The criminal empire of the IMF/FED will fall, and it's fall will be spectacular. Unfortunately, the US is at it's epicenter.
The people of the US will receive no sympathy
from the world when it happens, simply because the fool US citizens have
voted for and authorized every illegal action of the sociopaths who
would rule the world.
Please listen to this video, and prepare for the inevitable as it comes to a head. You will not have too long to wait.
If Netanyahu is found to
be the “the great Satan” in the political sphere, how about his puppets
in the United States and elsewhere? Should they be named Satan’s kids
as well?
“You
mean I can’t summon lies and fabrications anymore to attack Iran? And
you mean nearly 100,000 people want me to be arrested in the UK?
Headache.”
Oh, dear. Netanyahu, the man who has numerous covert agents
and political assassins in the United States (Mike Hukabee, John McCain,
Marco Rubio, Scott Walker, Carly Fiorina, Lindsey Graham, Sarah Palin,
Dick Cheney, John Bolton, etc.), is shifting gear. He is on the move.
Netanyahu taught his disciples that Iran is the world’s leading state
sponsor of terrorism. Those disciples quickly began to repeat the words
of their master almost verbatim. Dick Cheney, one of the most lying
liars in the twenty-first century, has recently written that
“Under Khomeini, Iran became the world’s leading state sponsor of
terror, targeting the United States, our allies, and our interests
around the world.”[1]
The scholarly source for this extraordinary claim? It was nowhere to
be found. On the contrary, we have enough evidence indicating that Iran
has fought against terrorism.[2]
The irony is that under Zionism, the United States has had a long
history of supporting and abetting terrorism, and this is all done in
the name of “war on terror.” Don’t believe me? Let us look at a recent
example.
“Working
for the Zionists really pays. You get to hang out with chicks, pass out
classified information, and still get away with it. Thank God that I am
not Edward Snowden.”
Former head of the CIA David Petraeus has recently posited that the
United States has to make a sort of diabolical deal with Al-Qaeda in
order to defeat ISIS. Listen to the Daily Beast:
“Members of al Qaeda’s branch in
Syria have a surprising advocate in the corridors of American power:
retired Army general and former CIA Director David Petraeus.
“The former commander of U.S.
forces in Iraq and Afghanistan has been quietly urging U.S. officials to
consider using so-called moderate members of al Qaeda’s Nusra Front to
fight ISIS in Syria, four sources familiar with the conversations,
including one person who spoke to Petraeus directly…”[3]
The Daily Beast itself says that Petraeus seemed to have underestimated the monster which the Zionist regime has created:
“The tactic worked, at least
temporarily. But al Qaeda in Iraq was later reborn as ISIS, and has
become the sworn enemy of its parent organization. Now, Petraeus is
returning to his old play, advocating a strategy of co-opting
rank-and-file members of al Nusra, particularly those who don’t
necessarily share all of core al Qaeda’s Islamist philosophy.”[4]
This is really confusing because “In 2012, the Obama administration
designated al Nusra a foreign terrorist organization. And last year, the
president ordered airstrikes on al Nusra positions housing members of
the Khorasan Group, an al Qaeda cadre that was trying to recruit
jihadists with Western passports to smuggle bombs onto civilian
airliners.”[5]
It gets even more pathetic because Petraeus
“still wields considerable influence with current officials, U.S.
lawmakers, and foreign leaders. The fact that he feels comfortable
recruiting defectors from an organization that has declared war on the
United States underscores the tenuous nature of the Obama
administration’s strategy to fight ISIS, which numerous observers have
said is floundering in search of a viable ground force.”[6]
Remember that Petraeus was caught passing classified information to
his mistress. According to the law, Petraeus ought to be behind bars.
Yet since he works for the Zionist regime, he “still wields considerable
influence with current officials, U.S. lawmakers, and foreign leaders.”
So, the logic is pretty clear here. Edward Snowden passed classified
information to other parties and the Zionist regime wants his head on a
silver platter. Petreus did something similar, and he still gets to hold
his position. This is certainly disgusting. So, when I read Cheney’s earlier statement, I really
thought that someone should have doused him with a bucket of water.
Cheney must remember that it was not Iran that trained terrorist groups
such as the MEK in Nevada. It was actually the Bush administration.
In short, we can ignore Cheney’s new book in our discussion here, since lies and fabrications are its fundamental premises.
I wonder what Cheney would say to his political boss Benjamin
Netanyahu, who now isn’t moving toward aggressive expansion with respect
to the Iran deal. Netanyahu seems to be recanting from many of his
bombastic and acerbic speeches. Previously, he thought really deep about
bombing Iran’s nuclear facilities. In fact, he was planning to do
exactly that in 2010 and 2011?[7] But now he seems to be taking somewhat a modest views. Listen to him carefully:
“Allow me to make clear that
Israel is not opposed to a civilian nuclear program in Iran. We are
opposed to a militarized nuclear program in Iran.”[8]
Netanyahu obviously has good reason to back off. Almost 100,000 people have signed a petition
at the UK Parliament’s website calling for his arrest. There is more. A
few weeks ago, Israeli writer Bradley Burston has lamented that Israel
has finally become an apartheid state.[9] And then this:
“A US congresswoman has asked the State Department to investigate
whether the killing of two Palestinian teenagers by Israeli security
forces last year would preclude Israel from receiving military aid under
American law.”[10]
So, Netanyahu fears that the world is finally waking up. But his
seemingly conceding statement above still does not make any sense. If he
truly believes it, then what was all that talk about Iran getting
closer and closer to nuclear bombs? Why did he not clarify this issue
from the very beginning? Why did he and the Israeli regime spend years
brainwashing much of the West and saying that Iran was simply weeks and
months away from getting nuclear bombs?[11] Why did the Israeli regime ask the U.S. to give them a green light to bomb Iran in 2008?[12]
Moreover, why did Netanyahu convince dancing puppets like Sarah Palin, who were more than willing to chant “bomb Iran”?
Isn’t that a sign of madness? Didn’t Netanyahu, as former C.I.A. agent
Paul R. Pillar pointed out, “center much of his political career on
fear-mongering about Iran”?[13]
Perhaps the real prophet here is E. Michael Jones, who said last July
that “After 36 years of failure, the American empire now seems
determined to lure Iran back into the fold by proffering carrots rather
than wielding sticks.”[14] I do have many disagreements with the Obama administration,
but one can safely say that the administration played a crucial role in
destabilizing Netanyahu’s project with respect to Iran. As we have
noted in the past, it began with calling Netanyahu “a chickenshit.” The Atlantic quickly saw that it was a historic moment. The Atlantic titled one of their articles: “The Crisis in U.S.-Israel Relations Is Officially Here.”[15] Jeffrey Goldberg himself said then:
“Over the years, Obama administration officials have described
Netanyahu to me as recalcitrant, myopic, reactionary, obtuse,
blustering, pompous, and ‘Aspergery.’ (These are verbatim descriptions; I
keep a running list.) But I had not previously heard Netanyahu
described as a ‘chickenshit.’”[16]
Moreover, the Obama administration refused to meet with Netanyahu and
members of his cabinet on numerous occasions. This obviously indicated
that the administration was getting tired of Netanyahu’s nonsense.
Joshua Keating of Slate wrote that
“a ‘pro-Israel congressional aide’ told Foreign Policy’s John Hudson,
‘There is a limit to how much you can shit all over the White House and
expect to get every meeting you want.’”[17]
But long before the Atlantic came out with the report last
year, talking heads in Washington knew pretty well that Obama had a
history of humiliating Netanyahu (for good reasons). For example, the Telegraph reported in 2010:
“The snub marked a fresh low in
US-Israeli relations and appeared designed to show Mr Netanyahu how low
his stock had fallen in Washington after he refused to back down in a
row over Jewish construction in east Jerusalem.
“The Israeli prime minister
arrived at the White House on Tuesday evening brimming with confidence
that the worst of the crisis in his country’s relationship with the
United States was over.
“Over the previous two days, he
had been feted by senior Republicans and greeted warmly by members of
Congress. He had also received a standing ovation from the American
Israel Public Affairs Affairs Committee, one of the most influential
lobby groups in the United States.
“But Mr Obama was less inclined to
be so conciliatory. He immediately presented Mr Netanyahu with a list
of 13 demands designed both to the end the feud with his administration
and to build Palestinian confidence ahead of the resumption of peace
talks. Key among those demands was a previously-made call to halt all
new settlement construction in east Jerusalem.
“When the Israeli prime minister
stalled, Mr Obama rose from his seat declaring: ‘I’m going to the
residential wing to have dinner with Michelle and the girls.’
“As he left, Mr Netanyahu was told
to consider the error of his ways. ‘I’m still around,’ Mr Obama is
quoted by Israel’s Yediot Ahronot newspaper as having said. ‘Let me know
if there is anything new.’”[18]
So, Obama was basically saying,
“The United States is giving you billions upon billions of dollars
every year and you’re spending that money on things we do not like, such
as the Settlement? Well, I’m going to have dinner with my family, but
you are not invited. And then I have to put my children to bed.[19]
“Just give me a call if you change your mind about the Settlement. If
you still stand by what you said, then think about the title my
administration has given you. It is still on the back of our mind, and
you need to get used to that title, Bro.”
Netanyahu certainly was not expecting this blowback in 2015. As we
shall see in the next article, he has also received an implicit rebuke
from Vladimir Putin as well. Netanyahu is the epitome of what Hegel
would have called “the cunning of reason.”
In other words, reason, not Netanyahu or the Zionist regime or the
Neo-Bolsheviks in America, will inevitably win the war for the minds and
hearts of men everywhere. As Alexander Solzhenitsyn put it:
“Our way must be: never knowingly
support lies! Having understood where the lies begin—step back from that
gangrenous edge! Let us not glue back the flaking scale of the
Ideology, not gather back its crumbling bones, nor patch together its
decomposing garb, and we will be amazed how swiftly and helplessly the
lies will fall away, and that which is destined to be naked will be
exposed as such to the world.”[20]

I WONDER WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT THIS INFORMATION, PLS HAVE A READ AND PARTICIPATE IN THE POLL. THANKS!
Despite strong denials from Moscow, Russian airborne troops are
preparing to land in Syria to fight Islamic State forces. The surprise
attack on Monday, Aug. 31, by ISIS forces on the Qadam district of
southern Damascus, in which they took over parts of the district - and
brought ISIS forces the closest that any Syrian anti-Assad group has
ever been to the center of the Syrian capital - is expected to
accelerate the Russian military intervention.
Moscow is certainly not ready to endanger the position of President
Bashar Assad or his rule in Damascus, and views it as a red line that
cannot be crossed. If Russia intervenes militarily in this way, Russia
will be the first country from outside the Middle East to send ground
forces into the Syrian civil war.
debkafile’s
military sources report that discussions by the Russo-Syrian Military
Commission, which was established last month in Moscow to coordinate the
intervention, accelerated during the last few days.
Our intelligence sources point out that the concerted activities of
the commission are taking place amid the nearly complete paralysis of
the US Central Command-Forward-Jordan (CCFJ), where operations against
the rebels in southern Syria, including those holding positions across
from Israel’s Golan, are coordinated. Officers from Jordan, Saudi
Arabia, Qatar and Israel are attached to the CCFJ.
Most of the operations of the CCFJ have been halted due to a conflict
that erupted between the Syrian rebels and the U.S. Central Command,
CENTCOM. The US military is opposed to the rebels cooperating with
Al-Qaeda-linked groups, such as the Al-Nusra front, while the rebels
claim that this cannot be avoided if they are to defeat the forces of
Bashar Assad and Hizballah.
The paralysis of the CCFJ is spurring the Russians to try to show
that their “central command” for Syria is operating without any
difficulties.
In recent weeks, the Russians have taken four military steps related to Syria:
1. On Aug. 18, six of Russia’s advanced MIG-31 Foxhound interceptor
aircraft landed at the Syrian Air Force’s Mezze Airbase, which is the
military section of Damascus international airport. After the fighters
landed, they were immediately followed by giant Russian Antonov AN-124
Condor cargo planes carrying 1,000 of Russia’s 9M133 Kornet anti-tank
missiles.
The advanced jets are intended to serve as air support for the Russian units that arrive in Syria.
2. Before the Russian planes landed in Damascus, Moscow reached an
agreement with Washington for the removal of NATO’s Patriot missile
batteries from Turkey. The removal was carried out gradually during the
month of August, thus preventing the possibility that NATO Patriot
missiles could hit Russian fighters carrying out operations in Syrian
airspace.
3. During the last week of August, a large number of Russian troops,
mostly logistical teams whose job is to lay the groundwork for the
arrival of the combat units, arrived in Syria. The troops were seen in
Damascus and in Jablah district of Lattakia province, where the Russian
forces are building a military base.
4. Our intelligence sources also report that Moscow has started to
supply Damascus with satellite imagery of the ground situation on the
different fronts.
debkafile’s
military and intelligence sources report that all of these preparatory
steps by Moscow for the introduction of ground forces are being carried
out in coordination with Washington and Tehran.
The more that the three capitals tighten their coordination in
support of Assad, the sooner the Russian intervention is expected to
take place.
Pre-Jade Helm Document Now Surfacing That Explains How the Government Plans To “Master the Human Domain!"
Thursday, September 3, 2015 13:06
Lisa Haven
“The evolving nature of warfare indicates that adversarial military forces may employ individuals to operate within the local populations, refugees, and detainees to disrupt friendly operations.” (page 6)
“No longer are national priorities dominated by superpowers and nation states, but increasingly by loose networks of terrorists, transnational criminals, and other non-state actors within the “human domain.”As we have shifted into the new generation of warfare, the operational environment has evolved into a global operational environment favoring anonymous individuals who easily transform from citizen to enemy and back with limited logistical support or control.” (page 2)
Those are just a few of the MANY disturbing quotes discovered in this recently released 13 page report titled Identity Operations For Strategic Landpower: Mastering The Human Domain. The report was compiled by a group of government employed personnel who believe the real enemy lies from within rather than from other countries. Implying that their agenda is to target any political dissidents, patriots, Christians, constitutionalists, veterans, and any they deem as terrorists.
What makes this document stand out above the others is the fact that it was published in March 2014—though not released until August of this year—which means it pre-dates the Jade Helm “Mastering the Human Domain” drill by a little over a year. Therefore it is likely to assume the “mastering the human domain” idea originated from the document you are about to see in the video below!
I HIGHLY URGE you to watch it in its entirety. The quotes above and below are only a FRAGMENT of what the document harbors, and quite frankly it contains some pretty frightening information. But I must warn you, what you are about to discover will literally change your view of whats happening around us, and it will make your blood boil with anger.
Please, please don’t miss this one…
So how exactly do they plan on “Mastering the Human Domain"?
- Identify an unknown individual during tactical operations
- Track a person of interest
- Control physical access
- Share identity information
Furthermore…
Providing land force commanders and other decision-makers with robust and enduring Identity capabilities are necessary to combat future threats in these complex environments. Leadership considerations for Identity within the human domain include:
- Use of the enhanced capabilities to identify and classify the human domain; to determine whether they are adversarial, friendly, neutral, or unknown.
- Use of all-source intelligence analysts to provide back-end analysis and reporting to fuse the many sources of information (much received through operational reporting) regarding the human domain in order to identify individual(s) and their intent. Based upon risk, use of Identity data (and its fusion with other information and intelligence), will enhance force protection for bases, installations, detainee and checkpoint operations, as well as many other mission sets.
- Use of the enhanced capabilities to identify and manage local populations during major combat, stability, and humanitarian assistance and/or disaster relief operations.
Warning he would not allow the government’s spying on millions of
Americans through their cell phones to continue unfettered, a federal
judge in Washington, D.C., on Wednesday indicated he’s anxious to move
forward quickly in a case that challenges the National Security Agency’s
program.
The lawsuit was brought by attorney Larry Klayman of Freedom Watch,
who waited nearly two years for an appellate court ruling following the
initial ruling in 2013 by Judge Richard Leon that the program likely
was unconstitutional and nearly “Orwellian.” Klayman told WND after Wednesday’s hearing that the judge advised him
to request an expedited mandate from the appellate court and said he
could “proceed right now.” Klayman said the judge also advised him to
amend the complaint to address concerns raised by the Court of Appeals
for the District of Columbia. The judge said he would not let the spying continue. In a blog at Politico,
Josh Gerstein said that in an hour-long hearing, Leon repeatedly urged
Klayman to take steps to allow the case to move forward quickly by
asking a federal appeals court to formally relinquish control over the
appeal. The NSA program, which collects in bulk data on phone calls, is
scheduled to shut down at the end of November because of a change made
by Congress. Lawmakers ordered a transition to a new procedure in which
telephone companies will collect the data and make it available to the
government rather than having the government do the collecting. “The clock is running and there isn’t much time between now and
November 29,” Leon told Klayman, Gerstein reported. “This court believes
there are millions and millions of Americans whose constitutional
rights have been and are being violated, but the window … for action is
very small. … It’s time to move.” Klayman also told WND the judge instructed Justice Department
attorneys to make sure they were available at a moment’s notice when he
wants to move on the case. Support
attorney Larry Klayman as he mobilizes millions of freedom-loving
Americans from all over the country to stop President Obama’s spying on
U.S. citizens and to preserve our freedoms! Leon issued an injunction halting the NSA program in 2013, but he stayed it while the government appealed. Two years later, Klayman has gone back to Leon asking him to lift the
stay and impose the injunction because of the recalcitrant appeals
court. Just days ago, that court moved to overturn the injunction because
Klayman had not shown his data specifically had been taken by the
government. But the court also allowed Leon to rule on discovery in the
case. Leon pointedly noted the appeals court did not undermine his determination that the program likely is unconstitutional. According to a report in National Law Journal,
the appeals court had cited the complaint’s reference to Verizon
Wireless, when the government data program was set up to address Verizon
Business Services. Klayman told WND he would be seeking the right customer of that network to add to the amended complaint. Leon also warned the government he would be unhappy with any evidence that they were trying to “run the clock out” on the case. A large part of the case is over the NSA program’s secrecy.
The appeals court said the plaintiffs couldn’t specifically prove their
own telephone records were seized by the government, so they couldn’t
sue. But they cannot obtain access to such evidence without a case pending. Klayman said the case was the result of whistleblower Edward
Snowden’s revelations about the government’s secret spying on Americans. In a recent commentary for WND,
Klayman explained that the appellate judges, David Sentelle, Janice
Rogers Brown and Steven Williams, are allowing Leon to review whether
discovery supports the idea “the NSA had actually accessed Verizon cell
phone telephonic records and whether we had sued the correct Verizon
company.” He quoted from the earlier ruling from Leon, who said, “The NSA has
collected and analyzed [plaintiffs'] telephony metadata and will
continue to operate the program consistent with FISC opinions and
orders.” Klayman accused the appeals court of acting politically, rather than
judicially, and explained the NSA “was forced to reveal … that the
intelligence agencies routinely use their spy programs to spy on
innocent Americans and presumable coerce them into doing what the
government wants.” Klayman told WND he’s confident of prevailing “ultimately.” No matter what else results, he said, people are now engaged in the issue and watching the judges for their opinions. Leon’s 2013 ruling said the NSA program appears to run afoul of the
Fourth Amendment, and the Justice Department failed to show that
collecting the metadata on telephone calls helped to stop terrorist
attacks. Snowden blew the whistle on the agency’s vacuum-cleaner approach to data collection, called
“bulk telephony metadata.” That was earlier in 2013, and Snowden has
been living in exile in Russia as a wanted man by the U.S. government
ever since. Two of America’s influential civil-rights groups, the American Civil Liberties Union and the Electronic Frontier Foundation, have sided with Klayman. The data that the NSA collects, they explained in a brief, “reveals
political affiliation, religious practices and peoples’ most intimate
associations.” “It reveals who calls a suicide prevention line and who calls their
elected official; who calls the local tea-party office and who calls
Planned Parenthood.” The brief said “the relevant fact for whether an expectation of
privacy exists is that the comprehensive telephone records the
government collects – not just the records of a few calls over a few
days but all of a person’s calls over many years – reveals highly
personal information about the person and her life.”
The Pentagon sent this article out to
all military, members of congress and military retirees in their Early
Bird “best of the news.” There have been nothing but hoaxes and lies
coming out of the Pentagon now indicating that those running the
Pentagon’s news service are in the pay of a foreign government.
All of this has been timed to “put the
ketchup back in the bottle” after the huge defeat Israel suffered
yesterday in American politics.
Here is what can be proven to be true:
Chemical weapons used in Syria, including
Sarin gas, came from an Defense Department facility in Tbilisi, Georgia.
We have witness statements, photographs, plans for the labs, all
published in Russia and the US include a television documentary seen
around the world.
Turkish authorities have repeatedly found
chemical weapons facilities inside Turkey that supply ISIS and her
“sisters.” Turkey’s intelligence agencies have quashed investigations
but they have still been widely reported.
On the other hand, the Syrian Human Rights
Observatory, source for these stories has been exposed as being financed
by Radio Liberty and the CIA and managed by Booz Allen Hamilton, a CIA
contractor. We have repeatedly found the SHRO operating with ISIS
forces including recently inside Syria where their offices were above an
underground chemical weapons storage facility.
We now call for an investigation of Pentagon
complicity in a psychological warfare operation in support of the
Islamic State, the SHRO and the use of chemical weapons against the
Kurdish, Iraqi and Syrian people.
One last point: We have absolute proof that the
Pentagon has no intelligence capabilities in either Syria and Iraq and
actually receives its intelligence from ISIS press releases. If only I
were making this up. Seems like they are too busy tapping our phones here and scaring the
poor Texans with Jade Helm. This is why, wek before last, the Pentagon
was charged with supplying congress and the president “cooked”
intelligence on the Middle East. It is treason. The article below is from the Daily Beast, owned by Jane Harmon,
former member of congress and accused Israeli spy. Look that one up.
Where Did ISIS Get Its Chemical Weapons?
The terror group is suspected of
using mustard gas in a series of recent attacks, and a notorious Dutch
jihadi says it’s from Assad’s stockpile. But U.S. officials beg to
differ.
An infamous Dutch
soldier turned ISIS fighter says the group has acquired chemical weapons
once belonging to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad, resurrecting fears
that what was supposed to be
the regime’s destroyed program has instead fallen into jihadi
hands.“The regime uses chemical warfare on a regular basis these days,
and nobody bats an eye—yet when [ISIS] captures it from them and uses it
against them it’s all of a sudden a huge problem?”ISIS fighter Omar Yilmaz, 27, said in a Tumblr post.
“Fight them the way they fight you.”The post marks the first time a
public ISIS figure has declared that the group obtained chemical weapons
from the Assad regime. And it comes just days after the first series of
suspected ISIS mustard gas attacks in northern Iraq and Syria. On Tuesday, Kurdish forces said
ISIS fired a homemade rocket filled with chemical weapons at peshmerga
forces. In a suspected Aug. 21 attack in the northern Syrian city of
Marea, at least 25 people were contaminated. And on Aug. 13, Kurdish
officials in Iraq said
60 peshmerga were exposed to mustard gas in the northern Iraqi city of
Makhmour. Pentagon officials believe there is credible evidence that
mustard gas could indeed have been used in the two August strikes.Read more at daily beast (no link offered…too stupid for that)

Budget Crisis So Deep It “Pays Lottery Winners In IOUs” Posted

This article was written by Tyler Durden and originally published at Zero Hedge.
Editor’s Comment: You know things are bad when
they stop paying lottery winners – whose winnings represent a small
amount of the total cash hauled in by people spending extra in hopes of
winning. But in Chicago, pensions have been swindled and traded against
the debt, leveraged on the market
and held by the state only in a theoretical location that may or may
not make it to the desperate pockets of retirees.
The game is rigged, and the State of Illinois is
only one of the worst places leading the way in budget crises across
the country and globe so deep that an emergency resolution is all but
guaranteed. Who will get their share of money from investments and
savings accounts mismanaged by these crumbling entities? The answer is
basically a game of musical chairs, and many are likely to be left
standing and out of luck, while the taxpayers everywhere will be dealt
further crippling costs to support governments who are less responsible
than the average citizen.
Pardon the pun, but there is obviously no pot of gold at the end of this dark rainbow.
Illinois Pays Lottery Winners In IOUs After $30K/Month Budget “Guru” Fails To Produce Deal
by Tyler Durden
Much as Brazil is the poster child for the great
EM unwind unfolding across emerging economies from LatAm to AsiaPac,
Illinois is in many ways the mascot for America’s state and local
government fiscal crisis.
Although well documented before, the state’s
financial troubles were thrown into sharp relief in May when, on the
heels of a state Supreme Court ruling that struck down a pension reform
bid, Moody’s downgraded the city of Chicago to junk.
Since then, there’s been quite a bit written
about the state’s pension problem and indeed, Reuters ran a special
report earlier this month that outlined the labyrinthine, incestuous
character of the state’s various state and local governments.
On Friday, in the latest sign that Illinois’
budget crisis has deepened, Governor Bruce Rauner apparently fired
“superstar” budget guru and Laffer disciple Donna Arduin who had been
making some $30,000 a month as an economic consultant.
And while Illinois apparently found the cash to
fork over six figures to Arduin for just four months of “work”, the
budget stalemate means hard times for Illinoisans – including,
apparently, lottery winners. The Chicago Tribune has more:
After years of struggling financially, Susan
Rick thought things were looking up when her boyfriend won $250,000 from
the Illinois Lottery last month. She could stop working seven days a
week, maybe fix up the house and take a trip to Minnesota to visit her
daughter.
But because Illinois lawmakers have not passed a
budget, she and her boyfriend, Danny Chasteen, got an IOU from the
lottery instead.
“For the first time, we were finally gonna get a
break,” said Rick, who lives in Oglesby. “And now the Illinois Lottery
has kind of messed everything up.”
Under state law, the state comptroller must cut the checks for lottery winnings of more than $25,000.
And lottery officials said that because
lawmakers have yet to pass a budget, the comptroller’s office does not
have legal authority to release the funds.
Prizes of $25,000 or less will still be paid at
lottery claim centers across the state, and people who win $600 or less
can cash in their ticket at the place where they bought it.
But the bigger winners? Out of luck, for now.
While lottery officials could not immediately
say how many winners’ payments were delayed or provide the total amount
of those payoffs, the agency’s website
lists multiple press releases for winners since the current fiscal year
began July 1. Including Chasteen, those winners represent millions of
dollars in prizes.
“The lottery is a state agency like many others,
and we’re obviously affected by the budget situation,” Illinois Lottery
spokesman Steve Rossi said. “Since the legal authority is not there for
the comptroller to disburse payments, those payments are delayed.”
Generally speaking, this just serves to
underscore the extent to which gross fiscal mismanagement along with the
perceived inviolability of pension “implicit contracts” is pushing
Illinois further into the financial abyss, but what’s particularly
interesting about the suspension of lottery payouts is that the state is
now effectively in default to its own citizens, something which, if the
situation were reversed, would not be tolerated, and on that note, we
give the last word to Rick (quoted above) and also to State Rep. Jack
Franks:
Rick: “You know what’s funny? If we owed the
state money, they’d come take it and they don’t care whether we have a
roof over our head. Our budget wouldn’t be a factor. You can’t say (to
the state), ‘Can you wait until I get my budget under control?'”
Franks: “Our government is committing a fraud on
the taxpayers, because we’re holding ourselves out as selling a good,
and we’re not — we’re not selling anything. The lottery is a contract: I
pay my money, and if I win, you’re obligated to pay me and you have to
pay me timely. It doesn’t say if you have money or when you have money.”

(ANTIMEDIA)West Point, NY —
An assistant professor from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point
recently declared that professionals critical of the “War on Terror”
constitute a “treasonous” opposition that should be subject to military
force. He believes the U.S. should have the right to attack people who are
critical of U.S. military operations — specifically, professionals,
legal scholars, journalists, and other people effectively spreading
ideas that oppose war. Professor William C. Bradford went as far as to publish a long academic paper
in the National Security Law Journal that aggressively promotes
suppressing dissent about military force, civilian casualties, and
expanding military operations in the Middle East. Using the excuse that victims would be “lawful targets,” Bradford argues that “law school facilities, scholars’ home offices and media outlets where they give interviews” should be targeted with military force to suppress dissent. He asserted that the war on terror should be expanded, “even if it means great destruction, innumerable enemy casualties, and civilian collateral damage.” He further suggested that the U.S. should wage “total war” on “Islamism,” using “conventional and nuclear force and [psychological operations]” to “leave them prepared to coexist with the West or be utterly eradicated.” He said that “Threatening Islamic holy sites might create
deterrence, discredit Islamism, and falsify the assumption that
decadence renders Western restraint inevitable.” Despite his self-description as an “associate professor of law, national security and strategy,”
a representative of the National Defense University has tried to
distance the school from Bradford by saying he wasn’t part of the staff,
but rather a contracted professor. Sporting a long history of exaggeration and pro-military extremism, “He resigned from Indiana University’s law school in 2005 after his military record showed he had exaggerated his service,” according to The Guardian. Though the man seems to be held in high esteem by the military, he
spoke with such disregard for human rights that the National Security
Law Journal had to apologize. The NSLJ released a statement on the front page of its website, saying it “…made a mistake in publishing [the] highly controversial article…” “The substance of Mr. Bradford’s article cannot fairly be
considered apart from the egregious breach of professional decorum that
it exhibits,” it admitted. “We cannot ‘unpublish’ it, of course,
but we can and do acknowledge that the article was not presentable for
publication when we published it, and that we therefore repudiate it
with sincere apologies to our readers.” Ironically, Bradford has a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Harvard University with a focus in Human Rights Law. This is a man who is apparently incorporating his violent philosophy
into his teaching at West Point. He started on August 1st 2015 — after
he published his article. This is only the tip of the iceberg in forming a complete
understanding of the ideological fabric held by many of the war hawks in
U.S. Military.

Question -- What is the goal of this website? Why do we share different sources of information that sometimes conflicts or might even be considered disinformation?
Answer -- The primary goal of Nesaranews is to help all people become better truth-seekers in a real-time boots-on-the-ground fashion. This is for the purpose of learning to think critically, discovering the truth from within—not just believing things blindly because it came from an "authority" or credible source. Instead of telling you what the truth is, we share information from many sources so that you can discern it for yourself. We focus on teaching you the tools to become your own authority on the truth, gaining self-mastery, sovereignty, and freedom in the process. We want each of you to become your own leaders and masters of personal discernment, and as such, all information should be vetted, analyzed and discerned at a personal level. We also encourage you to discuss your thoughts in the comments section of this site to engage in a group discernment process.
