POLICE CAN NOW TAKE YOUR DNA FOR MERE 'SUSPICION'
OF A VIOLENT CRIME 
On Monday August 3rd, 2015, the Dakota County (Minnesota) Sheriff’s Office became the first in the nation to implement a new Supreme Court ruling that allows police to collect DNA from those arrested for suspicion of a violent crime. The old laws stated that a conviction must occur before the state could steal your biological recipe.
Swabs would be taken from those accused of the most violent crimes like murder, rape, robbery and physical assault. On average, about 10,000 suspects pass through the jail and the policy would affect a fraction of them—about 350.Tim Leslie, Dakota County Sheriff, has said that the procedure can be likened to fingerprinting, mugshots and other evidence gathered by those processed. Neither he nor the Supreme Court see how invasive such a gathering of information can be, which is unsurprising.
The law states that if a defendant is cleared of the crime they were arrested on suspicion of that the DNA records will be wiped clean from their system. While this should lend a modicum of comfort, it belies a certain ignorance of three things.
- Once your genetic code is uploaded to these data banks they will be accessible by a number of agencies that might keep them even when the original data posting is removed.
- It is nearly impossible to erase digit data once it has been uploaded. It remains in residual traces that the adept can easily recover long after they have been ‘erased’.
- Police are increasingly using ‘assault on an officer’ charges even when no such assault occurred. These charges are almost impossible to beat and would make those found guilty part of this DNA database permanently.
There is also the question of what will be able to be done with DNA in the future, and by whom. Having this data may become an existential risk in a number of uncertain, but regularly explored, scenarios.
The particulars, however, are hardly the biggest issue here. The biggest issue is that the police state continues to encroach not only on our very rights and freedoms, but even into the microscopic world of our biological make up.
As the borders between freedom and security continue to break down under such legalities, we become more buried in the sort of authoritarian totalitarianism that is antithetical to the liberties, freedoms and rights we are told we are endowed with at birth.
So either those were all lies to begin with, or government and its law enforcement agencies have usurped powers never intended to them in a free nation. You cannot have it both ways. Either our entire way of life was a falsehood or the state has gone too far. Which is it?

It is just as bad here in the UK. We can be kidnapped off the street on an allegation only, then transported to the local gestapo police station, where we are asked for our fingerprints and DNA. I refused to hand them over, as I believed my fingerprints and DNA belonged to me and not the state. I was asked 5 times. I refused 5 times. So 4 (four) uniformed thugs masquerading as police constables upholding common law, tortured me until I handed them over.
There are now 26 (twenty six) people who have £500.000.000 Liens placed against them, all of which were unrebutted, making the unrebutted crimes within the liens the indisputable evidence in any common law court. At present I cannot police the liens as the criminals of Westminster still have too much power and protection from their banker masters. Too many bent judges to pervert the course of justice also. But this is changing, and when the bankers are arrested, those responsible for my kidnap torture and unlawful incarceration will spend the rest of their unproductive criminal lives behind bars. Can't wait!

You can legally block them from taking your DNA by having a UCC-1 and a security agreement filed including your DNA as property. In the U.S., any attempt to arrest for a code violation by a corporate (county, city, State) cop is a false arrest as they have no jurisdiction over you, just corporations and there own corporate employees; Pehollow v. Doan's Administrators. The Supreme Court stated in U.S. v John Bad Elk that a person can kill the cop without recourse to stop a false arrest. This has never been overturned! This is why you should travel with a loaded gun. Police are no longer the good guys as they were 20 years ago. They are paid morons with guns. See the Federal mandate that a cop can't have an I.Q. above 90. MORON with a badge and a gun!!! We have 4 former special needs students as cops in our county. Dumber than Mississippi mud and more dangerous than Louisiana quick sand. Read USC Title 18 section 4001(a) and carry a copy with you. Also get familiar with 18 USC 241, 242 and 42 USC 1983, 1984, 1986, and 1945. Knowledge is power and so is a 44 mag!

These corporate hired thugs, aka police, Blue Gang members can put a bullet in your head any time they want and walk the next day. Don't believe it? Ask those who have experienced this first hand. Last year alone, there was over 1200 Blue Gang member fatal shooting and all but a few we justified. Those that were charged with a crime aside from murder most likely were later released to continue on.
