You can add to a scum of the earth b*****d thief who files a fraud tax return with YOUR NAME ON IT. YOU have already filed YOUR tax return, and whether you owe or get a refund, it's all a done deal. The IRS will be all over you like flies on s**t if YOU screw up in the least, and know every little last thing about you, but cannot or will not tell that a fraudulent return was filed with your name on it.

Got a friend who mopped the courtroom floor with the IRS on a 26 year tax evasion case. They never bothered him again.
