way to reverse the damage that has been done.
Steps need to be taken now to prevent an impending health disaster of enormous proportions if this project is not stopped immediately. Otherwise we will see an explosive increase in neurodegenerative diseases occurring in adults and the elderly in unprecedented rates as well as neurodevelopmental disorders in our children. We are already seeing a dramatic increase in these neurological disorders and it is occurring in younger people than ever before.

Hillary Clinton - strong allegiance to Monsanto and Dow

NaturalNews) There are a number of very good reasons why Hillary Clinton should never be elected president. The Democratic front-runner for the 2016 presidential election has been embroiled in so many scandals.  It's not easy to know where to start. The Benghazi fiasco? Emailgate? The revelations published in the recently released book titled Clinton Cash that prove just how corrupt she and hubby Bill really are?

No wonder she's dodging the press...

But there's an even bigger issue, one that may be the real reason why she hasn't been answering any questions from journalists in more than a month and is now going to great lengths to hide from reporters.

Hillary has been outed as the "Bride of Frankenfoods" -- her cozy relationship with Monsanto, a company widely regarded (and rightly so) as "the most evil corporation on the planet."
It has been revealed that Hillary Clinton has extremely close ties with Monsanto and that she supports GMO agriculture. This isn't really news, because her ties to the industry go all the way back to when she worked at the Rose Law Firm in Arkansas, which represented Monsanto and other "Big Ag" corporations.
Her alliances with Monsanto and GMOs didn't stop there, either. Monsanto and Dow Chemicals (Dow is another one of the heavy hitters in the Frankenfood industry) have each made huge contributions to the Clinton Foundation.

Big ag... has been a big donor to the Clinton Foundation, the family 'charity' at the center of pay-to-play accusations involving foreign donors while Mrs. Clinton ran the State Department.
Monsanto gave the foundation between $501,250 and $1 million. Dow Chemical Company, which is among the top GMO players, gave between $1 million and $5 million, according to financial disclosures by the Clinton Foundation.

And that's not all -- Hillary Clinton's top campaign staffer in Iowa, Jerry Crawford, is a former Monsanto lobbyist.

Starting to get the picture?

If not, take this next fact into consideration: Only last year, Hillary Clinton made a paid speech at a San Diego biotech convention in which she advised the industry to give its products an "image makeover," as reported by The Washington Times.

One excerpt from the speech has Clinton telling the audience -- which was made up of GMO industry executives and investors -- to choose their terminology more wisely:

"Genetically modified" sounds Frankensteinish. "Drought-resistant" sounds like something you'd want. Be more careful so you don't raise that red flag immediately.

That passage alone should be enough to convince you that Hillary Clinton not only is more than willing to kowtow to the GMO industry but is also ready to engage in whatever devious verbal subterfuge it takes to ram the Frankenfood agenda right down our collective throats.
It's sickening, don't you agree?

Make no mistake about it: Hillary Clinton is not the champion of the downtrodden masses, as she would like everyone to believe. She is a corporatist candidate whose mission is to further the interests of the elites, and particularly the agendas of Monsanto and others in the biotech industry.

A vote for Hillary is a vote for Monsanto. And now that this fact is becoming clear to those who blindly supported her (such as the liberal females who rightly are against GMOs, but who didn't know the "real" Hillary until now), they are ditching her in droves and withdrawing their support for her candidacy.
No wonder she has been avoiding reporters. And though it may benefit her at the moment to do exactly that, she can't run from the press and public scrutiny forever if she is serious about getting elected.

It will be interesting to see what happens next, now that she has been *outed as the Bride of Frankenfoods.


Are American voters really dumbed down and apathetic enough to vote her into office anyway? I certainly hope not...
