Report: Sanctuary City San Francisco to Pay Illegal Alien $190,000 Because Police Called ICE

An illegal alien from El Salvador may be soon be receiving a $190,000 check from the City of San Francisco because “a San Francisco police officer directly contacted ICE and told them where to find [him],” KPIX 5 reported on Wednesday.

“The settlement is expected to be confirmed by San Francisco supervisors in future hearings,” the San Francisco television station reported.
Pedro Figueroa-Zarceno, a native of El Salvador, has “a civil deportation order dating back to 2005,” his attorney, Zachary Nightingale, says.
According to ICE documents, Figueroa-Zarceno “served two days for a DUI in 2012.”
On December 2, 2015, according to KPIX, he “walked into the police station . . . to recover his stolen car.”

When he left the station, he was immediately taken into custody by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
A document from federal immigration authorities released by his attorneys indicates that a San Francisco police officer directly contacted ICE and told them where to find Figueroa-Zarceno, the man’s attorneys and representatives said Wednesday.
The apparent incident, which led to the two-month detention of Figueroa-Zarceno, could be a violation of Sanctuary City policies placing limits on local law enforcement’s ability to cooperate with immigration officials, according to his attorneys.

San Francisco is one of estimated 200 to 300 local jurisdictions in the United States that have adopted “sanctuary policies” that prohibit law enforcement officers employed in those jurisdictions from fully cooperating with federal immigration officials who are implementing federal laws.  In essence, these local jurisdictions are asserting the fundamentally anti-constitutional notion that city and local laws are superior to federal laws, that these “city-states” are in fact, sovereign.
CNN, for instance, reported recently that “In 2015, more than 200 state and local jurisdictions did not honor requests from Immigration and Customs Enforcement to detain individuals, ICE Director Sarah Saldaña testified before Congress, and a subset of that group refused to give access to their jails and prisons to ICE.”
“According to tracking by the Center for Immigration Studies, ” CNN notes, “roughly 300 sanctuary jurisdictions rejected more than 17,000 detention requests, between January 1, 2014 and September 30, 2015.
If the City of San Francisco’s proposed settlement with Figueroa-Zarceno is approved by the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, as is expected, it will set an expensive precedent that could well be replicated in all of these 200 to 300 state and local jurisdictions that have adopted some form of “sanctuary city” policy.
San Francisco was one of the first cities in the country to adopt a “sanctuary city” policy.
“The city approved a Sanctuary City policy in 1989 prohibiting city officials from enforcing immigration laws in most cases as a way to encourage immigrant communities to trust and cooperate with police. A second 2013 ordinance, Due Process for All, prohibits San Francisco law enforcement from detaining people on behalf of immigration authorities for deportation unless they are wanted for a serious crime, ” KPIX reported:

Figueroa-Zarceno’s attorneys said the ICE document released Friday indicates that the sheriff’s department contacted ICE on Dec. 2 stating that a “final order fugitive” had been contacted by San Francisco police.
At the same time, the document states, a San Francisco police officer contacted the ICE duty officer directly and told him Figueroa-Zarceno was at the police station. He was taken into custody by ICE around half an hour later.
ICE officials confirmed the detention but would not comment on the documents released Friday.

Rather than litigate against claims by Figueroa-Zarceno that this potential violation of the city’s sanctuary policy–which clearly conflicts with federal law, San Francisco officials have negotiated the $190,000 settlement with his attorneys.
The San Francisco Sheriff’s Office says it acted properly, in compliance with the city’s laws.
“Eileen Hirst, a spokeswoman for the sheriff’s department, said a warrant for Figueroa-Zarceno was found in a national criminal database when police ran his name through the system, and the sheriff’s department called ICE to confirm that warrant, as is routinely done with all warrants,” KPIX reported:

The department did not provide his location to immigration authorities during that call, she said.
Police Sgt. Michael Andraychak said in a statement Friday that then-Police Chief Greg Suhr had informed Mayor Ed Lee that Figueroa-Zarceno “never should have been taken into custody by ICE agents after being released from Southern Police Station.”
“It is the policy of the San Francisco Police Department to foster trust and cooperation with all people of the City and to encourage them to communicate with SFPD officers without fear of inquiry regarding their immigration status,” the statement said.

Political pressures, as much as legal considerations, may have played a role in what appears to be the final resolution of the case.
“Mayor Lee said he’d spoken with officials at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security about the case last week, and is ‘pleased’ that Figueroa-Zarceno has been released,” according to KPIX.

$3K reward being offered for veteran’s missing service dog

SPICEWOOD, Texas (KXAN) — A veteran who served in Desert Storm is offering a $3,000 reward for his 2-year-old service dog he believes was stolen last weekend from Spicewood.

James Irwin, 49, says his 125-pound Rottweiler named Bane was trained to help him sleep at night. And while Bane doesn’t actually sleep in Irwin’s bed, he’s right next to him on the floor.

“The only reason I can go to sleep is because I know he can hear just before I do,” explains Irwin. “Some people have to take sleeping pills to fall asleep. I can lay down in my bed and put my hand off the side of my bed and Bane will come up and stick his head underneath my hand and sit there until I can’t pet him anymore.”

Irwin says after serving in the Army for four years and getting out in 1991, it has been difficult for him to sleep.

“To live in a place with a group of guys that are heavily armed you get some of the best sleep you’ll ever get in your life,” Erwin said. “And when you transition from the military to the civilian sector it’s totally different environment. Totally different.”

According to the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs, insomnia was the most commonly reported PTSD symptom in a survey of veterans from Afghanistan and Iraq.

On Sunday evening, Irwin says Bane and his other dog, Piper, an English Pointer, were out playing in their yard along Crawford Road. While the land isn’t fenced, Irwin says Bane has never wandered. He says the dogs were out there for a couple of hours with no problems, but when he took his eyes off of them for a few minutes to grill, they ran off.

Irwin and his wife jumped into their cars and went looking for the two dogs but after one hour, Piper came home but Bane was still missing. Irwin believes someone might have kept him because even though he might be an intimidating animal when you look at him, he’ll immediately come up to you and lie down at your feet.

They’ve also used a drone to try and spot Bane, put up signs and even brought in a professional tracker from Dallas.

“Chased some scent trails and then they just they stopped,” Irwin said.
Irwin purchased Bane through a breeder more than a year ago and started training him to be a service dog when he was 7-months-old. Bane is Irwin’s second service dog, the first one died about four years ago.

When Irwin originally put out the notice about his missing dog, he was offering a $500 reward. But, once more people found out about it, several groups, such as the Calaveras Motorcycle Club, contributed to the reward. A Facebook page has also been started to gather information and get out the word about Bane. In case you find him, Bane is microchipped.

“If you have him, I need him back. No questions asked,” Irwin said. The number to call is 512-848-9445.

One Sunday, in counting the money in the weekly offering, the pastor of a small church found a pink envelope containing $1,000. It happened again the next week! --

Not mentioned in the video below is the fact -- brought out by Attorney Constance Cumbey based on her  extensive research into the emerging New Age Movement -- that they decided many decades ago not to use politics or religion, which are too divisive, to try to bring the world together into a new world order.

Let’s face it: The investigation into Donald Trump’s “collusion” with the Russians is an almost-uniquely one-sided affair. It’s Democrats (and a few NeverTrump Republicans who want things to go back to the way they used to be) going after a GOP president they despise.

It’s a political, partisan investigation that is meant to do nothing more or less than muddy the waters ahead of the 2018 and 2020 election cycles. It’s a fundraising effort, essentially, and it’s a stain on our democracy. And for a direct comparison, you can look at what a real investigation looks like. 

The one that’s taking shape in the Senate Judiciary Committee regarding Obama’s attorney general, Loretta Lynch. Last week, a bipartisan group of senators on the committee sent a letter to Lynch asking her a few pointed questions about her involvement in the FBI’s investigation into Hillary Clinton’s improper dissemination of classified material. These senators included Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley and Lindsey Graham, but they also included Democrats Dianne Feinstein and Sheldon Whitehouse. 

The questions they posed to Lynch – with a deadline of July 6 – include: 

- “Did anyone from the FBI ever discuss or otherwise mention to you emails, memos, or reports such as those described in these media reports?” 

- “During your time in the Justice Department, did you ever have communications with Rep. Wasserman Schultz, her staff, her associates, or any other current or former DNC officials about the Clinton email investigation? 

- If so, please describe the communications and provide all records relating to them.” 

- “To the best of your knowledge, did any of your Justice Department staff or your other associates communicate with Rep. Wasserman Schultz, her staff, her associates, or any other current or former DNC officials about the Clinton email investigation? 

-  If so, please describe the communications and provide all records relating to them.” 

The committee opted to open this preliminary investigation into Lynch’s actions based on the testimony of former FBI Director James Comey, who said that he was concerned about the AG’s impartiality due to several controversial moves on her part. One of them, he explained, 

-  came when she asked FBI officials to describe the Clinton case as a ”matter” rather than an “investigation,” mirroring the Clinton campaign’s rhetoric regarding the email scandal. 

-  Another was, of course, the gobsmacking incident in which Lynch met privately with Bill Clinton on an airplane in Arizona. 

-  And there was a third incident, believed to be Lynch’s contacts with a Clinton campaign staffer, that Comey declined to discuss in the public forum due to issues of classification. 

When Clinton was excused from any charges of wrong doing last summer, a great many political observers – not all of them Republicans by any means – knew the fix was in. Now a bipartisan committee is looking to get to the bottom of what appears to be a cut-and-dried case of politics-before-justice. And by the time their inquiries are done, Loretta Lynch may not be the only one forced to answer some very tough questions.

…A local group of self-proclaimed anti-fascism activists called “ANTIFA” are planning on holding a rally at Gettysburg National Battlefield on July 1st in protest of President Trump and asks it’s members to “Bring and Burn Confederate Flags”. 

The reasoning behind why this group picked the date and location for their rally is for the importance Gettysburg played in the American Civil War. 

The Battle of Gettysburg started on July 1, 1863, when Lee’s Army of Northern Virginia met General George Meade’s Union Army of the Potomac. During the three-day battle, about 165,000 soldiers clashed in and around the small town of Gettysburg. When the Battle of Gettysburg was over on July 3, 1863, 51,000 soldiers were casualties (killed, wounded, captured or missing) in what remains the largest battle ever fought in North America. 

There are approximately 1,328 monuments, markers and memorials that stand in both the cemetery and battlefield to commemorate the Union and Confederate troops who fought there.

In removing any monument or marker of history, to what purpose does that serve? History in every corner of the world while oftentimes ugly and heinous, still serves a purpose. It is a remembrance to learning from our past and not condemning ourselves to repeat it.

This message is to Judge Thomas Hogan and Judge Royce Lambert and shall constitute an official Judicial Notice of Claim to them and to The United States District Court for the District of Columbia: 

The American states and people that are the Paramount Security Interest Holders in all assets and collateral both registered and unregistered belonging to or claimed by or overseen by the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation, its heirs, franchises, or assigns including but not limited to the UNITED STATES, the USA, E PLURIBUS UNUM THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, the various Municipal STATE OF STATE franchises and Territorial State of State franchises

----have been found, alive and well, and right where they ought to be. 

It has come to our attention that our claims to our own land and assets have not been brought forward by our employees and so we have come to present ourselves to the court and to claim back our property which has been mis-represented as belonging to Cestui Que Vie Estate Trusts.  

We are of a completely different jurisdiction and character and political status as peaceful American "vessels" engaged in International Trade, permanently domiciled on the land and soil of the organic states, and we require that our assets be returned to us and held harmless from any claim of debt related to the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation, its franchises, heirs, or assigns.

The United States District Court for the District of Columbia, by and through Judge Thomas Hogan, has been given prior Notice of the living status of the American states dba Alabama State, Alaska State, et alia, and of the American people who have returned en masse to the land and soil of their birth.  Copies of the Notice given have been and are being again presented to the Office of the Prosecutor at the World Court, along with a written and signed copy of this Judicial Notice of Claim, and will also be presented to the Pope, Queen Elizabeth II, and published for the world at large.

All of the MSM’s are reporting  that the House intelligence Committee plans on interviewing embattled John Podesta later this week. Podesta served as Hillary Clinton’s 2016 campaign chairman.

What is disturbing is that Podesta’s testimony will be held in secret because usually when something is done in secret, there is something definitive to hide. Indeed, the secrecy aspect is very troubling on a number of fronts. James Comey recent testimony was carried on every network. Attorney Jeff Sessions testimony was carried on every network. Yet the Podesta testimony will be held in secret and the participants will not be able discuss their testimony with the public. Why the discrepancy? The answer is as simple as the nose on your face. The House Intelligence Committee is doing the work of the Deep State and are protecting them from further exposure as to their collective forays  into child-sex-trafficking.  Podesta, literally and figuratively knows where all the bodies are buried in this heinous arena of subhuman, Satanic behavior called the Deep State.

Will Podesta be Questioned About Nick Bryant and the Franklin Scandal?

Over 8 years ago I interviewed Nick Bryant, the author of the book The Franklin Scandal. Among all the scandals in the book that were revealed included the fact that many newly elected members of Congress are implicated and framed in sex scandals involving children after they are first elected and this takes place at a location called the Franklin House. The tapes that are made can be used as leverage against the congressmen at a later and more convenient time. Bryant’s work has stood up to extreme scrutiny through the years.

Three years prior to Nick Bryant’s work, I was told the same thing by the late Bill Pawelec who had done some contract work for the CIA. Vance Davis, a personal friend who is formerly of the NSA and a recent interviewee on The Common Sense Show, on multiple occasions  was a part of these discussions. Bill’s wife, Annie DeRiso, was my News Director for six years and was also privy to these discussions.

Subsequently, we have another motive as to why the Podesta hearings will be secret as some of these congressmen will have a lot on the line given some of their collective and nefarious past.

Podesta feels the walls closing in and he is a wounded animal who is likely desirous of taking everyone down with him. No doubt he blames fellow Democratic Congressman for Hillary’s defeat because they did not do enough. These are very strong motives that lead to secrecy.

Podesta drew some much unwanted attention last year when thousands of his emails went viral as they were released on WikiLeaks a few months prior to the 2016 election.

Many in the Independent media believed that the Wikileaks emails, a few short weeks, caused more damage to Hillary Clinton’s campaign than what Comey’s FBI did with the revelation that Hillary “grossly” mishandled over 33,000 classified emails.

Most in the Independent Media (IM) are keenly aware that Seth Rich was finished off at the hospital. This is an omnipresent claim from the IM.

Many Feel that Podesta Made the “Leaker” Pay With His Life

As previously reported on The Common Sense Show, after the Wikileaks emails appeared, Podesta stated “let’s make the leaker pay”.  And as history would have it, Seth Rich was murdered a few short days later. It was later discovered that Rich was the “leaker”. As has been widely and previously reported, Podesta was prominently linked to the organization known as Pizzagate whose euphemism was altered to pedogate. In other words, Podesta was, and remains, a strong person of interest in the child-sex-trafficking allegations connected to Pedogate.

Reportedly, Podesta will meet with the House panel in a private session.  He is one of the first set of  key witnesses to appear before the House panel to testify about the 2016 election.  The committee is expected to question Podesta about the leak of his emails that goes back many years. They are particularly interested in his emails connection to Russian influence in the election and possible tampering. At least this is what the House Intelligence Committee is saying. In reality the House Democrats are very nervous about another factor.

Liz Crokin, writing for the Hagmann Report produced a very revealing article in support of the claims made in the above mentioned paragraphs as evidenced in the following:

“John Podesta and a group of Democrats called for Rep. Steve Scalise to resign shortly after he began his efforts to combat human trafficking as the Majority Whip of the House.”

And what was Scalise doing at the time he was attacked?  He had sponsored a bill on child-sex-trafficking which was to be heard on the day that he was shot. This puts a whole new light on the assassination attempt on Scalise at the Congressional baseball team practice.

It is as plain as the nose on your face as to why the Podesta testimony is being held in private and it was my distinct privilege to connect these dots as to why this is so. Do you need any more motivation than to clean house on Congress in the mid-term elections?  This is assuming our country makes it that far.

Just food for thought

I want to start a new Religion and here is our belief. 

We will worship a Meteorite and it's god Meter-maid. Meter-maid will protect us in our sadness and madness. When you are in trouble just call out, 'Meter-maid'. If you die in battle you go to paradise and get 72 days of free parking. 

We will conquer the world by putting 10 to 15 million of our military age men in each of the rich nations of the world. You know the ones that will feed, shelter, give money to us, and make sure that everyone in our new nations respect us and our Religion.

In this religion we don't believe in the three R's, just one R, rape just one of our Religious beliefs, so that most of our members don't need to be very smart. We have no skills to work but we will smile at the natives for their kindness or stupidity, not sure which one fits. 

It's helpful if you like to lie, steal, rape, stone others to death, show a complete disrespect for others, even your own family members, and we would be obligated to cut the heads off anyone that get in our way or doesn't believe what we believe, even family members.

You can save a lot of money on toilet paper and just use you finger and wash it of in a near-by drinking fountain when away from home.

You will have to lie if asked by your host country if you will follow their laws or Constitution, as our membership can not do that because we are superior to them and they will need to change and follow our laws and beliefs or we just kill them.

If members are too smart, they won't blow themselves up killing other people. Always remember it's easier to kill women and children as they are helpless against our superior strength.

We will out number all of the military and police in that country. 

When the time is right we will take out the police first and then start killing anyone that is not one of us or willing to be one of us, or is not a good enough one of us.

Hopefully, we would soon be the only ones left on the planet. Praise be to Meter-maid.

Because of our superiority all countries should welcome us until their dying day.

The US is going to be the toughest one, though, as many people there have guns.

What?  There is already a Religion doing this? They need to go. We are the superior ones.
