The agent, who was of Japanese ancestry but who spoke French and English better than Japanese, claimed he came from a super-elite of Japanese Jews who represent 1% of the Japanese population. He kept referring to “average people,” pointing to nearby passersby with contempt as if they were almost an inferior species not worth protecting. Of course it is easy to feel superior if you are born into a world of billions of dollars and servants who do everything for you, including think.
The negotiations took place at the same time as George Soros gathered a bunch of the same old Council on Foreign Relations and Bilderberg hacks for a “Bretton Woods II” conference that was largely ignored. It was largely ignored because this group has proven, with their rapacious actions over the past few decades, that they are not qualified to run the international financial system.
Not only that, they have been using forged documentation to justify their control over the global financial system. Basically, if you ask them who gave them the right to create money out of thin air, they say it is God. If you ask them to prove that God gave it to them, they suddenly get evasive and embarrassed. God created life and the universe, but God did not create the Federal Reserve Board. It was a bunch of greedy oligarchs who did that.
On a more down to earth level, the $1 trillion Neil Keenan lawsuit is finally reaching a crucial stage. People from all over the world have been providing evidence of crimes by the criminal cabal that owns the Washington D.C. corporate government. The constant flow of new information meant extra-legal preparations were needed and that is why the case has been pending for so long.
In a sign people are getting nervous though, last week Bill Clinton, Carl Rove, Tim Geithner, Paul Volcker and Bilderberg Chairman Ettiene D’avignon were among the many luminaries calling about the case.
The main reason for their concern is that the plaintiffs have now gotten their hands of a book of codes, together with screen shots confirming their validity, that show all major financial transactions of the past 30 years. This means the lawsuit will be able to prove such things as that Al Qaeda and the Pentagon are being financed by the same people.
The military allies of the White Dragon Society, for their part, are seriously considering putting the 1 million or so American Satanists into the Fema camps that were being prepared for American Christians.
The Gnostics, meanwhile, who chased the US military out of Libya and Kosovo, say they have now once again planted a suitcase nuclear bomb near BIS headquarters in Switzerland. They say that unless the financial elite agree to start a meritocratic system of governance over finance that they will “turn all the gold in Swiss vaults into nuclear waste.” These are dangerous people but we have confirmed from multiple intelligence agency sources that they have serious capabilities.
Their more moderate faction is waiting for the right timing to hand over to Wikileaks a set of intercepted e-mails so explosive that “they will topple most Western governments.”
What the megalomaniac financial elite need to realize is that the men with the guns and the senior civil servants and other top intellectuals who were not part of the inbred elite are now awake, aware and angry. They are not going to be lulled back to sleep this time.
The White Dragon Society and its allies have made certain conditions very clear. First of all a major campaign to end poverty and stop environmental destruction needs to be fully and immediately financed. Second, the monopoly over the creation and secret distribution of fiat currency by an inbred, self-selected elite, had to end. Third, the world needs a South African style truth and reconciliation commission in order to put an end to the fabric of lies that has been woven around much of humanity. Only then will amnesty be granted and a jubilee (the one-off elimination of all debts both public and private) take place.
The brainwashed portion of humanity is going to have to be told the truth in easy to understand, verifiable stages. As many have said, at first they will be angry but then they will be ecstatic.
Once this has happened, rational negotiations will be needed in order to totally revamp the unfair international regulations and institutions created after World War 2. Only then will humanity will be free at last to develop its full potential.

The view from China Town: US human rights pronouncements are a cynical joke. Question: Why are we not surprised? Answer: Because the US has the worst human rights record of any nation on the planet.
The US official Human Rights reports are full of distortions and accusations of the human rights situation in more than 190 countries and regions including China. But the United States turns a blind eye to its own execrable human rights situation.
The US uses human rights propaganda in the corporate-controlled Western media as a political instrument to defame other nations' images and to secure its own strategic interests. These actions expose the United States' hypocrisy by exercising double standards on human rights. The US has a malicious design to pursue hegemony under the pretext of human rights.
US citizens' privacy has been undermined. More than 6,600 travelers were subjected to electronic device searches between the 1st October 2008 and the 2nd June 2010, nearly half of them American citizens. US abuse of violence and torturing suspects to get confessions is widespread within the official US law enforcement community. Wrongful convictions are knowingly obtained on a regular basis.
While publicly advocating internet freedom, in actuality the US imposes unlawful and draconian restrictions on cyberspace. The United States applies double standards on internet freedom by requesting unrestricted internet freedom in other countries. This has become a central diplomatic tool which the US employs to impose pressure and seek hegemony. Meanwhile, down home, the US increasingly restricts and disrupts its own citizens' free access to the internet.
The US tries to present itself as the beacon of democracy. However, its democracy is a fiat-paper, money-driven scam. One out of every five people in the US is a victim of a crime every year. The United States is a broken society with the world's highest incidence of violent crimes. Its people's lives, properties and personal security are not appropriately or diligently protected by the US governing power.
In 2009, an estimated 4.3 million violent crimes, 15.6 million property crimes and 133,000 personal thefts were committed against US residents aged 12 or older. The violent crime rate was 17.1 victimisations per 1,000 persons. The United States also ranks first in the world in terms of the number of privately-owned guns and has a very high incidence of gun-related crimes. In the US, 90 million people own an estimated 200 million guns. There are 12,000 gun murders a year in the beacon of democracy called the United States.
Racial discrimination is deep-seated in the US and has permeated every aspect of social life. Minority groups confront discrimination in their employment and occupation. Blacks are treated unfairly or excluded in promotion, welfare and employment. By the end of September 2009, Muslim workers had filed a record 803 claims of complaints over employment discrimination, up 20 percent from the previous year. In the US, minority groups have a high unemployment rate and do not enjoy the same political status as white people.
The poverty statistics for US minorities are a disgrace. In 2009, 25.8 percent of Blacks, 25.3 percent of Hispanics and 12.5 percent of Asians were living below the official poverty line. These figures compared with 9.4 percent for non-Hispanic Whites. US minority groups face institutionalised inequalities in education and health care. Racial discrimination is manifest in the US law enforcement and judicial systems, racial hate crimes are frequent, and immigrants' rights and interests are not safeguarded by the state.
The overall proportion of American citizens living in poverty has risen to a record high. A total of 44 million Americans found themselves in poverty in 2009, four million more than in 2008. The share of residents in poverty climbed to 14.3 percent in 2009, the highest level recorded since 1994. Homelessness is increasing sharply in the United States and the number of American people without health insurance is also increasing every year.
Gender discrimination against women is widely reported in the US, and women in this "beacon of democracy" often experience sexual assault and violence. 20 million American women are rape victims. One fifth of female students on US university campuses are victims of sexual assault. Nearly 3,000 female US soldiers were sexually assaulted in 2008, a figure which was nine percent higher than recorded in 2007. 1.3 million people fall victim to domestic violence in the United States every year, with women accounting for 92 percent of the total.
Many children in the US live in poverty and their physical and mental health is not safeguarded by the state. One in four American children go hungry regularly. In the United States violence against children is commonplace and severe. Nine million American children are victims of tacit violence. More than 93,000 children are incarcerated in the US, and between 75 and 93 percent of American children have experienced at least one traumatic experience. Pornographic content is rampant on the internet and severely harms American children. One in seven US minors has accidentally accessed internet pornography, and one in three has done so intentionally.
The United States has a notorious record of international human rights violations. The US-led wars in Iraq and Afghanistan have caused huge civilian casualties. Between March 2003 and December 2009, there were 285,000 war casualties in Iraq, 63 percent being civilians. In Afghanistan, an American "kill team" formed by five soldiers from the US 5th Stryker Combat Brigade, 2nd Infantry Division, committed at least three recreational murders, where they randomly targeted and killed Afghan civilians, dismembered the corpses and hoarded the human remains as trophies. US-led NATO troops caused 535 Afghan civilian deaths and injuries in 2009. Among those, 113 civilians were shot and killed, an increase of 43 percent over 2008.
The United States government has been unlawfully holding individuals captive under the pretext of the "war on terror" and has been abusing detainees with various interrogation methods including torture. The US CIA has established secret detention facilities to interrogate so-called "high-value detainees." The CIA has taken custody of at least 94 detainees of this description and has employed "enhanced techniques", including stress positions, extreme temperature changes, sleep deprivation and waterboarding in the interrogation of at least 28 of those detainees.
The United States government has refused to join several key international human rights conventions and has failed to fulfill its international obligations towards lawful human rights initiatives. The US has not ratified the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, or the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women. The United States has also not ratified the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. This latter Convention has been ratified by 96 other countries across the globe. A total of 193 countries have joined the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The United States has not.
Before the United States government presumes to criticise human rights in China and elsewhere, it might be wise to address its own domestic human rights violations. These are demonstrably among the worst, if not the actual worst, in the world.

I no way imply deliveries start tomorrow, because I know the banks play with money over the weekend, in the trades etc, monday is reserved for putting it back, auditing and things. An old imf contact of mine, schooled me well by saying, 'never on a monday' along with all the reasons why. I will say this, the world has changed vastly since then, new owners, new regs, all as the new banking system takes over the global control. So I cannot say, it couldn't happen, 'they' can do anything they like, it's all under new controls. Matter of fact, on friday night while everybody was distracted by the babble over the budget, there was a massive change that took place, seamlessly with no overt disturbance. Word has come to me tho, some folks already started heading for the hills, in anticipation of the arrival of orange jumpsuits and extended vacations.
As the man in europe said some time ago, 'there's is something going on that we'll be discussing for generations'. How many people knew at the time of the renaissance that that time period was a big deal and its' effects would last for centuries? What changed in banking alone, followed into the 20th century. One thing making a come back, is the return to metal standard in banking. This takes things down to even by holding a baseline to commerce. No more monetizing 'air', goodbye to a debt based banking system. Just some sanity, that's all. I don't know who but somebody tried one more time to stop all this in the world, they were summarily sent away. What part of no, don't you get? Which made for a world wide group of very happy people. To the point many are taking the weekend off after many years of constant work and missed BBQ's. Also folks who have been waiting with the rest of us, tho having more money to wait with, have big grins on their faces, as their 'numbers' came up on the screen, accessible after the common folks' drops.
People will lose it a little bit when the door knocks come and IT what it is is. You've waited for what seems like a life time, for the world to change to what should be, for everyone. Many paradigm changes will rip thru the grey matter, many so-called limits suddenly ripped away, how ya gonna act? Consider your self and your loved ones first, I don't recommend walking up and down the street handing out money, first thing that would do is make you a target for the unscrupulous. Keep your wits about yourself. Remember what the old folks said when you were growing up. Those precious little kernels that buried themselves into the mind somewhere. Little gems from me, ma or poppy from their own dealings in life.
From all coming across this desk, they have made this as simple as possible so the same should apply to you, KISS, 'keep it simple stupid'. Don't try to out think anything. Or run around like the tazmanian devil of warner brothers fame, with your hair on fire. Everybody above you has had a humility lesson to learn that having money does not necessarily mean you run everything. Some were shocked to learn who was running this show. Just because you have a chinese contact doesn't mean you are getting the straight skinny either, there are levels and levels. And each level has the info afforded them.
