It is no longer good enough to passively blog about the mass murdering fascist cabal that is seizing power in the West, it is time to take direct action. This writer is going to put his life where his word is by going at noon, Japan Standard Time on November 24th, 2015* to confront senior Khazarian cabalist mass murderers Richard Armitage, Michael Green and Kurt Campbell.

These murderers will be showing up at the Nikkei Hall in downtown Tokyo where they will be giving orders to their Japanese slave politicians and fomenting war. We will be live streaming on the internet as we try to force these criminals to answer for their crimes to the world public. It is time to make it impossible for members of the Khazarian mafia to appear in public without being confronted about their crimes and lies.
Campbell, Green and Armitage are all accessories to the murder of over 15,786 innocent Japanese citizens on March 11th, 2011. As this writer has previously written, Armitage is a heroin dealer who is also responsible for the murderer of numerous heads of state, including Ferdinand Marcos of the Philippines and Noboru Takeshita of Japan. Kurt Campbell was tape recorded trying to bribe Japanese politician Ichiro Ozawa with a monopoly on xeolite, a radiation clean up agent, immediately before the 311 nuclear and tsunami mass murder terror attack. Campbell was head of Asian affairs for the US State Department at the time. Michael Green, head of Mossad in Japan, has slandered this writer and forced Japanese politicians to publish essays saying the Japanese people had to obey Jews.
These people are now offering multi-billion dollar bribes to opposition politician Tooru Hashimoto in an attempt to co-opt an opposition alliance that is likely to overthrow the slave regime of Prime Minister Shinzo Abe. Sources close to Abe meanwhile say there has been a systematic assassination campaign going on against people in Abe’s immediate circle who are beginning to chafe at the orders given by Armitage and his fellow Khazarian gangsters.

DEBKA is saying Iranian planes are attacking near the Syrian/Israeli border while the grounded Israeli air-force looks helplessly on.

A Russian, French and American fleet is now operating off the coast of Israel as part of a campaign to force that rogue state to cease is incessant promotion of terrorism and war. The Russians and their allies, including the US Pentagon and now the French are also targeting the large corporations such as Exxon Mobil, Haliburton and BP plus their owners the Rockefeller, Rothschild, Bush etc. families, Pentagon sources say. In particular, Exxon Mobil and BP have been identified as the real controllers of Qatar and Saudi Arabia which are, in turn, the chief sponsors of ISIS, Pentagon, French and Russian sources agree.
The Russians deliberately leaked information about a nuclear torpedo recently. They also fired cruise missiles from a submarine in the Mediterranean. Russian nuclear armed bombers are also patrolling the airspace around Israeli borders escorted by Iranian fighter jets. The message being sent is that the oil company colony of brainwashed Europeans known as Israel can be “nuked, tsunamied and EMPed into oblivion at a moment’s notice,” Pentagon officials noted.
War criminal and mass murderer Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel, fearing retribution, called Russian President Vladimir Putin to beg for mercy in response to these moves, the Pentagon officials said.
However, the Russians, French and US military are in no mood for appeasement. The United Nations Security Council unanimously passed a resolution condemning ISIS meaning that all major powers, including China, are moving against it.
Since ISIS is a front for the Khazarian mafia this means all their proxies are now being shut down. In particular, Mossad linked companies are being removed from jobs related to security at airports, power plants etc.
Companies like BP and Exxon that have been buying oil from ISIS are also likely to face sanctions even as their senior shareholders are hunted down, Pentagon and CIA sources said.
In addition, measures are being taken to prevent the manufactured Syrian refugee crisis from being used to infiltrate saboteurs and agents into Europe and the US from the Middle East and elsewhere.
French Journalist Thierry Meysson, the man who first reported lies in the official 911 story, has also identified the hedge fund KKR and, of course, the mercenary company Academi as key players in the fake Islamic terror racket. Hero Meysson has recently published a ground breaking report on what really happened with the Paris Friday the 13th “massacre.”

Whatever the true motives of the French attack, French authorities are using it as an excuse to declare martial law and crack down on all fifth columnists in their country.
In any case, the French government has other reasons to wish for martial law. The head of a large French corporation supplying the French army contacted this writer last week to say he had not been paid by the French government for his services in over 8 months. As a result of that he had to lay off 400 employees, he says.
If we recall, the original Friday the 13th massacre in October of 1307 was used as a pretext by the bankrupt French king to seize the assets of the Knights Templars. In this case, the Templars would be the Rothschilds and their banker buddies.

Other European countries, notably the PIIGS (Portugal, Ireland, Italy, Greece and Spain) are also facing bankruptcy so there is growing pressure there as well to seize funds fraudulently taken from the people by privately owned central banks. The gnostic illuminati view this as a golden opportunity to make their move against inbred European bloodline banking families.
The United States is also bankrupt so there is a strong incentive there as well to seize assets earned fraudulently by the families that own the Federal Reserve Board. One recent sign of US bankruptcy is a 70% drop in freight charges from the US to Asia in the past three weeks.

The answer, for many, especially honest low paid members of the law enforcement and military professions, is to legally seek the return of funds stolen by the families that own the Federal Reserve Board.

In what is probably a related move, a Senior Chinese agent in Japan offered this week to donate $100 billion worth of Clinton issued “Kennedy bonds,” to the White Dragon Foundation, presumably as a way to get around expected asset forfeiture.
The White Dragon Society prefers that forensic accountants identify the people behind the foundations that control most of the world’s stock markets and force them to return funds they stole through fraudulent fiat (money out of thin air) bank crime.
The White Dragon Foundation is also willing to accept funds dedicated towards setting up a meritocratically staffed, transparently run future planning agency dedicated towards creating paradise on earth.

President Obama has given U.S. military pilots an impossible task:  Wage a successful air war against an enemy hiding among civilians – without killing a single civilian.

Pilots who have returned from deployments say Obama refuses to permit airstrikes 75 percent of the time against the Islamic State group.

“You went 12 full months while ISIS was on the march without the U.S. using that air power and now as the pilots come back to talk to us they say three-quarters of our ordnance we can’t drop, we can’t get clearance even when we have a clear target in front of us,” Rep. Ed Royce, R-California, chair of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, told the Washington Free Beacon on Wednesday. “I don’t understand this strategy at all because this is what has allowed ISIS the advantage and ability to recruit."

Obama has resisted sending in U.S. ground troops to battle ISIS, which has allowed the Sunni terror group to better defend against coalition airstrikes.

Jack Keane, a retired four-star U.S. general, said Obama demanded Air Force officials vet targets based on goal of zero civilian casualties.

“This has been an absurdity from the beginning,” Keane said Wednesday, the Free Beacon reported. The president personally made a statement that has driven air power from the inception. “When we agreed we were going to do air power and the military said 'this is how it would work', he [Obama] said, ‘No, I do not want any civilian casualties.’ And the response was, ‘But there’s always some civilian casualties. We have the best capability in the world to protect from civilians casualties.’”

Obama’s reply was, “No, you don’t understand. I want no civilian casualties. Zero,” Keane told the website. “So that has driven our so-called rules of engagement to a degree we have never had in any previous air campaign from desert storm to the present.”

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh blasted Obama’s plan as a delusional recipe for disaster.  “The bottom line is there’s no way we’re gonna win this. We’re being led by somebody who may not even be serious about winning,” Limbaugh said Friday.


A Pentagon official speaking on condition of anonymity defended Obama’s orders. (Two sides of the story! One American military leader defends and the other questions and condemns.)

“The bottom line is that we will not stoop to the level of our enemy and put civilians more in harm’s way than absolutely necessary,” the official told the Free Beacon.

“The fact that aircraft go on missions and don’t strike anything is not out of the norm. Despite U.S. strikes being the most precise in the history of warfare, conducting strike operations in the heavily populated areas where ISIL hides certainly presents challenges. We are fighting an enemy who goes out of their way to put civilians at risk.”

Keane said France and Russia are prosecuting the war not to have a zero-casualty count, but to win.  “Believe me, the French are in there not using the restrictions we have imposed on our pilots,” Keane said. “And the Russians] don’t care at all about civilians.”

Records provided to the website by the Defense Department show more than 22,000 munitions were dropped on ISIS targets during more than 8,000 sorties since the beginning of the year.

Putin Declares ISIS On “Brink Of Total Defeat”, Warns NATO War Has Been “Total Lie”

A sobering report issued by the Ministry of Defense (MoD) states that in an address to Federation military commanders at the National Control Defense Center wartime government headquarters in Moscow earlier today, President Putin declared that Islamic State Forces (ISIS/ISIL/Daesh) operating in the Levant War Zone are on the “brink of total defeat” and that the Western nations claims that they had been battling these modern day barbarians has now been exposed as a “total lie”.

According to this report, Aerospace Forces, which in the past 48 hours have destroyed 472 terrorist targets, and in the past 5 days have obliterated 1,000 of their oil tankers, and when combined with the nearly 3,000 air and cruise missiles strikes conducted by Russian military and naval forces against these terrorists since 30 September, have reduced ISIS to having only 34 operating bases—a number confirmed by Iraq's al-Nakhil news agency. 

Adding to the coming success in defeating Islamic State forces, this report continues, are the new airstrikes against these terrorists being launched from the French aircraft carrier Charles de Gaulle under the control of Federation Aerospace Forces by order of President Putin after France broke with NATO and sided with Russia in this war. 

Joining Russia and France too in battling ISIS, this report notes, is China, whose Foreign Ministry spokesman, Hong Lei, earlier today stated “Russia’s large-scale activities are an important integral part of the international counter-terror actions… China supports Russia’s efforts to combat terrorism”.

Not just in words either is China supporting Russia in the Levant either, this report says, but in military forces too as an estimated 3,000 Chinese marine forces are now operating in Syria under Federation military command—and which the United States has dispatched its USS Harry S. Truman aircraft carrier strike force against with its commander, Captain Ryan Scholl, warning: 

“ISIS is not the only challenge that awaits the flotilla, which includes the cruiser Anzio, Carrier Wing Air 7, and destroyers Bulkeley, Gravely and Gonzalez. Russian, Chinese and Iranian marines have established their presence in Syria, and Russian warships from the Black Sea have relocated to the eastern Mediterranean to protect fighter jets conducting airstrikes in support of Syria's Assad regime. In preparation, the strike group's Composite Training Unit Exercise focused on adversaries that more closely resembled those of the Cold War.”

To if the United States led NATO will intervene to protect their Islamic State allies against total defeat and risk World War III with Russia and China, this report warns, is the greatest unanswered question now facing the Federation—a question made more complicated by official Washington’s many false narratives about Russia and Syria that have gotten so tangled that they have become a danger to the struggle against Sunni jihadist terrorism and conceivably a threat to the future of the planet.

And to how complicated the United States propaganda narrative about this war has become, this report notes, was evidenced this past week when one American news programme, PBS, actually showed their viewers a false report about the US Air Force bombing ISIS targets in Syria, but used in its entirety Russian Aerospace Forces videos posted on the MoD website. 
 
To the “sick joke” perpetrated upon the peoples of the West about the war against the Islamic State, this report continues, was laid even more bare by President Putin when he told his commanders that evidence now proved that NATO member Turkey had supplied these terrorists with an estimated 100,000 fake passports enabling their travel to Europe and America.

Even worse, this report says, a former ISIS fighter told the American news magazine Newsweek that Turkey was allowing ISIS trucks from Raqqa to cross the border, through Turkey and then back across the border to attack Syrian Kurds in the city of Serekaniye in northern Syria in February and that ISIS militants would freely travel through Turkey in a convoy of trucks, and stop at safe houses along the way.

And with documents leaked in September 2014 showing that Saudi Prince Bandar bin Sultan had financed weapons shipments to ISIS through Turkey, and a clandestine plane from Germany delivered arms in the Etimesgut airport in Turkey and split into three containers, two of which were dispatched to ISIS, this report continues, the warning issued in December 2014 by Claudia Roth, deputy speaker of the German parliament, who expressed shock that NATO is allowing Turkey to harbour an ISIS camp in Istanbul and facilitate weapons transfers to Islamist militants through its borders tacitly support ISIS oil sales was ignored. 

Also, this report notes, in his testimony before the US Senate Armed Services Committee in September 2014, General Martin Dempsey, then chairman of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, when asked by Senator Lindsay Graham whether he knew of “any major Arab ally that embraces ISIL”? 

General Dempsey replied: “I know major Arab allies who fund them.”  US allies that include Saudi Arabia, Qatar, the UAE, and Kuwait in particular — all of whom, for the last four years at least, have funneled billions of dollars largely to ISIS.

The consistent transfers of CIA-Gulf-Turkish arms supplies to ISIS which have destroyed Syria and led to the rise of the Islamic State, this report further notes, has, also, been documented through analysis of weapons serial numbers by the UK-based Conflict Armament Research (CAR), whose database on the illicit weapons trade is funded by the EU and Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs, and led, this past week, Professor David Graeber of London School of Economics stating the obvious: 

“Had Turkey placed the same kind of absolute blockade on Isis territories as they did on Kurdish-held parts of Syria… that blood-stained ‘caliphate’ would long since have collapsed — and arguably, the Paris attacks may never have happened. And if Turkey were to do the same today, Isis would probably collapse in a matter of months. Yet, has a single western leader called on Erdoğan to do this?”

And with Russia having long warned that Obama regime polices were aiding the Islamic State, this report says, new evidence is now emerging in the United States proving their military officials have been lying to their President, Congress and the American public about their fight against ISIS—and which this past week led the Pentagon’s Inspector General, who is in charge of the investigation, to seize a massive number of Central Command emails from US military computers, along with other documents, in an effort to uncover how deep this conspiracy goes. 

While the US begins its charade to investigate this plot to plunge our world into total war, this report concludes, the truest facts behind this conspiracy remain untold to the West (and which we had reported on in our 14 November report Russia Warns Friday The 13th Paris Massacre Is Masonic Power Play For World War III), but which another “puzzle piece” is soon to be laid down when the secret archive that lists two million Freemason members is published for the world to begin to see how deep this plaque goes.

Proof that liberalism is a form of congenital idiocy:

The Violence Policy Center -- if you couldn't guess, an anti-Second Amendment group -- in the wake of the Paris massacre -- is calling for a total ban on "assault weapons," including "assault pistols" and "assault shotguns."

Don't worry, you'll still be allowed to keep your assault chainsaw. (water pistol - maybe - and cap gun)

The group posted a statement on Facebook that said, "In light of new concerns over terrorism, we should rethink our policies that allow military-style assault weapons to be purchased by virtually anyone — including potential criminals and terrorists. There is no reason for assault rifles, assault pistols, and assault shotguns to be sold on the civilian market. These weapons are designed with only one purpose: to kill as many people as possible in the shortest possible amount of time."

There's nothing "new" about concerns over terrorism, for starters. And let's be specific about the problem: It's Muslim terrorism that's most concerning, at least in the U.S. Maybe in Europe they have what liberals call "ethnopolitical" terrorism or some other fancy-shmancy terrorism, just like we have chopped liver and they have pate de froie gras. But for most of us, just plain old Muslim terrorism is the thing.

Then there's that whole "military-style assault weapons" business. What does that even mean? A tank? A battleship? An F-18? The military has a lot of "assault weapons." 

I'd kind of like to know where I could buy an A-10, but I don't think there are that many store locations. The whole concept of "assault weapon" is just made up by liberals and doesn't actually describe a class of weapon other than any gun that scares liberals, which is all of them. 

And being bought by "virtually anyone"? Come on. Real criminals and terrorists buy out of the back of a van, the sort of venue that is notable for ignoring laws.

The line about there being no reason to sell "assault weapons" on civilian markets: I can think of several reasons, the most important being every human being's God-given right to defend himself, his family, his property and his community from, oh say, terrorists.

These weapons are made to kill: Yes, guns are made to kill, and a damn fine job of it they'll do in the hands of someone who has practice using them. Just think how things might have gone if even one of the Parisian victims had been packing a gun and used it against the terrorists.

I can think of hundreds of former victims of gun control who might have liked to find out what happens when an armed good guy meets an armed bad guy. Do the math. 

There were nine terrorists who killed 129 people and injured some 300 others. If one terrorist could kill 13 to 14 people, then just one person with a gun could have conceivably taken out all of the terrorists. Real life factors would change that number -- location, crowd movement, opportunity, aim, etc. -- but you see the point. Lives -- many lives -- might have been saved.

ALL LIVES MATTER - NOT JUST CERTAIN ONES.
 
And that's the real irony, or perhaps just joke, of notions of gun control. It's not about controlling guns.  It's about controlling people who are least likely to ever use a gun in commission of a crime or act of terror.  

The bad guys will always find their weapons.

Gun control just creates more victims.

14  Muslims Arrested  Trying  to  Cross  Arizona  and  Texas  Borders

On Monday, members of the Joint Terrorism Task Force detained and arrested six men illegally crossing the border near Sonoita, Arizona. Five of the men were from Pakistan and the other from Afghanistan.  

 

US Customs and Border Patrol released the following statement about the arrests:

“U.S. Border Patrol agents in Sonoita, Arizona, apprehended five Pakistani nationals and one Afghan national Monday. Agents also arrested two smugglers accompanying the group. As a standard procedure, agents processed the six individuals and checked their identities against numerous law enforcement and national security related databases. Records checks revealed no derogatory information about the individuals. The individuals are currently in federal custody.”

Other early reports said that the men had been released from custody after being checked out. Other sources say that the six men were taken by the FBI and are being held in Tucson.

In addition to the six Muslims trying to illegally cross the border into southern Arizona, 8 Syrians were detained trying to illegally cross the border in the Laredo area of Texas.

Don’t forget that Honduras police arrested 5 Syrians with stolen passports and heading to the US.

For the past several years, I’ve been warning that Islamic terrorists have been working with Mexican drug cartels to help them enter the US illegally. Ranchers along the border have reported finding Muslim items including Qurans left in the desert by illegals crossing the border.

Obama has gone so far in keeping the border open for illegals and possible Muslim terrorists that he stripped Maricopa County Sheriff’s Department of their ability to enforce immigration laws.

Parts of Maricopa County are less than 100 miles from the border and Sheriff Joe Arpaio along with local law enforcement agencies have stated that 75% or more of their crime is directly related to illegals and drug traffickers.

The county is also home to 4 million people and is the fourth most populous county in the nation.

If authorities have captured 14 Middle Eastern Muslims trying to illegally cross our border, how many others have successfully crossed the border without being caught. 

Obama has made it obvious that he doesn’t want to secure the border or protect Americans. He willingly sacrifices national security for the sake of winning the votes of millions of illegals and thousands of Syrian refugees that he is openly welcoming.

Obama’s willingness to allow Islamic terrorists into the US constitutes aiding and abetting enemies of the United States which Article 3, Section 3 of the United States Constitution defines as treason.

If I had the resources, I would do whatever I could to bring that charge against Barack Obama and continue to pursue it until I see his sorry traitorous fanny locked up for the rest of his life.

Hillary’s Private Email Server - more discoveries

Hillary’s Private Email Server Used by Aide to Converse with Known Islamic Activist

As the investigation continues into Hillary Clinton’s alleged illegal use of her own private server for official State Department business, investigators have also been looking into the emails of some of her top aides that also used her private server.  One of those aides is Huma Abedin who for most of Clinton’s time as Secretary of State was her closet aide and confidant.

 

In one of Abedin’s recovered emails it was revealed that Clinton’s schedule for her last day as Secretary of State was shared by Lona J. Valmoro, then Special Assistant to Clinton. The email she sent detailing Clinton’s schedule was sent to Abedin and another of other top staff at the State Department along with other Clinton associates.

As reported by Judicial Watch, the email read:

In addition to the detailed itinerary of Clinton, other Abedin emails sent via Hillary’s private server contained information about a Clinton meeting with leaders from Saudi Arabia. Worst yet is the discovery that Hillary’s private email server was used for emails between Abedin and her mother. Don’t forget that Abedin’s mother is Saleha Abedin, listed as a controversial Islamic activist and part of the leadership of the Muslim Sisterhood, the female group associated with the Muslim Brotherhood.

According to Judicial Watch:

“The Abedin correspondence includes several instances in which the Clinton top aide attempted to obtain special treatment from the State Department for business associates and relatives. In the first instance, Abedin apparently worked with Teneo co-founder and Clinton Global Initiative official Doug Band to intercede on behalf of an individual seeking a visa. In the second instance, Huma Abedin received an email from her mother, Saleha Abedin (a controversial Islamist activist) who founded and serves as dean at Dar al-Hekma University in Saudi Arabia. In the December 11, 2011, email, Saleha Abedin seeks the assistance of her daughter to help the president of her college, Dr. Suhair al Qurashi, attend a State Department ‘Women in Public Service’ ceremony, which included remarks by Hillary Clinton. (Mrs. Clinton spoke at Dar al-Hekma University in 2010. Dr. Qurashi and Saleha Abedin introduced Mrs. Clinton’s speech and moderated the subsequent discussion.)”

Not only was Abedin using Clinton’s private server to conduct State Department business, but using it to correspond with her mother should raise huge red flags. 

If Abedin was corresponding with her mother, a known Islamic activist via Hillary’s private email server, wouldn’t that make the server more susceptible to hacking by Saleha’s Islamic activist comrades? 

This most definitely is a matter of national security, yet Hillary still denies that anything wrong took place, proving once again that there is nothing trustworthy about Hillary Clinton and she definitely has no business leading our nation.

French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve called for the “dissolution” of radical mosques following last week’s terrorist attacks in Paris that killed 130 people. Belgium’s Prime Minister, Charles Michel threatened similar action in his country where the attacks were staged.

Neither President Obama nor other officials in his administration, however, have spoken of shutting down radical mosques in the U.S. But U.S. reticence about taking actions now being implemented by France and Belgium isn’t for a lack of mosques in this country in which hatred for American values and support for jihad terrorism are regularly heard.

There are more than 80 radical mosques in the U.S., according to the Clarion Project, a non-profit group that describes itself as “dedicated to exposing the dangers of Islamist extremism.”

Using Clarion’s definitions, The Daily Caller News Foundation has mapped these radical mosques in an effort to aid readers seeking to understand the extent of radical Islamic voices in this country.

These mosques or their leading clerics have radicalized attendees to become terrorists, supported terrorist organizations, made radical Islamist remarks or hosted others that have, or are financially backed by radical individuals or organizations.

“Islamist extremists have developed a sophisticated network of interconnected organizations across America,” according to Clarion. “The common thread among these organizations is their ideology of political Islam, which aspires to implement Shariah governance and to establish a global Islamic caliphate.”

The FBI declined to tell The DCNF if the nation’s top law enforcement agency has a similar list.

The map includes 83 – or nearly 4 percent – of the 2,106 mosques in the United States as of 2010.

Mosques from Clarion Project’s list were excluded if the DCNF could not verify their addresses. These include Islamist communes like Islamberg in New York.

Several mosques on the Clarion Project’s list stand out.
Dar al-Hijrah, located just outside Washington in Falls Church, Virginia, for example, was the place of worship for two of the 9/11 hijackers. This mosque’s present Imam, Shaker Elsayed, described Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna’s teachings as “the closest reflection of how Islam should be in this life.” 
 
The Brotherhood “seeks to implement Shariah-based governance globally,” according to the Clarion Project.

Multiple terrorists have come from the Islamic Society of Boston, including the Boston Bombers and al-Qaeda terrorists Aafia Siddiqui, Tarek Mehanna and Ahmad Abousamra.

The Islamic Center of Tucson was “basically the first cell of al-Qaeda in the United States,” terrorism expert Rita Katz told The Washington Post in 2002. 

“At least a dozen terror-linked individuals have been tied to the” center, according to the Clarion Project.

Government Criminalizing Rainwater Collection In All Out War On Self Sufficiency...

Collecting rainwater is classically seen as a safe and sustainable way of supplying your household with an off-the-grid water supply. Some people collect rainwater only for a backup reservoir, while others prefer to go all the way and maintain their household with pure off-the-grid rainwater collection. This method ensures water during emergencies, can help control floods, saves money and liberates us from company-dependence for our water.

Consequently, this freedom to collect our own rainwater is currently under attack. State laws have been set up in several U.S. States including Oregon, Utah, California, Florida, Colorado and Washington that prohibit the collection, or “diversion” of rainwater, including water that is falling on your own property and is to be used for your own private use or as an environmental conservation technique.

This idea of state-owned rainwater is opposed both by environmentalists on the left, and libertarians and constitutionalists on the right, and even historical figures such as Chief Seattle when he allegedly said during his 1854 oration to the European colonists “how can you own the rain?” Supporters are mainly governments and collectivists who tend to lean toward ideologies that sacrifice individual liberties.

Although it seems commonsense that the water that falls on your own property would of course belong to you, state governments increasingly challenge that idea with legislation demanding that your water doesn’t belong to you. It belongs to them, they say, and if you want to use “their” water then you first have to obtain a “Water Right” – and if you are denied this right, the water that falls on your own property (even if you need it) will be illegal to use – you will be thrown in jail or fined for the use of that water. You are now a Water Criminal.

Take for example the story of Gary Harrington, an Oregon man who had three ponds, or what the Oregon State Water Managers called “three illegal reservoirs” of water on his more than 170 acres of land. Harrington was reportedly sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined over $1,500 for having these “illegal reservoirs” on his property. The state claims that he is “diverting” water from Big Butte Creek, but he argues that he was only collecting the rainwater that falls on his own property, which later falls into to the creek.

CNS News reports:

“They’ve just gotten to be big bullies and if you just lay over and die and give up, that just makes them bigger bullies. So, we as Americans, we need to stand on our constitutional rights, on our rights as citizens and hang tough. This is a good country, we’ll prevail,” he said.

This issue is not isolated and it’s happening more than ever. Increasingly, people are being banned from all kinds of off-the-grid activities such as camping on their own property or heating your home with wood. Residents of Colorado, Florida and California have all had similar experiences to Harrington. Robin Rutan, an off-the-grid resident, reportedly told Colorado Public Radio “We’ve been regulated out of life” and that “I came here because I couldn’t live by the codes [in other regions].”

Another Colorado resident said “We are residents who have come to live off the grid. It’s all our land…These are harsh economic times. We have nowhere to go”. Residents of California are having increasingly harder time due to these “water laws” in wake of the drought that is taking place there.

Many people of the world still utilize rainwater as a major water source, such as the people of Singapore (28 to 33% of total water used), Indonesia, Bangladesh, Thailand, Hawaii and more. A Colorado study reveals that “With rainwater harvesting, outdoor water demand is reduced by approximately 65% with moderate conservation and approximately 88% with water wise conservation.” showing that collecting rainwater helps the environment through conservation and reduces dependency on company water.
