Your current petition against the TPP is actually furthering the problem and
I will herein inform you as to how it is doing so. There is a serious lack of information here, and that lack of information is causing you to target a whole-body infection by focusing on the little toe.

The TPP is a loss leader,
as is the TTIP. You, and we, and all other signatory nations, lost our
rights to transparency and accountability when GATT was the only "trade
agreement" going on. You only need to read a few things to get it
straight and realize they do not NEED these agreements... they are a red
herring! (See

to find these bits that are the problem, they don't hide them, but few go looking)
First, the secrecy/confidentiality issue has been MANDATED since GATT.
If you do not agree to total confidentiality, you cannot get into the group. Penalties are HUGE for violations... even if you are a Supreme Court Justice. (witness crazy decisions made favoring multinational corps over citizen rights... do you wonder why?)

Second, the TRIPS rules (Trade-Related Intellectual Properties) have been
in place since GATT, and THEY are what guarantee the profit potential of all PATENTED GOODS AND SERVICES.... over and above ALL domestic law.

Thirdly, the WTO describes
trade agreements (in a section on "Sovereignty") as "international
contracts" which supersede domestic laws and are enforceable via trade
sanctions rendered by... guess who... the WTO...

Fourthly, the US and
Canada now have MANY trade agreements either concluded and in place or
on the table, and there really is NO DANGER to anything by dumping
EITHER the TTIP OR THE TPP. They can use BOTH

Fifthly, there is this
little thing called "Agenda 21" (look that puppy up) from the UN, which
includes the "Trade In Services Annex"... TISA. That allows
for the standardization of ALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES to allow for "mobility" between "regions" (which is what your nation is becoming, a
trade region, not a country).

Meanwhile, please, please, please, look into this stuff. It is exactly as

The one who made this post asked and answered their own question.
So, if there isn't one, then what is stolen? Rights? No. Sovereignty? No.
Now what does someone do when they have not had their rights stolen, and their sovereignty is still theirs, but someone acts as if they have taken it?
You go after the 'single' people or group of people who did something to 'you' that affected 'your' right and 'your' sovereignty.
That's what people do not comprehend.
NO you can't sue a trade group, it's fiction, that's why only a country can sue it, because the country is fiction.
Equal things can be joined together.
But the trade group is made up of 'in-divide' people. Who act as a group and make decisions for the trade group, and they have no contract to represent sovereign people nor their rights.
When people do something to you, you go after them in their criminal capacity, not recognizing that they have any immunity to harm you or injure you.
We are free, born free, not emancipated.
We do not petition people we have no contract with, and tell them to do anything for us.
I have yet to see someone writing a congressman and asking him point blank, do you represent me?
Wait for the letter that says, yes, I represent you, what do you want me to do?
If people did that, half of the problems would be solved.
A campaign of writing the people in Congress, one letter, one question?
I live in so and so state, such and such district, and I voted for you to be in that office.
Do you represent me?
If they reply yes, then you tell them what you need them to do, but I have yet to see a purported representative tell you yes, because all men are created equal, and all contracts have offer, acceptance, and consideration, and unless the agreement is a trust agreement, the purported representative probably can't even tell you he represents your strawman.
Any form of disagreement to anything is not a bad idea.
I don't think going after the toe is any less than doing nothing.
Every part of a corporation needs to be functioning for to work well.
Give the toe cancer, and it can begin to destroy the foot.
Don't stop, is my guess, regardless of what you read, search and re-search (research) to find the answer, and if it feels right to go after TPP or TIPP or TRIPPP(being facetious), then do what feels right for you, as what you do makes a change for everyone and everyone doing what they do makes a change for everyone.
They are making changes in their little piece of the plan, we can to.
They haven't stopped just because it's a toe.
