Friday Afternoon News, Rumors, and Opinions

12/20/2013
TNT:

[daz] Every morning is a fresh beginning. Every day is the world made new. Today is a new day. Today is my world made new. I have lived all my life up to this moment, to come to this day. This moment--this day--is as good as any moment in all eternity. I shall make of this day--each moment of this day--a heaven on earth. This is my day of opportunity. Dan Custer

[Plansguy1] I followed up on what Okie said about making a connection with a 'Wealth Mgr'. I called one here in my area and didn't mention what my investment is but that I have one and I also mentioned an estate inheritance I will also be getting soon. He ask for details and I declined to give him any.

THEN he ask me if I was invested in the Iraqi Dinar and other foreign currencies. Blew me away. I said yes. He said he couldn't talk about it until the revaluation is complete but that he difinitely wanted to work with me! I said OK then! Really cool! :)....Read More Link on Right

GreggieMax:  My Dong currency purchase this morning in Orlando

So, I'm in Germany at the moment and told a few colleagues about the impending RV. They wanted in! So, I wired some money to my son so he could purchase 20 Million dong at Travelex. Well he walks into the place and the lady greets him and asks "Is this for a trip or an investment?" Clearly he sensed the woman was on to something so he said an investment. So she goes on to say "so are you excited about the big event?" He said what event, she said "Don't worry, I have also invested in the dong, didn't want to miss out!" Something is brewing on the horizon! Just happy to be connected to such an awesome blessing! GO RV!!

TNTDinar. PS:  Leave No Man Behind.........does stand for something..I wanted to add this to the blast last night, but I didn't want everyone to get up out of bed so late, thinking it was the RV announcement. While the TNT team took the lead by making that last call and telling you what we did, I want you to know that you too were a big part of what happened after the call.
I want you to know that the message I read on the call from a member carried a lot of weight on the decisions that were made. I want you to know that comments that were made by you members on the site (not the demanding or condescending ones), but the ones that ask for fairness, equality and if needed justice were heard loud and clear. They gave the PTB a reason to stop and think about what was being done and who was doing it. It was your words of fairness and justice that gave them a conscience. All I can say is WELL DONE TNT MEMBERS.

[Labrador99] Who was T h o m a s J e f f e r s o n? This is amazing. There are two parts. Be sure to read the 2nd part  Thomas Jefferson was a very remarkable man who started learning very early in life and never stopped. At 5, began studying under his cousin's tutor. At 9, studied Latin, Greek and French. At 14, studied classical literature and additional languages. At 16, entered the College of William and Mary. Also could write in Greek with one hand while writing the same in Latin with the other. At 19, studied Law for 5 years starting under George Wythe. At 23, started his own law practice.

At 25, was elected to the Virginia House of Burgesses. At 30, was appoited County Surveyor in Virginia. Was also responsible for the sectionalized survey system west of the colonies. At 31, wrote the widely circulated "Summary View of the Rights of British America? And retired from his law practice. At 32, was a Delegate to the Second Continental Congress.

At 33, wrote the Declaration of Independence . At 33, took three years to revise Virginia 's legal code and wrote a Public Education bill and a statute for Religious Freedom. At 36, was elected the second Governor of Virginia succeeding Patrick Henry. At 40, served in Congress for two years. At 41, was the American minister to France and negotiated commercial treaties with European nations along with Ben Franklin and John Adams.

At 46, served as the first Secretary of State under George Washington. At 53, served as Vice President and was elected president of the American Philosophical Society. At 55, drafted the Kentucky Resolutions and became the active head of Republican Party. At 57, was elected the third president of the United States . At 60, obtained the Louisiana Purchase doubling the nation's size. At 61, was elected to a second term as President.

At 65, retired to Monticello . At 80, helped President Monroe shape the Monroe Doctrine. At 81, almost single-handedly created the University of Virginia and served as its first president. At 83, died on the 50th anniversary of the Signing of the Declaration of Independence along with John Adams.

Thomas Jefferson knew because he himself studied the previous failed attempts at government. He understood actual history, the nature of God, his laws and the nature of man. That happens to be way more than what most understand today. Jefferson really knew his stuff. A voice from the past to lead us in the future:
John F. Kennedy held a dinner in the white House for a group of the brightest minds in the nation at that time. He made this statement: "This is perhaps the assembly of the most intelligence ever to gather at one time in the White House with the exception of when Thomas Jefferson dined alone."

[Labrador99] "When we get piled upon one another in large cities, as in Europe , we shall become as corrupt as Europe ." -- Thomas Jefferson

"The democracy will cease to exist when you take away from those who are willing to work and give to those who would not." -- Thomas Jefferson

"It is incumbent on every generation to pay its own debts as it goes. A principle which if acted on would save one-half the wars of the world." -- Thomas Jefferson

"I predict future happiness for Americans if they can prevent the government from wasting the labors of the people under the pretense of taking care of them." -- Thomas Jefferson

"My reading of history convinces me that most bad government results from too much government." -- Thomas Jefferson

"No free man shall ever be debarred the use of arms." -- Thomas Jefferson

"The strongest reason for the people to retain the right to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against tyranny in government." -- Thomas Jefferson

"The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants." -- Thomas Jefferson

"To compel a man to subsidize with his taxes the propagation of ideas which he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical." -- Thomas Jefferson

Thomas Jefferson said in 1802: "I believe that banking institutions are more dangerous to our liberties than standing armies. If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of their currency, first by inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around the banks will deprive the people of all property - until their children wake-up homeless on the continent their fathers conquered."

[Labrador99] I wish we could get this out to everyone! I'm doing my part. Please do yours.

 » December 20th, 2013Positive power of happiness

It is simple and easy to be happy. The hard part is convincing yourself, and getting past your own resistance to happiness.

You might assume that just because things are one way or another, there is no possibility of happiness. Yet that assumption is entirely mistaken.

You know precisely how to be happy, how to create the feeling of happiness within yourself and how to express it within any context. You’ve done it many times in a whole lot of different situations.

Your happiness does not come from the moment, or the surroundings, or even from the people around you. It comes from you, and from your decision to feel its positive power.

Go ahead and skip right over all those reasons why you can’t be happy. Instead, think of the times when you have been happy and recall the strategy you’ve always used to bring that happiness to life.

Activate that very same strategy right now. And bring the positive power of your own happiness to this very moment.

— Ralph Marston  May All Have a Safe, Warm and Blessed Day
