It's hard to believe that CBS actually said something that wasn't flattering to this President!

The pilots and crew of Air Force One are flying more hours than a rookie on a beer run.

They are tired of it too, and are adding more crew to Air Force-1, - I know this for a fact because I'm one of the instructors that trains the crews. Our company (Atlas Air) has had the Air Force-1 and E-4 contract for over three years and I've been doing it for about 18 months now.

Last year (2011) Obama flew in Air Force One 172 times, almost every other day. White House officials have been telling reporters in recent days that the Democrat doesn't intend to hang around the White House quite so much in 2012.They explain he wants to get out more around the country because, as everyone knows, that midterm election shellacking had nothing to do with his health care bill, over-spending or other policies, and everything to do with Obama's not adequately explaining himself to his countrymen and women.

And with only 288 days remaining in Obama's never ending presidential campaign, the incumbent's travel pace will not likely slacken. At an Air Force-estimated cost of $181,757 per flight HOUR (not to mention the additional travel costs of Marine One, Secret Service, logistics and local police overtime), that's a lot of frequent flier dollars going into Obama's carbon footprint.

$8 Million every time it lands & takes off.

We are privy to some of these numbers thanks to CBS' Mark Knoller, a bearded national treasure trove of presidential stats. According to Knoller's copious notes, during the last year, Obama made 65 domestic trips over 104 days, and six trips to eight countries over 22 days. Not counting six vacation trips over 32 days. He took 196 helicopter trips, signed 203 pieces of legislation and squeezed in 29 rounds of left-handed golf.

Obama last year gave 491 speeches, remarks or statements. That's more talking than goes on in some entire families, at least from fatherly mouths. In fact, even including the 24 days of 2010 that we never saw Obama in public, his speaking works out to about one official utterance every 11 waking hours. Aides indicate the "Real Good Talker" believes we need more.

Obama has spent over $100 million taxpayer dollars flying around in Air Force One, and probably another $100 million on his entourage.

Message from the Galactic Federation of Light by Greg Giles - June 11, 2012 ‘Brightening Future Course’ How often have you gone to bed at night thinking ‘How far am I away from midlife?’ What we would like to see more of you going to bed at night thinking is ‘How close am I to being young again, possessing a youthful body in function, form and appearance?’ This is the kind of mindset we would prefer to see in you, as a more positive outlook will bring to you better opportunities to enjoy your lives better than negative perspectives and outlooks will. The way you think is often the way you feel, and the way you feel lays the tracks for the path you will travel up ahead. This is the way it works here in this universe, where your thoughts, feelings, emotions, dreams, perspectives and outlook are all part of the future you are creating for yourself. Try to always remember this as you are going about your day, for it is not only this day that you are experiencing, but it is many more days to come that will bring to you a similar experience if you do not consider and alter your future course by consciously creating it and focusing on more positive, enjoyable and rewarding experiences you wish for yourself. Search through your files that are stored within your mind and within your heart and choose for yourself more joyful and happy experiences to think about, instead of harboring memories of failures or discontent and experiences that you do not wish to live through again. We have taken notice that many of you harbor such resentment for some of your past experiences, and we wish to remind you that all of these experiences were for very good reason and all were designed to allow you to become the learned being that you are today. We say to you that instead of looking back in disappointment and regret, to instead think about what kind of being you would be today without these experiences. Would you still make the same mistakes today if you had not learned from these experiences yesterday? In all likelihood you would, and you would still be making those mistakes and choices today and tomorrow and as you move on ahead on your journey. Knowing that you have made poor choices in the past and have suffered the consequences of these choices, you now are free to move ahead on your journey without these obstacles presenting themselves to you through choice. Try to see this as so liberating, for indeed it is, as no one needs to learn the same lessons twice if they have learned from these experiences the first time, and if you are looking back in regret at some of the choices you have made, then dear one, you have learned this lesson already and you will not have to learn it again. This should come as such good news for those of you who live in such regret of your prior choices and the experiences they have led you to, as you now know you will not make the same choices again. Try to look at it this way, in such a more positive light, for dwelling on regret will only lead to circumstances that will give you more of the emotions that you are sending out into the universe like a pebble splashing into a still pond. You will receive similar experiences that will issue you the emotion the universe believes you are asking to experience. Do you understand this? This is a very important spiritual and scientific fundamental that each and every one of you needs to fully understand and have stored within the forefront of your consciousness each and every moment of each and every day, as these moments are creating for you your future experiences, and it is important for you to keep this in mind and more consciously create the experiences you wish to live through. Looking back, there has been no experience for you that was so negative that it has destroyed you, as this is totally impossible. Nothing can destroy you. Nothing can cause great harm to the being that you truly are, and none of your experiences have come even close to this. In the greater scheme of things, these experiences that you felt you needed for your growth and your expansion as an eternal spiritual being of light have only served to make you stronger and wiser, more learned and more experienced, and what you are getting out of this is far more than what you are putting into this or have ever put into this. Try to always remember this and look at every experience that you have had, no matter how negative, disappointing or bad it may seem to you now, as a wonderful opportunity for you to have learned and that you have used to strengthen your spirit and your will, for indeed that is what these past experiences have done. They have helped you design and craft a powerful, wise and deeply knowledgeable eternal being of great love, compassion and experience, and without these past experiences that you may view as negative, you could not be the being you are today and possess such a wealth of gifts and talents. Sometimes you may remind yourself of this by asking yourself “What is more important to me? Having lived without these experiences I may view at times as negative, or becoming the being that I possibly can become, reaching my highest and truest potential?” Ask yourself this the next time you're looking back in disappointment or regret due to an episode you have experienced and answer this question to yourself honestly. We feel this may be all you need to see all of your past experiences, no matter how they turned out, through brighter eyes and a more positive outlook, and this is the key to creating experiences for yourself that you will one day look back upon with joy and fond remembrance. NASA gets two military spy telescopes for astronomy (Washington Post) The secretive government agency that flies spy satellites has made a stunning gift to NASA: two exquisite telescopes as big and powerful as the Hubble Space Telescope. They’ve never left the ground and are in storage in Rochester, N.Y.It’s an unusual technology transfer from the military-intelligence space program to the better-known civilian space agency. It could be a boost for NASA’s troubled science program, which is groaning under the budgetary weight of the James Webb Space Telescope, still at least six years from launch. Or it could be a gift that becomes a burden. NASA isn’t sure it can afford to put even one of the two new telescopes into orbit. The telescopes were built by private contractors for the National Reconnaissance Office, one of 16 U.S. intelligence agencies. The telescopes have 2.4-meter (7.9-foot) mirrors, just like the Hubble, but they have 100 times the field of view. Their structure is shorter and squatter. They’re “space qualified,” as NASA puts it, but they’re a long way from being functioning space telescopes. They have no instruments — there are no cameras, for example. More than that, they lack a funded mission and all that entails, such as a scientific program, support staff, data analysis and office space. The Federal Reserve’s detailed survey of consumer finances showed families’ median wealth plunged from $126,400 in 2007 to $77,300 in 2010 — a 39 percent decline. That put them on par with median wealth in 1992.

One could be forgiven for thinking there's anything honorable or honest about Colin Powell. For more than two decades now the Washington media has portrayed the former Secretary of State as something of a real life action hero, a reluctant warrior whose greatest fault – should they deign to mention any – was just being too darn loyal to a guy named George and his buddy Dick. What you might have missed is that Powell is a war criminal in his own right, one who in more than four decades of "public service" helped kill people from Vietnam to Panama to Iraq who never posed a threat to America. But don't just take some anti-war activists' word for it: Powell will proudly tell you as much, so long as he can make a buck from doing it in a book. Powell's latest $27.99 account of his legendary life is billed as a "powerful portrait of a leader who is reflective, self-effacing, and grateful for the contributions of everyone he works with." But the title, It Worked for Me: In Life and Leadership, could very well refer to Powell's own careerist ambitions: saying and doing whatever served the interests of power – as a young officer in Vietnam, as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff during the illegal invasion of Panama, as Secretary of State under George W. Bush – has worked out tremendously well for the man, if not so much for those unfortunate enough to be on the receiving end of his public service. Though billed as a self-effacing, humble leader prepared to admit mistakes, the real Colin Powell is not the one advertised by the P.R. department at HarperCollins. His book makes that clear enough when he discusses his now infamous 2003 presentation before the United Nations on Iraq's alleged stockpiling of weapons of mass destruction. Nearly every line in that speech has since proven to be false – indeed, much of his presentation was known to be false at the time – but you won't find Powell owning up to that. "There is nothing worse than a leader believing he has accurate information when folks who know he doesn't don't tell him that he doesn't," Powell writes. "I found myself in trouble on more than one occasion because people kept silent when they should have spoken up. My infamous speech at the U.N. in 2003 about Iraqi WMD programs was not based on facts, though I thought it was." In other words, according to Powell, the fact that he lied to the American public as well as the international community on the eve of a disastrous war is not his fault – heavens no – but the fault of his anonymous underlings, the allegedly timid State Department staffers who lacked the courage to speak truth to their courageous boss. Like much of Powell's anecdotes, it's a tidy little story about leadership that's about as truthful as his U.N. speech. The reality is Powell, like most powerful men in Washington, is a well-documented liar. In fact, those State Department employees Powell blames for his repeating thinly sourced lies before the international community did in fact speak up. Powell just ignored them since what they had to say wasn't convenient to the task at hand: selling an unjust war against a third-rate military power. As writer Jonathan Schwarz notes, State Department staff actually went through all the claims Powell was to make in his U.N. speech – and they found most of them wanting. But Powell ignored them, boasting that "every statement I make today is backed up by sources, solid sources. These are not assertions. Government Supreme Court Refuses to Hear Birth Certificate Case

WASHINGTON (AP/The Blaze) — The Supreme Court – the only legal authority with the power to directly interpret the United States constitution – has refused to hear an appeal challenging President Barack Obama’s U.S. citizenship and his eligibility to serve as commander in chief.
Without comment, the high court on Monday refused to hear an appeal from Alan Keyes, Wiley Drake and Markham Robinson.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled the challengers did not have legal standing to file the lawsuit. At the time, the Los Angeles Times reported that:

None of the “birthers” who filed suit on Inauguration Day 2009 can show that they suffered any harm from the Obama presidency that would give them the right to sue him, a three-judge panel of the U.S. 9th Circuit Court of Appeals said in dismissing the lawsuit brought by dozens of opponents.

Even the political candidates who lost to Obama in 2008 would only have had standing to sue if they had filed their complaint alleging unfair competition from an ineligible candidate before the election, the 9th Circuit judges said.

Given that this decision was passed over without comment, one is safe in assuming that the US Supreme Court found nothing worth relitigating in the reasoning involved. There is also this crucially important point from the LA Times story:

The 9th Circuit judges noted at the hearing as well as in their ruling Thursday that aside from the plaintiffs’ lack of standing, the challenge of Obama‘s legitimacy to serve as president is a political question beyond any federal court’s power to decide. Only Congress can impeach a president, and any citizen petition for a common-law writ to initiate an inquiry into the legitimacy of the president would have to be brought through the federal court in Washington, D.C., the 9th Circuit panel noted.

In other words, given that the Supreme Court has declined to rule without comment, all Federal courts within the purview covered by the 9th Circuit Court are categorically barred from tackling this question.
Moreover, even if Federal courts were to declare President Obama ineligible to hold office, they would have no authority to enforce that ruling. Why? Because removal of a President from office (IE impeachment) is a power only enjoyed by Congress, pursuant to Article I, Section 3 of the Constitution.

The U.S. Constitution says only “a natural born citizen” may serve as president. The challengers allege that Obama, whose father was Kenyan, was born in that African country, rather than in Hawaii. They claim his Hawaii birth certificate is a forgery.

The "forgery" in question

However, not only have Hawaii officials have repeatedly verified Obama’s citizenship (Related: See Hawaii‘s Official Form Verifying They Have Obama’s Birth Certificate), but the website snopes.com, which is devoted to debunking urban legends, has done an exhaustive run-through of the various claims that the certificate is a forgery and debunked them all. These include the claims that parts of the document are anachronistic, that the hospital name is wrong, and that layering appears in the document when it is put into Adobe Illustrator. On this last point, the Snopes article links to an analysis by an actual expert at Adobe software, who had this to say, according to Fox News:

But that’s not so, says Jean-Claude Tremblay, a leading software trainer and Adobe-certified expert, who has years of experience working with and teaching Adobe Illustrator.
“You should not be so suspicious about this,” Tremblay told FoxNews.com, dismissing the allegations.
He said the layers cited by doubters are evidence of the use of common, off-the-shelf scanning software — not evidence of a forgery. “I have seen a lot of illustrator documents that come from photos and contain those kind of clippings—and it looks exactly like this,” he said.
Tremblay explained that the scanner optical character recognition (OCR) software attempts to translate characters or words in a photograph into text. He said the layers cited by the doubters shows that software at work – and nothing more.
“When you open it in Illustrator it looks like layers, but it doesn’t look like someone built it from scratch. If someone made a fake it wouldn’t look like this,” he said.“Some scanning software is trying to separate the background and the text and splitting element into layers and parts of layers.”

Keyes and Drake ran against Obama on the American Independent Party ticket and Robinson serves as the party’s chairman.

It is worth noting that the Court did not address the more complicated allegations of birtherism put forward by such figures as Joseph Farah of WorldNetDaily, who asserts that a natural born citizen must be someone who was born of two United States Citizens in order to be considered eligible for office.

However, this theory is controversial even among birthers, as it would invalidate not only the Presidency of Barack Obama, but also of Chester Arthur in the 1880s. There are controversies surrounding Arthur’s eligibility to this day, but those controversies remain unsettled because they hinge on the question of whether Arthur was born in Vermont. The theory advanced by Farah would invalidate Arthur’s claim simply because his father was not a United States citizen at the time Arthur was born, a theory of citizenship which the former chief of the U.S. Office of Citizenship under President George W. Bush has called “dangerous,” and which was also debunked by Snopes.

Needless to say, calling into question the eligibility of obscure 19th century Presidents is a step that a Court will be reluctant to take, and with good reason. Moreover, this interpretation would render such conservative heroes as Marco Rubio ineligible for the Presidency, a prospect which many, even with Birther sympathies, do not find attractive.

She was being interviewed by Frank Gaffney, founder of the Center for Security Policy, on his Secure Freedom Radio program recently.

According to the show’s promotion, “Despite the results of Sheriff Joe Arpaio’s Cold Case Unit, which found that both Obama’s birth certificate and Selective Service Registration card had been forged, Obama’s behavior in the ’08 elections and the very words of the Constitution itself, the government has not allowed for a thorough and fair investigation into the issue of Obama’s eligibility.”

West’s reaction is that Americans should be questioning exactly what is going on.

The nation is “looking at a great unsolved mystery, the greatest potential crime of all of American history,” she told Gaffney. “What we’re looking at is a president of the United States whose documentation has not been presented, vetted, corroborated,” she said.

Gaffney noted that the subject has become “irradiated.”

The issue has been raised in dozens of lawsuits and other legal challenges to Obama’s occupancy of the Oval Office, and his pursuit of a second term in office. Yet the courts and media and combined to make sure “this is a subject that does make it into America’s living rooms and parlors,” West said.

“It’s not considered polite conversation.

But according to documentation in some of the legal challenges that have been filed, the potential danger simply is unquantifiable. The questions that would arise should Obama’s ineligibility be verified: What about the laws he’s signed? What about international positions he has had America adopt. And what would happen to the actions of a president who really wasn’t.

West said the problem isn’t complicated;  it’s only the definition of “natural born citizen,” which is what the Constitution requires for presidents.

“This was a specific designation that was much discussed among the Founders in order to eliminate any possibility of divided loyalties in the commander of the American armed forces,” she said.

She cited an 1800s U.S. Supreme Court case that said a “natural born citizen” is the offspring of two citizen parents. Obama’s father, Barack Obama Sr., was in the United States only as a student and never was even a citizen.

West discussed a currently pending court case in Florida that raises the specific issue of the parentage of natural born citizens.

She explained that the judge in that case already has noted that while those criticizing Obama have cited a legal definition for natural born citizen, those who support the president have failed to cite a single instance that supports their position.

“The mystery must be solved,” she said.

I released this article over the weekend and most have gotten their head around the idea that there is much more going on with the Rand Paul endorsement of Romney than is on the surface. Many have calmed down and started thinking about how this will all play out based on the things they DO know. That is a very intelligent way to look at the future.

Here's an exercise to help you see this from the  right perspective:

We know that the European derivative market is in distress from the strange JP Morgan loss announcement. We also know that things are imploding in Europe and there have been mass resignations at banks from people directly involved in the derivative markets. The Euro experiment is also imploding with Greece likely exiting the Euro after this weekend's election. There are NO PLANS for a smooth transition as the consequences of it are too complex due to the multi-trillion dollars in derivatives involved directly with Greek credit. Many have said that when the European banking system goes the US will go within two weeks. That puts us at the end of June or the beginning of July for the Global Monetary Meltdown to hit.

As I have explained many times, these events will first freeze up and then destroy all the paper and electronic assets of the world. No one will come out unaffected. 

That's the monetary reality that most of us DO KNOW. Timing is always difficult but at least you see how it could happen as things are manifesting today. 

Now put yourself in that post-crash time frame. What do you see? What does it feel like? What are people saying and doing? I see a lot of anger, a lot of finger pointing and a massive awakening around the world that our monetary system was a total fraud and completely corrupt. 

So who will have the power when this happens? Will it be the Central Bankers and the Powers-That-Be or will WE THE PEOPLE finally say "We've Had Enough!". We've lost EVERYTHING due to your mismanagement and it is time to start fresh.

Can you see where that can happen?

Now let's move away from the financial issues and over to the political scene. What would people be saying? Clearly Romney was one of THEM and clearly Obama did not live up to his "Audacity of  Hope" mantra. So where will people turn?

What will be your feelings towards his chances of getting elected in that kind of environment? What will be going on at the Republican Convention...if there will even be one. Who will the citizens of the United States turn to at this time of upheaval and betrayal by those who have run the system for over 100 years?

Of course it's Ron Paul and all those promoting sound money, smaller government and Liberty.

Now come back to today.

Is it still such a stretch to believe that Ron Paul can be elected President?

Of course it will take the crash to slap the rest of the world in the face so they wake up...

...but the Crash is directly in front of us!

It's not so crazy to see how it can all go down. It is actually a very logical progression. Will it be this simple and smooth...not at all. It will be terribly chaotic and confusing. It will be downright scary as people struggle for POWER.

But will we win and choose the Right Road after the crash?

That's where I'd place my bet.
