Grandma Yellen Pats Markets on the Head and Sends them off to Bed … with a Warm Glass of Poison

Federal Reserve balance sheet reduction not happening yet even as the Fed applauds its own success
The sweet grande dame of the central bankster world sees nothing but the brightest future to the furthest horizons for the markets she has been nurturing with her benevolent “wealth effect,” as one of her close colleagues called it. While Grandpa Greenspan routinely warns now that stock and bond markets are in bubbles, Grandma Yellen says,

I don’t want to label what we’re seeing as a bubble. But I would say that asset valuations are generally elevated.… For the stock market, the ratio of price to earnings…is near the high end of its historical range. If we look at for example of commercial real estate and other assets, we’re seeing high valuations.

In other words, we should really be calling it the “everything bubble” where stocks, real estate and “other assets” (such as bonds) are all at the top their curves. But that should be no concern; and, of course, she would not label any of these things as “bubbles” because that would mean she has presided over years of creating an empty world full of financial troubles.
“Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble” would, however, be the best words to describe Yellen’s policy and what is to come out of it….

An Open Letter to the FBI

An Open Letter to the FBI

When LaVoy Finicum was murdered by the FBI two years ago during the Oregon Malheur protest, all the government abuses I had spoken of on my radio really hit home.  They lived near me and I had interviewed most of them prior to going to Oregon.

In light of the current headlines exposing the depth of the FBI corruption and collusion, maybe now the nation can finally grasp how this agency really operates.  The FBI corruption also ran deep in the Oregon protest, too.

As the media lied and twisted the narrative of what transpired, I felt compelled to shine a light on the truth of what really happened to LaVoy Finicum.

I penned this letter after attending his heartbreaking funeral.

An Open Letter To The FBI

I’ve thought about you, all three of you with your guns pointed at LaVoy Finicum. The video still haunts me.

I would have been the first one to give you the benefit of the doubt. I was raised around law enforcement. I know good men in law enforcement. But that changed for me, as it did thousands of Americans, with the events that unfurled in Oregon as I felt utterly stunned at what I viewed in that video.

I watched the grainy version of the video that the FBI administration released of LaVoy Finicum's death, even though I knew that, with our technology today, they have better, more clear footage and footage with audio from this event. But you will not release that.  It is too incriminating for the FBI. They did this with purpose to deceive the public and that video would have revealed to the world your actions that day.

This footage you did release left people arguing about what they were seeing in the blurry video rather than to bring their attention to the way that three FBI agents ambushed and murdered an innocent, non-violent rancher with no criminal history. A man with a large family. A good man. A man who never threatened you.

The FBI had clearly set this up in advance with stops prepared and dozens of agents ready to end the protest because four weeks of a land rights issues protest was all the patience they could muster.

The protesters had left the ranch many times before and on this day we’re headed for a meeting to inform ranchers of their rights. You knew that. You stopped the two cars and started shooting at LaVoy’s truck full of passengers - unprovoked. They never brandished a weapon against you.

Finicum told you he was driving to the Sheriff's office for protection from you. The only place he felt safe. You fired on his vehicle. You could have just followed him if you had ever intended to have a peaceful outcome but that was never your intention.

Finicum knew why the local law enforcement wasn’t invited to this event - why the local Sheriff was intentionally kept at bay - Finicum feared what you would do to him with no local oversight. The Sheriff of Grant County, just over the county line where you ambushed him, valued Constitutional rights and Finicum knew the Sheriff would never approve of an ambush on the highway and and execution of a protester.

A tax-paying citizen who loved America could not trust you and fled for his life because he knew you could murder him and get away with it. Let that sink in.

When Finicum got out of his vehicle with his hands up, within seconds you gathered around him and shot him in the back.

You shot him in the back.

Who would carry out such a cowardly deed? Who would follow orders to shoot a rancher with his hands up and shoot him in the back seconds after getting out of his vehicle? The three of you would do this. What were you thinking? How do you reconcile this in your head and in your heart?

No talking? Not one attempt at a peaceful negotiation? At the refuge all he did was talk to you, never threatened you. His hands were UP. Did your conscience allow you to shoot him without any reservation?

After his lifeless body dropped into the snow, you cared so little for this fellow citizen that you walked around his body and didn’t check for a pulse for 15 minutes? Why? Because of your guilt or because you had such little regard for him or for human life in general? Both of those answers are equally terrifying to me.

Moments later you shot rounds of ammunition into Finicum’s truck with scared women inside screaming for help - trying to surrender. You threw gas cans inside the vehicle. Is this how you do it now? Are you sincerely okay with this? Look at what you have become. By a miracle they survived.

Before you hunted him down and silenced him like wild game, Finicum carried out two heroic acts. As he turned the blind corner on the highway, he almost ran into your barricade head on, as vehicles and men stood standing in the middle of the highway at your “stop”. He veered to the left on the snowbank to avoid hitting you. To preserve your lives. He then got out of the vehicle with his hands up to divert your attention from his truck with passengers inside, so you would stop firing upon them. To preserve their lives. This is the man you surrounded and killed within seconds. You killed a hero.

I wonder what has happened to my America where you could easily tell the good guys from the bad guys. Are you mercenaries now? Carrying out executions on demand? Have you realized yet that you did the bidding of a 'government' that is seeking to violate the property rights and steal the land of your fellow citizens? Do you realize that you are a citizen and that these ranchers were standing up for YOUR rights, too? Or have you not realized this.

Most Americans won’t take the time to do the research to find out that you shot him in the back before he ever reached for his stomach – the area where you shot him. And your bosses instructed the media to tell everyone he reached for a gun to justify this cowardly act of murder on a fellow citizen. What a pathetic cover-up for your actions that day.

I’m asking all three of you who carried out the execution of Finicum, to RESIGN.

Resign, because I have to know that you will never be allowed to act with force again. I have to know that men like you would not be allowed to continue on as FBI agents. If you are rewarded for this dastardly act, I will lose all faith in our justice system.

We need men with a conscience and a soul in law enforcement.

We need good men who are there to protect the citizens rights. Your fellow men.

You took an oath to defend the Constitution. Did you understand this oath when you excitedly repeated its words to get your badge? It wasn’t a promise. It was an oath. An oath to protect and to serve- us. LaVoy was one of US.

Are you going to protect us or are you going to protect orders? Even if those orders compel you to disregard someone’s Constitutional rights in the most brazen and corrupt and evil way? Was this you “just doing your job”, so that you could end their protest?

Millions of people have died as a result of those ” just doing their job”. Under Hitler. Under Stalin. Is this who you have become? Shooting someone with their hands up because you were told to?

You can no longer hide behind the lie that you felt threatened enough to shoot him dead. With a dozen or more of you ready to attack him, the only one that felt threatened was Finicum, I assure you. You murdered an innocent man. The salt of the earth. A man who would have stood up for you and who would have respected you. A man who would have shaken your hand and talked to about his love for America. You killed him.

Let me ask you this. In all of your years in the FBI, how many ranchers have ever threatened you or have drawn weapons on you? I’m guessing the thugs you deal with everyday do not include ranchers and farmers.

How many ranchers over the years have left their working farms, to protest over the stealing of another ranchers land and imprisonment? I’m guessing probably none.

Here’s the difficult question. After decades of government abuse to rancher’s property rights, how many ranchers have YOU defended, or aided, or stood for - because you did take an oath to defend the Constitutional rights of those in your care.

I am going to guess that you have never stood for any of these men against the abuse of the government. You have become pawns. You are protecting the 'governments' special interests, not the people’s.

Resign, so I can sleep at night with some of my faith in America restored.

Resign, so I can tell my kids to respect the FBI.

Resign, because I need to know there are no monsters out there with guns and badges that will do anything they are told to do, like killing innocent Americans, because we could be next.

Resign.

You may be a fellow citizen, but you are not my fellow American.

Amtrak may have been on wrong track in crash that killed 2, but it says freight line controls signals

A Miami-bound Amtrak train appeared to be on the wrong track when it collided with a freight train in South Carolina early Sunday, killing two people and injuring 116, according to authorities.

South Carolina Gov. Henry McMaster said at a news conference that a CSX freight train appeared to be on a loading track when the Amtrak train with 147 people aboard slammed into it at 2:35 a.m. in Cayce, South Carolina, just east of Columbia.

"It appears that the Amtrak was on the wrong track," McMaster said at the news conference midday Sunday. "They weren't supposed to be meeting right there by the bridge, clearly. And it may be a time factor, but that's what it appears to me. But I defer to those who are experts in that and do have the correct information, but it appears that Amtrak was on the wrong track."
The two people who died were the train conductor and engineer, the county coroner said.
Amtrak officials said in a statement that they are "deeply saddened" by the deaths of its employees and that the agency is cooperating fully with the National Transportation Safety Board and the Federal Railroad Administration in the investigation of the crash.
Amtrak officials with the passenger railroad said the freight line controls signaling and dispatch on the rails.
Richard Anderson, Amtrak's president and chief executive officer, told reporters in a telephone news conference that CSX railroad operates all aspects of the tacks in the area the crash occurred.
"They are in complete control of the track, the signaling, the switching and, in fact, our train engineers and conductors as we move over their railroad are directed and in regular contact with the dispatch center at CSX," Anderson said.
He said the switching system in the area was down for maintenance at the time of the crash and the train crew was communicating with a CSX dispatcher via a telephone communication system between. He sad at the time of the crash, the signaling system that controls traffic on the four tracks in the area was down for maintenance.
"Normally the train is directed by the dispatcher and the dispatcher in this case was CXS," Anderson said. "The control of which train is on which track is within the authority of the dispatcher and the host railroad that controls the switch."
He said Amtrak train 91, which was traveling from Penn Station in New York to Miami, should have been on the main line, but it was directed to tracks just east of it, where a CXS train loaded with automobiles was parked.
The Amtrak locomotive struck the rear of the CXS train, Anderson said. The speed the Amtrak train was going at the time of the collision is still under investigation, but Anderson said he believed the speed limit in the area is 59 miles per hour.
ABC News reached out CSX, but the company did not immediately respond to requests for comment.
The crash came just five days after an Amtrak train carrying Republican members of Congress collided with a garbage truck in western Virginia, killing one passenger and injuring several others.
Today's wreck was the third fatal Amtrak incident since mid-December.
The two Amtrak employees killed Sunday are 54-year-old Michael Kempf, the train engineer, and 36-year-old Michael Cella, the train conductor, said Margaret Fisher, coroner for Lexington County, South Carolina. Kempf was from Savannah, George, and Cella from Orange Park, Florida, Fisher said.

Both men were in the first car, the engine car, when the collision occurred, the coroner said. She said she spoke on the phone to the wives of both men.
"They were very distraught, very shocked, as anyone would be in this situation," the coroner, Fisher, said.
Fisher added that given the size of the trains involved and how many people were aboard the Amtrak, "You would have expected more fatalities."
The more than 100 people injured suffered everything from minor cuts to broken bones, McMaster said. At least 62 people were treated at three hospitals in the area, said Dr. Eric Brown, the executive physician for Palmetto Health.
He said three children were among those treated at hospitals.
Brown said six people were admitted to hospitals for more severe injuries, including head trauma.

Anderson said that besides the P-42 locomotive, the Amtrak train was comprised of three coach cars, a cafe lounge car, two sleeper cars and a baggage car.
Alexandra Delgado of Tampa, Florida, told ABC News she boarded the train in Raleigh, North Carolina, about 9:30 p.m. Saturday and was riding the rails because she's terrified to fly. She said she was sitting in a car near the front of the train when the crash occurred.
"People were screaming. I thought I was gonna die. I didn't think I was gonna survive that," Delgado said as she waited at Palmetto Health Baptist Hospital in Columbia to be treated for two injured knees. "When we crashed, everyone got ejected from their seats... Trays all over."
She said her sister-in-law, who was sitting next to her on the train, suffered a shattered ankle. She said she saw an elderly woman with a bloodied face and a bone sticking out of her leg, and another women who was sitting in front of her with a severe jaw injury.
"Don't ask me to get on another train," Delgado said. "I'm never gonna get on a train."
Passenger Derek Pettaway told ABC News that he and his wife were in a sleeper car near the back of the train when the crash occurred.
"There was a lot of violent shaking and everything just came to a stop, and I hit my head on the wall," said Pettaway, 33, of the Philadelphia area, who was traveling with his wife, Erin, 32, to Orlando for vacation. "When it was happening, it was quick. You just knew it was not the regular type of movement."

"The cafe car, which was located just in front of our car, was completely folded in half," he said.
Amtrak staff quickly got people off the train, Pettaway said. He said he was taken to a hospital and treated for a bump on his head and whiplash and that his wife was not injured. After he was released from the hospital, he reunited with his wife at a makeshift shelter at a school near where the train crash occurred.
White House officials said President Trump, who is in South Florida today, was briefed on the train crash.
"My thoughts and prayers are with all of the victims involved in this mornings train collision in South Carolina. Thank you to our incredible First Responders for the work they’ve done!" Trump said in a tweet.
As Amtrak's initial statement on the collision said, "Amtrak Train 91, operating between New York and Miami, came in contact with a CSX freight train at around 2:35 am in Cayce, South Carolina."
The statement continued, "The lead engine derailed, as well as some passenger cars. There were 8 crew members and approximately 139 passengers, with injuries reported. Local authorities are on the scene responding. More information will be provided as available."
CSX said in a statement, "This morning at approximately 2:30 a.m., an incident involving a CSX train and an Amtrak train occurred in Cayce, SC near Dixiana Road and S.R. 26. Reports of injuries have been confirmed. An emergency response plan has been activated to provide full support. Lexington County authorities have been notified and are responding to the incident. Additional information will be made available as details of the incident are confirmed."
A spokesperson for Lexington Medical Center in West Columbia, South Carolina, told ABC News that it received 25 patients with minor injuries. The spokesperson added that Palmetto Health Center also received patients, but the number of patients and the injuries sustained is unclear.
Gov. McMasters said there was a rapid response from numerous emergency crews. He said the National Transportation Safety Board was sending a crew to investigate, and that South Carolina State Police and the FBI were assisting in the investigation.

"I know it's a Sunday morning and a lot of folks are going to church. I would ask that they say a prayer for these people involved," McMaster said.
The NTSB will investigate the incident. The NTSB go team will consist of more than a dozen investigators and support staff. Chairman of the NTSB board Robert Sumwalt will be the board member of the Go Team, an NTSB spokesperson told ABC News.

With every post I ask that you please take into consideration the idea of  giving it forward by helping one that has fought the good fight for over eight years all the while studying the  law... treaties and finding remedy.
Before Standing Rock, in North Dakota there was Michael-Howard-Reed One man advocating and researching to help the Native Original people:
All funds go direct into his account with a westernunion dot com  deposit. He receives a card upon his release which  his release is imminent, and can use that card for necessary  expenses; needs and  transactions.  If you prefer giving as an anonymous , send it to him  via US MAIL. Please send it to his Father who will administer the funds to him immediately as Michael needs electricity and a phone at his " camper" literally, where he will be living there in North Dakota. The federal probation and parole requires this phone  to contact him  during the "180 days of in home detention".
Michael will also actively seek the presidential pardon as there are many errors and omissions in the cases where he was prosecuted. In my scope of vision he has been and is a targeted individual and is a victim of "Legal Abuse Syndrome" which creates  post traumatic stress in people.
He has been "profiled"  with extreme prejudice and his privacy has been violated, his home ransacked, has had theft of his private property and work product, and unmercilessly cyber harassed by the 501 C 3 groups like the ADL, Anti Defimation hate group and the SPLC hate group that teaches their form of racial bigotry and hate to LEO'S, Law enforcement officers, while attempting to target, create chaos, print lies, and innuendoes using their methods of baal - witchcraft. We are now seeing the results of those actors now in the District/ AKA Rome/ Washington City where the GODDESS COLUMBIA is atop every building that should be removed . The same place where the military arm of the Jesuits influenced the populace during the formation of the experiment THE UNITED STATES .
Many are afraid to speak out to advocate for others on this subject, I claim my position and clearly state that when the agencies create a disability the same agencies/ administrations has to provide a remedy to those that are injured. ( Take a look in the mirror.)  ... And clearly proclaim that I am to " Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves,*  for the rights of all who are destitute.*  Speak up and judge fairly;*  defend the rights of the poor and needy.* "

This is a   fervent appeal to all agencies both federal and The STATE of North Dakota, and to all who may read this to be aware and offer him safe entry, safe passage, goodwill and  kindness as well as mercy in all of his activities as one neutral, peaceful, high contracting man who is Native original of the Cherokee, Delaware nations.
You may write to Michael or the President in D.C. or both about this at anytime. Michael expects to hear back via us mail this week of Feb. 04,2018- from the probation and parole office.
Many of you aren't aware that the prisons are having a very hard time keeping employees, and are way understaffed, at least in Arizona where many work double shifts. I hear other prisons are the same.

Train Wrecks, Panic, and The Constitution

FBI Didn't Want Body Cams At Roadblock Where LaVoy Finicum Was Killed

If you are setting up something like that, where you have a virtual army lined up, why in the world would you not want as much recording as possible from all possible angles?  There's really only one reason, and we all know what it is.

FBI Supervisory Special Agent W. Joseph Astarita is facing several charges related to the attempted murder and coverup of shots he took at LaVoy Finicum as he exited his vehicle after dodging a roadblock setup by the FBI and Oregon State Police on January 26, 2016.  However, it is coming to light now that the FBI did not want the police to wear their standard body cameras at the roadblock.

First of all, Astarita's trial is to begin sometime this month.  He was indicted, but unlike those that were arrested that fateful day in January and held for nearly 2 years facing trials in which they were both acquitted and had dismissed because the prosecution was violating the law and their rights, he was allowed to walk on after entering a not guilty plea and was not held on bail.

FBI Special-Agent-in-Charge Greg Bretzing, who ran the operation in Oregon and had a sordid history with Bureau of Land Management Special-Agent-in-Charge at Bundy Ranch, Dan Love, apparently made the request regarding the body cameras.

This was made known in a motion filed by Astarita's attornies, in which they requested that four of the five charges he is facing be dismissed.

Shari Dovale at RedoubtNews.com reports:
The motion outlines the government’s version of events on January 26, 2016. It also states that the FBI requested the State police were not to wear their standard body cameras.
This is a highly unusual request, especially in the current societal climate. It generally benefits officers to have their actions recorded during potentially dangerous events.
To have the FBI’s elite Hostage Rescue Team specifically request assisting officers not wear them does not bode well for the expected outcome for the civilians involved.
In an additional apparent lack of transparency, they FBI also asked that subsequent interviews with agents not be recorded. This was, again, unusual as questioning is normally recorded, as the FBI well knows.
It would seem that the FBI had planned from the beginning to attempt to hide many of their actions, relying only on the long-range cameras from overhead planes.
It brings up many questions, such as whether or not the HRT team was instigating fear in the OSP officers with their shots, attempting to get them to murder the occupants of the truck?
Exactly!  If you are setting up something like that, where you have a virtual army lined up, why in the world would you not want as much recording as possible from all possible angles?  There's really only one reason, and we all know what it is.

There's no doubt that there was a lot of tension that was unnecessary and as demonstrated by the men being acquitted, there was absolutely no need to have set up the roadblock in the first place.  However, we know from documents obtained that the orders came straight from DC and the Oregon governor's office.

The death of LaVoy Finicum was remembered just a week ago on the second anniversary when his widow and family filed a wrongful death lawsuit against multiple individuals and agencies, including the FBI, the BLM, Love, and Bretzing.

A Very Brief Gun Story.

A wild eyed (and butt ugly) old woman walked
into a crowded bar in downtown Washington , DC waiving an un-holstered
pistol and yelled out "I have a .45 caliber Colt 1911, with a seven
round magazine, plus one in the chamber.  I want to know who's been
sleeping with my
husband?"

A female voice from the back of the room
called out,

"You Need More Ammo,
Hillary!"

Coroner Defies Court Order: Won't Release Las Vegas Shooter's Autopsy Report

Seriously, it's been four months already! The body has been cremated! The family finally got the remains in a box marked "evidence" over three months after the shooting and the autopsy report hasn't been finalized?  Wait, were the same guys in the autopsy room that were there when the doctors and coroners examined John F Kennedy?

Clark County Nevada Coroner John Fudenberg has determined to defy a court order from a district court judge to release the autopsy report of Las Vegas shooter Stephen Paddock.

Though the order was issued on Tuesday, Fudenberg conferred with others and seems determined to not release the autopsy report until, as he said, it is "finalized," The Las Vegas Review-Journal reported, which sued for the autopsy report.

“I don’t believe this is consistent with what the court ordered,” said Las Vegas attorney Maggie McLetchie, who represents the Las Vegas Review-Journal and The Associated Press in their November action demanding the release of the reports. “They (the coroner’s office) have delayed this for too long, and whatever stage the coroner’s report on Paddock is in, it should be provided to the Review-Journal and Associated Press without further delay. No more games. Release the records.”

“The court correctly recognized the presumption of public access to records, even when a mass tragedy occurs,” McLetchie added. “(The judge) also rejected arguments by the coroner’s office that there were any privacy interests with regards to the autopsy of Stephen Paddock, let alone any that outweighed the strong presumption of access to records in Nevada.”

“The shooter’s body was cremated Dec. 21," said Review-Journal Editor-in-Chief Keith Moyer added.  "How can the autopsy report not be ‘finalized’ when the body was cremated more than five weeks ago? The law is squarely on the side of the public’s right to open government.”

That's exactly right!  Something is rotten in Denmark!  On top of that, we have questions as to whether the body was even that of Stephen Paddock, given the fact that certain elements of the Paddock in the preliminary police report, which mentioned the autopsy, are apparently at odds with the Paddock of other documentation.

McLetchie has been trying to obtain as much information for the public as possible, including video of Paddock at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Casino.
However, she has been told by Las Vegas Metro Police Department attornies that they can't release that information until they finalize their investigation into other suspects which may also produce charges in the case.

“The coroner’s office has fought to keep autopsy reports confidential,” the Review-Journal.

The coroner was ordered on January 11 to pay nearly $32,000 in legal costs to the Review-Journal because it refused to release public records.
While the preliminary report indicated the Paddock died of a gun shot wound to the head through the mouth, it's all the details that aren't given that seem to be problematic for the coroner to release.

By the way, the toxicology report was not mentioned in the preliminary report.
