I have many cracks on my house basement, should i evacuate!?? Who is this guy working for? CIA? is that what we call false flag? i think so. A crack doesn,t mean a colapsing. 70 foots on a 3 miles dam wow! big deal. For me i would evacuate my house the minute after that kind of project would be annouced in my country. Before it colapse their will be more signs than a small crack. There is more crack on your local bridges than this structure and you keep running on them, more then a 100 feets in the air with your kids in the car, doesn't make you feel better?
