BREAKING: Angry Judge Issues Disastrous Ruling Against Clinton

Democrat presidential nominee Hillary Clinton’s bad luck keeps getting worse. Now she has an angry judge to deal with, and it doesn’t sound like he’s going to back down.

U.S. District Court Judge Richard Leon ruled earlier this month that Clinton and her campaign had until Sept. 15 to produce documents proving Clinton and her aides attended recommended security training meetings and courses while the nominee served as secretary of state, The Daily Caller reported.

No documents were produced, and the judge said he would order depositions of State Department officials to help get to the bottom of the matter. The order demanded a release of one-third of the 400 documents by Sept. 26 and the remainder of them by Oct. 10.

The ruling stemmed from a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit filed against the State Department by The Daily Caller News Foundation with regard to Clinton’s attendance at security training meetings.

The State Department filed a motion to dismiss the lawsuit, and Leon rejected its motion on Tuesday. He also denied The Daily Caller’s request to depose State Department officials.

The State Department has not been able to produce any documents confirming that Clinton and her top assistants attended security meetings on how to handle classified information properly and how to conduct secure communications.

Bradley Moss, an attorney representing The Daily Caller, said, “Judge Leon’s Order made clear his frustration with the State Department’s continued obstruction of the FOIA process. State will either meet his deadline or face the consequences of failure.”

Leon has indicated the time sensitivity of the release of the documents, saying they should be released before the November election. He understands that it’s important for the public to know if Clinton and her aides attended these meetings. If they didn’t attend those meetings, it’s equally important for the public to know why.

It looks like Clinton and her team were dragging their feet — what else is new — but this judge isn’t going to let them get away with it

Months after the Obama administration spent $19 million to register new immigrant voters that will likely support Democrats in November, it’s dedicating an additional $10 million in a final push as the presidential election approaches. 

The money is distributed by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Homeland Security agency that oversees lawful immigration (what a sick joke - the American version of Nazi SS), to organizations that help enhance pathways to naturalization by offering immigrants free citizenship instruction, English, U.S. history, and civics courses. Officially, they’re known as "citizenship integration grants."

Since 2009 USCIS has doled out $63 million in these grants to prepare more than 156,000 resident immigrants in dozens of states for U.S. citizenship, according to the agency’s figures. Besides the free classes, Uncle Sam also offers immigrants free "naturalization legal services," the latest USCIS grant announcement states. 

"Recipient organizations serve both traditional immigrant destinations and new immigrant getaway cities in 21 states," the USCIS document reads.  The latest $10 million investment will prepare approximately 25,000 residents from more than 50 countries, according to the agency. 

More than a dozen states — including California, New York, Florida, Washington, and Ohio — with large resident immigrant populations are being targeted as well as cities with huge immigrant populations such as Miami, Los Angeles, Chicago, San Francisco, and Washington D.C.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) has been aggressive in promoting its citizen integration grant program this year, offering large sums to recruit new groups that can offer immigrants the services they need to become citizens. Clearly, the ultimate goal is qualifying as many immigrants as possible to vote since they tend to cast ballots for Democrats.

"We intend to award about $1 million to first-time recipients in the Citizenship and Integration Grant Program for fiscal year 2016,” the agency’s grant announcement states. “If you represent one of these organizations, or know of an interested organization, we strongly encourage that organization to consider applying."

"Additionally, another $9 million will fund programs that provide both citizenship instruction and instruction and naturalization application services." Some might consider this a cash giveaway.

This is part of a broader, government-wide initiative  launched by the president to "strengthen 'federal' immigrant and refugee integration infrastructure." The mission is to facilitate life in the U.S. for immigrants and refugees by enhancing pathways to naturalization, building welcoming communities and providing "mobile immigration services in under served communities."

To carry out this important mission, Obama created a special Task Force on New Americans chaired by his Domestic Policy Director, Cecilia Muñoz, the former vice president of the powerful open borders group National Council of La Raza (NCLR).

Millions of taxpayer dollars have funded the task force’s various enterprises, including multilingual media campaigns promoting immigrant rights. The goal is to "strengthen civic, economic and linguistic integration and to build strong and welcoming communities," according to a report issued by the task force. In the end, communities will be strengthened by welcoming all residents, the administration assures.

(Providing all these services for illegals and 'immigrants' when they CUT social security benefits for Americans who have been paying in to that system for many years, CUT the SNAP program for those Americans who have lost their jobs, and CUT the Medicare and Medicaid benefits for those Americans out of work needing financial help for medical expense while unemployed, etc.  Benefits due to Americans are being stolen from them - those stolen funds are being paid out to illegals and 'immigrants' when this nation cannot even pay its bills and has filed for bankruptcy on multiple occasions. To make matters worse, those being brought in to the nation do not 'fit' - their religious and political belief systems are diametrically opposed to those of Americans. )

Practically every federal agency is participating in the effort by contributing resources and creating programs to help immigrants. For example the Department of Labor (DOL) is implementing "new workforce programs" for the "new Americans" and the Department of Education is promoting "funding opportunities" to assure that the immigrants "are provided the tools they need to succeed."  

(From WHERE are they getting the funds to pay for these new departments and programs? Are they using the Federal Reserve phony money? The debt notes?  Creating more DEBT and then claiming that you and I are responsible to  PAY for THEIR debts?  THIS while they STEAL from US by cutting our Social Security?)
 
The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is collaborating with other agencies to release a career and credentialing tool kit on "immigrant-focused career-pathways programs." The Department of Justice (DOJ) and USCIS are making sure the new Americans have worker rights and protections and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) is launching a two-year pilot to assure that non English speakers have "meaningful access to housing programs" subsidized by American taxpayers.

The Big One - 20 years of work filed in your behalf

Yesterday I filed the Big One, the Summation of over twenty (20) years work in behalf of the actual American states owed the land jurisdiction of this country and the living people of the 50 States United. Of course, with something this long in the making, there is a lot of remembering involved and a lot of focus required, so forgive me if I am brief with this announcement. I am very tired.

We, the living American People who claim our birthright political standing as American State Nationals---- Texans, Virginians, Ohioans, Wisconsinites, and so on--- and who have moved back to the land jurisdiction of our native land, are the beneficiaries of our estates.  Those who additionally act as Fiduciaries in behalf of our states on the land are American State Citizens, obligated by oath and honor to act in the best interests of all and to meet The Prudent Man Standard in all those actions we undertake.

For many who have grown up listening to a constant litany of "National Debt" news, it may come as a great surprise to learn that you are, as American State Nationals, not in debt.  You are by far the richest people on Earth.

In fact, you and your States are the Priority Creditors of the entire world. 

The debt that the rest of the world has owed us has been so insurmountable that it has served to quash business and growth, spawned a huge black market in counterfeit currencies and "derivatives", and caused unnecessary suffering that needs to end.  So, in our own right and in your names, we've have moved to end it. 

As your servants and as "Prudent Men" we have requested a worldwide accounting and set off of debts, meaning that our debts to other nations are to be set off against their debts to us.  What remains as "insurmountable debt" owing will be forgiven---written off, so that everyone can have a clean start. 

This is being done to regenerate hope and economic freedom and to prevent any necessity of war or undue suffering.  It is well-within our ability and in our best interests to do this.

Our fortunes are so vast that it doesn't even matter.

We are the beneficiaries of approximately 185,000 of the richest corporations on Earth, approximately 10,000 state of, county of, and municipal corporations in this country, and corporations like CANADA and AUSTRALIA that "own" entire countries, together with all their corporations under them. 

Quite literally, we little pea-pickers and Indians have inherited the Earth. 

Now what to do with it?  For starters, everyone needs a living stipend to make life possible for many in the Third World and make it bearable for others, even here in America.  So our proposal is that every man, woman, and child receive an individual payment equivalent in local currency to $2000 per month as an independent living stipend on top of whatever other income they may have.

This will end abject poverty throughout the world and make life bearable for many who are now suffering needlessly.

We have also proposed that each one receive the equivalent in local currency of $1000 per month in a savings/investment account that they can use to invest for their own future. 

These funds are directed to be paid individually with no strings, no middlemen, no governments involved.  Just a straight one-to-one transaction from the World Heritage Fund and the World Investment Fund to each one of you.

For many this will all just be pleasant "extra", but for others it is the difference between life and death, starvation and a good future.

There will also be plenty of money for infrastructure investments, for re-booting the government we are owed, and for all the tasks which face this planet and our nation among all the nations of the world.

Britain, France, and other nations have tried to obscure the truth of the American States and mischaracterize and misrepresent and fool the American People, so as to set up a false claim that we all "voluntarily" chose to serve as "United States Citizens" or "citizens of the United States" and that our States of the Union were "civilly dead"----- but as we and everyone else now knows, that is nothing but a self-interested lie promoted by foreign interests seeking to avoid their own debts and hoping to come in as Secondary Creditors and bring false claims of "abandonment" in commerce.

Those actions have been forestalled by the fifty (50) State Liens recorded as Non-UCC liens and by two subsequent actions which collect the National Debt and re-convey the assets of the actual States to the land jurisdiction. 

It's done.  It's over.  It's on the record. 

Much too everyone's surprise, the Sleeping Giant woke up at its own funeral and yawned and said, "Fie, fei, foe, fum!" 

Get your motors running.  Inform the Vatican.  Inform the Kremlin.  Inform Beijing. The Republic States are alive and well and so are the American People. 

Contrary to what you've been told, we are not the "United States".  We don't have a $19 trillion-plus National Debt. 

We have a $19 trillion-plus National Credit.  And that's not all. 

We are the majority shareholders in virtually everything big enough to spit at from here to Damascus. We are owed 150 years worth of back rent, the entirety of the 1930's bankruptcy fraud, and so much more.......that at the end of the day, the only real question is---- can we all imagine a better world? 

A much, much better world?

Wouldn't it be interesting if, at some point during his Presidential campaign, Donald Trump asked, has anyone in Washington DC ever heard of the McCarran-Walter Act Of 1952?

Here are the historic facts that would seem to indicate that many, if not most, of the people we elect to work for us in Washington DC do not have the slightest idea of what laws already exist in OUR country.

After several terrorist incidents were carried out in the United States, Donald Trump was severely criticized for suggesting that the U.S. should limit or temporarily suspend the immigration of certain ethnic groups, nationalities, and even people of certain religions (Muslims).

The criticisms condemned such a suggestion as, among other things, being Un-American, dumb, stupid, reckless, dangerous and racist.

Congressmen and Senators swore that they would never allow such legislation, and our illustrious President called such a prohibition on immigration     unconstitutional.

As Gomer Pyle would say, “Well, Surprise, Surprise!” It seems that the selective immigration ban is already law and has been applied on several occasions.

Known as the McCarran-Walter Act, the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1952 allows for the "Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by the President, whenever the President finds that the entry of aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States.

The President may, by proclamation, and for such a period as he shall deem necessary,  suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or non-immigrants, or impose any restrictions on the entry of aliens he may deem to be appropriate."

And who do you suppose last utilized this process?

Why it was Democrat President Jimmy Carter no less than 37 years ago, in 1979, to keep Iranians out of the United States.

But he actually did more.

He made ALL Iranian students, already in the United States, check in with the government. And then he deported a bunch of them.

Seven thousand were found in violation of their visas, and a total of 15,000 Iranians were forced to leave the USA in 1979.

So, what say you about all of the criticism that Donald Trump received from the Democrat Senators, Representatives and the Obama Administration?

Robert Maginnis (ret.), the senior fellow for national security at the Family Research Council, said Christianity is under attack in the Pentagon and the Obama administration is "aggressively against Christians." He added that there are "demonic forces" at play in the government, and that he has met people described as "witches" who profess they are advising "the senior leadership of the country."
 

On the Sept. 22 edition of The Jim Bakker Show, the host asked Lt. Col. Maginnis :  “The very thing that Jesus said would happen in the Last Days, that we, because we serve God, we would be attacked, we would be hated for the name of Christ’s sake. It seems like our nation is kinder to other faiths and Christianity is being put down further and further and further. Are you allowed to talk about that?”

Maginnis said, “Of course, and we find it in the 'federal government' in a terrible way. Certainly in the Pentagon where we find the persecution of Christians openly expressing their love for Christ. Christian meetings are often denigrated."  "We find that broadly, more so under this administration than ever before," said Maginnis. "I’ve been in the 'government' off and on for almost five decades, so I’ve seen how other governments have functioned. This one is aggressively against Christians. And it’s because, I think, the man in the Oval Office expresses an opinion, which his proxies are expressing across the entire bureaucracy."

Host Jim Bakker then asked, “Are the leaders afraid of the power of the Gospel? Why do they want to put the Gospel down now?”

“I suspect the motivation is, in fact, evil," said Maginnis.  "I know from having been in Washington for many years – my mother worked in Washington and in the White House for awhile many years ago -- I know that there’s demonic forces in that city." Two days ago, on Saturday September 17th, the likelihood of this war was breathtakingly high. As we know, American troops, who no one ever invited to Syria bombed the positions of the Syrian army at Deir ez-Zor. As a result of the bombing, 60 Syrian soldiers were killed.

This strike was extremely important for ISIS militants, whom the US is informally advising and arming while supposedly fighting them. This crossed the line. Bombing Syrian soldiers is one thing, but this means declaring war not only against Syria, but also Russia, which is fighting in Syria on Assad’s side. And this means that we have reached a climax.

Sure, the US leadership immediately reported that the airstrike was a mistake and warned the Russian leadership not to express any emotions. But Americans can only be lying, as modern technology allows satellite objects to be seen from a desktop. 

Theoretically, American bombers could not have simply confused such a strike. And what’s most important: if they had told you that they were preparing to bomb you, and you said nothing, then does that mean you agree?

It is completely obvious that the US is preparing to start a war against Russia. Border incidents represent reconnaissance operations. But how will Moscow, Putin, and the Kremlin react?  

The point of no return has not yet been crossed, but did Moscow’s reaction not show just how many Russians are ready for a direct, frontal confrontation with the US and NATO? This was why the airstrike was launched against Syrian army positions.

The globalist US leadership obviously cannot rule the whole world and, what’s more, the threat posed by Trump puts their control over America itself into question. Now, while the puppet Barack Obama is still in office and the globalist candidate Hillary Clinton is falling apart in front of American voters’ very eyes, is the last chance to start a war. This would allow them to postpone elections or force Trump, if he were to win, to begin his presidency in catastrophic conditions. Thus, the US neoconservatives and globalists need war. And fast, before it’s too late. 

If Trump gets into the White House when there will be peace, then there will be no such war, at least for the foreseeable future. And this would spell the end of the omnipotence of the maniacal globalist elites. Thus, everything at this point is very, very serious. 

NATO’s ideologues and the US globalists falling into the abyss need war right now - before the American elections. War against us. Not so much for victory, but for the process itself. This is the only way for them to prolong their dominance and divert the attention of Americans and the whole world from their endless series of failures and crimes. The globalists’ game has been revealed. Soon enough, they’ll have to step down from power and appear before court. Only war can save their situation.

But what about us? We don’t need war. Not now, now tomorrow, never. Never in history have we needed war. But we have constantly fought and, in fact, we have almost never lost. The cost entailed terrible losses and colossal efforts, but we won. And we will always win. If this were not so, then today we wouldn’t have such an enormous country free from foreign control.

But in this case, we need to buy as much time as possible. The Americans have essentially attacked our positions, like the Georgians in Tskhinvali in August 2008. Russians are under fire, and this cannot be ignored. Our reaction is extremely cautious and balanced. We have expressed what we think about this American act of aggression, but in very deliberate terms.

The fatality of the situation lies in that, if Washington decides to opt for war now, then we cannot avoid it. If they will insist and repeat the September 17th situation again and again, then we will have to either accept the challenge and go to war, or knowingly admit defeat.

In this situation, the outcome of the struggle for peace which is, as always, fully in our interests, does not depend on us. We really need peace, to buy time until November 8th, and then everything will be much easier. But will the collapsing colossus allow us this time?

God forbid that this happens. But those who could pray prayed on the eve of the First and Second World War. In any case, our goal is always and only victory. Our victory.

The Americans are bombing our guys. A Third World War has never been so close.

However, the United States does have a number of Special Forces troops stationed in the Middle East, as well as “advisers” who are helping the Iraqi army combat the terror group.

These troops regularly come under fire, and some have been been killed by the Islamic State group.

In the latest attack, the barbaric militants fired a shell containing a “mustard agent” at U.S and Iraqi troops, Fox News reported. 

 (The U.S.A. crime syndicate in Wash DC supplies ISIS with the weaponry; proof has been discovered by Wikileaks via Hillary Clinton emails; so the U.S.A. crime syndicate provides the weaponry to be used against U.S.A. troops by its own creation - ISIS - and vice versa - "BUT WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES IT MAKE?" ).
  
Despite this chemical attack that fortunately did not claim any lives, Obama has refused to admit that we have troops on the ground in the Middle East, let alone admit that our troops come under fire frequently.  (Nor, of course, would he or his admin EVER ADMIT that the U.S.A. crime syndicate in Wash DC supplies the weaponry for BOTH SIDES! So the U.S.A. military is quite OK with that?)

In fact, Fox News reported that there were almost 5,000 U.S. troops on the ground in Iraq, hundreds of whom were stationed at the U.S base outside Qayyarah, which is where the mustard gas shell was aimed.

The shell in question was reportedly being sent back to the United States for testing to confirm that it had a mustard agent inside it. The first field test came back positive but a second test was negative, possibly due to the mustard agent having been exposed to the air.

“(T)he base is attacked ‘fairly often’ with onventional weapons, but Tuesday’s assault is believed to be the first chemical attack on U.S. forces in Iraq since they returned to the country in 2014,” Fox News reported, citing an anonymous official.

Our troops in the Middle East are under fire on a regular basis — and apparently have been subjected to chemical warfare — yet our president refuses to even acknowledge their presence on the battlefield. (bozo is NOT 'our president' - this is NOT our 'government' - our nation has been under seige by the crime syndicate since 1933, to include members of the CON-gress and Americans have done NOTHING about it.)
