COURT RULES ILLEGAL ALIENS CAN SUE
MORE EVIDENCE OF OBAMA'S TRAITOROUS ACTS TO BURY THIS COUNTRY ...................
(FLORIDA FEDERAL) COURT RULES ILLEGAL ALIENS CAN SUE OVER "DISCRIMINATORY EMPLOYMENT POLICY" REQUIRING GREEN CARDS
This shows how out of touch the Obama 'judges' are with the real world. An employer can be charged and fined for hiring individuals without green cards but the illegal aliens can sue the employers for not hiring them for not having a green card. Is there any doubt that this entire system is broken and needs to be replaced from the top down? You can thank the Bushes, Clintons and Obamas for that.

JUDICIAL WATCH
For the second time in a few years, a federal court has ruled that illegal immigrants can sue American employers that refuse to hire them because they require workers to be U.S. citizens or legal residents (green card holders).
The latest blow to the rule of law was delivered by an Obama-appointed federal judge in south Florida who handed a powerful open-borders group a huge victory in a case accusing a major U.S. company of discriminating against an illegal immigrant.
Though years apart, both lawsuits were filed by the Mexican American Legal Defense and Educational Fund (MALDEF), a leftist group that specializes in discrimination lawsuits on behalf of illegal immigrants and has Chicago ties to Obama.
MALDEF pushes for free college tuition for illegal immigrants and lowering educational standards to accommodate new migrants. Its leadership refers to the U.S. government’s immigration enforcement effort as racist and xenophobic, and says it’s racist to make English the country’s official national language and inhumane to protect the southern border with a fence.
(TRY crossing the northern border in to Canada or the southern border in to Mexico and see what prison you wind up in and if you can successfully sue either country or even get a ticket back home in the states. The borders of the united States, however, are supposed to be open and 'free' to any one and any thing without question or legal actions to the unlawful invaders - quite the opposite to Mexico and Canada.)
Both MALDEF victories involve plaintiffs who benefit from a special Obama amnesty known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) that shields nearly 800,000 illegal aliens under the age of 31 from deportation.
In the recent Florida case a Venezuelan immigrant, David Rodriguez, living in Miami is suing consumer goods corporation Procter & Gamble for refusing to give him a paid internship because he is not a legal resident or citizen of the United States. MALDEF filed the lawsuit last year in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida. Procter & Gamble requires citizenship and immigration status information on its applications and warns that candidates “must be a U.S. citizen or national, refugee, asylee or lawful permanent resident.” Rodriquez is neither and he quickly played the discrimination card after getting nixed as a candidate.
In a statement MALDEFF’s president reminds that “work-authorized DACA holders are valuable contributors to our economy” and “should not have to face arbitrary and biased exclusions from employment, especially by large and sophisticated corporations like Procter & Gamble.”
Judge Kathleen M. Williams, a former public defender appointed to the federal bench by Obama in 2011, agrees, citing MALDEF’s other lawsuit in her ruling. In denying Procter & Gamble’s motion to dismiss Rodriguez’s lawsuit, Judge Williams claims the Venezuelan immigrant’s claims are “strikingly similar” to those in MALDEF’s 2014 suit against insurance company Northwestern Mutual in New York. In that complaint, a Mexican illegal alien protected by DACA alleged that Northwestern Mutual’s policy requiring him to have a green card because he’s not a U.S. citizen discriminated against him. Requiring the Mexican national, Ruben Juarez, to provide proof of legal residency imposed an additional burden that constitutes alienage discrimination, according to the complaint filed on his behalf by MALDEF.
The federal judge hearing that case in New York agreed and, in a federal courtroom more than 1,000 miles south, Williams used the decision to justify hers. “In Juarez, the plaintiff was a DACA recipient who was denied employment based on Northwestern Mutual’s policy to only hire U.S. citizens and green card holders,” Judge Williams writes in her ruling. “There, on strikingly similar facts, the court found that Northwestern Mutual’s policy impermissibly discriminated against a subclass of Iawfully present aliens.” The ruling continues to say that Procter & Gamble’s policy could be construed to discriminate against a subset of legal aliens, which are protected. It seems to agree with the illegal alien’s assertions that Procter & Gamble has a “facially discriminatory employment policy” for requiring candidates to furnish proof that they’re in the U.S. legally.

Traitor Obama's policies continue to live on presenting serious legal problems for this nation long after his term as 'president' of the criminal cabal rogue 'government' has ended.
Scientists accidentally create mutant enzyme that eats plastic bottles
The
breakthrough, spurred by the discovery of plastic-eating bugs at a
Japanese dump, could help solve the global plastic pollution crisis
One possible improvement being explored is to transplant the mutant enzyme into an “extremophile bacteria” that can survive temperatures above the 70C melting point of PET – the plastic is likely to degrade 10-100 times faster when molten.
Earlier work had shown that some fungi can break down PET plastic, which makes up about 20% of global plastic production. But bacteria are far easier to harness for industrial uses.
Other types of plastic could be broken down by bacteria currently evolving in the environment, McGeehan said: “People are now searching vigorously for those.” PET sinks in seawater but some scientists have conjectured that plastic-eating bugs might one day be sprayed on the huge plastic garbage patches in the oceans to clean them up.
“I think [the new research] is very exciting work, showing there is strong potential to use enzyme technology to help with society’s growing waste problem,” said Oliver Jones, a chemist at RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, and not part of the research team.
“Enzymes are non-toxic, biodegradable and can be produced in large amounts by microorganisms,” he said. “There is still a way to go before you could recycle large amounts of plastic with enzymes, and reducing the amount of plastic produced in the first place might, perhaps, be preferable. [But] this is certainly a step in a positive direction.”
Prof Adisa Azapagic, at the University of Manchester in the UK, agreed the enzyme could be useful but added: “A full life-cycle assessment would be needed to ensure the technology does not solve one environmental problem – waste – at the expense of others, including additional greenhouse gas emissions.”

Scientists have created a mutant enzyme that breaks down plastic
drinks bottles – by accident. The breakthrough could help solve the
global plastic pollution crisis by enabling for the first time the full
recycling of bottles.
The new research was spurred by the discovery in 2016 of the first bacterium that had naturally evolved to eat plastic, at a waste dump in Japan. Scientists have now revealed the detailed structure of the crucial enzyme produced by the bug.
The international team then tweaked the enzyme to see how it had evolved, but tests showed they had inadvertently made the molecule even better at breaking down the PET (polyethylene terephthalate) plastic used for soft drink bottles. “What actually turned out was we improved the enzyme, which was a bit of a shock,” said Prof John McGeehan, at the University of Portsmouth, UK, who led the research. “It’s great and a real finding.”
The
mutant enzyme takes a few days to start breaking down the plastic – far
faster than the centuries it takes in the oceans. But the researchers
are optimistic this can be speeded up even further and become a viable
large-scale process.
“What we are hoping to do is use this enzyme to turn this plastic back into its original components, so we can literally recycle it back to plastic,” said McGeehan. “It means we won’t need to dig up any more oil and, fundamentally, it should reduce the amount of plastic in the environment.”
About 1m plastic bottles are sold each minute around the globe and, with just 14% recycled, many end up in the oceans where they have polluted even the remotest parts, harming marine life and potentially people who eat seafood. “It is incredibly resistant to degradation. Some of those images are horrific,” said McGeehan. “It is one of these wonder materials that has been made a little bit too well.”
However, currently even those bottles that are recycled can only be turned into opaque fibres for clothing or carpets. The new enzyme indicates a way to recycle clear plastic bottles back into clear plastic bottles, which could slash the need to produce new plastic.
“You are always up against the fact that oil is cheap, so virgin PET is cheap,” said McGeehan. “It is so easy for manufacturers to generate more of that stuff, rather than even try to recycle. But I believe there is a public driver here: perception is changing so much that companies are starting to look at how they can properly recycle these.”
The new research, published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, began by determining the precise structure of the enzyme produced by the Japanese bug. The team used the Diamond Light Source, near Oxford, UK, an intense beam of X-rays that is 10bn times brighter than the sun and can reveal individual atoms.
The structure of the enzyme looked very similar to one evolved by many bacteria to break down cutin, a natural polymer used as a protective coating by plants. But when the team manipulated the enzyme to explore this connection, they accidentally improved its ability to eat PET.
“It is a modest improvement – 20% better – but that is not the point,” said McGeehan. “It’s incredible because it tells us that the enzyme is not yet optimised. It gives us scope to use all the technology used in other enzyme development for years and years and make a super-fast enzyme.”
Industrial enzymes are widely used in, for example, washing powders
and biofuel production, They have been made to work up to 1,000 times
faster in a few years, the same timescale McGeehan envisages for the
plastic-eating enzyme. A patent has been filed on the specific mutant
enzyme by the Portsmouth researchers and those from the US National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Colorado. The new research was spurred by the discovery in 2016 of the first bacterium that had naturally evolved to eat plastic, at a waste dump in Japan. 'Full Metal Jacket' actor R. Lee Ermey dies at age 74
R. Lee Ermey, a former Marine Corps
drill instructor known to millions of moviegoers as the sadistic Gunnery
Sergeant Hartman in Stanley Kubrick's "Full Metal Jacket," died Sunday
morning, according to his longtime manager. He was 74.
In a statement posted on Twitter, Bill Rogin said Ermey had died due to complications from pneumonia.
A Kansas native, Ermey enlisted in the Marine Corps in 1961 at age 17. He served for 11 years, including 14 months in Vietnam, before he was discharged in 1972. He served as a technical adviser in Francis Ford Coppola's 1979 Vietnam War epic, "Apocalypse Now," in which he also had a small role as a helicopter pilot.
But Ermey didn't get his big break until eight years later, in Kubrick's own take on Vietnam. He was originally supposed to be a technical adviser, but Kubrick offered him the role of Gunnery Sergeant Hartman after seeing a demo tape of Ermey railing at extras while tennis balls flew at him.
In his role as a drill instructor breaking in new Marines at boot camp on Parris Island, S.C., Ermey roared his way into film history by berating his unfortunate charges.
WARNING: VIDEO CONTAINS PROFANITY
"Here you are all equally worthless," Ermey/Hartman says by way of introduction. "And my orders are to weed out all non-hackers who do not pack the gear to serve in my beloved Corps. Do you maggots understand that?"
The main target of Ermey's wrath is the unfortunate, overweight Private Pyle, played by Vincent D'Onofrio.
"Were you born a fat, slimy, scumbag puke piece of s---," Private Pyle, or did you have to work on it?" the gunnery sergeant asks in one scene.
But having turned Private Pyle into a killing machine, Hartman is helpless when his own creation turns on him, gunning him down the night after boot camp graduation after Hartman asks: "What is your major malfunction, numbnuts?"
Kubrick told Rolling Stone that 50 percent of Ermey's dialogue in the film was his own.
"In the course of hiring the marine recruits, we interviewed hundreds of guys. We lined them all up and did an improvisation of the first meeting with the drill instructor. They didn't know what he was going to say, and we could see how they reacted. Lee came up with, I don't know, 150 pages of insults," Kubrick said.
D'Onofrio and "Full Metal Jacket" co-star Matthew Modine tweeted their condolences late Sunday, with Modine quoting the poet Dylan Thomas.
In all, Ermey racked up more than 60 credits in television and film, including apperances in "Se7en," "Prefontaine," and "Toy Soldiers." He also hosted the History Channel series "Mail Call" and "Lock N' Load with R. Lee Ermey."
An outspoken conservative, Ermey spoke to Fox News in 2016 about being "blackballed" from Hollywood over his political views.
"I've had a very fruitful career. I've done over 70 feature films," he said. "I've done over 200 episodes of [Outdoor Channel series 'GunnyTime']... and then [Hollywood] found out that I'm a conservative."
Actually, he corrected, "I'm an Independent, but I said something bad about the president. I had something unsavory to say about the president's administration, and even though I did vote for him the first time around, I was blackballed."
Ermey, who was an NRA board member, said at the time that his association with the organization and his disapproval of President Obama cost him acting jobs.
"Do you realize I have not done a movie in five to six years? Why? Because I was totally blackballed by the ... liberals in Hollywood," he alleged. "They can destroy you. They're hateful people [who] don't just not like you, they want to take away your livelihood ... that's why I live up in the desert on a dirt road ... I don't have to put up with their crap."
"He will be greatly missed by all of us," Rogin told The Associated Press Sunday. "It is a terrible loss that nobody was prepared for."
Rogin says that while his characters were often hard and principled, the real Ermey was a family man and a kind and gentle soul who supported the men and women who serve.
Fox News' Sasha Savitsky and The Associated Press contributed to this report.

[MUST-SEE] David Hogg Meets His Match
David Hogg acts as if he is the voice of his entire generation… but is it true?
The student-turned-activist has become famous for his spiteful rants against NRA members and law-abiding Americans, even going so far as to declare that gun owners are “pathetic f***ers that want to keep killing our children.”
At the same time, he has lectured adults — you know, the people who actually vote and pay taxes — for not knowing how to “use a f***ing democracy,” and implied that teenagers were going to change gun laws.
...
Meet Elizabeth Najjar. Like David Hogg, she’s a high school student who is passionate and fired up about the gun control debate… but she’s taking a different approach.

Former President George W. Bush Dead at 72 (10/05/18)
Policy Review, October 5, 2018—George W.
Bush, the 43rd president of the United States, died today at Methodist
Hospital in Houston, Texas. He was 72. The cause of death was announced
as heart failure.
Mr. Bush’s always controversial presidency left behind a changed
nation and a changed world. Taking office in 2001 after a disputed
election settled only by a 5-4 decision by a bitterly divided Supreme
Court, and decisively reelected in 2004, President Bush led the United
States into four wars, oversaw the dismantling of Social Security and
Medicare, and enforced a drastic shrinking of elementary, secondary, and
collegiate education. He spearheaded the transformation of President
Bill Clinton’s budget surpluses of 1999 and 2000 into permanent deficits
of more than a trillion dollars a year, thus profoundly reducing the
amount of capital available to address the needs of the vast majority of
citizens and inhibiting the creation of new jobs with any promise of
advancement or financial security, while at the same time pursuing tax
reductions that increased the differences between the income and assets
of, in his own terminology, “owners” and “pre-owners” of “the American
ownership society” to extremes almost beyond measure. When he left
office, taxation of personal and corporate incomes, while still legally
extant, had been effectively replaced by a new payroll tax, so that
almost all investment, inheritance, and interest income was left
tax-free. “Those with the greatest stake in America,” President Bush
often said throughout his second term, “have the greatest stake in
defending it. Thus we as a nation must do all that we can to ensure that
the commitment of those with the greatest stake to the rest of us, a
commitment on which our freedom and security rests, only grows greater.”
Adding to Mr. Bush’s statutory and administrative economic policies
were a series of decisions by the “Bush Court,” as the Supreme Court was
known after 2005, when in that year Mr. Bush replaced three retiring
members with very conservative justices (a fourth was replaced in 2006),
depriving government regulation of corporations and the environment of
any legal basis—decisions which many analysts considered more
significant than the repudiation by the Bush Court of previous decisions
upholding a woman’s right to privacy in the matter of abortion and
certain applications of affirmative action. Even with the Bush Court
seated, however, the Republican-controlled Congress that Mr. Bush
enjoyed throughout his presidency repeatedly passed legislation removing
issue after issue from the purview of the state and federal courts,
including questions of freedom of speech, freedom of the press, the
right to assemble, and the right to trial by jury. Despite these
prohibitions of judicial review, the government, under Mr. Bush, did not
press for any legislation curtailing what had previously been referred
to as “First Amendment freedoms,” but simply refrained from challenging
such legislation passed by many states, rather filing supportive briefs
before the Supreme Court when such measures were contested. Ultimately
the reversal of the series of 20th-century Supreme Court decisions
subjecting the states to the Bill of Rights, long-sought by certain
conservatives, was achieved not de jure but de facto. “The press is legally free,” the former New York Times columnist Frank Rich put it in 2007, writing in his online journal Thatsrichbrother.com.
“It merely refrains from practicing freedom.” Some said the same of the
nation as a whole; others said the country was freer than it had ever
been.
Mr. Bush was born in New Haven, Connecticut, on July 6, 1946, and
raised in Houston and Midland, Texas, where his father, the former
President George H. W. Bush, began his careers in oil and politics. Mr.
Bush attended Andover Academy and graduated from Yale University in
1968. During the Vietnam War he was a member of the Texas Air National
Guard, known at the time as a safe haven from combat duty; whether Mr.
Bush did in fact fulfill his military obligations became a subject of
dispute during his second election campaign. In 1975 Mr. Bush graduated
from Harvard Business School and began careers in oil and politics in
Texas; neither flourished. Though he married the former Laura Welch in
1977 and fathered twin daughters Jenna (named for Mrs. Bush’s mother)
and Barbara (named for Mr. Bush’s mother) in 1981, Mr. Bush’s life
through his early 40s was characterized by business failures,
accusations of insider trading, reports of silent bailouts, and
self-confessed “drinking.” (Mr. Bush claimed to have renounced
drinking—the word alcoholism was never used—the day after his 40th
birthday, as the result of divine intervention and an act of will.) He
became a public figure in 1989 when, through a questioned investment, he
became part of the consortium that bought the Texas Rangers baseball
franchise; his title as managing partner produced an impression of
competence and good humor. In 1994 Mr. Bush ran for governor of Texas
and proved himself a first-rate campaigner. When he was elected, Texas
was a bipartisan state; as Mr. Bush’s advisor Karl Rove once said, “He
charmed Democrats into riding on his strong back as he forded the river
of discord.” When Mr. Bush left office as president, the Texas
government was all Republican.
Mr. Bush was a politician opponents underestimated at their peril,
and throughout his career his opponents did just that. He cultivated an
aura of know-nothingness, of “a fine disregard” of inconvenient facts or
opinions, but he was devastating on the attack, able to present himself
as an ordinary man outraged by the self-superiority of whoever might be
opposing him at any time and on any issue. Even as president, before
the al Qaeda terrorist attacks on Washington, D.C., and New York City,
in 2001, he was not always taken seriously by political commentators or
the public at large; after that event he became a heroic figure,
standing in defense of the United States as if that historic
responsibility were his alone.
He launched an assault against Afghanistan, where al Qaeda had its
headquarters and training grounds, weeks after the 2001 attacks, leading
to the immediate fall of the totalitarian Islamic regime of the
Taliban, which had given al Qaeda sanctuary. Though Osama bin Laden, the
leader of the worldwide Islamist movement, escaped capture, his forces
were severely weakened and scattered; during Mr. Bush’s first term there
was, against all expectations and predictions, no further terrorist
attack on American soil. Arguing that Saddam Hussein’s government in
Iraq was a center of terrorist plotting and a repository of terrorist
weaponry, from what turned out to be nonexistent chemical and biological
arms to equally chimerical nuclear technology, Mr. Bush in 2003 led a
limited international coalition into Iraq and replaced Mr. Hussein with
an occupying force, which over the next year was pushed back into
consistently shrinking enclaves in the face of a fierce insurgency.
Following his reelection in 2004, Mr. Bush ordered the destruction of
the cities where the insurgents were thought to be concentrated; though
the cities were destroyed, the insurgency continued. Mr. Bush then
pressed on to Iran and North Korea, which he had identified as “rogue
states.”
With U.S. Armed Forces tied down in Iraq, Mr. Bush turned to what
critics called a “private army subject to no law and operating at the
whim of a single individual”—that is, to large numbers of private
contractors employed by U. S., Serbian, Nigerian, and Saudi
corporations—to launch land, sea, and air attacks meant to destroy
nuclear facilities in both Iran and North Korea. While the Afghan and
Iraqi armies and governments had collapsed almost at the first sign of
American assault, the Iranian and North Korean invasions were beaten
back by sustained resistance and, in North Korea, the use of explosives
that Mr. Bush denounced as “tactical nuclear weapons,” though this was
later proved not to be the case.
Nonetheless Mr. Bush then ordered what
he described as “pinpoint” nuclear attacks on the nuclear sites in Iran
and North Korea, which, while achieving their goals, also led to the
One-Day War, a nuclear exchange between India and Pakistan that left
Bombay and Karachi in ruins and led to the fall of the governments of
both countries, and to the withdrawal of the American-led coalition
forces from Iraq. The result was the series of still-continuing civil
wars throughout the Middle East and the Indian subcontinent that, while
involving no unconventional weapons since 2006 have, according to the
United Nations, caused the deaths of 12 million people and the
displacement of millions more. Mr. Bush’s claim in action if not in
words that the United States retained an international monopoly on the
legitimate use of force left allies such as Great Britain and alliances
such as NATO crippled; it also left the United States at least formally
unchallenged.
It was often said, during Mr. Bush’s first term, that he saw himself
as a messianic figure, ordained by God to carry the flag of freedom
(“God’s gift,” in Mr. Bush’s words, “to every individual”) to the
corners of the earth, and that the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, at
least, were part of a crusade of transcendent significance. After Mr.
Bush’s reelection, it was increasingly argued that his wars were a
diversionary and obfuscatory tactic meant to raise Mr. Bush’s standing,
and the power of the Republican Party both in Congress and in the
states, solely for the benefit of Mr. Bush’s domestic agenda, and that,
as the poet Donald Hall wrote, “it was the United States itself that was
the true object of conquest.” While that is a matter for history to
settle (when, as Mr. Bush himself once put it, “we’ll all be dead”), few
would dispute that Mr. Bush left the United States if not conquered
then irrevocably changed—and, according to the American novelist Philip
Roth, who in 2008, cited by the Swedish Academy as “the voice of a lost
republic,” was awarded the Nobel Prize for literature, “less a nation
governed by its citizenry, where each of us has one vote, than a stock
exchange owned by its shareholders, according to the number of their
shares.”
Mr. Bush’s Republican Party had, during his time in office, so
effectively marginalized the opposition Democratic Party that it all but
ceased to function in many states. After the suspension of the
filibuster rule in the U.S. Senate, the remaining 45 Democratic senators
were unable to block any of Mr. Bush’s appointments to the federal
courts or the executive branch of government. The Republicans had so
successfully supported Mr. Bush as an infallible and irreplaceable
leader that he came to seem, in fact, irreplaceable. There was no figure
in the party who did not appear diminished as soon as his or her name
was mentioned alongside of his, and the notion of any ordinary
Republican actually succeeding Mr. Bush became, in the words of William
Kristol, editor of the conservative journal the Daily Standard,
“unthinkable.” Thus was the strategy devised to introduce a
constitutional amendment to remove the requirement in Article 1 that no
one could be elected president were he or she not native born,
supposedly to permit the presidential candidacy of the native-born
Austrian Arnold Schwarzenegger, the enormously popular and skillful
governor of California and the one Republican other than Mr. Bush who
did sometimes appear larger than life. It later transpired that the
amendment was a ruse: When Democrats attempted to “poison” the amendment
by proposing that all restrictions on who might become president be
removed (the requirement that a president be at least 35 years old, the
two-term limit), the Republicans immediately acquiesced, and as a result
of the passage of the 28th Amendment in 2006 and its ratification by
the states the next year, in 2008 Mr. Bush announced his candidacy for a
third term. He was overwhelmingly defeated that November by former
President Bill Clinton.
Mr. Bush’s life after his presidency was marked by misfortune. He
soon lost interest in his status as the standard-bearer of his party and
its chief fundraiser; many believed he had again begun drinking, and in
any case he seemed to spend most of his time at private clubs in
Houston, where he established residence in 2010 after selling his
property in Crawford, Texas. (“At least I won’t have to cut that f—
brush again,” Mr. Bush was heard to say after his last election.) Then
on May 1, 2011, Jenna and Barbara Bush were killed in a drunken driving
accident in New York City, an incident that also took the lives of seven
other people, four of them friends of the Bush daughters. Rumors that a
Bush family friend attempted to bribe the police to report that a
person other than Jenna or Barbara Bush was driving (the body of Barbara
Bush was in the driver’s seat) were never confirmed. Four years later,
in 2015, Laura Bush, like her father, died of Parkinson’s disease; she
was 68. After a period of mourning, Mr. Bush announced that, to find his
way back into “productive service” and “do God’s will,” he would
welcome the opportunity to act as commissioner of baseball. But while
Commissioner Bud Selig said that he would be honored to yield the
position to Mr. Bush, he cautioned that the exigencies of the job would
probably require him to remain in office “for another year, or maybe
two,” and the question was not raised again.
Mr. Bush was preceded in death by his sister Robin Bush, his brothers
John “Jeb” Bush, the former governor of Florida, Neil Bush, and Marvin
Bush, and his sister Dorothy Bush Koch. He is survived by his parents.
Structure of the Original Government Being Restored Using the Example of The Republic of Texas
Structure of the Original Government Being Restored
Using
the Example of The Republic of Texas
First, our
Constitution guarantees us a “republican form of government” ---
“republican” = Latin, feminine, adjective. This is the form of
government provided by the county level local government occupying
the soil jurisdiction and is create when (and only when)
people claim their birthright political status and join together to
create a County Jural Assembly. Please note that our right to
peaceably “assemble” is one of the guarantees of all three
Constitutions.
So, that means
people need to be claiming back their Good Names and Estates and
returning --- or, the fancy legal term for the same
thing---“re-conveying” your Trade Name to its natural permanent
domicile on “land and soil of Texas” or another American state so
that you can lawfully act as an Elector and Juror in an American
Common Law Court and are lawfully enabled to exercise your right to
peaceably assemble and create a County Jural Assembly.
Once you have
your County Jural Assembly formed, and a minimum of 26 qualified
jurors in your jury pool you can engage in a lawful election process
– 30 day Public Notice of Nominations Meeting, closing of
nominations, 30 day Public Notice of Election time and place, secure
secret paper balloting, election of County Sheriff, Justice(s) of the
Peace, Bailiff, Court Clerk, and Coroner.
As the head
peacekeeping officer of the actual factual unincorporated County, the
Sheriff so elected takes over as the senior and highest ranking
Officer of the Law. He must be bonded for his performance of his
duties (to protect him from damage claims) and must take the proper
non-religious Oath of Office required (our actual government
separates Church and State functions so there is no “so help me
God” in the lawful Oath of Office). The Sheriff elected by the
local County Jural Assembly is then enabled to deputize as many
Deputies as needed to keep the peace. He also takes control of the
operations of any and all Territorial and Municipal law enforcement
agencies operating within his county.
Unlike the
“Sheriffs” elected by incorporated Territorial “Counties”,
the actual unincorporated County Sheriff is not obligated to kow-tow
to any federal agencies that usurp upon his jurisdiction, which
includes all local affairs, all non-delegated powers. Generally
speaking this means that he rides herd on federal agents and agencies
to make sure they are not over-stepping their boundaries and provides
the “check” to ensure that things are kept in balance and that
Territorial Sheriffs are addressing only Territorial Citizens and
territorial issues, such as interstate sale of tobacco, guns, and
alcohol.
People often ask
why we have to elect County Coroners. We need County Coroners to
keep the public records of deaths and probate actions initiated in
the County Court, but we also need County Coroners because they are
the ones who can impeach and remove a State Governor.
The counties all
then come together and select three Deputies each to act as their
Fiduciary Officers at the State Assembly level. This is where the
State Republic (Latin, masculine, noun) comes into play, as in The
Republic of Texas. Just as the Counties occupy the soil
jurisdiction, the State Republics occupy the land jurisdiction.
Because our
States are Nations, and our Nations are States in America, the words
“interstate” and “international” are synonymous. Knowing
that, it makes a lot more sense when I tell you that the land
jurisdiction is international in nature. The Republic of Texas is
responsible for doing the business of the soil jurisdiction people
and counties with the rest of the world, including the other States.
When the Republic of Texas elects three Delegates to attend a
Congress of the States, we are talking about a Continental
Congress of the kind that issued The Unanimous Declaration of
Independence.
Thus, when we say
“land and soil of Texas” we are referring to two related
jurisdictions, local and international, occupied by the living people
of Texas. The people occupying the land and soil of Texas are
self-governing--- meaning that they have organized themselves and
have established their own local and state national government to
conduct their own business affairs.
Prior to 1851,
the “state” created by a statewide assembly of County Deputies of
the soil jurisdiction counties was indicated by the use of all small
letters: texas, ohio, minnesota, and so on. These bodies are
intended to hold the purse strings for the counties on statewide
issues and sort out things like apportionments – for example, it
would be unreasonable for a sparsely populated county out in West
Texas to pay the same apportionment for roads as Dallas-Fort Worth,
yet both counties have state roads that need to be maintained.
The international
level land jurisdiction State was (and still is) distinguished by
the use of a single capital letter in the name: Texas.
The Union formed
by these States (Texas, Ohio, Minnesota….et alia) is known as The
United States of America (Unincorporated) and please note that
these States have never given up one iota of their land or soil
jurisdiction.
So, the people
delegate some of their power to the local County, the Counties
delegate some of their power to the State and the State is a member
of a Union of States doing business as The United States of America
(Unincorporated) since September 9, 1776.
These States
and their people have been at peace since 1814, when the Treaty of
Ghent ended the War of 1812.
In view of all
the war-mongering and death and destruction that has gone on since
1814, this must come as jaw-dropping news, or else as an absurdity
worthy of a good laugh, but it is nonetheless true. So who or what
has been doing all the fighting?
The States of
States.
Notice there is a
state called “texas” also known as The Republic of
Texas that results when the soil jurisdiction counties come
together in a statewide assembly. There is also a State
called “Texas” that results when the counties send elected
Fiduciary Deputies to a State Assembly.
So far we haven’t
even touched on anything called “State of Texas” have we?
That’s because so far, we have only been talking about soil
and land jurisdiction states.
The States like
Texas and Ohio have a Union called The United States of America which
is, like the land jurisdiction States, unincorporated. These
are the Sovereign States and the Union of Sovereign States,
respectively. This is known as the Federation of States,
formed by The Unanimous Declaration of Independence, and it has been
this way since 1776.
However, there is
another Union called the Confederation of States, that has
been doing business almost as long (1781) under the auspices of The
Articles of Confederation. This was--- and may be again ---a
confederation of National-level States of States operated by
the Sovereign States to do business in the international
jurisdiction of the sea.
Without leaving
its own habitation on the land, the sovereign State called Texas
created The State of Texas to represent its interests and
conduct its business in the international jurisdiction of the sea.
The State of
Texas then joined with The State of Ohio and The State
of Wisconsin, et alia, to form the States of America
organization. These were all unincorporated businesses chartered by
the sovereign States to conduct business, such as international
trade, in their behalf.
As they were
chartered directly by a sovereign land jurisdiction State to
represent its interests, these States of States functioned at
the National-level in the international jurisdiction of the sea
--- as a counterpart to the States functioning at the
National-level in the international jurisdiction of the land.
Texas is
part of The United States of America union, The State of
Texas is part of the States of America union.
As you can now
see, The Republic of Texas derives from the statewide assembly
of counties, Texas derives from a State Assembly of county
delegates, and The State of Texas results from the Texas State
Assembly doing business as The State of Texas. At least, that’s
how it worked initially, and how it is supposed to work…..but
something happened on the way to the Cotton Market in 1858.
The British
Government and many British Peers had invested heavily in the
Egyptian cotton industry, in more or less direct competition with
American cotton producers --- and they were losing the contest,
despite the fact that the Egyptian cotton was far closer to the
European markets the British hoped to dominate. As a result, the
American cotton producers had to be quashed and regulated so as to
open up the European market for British-backed Egyptian cotton to
take over---and the British Government and the Peerage to avoid a
bath in red ink.
Not unreasonably,
the American cotton producing States objected. The so-called
“American Civil War” was the result. It had nothing to do with
slavery. It was not a war. It was a commercial mercenary conflict
staged on our shores by the British-backed Territorial Government
against the dissenting members of the States of America, which sought
to leave the original Confederation of States and form one of their
own.
How do we know
that this was never a “war”, but instead a private commercial
mercenary conflict? There is no Declaration of War made by any
Continental Congress, nor is there any such declaration by any
properly seated and empowered National-level Congress of The States
of States in Congress Assembled. There is also no Peace Treaty
ending any such “war”. And we note that the so-called
“Reconstruction Acts” treasonously imposed by the British-backed
Territorial Government are still not repealed, providing evidence of
ongoing unconstitutional British meddling in our affairs.
The Southern
States operating their National-level States of States that
were members of the States of America union formed under The
Articles of Confederation sought to withdraw and create their own
new union called, logically enough, The Confederate States of
America.
The British
Government was so bent on controlling both our commerce (business
between incorporated entities) and dominating our international trade
policies (business between unincorporated businesses) that after the
hostilities ceased, they usurped against all our National-level
States of States (North and South) and moth-balled them, pending
their “Reconstruction”, and rolled over all their assets into
State Land Trusts operated under names like the “Texas State”.
This gave the
appearance that since our National-level States of States were no
longer operating in the international jurisdiction of the sea, that
our government as a whole was “in abeyance” and being “held in
trust” pending “reconstruction”----- and that is how the
perpetrators of this massive criminal fraud scheme have presented the
situation to the rest of the world for the last 150 years.
They next imposed
upon the sovereign States and engineered the writing of new “State
Constitutions” which, undisclosed to the people, were not rewrites
of the existing National-level State of State Constitutions, but were
instead completely new constitutions allowing British-backed
Territorial-level State of State organizations to take over and
control everything.
The
National-level States of States doing business as, for example, The
State of Texas, were secretively replaced by Territorial-level States
of States doing business as the State of Texas, etc. The names were
deliberately and deceptively similar so that to Joe Average nothing
appeared to have changed. There was a State of Texas doing business
before the “war” and a State of Texas doing business afterward
and they appeared to be the same, albeit one was authorized to act in
behalf of the actual land jurisdiction State of the Union and one was
a foreign, British-backed, unauthorized usurper.
This is in
complete Breach of Trust, Fraud, and Violation of Commercial
Contract, and it is what must now be addressed by the American People
and the sovereign land jurisdiction States of the original
unincorporated union of the States doing business as The United
States of America.
The aim here is
to restore and empower our “missing” National-level States of
States to their rightful power and position, enabling them to act in
behalf of the actual land jurisdiction States, re-vesting all assets
held in the State Land Trusts back to the actual States and people.
That is, the
assets held by the Texas State trust must be re-vested to Texas, and
the original National-level State of State doing business as The
State of Texas must re-vest to take over the bankrupt Territorial
State of Texas and liquidated Municipal STATE OF TEXAS assets as the
Priority Creditors and Holders in Due Course.
Both The United
States of America (Unincorporated) --- the union of the sovereign
States, and the sovereign land jurisdiction States individually---
are still operating and still standing peaceably on the land they are
heir to. All assets of the Texas State belong to Texas and are not
chattel backing the bankruptcy of any Territorial State of Texas or
any Municipal STATE OF TEXAS presumed to exist. All assets of The
State of Texas likewise belong to Texas despite immoral and
despicable British meddling in our national affairs under conditions
of Breach of Trust, deceit, fraud, and fraudulent claims of “war”.
And now that we
have that clear, The United States of America (Unincorporated), the
union of the sovereign States, is directing the international
bankruptcy trustees to return the assets held in trust by the
Territorial State of Texas and the Municipal STATE OF TEXAS back to
Texas, while the people are busily restoring their county jural
assemblies and The Republic of Texas, rightfully doing business as
Texas and The State of Texas.

Please
also note that the soil jurisdiction Republics, like The Republic of
Texas, form Continental Congresses when they meet.
The
land jurisdiction States like Texas form the United States in
Congress Assembled.
The
National-level States of States, like The State of Texas, are
supposed to form the States of America in Congress Assembled.
The
Territorial “State of Texas” was never authorized to exist and
neither was the Municipal “STATE OF TEXAS”.
They
simply infringed upon our copyrights and usurped our lawful
government while taking their paychecks from our pockets using
semantic deceits and fraud under Breach of Trust and in violation of
Commercial Contract.

No audio for first 6 minutes.
The Texas RT guys cut Anna off short when she was just getting into the good stuff with the assemblies. They didn't understand jurisdictions and thought they were facing a challenge by another group instead of understanding the national level assembly has no jurisdiction within any state.

Urgent Order To EVERY American Adult –
‘The Time Is NOW!’
'DEMOCRACY' HIDES AMERICAN FASCISM
HOW 'DEMOCRACY' HIDES AMERICAN FASCISM
Bob Livingston
April 9 2018
Fascism operates the corporate state under the guise of democracy.
“The definition of fascism,” Benito Mussolini once stated, “is the marriage of corporation and state.” He also said, “Fascism should more appropriately be called corporatism because it is a merger of state and corporate power.”
The modern American state is fascist and not one bit less tyrannical than any form of modern or ancient totalitarianism. No, we don’t have the jack boots and the swastika. Our system is far advanced over that.
Our 2018 fascism is so advanced over Nazi Germany and fascist Italy of World War II that our system actually appears benevolent.
How could this happen? The answer is reverse semantics. Every writer and every commentator in America refers to the U.S. as a democracy of free enterprise capitalism with individual privacy and property rights. This is a big laugh to any sober person.
The American people believe that America is a democracy. The people believe that the United States is a representative democracy responsible to the people. In the public mind democracy equals human freedom. And once democracy separates the people from Christianity, then all supreme power lies with the state.
All allegiance is to the state and all knees bow to Baal. They hear the word “democracy” all the time from the political class and the media class. The political 'elite' have imbedded the word “democracy” into the public psyche. It keeps the people imagining that they are free.
Here again this brainwash is complete because everybody spouts it, and I mean everybody. This word is even an excuse for war as in Iraq and Syria. Hitler even called Nazi Germany a “great democracy.”
American “democracy” is a front for fascism as is any other country called democracy. The word 'democracy' is a key political word. Just see how many times you hear this word repeated each day.
A few years ago my wife and I took a trip to Mexico. We saw heavily armed guards in front of some businesses - for protection I presume. I am told that in Russia as well as many other countries heavily armed guards can be seen everywhere.
Why do we not see these armed guards in America? Does this suggest that our “democracy” has allowed us more freedom?
Not so, and I explain: We have said that so-called “democracy” is a code word to cover the American fascist state. I don’t know how many politicians understand this powerful word. I am sure that some, if not many, do understand, but few citizens do. Even very “intellectual” people don’t have a clue what they are doing when they use the word “democracy” to describe the U.S. system.
The word democracy is a very important word in psychological warfare of government against the people. Democracy as a concept of freedom has evolved over many decades. It is a code word to impress upon the people an imagination that they are free. It has worked unbelievably well! (To learn more about code words go to my articles Code words and More code words.)
If the people imagine that they are free, all sorts of crimes by the political system can be imposed, without protest, upon the people. It is an invisible armed guard. We don’t need armed guards because we are programmed with the word 'democracy'.
Mental democracy is a psychological weapon of the state that motivates the people to obey the system and to love the state. As George Orwell said in his book 1984, the people come to love Big Brother (the state). If we focus on this word 'democracy' as an organism, we can tie the visible to the invisible and thus reveal the subterfuge.
Democracy is an organism used to pacify the people. And what is an organism? An organism is a repetitive dogma that neutralizes the mind. Its purpose is to integrate the freedom concept of 'democracy' into the American psyche. It is not formal. It has no overt organization. It may function legally or illegally within the law or above the law. It is never identified as to its true name and purpose. It has no ethnic, social or legal connotation. It is powerful psychological warfare.
With this invisible organism, the American state has imposed all 10 planks of the Communist Manifesto without protest and invisible to the American people who imagine that they are free.
Following are the 10 planks of communism.......
- Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to public purposes. (Private property rights are almost nonexistent today. You don’t own your property if it can be confiscated for non-payment of tribute to the king, or if a government agency like the Environmental Protection Agency can arbitrarily tell you what you can and can’t do with it.)
- A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. (Accomplished via the American tax system. Enforced via the Gestapo-like Internal Revenue Service.)
- Abolition of all rights of inheritance. (Accomplished via the estate tax.)
- Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. (Accomplished via rendition and drug laws allowing law enforcement to confiscate property if it is suspected of being used in the trade or manufacture of drugs — often without evidence.)
- Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly. (Accomplished via the Federal Reserve, which is not Federal and doesn’t hold “reserves.”)
- Centralization of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the state. (Accomplished via the Federal Communications Commission and the regulated airline industry, Amtrak, public transportation and the regulated auto industry. Further attempts being made to seize more power through control of the internet.)
- Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of wastelands and the improvement of the soil, generally in accordance with a common plan. (Accomplished through price controls on the utilities via their government-supported monopolies and subsidies for favored industries.)
- Equal liability of all to work. Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture. (Industrial armies accomplished through regulations favoring/subsidizing unions.)
- Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of all the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the populace over the country. (In progress via Agenda 21, “sustainable development” communities, etc.)
- Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children’s factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production. (Accomplished via the public indoctrination system called public education under the control of the Federal government.)
Mussolini also said of his fascism, “We have buried the putrid corpse of liberty,” and that is likewise the goal of the American fascist politician and federal bureaucrat. Liberty necessarily perishes under collectivism, egalitarianism and government altruism.
Don’t get caught up in facile arguments about socialism or fascism, left wing or right wing. 'Democracy' equals fascism equals socialism equals communism. They are all top-down totalitarian and anathema to life and liberty and property.
