Don’t celebrate the death of the “Black Snake” just yet?

No sooner than we at camp got word that the Army Corps. of Engineers denied the easement permit for Energy Transfer Partners, L.P. and Sunoco Logistics Partners L.P. to drill under the river and continue their illegal pipeline through protected Native Land, the corporations just announced that the Obama Administration’s statement Sunday that it would not at this time issue an “easement” to Dakota Access Pipeline was a purely political action.

The Administration has more or less conceded that when it states it has made a “policy decision”. Some call this Washington code for a political decision.

Over the last four months, the Obama Administration has demonstrated that it will say all the right things but never actually force the illegal corporations to act in compliance with the law.

Critics are now saying that the action of denying the permits to Enbridge until January 21st, is simply inaction – intended to delay a decision in this matter until President Obama is out of office.

Business Wire quotes the corporations, responding to Obama that “for more than three years now, Dakota Access Pipeline has done nothing but play by the rules. The Army Corps of Engineers agrees, and has said so publicly and in federal court filings. The Corps’ review process and its decisions have been ratified by two federal courts.”

The Army Corps confirmed this again today when it stated its “policy decision” does “not alter the Army’s position that the Corps’ prior reviews and actions have comported with legal requirements.”

In spite of consistently stating at every turn that the permit for the crossing of the Missouri River at Lake Oahe granted in July 2016, comported with all legal requirements, including the use of an environmental assessment, rather than an environmental impact statement, the Army Corps now seeks to engage in additional review and analysis of alternative locations for the pipeline.

The White House’s directive today to the Corps for further delay is just the latest in a series of overt and transparent political actions by an administration which has abandoned the rule of law in favor of currying favor with a narrow and extreme political constituency.

They add that “as stated all along, ETP and SXL are fully committed to ensuring that this vital project is brought to completion and fully expect to complete construction of the pipeline without any additional rerouting in and around Lake Oahe. Nothing this Administration has done today changes that in any way.”

The corporations building this illegal pipeline add that “This press release may include certain statements concerning expectations for the future that are forward-looking statements as defined by federal law.

( Monday - Dec 5th )..... The entire election steal process, summarized:    1. ONLY after Jill Stein was denied a recount in Pennsylvania, there were suddenly (miraculously) 25,000 plus votes found for Hillary, while only 3,000 were found for Trump. I initially said zero were found for Trump, but what is the difference, when the theft is this clear, anyway? This disparity has been proven to be because of ballot forgeries, where new ballots are filled in in place of the original ballots, people cast to keep the count the same and conceal election rigging. This is explained very well HERE, where Investment watch blasted a home run of truth out of the park. People are saying it's over, Trump won, BUT THERE ARE 70 PRECINCTS, THE EXACT SAME THING IS HAPPENING IN NOW THAT HAVE NOT REPORTED, AND WHEN THEY DO, IT WILL BE GONE, BECAUSE NO ONE IS WORKING TO STOP THE STEAL.                   People just look at the election results page, saying oh, it's at 100 percent. Done deal. NOPE. THAT PAGE IS A LIE. I have been able to mathematically tabulate how much the election steal team, is able to accomplish with forged ballots, and predict they will announce an additional 12,000 vote Hillary gain, late on Monday Dec 5th or early on Tuesday, Dec 6. The entire steal will be complete on Dec 13. I hope I am wrong, but believe it is an accurately calculated certainty, just like I nailed Jillary's donation bot, with provable precision. That bot got shut off , 8 hours after I proved what it was.         2. As I said right from second one  when Jillary "canceled" the lawsuit in Pennsylvania, it was not over the way the MSM lied  and said it was, she is going to continue to steal the election  via both HIGHER federal courts, and LOWER county courts. This is now confirmed,  and should be big news today (Monday),  when she files. Complacency trolls are out in army force, trying to get the Trump community to go to sleep, believing it cannot be stolen, when it is being stolen right in front of them, and the steal will be accomplished, if they do nothing. A lawsuit to trip a recount in Florida, has been filed now, even though it is not possible to call for a recount, this late, but the system is so corrupt, who knows what will happen. This is only being done, because the Wisconsin steal is not going well, and the Michigan steal is uncertain. In that case, they will need to have a 4th state stolen.          4. Hillary got busted completely for stealing the election in Nevada, yet due to the fact the system is paralyzed by corruption, the MSM is totally silent. A sting was done in Nevada, where 17,000 confirmation mails, were sent to the addresses and names of registered voters in Nevada, and 9,000 of them were returned as "undeliverable", because their addresses did not exist, or the people were fictional. When the 9,000 that were returned were investigated, a sample of 200 were pulled for a ground investigation, and 185 of that 200, were confirmed fake, by a secondary ground investigation. This proves that approximately half the votes cast in Nevada, were fake, and THAT is how Hillary won. I know Nevada, I have been to Nevada at least 300 times, and can solidly state, just from having eyes and ears while being there, that NO ONE LIVING voted for Hillary, NOT ONE SOUL, AT ALL. The lie was put into place by misleading MSM headlines, stating that "X number of electoral college voters, refuse to vote for Trump." But in every case, in the last paragraph or so of intentionally drawn out, boring pages long articles, in every case, it states that ALL of these "electoral college voters, who refuse to vote for Trump" ARE DEMOCRATS, WHO WOULD NOT VOTE FOR HIM, ANYWAY, AND ARE INSTEAD "FAITHLESS" BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT VOTING FOR HILLARY!.            You can then, as a result of this, confirm the quality of the alt media sources, that parrotted the lies in the headlines, and never read the reports in full, where yes, technically, in an offhanded way, the MSM sort of told the truth in the end, if you really read the fine print. Interestingly enough, in this case, the entire alt media failed. FACT: There is ONE possible faithless elector, in the electoral college, for Trump, AND 15 PLUS ON HILLARY'S SIDE, WHO REFUSE TO VOTE FOR HILLARY. Not catching this, if you are an alt media source, is an EPIC FAILURE.  The bottom line in all of this, when you sum it up, is that evil people are STILL in charge, and evil people are SCARED TO DEATH of Trump. Pipeline Protesters to Defy Deadline

AFTER MAJOR VICTORY, PIPELINE PROTESTORS TO DEFY DEADLINE

The Army Corps of Engineers refused Sunday to grant Energy Transfer Partners permission to extend the pipeline beneath a Missouri River reservoir.

Protesters celebrated a major victory in their push to reroute the Dakota Access oil pipeline away from a tribal water source but pledged to remain camped on federal land in North Dakota anyway, despite Monday's government deadline to leave.

Hundreds of people at the Oceti Sakowin, or Seven Council Fires, encampment cheered and chanted "mni wichoni" — "water is life" in Lakota Sioux — after the Army Corps of Engineers refused Sunday to grant the company permission to extend the pipeline beneath a Missouri River reservoir.

The Standing Rock Sioux tribe and its supporters argue that extending the project beneath Lake Oahe would threaten the tribe's water source and cultural sites. The segment is the last major sticking point for the four-state, $3.8 billion project.

"The whole world is watching," said Miles Allard, a member of the Standing Rock Sioux. "I'm telling all our people to stand up and not to leave until this is over." 

Despite the deadline, authorities say they won't forcibly remove the protesters.

The company constructing the pipeline, Dallas-based Energy Transfer Partners, released a statement Sunday night slamming the Army Corps' decision as politically motivated and alleging that President Obama's administration was determined to delay the matter until he leaves office.

"The White House's directive today to the Corps for further delay is just the latest in a series of overt and transparent political actions by an administration which has abandoned the rule of law in favor of currying favor with a narrow and extreme political constituency," the company said. 

President-elect Donald Trump, a pipeline supporter who has reportedly invested in both Energy Transfer Partners and another company involved with the pipeline, will take office in January, although it wasn't immediately clear what steps his administration would be able to take to reverse the Army Corps' latest decision or how quickly that could happen. 

 Actor Mark Ruffalo and civil rights leader Jesse Jackson join Native American protesters attempting to block construction of Dakota Access Pipeline. "The irony is they sent Native Americans out on these reservations to perish, only to find that there was great wealth beneath the soil," Jackson said.

Industry group the MAIN Coalition, which is made up of agriculture, business and labor entities that benefit from Midwest infrastructure projects, said it hoped Trump would take action.

That uncertainty, Allard said, is part of the reason the protesters won't leave.

"We don't know what Trump is going to do," Allard said. 

Assistant Secretary for Civil Works Jo-Ellen Darcy said in a news release that her decision was based on the need to "explore alternate routes" for the pipeline's crossing. Her full decision doesn't rule out that it could cross under the reservoir or north of Bismarck. 

"Although we have had continuing discussion and exchanges of new information with the Standing Rock Sioux and Dakota Access, it's clear that there's more work to do," Darcy said. "The best way to complete that work responsibly and expeditiously is to explore alternate routes for the pipeline crossing." 

North Dakota's leaders criticized the decision, with Gov. Jack Dalrymple calling it a "serious mistake" that "prolongs the dangerous situation" of having several hundred protesters who are camped out on federal land during cold, wintry weather. U.S. Rep. Kevin Cramer said it's a "very chilling signal" for the future of infrastructure in the United States.

"I’m encouraged we will restore law and order next month, when we get a president who will not thumb his nose at the rule of law," Cramer said in a statement to Politico.

Attorney General Loretta Lynch said Sunday that the Department of Justice will "continue to monitor the situation" and stands "ready to provide resources to help all those who can play a constructive role in easing tensions." 

Standing Rock Sioux tribal chairman Dave Archambault said Monday that the tribe "will be forever grateful to the Obama administration" for the Army Corps of Engineers' decision.

Archambault said the Corps' decision "took tremendous courage" and he hoped Energy Transfer Partners, and the incoming Trump administration will respect that decision.

Morton County Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier, whose department has done much of the policing for the protests, said that "local law enforcement does not have an opinion" on the easement and that his department will continue to "enforce the law." 

U.S. Secretary for the Interior Sally Jewell said in a statement that the Corps' "thoughtful approach ... ensures that there will be an in-depth evaluation of alternative routes for the pipeline and a closer look at potential impacts." 

Earlier Sunday, an organizer with Veterans Stand for Standing Rock said tribal elders had asked the military veterans not to have confrontations with law enforcement officials, adding the group is there to help out those who've dug in against the project. 

About 250 veterans gathered about a mile from the main camp for a meeting with organizer Wes Clark Jr., the son of former Democratic presidential candidate Gen. Wesley Clark. The group had said about 2,000 veterans were coming, but it wasn't clear how many actually arrived. 

"We have been asked by the elders not to do direct action," Wes Clark Jr. said. He added that the National Guard and law enforcement have armored vehicles and are armed, warning: "If we come forward, they will attack us."  Instead, he told the veterans, "If you see someone who needs help, help them out." 

Some veterans will take part in a prayer ceremony Monday, during which they'll apologize for historical detrimental conduct by the military toward Native Americans and ask for forgiveness, Clark said. He also called the veterans' presence "about right and wrong and peace and love." 

Authorities moved a blockade from the north end of the Backwater Bridge with the conditions that protesters stay south of it and come there only if there is a prearranged meeting. Authorities also asked protesters not to remove barriers on the bridge, which they have said was damaged in the late October conflict that led to several people being hurt, including a serious arm injury. 

"That heavy presence is gone now and I really hope in this de-escalation they'll see that, and in good faith . the leadership in those camps will start squashing the violent factions," Cass County Sheriff Paul Laney said in a statement, reiterating that any violation will "will result in their arrest." 

Steven Perry, a 66-year-old Vietnam veteran who's a member of the Little Traverse Bay band of Odawa Indians in Michigan, spoke of one of the protesters' main concerns: that the pipeline could pollute drinking water. "This is not just a native issue," he said, "This is an issue for everyone."
