---That elusive formula By
KEVIN P. PHILLIPS WASHINGTON-Our worsening gasoline shortage is once again
prompting the old rumor about a formula that can turn water into fuel. Although
you may say I'm being unscientifically optimistic, such a formula may exist. It
really may. This July, I quoted from an article in the U.S. Naval Institute
Proceedings of March, 1936, by Captain E. P. Jessop,USN, former senior engineer
of the New York Naval Shipyard. In it, Jessop recounted the fascinating tale of
a Portuguese named John Andrews, who gave the World War One U.S. Navy a
demonstration of a chemical that could turn water into fuel for
internal combustion engines. THE NAVY WAS SO impressed by Andrews'
invention that it tried to buy the formula for $2 million, but the inventor
disappeared. Previously, Andrews had been trying to sell the formula to
the British Navy, which had also expressed interest. But the Royal Navy officer
involved, Commander Ernest Nibbs , later speculated (in the U.S.
Naval Institute Proceedings of 1938) that Andrews must have been a faker.
Otherwise why did he drop out of sight? Why indeed? This first column elicited
a number of interesting letters from
persons acquainted with
Andrews or similar circumstances . Several provide fascinating
amplification of the story. TO BEGIN WITH, there may have been several
inventors along the Eastern seaboard with cheap fuel formulas of some sort. I
have letters from old Navy men describing similar World War One-era
demonstrations in the area between New London, Conn., and Cape Cod, Mass.
According to Captain Jessop's article, Andrews lived and worked in western
Pennsylvania , but this Portuguese background also suggests Southern New
England. Coastal Massachusetts has the nation's largest concentration of
Portuguese-Americans, most of them in maritime occupations. Secondly, the
Navy's support for scientific progress has never been effusive. Witness the
treatment of Adm. Hyman Rickover. One former naval officer who served in an
invention-related capacity writes: "THERE CAN HARDLY be a worse forum for
an inventor than the military service, at least as it was before the Navy's
Office of Research and Inventions. . . I do not find it odd at all that John
Andrews dropped out of sight--no doubt he had some assistance." (Erasmus:
I know where he was supposed to go to!) Other correspondents agree that
John Andrews was done in or spirited away. One Southerner whose grandfather
witnessed Andrews' 1916 demonstration for the Navy in Washington conveyed the
family's "consensus of opinion at the time that he (Andrews) has been
disposed of by the 'oil interests.' " More specifically, I recently
received a letter from an elderly Bostonian who wrote as follows: "John
Andrews lived on Harvard Avenue, Allston in 1916. He was married, and I went
out with his daughter, living as I did just around the corner. "SHE AT THE
TIME told me all about the discovery her father made as a chemist. Not the
ingredients, of course. The Navy failed to pick
this up immediately, but the Standard Oil Company did. She told me how her
father was shipped down to South America by the Standard Oil Company after they
bought his formula, and after that, she and her mother left
too." Considerable skepticism is in order. The oil companies
are easy scapegoats to fertilize that imaginary conspiracy. Even so. the whole
episode remains utterly fascinating: 1) Was there ever a formula? 2) Did(the
oil companies have it? (3) Can we expect the secret to re-emerge now that
cheaper petroleum economics no longer make it a threat to the oil industry?
Americans will probably never know the real story of Portuguese John Andrews,
but I cannot help nurturing the faint suspicion that prosperous
Andrews family descendants are living somewhere. Star readers Speak

I
am proposing to pass my proposed Omni Law in America and our current target
date is in 2014. I already have a planned huge national and world food industry
to be set up in America shortly after passage of the Omni Law (full name on our
website is The Omnibus Civil Rights Act For America). My father invented this
Vatican endorsed trade secret industrial food process which university tests of
years ago said must be established in the diet of Americans and other races on
earth before the biological collapse of the human race occurs. The red flag
warning from nature is when cancer gets too high among humans, the collapse and
biological extinction of the human race on earth is next! My father's great
food discovery was according to university tests of years ago the only proven
antidote to keep the human race alive after the human race heavily enters the
red flag warning area of pending extinction of the human race on earth.
Interesting item that Al Gore wrote the foreword years ago to a science book
which collected medical reports from medical labs all over the world predicting
the collapse and end of the human race very soon now unless an antidote is
found to save the human race from pending extinction on earth. My father's
great food discovery is the antidote that these medical labs say must be found
before it is too late to save the human race on earth. I am not convinced that
Al Gore was on solid ground endorsing the Global Warning Theory, but I think
that he was on safer scientific ground when writing this foreword for this
science book summarizing a collection of over 2,000 medical labs
reporting across the world and warning that an antidote must be found fast
or else biological end of the human race on earth.
I
am also considering setting up the John Andrews Process after passage of the
Omni Law. If it can be established then, why not? If a problem blocks this
proposed energy crisis answer, I do have this other process almost as good for
making a cheap auto fuel out of coal and water and frankly should not be a
problem polluting the atmosphere. If America has auto fuel substitute industry
one or else auto fuel substitute industry two, or both, why not let
Americans get cheaper auto fuel in America and why not let oil companies
who are pro-American carry this in their gas stations? If the price difference
between standard gasoline produced from oil or else a substitute auto fuel made
from coal and water is substantial enough, we can make this worthwhile in
lower cost for Americans to buy, worthwhile for gas stations across America to
buy from their present oil companies in America, and still have a profit
margin going to finance my proposed Camelot Project in America which would be
intended to be the greatest research and development center in the world and
found new industries for America and the world to enrich America but also all
other nations on earth as well. Oil can still be used to make plastics and
chemicals with. And we might even have some special angles pioneered by us in
new products made from oil so the oil industry won't even need to refine
gasoline anymore to be very rich and prosperous across the world. For example,
use Henry Ford's old idea of making cars from super plastic made from such as
oil instead of from metal! Lighter weight cars made from plastic strong enough
to replace steel in cars and we might lower the cost to buy cars,
drive cars, and lower costs for doing certain types of servicing and repairing
of cars if needed.
The old fossil leadership in Congress and federal agencies and White House
may not understand how to use improvements in technology to boom the American
and world economy, but our bright boys at our Camelot will help to boom the
economy for all nations on earth including of course America! Of course our
Camelot is intended to be the most advanced community in the world once totally
built. Research and development center, advanced agricultural farming systems,
huge shopping area with Camelot medieval flavor to the appearance of stores but
still sell such as the latest electrical devices, etc. as sold anywhere else, a
manufacturing area but you won't see that (!), a very colorful medieval
town or city appearance to it with a huge Gothic style super cathedral there
which I plan to build as the largest in the world but to offer services for the
main branches of Christianity, cultural centers, museums of several sorts,
beautiful parks, a huge library system, educational facilities for those living
there including probably the leading engineering and science university in the
world once set up. Our kids will get an outstanding education there equal
to the finest private schools in the world and our kids will likely be the
smartest kids in the world because we will make them so sharp through our
superior educational system. I went to private schools and know how the game is
played to give a super education to the students!
Once built,
Camelot should be a strong tourist attraction also as we likely will also build
a Camelot Park with rides, restaurants, etc. like leading tourist attraction
amusement parks in America. But have our Camelot medieval theme to it but very
colorful. People living there will not want to live anywhere else. We will have
beautiful apartments for those living there, and probably some beautiful hotels
for tourists visiting there. All these things will come forth because we
started with two or more smart national and world industries to be located
there. We will have the Vatican endorsed food product there for a national
and world industry creating jobs there for people wanting to work there. I
would like to have a library composed of all the manuscripts in the Vatican
Library as many early Christian writings are in their collection also. Also,
want to pick up the Holy Cup from the Last Supper of Christ as I think I know
where it is hidden in Europe. We would display this but in a well guarded
display area. We will have answers for the oil crisis and energy crisis of
the world, but not polluting our atmosphere. Also, I am a strong critic of
present banking and our Camelot Bank once set up will potentially become the
leading bank in the world for financial soundness, worldwide trading, banking
options very profitable no other bank in the world would offer at this time.
And we will have an inside membership center for those who backed us before
passage of our proposed Omni Law and they will have first access to powerful deals
not available to others on first options such as setting up new national
and world industries. Our pioneered new technologies will lead to new
industries with products likely all will want once available! And our health
center for our inside members will have powerful health answers probably such
as to stop all future diseases for our insider members and maybe extend their
lives in good health from an extra 50 years of longevity or if certain private
health lab tests we know about which worked apply to humans also, we may be
able to add from one hundred to several hundred years extra of great
health and longevity to our insider members which logically from science should
be the case. I strongly believe in rewarding those who backed us when all this
started and for those who strongly opposed us, you will be an outsider and your
money cannot buy you a membership in our insider membership club once set
up unless we see reason later on to expand this membership to others also.
I also propose to set up at this Camelot location which will be huge a large
number of TV stations but can operate through the internet to broadcast to even
all nations on earth. We will broadcast old quality TV programs which were
classics and favorites. Also, we will produce many quality TV programs for our
TV stations including entertainment, culture, education, news, and also
including full length movies with Hollywood grade quality to their production.
We also will have a business center where the facilities are available to set
up national and world deals through. We will have foreign governments
represented there so fast world deals can be set up which bless America and
also the nations dealt with! Contrary to Wash., D.C., we will be a leader in
many fields for mankind and bless mankind with all we do! Well planned
cities can supply the leadership to boom the economies of nations! And as J.
Paul Getty (once called the richest man in the world) once pointed out, we
should also offer quality culture to the people because just money without good
culture with it makes for inferior nations, inferior happiness and
inferior living in such nations.
When something powerful is started in society, there always has to be the man
with the giant dream who turns the dream into reality! Someone had to come up
with the idea to build the Suez Canal, the Panama Canal, Hoover Dam, a
great cathedral, a great museum, DisneyWorld, and so on! Even the great highway
system of America may secretly have been built for military reasons under President
Eisenhower, but still blessed the economy and helped to bring all of America
closer together! I have this dream or vision of building this fantastic Camelot
on earth. It will require technical skills such as in engineering, science,
etc., but we will have a great pool of very smart and brilliant
professionals in every field required. Also, to me this will be fun building as
I like to be creative with giant projects like this! Really I will be the
team leader as we want the answers of many bright people pooled together like
Walt Disney did, not just one man with a powerful and feasible dream that can
be made reality. And professionals talented in architecture, etc. will turn
this dream of a modern Camelot on earth into reality! Four of us
already scouted out the land we wanted and the rest is just following through
on the commitment made! It is like the old Miami Beach story in real estate.
You had reality starting first just as a dream looking at empty
ocean beaches at one location in Florida. Pictured building a tourist
attraction city by the ocean beaches and this dream was made reality
because people were committed to the dream first shown in artistic
interpretations what the city would look like once built. We can turn
into reality what we can visualize first!
This practices Bible principles such as those who back a prophet share in a
prophet's reward before God. And the Parable of the Ten Virgins by Jesus
Christ, the virgins who prepared are rewarded. Those who did not care unfortunately
cannot get in with the wise virgin Christians when the living quarters are
sealed up for those already inside! The Essene Community credited with the Dead
Sea Scrolls at Qumram were hoping that they would fulfill the ancient Jewish
prophecy of the great community of the elect of God who would show up in the
Last Days before Jacob's Trouble. They would be the greatest followers of God
in all of human history! The first Christians such as even St. Augustine judged
the "Camp Of The Saints" mentioned in Revelation would be this great
city of the elect of God mentioned in earlier prophecies. The ancient Roman
Sibylline prophecies were honored by the early Christians as they taught
about One God, coming of the Messiah, prophecies similar to early Old Testament
prophecies, and one prophecy of the Last Days about this great city of the
elect of mankind and followers of God who would startle the world with their
greatness when they suddenly arose shortly before the evil leader of mankind
arose to power. They would not have to go through the world tribulation when

thought America would become the latter-day Israel and New Jerusalem before
Jesus returned. If George Washington were here today, he would probably endorse
our Camelot Project and also seek to live there once we build it! Americans
have not been taught in their schools the prophetic vision George
Washington had for the future of America. He looked for America to become the
world leader to mass spread the Christian Gospel to all of mankind on earth. He
looked for America to be a continuation of the race and nation of ancient
Israel through the covenant established by Jesus Christ. He referred to the
ancient history of Israel as "our history" of "our
forefathers." Through Christ we are made part of the covenant of
Abraham for those who become his descendants through their faith in God. So
judged George Washington as well as many Christian pastors back in his time who
taught a same basic concept of America as he believed in. And he said that
Jesus Christ was the King of America during the American Revolution and
afterwards. He in a first official address to his American soldiers
fighting in the Continental Army under him said that his soldiers were the
soldiers of Jesus Christ their King in America and fighting the American
Revolution for their King Jesus Christ. The rallying cry of the Committees of
Correspondence which organized the American Revolution to found America as a
nation was, "We will have no King but Jesus!"
It is time for the Christians to return to their Christian roots of 1776 which
founded America as a Christian nation, not secular, not pagan, not evil, but
Christian and proud of it! When Benjamin Franklin became Ambassador to France,
he told in a pamphlet to the French people that America was a Christian
nation and 99% of all the people in America were Christians with only 1%
"infidels" which you had to go far and wide to find anywhere in the
Thirteen Colonies. Thomas Jefferson in his support of Christianity said,
"The Bible is the cornerstone of all liberty!" He while President
pushed that the Bible and the Christian Watts Hymnal be the two required
textbooks used in all schools of America. He also used federal funds to
evangelize American Indians so they could become Christians and
"join" the American people and Christian culture of America as a
nation. If you never heard this history, then you were brainwashed in "politically
correct" schools with the Marxist written version of American history
instead of the historically true account how America was founded in reality in
America. As the Soviet spy ring boasted to my industrialist father around 1950
and boasting why America would become a Communist nation later on and he could
not stop them from winning in America, they said that they had infiltrated
American education and changed American history taught from Christian values to
Marxist values as the new version of American history taught by our Communist
taken over schools of America. My father reported this meeting with the
Soviet spy ring to the F.B.I. after the surprise Soviet spy ring meeting
with him in New York City in I recall as 1950. They also said that they
controlled the civil rights movement in America and would use the tricked
Blacks to put radicals into Congress until the government and nation were
made a Communist nation through radicalized Congress. After winning America,
they would then exterminate the Black race in America through work camps, etc.
such as first pioneered by the Nazis for extermination of targeted races.
They had captured the Nazi papers from the concentration camps and would follow
their system to get rid of the Blacks. They said that the Blacks were an
"inferior race" and a successful Communist society could not be built
upon an "inferior" race. I got ahold of a Communist book from London,
England and noticed that Karl Marx, founder of Communism, used as his insult
for those that he hated, he called them "Nigger Jews." He
had been in America awhile and picked up the "N" word
from then. He also wrote the book "A World Without Jews" where
he said if you eliminated all the Jews from the world, then a successful
workers' paradise could then be established on earth. Unless the top leadership
of the Communists have changed position and no longer hold Karl Marx as the
"Pope" of Communism, he wanted to get rid of the Blacks and the Jews
once Communism won! Just telling you the truth that your public Communist influenced
schools hid from you! Also, Gus Hall, head of the American Communist Party,
before he died commented at a national Communist picnic that it was no longer
necessary for the Communists to run Communist candidates for national office as
the Democrats were now running on the same platform as the Communist Party
stood for in America. In effect, the Democratic Party was now the new Communist
Party of America according to Gus Hall!
The Christians don't have
a war going on with the Blacks or Jews, but the Communist movement under Karl
Marx likes to murder races and has marked Blacks and Jews to be gotten rid of
if they still follow the racial policy of Karl Marx.
