Speaking on the House floor, Cantor said that the decision for House members not to return to the Capitol in October has been made given the Senate’s anticipated passage next week of a bill to keep government running beyond the Oct. 1 start of the new fiscal year, a bill already passed on Thursday in the House. The House still plans to hold its session next week as scheduled, starting next Wednesday evening, through Friday. One bill Republicans plan to bring to the floor next week would create a new green-card category for foreigners who have received doctorate degrees from U.S. universities in science, technology, engineering, and math (the so-called STEM disciplines). Minority Whip Steny Hoyer, D-Md., responded on the floor with some incredulity, saying that although there remains much legislation left to be completed, Cantor’s announcement means that lawmakers now have about two days of session work remaining. The two then argued about which party is to blame for stalled or no action on such issues as the farm bill, postal-service reform, the Violence Against Women Act, and renewing the George W. Bush-era tax cuts. At one point, when Cantor included the farm bill in his comments about Democratic refusal to engage in “real reform” in some of those bills, Hoyer fired back that it is the House Republican leadership that has chosen not to bring a bipartisan bill to the floor. On Thursday, Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., had said she did not know for sure, but was worried that Republicans were planning not to return in October. She told reporters, “I want you to know the Democrats stand ready to be here for as long as it takes to pass a jobs bill, to come to agreement on a budget bill, to avoid the sequester..." -- the scheduled cuts to defense and domestic spending set for Jan. 2. “Unfortunately, the Do Nothing Congress wants to go home,” Pelosi said. “Instead of leaving town for seven weeks after being gone for four or five weeks [this summer], let's work across the aisle to restore fiscal responsibility, put people to work, and strengthen the middle class. SB: NESARA was due to be announced on September 11th, 2001. Now, to my way of thinking, if I were a member of the highest universal council, I would choose September 11th, 2012 to announce NESARA. Is there any possibility that NESARA will be announced tomorrow? SK: There is always a possibility of that, and you know it to be true. (2) On Sept. 14, in a personal reading, Archangel Michael revealed that in fact NESARA “was intended to begin, as you have guessed, on 9/11. And there has been disruption, as you know. There has been disruption with the bombings in the Middle East [the embassy attacks]. So it is… it is a brief interruption, not a long interruption.” I asked him how people could be in containment and still act out and he revealed that the disruption is coming from low levels of people not in containment. “The disruption is twofold. One, it is those who have not [been put in containment] and we are talking rather low levels, actually, so do not look for massive conspiracies. Although we do know that there are some, even as they were not in containment, who would love to take advantage of such chaos. But what it is doing is bringing to the forefront the collective choice to say, ‘No more.’” (3) Let’s have a look at what mostly SaLuSa tells us about that progress since it’s he among our sources who reports most often on matters like NESARA. SaLuSa acknowledges the tediousness of waiting and the activity behind the scenes. “We know that waiting for significant events that you expect any day now can be tedious, but you will have your day of satisfaction and excitement. You can after all see evidence around you of the changes, and even more is going on that is not apparent.” (4) SaLuSa said on Sept. 14 that “until the dark Ones are removed they will still try to interfere with your progress, believing that somehow they will still succeed. They will learn that they have little power left and cannot return to their previous level of control.” (5) Some time back, he assured us that “the weight of evidence against those who have corrupted the banking system is overwhelming.” (6) On Sept. 12, he observed that “the fact that much is happening in your world has not gone unnoticed, and for those who are just awakening to it, it seems that chaos reigns.” “Your traditional trusted institutions such as your banks are being seen for what they really are, but as yet the answers to their problems have not surfaced. However, the plans to cover such an eventuality as their collapse have been formulated. As with much of our allies work, it is ready to be implemented and waiting the right opportunity to be introduced. The old corrupt system will not be retained, and the new one is receiving support for the far reaching changes that it will bring.” (7) His comment that “it is ready to be implemented and waiting the right opportunity to be introduced” lines up with Archangel Michael’s statement that its introduction was disturbed by the anti-Muslim actions of Terry Jones and others and the reaction of Middle-Eastern populations. Sanat Kumara told us in An Hour with an Angel on Sept. 10 a little about NESARA and India. He said that “NESARA will be coming through the, what you think of as the, parliamentary system in India, so that it will not cause massive dislocation.” (8) He then discussed how NESARA was in part designed to correct instances of oppression like the caste system. He remarks that followed were as applicable to the rest of the world as they were to India: “Now, you see the breaking of that wall, and if you do not, then come with me and I will show it to you. And what you think of as NESARA, it may not appear exactly as you think, but it will appear, and there will be equalization. Because when you are entering into a reality — and understand, this is one of the guideposts that is saying you are shifting dimensions — so it is fitting, because we do not wish to create complete breakdown and chaos, because that will result in fear, that will result in rioting, that will result in injury. So that would simply feed the old third.” (9) SaLuSa tells us something very similar: that the financial wing of the cabal has fallen apart and won’t be resurrected. As president, Barack Obama has made a habit of bypassing or ignoring constitutional limitations on his power, a panel of experts told the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday.
Obama’s claiming of executive privilege during the Fast and Furious debacle has already faded from the headlines, and it may be hard to remember the weight of the outrage expressed at the beginning of the year, when Obama made a handful of unilateral “recess” appointments, opting to bypass a Senate that wasn’t actually in recess.
But these incidents and a number of others were strung together at the hearing as proof of a dangerous trend in the administration.
“The administration has repeatedly put its partisan agenda above the rule of law,” committee chairman Lamar Smith (R-Texas) said. “In doing so, it has eroded the constitutional and legal foundation that have kept America prosperous and free for over 200 years.”
Smith enumerated other instances of alleged presidential overreach, including Obama’s decision to stop enforcing parts of U.S. immigration law to allow illegal aliens to stay in the country legally if they meet certain criteria and waivers issued to the No Child Left Behind Act and welfare reform bill that Smith said “effectively rewrite the law instead of enforcing it.”
“Just because you don’t like a law, doesn’t mean you can ignore it,” Smith said. “Many people have gone to jail for doing just that.”
He did not call for legal action against the president of the sort that some legislators took when Obama took military action in Libya without consulting Congress, but let Obama’s record speak for itself as examples of presidential overreach that should not become future presidential habit.
Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) a noted constitutional scholar in Congress and a witness on the panel, told the committee that Obama’s abuse of power by making recess appointments while the Senate was not actually in recess was a historic first.
“No president has ever made a unilateral appointment during an adjournment lasting less than three days,” he said.
Lee also noted that executive privilege had been misused in the case of Fast and Furious, Congress pressed for full documentation of the operation following the discovery that a previous Department of Justice letter about the matter had been intentionally misleading and inaccurate.
“The privilege disappears altogether whenever there is any reason to believe government misconduct has occurred,” Lee said.

Lori Windham, senior counsel to the Becket Fund for Religious Liberty, testified that the Obama administration’s decision to require religious organizations to supply contraceptives and abortifacients to their employees or pay a fine was part of a longer tradition by Obama of dismissing religious concerns. Arguing last year in favor of churches and other houses of worship choosing clergy according to their own religious principles without interference in the Supreme Court case Hosanna-Tabor Evangelical Lutheran Church and School v. EEOC, she said, “I was not alone in my shock when the Obama Administration’s lawyers opposed our position by arguing that churches are no different than bowling clubs, and that our First Amendment guarantee of religious freedom does not protect religious organizations.”
Ultimately, the court ruled unanimously in favor of religious groups.
Windham said the administration’s actions set a dangerous precedent that extended beyond religious practice.
“If the government can trample First Amendment freedoms, then none of our fundamental rights are secure,” she said.
Ultimately, Lee said even those who support Obama should understand the need for accountability and challenges to his actions when he oversteps his constitutional bounds.
“These things happen not because we’ve had bad men as presidents. We haven’t,” he said. “We’ve had good men, and that includes our current president. These things happen because presidents are human beings.”
The system, he said, includes checks and balances for a reason.
“We cannot ignore abuses of power. Because if we ignore them, they become part of established practice and tradition,” he said.

Police in Palmer Park, Md., plan to deploy cameras to surveil the other other cameras in their district.

Ari Ash of WTOP talked to police in the area, who said that local people had started targeting the speed cameras police put up in intersections, as well as surveillance cameras. The police said that since April, six people have been involved camera damaging activities.

One man literally pulled out a pistol and used the camera for target practice. Police found another speed camera flipped over—leading police to believe a gang of people committed the crime, considering the weight of the camera. Then there was the camera set up on a stand, near FedEx Field. A man walked up to it, cut off one of the legs, and walked away.

“I guess that makes a statement,” Prince George’s County Police Maj. Robert V. Liberati told WTOP. “But we were able to just attach another leg.”

He said he didn’t get too worried until the fire. Yes, one of the cameras incinerated.

Liberati, who’s the commander of the Automated Enforcement Section, in other words “speed cameras,” says each camera can cost up to $30,000. They needed to do something to deter the camera saboteurs. Liberati thought cameras to watch the cameras was a good solution.

Liberati said that speed cameras, under Maryland state law, can only be used to track speeding violations, so the station ordered separate surveillance cameras.

One is in place already, and the department hopes to have a dozen more by the end of the year.

Margo MacDonald, an independent MSP, called for the alteration of the International Criminal Court (Scotland) Act 2001, asking the law to consider an aggressive war with the intention of changing a regime as illegal.

The suggestion to try Blair gained support from backbenchers of the Scottish National Party (SNP), Annabelle Ewing, Gordon MacDonald, John Finnie, Chic Brodie and Jim Eadie.
