Many people are having a hard time understanding jurisdiction, but it is simple enough once you wrap your head around it.

When you enter a new jurisdiction it is like crossing a border into a different country. Different laws and standards and even different languages apply. Unfortunately, there is no well-marked border crossing and you can slip back and forth across the jurisdictional border without being aware of it.

Therein lies the proverbial rub.

You were all born in what is called "Original Jurisdiction" --- the land and soil jurisdiction of the States and People.

However, thanks to Breach of Trust and legal chicanery on the part of the British Monarch and the Government of Westminster and the British Crown, you are purposefully mis-identifed within a few days after your birth and registered as a British Territorial Citizen.

This falsification of the Public Record results in you being "presumed" to be a subject of the Queen, strips you of all your Constitutional guarantees, and holds your Good Name and Estate as chattel backing the Queen's debts. It also places you in a foreign jurisdiction.

You are supposed to be a man living on the land and soil of Illinois -- for example, but instead, soon after your birth, your Name and Estate are "unlawfully converted" and suddenly, instead of living in Illinois, you are residing in the British Territorial "State of Illinois".

You have crossed the imaginary border between the land and sea and in effect, entered a nightmarish Land of Oz. You have left your Original Jurisdiction on the land and soil of the American States, been disguised as a foreign British "vessel" and unknowingly cast adrift in the foreign international jurisdiction of the sea. All without leaving your crib.

Instead of speaking plain English, you are are now supposed to know and speak "Federalese" -- a foreign derivative language full of "terms of art" and deceit, where the word "person" suddenly means "corporation" and the word "human" refers to a "monster" and the words "state, State and United States" all mean "the District of Columbia Municipal Corporation".

Obviously, a British Territorial Citizen is very much like a slave. They are "presumed" to have voluntarily donated everything they are and own -- their bodies, their assets, their names --- to the Queen and the British Crown Corp, in exchange for "privileges and benefits", which the slaves pay for themselves.

And you are told nothing whatsoever about all these cozy arrangements and presumptions. Neither you nor your parents are ever informed by your worthless, dishonorable Trustees. Yet this unconscionable contract is enforced upon you just as rigorously as if you had actually, consciously, willfully signed up to act as a Warrant Officer in the British Merchant Marine Service.

It's enforced upon you by members of the Bar Association, who are all Undeclared Foreign Agents working for the Government of Westminster and/or the Queen, and all holding "Titles of Nobility" as "knights" or "esquires" of these foreign governments.

That's why they have in fact been prohibited from holding any Public Office or position of trust in our actual land jurisdiction government since 1819.

Some of these men and women are in on the joke and know full well that you have been mis-identified and kidnapped without your knowledge or consent into their foreign jurisdiction, the better to prey upon you and seize your assets.

Most of them are simply trained like dumb animals to do a job without thinking too deeply about it, and are victims of this "System" just like the rest of us.
Anyway, this is how you came to be in their "Land of Oz" reality: you were shanghaied into their jurisdiction.

And how, Dorothy, do you get home again? How do you cross back over that imaginary border and get back to your Original Jurisdiction, where there are no Flying Monkeys and you can tell the Wicked Witch to stuff it up her Royal Bum?

It's not quite as simple as clicking the heels of your Ruby Slippers, though it should be.

Our Living Law Firm Team has been painstakingly, step by step, researching the question and developing the ways and means of correcting the Public Records and as we go, sharing the information with all of you, to help you reclaim your Good Names and Estates and get back to Original Jurisdiction one-by-one.

But obviously, this is a major educational effort, frought with various obstacles, and such one-by-one return to the land and soil is not going to happen quickly enough to save the vast majority of Americans from the Creditors of these British Bunko Artists.

Remember -- as a British Territorial Citizen you are presumed to be "standing" as chattel and collateral for the Queen's debts and also the debts of the British Crown. And they all claimed bankruptcy protection. So where are you now?

Right in the cross-hairs of the international banks, coming to collect on all this British debt that we supposedly underwrote.

In response to this, we have placed international liens on the British Territorial States of States and the Municipal STATES OF STATES and together with the Federal State Trusts, have rolled all the assets back to Original Jurisdiction.

You are living in Illinois again, not the State of Illinois, and that means -- although it takes time for the word to get out-- that the "legal presumptions" have to change, too. The Bar Association Members and their Courts can no longer just assume control of you or seize your assets or distribute your property as they see fit.

They have to assume that you are an American, not a British Territorial Citizen.

You can grab Toto in your arms, and say, "I'm an American National born in Kansas on the 4th of February 1952 and I act in no other capacity."

You still have to correct your own Public Records. Still have to claim ownership of your own Good Name and Estate. (www.annavonreitz.com, Article 928) And soon you will need to come forward and enter Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Claims, too, just for good measure.

You will have to learn about jurisdiction and all the choices you have open to you as ways and means to conduct your own affairs, but the worst of it is over.

Eight-year-old Swedish-American girl pulls pre-Viking era sword from lake

UPDATED: An eight-year-old Swedish-American girl came across an exciting find swimming at her local lake, when she pulled an ancient sword from its depths.

"It's not every day that one steps on a sword in the lake!" Mikael Nordström from Jönköpings Läns Museum said when explaining the significance of the find.
But that's exactly what happened to Saga Vanecek, who found the relic at the Vidöstern lake in Tånnö, Småland earlier this summer.
"I was outside in the water, throwing sticks and stones and stuff to see how far they skip, and then I found some kind of stick," Saga told The Local.
"I picked it up and was going to drop it back in the water, but it had a handle, and I saw that it was a little bit pointy at the end and all rusty. I held it up in the air and I said 'Daddy, I found a sword!' When he saw that it bent and was rusty, he came running up and took it," she continued.
The water at the lake by the family's summer house was low this year due to drought, which may have been part of the reason Saga was able to reach the sword. Because of this, the family was putting a buoy out in the lake to warn other boats of an underwater slab of concrete which was dangerous in the low water levels.
"I asked Saga to bring the buoy, but she was taking her time like a kid does, playing in the water," her father, Andy Vanecek, recalled. "I was getting impatient because the World Cup game was about to start!"

At first he thought his daughter had found a stick or a branch, but realized from the way it bent that it could be a sword -- although even then, he thought it could be a modern toy. The family asked their neighbours and one of Vanecek's colleagues, who has an interest in history and archaeology, and they said the relic was likely authentic and should be reported to authorities, which the Vaneceks did.
It was initially reported that the sword was at least 1,000 years old, but the museum later contacted The Local to clarify that they believe it may be even older, estimated to date back to the 5th or 6th century AD, pre-Viking Age. The find has prompted huge interest from archaeologists and historians.
"It's about 85 centimentres long, and there is also preserved wood and metal around it," explained Mikael Nordström from the museum. "We are very keen to see the conservation staff do their work and see more of the details of the sword."
Anyone hoping to see the sword will have to wait at least a year, Nordström told The Local, explaining: "The conservation process takes quite a long time because it's a complicated environment with wood and leather, so they have several steps to make sure it's preserved for the future."
"Why it has come to be there, we don't know," he said. "When we searched a couple of weeks ago, we found another prehistoric object; a brooch from around the same period as the sword, so that means – we don't know yet – but perhaps it's a place of sacrifice. At first we thought it could be graves situated nearby the lake, but we don't think that any more."
The sword has prompted teams including museum staff to carry out further searches in the area, though none have resulted in such an important find. The first led to the discovery of the brooch but the oldest object found in the second search, on Wednesday, was a coin from the 18th century.
"We asked Saga [not to tell anyone about the sword] because we were afraid that if this find would go public too soon, there would be a lot of people there, perhaps destroying our possibility to find things later," he added.

Saga confirmed to The Local that the only person she told was her best friend, who she really trusts. Thursday was the first day she could reveal her story to her classmates, and her teacher threw a party to celebrate, handing out ice creams and showing Saga's TV and radio interviews to the class.
"They thought that it was very fun and interesting to know about my story," said Saga.
"I think maybe I found it harder to keep secret than she did," her father added. "It's cool that it will be in a museum and it might even say 'Saga's sword' and it might be there for thousands of years. We didn't put it on Facebook or anything until yesterday, and now it's really blowing up!"
He said that several friends had joked that the discovery made Saga the new Queen of Sweden, a conclusion also drawn by many of The Local's readers.
However, the eight-year-old's experience hasn't made her want to pursue a career in archaeology, saying she currently hopes to be a doctor, vet, or an actress in Paris, although she does enjoy learning about "old stuff".
She moved to Småland only last year, having grown up in Minneapolis in her father's home state of Minnesota, USA. The family moved back to Sweden in 2017 to be closer to the maternal side of Saga's family.
"The cool thing is that I'm a huge Minnesota Vikings fan, and this looks just like a Viking sword!" said Vanecek.
As for whether Saga will be involved in future projects or receive a reward for her discovery, the case has now been handed over to the National Archives of Sweden, who will be responsible for making the decision.

Law enforcement is made to be the fall guy

Law enforcement is made to enforce corrupt statutes and thereby violate the fundamental constitutional protected rights of Men and Women.  When the statutes mandate that only the "person" is liable to be regulated and they (the law enforcement officer) is not properly trained to understand the law (statute) they make themselves look and act like the gestapo of Nazi Germany.

Veteran Police Officer Killed and 6 Others Injured as an Attempt to Serve a Warrant Turned Deadly

The community of Florence, South Carolina is in mourning following a mass shooting that left six law enforcement officers wounded and one dead.

On Wednesday, Florence County Sheriff’s deputies were serving a warrant when a man allegedly opened fire on the deputies, wounding three, according to the Associated Press.

The man, who has yet to be identified, then allegedly took two children hostage, police said during Wednesday night’s press conference.

As the city police force rushed to back up the sheriff’s office, they came under intense fire and four more officers were injured, one fatally.

An armored vehicle had to be brought in to rescue the injured. Tragically, there was nothing that could be done for one of the officers, who was pronounced dead on arrival to the hospital and later identified by a city official as Terrence Carraway, 52.

Carraway had just celebrated 30 years as a police officer in the city, the AP reports.

“I want you to pray for the family who lost the bravest police officer I have ever known,” Florence Police Chief Allen Heidler said of his fallen officer during the press conference, struggling to hold back tears.

According to Carraway’s Facebook, he was an Oakland Raiders fan and a lover of motorcycles.

The surviving officers were taken to the McLeod Regional Medical Center and their conditions are unknown at this time.

“These officers went there unknowing the firepower this suspect had. … They thought it was a random search warrant,” Florence County Sheriff Kenney Boone said during the press conference.

“Fire was being shot all over. The way the suspect was positioned, his view of fire was several hundred yards. So, he had an advantage,” Boone added.

The shooting, which occurred around 4:00 p.m. lasted for about two hours, according to WPDE-TV.

It is unclear at this time as to why the suspect was served a warrant, however, he is now in police custody. The children were not physically harmed.

In wake of Carraway’s death, The Copperhead LE/MC Pee Dee Chapter, a nonprofit organization, who strives to support “our brothers in law enforcement and military,” plans to honor Carraway with a ride.

“If you have a bike join our Chapter and many other clubs riding in Sgt. Terrance Carraway’s procession to honor his life and sacrifice,” the organization wrote on Facebook.

“The city of Florence… mourns tonight the loss of one of our own, and we pray for those who are wounded and still in jeopardy,” Florence Mayor Stephe Wukela said at the press conference.

“We can be reassured somewhat in the knowledge that the officer that passed and those who were wounded were doing what they love— which is protecting this community and protecting one another,” Wukela added.

John McAfee's Warning About That Presidential Alert

Yesterday, the first Presidential Alert was sent to phones all across the country. Theories and screenshots took over the internet shortly thereafter.
But one of these theories, in particular, comes from a source that is especially credible with regard to cybersecurity: John McAfee.
Let’s take a quick look at what other folks were saying before we get into McAfee’s assertion.

First, political foes were “triggered.”

Before the alert ever came through, three people in New York were suing to stop it.

The activists filed the suit last week in U.S. District Court in Manhattan, arguing that the system violates their free speech rights and constitutes an unconstitutional seizure of their electronic devices…
…Wireless phone users have the ability to opt out of most alerts sent under the Integrated Public Alert and Warning System, run by the Federal Emergency Management Agency. While some users can choose not to receive regional messages and so-called Amber Alerts regarding missing or endangered children, under federal rules, receipt of the top-level “presidential alerts“ is mandatory.
In the new lawsuit, J.B. Nicholas, Kristine Rakowsky and Liane Nikitovich contend that the system will effectively turn them into “government loudspeakers” that would allow Trump or others to disseminate propaganda. (source)

Since the alert went out, it appears that their request for a preliminary injunction was not approved.
The motive behind their suit was political, as opposed to constitutional.

Nicholas, Rakowsky and Nikitovich accuse Trump of disseminating “weaponized disinformation” on Twitter and say they “don’t wish to receive text messages, or messages of any kind, on any topic or subject, from Defendant Trump.” (source)

And they weren’t the only ones who were “triggered” by the alert. All across social media, people bemoaned the fact that the wording was “Presidential Alert.”

There are many acceptable names for the alert we all heard.

Some people believe it was a coded message.

On the opposite side of the political spectrum, members of the group QAnon predicted this would be an announcement that Trump had defeated the “Deep State.”
They seem to be cheering for a martial-law-like purge of those who dissent against President Trump.

Some speculated that Trump would use the vehicle to announce the imminent confirmation of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, or the firing of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein, or even the broadcasting of arrests of high-ranking Democrats. (source)

When none of these things was forthcoming, QAnon believers consoled themselves with the belief that the whole thing was a coded message just for them.

Believers in QAnon—a conspiracy theory based on a series of internet clues posted by an anonymous character named “Q” that posits a world in which Trump and the military are engaged in ceaseless, secret war with globalist Democratic pedophiles—think the text could mark the start of “The Storm,” a fantastical MAGA dream in which Trump’s political enemies will be arrested and tried at military tribunals.
“That is how we will receive orders if all else fails,” wrote one QAnon believer on the 8Chan internet forum. “We are the next generation Minutemen! Standing by Sir!”
“SO HAPPY!” wrote another. “THANK YOU 45!”
…QAnon diehards cheered it as the perfect way for Trump to test how to deliver earth-shattering news to the entire country. On the internet forum 8Chan, QAnon fans also noted that the test message was 17 words long—a significant number for believers in the conspiracy theory, because “Q” is the 17th letter of the alphabet.
…Others focused on the portion of the message that said “no action is needed,” which they saw as an echo of their motto: “Trust the plan.” That section of the test message, they believed, was a sign that Trump and the military are in control of the government and would soon settle all the country’s problems. Then there’s John McAfee’s theory about the Presidential Alert Test.

John McAfee had a different opinion about the Presidential Alert and it’s positively dystopian.

The "Presidential alerts": they are capable of accessing the E911 chip in your phones – giving them full access to your location, microphone, camera and every function of your phone. This not a rant, this is from me, still one of the leading cybersecurity experts. Wake up people!

Well, that’s not good.
And this theory has a lot more credibility because McAfee is, in fact, the big Kahuna of cybersecurity. McAfee is a British-American who is a computer programmer and entrepreneur. He created McAfee Antivirus back in the 80s, and though he sold his interest in the company, still keeps his finger on the pulse of cybersecurity and politics. He’s already announced that he’s taking a serious run at the 2020 presidential nomination on the Libertarian ticket.
In fact, McAfee is known as one of the top cyber security experts in the world. And he’s known for bluntly telling unpleasant truths that nobody wants to believe.
In 2016, he wrote:

Few people are aware of the cybersecurity risks that surround them full time.

If you own a new Samsung TV, it’s likely constantly recording every word that is spoken in its vicinity, and these recordings are being sent to unnamed third parties.

If you own a car newer than two years old, chances are that hackers have already figured out how to take full control of it while you are driving down the highway. Last year, a brand new Jeep was hacked into by hackers hundreds of miles away and the Jeep was forced off the road by the hackers.

If you fly on an airplane that provides Internet access, hackers anywhere in the world can take control of the plane and alter its course and speed, and perhaps even bring it down.

Medical devices such as pacemakers, medical monitors, and other care-critical devices can be hacked into and patients placed into life-threatening situations.
Our mobile devices are ubiquitously used as spy devices by everyone from our NSA to bored hackers in Uzbekistan. (source)

And now he’s telling us that the Presidential Alert just unlocked access to all our phones.
Given his track record, I tend to believe him.

Debt is above 2008 level and failure to reform banking system could trigger crisis

The world economy is at risk of another financial meltdown, following the failure of governments and regulators to push through all the reforms needed to protect the system from reckless behaviour, the International Monetary Fund has warned.
With global debt levels well above those at the time of the last crash in 2008, the risk remains that unregulated parts of the financial system could trigger a global panic, the Washington-based lender of last resort said.
Much has been done to shore up the reserves of banks in the last 10 years and to put in place more rigorous oversight of the financial sector, but “risks tend to rise during good times, such as the current period of low interest rates and subdued volatility, and those risks can always migrate to new areas”, the IMF said, adding, “supervisors must remain vigilant to these unfolding events”.
A dramatic rise in lending by the so-called shadow banks in China and the failure to impose tough restrictions on insurance companies and asset managers, which handle trillions of dollars of funds, are highlighted by the IMF as causes for concern.

Additional P.S. For the Generals, the Popes, and the Monarchs:

Our formerly Delegated Powers returned to us by Operation of Law the moment the original Federal level of the Federal Government was rendered incompetent in 1860, but we were not told this by our Trustees. 

The Delegated Powers merely "assumed" by the Scottish Interloper doing business as "The United States of America, Inc." returned to us again in 1907, when that entity declared bankruptcy.  Again, we were not informed by our Trustees. 

The Delegated Powers merely "assumed" by the Roman Catholic Church Delaware Corporation doing business as the "United States of America" Inc. returned to us again in 1933, when that entity declared bankruptcy, but again, we were not informed by our Trustees.

So, as should be apparent, these Trustees aren't worth the powder to blow them to Hell and back.

When the bankruptcy of the "United States of America" Inc. settled in November of 1999, our claim in behalf of ourselves and The United States of America [Unincorporated] had already cured for over a year.  Again, our Trustees never said a word.

We were astonished and confused: who are these people pretending to be our Trustees, who don't respond to us---or for us or for our benefit? 

Thus began a long and arduous journey.

Our Delegated Powers have been commandeered for over 150 years by Foreign Interests that had absolutely no right whatsoever to do what they have done in this country.  Our identity has been stolen along with our assets by these Trustees operating in Gross Breach of Trust and violation of Commercial Contract.

All Parties including the Principals have been given extensive Due Process and Due Notice culminating in a Final Civil Judgment entered and published worldwide in April 2014. 

So when the UNITED STATES, Inc. went bankrupt in 2015, we re-issued our Sovereign Letters Patent, and reclaimed the STATES OF STATES and the States of States and rolled them into the Federal State (Misnamed "Land") Trusts.  When the Territorial "Government" similarly declared bankruptcy in 2017, we said-- very clearly -- enough is enough. 

All three levels of the so-called Federal Government were at that point incompetent.  The actual Federal Government intended and ordained by our ancestors has been held in a phony "abeyance" since 1860.  The Municipal Government was liquidated.  The Territorial Government bankrupt.

By Operation of Law all Delegated Powers returned to us, to the Federation of States that delegated the "Powers" in the first place --- The United States of America [Unincorporated] and the American States and People.  As this is an Operation of Law, no court action is necessary and no controversy is present.  It simply is, and we are here, present and accounted for --officially-- since 1998. 

Our purported Trustees have continued to ignore us to the extent possible, so we issued a formal Acknowledgement, Acceptance, and Re-Conveyance on June 6, 2018.

We also re-conveyed all the Federal State Trusts back to the ownership of the sovereign States where they remain protected on the land jurisdiction of The United States of America [Unincorporated] and each of the States. This is all a matter of public record, firmly established by UCC notices and liens and land recording district records in Alaska and Illinois and various other locations.

We have reminded the Queen and the Popes of their duties with respect to us and our States and our People, as well as reminding the Government of Westminster of their Treaty obligations.

We have also reminded everyone of the fact that members of the Bar Associations are prohibited from holding any public office or position of trust related to our government and that has been the case since 1819.  Thus no action undertaken by any Bar Attorney, including their votes in the Territorial United State Congress or Municipal United States Congress, can ever be presumed to apply to us or our assets in any way, shape, or form.

This is no threat to anyone nor is it any provocation of war.  It is simply a matter of actual ownership interest and Law, which we have exercised. Contrary to the expectations of many, our assets are not "abandoned", not "unclaimed" and they are no longer subject to contrived commercial claims by Secondary Creditors, nor any administration by Bar Attorneys subject to the Crown.

We consider what has gone on here to be a crime, both a recognizable international crime and a domestic crime.  We consider that the perpetrators have aimed at the overthrow of not only our government but all national governments worldwide.

The United States of America [Unincorporated] is the actual government owed to the American States and People and it is our established and lawful right and obligation to function in both international trade and commerce effective July 17, 2014.

We have done so and we have standing to do so.

All Trade Names of living people issued on or arising from the land and soil of the American States and all derivatives thereof are Public Trusts of The United States of America [Unincorporated] and they always have been. They are all assets of the land and soil, not engaged in any form of interstate commerce.

Hate to break it to everyone, but technically, "the United States"

--as opposed to "The United States"-- have been under "martial law" since 1863, and they have illegally and unlawfully intruded upon the rest of us, seeking to involve us in their commercial mercenary "wars".

If Mr. Trump needs elbow-room to go after the worst of the criminals in their corporations, let me be the last one to raise a finger to prevent him. It is long overdue.

At the same time, let Mr. Trump and the rest of the world be aware that people identifying themselves as "American Nationals" who have reasonable evidence of their provenance and who are not directly employed by the federal "government" or offering to harm anyone should not be endangered or overly inconvenienced by federal housecleaning activities on our shores.

As large as the number "51,000 indictments" sounds, and is, it's not all that overwhelming. We deal with more cases than that every day in this country; the only difference is that this time, actual criminals will be brought to trial instead of "offenders".

And if, for example, Hillary Clinton or other known shysters attempt hide themselves in our jurisdiction, it is already established Public Law that Mr. Trump and the U.S. Army can come reclaim their own vermin. They just have to be very careful not to harm or unduly impose upon our people or property in the process.

As for us, none of this federal frou-frou-rah is our business and should not concern us. We should be more than happy to sit tight in our homes and snug in our beds and play pinochle for a few days. Let the Army and the National Guard come rule the streets for a few days and flush out the worst of the vermin.

Go pack in some extra food, water, fill up prescriptions for yourselves and pets. Extra pet food. Toilet paper. Tampons. Some gas for the grill and sterno to heat water. A few extra gallons of drinking water and some tap water for flushing the toilets manually. Considering the time of year-- extra firewood and blankets might be nice.

Consider it a mini-vacation. Time with the family.

Turn off the television and radio. Leave your cell phone on, in case there are any important announcements. Watch a movie. Read a book. Play indoor "fetch" with your dog. Cuddle your kids. Get around to reading that dusty Bible on the shelf.

These are the "Last Days" of the old system.

Your Own Experience

No doubt if you are adult enough to be reading my articles you have had numerous odd experiences in your life -- coincidences and happenings that you simply cannot explain. 

One of my standard questions when I give a talk is to ask how many people in the room have experienced a "miracle"---something beyond all probability or explanation that happened to them or someone they knew?  Invariably, I get an odd response: a few hands shoot up immediately, and then over the next few seconds more and more and more, until finally, almost everyone in the room is silently signaling, yes, I have seen, witnessed, or been part of a "miracle".

Oddly, because the "miracle" lies outside the boundaries of all normal expectations, most people have not deeply considered it or what it meant to them.  They remember it, but because they can't explain it, it remains in the "reject" pile of experience, as if the Sorting Machine rejected an over-sized tomato, and there it sits: unquestionable.

However, when my "Sorting Machine" kicks out an experience, I am even more intrigued. I focus on it more, not less. 

How did such a thing happen?  What makes it a "miracle"?  Is it merely my inability to explain it that makes it miraculous?  I suppose it's my Inner Mathematician struggling to make things fit the equations I know.

As my straw vote with many audiences shows, I am not alone. Nearly everyone experiences miracles, and in fact, when you hone your observational skills you find that you are living in a world full of inexplicable miracles, all precisely timed and delivered.

As this realization dawns on you, it also become apparent that there are many one-off creations, mini-miracles given like gifts specifically to you or for you: the perfect car that you can afford just shows up "like magic", the right caregiver or carpenter arrives out of the blue, you get fired one week, and the next week your dream job lands in your lap, the love of your life (you thought) disappears over the horizon, but then....here comes someone else who makes you so happy, so at peace, you know that "it was meant to be" and you are grateful in retrospect for the heartbreak.

As you wake up to this reality, you begin to almost grudgingly consciously interact with The Great Unseen that surrounds you.  You become aware of "It" with the red-faced realization that "It" has always been aware of you, always been present and always in one way or another, shepherding you along and giving you gifts, hand-tailored just for you.  You were just too dull and half-asleep to notice.

Wisdom is just a process of sharpening your observational skills and being willing to look at the over-sized reject tomatoes, the miracles that occur in your own life. These odd inexplicable experiences provide us with points of reference outside our normal box and expand our vision, not only of what is possible, but what is actually "miraculous" in the mundane day to day of the simplest existence.

Once this Wisdom Process begins, you can't stop it.  You are on the fast track to learn what is really going on in the world and see what others miss. Good and bad.

What I am going to share with you today is information that is available directly to you via your own experience, but as my Mother used to say you have to -- "Look sharp!" and wake up.

There is One Life on this planet.  Just one.  And we are all part of that One Life. We are not separate at all in any way at any time from All That Is.  This is true and it remains true whether we are "alive" or "dead".

We are having our experience of that One Life the same way that a microbe is having its experience of that One Life.  Even rocks are "alive" to this One Life, and their crystalline structures are ordered by it with the same beauty and precision as the functioning of the cells in our lungs.

As a result, we can't hurt anything or anyone without hurting ourselves.  The violence we unleash on others is ultimately returned to us --- not because of karma per se, but because we are part of the One Life.  You can't stub a toe without hurting the whole body.

Because of the delusion of separateness we think we can cause harm without harming ourselves, but this is not true and it is not true in the same way that water flows downhill.  It is a natural result of the fact that we are not separate from each other, not separate from the deer roaming the golf course, not separate from the ant scurrying home with a peanut on its back, not separate from the iris blossom unfurling to the wind.

Another thing you will learn is that we are not alone on this planet. There are other kinds of beings here, angels and demons and spirits that aren't explicitly discussed in the Bible, but which nonetheless have their part to play.  Nothing about this circumstance will change merely because you become aware of it, but you will change and be more aware and more fully alive because you will perceive more and see what you see more clearly.

I have told you before that your bodies are like space suits that allow your consciousness to dwell in this dimensional space and operate within it.  I have also directed your attention to the fact that bodies can be occupied by non-human entities as described in the Bible. Both angels and demons can inhabit the same space suits as men and women.

So what looks like a man may in fact be a demon. Or an angel.  Or one of the other beings that can inhabit our bodies.

A couple of months ago I suffered a direct attack by "Lucifer" and five Irish Republican Army hit men.  Without going into the details, I am still alive, all five of the would-be assassins are dead, and Lucifer's present incarnation slipped away like the coward he inherently is.

I did, however, get a very good look at his body and face, and I have been asked to share the description in hopes of assisting the worldwide effort to locate and capture this criminal. 

His present incarnation looks a good deal like a thirty-something Charlie Sheen. His jaw is not quite as squared off, his features are a bit more refined, but not much.  His skin is very pale, as if he never sees the light of day, and his eyes are very, very dark.  He was wearing a small, precisely trimmed, traditional moustache, and his very dark brown-black hair was also very nicely trimmed and quite short on the sides, maybe two to three inches long on top, wavy, but not curly. 

His body ethnic heritage could be "Black Irish" given the company he was in, Ashkenazi, Greek, or Spanish. 

A close observer looking into his eyes will see a strange reflective quality, a slightly more than average glassiness or "beady" appearance. 

Though we didn't speak --- just got right down to business with him and his henchmen trying to kill me, he did smile in the midst of the furor when he thought he had me -- enough to say that he has even, small, white teeth.

His body type is significantly different than Sheen's, with over-developed shoulders, a well-proportioned torso, slim overall, medium height not above five foot ten. I would say he has studied dance, martial arts including fencing, and is an expert swimmer.  He would be an excellent candidate for the Navy Seals.

The entity inside this body is a seraph--- an angel. He is in fact a special kind of angel -- an archangel. Think of archangels as an older model of angels -- older, more powerful, more abilities.  It isn't just a matter of seniority or rank. They are literally different from other seraphs, and most importantly for all of you to know--- only an archangel can take down another archangel.  It takes one to slay one or even capture one.

So if you see this man or anyone resembling the man I have described, avoid contact -- even eye contact.  He can hypnotize normal people quite easily merely by catching their eye and staring at them. Keep walking or moving calmly and break off -- turn in a different direction, away from him.  If necessary, turn around completely and go back the way you came, as if you forgot something and had to go retrieve it.  Give him no cause for alarm.

He is unimaginably dangerous, but is very unlikely to show his true nature in public and also unlikely to desert this particular body.  He has trained it and developed it for his purposes and he is not able to find many suitable "donors" who have the physical characteristics and genetics he needs to incarnate.

So, you think that you have seen Lucifer.  What do you do?  You find a quiet spot and you pray to Our Father in Heaven and address the Archangel Michael as "Michael, Son of the Morning...."  The Archangel Michael is also present and incarnate on Earth and the message will get passed to him with the swiftness of thought.  Then go home and tend to your business and go on with your life.

The new so-called "Quantum Financial System" has been rigged by the Grandfather, Marduk, one of the original Fallen.  In their religion, sex and duality are worshiped, with the result that the new banking system has a female "key" ---- apparently, this is Kim Goguen, aka, "Kim Possible"--- and a male key who hasn't made his appearance yet.

The female key is always negative, always about blocking, stopping, or ending things, and true to form, Kim Goguen has found that while she can access and manipulate and transfer accounts around, she can't open them.  Only her male counterpart can do that, and he is laying low. 

Because he can open the accounts and provide everyone on Earth with a windfall of his favorite self-made commodities--- money and currencies--- he counts on being very popular and adored and yes, even worshipped by the  masses.

Chances are, he'll look like a thirty-something Charlie Sheen. That is, unless we catch him first, or this expose causes him to fall back to an alternate body. 

Either way, watch the play.  Kim doesn't understand her role, and doesn't anticipate the appearance of her male counterpart, and neither one of them are counting on "the rest of us" being aware of who they are and what they are doing. 

DEA official tasked with stopping DEA sex parties is under investigation for procuring prostitutes for sex parties

Three years ago the DEA sent one of their top-ranking officials, Richard Dobrich, to South America to put an end to agents having sex parties with prostitutes hired by Colombian drug cartels. Unsurprisingly, Dobrich is now under investigation for directing "Colombian drivers working for the U.S. Embassy in Bogota 'to procure sex workers,' according to a copy of the complaint obtained by The Associated Press and one current and one former law enforcement official."

Dobrich’s tenure as the top executive in Colombia began in 2015, when he was brought in to restore order after a blistering Inspector General’s report found several DEA agents had participated in “sex parties” with prostitutes hired by Colombian cartels. That scandal prompted the suspension of several agents and the retirement of Michele Leonhart, the DEA’s administrator at the time.
Prior to Bogota, Dobrich oversaw the DEA’s military-style FAST teams that battled drug traffickers in Afghanistan and Latin America, and were criticized for a series of fatal shootings in Honduras in 2012, including one in the town of Ahuas that left four civilians dead.
The DEA disbanded the Foreign-Deployed Advisory and Support Team last year following a joint State and Justice Department inspectors general probe that found the DEA — and Dobrich — misrepresented significant aspects of the shooting to Congress and government investigators.

I'll let you known when the DEA's next top-ranking official tasked with stopping DEA sex parties with prostitutes paid by drug cartels gets investigated for initiating DEA sex parties with prostitutes. I'm sure it won't be long.

Senate Unanimously Passes S. Res. 610 To Declassify Tens Of Thousands of Documents on Saudi Arabia and 9/11

The US Senate has unanimously passed S. Res. 610, which calls for the declassification and release of tens of thousands of pages of documents relating to Saudi Arabia and the terrorist attacks of 9/11.

The “28 pages” from a 2002 Congressional Joint Inquiry report on the attacks was declassified on July 15, 2016, but large portions of the release remained redacted. This move pushes to finally remove the redactions on these and other documents related to 9/11.
The documents seem to point the finger at the highest level of the government of Saudi Arabia as being responsible for the financial backing for the attackers on 9/11.
S.Res. 610 Resolution Reads as follows:

Urging the release of information regarding the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks upon the United States.
Whereas tens of thousands of pages of documents relating to the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks upon the United States remain classified by the Federal Government;
Whereas the Federal Government may properly classify and control access to information in order to protect sources and methods of collecting critical information in defense of the country and the people of the United States;
Whereas the contents of these documents are necessary for a full public understanding of the events and circumstances surrounding the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks;
Whereas the decision to maintain the classified status of many of these documents prevents the people of the United States from having access to information about the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, including the involvement of certain foreign governments in the attacks; and
Whereas the people of the United States and the families of the victims of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks deserve full and public disclosure of the events surrounding the attacks: Now, therefore, be it
Resolved, That it is the sense of the Senate that—
(1) documents related to the events of September 11, 2001, should be declassified to the greatest extent possible; and
(2) the survivors, the families of the victims, and the people of the United States deserve answers about the events and circumstances surrounding the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks upon the United States.

Sen. Richard Blumenthal (D-CT) introduced the new measure on August 21st, and shortly before the non-binding, bipartisan resolution passed last Wednesday, he spoke to the chamber:
“At a time of very deep divide in our country, and in this body, all of us are still able to come together to help the survivors and families of the horrific September 11th terrorist attacks, as they seek justice, and fairness to deter additional and ongoing state sponsorship of terrorism,” he said.

“The United States government should make public any evidence of links between Saudi Arabian government officials and the support networks inside the United States used to aid and abet the 9/11 hijackers,” Blumenthal said.
“The legal and moral responsibility of our government is, in fact, to provide its citizens with all available information regarding this horrific tragedy on 9-11-2001, particularly where there may be evidence that foreign nationals conspired within our borders to support terror with the assistance of foreign governments.”

US Navy Proposes A "Global Show Of Military Force" As A Warning To China

The trade war between the US and China is turning into a hot war with every passing day.
As we reported on Monday, Chinese ships came to actively confronting the USS Decatur while the US ship was carrying out yet another in a series of "freedom of navigation" operations - or "freeops" - in the South China Sea. The Navy destroyer had to maneuver to avoid colliding with the Chinese destroyer Luyang that came within 45 yards of its bow while the Decatur was sailing through the Spratley Islands on Sunday in what was the closest direct confrontation between US and Chinese ships since Trump's inauguration (after which the Navy began conducting these freeops with increasing frequency).

On Tuesday, China accused the US of violating its "indisputable sovereignty" over the Spratley islands, saying in a statement "We strongly urge the U.S. side to immediately correct its mistake and stop such provocative actions to avoid undermining China-U.S. relations and regional peace and stability."
Now it's the US turn to respond, and according to CNN, the US Navy's Pacific Fleet has drawn up a classified proposal to carry out a global show of force as a warning to China and demonstrate the US is prepared to deter and counter their military actions. The draft proposal from the Navy is initially recommending the US Pacific fleet conduct a series of operations during a single week in November.
The navy's goal - whether with or without the White House's prodding - is to carry out a highly focused and concentrated set of exercises involving US warships, combat aircraft and troops to demonstrate that the US can counter potential adversaries quickly on several fronts.
Even without knowing the details, one can easily see how this can go horribly wrong. It only gets worse from there.
The plan suggests sailing ships and flying aircraft near China's territorial waters in the South China Sea and Taiwan Strait in freedom of navigation operations, to demonstrate the right of free passage in international waters. Naturally, the proposal means US ships and aircraft would operate close to Chinese forces.
One wonders if the US Navy considered how it would react if Chinese battleships were sailing in circles in "international waters" in the Gulf of Mexico, or off the California coast for example.
There's some good news: the defense officials emphasized that there is no intention to engage in combat with the Chinese.
And while the US military carries out these types of operations throughout the year, the proposal being circulated calls for several missions to take place in just a few days, an escalation that is sure to infuriate China.
So are the US and China on the verge of a shooting war? While one official described it as "just an idea", it is said to be far enough along that there is a classified operational name attached to the proposal, which is circulating at several levels of the military. According to CNN, officials would not confirm the name of the potential operation.
The good news is that the US at least realizes that by pursuing this kind of naval action - one which would be equivalent to sending a bull in a China sea - US officials acknowledge China often see these missions as "provocations." They also acknowledge that the intelligence community would have to weigh in with any concerns about reactions from China.
Which, however, will not stop the US; in fact, this may simply be the latest distraction pursued by the Trump administration:

The proposal is being driven by the military but carrying it out it during November when US mid-term elections are taking place could have political implications for the Trump administration if the US troops are challenged by China.

And where this strategy goes off the rails is that instead of just provoking China in its back yard, the US intends to do it, well, everywhere around the world. While the proposal for now focuses on a series of operations in the Pacific, near China, they could stretch as far as the west coast of South America where China is increasing its investments. If the initial proposal is approved, the missions could be expanded to Russian territory, because the only thing smarter than provoking China is provoking China and Russia.

Defense Secretary James Mattis and General Joseph Dunford, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will take into account the diplomatic implications of each mission, officials said. They will also have to consider the risk of suddenly moving forces to new areas away from planned deployments, and whether potential threat areas are being left uncovered by the military, especially in the Middle East.

The proposal - which was still being considered within the military - grew out of the Pentagon's National Defense Strategy which focuses on the growing military challenge posed by the Chinese and Russian militaries. Mattis has urged US commanders to come up with innovative and unexpected ways to deploy forces. Currently the aircraft carrier Harry S Truman is taking the unexpected step of operating in the North Sea - sending a signal to Russia that US military forces can extend their reach to that area. Next: several aircraft carriers parked in the South China Sea... just to send China a "signal", one which China will waste no time responding to.

First of all, I stand corrected.  I regularly correct myself.  I may be fooled into making assumptions or mistaking things like anyone else, but the Old Sieve keeps on sifting....

Ieaous is "the Word" and, so we are told, "the Word" was with God, and "the Word" was part of God.... but who or what is "the Word"?  Could it be that we have finally found the true name of the Inherent Evil that confounds the whole world?  The epicenter of all delusions?  The rebel Angel known as Ieaous? 

The Word is what ties together the consonants and creates all the variations and soft spoken meanings of words, the one Name that makes itself part of all names, the Word containing all the vowels, and a snake-like "s" at the end, seeming to guarantee The Word's fecundity. 

And there I was, faked out, assuming that Iaeous was Jesus, based on the linguistic similarities, but instead, it was a double mirror-image. Satan pretending to be an Angel of Light and the Angel of Light's mirror reflection, too.  ---Always the mistaken identities.

Ieaous does equal "Jesus" but "Jesus" doesn't equal Yashuah.

So now we have another proof if one were needed that the Bible tells both sides of The Story, a Tale of Two Gods, and leaves us to painstakingly dissect and discern the One from the Other.

And isn't that the essence of Knowledge?  When we are at One with the Universe we are at peace and all things flow for us, through us and in us, but the moment we become deluded and perceive ourselves as being separate and apart from All That Is, that is when all the trouble starts.

This self-awareness that seems to separate us from All That Is, is in fact a delusion, yet it very effectively alienates us in "I" and "Thou" as Martin Buber put it.

And words create all that trouble, all those separations, all those delusions of "I" and "You" and "Them" --- both by naming and labeling things that don't really exist, and by attaching and adding meaning to things that don't exist.  

Most of what we fight with and against are things that actually, factually, don't exist except in our minds.  I know this and that is part of what makes all the discussion that goes on an exercise in crazy-making: the delusions we live with are so pervasive, that even those who know better are obliged to speak in terms of the delusion in order to communicate with the rest of the asylum inmates. 

In a very actual and factual way, The State of New York, like the State of New York, like THE STATE OF NEW YORK doesn't exist.  It is a "legal fiction" which is to say, a convenient lie.  The actual land mass we identify arbitrarily as "New York" exists, but the label is just a label.  It might just as easily be called New Bombay or Fiddlesticks or Puxawattomi.

In the same way, The United States of America, Inc. and The United States of America [Unincorporated] are just names of legal fiction entities, delusions created for convenience sake, one to make profit and accrue debt for the King of England, and one to be the Holding Company of all the "Powers" of the States of the Union in International Jurisdiction.

And all these things, kings, and "Powers" don't really exist.

What exists are groups of men who believe these fictional things exist and who act accordingly. 

The Anarchists among us are loving the spectacle of Imaginary States in Imaginary Countries fighting over arbitrary and imaginary Borders.  There is something so delightfully insane about it, so silly, so childish.

One can see my Enemy of Record, the Immortal Karl Danielson, standing on the huge snow pile in the middle of the school yard declaring, "I am King of the Hill!"  and all the rest of us rushing madly up the "Hill" to unseat the Rotter and send him rolling.  So much for all those who would be king over us or king of our hills, either.

In our own smug and powerful way from Third Grade onward, we were sure that we were kings and queens, each in our own way and world.  And we were, too.

Still are.

So how is it that these completely made-up fictional words, mere concepts, have exerted such a horrific power over us and left us acting like zombies?

What if we simply didn't believe in kings or governments or corporations? 

Or "war powers" or any such nonsense as "police powers" that are purportedly, but not really, separate and "different" [by virtue of the label "police power" only] from our very own right and prerogative to charge up the hill and unseat the Menace?

If you want to know where I am coming from, well, there it is. Simple as that.

No need for Political Parties.  No need for Platforms.  All we really need to agree on is what kind of world we want to live in. And then enforce it directly by doing what we will.

If 350 million Americans tear up their Driver Licenses next Wednesday, what's Joe Highway Patrol going to do about it? 

Not much.

Ah, but--- do more than consider, because it is the fact of the matter.

The word "government" itself basically means "control of the mind"--- and that is how they control and limit and bully and steal from us: they lie to us. They convince us that because they attach a label or an attribute to thin air, it is something real.

Just walk into a Court Room and ask to see the Plaintiff named "State of California"? 

So what do we have here, ladies and gentlemen?  A Big, Fat, Grand Lie.  And at some level we all know it, and do nothing about it, because we don't want to face the arduous business of ruling over ourselves.

It's time to start.
