An interesting Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) circulating in the Kremlin today says that following the mysterious death last week of former UN President John Ashe, who was scheduled to testify against Hillary Clinton before a US Federal grand jury, the US Supreme Court yesterday “shockingly/stunningly” gave to her a “Get Out Of Jail Free” card—which is a reference to cards used in a popular American board game called Monopoly.  [Note: Some words and phrases appearing in this report are English language approximations of Russian words and phrases having no exact counterpart.]  

According to this report, the “Get Out Of Jail Free” gift card received by Hillary Clinton was delivered to her by the US Supreme Court’s unanimous decision in McDONNELL v. UNITED STATES [No. 15–474. Argued April 27, 2016—Decided June 27, 2016] that overturned former Virginia governor Robert F. McDonnell’s public-corruption conviction and imposed higher standards for federal prosecutors who charge public officials with wrongdoing.

Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. writing the ruling for this unprecedented decision said that the instructions to the jury in his case about what constitutes “official acts” were so broad they could cover almost any action a public official takes, and further stated: “There is no doubt that this case is distasteful; it may be worse than that. But our concern is not with tawdry tales of Ferraris, Rolexes, and ball gowns, it is instead with the broader legal implications of the Government’s boundless interpretation of the federal bribery statute.”

SVR legal analysts in this report explain that what the US Supreme Court actually stated (in plain words) was that in order for anything to be considered bribery in the United States now, it must be evidenced by a Quid Pro Quo (“something for something” or “this for that” in Latin) that proves the offender personally received a benefit from another party seeking their favor. 

To how this US Supreme Court ruling frees Hillary Clinton from a bribery prosecution, this report continues, involves her actions while Secretary of State where from 2009-2013 when she singlehandedly felicitated and approved the sale of vast American-Canadian uranium deposits to Russia while at the same time her husband, former President Bill Clinton, received millions of dollars in donations to his and Hillary’s Clinton Foundation multi billion dollar slush fund. 

This report further states that these “bribes/contributions” were not publicly disclosed by the Clintons, despite an agreement Secretary Clinton had struck with the Obama White House to publicly identify all donors—but with this US Supreme Court ruling doesn’t matter anymore because no one can actually prove that these bribes were given to her. 

To how angry the American people are about this US Supreme Court ruling freeing Hillary Clinton from ever being prosecuted for her crimes, this report notes, cannot be known as virtually no US mainstream news organization has reported on it, or its astounding ramifications, with their choosing to trumpet a relatively minor abortion ruling instead. 

As to how shockingly corrupt the US Federal Court system has become in allowing such unprecedented rulings like this to benefit the elite classes, SVR analysts in this report say, has been evidenced many times over the past few decades—and as best exampled by US Federal Jude Richard A. Posner of the US Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit (Chicago), who not only is the most cited American legal scholar of the 20^th century, recently wrote these chilling words: “I see absolutely no value to a judge of spending decades, years, months, weeks, day, hours, minutes, or seconds studying the Constitution, the history of its enactment, its amendments, and its implementation (across the centuries—well, just a little more than two centuries, and of course less for many of the amendments).”

To the horrifying implications for Western peoples whose legal system, like the United States, is based on a common law system binding judges to adhere to past precedents, this report warns, the abandoning of the US Constitution is allowing a new legal framework to develop in both the US and Britain that in future will ensure the total enslavement of the once free peoples of these nations.

As to actual evidence of this now occurring, one SVR analyst in this report cites two critical cases that are being followed: 
1.) In Britain where for the first time in that nations history a man was found guilty of crime after he died, and 
2.) In the US where for the first time in that nations history a man was charged with murder after his ex-girlfriend committed suicide. 

The justification for these unprecedented new legal maneuvers against the Western peoples of the US and UK, this report explains, is that once it is established that the state can prosecute people who have died, and charge people with murder for the suicides of those they may have had contact with, none of these peoples will ever be free from being prosecuted for anything. 

This report cites a few examples of this by noting that the US and UK governments, if successful in their test cases, would then establish the precedents of accusing anti-global warming writers (for instance) of murder if one of their readers committed suicide, and/or, can threaten to destroy the families of anyone accused of being a dissident by convicting their loved ones of crimes after they are dead and them having no way to defend themselves. 

The conclusion of this report notes that these test cases, as always, involve despicable people so that no sympathy will be imparted to them, but warns that it is by deliberate design—and is, essentially, why Hillary Clinton is now free to commit more crimes, because those who should have known didn’t pay attention, and those that did couldn’t care less.

It appears that the Federal Bureau of Investigation thinks that Americans are too childish and unable to handle the truth concerning the reality of Omar Mateen's 911 call. They have redacted section of the call and refused to release the full audio and transcript of the phone conversation.

More than 29 minutes of conversations have been very briefly summarized. However, in a free country, why redact this information? Why keep it from the public?

One thing we do know, not one word of the FBI's summary indicates comments that Mateen may have made of his hatred of the sodomite community, even though his wife claims he was a sodomite. 

Personally, I think if that is the case, then wouldn't it be more in line with previous sodomites and Muslims who have engaged in self-inflicted crimes and cry victim?

There is no doubt that there was not only something to do with sodomy, but something to do with Mateen's allegiance to the Islamic State.

On Monday morning, assistant special agent in charge of the FBI's Tampa field office, Ron Hopper, said that the while "the audio is compelling," the agency would not release the full audio or transcript because they believed it would only glorify Mateen and encourage other jihadists to engage in the same activity.

The Intercept reports:

Pressed by reporters as to why the transcript released on Monday was partial, and edited, Hopper seemed to refer to Mateen's words about the other attackers.

"Part of the redacting is meant to not give credence to individuals who have done terrorist attacks in the past," he said, "we're not going to propagate their rhetoric, their violent rhetoric, and we see no value in putting those individuals' names back out there."

"We're trying to prevent future acts from happening, again," he continued, "and for cowards like this one, people like that influence them, so we are not going to continue to put their names out front."

So, were there other attackers? Are there more waiting in the wings? My guess is that is probably the case. As Michael DePinto points out, there are a number of reasons to question the official story we are getting from those investigating it, and a number of important things that the public at large were unaware of that took place while attention was diverted to the Orlando shooting.

Of course, all this omitting of information to the public was mocked by plenty of conservatives on Twitter.

"Black Lives Matter" is now taking to social media telling its supporters to perpetrate "Brake Checks" until they cause an accident as a way to "disrupt the country and get an insurance payoff for doing it."

For those who may be unfamiliar, a "Brake Check" is when a car pulls out in front of another on a highway, then DELIBERATELY jams on the brakes for no reason other than to get hit in the rear."  The driver who crashes into the rear of the other car is considered to be "at fault" and his insurance company takes the financial hit.

So unless your car has a dash cam which can record what actually took place, most folks will have no protection from this tactic and will find themselves getting a ticket from the police for careless driving, being sued for hitting another car in the rear and ultimately get hit with much higher car insurance rates due to the "chargeable accident."

Of course, this effort is also a CRIMINAL CONSPIRACY to commit property damage or to cause personal injury.  Hopefully, law enforcement will locate and arrest the persons promoting this on social media because it is, in fact, a criminal conspiracy.  

BLM: Race-Hustlers and Anarchists

Black Lives Matter (BLM) is a virulently racist anarchist group which is exploiting  situations where police officers use force against criminals who are Black, and the criminal get severely injured or killed.   BLM then screams that the incident is due to "racism" and arranges huge, often violent protests -- or even riots, as took place in Fergusen, MO and Baltimore, MD last year.
  
The statistics, however, paint a very different picture. So far in 2016 there have been 509 people killed by police officers.  Of those, the racial breakdown is as follows:

White: 238
Black: 123
Hispanic: 79
Unknown: 46
Other: 23

So the massive protests, riots, property damage and such being incited by BLM is over 123 criminals who happened to be Black.  123 . . . . in a nation of 350 million people.   Put simply, not only is this an over-reaction, it is in every sense of the phrase a Temper Tantrum by people who have been so coddled by society (for fear of being called racist) that BLM thinks it can get away with just about anything.

1. The reported shooter was gay

4. He took time to put down his "assault weapon" and post to Facebook and make phone calls
5. Nobody died until the SWAT team entered the night club guns blazing at 5:13 AM in the morning

All I can say is: Wow. This is a whole lot different from the original story.

New evidence points to facts that Walmart is connected to a government scheme: a plan to declare the martial state in the United States. In fact, Walmart stores might have been created for this very reason. Sam Walton, the founder and chief of Walmart stores, was a U.S. Intelligence officer during WW2 and oversaw the mass detention of thousands of prisoners of war. FDR used AN EXECUTIVE ORDER (EO 9066) for the internment of the Japanese-Americans living in the United States. Thousands of Germans and Italians were also thrown into camps. Walton was a security chief at the time for the mass detainment taking place in the United States. 

Is it any surprise, then, that since 2001, Walmart has received an estimated 50-100 billion dollars from the U.S. Government in tax breaks, land grants, and earmarks. While earmarks were temporarily limited by Congress, it is still believed that Walmart receives kick-backs. Why are they getting so much money from the government? Hint: it isn't to keep their prices low.

Another fact I find suspicious is Walmart's recent hiring of 130000 veterans, active duty, and reserve/national guard troops. I want to be clear: I always support the wonderful U.S. Troops, giving them great jobs and an opportunity to succeed, but I do find Walmart's hiring of these soldiers unusual. The reason is because they just laid off thousands of workers in America and shuttered 269 stores across the world because of "financial problems and portfolio management." What is Walmart doing with its new army?

Yet another fact that is highly unusual is the recent string of murders, attempted murders, arson, and other crimes that have happened on Walmart's premises. Many of these "crimes" sound more like drills or exercises. During one of the exercises in Amarillo, Texas, the police force notes that two gunmen are in the store holding hostages. They said that one was Hispanic and another was black, but then this was modified to one Arab Islamic terrorist, then modified again to a episode of "workplace violence." This mirrors problems in the stories of San Bernardino (reports of three shooters) and Orlando (report of two of three offenders, then modified by police reports). Are these exercises or drills being carried out by the DHS (for whom Mateen conveniently worked as a contractor)?

Another scary fact is the level of cooperation through the years between the government and Walmart. It is known that Walmart worked with the Department of Defense on integrating RFID throughout their supply chain. They also worked with the DHS to report suspicious persons on their premises. Also the U.S. Government has hired several people into FEMA and disaster readiness positions.

Lastly, there could be a connection between Walmart and what happened in Orlando, Pulse shooting massacre. All the elites want is more security, more ways to track and monitor you, more ways to make you less threatening to them (gun control). Walmart is currently working with Omar Mateen former employer, called G4S, on a project that will change their entire payment system in stores. Remember, RFID CHIP CARDS ARE NOW REQUIRED BY LAW IN THE UNITED STATES!

The G4S company is the largest security company in the world, and the third largest employer in the world (behind Walmart at #1). This company is involved in cyber security and cyber data and is active in almost every country in the world. What isn't as well-known, is G4S interests in RFID technology for tracking people all around the world. They filed a patent back in 2011 for a tamper-resistant RFID chip device worn on the hand or wrist that tracks people put into prisons. I find Walmart's recent cooperation with G4S very unusual.

In conclusion, there is strong evidence to link Walmart to the U.S. Government, either as an entity operating in the private sector, or is in close cooperation.

A foreign billionaire and seven-figure donor to the Clinton Foundation has been caught funding a reportedly illegal voting scheme that links straight to the Democratic National Committee and presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.

A computer hacker who goes by the moniker Guccifer 2.0 recently leaked emails allegedly from the DNC outlining their 2016 general election strategies — and one of them details a coordinated effort with a foreign entity, funded entirely with $100 million from big-time Clinton donor and Swiss billionaire Hansjorg Wyss, to influence the results of the 2016 election.

The group was allegedly targeting pro-Clinton demographics for voter registration as well as “outreach, organizing, and legal and policy advocacy on voting laws”, and according to Washington Beacon reporter Lachlan Markay, that’s illegal.

The group behind the $100 million voter registration push, The Wyss Foundation, is registered as a 501(c)(3) charitable foundation. It is forbidden by law from financing direct political projects.

Critics say the document, titled “Wyss Foundation Democracy Strategy Discussion Memo,” provides clear evidence the group was violating this law, with the DNC’s participation and knowledge.

Markay writes, “The document details the scope of Democratic efforts to boost grassroots organizing, and sheds light on how some of the left’s deepest pockets are facilitating those efforts through nonprofit vehicles generally restricted to charitable activity.”

Wyss himself, as a foreign national, is also legally banned from any federal or state political donations — a rule he’d allegedly violated up to 30 times in a nine-year period, according to The Daily Caller News Foundation.

Wyss has also has ties to Clinton, and had previously given between $1 million to $5 million to the Clinton Foundation. Additionally, “Wyss’ now-defunct HJW Foundation previously employed Clinton campaign chairman John Podesta, who received $87,083 from the group in 2013 for consulting services,” according to Markay.

On Friday, June 24th, 2016, not one but TWO State of Emergencies were issued in America: the first in California; the second in West Virginia.

In California, Governor Jerry Brown issued a State of Emergency for the central region — due to a severe wildfire that impacted more than 30,000 acres, 1,500 homes, and displacing several thousand people. Not to mention all of the record breaking heat we've been seeing nationwide, as well as all the other wildfires worldwide: such as the one seen in Canada just last month — displacing up to more than 80,000 people.

In West Virginia, Governor Earl Ray Tomblin declared a State of Emergency for 44 counties — due to the overwhelming flooding and severe weather. Such severities have triggered federal aid issued from Mr. Obama, and even some of the worst flooding conditions in more than a century.

Not to mention the State of Emergency issued in Florida due to Tropical Storm Colin back on June 6th, 2016 — no coincidence, indeed.
