They apply to you if you have and use an SSN or you file Federal Tax returns stating you are a Federal employee or a U.S. Corporation. If you are not their employee you do not need a permit to carry or travel. You must have a SSN to get a permit or a license. If you do not have or use the SSN then you are outside their jurisdiction and have immunity from prosecution in their courts under 28 USC 1603. I have proven it! Merry Christmas!!

I don't doubt you, but if you have proven it then can you provide your court case numbers so that the rest of us can look them up and use them as precedent?

I would love to know your secret how you were able to go through your life without a SSN or filing Federal Tax Returns so you could remain immune from prosecution. Please understand that I'm not doubting you nor being negative. If a person accepts a job, the employer demands your SSN before you can go to work for them. Perhaps you were self-employed using an EIN number if this is one way to circumvent the SSN? I am very curious to your statement: "I have proven it!" Would you care to elaborate? Also, how long ago did you learn to not file Fed. Tax returns and to not have a SSN? So many questions because I feel you learned the truth long before I woke up. Thank you and Merry Christmas to you and your family and all Christians and peace on earth to all.
