Oregon standoff: LaVoy Finicum memorial torn down and rebuilt

Soon after somebody tore down a cross erected in honor of a dead protester, somebody used its remnants to put a smaller version of the cross back together.
A memorial held Saturday was a spectacle of patriotism and of admiration for Robert "LaVoy" Finicum, who was killed Jan. 26 during a confrontation with Oregon State Police.
At least a dozen cars pulled up to the spot where Finicum died, following BJ Soper, a leader of the Pacific Patriots Network who had organized the memorial. About 50 men, women and children milled around on the road and the snow, watching the show.
A man climbed up a tree to nail another makeshift cross.
"God bless the ranchers," Steve Walker, 53, shouted from about 20 feet up the tree as he hammered in the bottom nail. People cheered. Walker, a local woodcutter, kissed the cross, slid down the tree and fell backward into the snow.
"I put it up there to give them a little more to work for," he said.
Finicum's death has become a rallying cry for hundreds of people around the country. The Arizona rancher was killed 20 miles north of Burns, 25 days after a group of men and women took over the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge. A grainy aerial video shows Finicum reaching twice for his waist before officers fired. The FBI said he had a 9 mm pistol in his jacket.
The original cross was put up within days of Finicum's death. On Saturday morning, word got out that it had been destroyed. Soper was sitting in the Apple Peddler, a diner in Burns, when he heard the news.
"You gotta be f*****g kidding me," he said over the phone.
Surrounded by other members of the patriots network, Soper announced they would rebuild the cross and offer $500 for information leading to those responsible for tearing it down.
"We're going to go buy every damn flag in this town and hang [the cross] back up," he said.
By the time Soper got to the site Saturday afternoon for the scheduled memorial, a makeshift cross had been erected. Somebody had taken a piece of the cross that was left in the snow and screwed it to the stump, which was still in the ground. One side was jagged where it had been broken.
A piece of cardboard nearby said: "A civilian was killed in the line of duty here."
One person after another stuck American flags into the snow.  Some were large, some small. One flag was hung sideways on a pine tree, another was attached to the cross. Others left flowers.
Amanda Bisset, who came from Walla Walla, Washington, with her horse 'Diesel,' took turns walking up and down the road, holding an American flag. The crowds gathered on either side of the road erupted in a spontaneous cheer.
"God bless America," one man shouted.
"Yeah," responded another man over the cheers and clapping.
"Freedom," shouted a final voice.
Some dispute the official account of Finicum's death, insisting it could have been avoided. Others have gone so far as to call it murder.
Soper and others wrote on two cowboy hats – Finicum often wore them – then placed them atop the cross and an American flag pitched in the snow.
"Does anybody have a quarter?" Soper asked, before writing "IN GOD WE TRUST" on one of the hats.
"I don't want to look illiterate," he said.  A woman handed him a quarter. Soper looked at it, put it between his lips and wrote with a black sharpie: "E PLURIBUS UNUM."
A few hours later even more people gathered in John Day for another memorial for Finicum. Men and women stood on a street corner holding candles and signs. One said "Murdered by Oregon State Police" with a picture of Finicum waving at the camera with the sun and an American flag behind his back.
The destruction of the cross and memorial where Finicum died was the latest sign that some residents have grown tired of the occupation, which has stretched into its sixth week. Though the occupation's leaders have been arrested, four occupiers remain inside at the wildlife refuge headquarters in Harney County, refusing to come out.
Asked who might have torn the memorial down, Soper said he did not know.

"Someone that's un-Christian, that's for damn sure," he said.
No law enforcement agency had anything to do with the destruction of the site, an Oregon State Police spokesman said. An Oregon Department of Transportation spokesman said the agency played no role in its removal.
Finicum was buried Friday, Feb. 5 in his hometown of Kanab, Utah.
Burns has also been showing signs of weariness. Two billboards went up Friday expressing support for law enforcement and community pride in what appeared to be a tacit rebuke of the occupation.
The front page of the local newspaper, Burns Times-Herald, said it succinctly: "Go home militia!"

Nazi Occupation Storm Troopers Have Taken Over Eastern Oregon

Steve Quayle has written one of the most informative and timely books of this era entitled Empire Beneath the Ice-How the Nazis Won World War II. In the book, Steve makes the point that Nazis were never defeated, they simply transferred their centers of power. Nowhere is Steve’s book more telling than it is in Eastern Oregon where the Gestapo has moved in with all the heinous depravity befitting the Nazi Empire.

The phrase, “papers please”, was the hallmark and poster child phrase of Nazi occupation in the World War II era.  In Oregon, the American version of the Gestapo, the Federal government occupation forces have set up its Gestapo practices on state owned and privately owned land in a wholly unconstitutional action. But since when did the Constitution deter this criminal administration from doing anything? In Eastern Oregon, near the site of the murder of Lavoy Finicum,  the public’s identity papers are being examined while under gunpoint. And of course, every rancher in the area is keenly aware that any kind of perceived resistance will be met with extreme prejudice.
In this Infowars interview, conducted by David Knight, a local rancher, who was forced to produce his papers under gunpoint, shares what it is like to have guns pointed in his face as he travels to and from his home to his property in rural Amerika.
In the video, this rancher was noticeably distraught and stressed out as it was obvious that he was afraid to criticize this criminal government for the murder of a fellow rancher. This rancher’s comments, caught on tape by David Knight, speaks to an even greater threat to Amerika, the fear of government reprisal.
Coincidence Or Another Murder?
In The Common Sense Show interview with Shawna Cox in which she established the fact that she was ordered to surrender her guns as a precondition to her release from jail following her arrest at the scene of the murder of Lavoy Finicum.
Subsequently, Shawn Cox’s son-in-law moved the guns to his work space from the Cox household. And just coincidentally, that very night, he dies in a mysterious fire in the work area. Coincidence or a second murder? After dealing with this criminal administration for the past seven years, I stopped believing in coincidences a long time ago.
Nazis take delight in creating false flag events. The Reichstag fire is a prime example of how Nazi’s do business. And now we have a modern day version of this event with the suspicious death of Shawn’s son-in-law.
When the smoke cleared from the Reichstag fire, Hitler was quick to blame the communists and they executed many communist leaders. After the execution of Lavoy Finicum this modern day version of the Nazis are seeking to vilify all ranchers and move them off of their land once and for all.

There Is One Public Official Who Cares

There is one public official who does honor his Constitutional oath of office and that is Governor Gary Herbert. After three years of dancing with the Federal government, Herbert is taking back 31 million acres of land illegally obtained by the federal government.
Some may consider this to be a bad parallel, but I view Governor Herbert’s actions in the same light as when the state of South Carolina bombarded Ft. Sumter. This is a very serious undertaking by the Governor and will no doubt be met with extreme hostility by the Obama administration because apparently, Governor Herbert did not get the memo regarding Agenda 21 and the Wildlands designations in the West. What am I talking about, if you are new to Agenda 21, take a look at the following map and you can begin to see why the ranchers in America have a short shelf life, a very short shell life in the case of Lavoy Finicum.

WTC CAMERAS, LOCKS, ELECTRICITY TURNED OFF WEEKEND BEFORE 9/11

Many of us can’t believe explosives were placed in the World Trade Center because it would be impossible to “sneak” them in with so many people watching.
This assumes a lot of things. First, it assumes that people are paying attention when “work” is going on in the Trade Center. Secondly, and more importantly, it assumes that even if people raise questions that someone is going to listen to them.
Scott Forbes, who was a senior database administrator for Fiduciary Trust, located on the 97^th floor of the South Tower received a remarkable notice three weeks before the 9/11 attacks. The Port Authority of New York informed his company that there would be a “power down” on the weekend of Sept. 8 and 9, 2001. This would mean that all power would be off in the top half of the south tower for most of the weekend.
Forbes has called this unprecedented, because to have a data centre lose power for two days requires major preparations and disruption. He reports that as part of the power down, all security cameras and security door locks were non-operational for about 36 hours.
“Remember there were no security locks on doors or security cameras, so access was free unless a door was locked by a manual key. Seeing so many ‘strangers’ who didn’t work at the WTC was unusual,” Forbes said.
The work was claimed to be part of an upgrade to the Internet service in the building. No one has explained why this work required a complete cutting of electricity.
“There were guys in work clothes with huge tool boxes and reels of cable walking around the building that weekend,” he said.
There had also been a heightened security level at the towers for two weeks because of several alleged phone threats. The extra security, which included bomb-sniffing dogs, was removed on Sept. 6.
Forbes wrote to the Port Authority and to the 9/11 Commission to bring his suspicions about the power down to their attention. He never received any acknowledgement of his letters, and no mention of any of this made it into the 9/11 Commission Report.
It might be useful to point out to those who aren’t aware of it that the company that had the contract to provide security for the World Trade Center, United Airlines and Dulles International Airport at the time was called Securicom (now Stratesec). One of the directors of the company from 1993-2000 was George W. Bush’s younger brother, Marvin Bush.  The CEO of the company from 1999-2002 was the Bush brothers’ cousin, Wirt D. Walker III.
Between 1996 and 2000, Securicom installed a new security system in the World Trade Center. Unfortunately, the details of what work they did were destroyed along with the towers on 9/11.
After Marvin Bush left Securicom in 2000, he became a director of HCC Insurance Holdings Inc. (until 2002), which was one of the companies insuring the World Trade Center. Small world, eh?
If the power down was the only suspicious work being done in the towers, you might be inclined to discount it. But it wasn’t. In 2001, there were many vacancies in the towers; there were even entire floors that were empty. Long-time Trade Center employee William Rodriguez, who has talked about hearing massive explosions in the lower part of the towers on 9/11, also says that he heard major work being done on some vacant floors.
He describes loud banging, what sounded like heavy metal dumpsters being moved around, and lots of dust over everything. And it was all very secret. He says that in at least one case, the suspicious work was being done on a floor where the elevator didn’t even stop.
Financial analyst Ben Fountain of Firemen’s Trust has also described odd work being done in the towers. He says his company, Aon Corporation, was evacuated numerous times from their offices in the upper floors of the South Tower. They were also moved from one floor to another.
Fountain reported hearing loud noises on nearby floors, including the sounds of pneumatic drills. He also says there was a great deal of fine white dust all over everything.
Does any of this prove explosives were placed in the towers beyond a shadow of a doubt? No. But it’s part of the puzzle. And there are only so many incredible coincidences that one can swallow as being coincidences. When you add this to the enormous amount of evidence that only explosives could have brought the towers down the way they fell, the conclusion becomes inescapable.

Superior Court Judges on BLM Occupation in Oregon: “The British Crown has Kidnapped and Press-Ganged American Land Assets… in Criminal Conspiracy & Contempt of Our Constitution”

I have known that the united States Constitution has been undermined for some time, beginning with Abraham Lincoln. I have also know of the incorporation of the united States that is based in London, England. However, now, two Superior Court Judges, who are also common law judges under the Postmaster General of their respective regions in Alaska and Colorado, are pointing out the actions of the Bureau of Land Management and the actions of criminal politicians in the united States government to undermine the American view of government and law. This is especially enlightening with what has been going on with the Bundys, the Hammonds and the death of LaVoy Finicum.
Judge Anna Maria Riezinger and Judge Bruce Doucette issued a letter in which they exposed the illegal actions of the BLM and the unconstitutionality of what is really taking place in Oregon.
In speaking with Judge Bruce Doucette (Colorado) via telephone, he told me that this is all true and that one could reference Judge Reizinger’s website (Alaska) for more information, as well as his Facebook page.
After verifying the information did come from these judges, I’m providing you with a letter that they jointly issued on January 4, 2016. America, it’s time to wake up! Conservatives and Liberals are not going to save you from this. We, must stand against this tyranny! No presidential candidate, nor any congressman, is talking about this!
The entire idea, according to Judge Bruce Doucette is to undermine the Law of God and Christianity, which our nation was built upon, and establish a Beast, or false god of the State. Read and judge for yourselves… then make your stand!

Although it may come as a surprise to many Americans we have been mischaracterized and misidentified as British Crown Subjects for the better part of a hundred years. This travesty has never been corrected; instead, the British Crown, a commercial investment organization, has kidnapped and press-ganged American land assets into the international jurisdiction of the sea and has pillaged our labor and our resources without mercy in criminal conspiracy and contempt of our Constitution. They have been aided and abetted in this activity by members of the American Bar Association and the Internal Revenue Service acting as licensed privateers.

These vipers nurtured in our bosom pretending to be our “Friends” and our “Allies” and even our “Trustees” have practiced identity theft against the American people, have involved us in their own private bankruptcies as sureties obligated to pay their debts; they have pretended that because of their fraud against us, we have “abandoned” our property including our land patents, our bank accounts, and our organic states. They have usurped against our lawful government, enslaved our people, and acted as criminals in our midst.
The corporations responsible for this behavior are no different and no better than Walmart or Sears or Burger King; they have used names like “Bureau of Land Management” or “United States Department of Agriculture” and so on under color of law.
The “Bureau of Land Management” is not an actual unit of the American government. It is a foreign corporation whose only business here is to provide us with “essential governmental services”.

The land patents to the western states are owed to the States of America and the Indigenous Tribal Governments without exception. The only ownership accruing to the Federal United States dba District of Columbia Municipal Corporation or in other corporate guises is vested entirely in the ten square miles of the District and limited to its Boundary Stones. The only ownership vested in the Federal Government in the western states or anywhere else is a lease interest in facilities that have been provided to expedite their service missions.
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) facilities being occupied by American Militiamen were bought and paid for by the people of this country for the use of the BLM with the understanding that the BLM is a unit of the American government and is working in good faith for the people of this nation.

However, according to the public and private records, the BLM is not in fact any part of our lawful government at all and has not been so for decades. It is a privately owned foreign “governmental services corporation” operating under color of law; it has no business interfering in the activities of the ranchers and farmers, occupying government facilities under conditions of fraud, or otherwise presenting false claims of interest, ownership, or authority.
The Hammonds and the Bundy Family are Priority Creditors of all the governmental services corporations which are now or which have operated in this country in the past. They are tax exempt and their “vessels in commerce”— meaning the various trusts and public utilities operated under their NAMES without their knowledge or consent— are all tax-prepaid. They and their countrymen are owed the patent to all land within the geographically defined boundaries of their respective states, free and clear of liens, encumbrances, or other presumptions against their property rights by foreign corporations operating under conditions of self-interested fraud.

BLM employees are here to provide “essential governmental services”. Those services do not include acting as undeclared commercial mercenaries operating under color of law and against the best interests of their employers and benefactors. Any federal employee offering to harm or interfere in the normal occupations of their employers, that is, the people of this country, or to prohibit their employer’s customary use of the land and resources they are heir to is acting as an Outlaw in contempt of the Public Law and the actual Constitution and is subject to arrest under the Bounty Hunter provisions of the United States Statutes-at-Large.
Being employed by BLM like being employed by JC PENNY confers no special authority, grants no immunity, and is not a license to undertake any activity that would otherwise be unlawful—including trespassing on private property, making fraudulent claims, and racketeering under armed force. The rule for federal employees and law enforcement officials including “Federal State” and “Federal County” officials is that if you can’t do it in your private capacity, you can’t do it at all.

Members of the Press Corps are similarly reminded of their responsibility to safeguard public safety and obey the Public Law, including their obligation not to incite, misrepresent, or engage in insurrection against the lawful government of the people, by the people, and for the people. This is not a country of the corporation, by the corporation or for the corporation. Anyone needing to be reminded of that fact should question both their education and their sanity.
The highest Law Officer in this country is the County Sheriff who has accepted the public office, received his bond, and taken his Oath. He is enabled to deputize as many men as he needs to enforce the Public Law within the borders of his county and may require the use of any and all equipment and facilities paid for with public funds in pursuit of these ends. He works directly for the people of his county and is accountable only to them.

All federal employees are guests of the people of each county and state. So long as they pursue their lawful duties and do not inappropriately presume upon, threaten, harass, or otherwise offer to harm their hosts, over-reach their lawful jurisdiction, or make false claims against land assets they are owed safe conduct and support. The moment they breach the peace, break the Public Law, offer contempt against the Constitution, engage in operations under color of law—including trespass on private property, cattle rustling, armed racketeering and so on, they are subject to arrest like any common felon.
The people of this country are the employers, benefactors, and Priority Creditors of all federal corporations, all federal employees, all federal contractors, and all federal officials. The people did not grant their hirelings any power to harass them, indebt them, mischaracterize them, change their political status, seize upon their property, defraud them, trespass upon them, or engage in any other criminal activity whatsoever.

It must be squarely recognized that the burning of barns is arson. The theft and removal of livestock is cattle rustling. The bringing of false claims of indebtedness and obligation is fraud. The presentation of weapons, especially tactical weapons, employed in any of these activities is assault and attempted racketeering under force by undeclared private mercenary forces. It is now easy to recognize that these are crimes masquerading as “law enforcement”.
The private in-house laws of corporations must remain in accord with the Public Law or those corporations must be liquidated as crime syndicates and their assets distributed to those they have harmed and to their lawful creditors. This includes the BLM, the UNITED STATES, the AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION, the STATE OF OREGON, or any other corporation found to be operating in violation of the Public Law and their own charter.

The grandest of the illusions which keep us enslaved to the matrix, the ones that have so many of us still entranced, are outlined below for your consideration.

1. The Illusion of Law, Order and Authority For so many of us, following the law is considered a moral obligation, and many of us gladly do so even though corruption, scandal, and wickedness repeatedly demonstrate that the law is plenty flexible for those who have the muscle to bend it.

Police brutality and police criminality is rampant in the US, the courts favor the wealthy, and we can longer even lead our lives privately thanks to the intrusion of state surveillance. And all the while the illegal and immoral Orwellian permanent war rages on in the background of life, murdering and destroying whole nations and cultures.

The social order is not what it seems, for it is entirely predicated on conformity, obedience and acquiescence which are enforced by fear of violence. History teaches us again and again that the law is just as often as not used as an instrument of oppression, social control and plunder, and any so-called authority in this regard is false, hypocritical, and unjust.

When the law itself does not follow the law, there is no law, there is no order, and there is no justice. The pomp and trappings of authority are merely a concealment of the truth that the current world order is predicated on control, not consent.

2. The Illusion of Prosperity and Happiness Adorning oneself in expensive clothes and trinkets, and amassing collections of material possessions that would be the envy of any 19th century monarch has become a substitute for genuine prosperity. Maintaining the illusion of prosperity, though, is critical to our economy as it is, because its foundation is built on consumption, fraud, credit and debt.

The banking system itself has been engineered from the top down to create unlimited wealth for some while taxing the eternity out of the rest of us. True prosperity is a vibrant environment and an abundance of health, happiness, love, and relationships. As more people come to perceive material goods as the form of self-identification in this culture, we slip farther and farther away from the experience of true prosperity.

3. The Illusion of Choice and Freedom Read between the lines and look at the fine print, we are not free, not by any intelligent standard. Freedom is about having choice, yet in today’s world, choice has come to mean a selection between available options, always from within the confines of a corrupt legal and taxation system and within the boundaries of culturally accepted and enforced norms.

Just look no further than the phony institution of modern democracy to find a shining example of false choices appearing real. Two entrenched, corrupt, archaic political parties are paraded as the pride and hope of the nation, yet third party and independent voices are intentionally blocked, ridiculed and plowed under.

The illusion of choice and freedom is a powerful oppressor because it fools us into accepting chains and short leashes as though they were the hallmarks of liberty.

Multiple choice is different than freedom, it is easy servitude.

4. The Illusion of Truth Truth has become a touchy subject in our culture, and we’ve been programmed to believe that ‘the‘ truth comes from the demigods of media, celebrity, and government.

If the TV declares something to be true, then we are heretics to believe otherwise. In order to maintain order, the powers that be depend our acquiescence to their version of the truth.

While independent thinkers and journalists continually blow holes in the official versions of reality, the illusion of truth is so very powerful that it takes a serious personal upheaval to shun the cognitive dissonance needed to function in a society that openly chases false realities.

5. The Illusion of Time

They say that time is money, but this is a lie. Time is your life. Your life is an ever-evolving manifestation of the now. Looking beyond the five sense world, where we have been trained to move in accordance with the clock and the calendar, we find that the spirit is eternal, and that the each individual soul is part of this eternity.

The big deception here is the reinforcement of the idea that the present moment is of little to no value, that the past is something we cannot undo or ever forget, and that the future is intrinsically more important than both the past and the present. This carries our attention away from what it actually happening right now and directs it toward the future. Once completely focused on what is to come rather than what is, we are easy prey to advertisers and fear-pimps who muddy our vision of the future with every possible worry and concern imaginable.

We are happiest when life doesn’t box us in, when spontaneity and randomness gives us the chance to find out more about ourselves. Forfeiting the present moment in order to fantasize about the future is a trap. The immense, timeless moments of spiritual joy that are found in quiet meditation are proof that time is a construct of the mind of humankind, and not necessarily mandatory for the human experience.

If time is money, then life can be measured in dollars. When dollars are worth less, so is life. This is total deception, because life is, in truth, absolutely priceless.

6. The Illusion of Separateness

On a strategic level, the tactic of divide and conquer is standard operating procedure for authoritarians and invading armies, but the illusion of separateness runs even deeper than this.

We are programmed to believe that as individuals we are in competition with everyone and everything around us, including our neighbors and even mother nature. Us vs. them to the extreme. This flatly denies the truth that life on this planet is infinitely inter-connected. Without clean air, clean water, healthy soil, and a vibrant global sense of community we cannot survive here.

While the illusion of separateness comforts us by gratifying the ego and and offering a sense of control, in reality it only serves to enslave and isolate us.

Conclusion

The grand illusions mentioned here have been staged before us as a campaign to encourage blind acquiescence to the machinations of the matrix. In an attempt to dis-empower us, they demand our conformity and obedience, but we must not forget that all of this is merely an elaborate sales pitch. They can’t sell what we don’t care to buy.

Under the Reorganization Act of Washington District of Columbia, by it’s own private business charter, neither the BLM, nor any other federal/corporate agency has lawful/legal authority, jurisdiction or interstate nexus within the 50 state geographical landmass.

BLM, is actually classified as an: “Agent of Foreign Principle”, under the intergovernmental Personnel Act.

In other words, they don’t represent the Constitutional Republic or the interests of the American People but rather, a foreign owned principle i.e., the international banking/military corporate cartel of London City, England known as Crown Corporation as their supreme authority.

This has been openly admitted and exposed through Supreme Court cases since and even before 1938.

NOTE: It is now illegal to mention any of these pre-1938 Supreme Court citations in a current court of law in Amerika.

That should prove everything to you right there.

This private criminal foreign owned off-shore corporation (USA Inc.) has in fact, invaded and usurped our Constitutional Republic like a cancer invading a host body since 1871 to present.

The core issue here is that the BLM must be exposed for the invading criminal usurpers that they are. They have no legal/lawful standing and must be deemed as an invading hostile corporate/military enemy of We The People.

This is no different than having a snake-pit of London Banksters coming to Nevada to lord over the Bundy family, which is exactly who the real bosses of the BLM actually are by-the-way.

The only issue that should be addressed is, does the BLM have legal standing?

Now that American civilian constitutionalists are being classified as “terrorists,” it is time to reconsider what is truly going on in the Middle East. Perhaps those “terrorists” are more like our patriots that we care to consider. The “war on terror” is a war on civilian nationalists, ever-malleable in its definition, conducted without any constitutional authority, oversight, or constraint.

TN Note: This is a most dangerous precedent when the government turns its forces against its own citizens. With anti-government sentiments already running so high in America, this could result in a massive confrontation if not checked. 

The U.S. Justice Department is considering legal changes to combat what it sees as a rising threat from domestic 'anti-government extremists', senior officials told Reuters, even as it steps up efforts to stop Islamic State-inspired attacks at home.

'Extremist groups' motivated by a range of U.S.-born philosophies present a “clear and present danger,” John Carlin, the Justice Department’s chief of national security, told Reuters in an interview. “Based on recent reports and the cases we are seeing, it seems like we’re in a heightened environment.”

Over the past year, the Justice Department has brought charges against domestic extremist suspects accused of attempting to bomb U.S. military bases, kill police officers and fire bomb a school and other buildings in a predominantly Muslim town in New York state.

But federal prosecutors tackling domestic extremists still lack an important legal tool they have used extensively in dozens of prosecutions against Islamic State-inspired suspects: a law that prohibits supporting designated terrorist groups.

Carlin and other Justice Department officials declined to say if they would ask Congress for a comparable domestic extremist statute, or comment on what other changes they might pursue to toughen the fight against anti-government extremists.

The U.S. State Department designates international terrorist organizations to which it is illegal to provide “material support.” No domestic groups have that designation, helping to create a disparity in charges faced by international extremist suspects compared to domestic ones.

A Reuters analysis of more than 100 federal cases found that domestic terrorism suspects collectively have faced less severe charges than those accused of acting on behalf of Islamic State since prosecutors began targeting that group in early 2014.

The Justice Department aggressively pursued domestic extremists after Timothy McVeigh bombed a federal building in Oklahoma City in 1995, killing 168 people.

The government shifted its focus to international terrorism after al Qaeda killed nearly 3,000 Americans on Sept. 11, 2001.

But in recent years anti-government activists, like those who occupied a wildlife preserve in eastern Oregon last month, have regained prominence.

1962 The Eisenhower Report was published to put an end to confusion about federal authority over our federation’s public lands. Accordingly to the report, nearly all public lands are under the exclusive legislative authority of the States! Not the federal government. Perhaps Eisenhower understood the looming threat and took pre-emptive action to lock in our rights. However, JFK (D) was president in 1962. It was administration that published the report.

1963 JFK was assassinated and replaced by LBJ (D), who remained in office until 1969.

1969 Richard Nixon became president, and remained in office until 1974.

by the early 1970’s Federal aggression began.

1976 The globalists responded with the Federal Land Policy and Management Act (FLPMA). The act reversed the constitutional requirement for the public lands to be disposed of—converted to private property—and declared federal “ownership" of these lands. However, the Constitution may not be amended by legislation. Unconstitutional legislation is automatically null and void. Gerald Ford (R) was President, Nelson Rockefeller (R) was Vice President and Senate President, and Carl Albert (D) was House Speaker. Once again, the Rockefeller thumbprint.

This bill would provide the authority to suspend CDS trading under certain conditions.

SOLUTION

Author Michael Lewis wrote that CDS and synthetic CDO derivatives enabled speculators to stack bets on the same mortgage bonds and CDO's. This is analogous to allowing many persons to buy insurance on the same house. Speculators that bought CDS insurance were betting that significant defaults would occur, while the sellers (such as AIG) bet they would not. A theoretically infinite amount could be wagered on the same housing-related securities, provided buyers and sellers of the CDS could be found. He referred to this as a "Doomsday Machine.'...
