It May Be Time to Abolish Our Current Form of Government


[1. May be? It's long overdue!
2. Abolish is within our rights and authority. But don't forget, we have a de facto government, meaning an acting government, meaning we (We THE People) really only need step in, take the reigns (populate the elected offices with members of We THE People), and tell them they are no longer needed, as We THE People on the land of Michigan are in the process of doing.

ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE, IT MAY BE TIME TO ABOLISH OUR CURRENT FORM OF GOVERNMENT



Over two hundred and thirty years ago, the American colonists were fed up with the tyranny of the British crown.  As a result, representatives from the thirteen colonies gathered in Philadelphia to draft one of the most important documents in our history, The Declaration of Independence.
 
The document, signed on this day two hundred and thirty-six years ago, informed King George III that the American colonies were overthrowing his right to rule them and that they were going to establish their own independent country.

If you haven’t read The Declaration of Independence lately or at all, I highly urge you to do so today.  

As you read it, consider the words written by Thomas Jefferson about the form of government that is acceptable and what is not.  Note his strong words evoking the right of the people to throw off a corrupt and tyrannical government and think about America today under the corrupt and tyrannical rule of Barack Obama.

Listen to our nation’s founding document when it says:

“That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.--Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.”
Where it says the ‘present King of Great Britain’, substitute Barack Obama’s name and ask yourself if Jefferson would have written the same words today to describe Obama’s presidency.  The last three and half years under Obama’s rule, there has been ‘a long train of abuses and usurpations.’  According to the rest of that line, ‘it is their (our) right, it is their (our) duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their (our) future security.

Maybe, just maybe, it’s time for American’s to start reading The Declaration of Independence and live up to the truths, rights and obligations that it gives us.  

The most effective way we can throw off the abusive and tyrannical government is at the polls this November where we can wipe the slate clean and usher in a new government that will follow the U.S. Constitution as it was originally written and not how a band of robed judges want it to be.

And replace it with what? Why don't we restore our republic to what was meant to be and keep it this time.

We don't have a government!!! Under the Clearfield decision the Supreme Court stated that once any government municipality accepts FRN's as payment they become a tort feasor to Article 1, section 10 of the Constitution and cease to be part of government at that time, lowering themselves to the standing of a mere private corporation subject to suit in equity. That is why their corporate rules do not apply to you unless you are an employee. Only a Federal employee can use a SSN! See USC 20 422.103 and 422.104. When they force you to pay the IRS taxes they are in violation of 18 USC 241, 242, 247, 872, 876, 880, 1581, 1583 and 1589. If you are jailed then they violate 18 USC 4001(a) and 42 USC 1945, 1983, 1984 and 1986 also. The Supreme Court ruled you have the right to kill them for this under the decision in the John Bad Elk case. This has never been overturned or challenged. Police be warned!
