All points given above are totally UNlawful. This is imposing unlawful and unfair arrangements upon exchangers of currencies for which they should NOT agree to in order to exchange their currencies. Impositions such as these and surely mre are being imposed upon us by the criminal banksters and cabal - period. Any American who accepts these NDAs - kiss your monies goodbye. When they bring forth the planned in process collapse of the USD shortly, and the global economic collapse, any and all assets held by these criminal banks will be confiscated and you will see your bank account assets seized, drop to zero and forever lost. Don't be a fool and fall for this extortion. It should be unlawful by virtue of the fact that there is NO LAW requiring you to pay taxes on your exchanges much less to have your funds withheld from you and 'paid out over time' as with an annuity.' These are YOUR funds. You own them. You have the lawful right to determine what you want to have done with them. You have the lawful right to invest these funds any way you choose. I agree with the above comment . Until we actually see arrests of Rothschild's / Rockefeller's / Bush's / Queen / Pope - you would be smart to cash only enough to get by .
