ROUND ROCK, Texas—A man who police believe carried out a string of package bombings in Austin is dead, putting an end to a weekslong hunt to track down and stop the bomber who had the Texas capital and its residents on edge.
Law enforcement officials, who identified the suspect as 23-year-old Mark Anthony Conditt, said they traced the white male to a hotel in this Austin suburb, about 20 miles north of the city. In a confrontation with the police, the suspect detonated a device and died, Austin Police Chief Brian Manley said. Shots were fired during the encounter with police.
“We believe that this individual is responsible for all incidents that have taken place in Austin, starting on March 2nd and those that have occurred since then as well,” Chief Manley said, referring to the wave of bombings that have killed two people and wounded several more.
Officials said they hadn’t yet identified a motive, and they would be investigating whether any accomplices aided the suspect. Earlier reports said the suspect was 24 years old.

Authorities cautioned area residents to remain vigilant in case the suspect was able to send or place any more explosives in the past day.
Fred Milanowski, the special agent in charge of Houston Field Division for the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, told The Wall Street Journal that investigators were able to identify the suspect in the Austin serial bomber case through basic police work.
“There were several small pieces that all came together,” he said Wednesday morning. “It was purchases. It was some video. It was witness statements that all came together.”
After the second bombing, on March 12, the ATF identified a “signature” in the explosive devices. “Forensically they were very similar,” Mr. Milanowski said. “Same explosive filler was used in all of them.” All of them featured nails and screws as shrapnel.
He added that all the devices that detonated appear to be the work of a single bomb maker. “We believe that the same person built each of these devices,” he said.
A home address most recently associated with Mr. Conditt, according to records, was located on a dead-end street in the historic downtown of Pflugerville, a small town on the outskirts of Austin that has been absorbed by the sprawling suburbs.
It is a street grid of older homes. Law enforcement officers—Texas Department of Public Safety troopers and ATF agents—have blocked off all access to the house where the suspect is believed to have lived. Roosters crowed on the edge of downtown as the sun rose.
A couple of blocks from the home, a stream of cars drove by – early morning commuters on their way to work. Business owners were opening their stores.
Anthony Williams, owner of the First the Blade Barber Shop, said he was surprised. Most of the people who live in the neighborhood, he said, are older residents who live here to be away from the bustle of nearby Austin. “I just wouldn’t figure it was anyone from out here,” he said, “But I guess he could come from anywhere.”
Police Chief Manley said authorities first identified the suspect as a person of interest about 24 hours to 36 hours ago. By late Tuesday night, he said authorities felt confident that the suspect was responsible for the bombings and tracked his vehicle to the parking lot of a hotel.

While law enforcement took up positions around the hotel and waited for the arrival of tactical teams, the suspect drove away, Chief Manley said. Police followed the vehicle but it stopped in a ditch nearby.
As members of the Austin SWAT team approached, the suspect detonated a bomb inside his vehicle, knocking one of the officers back, and another officer fired at the suspect, he said. Chief Manley said the suspect died during the exchange with police and suffered significant injuries from the blast.
“I couldn’t believe yesterday—a bomb here, a bomb there,” said Mona Henson, a Round Rock resident who works as a server at the IHOP off the portion of I-35 shut down by authorities. “I’m glad it’s over.”
She questioned who the bomber might be and whether she might have met him at some point. “You wonder, did I wait on him? Did I see him? Do I know this person?” she said.
The string of bombings started in early March and picked up pace in recent days. On Tuesday, law enforcement found two more explosive devices at FedEx Corp. facilities in Austin and outside of San Antonio.
Chief Manley said witnesses and “video sources” had helped them zero in on the suspect during the course of the investigation.
“We became very interested in him over the last couple days,” he said.
The investigation drew hundreds of law enforcement from federal agencies including the Federal Bureau of Investigation and Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives.
The bombings began March 2, when a package explosion went off in northeast Austin, killing a 39-year-old man. A pair of package bombs detonated 10 days later in another neighborhood, leaving a 17-year-old dead and two other people wounded. On Sunday night, two men were seriously injured by an explosion in a wealthy enclave near the city limits.
Police initially speculated the attacks might be racially motivated, because the two deceased victims came from prominent African-American families, while one of the wounded people is Hispanic. But Sunday’s bombing was different, rigged with a tripwire, and police say the injured victims—two white men—appear to be random.
The area around hotel, where the suspect had parked his vehicle, buzzed with police activity early Wednesday as law enforcement pressed ahead with their investigation. Bleary eyed guests emerged from their rooms to find the area alit with flashing lights from police cars and other emergency vehicles. Word of what had happened quickly circulated among them.
The bomber was dead.

Poll: Majority Believe Deep State Rules Washington

Unelected group of bureaucratic operatives control levers of power

A large majority of Americans across the political spectrum believe that Washington D.C. is controlled by a Deep State of unelected government bureaucrats, according to a new poll.

A Monmouth University Poll found 60% of those surveyed feel that unelected or appointed government officials wield too much power in determining federal policy.

“We usually expect opinions on the operation of government to shift depending on which party is in charge,” said Patrick Murray, director of the Monmouth University Polling Institute.

“But there’s an ominous feeling by Democrats and Republicans alike that a ‘Deep State’ of unelected operatives are pulling the levers of power.”
The term “Deep State” itself isn’t familiar to most people (63%).

“However, when the term is described as a group of unelected government and military officials who secretly manipulate or direct national policy, nearly 3-in-4 (74%) say they believe this type of apparatus exists in Washington,” the report said.

The poll further indicated that minorities and NRA members are more likely than other groups to believe the Deep State exists.

“Monmouth said 35 percent of black, Latino and Asian Americans think the Deep State definitely exists, and 43 percent of NRA members ‘definitely believe in the existence of a Deep State operation in D.C.,’” reported The Washington Times.

Murray said this is due to residual historic prejudice and gun owners fearful of government overreach.

“Anxiety about a possible ‘Deep State’ is prevalent in both parties, but each has key constituent groups who express even greater concerns about the potential for government overreach. This includes racial and ethnic groups who still experience the effects of historical prejudice as well as gun owners who fear their constitutional rights are being threatened,” he said.

Additionally, the poll found an overwhelming 80% of those polled indicated they believe the government is spying on American citizens.

President Trump has alerted the American people to the dangers of the Deep State apparatus embedded in government that’s been working to cover for Hillary Clinton’s crimes and force him out of office.

“The House of Representatives seeks contempt citations(?) against the Justice Department and the FBI for withholding key documents and an FBI witness which could shed light on surveillance of associates of Donald Trump. Big stuff. Deep State. Give this information NOW!” Trump tweeted in November.

Former CIA officer Philip Mudd threatened Trump last summer on CNN saying the “government is gonna kill this guy” for insulting the Deep State.

“People talk about the Deep State, when you disrespect government officials who’ve done 20 or 30 years, they’re gonna say ‘really – Vladimir Putin sends officers home and you support him before you support us?’” he said.

A recent internal government report drafted by the intelligence community found the American people have become distrustful of government and “authoritative information sources,” ie the mainstream media.

“Whatever you call it — fake news, propaganda, or politics — American voters have been trained to be skeptical of what the government says,” said former Pentagon official Jed Babbin.

Banking for Bankers

More than a year ago, I declared the beginning of the long-promised Thousand Years of Peace.  I delivered the Payment Bond and the Bills of Lading to the Vatican Chancery Court.  A Year and a Day later, on January 7, 2018, the Final Transaction Cured and, not coincidentally, the Age of Aquarius officially began. As a further result, the Draconian Law was set aside and the Aquarian Law of Love and Balance was declared.

Now, to some of you, this sounds very foreign and "airy-fairy" and you must be wondering--- "What's wrong with Grandma?  Has she gone soft in the head? Fallen for all this New Age garbage?"

But it is nothing of the sort and nothing soft-headed about it.  It is material fact. And it's a good thing for everyone on planet Earth. 

All these years everyone has been thinking that the Kingdom of Heaven was something immaterial, something we couldn't see or touch or feel directly. We have been "seeing through a glass and darkly", but now, that glory is to be revealed and many things that made no sense will suddenly make perfect sense to everyone.

Right now, I want to just briefly observe some consequences to the bankers of the world, who have profited themselves by keeping everyone (falsely) indebted.

All that debt and all those "debt notes" that the banks have been holding over everyone's head are in fact negative numbers. 

A negative number is by definition less than zero.  And the bigger the negative number, the less than zero it is.  

A minus seventy-seven trillion ($77,000,000.000.00) is a LOT less than zero.  That's how much that debt is really worth. 

The only way that such a debt can be converted into credit, is if it is forgiven.

And the only way it can be forgiven, is for the living people and unincorporated governments of the world who are actually owed the debt, to forgive it. 

Otherwise, what such a debt represents (besides being worth less than zero) is guilt.  Because the only way that such a debt could be accumulated is by crime.

Let me explain a bit more about that. 

Since 1946, we have all been living in a debt-credit system of money and finance.  All transactions taking place in such a system are zero sum or an accumulation of debt. No credit is possible, because of the use of debt notes as currency. 

Think about it.  If I give you $5 and you give me a hamburger in exchange, the "value" of one thing has been converted into the "value" of the other. There is no net change.  At least in our minds and in terms of our agreements, the value of the $5 and the value of the hamburger are equal. This is a "zero sum" exchange.

The only other possibility is the receipt of something of more value than we give credit for or to put it another way, the receipt of something of actual value in exchange for something of little or no equitable value.

And that is a crime.  

So all those bankers who think that they are so rich because they have placed so much debt on everyone else through the use of debt notes as currency--- think again.  A negative number is still a negative number.   And the guilt of whomever is holding such debt notes against others is apparent.

As anti-intuitive as it is for most people on Earth, the only way to convert debt to credit is via forgiveness.  The credit of those who have been cheated has to be brought forward to cover the debts of the guilty, plus reinstate the credit balance of the world.

Those who have been cheated are owed by the guilty parties' own admission the return of all their property free and clear of debt, plus an amount equal to three times the losses they have endured. Thus, upon our forgiveness of the world debt, the debt goes away, everyone's property is returned free and clear, and an amount of credit equal to three times the total amount of the old debt becomes available for relief, restitution, reclamation, and reinvestment.

So, bankers, do you want to be trillions of dollars in debt and facing criminal charges, or do you want to forgive all those trillions in debt so that you can in turn be forgiven and receive an equal amount of credit?

That takes one complete zero sum exchange on the ledger.

And leaves three times the credit -- free of usury -- to rebuild the world. The living people and their sovereign governments are the ones who are owed and the ones who can forgive all these debts and convert them to credits. And this is why it is written to forgive so that you, too, can be forgiven.

The Kingdom of Heaven's credit and resources are limitless, infinite.  There is no material you can name, that cannot be provided in staggering amounts.  So it now makes sense that such credit is "asset backed" and that we are no longer subject to the Doctrine of Scarcity and the False Values we have been taught.

The rest is up to you.  You can sit there like spiders clinging to debts that are worth --by definition-- a great deal less than zero, or you can forgive those debts, zero out your ledgers, and receive asset-backed credits instead.

I am here, The Fiduciary sent to settle these issues and convert the debt system to a credit system. My mission will be accomplished no matter what anyone says or does about it.  You might as well step back, think about it ten minutes, and start feeling both free and happy again.

The Turning of the Seasons and the Tides

Word is beginning to dribble in from all around the country of court victories and banks giving up and releasing foreclosure claims against Americans. 

 

There is still a great deal to be settled, and still some great injustices being perpetrated, but the tides are turning in favor of the "little people" --- and I am not talking about Leprechauns--- who have taken my advice to heart:

1. Mandatory FSIA Notice;

2. Acknowledgement, Acceptance and Re-Conveyance of Deed (which includes claim to your Trade Name and all derivative NAMES and declaration of their permanent domicile on the land and soil of (California, Wisconsin, et alia);

3. Act of Expatriation making it clear and explicit that you foreswear any Territorial United States or Municipal United States citizenship;

4. Common Law Certificate of Assumed Name

I do not want to be inundated with questions about recovery of homes and farms and businesses that have already been taken illegally and unlawfully just yet, because I don't know the answers at this point. The bankers and politicians have created an immense backlog of injustice and loss and not all of it can be simply "returned". There isn't enough Title Insurance in the world to compensate everyone who has been harmed.

That said, there will be answers and there will be remediation. Just expect that it will take time to work out the details, and realize that The Living Law Firm is working as hard as it possibly can as fast as it possibly can.

The Problem and the Solution

The Problem

Today, each baby is born into debt slavery.   This debt is attached to him via undisclosed commercial contracts which convert the living child into a human chattel asset backing the debts of governments.

This system is set up so that the debts accrued can never equal the debts repaid.

That is, even if you pay all that you owe, there will still be interest to be paid on this debt when you die.

This debt will be passed on to the next generation.

This creates a perpetual Debt Ponzi Scheme.

Instead of money, each new participant contributes a share of debt to the pyramid. 

With each new generation this odious debt increases and more and more of the world’s wealth is controlled by fewer and fewer people.

These controllers are middlemen.

This is because on the opposite side of the ledger in such a system, the debtors are also the creditors; if it were not for the middlemen, the bankers and fund managers standing in the way, this would be apparent to everyone and we could all have a good laugh.

The Problem turns out to be ignorance and dishonest bookkeeping.

When we use actual commodities as money instead of debt, the debt pyramid is eroded, but other problems rear their heads.

The use of a standard commodity, such as gold or silver, as money, creates a system of idolatry.

No matter how much of the commodity we amass, there is never enough.

Such a system is prone to manipulation by producers and hoarders of the standard commodity.

Inevitably, the producers and warehouse managers (bankers) of the standard commodity gain an unfair advantage over everyone else.

This results in an inelastic, unreal, dishonest system of trade that limits and burdens the many and encourages gluttony by a few.

Conclusion: there is no lasting relief in either the Debt Ponzi Scheme nor in the use of any Standard Commodity as money.

Both systems have been tried and both systems have failed and both systems are prone to manipulation, dishonesty, and limitations that cripple us.

We need a new answer.

We need an honest, incorruptible way to trade with each other that includes and empowers everyone.

The Solution

Without going into a lot of technical detail, we have a simple, seamless, utterly secure, utterly private means of replacing both the current Internet and the current banking systems.

Our system is generations ahead and can’t be hacked.

This provides a means for people to connect safely and privately on a global basis.

It also provides the unobstructed ability to trade, to record transactions, to record property interests, to declare our individual form of law and political status, and to establish unique identification passwords and addresses.

This gives us all the means to trade but not the “what” to trade.

We propose a truly global currency based on the value of all goods, all commodities, and all labor resources currently traded worldwide.

This creates a “Super Commodity Standard” that actually does reflect the value of all goods and services being traded worldwide.

Everyone has value to trade by virtue of their country’s natural resources and their own ability to work, and everyone is a producer when trading in our Super Commodity Currency.

There is no benefit from hoarding or otherwise manipulating such a currency, and no practical limit to its value, which increases when we reinvest in care-taking the Earth and its people, instead of increasing when we destroy each other and pollute the planet.

Both these initiatives are non-violent, non-coercive, and not aimed at harming anyone. 

We simply introduce them as new options and let nature take its course.

As soon as people realize all the benefits of having a secure private identity and private banking and internet capability, they will naturally want access to our new banking and internet system.

The common sense benefits of having investments in Super Commodity Currency means they will exchange some of their national currency for global currency and begin trading in it. 

Especially resource rich and labor rich countries will benefit from using Super Commodity Currency--- meaning that those with the most need will reap the most benefit and freedom from this new system.

Over time the reinvestment in the Earth and in the people will increase the value of the Super Commodity Currency, and people will gradually let go of their old national currencies.

The impulse to compete will no longer be channeled to trade wars and contests like “China versus Japan”-- and will be addressed toward maximizing and increasing the health and value of each worker and each plot of land, instead.

This system pays for itself, is self-generating, and has no known limitation or drawback technically or morally. It is de-centralized, self-policing, self-correcting, and can endure indefinitely.

It is competent right now to replace both the Debt Ponzi Scheme and the Standard Commodity Scheme with an honest and beneficial system of private international trade.

It Begins: Florida Police Now Confiscating Guns From People With No Due Process

A Florida man has become the first person in the state to have his due process removed and his guns taken before he was determined to be mentally unfit and before he was accused of a crime.

 Broward, FL — In what’s being called the first gun confiscation of its kind in Florida, police have taken four guns and a couple hundred rounds of ammunition from a 56-year-old Lighthouse Point man. The man was not tried, had not committed a crime, and the guns were solely removed because “experts” deemed him a threat.

The guns and ammunition have been temporarily removed from the man under the state’s new “risk protection” law, which is also sometimes called “red flag” legislation, Lighthouse Point City Attorney Michael Cirullo confirmed, according to the Sun-Sentinal.

“We know it’s the first case of its kind in Broward County and we think it’s the first one in Florida, under the new law,” Cirullo said. “Up until the introduction of this law last week, there was no process for us to protect the public in this kind of situation.”

In Florida, prior to passing the new gun control law, people deemed psychologically unfit could be involuntarily hospitalized under what is called the Baker Act. During this involuntary admission to a hospital, the person is evaluated to determine if they are a risk to themselves or others.

Only after they had been psychologically evaluated and deemed a threat could the government then move in to temporarily disarm them. Now, however, this tiny bit of due process is no longer necessary and “experts” can simply deem someone a threat and take their guns.


Although the 56-year-old man was subsequently Baker Act-ed, his guns were taken before this happened.

To illustrate the insidious nature of Florida’s new bill and its rights-violating implications, prior to the new legislation, if police would have done what they did to this 56-year-old man—taken his guns with no due process—they would be fired and fined up to $5,000.

It is important to note that this man was certainly acting strangely and, according to the Sun-Sentinal, he told officers he “was being targeted and burglarized by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and a neighbor who lives in (his) building,” the judge wrote in his order. “(He) could not describe the neighbor but stated that the neighbor ‘shape shift, he can change heights and I’m not sure where he comes from’ and ‘to be honest, he looks like Osama Bin Laden.'”

He also turned off all of his power to the apartment he lived in. By all means, he was acting very strangely. However, he still deserved due process.
It will now be up to the man to prove that he is healthy enough to ever be able to get his guns back again.


To be clear, no one here is advocating for people determined to be mentally unfit to be able to possess firearms. However, they need to be determined to be mentally unfit before they lose their rights.

This law was a reaction to the shooting in Parkland, however, it is important to point out that there were already laws on the books that should’ve stopped Nikolas Cruz from ever getting a gun. Citing Cruz as the reason for advocating the removal of due process, the anti-gun activists are claiming he should’ve had his guns taken which would have prevented the tragedy. Sadly, however, they are ignoring the fact that he was accused of multiple felonies—and should’ve never been able to purchase a gun in the first place—but law enforcement failed to act on any of it.

In Florida, if a person making death threats intends for the victim to fear for her safety, specifically fearful of death or bodily harm, it is considered a credible threat under the law, which changes the crime from stalking, a first-degree misdemeanor, to aggravated stalking, a felony of the third degree. Cruz was reported at least 4 times for this very crime before he bought his AR-15 and police did nothing.

Florida’s law also mirrors another due process-removing law that was recently used in Washington state to remove a man’s guns.

As TFTP reported earlier this month, there is a law on the books known as the Extreme Risk Protection Order or ERPO, which went into effect in June of 2017. This law is used when a person is considered an “extreme” threat as reported by police and family members. An ERPO must be approved by a judge and only after this person is proven to be a danger to themselves or others can police move in to confiscate their weapons.


“We now have to go to someone’s house and knock on the door and say, ‘We’re from the government. Can we have your guns?’” Seattle police Sgt. Eric Pisconski told KIRO Radio’s Dave Ross. “That can get very dangerous.”
While touted as a necessary tool for police, an ERPO and Florida’s new law both remove due process as the person who is accused of being mentally unstable does not have to be present and gets no chance of facing their accuser.

To those who may be in favor of such laws, consider the following: There is no way to stop an estranged spouse from call police repeatedly and telling them their ex is threatening to cause harm to others. While the man in Florida had his guns taken for being psychologically unfit, the man in Seattle simply open-carried a pistol and looked out of windows and his guns were taken because his neighbors thought it was strange.

Anyone, any time, now has the ability to claim someone else is a threat and have police take their guns. One does not need to delve into the multiple ‘what if’ scenarios to see what sort of ominous implications arise from such a practice. What’s more, police now have the power to deem you a threat at any time and legally disarm you—due process be damned.

This is the exact scenario that Donald Trump advocated for in February. Last month, notorious gun-grabber Senator Dianne Feinstein, sat next to Donald Trump and likely salivated over his remarks as he called for the removal of due process and to “take the guns first.” Now, police are doing just that.
 
To those that support the removal of due process under the ostensible notion that it would make you safer, you would do well to remember history before you or someone you know finds yourself subject to these very laws.

Self-driving Uber kills Arizona woman in first fatal crash involving pedestrian

An autonomous Uber car killed a woman in the street in Arizona, police said, in what appears to be the first reported fatal crash involving a self-driving vehicle and a pedestrian in the US.

Tempe police said the self-driving car was in autonomous mode at the time of the crash and that the vehicle hit a woman, who was walking outside of the crosswalk and later died at a hospital. There was a vehicle operator inside the car at the time of the crash.

Uber said in a statement on Twitter: “Our hearts go out to the victim’s family. We are fully cooperating with local authorities in their investigation of this incident.” A spokesman declined to comment further on the crash.


The company said it was pausing its self-driving car operations in Phoenix, Pittsburgh, San Francisco and Toronto. Dara Khosrowshahi, Uber’s CEO, tweeted: “Some incredibly sad news out of Arizona. We’re thinking of the victim’s family as we work with local law enforcement to understand what happened.”

Uber has been testing its self-driving cars in numerous states and temporarily suspended its vehicles in Arizona last year after a crash involving one of its vehicles, a Volvo SUV. When the company first began testing its self-driving cars in California in 2016, the vehicles were caught running red lights, leading to a high-profile dispute between state regulators and the San Francisco-based corporation.

Police identified the victim as 49-year-old Elaine Herzberg and said she was walking outside of the crosswalk with a bicycle when she was hit at around 10pm on Sunday. Images from the scene showed a damaged bike. The 2017 Volvo SUV was traveling at roughly 40 miles an hour, and it did not appear that the car slowed down as it approached the woman, said Tempe sergeant Ronald Elcock.

Elcock said he had watched footage of the collision, which has not been released to the public. He also identified the operator of the car as Rafael Vasquez, 44, and said he was cooperative and there were no signs of impairment.


The self-driving technology is supposed to detect pedestrians, cyclists and others and prevent crashes.

John M Simpson, privacy and technology project director with Consumer Watchdog, said the collision highlighted the need for tighter regulations of the nascent technology.

“The robot cars cannot accurately predict human behavior, and the real problem comes in the interaction between humans and the robot vehicles,” said Simpson, whose advocacy group called for a national moratorium on autonomous car testing in the wake of the deadly collision.

Simpson said he was unaware of any previous fatal crashes involving an autonomous vehicle and a pedestrian.


Tesla Motors was the first to disclose a death involving a self-driving car in 2016 when the sensors of a Model S driving in autopilot mode failed to detect a large white 18-wheel truck and trailer crossing the highway. The car drove full speed under the trailer, causing the collision that killed the 40-year-old behind the wheel in the Tesla.

Earlier this year, California regulators approved the testing of self-driving cars on public roads without human drivers monitoring inside.

“The technology is not ready for it yet, and this just sadly proves it,” said Simpson.

In one recent incident, California police officers found a Tesla that was stopped in the middle of a five-lane highway and found a driver asleep behind the wheel. The man said the vehicle was in “autopilot”, which is Tesla’s semi-autonomous driver assist system, and he was arrested on suspicion of drunk driving.

In another recent case, a Tesla car rear-ended a fire truck on a freeway, with the driver again telling the authorities the car was in autopilot mode at the time of the collision.

Michael G Bennett, an Arizona State University associate research professor who studies autonomous cars, said the self-driving vehicles have become ubiquitous around campus and on the streets in Tempe. Often they have operators behind the wheels, but sometimes they are fully autonomous with no human inside.

The fatal collision could spark significant calls for reform and reflections within the industry, he said.

“It may be problematic for the industry, because one of their central arguments for the value of the technology is that it is superior to human drivers,” said Bennett, adding that autonomous cars should be able to detect pedestrians and avoid hitting them, even if they aren’t in crosswalks: “Every day, pedestrians in cities around the world step outside of the crosswalk.”


The governor of Arizona, Doug Ducey, has been a strong proponent of allowing corporations to test the technology in his state, publicly slamming other governments for “over regulation” and in 2016 urging Uber to “ditch California” and launch in his region. In March, he issued new rules and said that more than 600 automated vehicles have driven on public roads in the state.

“Our prayers are with the victim, and our hearts go out to her family,” Patrick Ptak, Ducey’s spokesman, said in an email to the Guardian, adding, “Public safety is our top priority.”

Linda Bailey, the executive director of the National Association of City Transportation Officials (Nacto), said in an interview that there has not been enough regulatory oversight of testing and that some governments are overwhelmed trying to understand autonomous technology and its limitations.
“There’s an essential role for the public sector in regulating the safety of these vehicles, which has been largely left to private companies,” she said, adding that Nacto supports third-party testing of the vehicles.

Tempe’s mayor, Mark Mitchell, defended the city’s ongoing support of autonomous vehicles in a statement Monday, saying: “All indications we had in the past show that traffic laws are being obeyed by the companies testing here.”

We now know for certain that the Ruling Cabal has been using USG and its secret factions in various agencies like DHS, FEMA, the FBI, the CIA, and foreign groups like the Mossad, DVD and other subcontractors, to repeatedly engineer and stage Gladio-style False-flag attacks.

More and more these Cabal ordered, USG run false-flag attacks are now being exposed for what they actually are, inside-job attacks on We The People. And they are being deployed in order to convince We The People to give up more Constitutional rights (especially the right to bear arms) in exchange for promises of increased safety from terror.

The first recorded use of False-Flag terror occurred in the 1700’s with Naval vessels of competing nations where one navy would set up a renegade ship, flag it with their enemies flag and make an attack on one of their own Navy’s ships. This provided a means to wrongly blame an enemy who did not attack, and was used to justify attacking that enemy or go to war with that enemy.

This technique was used by the Nazis at Gleweitz, Germany where they dressed up like Polish Soldiers and attacked a German radio station and used it as an excuse to invade Poland and start WWII.

It was also used by the Nazis to burn down the Reichstag and blame it on the Russians and institute gun control and other anti-terror measures such as the Nazi Enabling Act.



The reason that these numerous false-flag terror incidents deployed are being exposed for what they really are more and more every day to an increasing number of Americans is because of the emergence and common use of the worldwide Internet.

Every day more and more folks are going to alternative media websites as a source of current news and truth, instead of watching or listening to the six Network Major Mass Media News.

As the masses increasingly use the Internet Alternative Media websites, the number of users of the six Major Mass Media decreases proportionately.

As this downward spiral of less use of the Major Mass Media increases daily, the Ruling Cabal that controls the Internet through certain USG and foreign Intel agencies has begun instituting blatant means to demonetize alt media websites and authors, restrict searches, and censor alt media posts. Numerous alt media websites are being attacked and having content removed illegally.

Much of this new web censorship is being done secretly by use of “national security letters” which are signed Intelligence findings that are delivered to a web service operator who is allowed to read such, but cannot keep it and will be threatened with a $10,000 fine and 10 years in jail if they disclose the order.
Many alt media authors are now collaborating to set up their own alternative networks to thwart this censorship.

The Internet has become the Achilles heel of the Ruling Cabal which has been empowered by its private worldwide central FIAT banking which allowed it to establish a stranglehold on America and most of the world the last 100 years.



The Ruling Cabal has fully supported the concept of the Worldwide Internet because it was sold to them by DARPA and American Intel as the greatest surveillance and mind-kontrol tool ever devised. To a certain degree this has held true.

However, what was not anticipated was that the Internet would quickly become a powerful force for education of the masses of Ruling Cabal crimes and the crimes of their henchmen across various Intel agencies and subcontractors who they use to do their dirty work including many harassments and murders. Nor was it expected that the Internet would result in the emergence of a new and powerful populism in America.

The speed of light transmission of information about the Ruling Cabal’s massive crimes against Americans and much of the world by deployment of the USG’s Intel agencies and the US Military has created a rapid emergence of populism in the American People and much of the western world.

And this new and massive populism is now based on leaked, reported extensive knowledge of the Ruling Cabal’s deployed covert actions by those individual agents who were close to them and never accepted such evil actions. In the last several years  many former US Intel agents have leaked massive amounts of illegal acts by the various agencies they worked for.



These illegal acts leaked are a wide variety of crimes against humanity and violations of the US Constitution, International Law, the laws of many other nations, and include murder, mass-murder, promotion of pedophilia and satanism, targeting of dissidents and numerous types of human compromise crimes.

It is now obvious that most US Intel agencies and those other G7 ones they share operations and immunity with are functioning inside America as a large RICO crime syndicate run by the Ruling Cabal that hijacked America in 1913 with the illegal passage of the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act.

Powerful renegade factions deep inside certain unacknowledged secret space war programs have emerged, folks with full access to all NSA collected secrets, and these folks have leaked massive disclosures through the Internet by multiple sources to make certain the Ruling Cabal would be displaced and brought to its knees.

The Internet quickly has become the world’s New Gutenberg Press and is producing a new powerful, mass populism in America.

Successful deployment of false-flag attacks is ipso-fact complete evidence that a nation is technically in a state of fascism (the government has merged with the largest, most powerful corporations).

False-flags cannot be effectively deployed unless the Major Mass Media, Intel and Law Enforcement are controlled.

In order for the public to be effectively bamboozled into believing the government’s (aka “the perp’s”) false-narratives in the Major Mass Media that always accompany their false-flag attacks, that fascist government must have gained control over the existing Major Mass Media, Intel and Law Enforcement.
In America this has classically been quite easy for the to accomplish because the Major Mass Media has been consolidated into six major International media corporations and functions as an illegal news monopoly (under anti-trust laws), best described as a news cartel.

And since the Roswell incident in 1947, National Security was initially imposed on the USA to protect the Alien ET/UFO/anti-gravity secrets, but since has become expanded to be used as a false cover for all the sins, evils and crimes of the Ruling Cabal and its agents in the Major Mass Media, Intel, Law Enforcement and USG agencies.

In America the six Major Mass Media have been transformed after 1947 into CIA proprietaries that function in lock-step for the Ruling Cabal through official USG spokespersons. These media spokespersons are personally controlled by the CIA directly or indirectly.

Whenever the government/Major Mass Media complex’s false-narratives about their False-flags terror attacks start being rejected by a growing portion of the populace, this means that the Fascist Regime behind such attacks is being seriously challenged.

And that is precisely what is happening now in America thanks to the Internet which is the New Gutenberg Press.

The new Gutenberg Press as a strong neutralizer of the Ruling Cabal’s false-narratives about their engineered and staged False-flag terror attacks, and this works to erode USG fascism.

Despite all the differences and disagreements that have at times arisen between different  Internet alternative media websites that are exposing these False-flag terror attacks for what they really are (Gladio-style government actions designed to extract more power and rights from the masses), their collective product has been to degrade and neutralize the false-narratives of the False-flag perps in various USG agencies.

Some of the Alternative media Internet websites fully expose these USG False-flags and are viewed by other less radical, less well informed alt websites as too radical, occasionally accusing these full exposers of being “limited hangout” Cabal agents.

Usually Cabal apologists and their cover-up artists are hidden among the “limited hangout” type alt media Internet websites. The Cabal’s financing, use and protection of some alt media “limited hangout” websites actually has failed in its goal of neutralizing the Internet’s massive disclosures of their dirty secrets. Why is this so?

Because many of the Alt Media website users have become so knowledgeable and sophisticated that they will pick and choose truth nuggets from these limited hangout websites while rejecting their conclusions (aka “Bad payloads”).

There is a growing number of sophisticated alt media website users that take the truth nuggets from each website that resonate with their current mindset and then draw their own conclusions.

Even if alt media website users disagree on whether anybody died or not at the latest mass-shooting in Parkland, Florida, most now agree that this incident and most others like it are Cabal engineered and staged Gladio-style false-flag attacks.

These may differ with some thinking these False-flags used either MK-Ultra mind-kontrolled “Sirhan-Sirhan type” patsies, multiple shooters and had real dead victims.

Others who know they are engineered and staged false-flags may believe that large numbers of crisis actors were used, fake stage blood and faked events were deployed to fool the public and nobody was actually murdered or even shot.

But the bottom line there is more basic agreement than disagreement that all these events in some way are USG engineered and staged “inside-job” Gladio-style False-flag attacks on We The People.

It is know by insiders that police involved in many of such matters have seen national security (with threats of prosecution, sometime lethal threats) imposed to prevent them from telling what they know and the release of any forensic evidence or crime scene videos or photos.

It is also know beyond any shadow of a doubt that crisis actors have been hired in advance for many of these False-flag events. Advertising for such has been recovered and faces of some different False-flags matched showing the same actors used more than once sometimes. It is also known for a fact that many of these crisis events have had DHS/FEMA live-shooter drills scheduled for that same day or right before.

Conclusion:
Even with the numerous differences various alt media website users have about the unfolding of these mass crisis events, and whether folks really died or not, most are getting hip to the fact that all of these are engineered and staged USG related False-flag terror attacks.

Let me emphasize what will happen if we ever see the day that our state and federal governments start enforcing the numerous laws already on the books for terrorism and take on the Ruling Cabal and their engineered, staged False-flag synthetic terror attacks: hundreds of US officials, elected and appointed, in various USG Agnesse, both Intel and Law enforcement will be going to jail for life.

Why? Because the deployment and cover up of False-flag terror is major felony crime. It violates numerous federal and state laws including RICO criminal and civil.
