Intel/Newshound Guru Poppy3 Today is a step closer to the 29th that was the original stated date for the bond sales to be implemented...disregarding the confusing articles being put out the last couple days saying they have been postponed again. I am standing on what the IMF stated IRAQ has agreed to just like the date for the tariff laws to start being implemented on JAN 2 and somewhere in all this they are supposed to become full members of the WTO not to forget that back in June when they where released from chapter 7 and all the rumors where that the UN AND USA WOULD HAVE NEVER RELEASED THEM WITHOUT DEFINITE DEADLINES FOR COMPLETION OR BEING PLACED BACK UNDER SANCTIONS. There are articles in Bloomberg and other "reputable" Main Stream Media regarding the shelving of the bonds, whether the Gurus believed this happened or not is irrelevant,it has been announced as being shelved, I see that John "Break the news" Cristine Lagarde (Rothschild's Babe) is "believed" or "rumored" to be Cabal owned, this is hardly news, She is top Dog at the IMF, a Cabal owned entity I can categorically said that Cristine is not in Reno and she's not getting the RV done and that is that. I wonder who is reporting this information, is it the same person (s) that reported the CNN fight with Eric Holder (is not a small secret that both CNN and Eric Holder are Cabal owned) hopefully 2014 will bring some much need it sense to this blog.

Iraq Bond Issue Shelved Again
The recent surge in sectarian violence has sent Iraq’s bond yields higher, prompting officials to postpone a planned debt sale.
Deputy Finance Minister Fadhel Nabi told Bloomberg:
“We will definitely issue new bonds, but it will take more time now with all the problems in the country.”
The news agency also reports that the yield on Iraq’s 5.8 percent dollar bonds maturing in January 2028 rose 19 basis points from the end of September to 7.8 percent, compared with a 4 basis-point decline to 5.2 percent in the average yield on regional sovereign debt.
The government’s plan for a second bond, which Nabi announced in October, is not assured. Iraq said more than two years ago, in July 2011, that it would come to market in a year to finance new infrastructure after decades of wars and economic sanctions, but it hasn’t done so.
The premium for Iraqi sovereign bonds over Treasuries has widened by 32 basis points since the end of October to 540 Wednesday; the comparable spread for Middle East government bonds fell 16 basis points to 414, according to JPMorgan.
