I have some shocking news.
Many of you know Nikki Follis, The Grow Network's customer happiness director. Gosh, Nikki handles all of TGN's e-mails, chats, and phone calls, plus some of our social media, so I'm sure you’ve interacted with her.
Nikki has just gone into the hospital. We are not sure how serious it is -- and let’s give the family some privacy and not go into details. But you need to know that since Nikki handles a lot of TGN's order shipping, some packages might be late as her family and the rest of the TGN team scramble to try to cover her work.
I believe in the power of prayer, and I hope you will join me in sending love and healing energy to Nikki and her family.
