As of October 15, 2015 the INTERNATIONAL COMMERCIAL OBLIGATION LIEN (INDICTMENT) has been filed against the AMERICAN BAR ASSOCIATION (A.B.A.), the INTERNATIONAL BAR ASSOCIATION (I.B.A.), and the UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (D.O.J.) and they have 90 days till January 13, 2016 to comply with the Affidavit and LIEN, as on the 91st day the Seizures will begin along with the Mandatory Arrests.
This is also an effect that the 'US citizen' does no longer exist as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC, no longer has control of its People as subjects and sub-corporations, but We the People have put in documentation that we are back the way we were prior to March 27, 1861 as FREE People and State citizens.
As of January 14, 2016 there can be an Arrest Warrant made on Bill Gates of Microsoft and his other Associate executives for failing to hand over their MICROSOFT, INC. stock to the People of America on this LIEN as it is presumed that the BAR Association had at least 10% of their Stock, and this goes for ALL Mega Corporations including JP Morgan, Bank of America, the IRS, INC., the FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM, INC., and even the UNITED NATIONS, INC. who owns the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC.!
Thus, if you look at it the right way as of January 14, 2016, Barrack Obama, who is the CEO of UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INC., can be Arrested along with ALL the other BAR Association members for failing to hand over its stock and property, back taxes, to the People and we don't need anything from the corporation of CONGRESS, INC. for Treason.
And you can go to the Extreme that if the Rothschilds FAIL to hand over the funds as in the LIEN, $279,000,000,000,000 (Trillion), as they own the FEDERAL RESERVE SYSTEM, INC., then we can have the Rothschilds arrested as well.
Haven't you heard of the domino theory, and these other People can not get out of it saying a corporation owns it as a living being must be at the end of that rope as paper cannot make decisions.
Now this can come down to your own employer as if they refuse to recognize you as an American citizen and step out from being a US citizen, they also disregarded this LIEN and they confessed to a crime as you are their Slave.
This is a suggestion to follow these steps as well as keep your eyes open for the upcoming verification documents and statements to the People of what is happening:

- End this year for your income taxes to claim Exempt on your W4 form to stop the Withholding, and inform your employer that it would be good for this last quarter to Refund ALL taxes every employee had withheld
- Before this year ends it would be good to try and see what happens if you file for the 3 prior years to get refunds and do it the way explained in item 5
- Come January when you file your taxes claim your Gross and then 100% as deductions and include the amount already paid to get a FULL Refund, include the Affidavit and LIEN with your tax return to the State and IRS, and show your tax preparer the Affidavit and LIEN as well, and if they refuse then notify the Sheriff, not your local police, of this refusal for their arrest warrant
- Make a statement to your employer that you are not a US citizen and as of January 1, 2016 it should be advised for them to follow thru with you as an American citizen and no taxes of any kind withheld
- Find out how to write a personal Promissory Note to write off your mortgage and give it to your bank, or else have them arrested for failing to comply with the House Joint Resolution 192 of JUNE 5, 1933 as We The People became the Creditors of the USA corporation and they use it for your Signature and they didn't tell you...

You provided a link to the lien, but there was no attachment for the 2 page item so we don't know where to get that one. If this lien actually has the power it claims to, this will be the game changer!

I fully agree with this, but the rest of the story is that he will be the last President of the CORPORATE UNITED STATES, INC.

You've heard of e-Verify? The way employers verify whether you are eligible to work in the United States (corporation).
Guess what, those HIB Visas are not to US Citizens.
Got eVerify yourself at the www.uscis.gov/e-verify, go ahead.
e-verify yourself as a US Citizen, and go back and e-verify yourself as a noncitizen national of the United States.
Watch the results are the same. You are eligible to work in the United States.
as a noncitizen national, there are some things that are federal you can't work on because of their process and if your employer has a contract with them, they will make sure you are not on those projects, but the employer will not discriminate based on race, creed, color, nationality, religion, origin, other.
So don't expect them to discriminate on muslims who are here legally, either.
The W-4 is a contract, you created it as a US Citizen, once you identify yourself as not the US Citizen, and then you must complete another e-verify with your employer, you can give them an I-9 form indicating your status as a noncitizen national of the United States, and then submit a new W-4, when you indicate exempt, you do not fill out exemptions, or status like head of household, because you are exempt. Someone on the internet, maybe Karl Lenz, maybe Paul Andrew Mitchell, said write, I do not wish to be a member of this organization, and sign the W-4.
Did I do this? Yes. Am I employed? Yes. You can't fill out papers saying you are a US Citizen, and then claim you aren't. You have to be used to not being an employee of the corporate government, and US Citizens in their code are their employees, and the IRS uses that info. My new employer kept asking for a Visa or proof I could work here, and I had to show them the screen print of eVerify to let the know I didn't need a green card or Visa, the same forms you showed to work ID, DL, birth certificate, those same forms still work. The immigration and naturalization Act of 1952, was passed and it is still in effect. Unless the Muslims have been here prior to 1952 then they are not here LEGALLY.

claim to be a creditor of the U.S. and you will go to jail. The judge should have known better. Its like trying to claim that you are a creditor to Walmart because you were born in their parking lot. Paying off your mortgage with a promissory note will not work either. you will lose your home. The Courts no longer recognize the UCC or Pro se litigants. I have had several attorneys tell me this including one international attorney. Articles like this get everyones hopes up but unfortunately the ideology is fatally flawed. I have a lot of experience in the legal field and quit after 10 years when I discovered our legal system is really an unlawful organized crime syndicate protecting the Banking fraud. Best thing to do is not file any of their forms, do not participate in the banking system and stockpile food, ammo and whatever else you need to defend your home and your family from the corporate goons referred to as police. For the same reasons you most likely did before you acquired your knowledge! The education system in this nation has been literally trashed for years and years and years - example: No child left behind and Common Core - both socialist lies and dumbing down. Nothing of value is taught in the public schools, and private schools are closely monitored and controlled as well so that the propaganda and programming are under the cabal's control. Even the law schools teach the 'wrong' legal and justice system and law practices, so the students for the most part have no idea what they are learning and practicing once in business for themselves. What you have learned needs to be taught to others. Condemning others for not knowing is unfair. Not criticizing you - just trying to make the point that there is a logical reason for people not knowing and understanding about our nation's history and law. Once we learn, should we not be informing others so we can turn our nation back to We the People? As we share what we learn, we are empowering others to follow. Unity of mind and purpose.
