The FCC's Press Intimidation and

Suppression of Science

and "5G" Rollout

In a public meeting at FCC headquarters on July 14, the agency which once served the people, instead acted like tyrannical thugs in an escalating series of remarkable events.

First, they prevented wireless science advocates from displaying a simple sign, violating their First Amendment rights in a public venue. Then, a security guard forcefully prevented a t-shirt from being taken out of a bag, by a former Congressional candidate with opposing views.

Next, a Bloomberg reporter had his credentials confiscated — almost unbelievably — for merely talking with the former Congressional candidate.

Following these incidents, the reporter, Todd Shields, was visibly irate with FCC Commissioner Tom Wheeler — who also happens to be the former president of CTIA, the wireless industry’s lobbying organization.

“Moments ago I was attempting to talk to to some people who came to attend the meeting and have concerns about radiation and 5G. And your security force intervened — told the guy he couldn’t show me the t-shirt he wished to display at the meeting, forced him to put it away, and confiscated my FCC-issued ID. Is this consonant with the discussion that ought to be taking place here, and what’s your reaction to this action by your staff?”

Bloomberg reporter Todd Shields had his credentials confiscated — for talking with a former Congressional candidate about 5G and health concerns.

And in the Q&A that followed, the former Congressional candidate Kevin Mottus successfully added another dose of truth the narrative.

 

“Hey Tom, with the NTP study showing wireless causes cancer sub-thermally, how can you proceed with more wireless expansion, with FCC standards only recognizing thermal effects — ignoring thousands of studies showing cancerous effects, neurological effects, reproductive harm, immune system disorders… people are being electro-sensitive…”

After about 20 seconds of yielding the floor to Mottus, Wheeler interrupted, dodged this very appropriate question, and diverted to an FCC-compliant journalist:

 “Lydia, do you have a question?

(Which, on the video, almost sounds like a Wheeler Freudian slip: “Litigate. Do you have a question?”) 

There have been thousands of published peer-reviewed studies that indicate the proliferation of microwave (wireless) technologies is not safe to biological life.

Why is the FCC resorting to Gestapo-like tactics of suppression and outright intimidation?

The issue here, is that the Federal Communications Commission just rubber-stamped their rollout of “5G” cellular technology, which while increasing throughput, would blanket all planetary life with ultra-high microwave frequencies — 24Ghz and up. The fact that these frequencies have never been tested as safe is not stopping corporate-government plans for an unleashing of “massive infrastructure.

But there have been thousands of published peer-reviewed studies that indicate the proliferation of microwave (wireless) technologies is not safe to biological life. (See meta-study links here, here, here and here.)

So, because there’s a lot of money in a wireless economy and the data-harvesting that comes with it — trillions, in fact — Big Industry has bought the science, bought lawmakers, ruled the proliferation of microwaves as “safe”, and infiltrated the FCC along with most international health agencies.

And in the face of this willful, for-profit negligence, instead of employing conscience and responsibility, they’re actively silencing all opposition. You know, those of the human species that pay attention to passé concepts like science and reason.

Here’s some snippets from FCC Chair Wheeler, at his June 20 press conference:

“5G will use much higher frequency bands [24 to 100+ GHz]… antennas that can aim and amplify signals… massive deployment of small cells… tens of billions of dollars in economic activity… hundreds of billions of microchips… if something can be connected, it will be connected… unlike other countries… we won’t wait for the standards…”

Paraphrased: “We can’t let life get in the way of profit. We want to make billions from all of you, and control everything. And in doing so, we’re not only going to willfully ignore science, we’re going to remove the idea of standards and initiate a free-for-all.”

If unchecked, what could this lead to?

The implications of all of this are very far-reaching. How far? Well, to find out, let’s start with what we know.

It’s pretty clear at this point that we have a 'government' that has been taken over by corporate interests. In order to increase their power and control even more, they plan to exponentially ramp-up the deployment of technology everywhere, which a vast body of science clearly says is harmful.

If unchecked, this will almost certainly lead to an increase in cancer and other ailments associated with exposure to electromagnetic radiation. Haven’t we had enough of for-profit agendas putting profits before health?

From a surveillance standpoint, we already know there is a sinister spying agenda operating behind the scenes. The rollout of “5G” technology — especially in the standardless, profit-centered way Wheeler describes — would indeed open up a considerable new threat to basic rights.

If everything is connected, you can bet that as many details as possible about our actions will be tracked and stored somewhere — like the $2B NSA facility in Blufdale, Utah. And there is extraordinary market value in this. A director at NARUC stated that the value of data harvested just by “smart” utility meters (on your homes, apartments, offices which emit enough radiation to kill you and to affect your heart) will likely be worth a lot more than electricity itself, which is a $2.2 trillion market globally.

But besides being creepy and making the 1% even richer, there are clear warning signs that a control-oriented governing system could easily take an indexed catalog of all of your actions and use it against you in a multitude of ways.

For example, increasingly-instrusive “pre-crime” operations are already planned in Miami. And insurance providers are checking their customers’ facebook data to influence premiums and even coverage availability. So it’s really not unreasonable to see how a governing body concerned primarily with staying in power, could restrict rights or remove “privileges” for behavior that is deemed to be not aligned with national interests.  So, tracking is not ok unless we are absolutely convinced that the governing body of that system truly respects individual rights and has the best interests of the people in mind. And right now, we are not even close to having such leadership in our governments.

Wheeler’s vision of 5G would significantly enable those who are motivated by power and money to use technology to rule over everyone else. In order to protect our lives and future, we must not allow that to happen.

While we would all like to have fast internet, we must now look closely at the downside of this technology, and take constructive action. This can understandably be difficult, due to the considerable attachment that we have to both our devices and the sense of immediate gratification that we obtain from using them.

How we will save our world: Individual responsibility, accountability and liability

Dafna Tachover is the CEO of We Are the Evidence, an organization which advocates for the rights of those who has been injured by wireless technology. 

In addition to an interview with Kevin Mottus, last Sunday I skyped with Dafna Tachover, an Israel-based attorney who was present at “G-Day”, last Thursday.

Tachover, who is among millions now who have directly experienced microwave radiation harm after becoming sensitized to it, says that the only way forward is individual accountability and liability. In my view, she is obviously right.

“Until there’s personal accountability and liability, this systematic problem that repeats itself will happen again, and again, and again, and it has been. So, we learned that the tobacco industry was lying to the public, bluntly — to the public, to the government, to health organizations — without any hesitation…. Was anyone sued? No. Was anyone found personally accountable? No. So that’s actually what enables this kind of behavior to happen again and again.”

“This is the action we should take: we should make it clear to those government people — or you know, if we talk about wi-fi in schools, the school principals, who do have personal responsibility and liability to protect children’s health — to make sure they know they will be found personally liable for the harms they cause. They have a position of trust, and they betrayed that trust. And they should be found liable. It should be civil liability and criminal liability.”

Former Congressional candidate Kevin Mottus spoke about the urgency of the situation.

“My background is as a medical social worker. And when I was in the hospitals I saw young salesman and lawyers coming in with brain tumors, and healthy otherwise, other than the tumor — and doctors asking them about their cell phone use. So I was clued in very early with these heavy users and the tumors it was causing.”

“Schools are now our most dangerous places to be. You have 20-40 wireless transmitters in their iPads and wireless laptops, and then you have 2-3 commercial-grade wireless routers…. So you have, really, the setting of the most significant exposure in our country, and the most vulnerable population being exposed are small children — which we know are 3 to 4 times as sensitive to all environmental hazards.”

“We are microwaving our population and wondering why our cancer is going through the roof and chronic disease is going through the roof. It’s really very sad.”

“I spoke to Congressman Grayson from Florida, and while I was talking with him, one of his staffers, Joe, came up to me. And he said, ‘What are you talking about?’ I said, ‘I’m talking about wireless cell phones causing brain tumors.’ He said, ‘That’s interesting, because I had a brain aneurysm and I’m lucky to be alive. It’s also interesting because my buddy just died from a brain tumor.’”

“So, people are definitely getting sick. And you need to ask them, ‘Does your face tingle when you use your cell phone?…. Do you have difficulty sleeping? Have you ever gotten nauseous using the phone? Do you feel funny when you’re around wi-fi, or getting close to it?’ And you’ll be surprised — people are getting sick.”

“For instance, I spoke to Congressman Rush. Congressman Rush has a salivary gland tumor, which Israel has associated with cell phone use….”

What can I do to stop this crazy plan!?

FIRST: SEND A LETTER, EMAIL OR CALL
  Our friends at parentsforsafetechnology.org have put together an action page for writing, calling and emailing Congress, the FCC and others. Use this platform and templates to let them know firmly that you:

1. Accept their oath of office to defend the Constitution, and all of your rights
2. Will hold them responsible, liable and accountable if they do not stop harmful 5G technology in its tracks
3. Demand the 1996 Telecommunications Act be immediately repealed. (This industry-penned law took away local rights to refuse cell tower installations on health or environmental grounds.)
4. Demand that the responsibility of electromagnetic frequency (EMF) safety standards be transferred to an independent, science based panel that represents the people. (The FCC has NO ONE who is qualified to protect the health of the people, because it was never part of their mandate.)

This is the “warning shot.” While all know more than letters to our reps will be needed to right the ship, this is where it starts. So do this first.

SECOND: GO TO YOUR REPS

Mottus is calling on everyone to go to speak with your government reps in DC — and to go in person if at all possible.

“You know where the Congressmen are. You know where all of the committees are. Go. Educate them. Go like the wireless industry goes, time after time, to the FCC.”

Mottus is inviting all anyone who wants to join him in DC for the next session of Congress (between September 6 to October 6), to email him at truthaction@protonmail.ch.

It is also very important to contact your local governments, to let them know that they, too, will be held individually accountable and liable. In Wheeler’s June 20 talk, he very clearly identified the role that local governments will play, if their plan of 5G is to be “successful” or not.

THIRD: ACCEPT YOUR OWN ACCOUNTABILITY, AND ENVISION THE POSITIVE OUTCOME

  This is as much about standing up to the harm-doers and holding them accountable, as it is about holding yourself accountable to do the right thing. Not to take the world on your shoulders, but to do the right thing and stay connected with others who are likewise committed.

In this process, we’re remembering who we are, as co-creators of reality. We’re accepting responsibility for the fact that we let the situation become what it is today, because of our passive trust in those who have become corrupted — but we’re forgiving ourselves, trusting in the greater flow, and coming together.

Though it can be painful to face the situation and accept the necessity of our action, we just have to do it. We’re now seeing clearly that in order for the human species to make it through this threshold, individual rights must be protected.

It is not ok to suppress free speech. It is not ok to suppress science; whenever this happens the resulting harm is enormous. And it is not ok to prioritize power and greed above life itself.
So the only way left is to grow up, individually and as a species. When we do this — by taking responsibility and putting our Inspired Will into the world — we open the door to a future of awakening, freedom and peace for all humanity.

In a video released by James O’Keefe and Project Veritas in association with Infowars, O’Keefe gets exclusive footage of a Hillary Clinton alternate delegate explaining the propaganda that Clinton will use, if 'elected president', to deceive and persuade the public into accepting an all-out, unconstitutional gun ban.

Of course, much of what she said is no mystery. It has been common phraseology to say that one is for “common sense gun legislation.” The reality is that kind of talk is actually “communist gun legislation.”


 “You have to take that sort of moderate… ‘We just wanna have common sense legislation so our children are safe!'” Bayer added. “You say sh*t like that, and then people will buy into it.”


Part of Mrs. Bayer’s problem is that her husband fails to lead her properly, as she unflinchingly says he wants to see guns banned as well.  Bayer also admits that getting “Democrats in office” is the only way to see such a ban on guns, and that Hillary would support the ban “for sure.”

The video went on to show that while many Democrats would support putting a sign at various locations that designated they were “gun free zones,” not one of them was willing to post it at their home.

Putin Orders Hillary Clinton Emails Released

Putin  Orders  “Full  Defense”  Of  Trump,  Authorizes  All  Hillary  Clinton  Emails  Released

A sensational Security Council (SC) report circulating in the Kremlin today says that President Putin has ended the “war of words” between Director of the Federal Security Service (FSB) Alexander Bortnikov and Chairwoman of the Council of Federation Valentina Matviyenko over issues relating to top secret and confidential emails obtained from, and relating to, former US Secretary of State, and current presidential nominee, Hillary Clinton by ordering their release to the public—and has further ordered that all state ministries should now be acting in “full defense” of American billionaire Donald Trump.

According to this report, and as we had reported on in our 6 May report Kremlin War Erupts Over Release Of Top Secret Hillary Clinton Emails, an intense Security Council argument had erupted this past year over the correct disposition of Hillary Clinton emails—with FSB Director Bortnikov advocating their being kept secret in order to, in the future, blackmail Hillary Clinton should she become the US president, but, Chairwoman Matviyenko arguing they should be released to the public to ensure the election of Donald Trump. 

The tens-of-thousands of Hillary Clinton emails possessed by the Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), it should be remembered, were first able to be obtained, in 2011, when SVR computer intelligence experts discovered that a Romanian computer hacker named Marcel Lazăr Lehel (aka Guccifer) was attempting to break into the computer system of the Federation funded RT television network.

By the SVR’s monitoring of Guccifer they were able to discover that he had penetrated the “weak/lax” security of a private home email computer server Hillary Clinton had set up in her home to evade US laws relating to the use and possession of top secret and confidential electronically transferred documents.

Once having penetrated Hillary Clinton’s private computer server and obtaining all of her emails, the SVR was then able to “penetrate/discover” access “codes/secret directions” to other US government and related computer servers—including the system belonging to Clinton’s Democratic Party.

Enraging FSB Director Bortnikov, though, Chairwoman Matviyenko authorized the SVR to leak one of Hillary Clinton’s emails in the belief it would force her out of office—and that RT reported on in their 20 March 2013 article titled Hillary Clinton's 'hacked' Benghazi emails: FULL RELEASE.

Most unfortunately, however, this new SC report details, the US propaganda mainstream media failed to inform the American people that Russia was in possession of Hillary Clinton’s emails thus allowing her to retaliate by funding a coup against the democratically elected government of Ukraine during the next year—and that George Friedman, the Founder and CEO of Stratfor, the ‘Shadow CIA’ firm, called “the blatant coup in history”.

Even worse, once Hillary Clinton destroyed the democratically elected government of Ukraine, she then installed to run that nation a Neo-Nazi government leaving the Federation no choice but to respond to save the lives of its Russian speaking citizens who were being massacred—and that after responding, as predictable, Hillary Clinton then rushed to put sanctions on Russia. 

With all “normal” state efforts failing to stop Hillary Clinton, President Putin, on 13 May of this year, notified his military commanders that if she was elected as the next US president it would mean war—but in a final bid to derail her ambitions, on 1 June, authorized another release of one of her emails proving conclusively that she had deliberately broken US laws—and that we reported on in our report titled Putin Orders Release Of Most Dangerous Email In World.

Barely a month after President Putin ordered the release of this Hillary Clinton email, though, on 5 July, this report grimly notes, FBI Director James Comey gave a press conference saying she would not be charged for the many crimes she committed against her own government and people.

With the Federation now facing the choice of war should Hillary Clinton be elected as the next US president, or peace if it’s Donald Trump, President Putin, this past fortnight, “conferred/discussed” with top Trump campaign foreign policy advisor Carter Page and Trump campaign manager Paul Manafort as to how to further proceed.  

Paul Manafort and Carter Page both have longstanding ties with the Federation with Manafort having been a top aide to Ukraine President Viktor Yanukovych prior to his being deposed in coup by Hillary Clinton’s Neo-Nazi led forces, and Page, aside from his being one of America’s top military minds, having long time business ties with both Russian state companies and politicians.  

And just within this past fortnight Page, also, accused the Western powers of approaching Russia and Central Asian nations with a “nearly universally critical tone” despite their “advancements”, President Putin decision to side with Trump against Clinton has now becoming reached the highest level of national security—and is what caused him to authorize the turning over to Wikileaks of all Hillary Clinton emails obtained by the SVR, and that this whistle blowing organization has now begun to release, with more stunning revelations to come. 

Wikileaks Drops Hillary Email Bomb That Could End Her Campaign  
but Face Book Censored It

It must be noted that this Security Council report contains vigorous objections by both the FSB and SVR to President Putin’s order to release all of Hillary Clinton’s emails to Wikileaks with them noting that Western propaganda news organizations loyal to the Obama regime will now focus on Russia instead of Hillary Clinton—and appears to be justified by headlines now appearing in American that include: How Putin Weaponized Wikileaks to Influence the Election of an American President, Clinton campaign accuses Russia of meddling in the 2016 presidential election to help Trump, and They’re With Her: US Media Uses Putin, Russia to Label Trump a Traitor, to just name a few.  

This report concludes, however, by noting President Putin’s decision was not based on Hillary Clinton’s emails alone, but the “deep state” implications behind the current US presidential election—and that we first began to report on in our 28 February report Freemasonic Forces Led By Donald Trump Launch “Soon To Be Deadly” American Coup d'état. 

And even though it is not mentioned in this report, it is very critical to note that Donald Trump now joins with former President’s Abraham Lincoln and William McKinley who when they sided with Russian against the evils powers seeking to destroy our world were assassinated, as well as President John F. Kennedy, who in seeking peace with Russia was gunned down too.

Two Kinds of “Money”

In the world today there are two things going on— “trade” and “commerce”.
Trade is what real men and women do when they trade a sack of beans for a piece of silver. It is actual and factual and results in the accrual of private property.

Commerce is what corporations do when they exchange pieces of paper and pretend that these are the same as actual trades. It is all just “paper transactions” and it results in the accrual of “corporate income”—-digits on a ledger.

For generations Americans have traded our Silver Dollars for goods and services and we still do.

Since 1933 the rats misrepresenting us and seeking to confuse themselves with us have traded exclusively in “commercial paper”– debt notes, promissory notes, and so on.

Actual “money” has to have intrinsic value in and of itself. Silver and gold are both valuable as commodities, so a silver coin is real money. Trades are intrinsically honest because something of value is directly traded for something of value.

Debt notes and promissory notes (which are I.O.U.’s) are only worth what the good word and assets of the Issuer will bear. Transactions in commerce are intrinsically dishonest because things of value are being represented by paper and not actually present and not directly traded.

As part of the Great Fraud members of a Board of Directors for a corporation calling itself the United States of America (Inc.) established a fixed exchange rate between their “paper dollars”—-their I.O.U.s — and our actual silver dollars.
In this way they exchanged their hot air for our substance and we let them because we were deceived into mistaking them for our actual Congress and our actual lawful government when in fact they were only “representing” our Congress and our lawful government in the same way that an actor “represents” a character in a play.

Note what the “Pledge of Allegiance” actually says: “to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic FOR WHICH IT STANDS.”
The Republic is actual and factual because we are organic states of the Union and we need no other representation. We are able to present ourselves.
Also please note that although the various State governments subscribed to receive services from the federal government and to delegate certain tasks to the organization formed to perform these services, the people— that is, the militia supporting this entire country— did not give up one iota of their authority and are not direct parties to the “constitution”.

We are capable of conducting trade, both nationally (intrastate) and internationally (interstate). We can mint our own gold and silver coins. We can exercise our own credit. We can issue our own Bills of Lading. We can do anything and everything we need to do for ourselves—- and all we have to do is wake up and do it.

Cow Patties and Shoe Shine — My Challenge Back to Tyron Parsons and His Ilk

Most people can’t tell cow patties from shoe shine, but it is important that everyone learn.

We have to learn to recognize it when we are seeing things through a filter—-a fact or set of facts overlaying the actual truth, which then leads us to wrong conclusions.  The most common and deadly filter is a half-truth.

Satan told Eve a half-truth when he told her she wouldn’t die from eating the forbidden fruit.  Well, she didn’t die, did she?  Not right away….

Everyone knows that Cain was Adam’s son, because he was the brother of Abel, right?   Yet, Cain doesn’t appear in the long list of Adam’s sons.

It’s half-truth to say that Cain was Abel’s brother, because Cain was a half-brother.

The writings of Paul of Tarsus fill a considerable portion of the Bible and they similarly serve to put the Gospel through a Roman filter.

Jesus was of the tribe and lineage of King David, a Hebrew’s Hebrew.  He grew up in a matriarchal world where a man’s estate and social standing come from his Mother, not his Father.  He spoke a language (Aramaic) which has one word (wo)man for both sexes.  Women were freely allowed to follow Jesus and study with him and were a fundamental part of his entourage. 

Who first heard him declare His identity and mission on Earth?  A woman—- and a Samaritan woman, at that.  Who knew and accepted the terrifying misery of His Passion and anointed Him for it?  A woman.  Who stood at the cross and suffered with him while most other disciples ran away?  The women.  Who were the first to hear and bring tidings of His Resurrection? The women, again.

And never, ever, did Jesus say or do anything to condemn women or hold them in any disrespect or suggest that they were subservient.  If anything, He proclaimed that the servants among us are the masters— a fact which all those eager to oppress women should finally hear.  

Here is my challenge to Tyron Parsons and all those of his ilk: show me one instance where Jesus ever taught anyone that women are subservient to men?    Or that white men are superior to black?  Or that members of the Ten Lost Tribes— Israelites—- are superior to the Tribe of Judah — the Jews? 

Jesus didn’t teach any of that.   That is the truth.  

Paul, a Roman who grew up under Roman patriarchy, is the source of the women are subservient malarkey—-a Roman filter overlying the Hebrew truth.

Generations of men have grown up confused, unable to tell the difference between the actual Gospel taught by Jesus and interpretations of the Gospel taught by Paul and other Disciples.   

In the same way, people mistake Articles of the Constitution as being the same as Amendments to the Constitution. They are not.   The Articles are the actual stuff and substance and body of the Constitution.  Amendments are just codicils of the Will established by the People (that is, Militia), adopted by some members of later generations. Amendments are in no way equivalent to the Articles, but everyone misses that fact, too.

For a Christian, the actual Gospel—the words, deeds, and teachings of Jesus— are the only dictum that matter, the only true authority that exists.   All the rest is interpretations and add-ons, filtered through the prejudices and experiences of other men.

For an American born on the land of these United States, the actual Articles of the Constitution are what matter, not the Amendments.  In the same way, the Amendments are just add-ons, filtered through the prejudices and experiences of later generations.

If we want the truth, we must go to the foundation and contemplate it for ourselves.  We cannot rely on Paul or Pastor Phil or Tyron Parsons for our salvation.  In the same way, we cannot rely on Amendments and interpretations by the “US Supreme Court” to guarantee our freedom.  

When we know and act upon the Truth, the world comes back into focus.  Sharpen up your Shinola Sensors, Campers! Scrape away the filters and look at what the actual Gospel and actual Constitution say—-and stop being misled and confused.
