UNITED States of America - It can now be reported that the International Monetary Fund (IMF), working directly with the legal and financial offices of The Paris Club, has received $70 billion of Wanta-Reagan-Mitterrand Protocol funds.

This $70 billion will be immediately transferred to the French treasury.

Note: The $70 billion in Protocol funds were found parked in a secret proprietary account at the National Bank of Luxembourg.

This account had a paper trail to the German Deutsche Bank, along with the Bank of England.

Merci beaucoup to the IMF and Nancy Reagan as the IMF continues to order massive repatriation of collateralized assets reference precious and industrial metals, along with oil and natural gas holdings.

Eyes over Switzerland, the Philippines and now Luxembourg.

P.S. A new Federal Grand Jury has convened in Virginia. Subjects of inquiry:

1. The role of the U.S. Treasury, the U.S. Federal Reserve, JPMorgan Chase, Goldman Sachs and Bank of America in theillegal conversion and co-mingling of Wanta-Reagan-Mitterrand Protocol funds.

2. The illegal kidnapping and incarceration of American patriot Ambassador Leo Wanta reference the role of the State of Wisconsin and its former Governor Tommy Thompson, former illegal White House year 2000 occupant George W. BushFRAUD, his Solicitor General Ted Olsen, both Bill and Hillary Clinton, and none other than former Clinton era independent counsel Kenneth W. Starr.

3. The 9/11 BLACK OP attacks on the United States (BushFRAUD's Reichstag's fire) .

4. The fraud on the U.S. Supreme Court in the year 2000 presidential election dispute (Bush v Gore).

5. The massive corruption and collusion involving the alleged financial regulations: the NFA, SEC and the CFTC involving bribes, along with sexual and financial favors, that U.S. politicians and government officials made available to them in exchange to cover up criminal misconduct of the crooked U.S. banks.

P.P.S. Don't be fooled by last week's unemployment report. Last Friday's unemployment report, along with the unemployment report released in September, were both rigged.

The September report showing a slowing in job growth with an unemployment rate at 8.1% was released to accommodate the Federal Reserve's QE3 (QE minus 3) bank bailout that will further contract and deflate the U.S. economy.

The rigged September report was also designed to accommodate risk asset positions of various hedge funds and banks.

Last Friday's unemployment report showing job growth (114,000 government jobs that could have been reported in the September report) was designed to do nothing more than help Obama get reelected.

In closing, it is important to remember that there is no such thing as world global settlements. This is all disinformation put out by the Bank of England, the Bush Crime Family, and its stooges in British Intelligence Michael Cottrell and Edward Harle aka Christopher Story (still alive).

Remember, folks, it is the Wanta-Reagan-Mitterrand Protocols that will re-collateralize worldwide banks (using draw down accounts), reduce the U.S. budget deficit to zero within sixty (60) days and put an end to the financial crisis that was created by corrupt banks and greedy politicians.

I Got What I Wanted: Drake’s Happy

A few highlights:

It was a typical Drake Show, with plenty of rhetoric, many, many questions all over the map, and some great info—but I can tell you that after mulling over this and all the intel from the past several days, I am confident that ALL IS WELL.

It appears that the ‘October Surprise’ is going to be on the cabal—if there is one this month. It just depends, and it (the coup) will happen when it happens. It is already in progress.

“THE PEOPLE are going to make the first move, and it will be soon”… which explains why the politicians fled DC so quickly that papers were still left on their desks as they ran away to their bunkers in Denver.

He says 80 -90 per cent of the military is on our side, and indeed, will NOT bear arms against the American people, so there will be no martial law. He said “forget about martial law”. (Val Valano echoed that sentiment on October 3 on her show.)

Drake says we’re planning a little party for the cabal and he wants to light the candles on the cake. When asked what the taste of Freedom is for him, Drake only said, “Yummy.”

As always, the mood was anti-Obama, but I still believe he is of the Light, and have to say that I would rather be anyone than Barack Obama at this point in time. After his debate with Romney I felt that he is so thoroughly exhausted and bone weary from the charade that he barely cares what happens next. He is not fighting for the Presidency and is just along for the ride.

Drake revealed that Obama said it would be easier to be the president of China. To me that means that this task he is shouldering right now is so great that it’s about to break his back; that he is almost done and can’t take much more. Poor guy.

The Keenan lawsuit has not yet been refiled but soon will be.

Some additional good news is that Drake believes there will not be massive disruptions once the take-down begins. The groceries will still be available and it should go very smoothly since the “heavy lifting” as he put it, has already been assigned to others who are in place and the lighter stuff will fall to us once it’s our turn to step up.

As far as the space-age technologies, once things calm down and get back to normal, those will be released to us.

Someone asked who Drake’s ET contacts are and he replied, “Lets’ say Tolec and leave it at that. Next.” [Tolec of the Andromeda Council website]

I was pleasantly surprised at how knowledgeable Drake is about Ascension and he shared some good info on that topic.

He confirmed that the military have prepared the FEMA camps for the cabal, but are calling them “Re-Education Camps”. Drake couldn’t understand where the guillotines come into re-education, but these will be the holding facilities where the crooks will be sorted out for their fate; adjudication, etc.

Something I haven’t been following is the “silver comet”. Apparently it is on the way, will appear as a blue beam, and will “suck up 3D energy” and release 4D.

Drake says Obama will not be reelected and we may have a different sort of election what with many candidates in jail. It may be voting with paper ballots, large print, and the option to reelect our current candidate or a new one. Some may be appointed to fill the gaps in key positions temporarily with limited power—in writing. We can expect disclosure of a whole lot of things.

The Gulf Stream has been interrupted and is in a circular pattern spun by the cross-current that flows around Cuba. It will not be restarted in its original pattern until the major cleanup of the ocean.

The military hasn’t stopped the laying of chemtrails because they are not yet ready to expose themselves. When the time comes, they will address it.

Someone asked why Greg Giles hasn’t been posting his messages and I can answer that one. Greg is part of an online community I belong to called “Extraterrestrials” and he posted a message this week saying that he now realizes the messages he has been channeling have NOT been from the Galactic Federation of Light, or at least from those who claimed to be in contact with him, and he will not be doing any further channeling. He was pretty bummed about it.

Drake went on to say that the Galactic Federation of Light has admitted to comprising Reptilians and Greys,and that we don’t want to be opening ourselves up to communications with them.

Rick Light (Minuteman) closed with, “Keep the faith, your ears to the ground, and freedom might be quicker than you think.”

Paul said, “Be excellent to each other and party on dudes!”

On Oct. 31, 2012, and thereafter, we will empanel a citizens’ grand jury in Ocala, Fla., and seek Obama’s indictment for high crimes and misdemeanors against the American people.

5. Treasonous support, financed by U.S. taxpayers, for the Ground Zero mosque in New York City.

6. Treasonous taking of campaign and other monies from foreign interests adverse to the United States, including but not limited to Iran. (As just one example recently, one of Obama’s top White House advisers was caught taking a $100,000 speaking fee from a company that is in a joint venture with a firm, Irancell, which is owned and operated by Iran’s equivalent of Hitler’s Nazi SS, its Revolutionary Guard. Irancell, the Iranian cellular provider, intercepts messages from Iranian freedom fighters and dissidents and then turns them in to Islamic government authorities, whereby the freedom fighters and dissidents are then imprisoned, tortured and eventually executed.)

7. Falsifying birth records to fraudulently get Obama’s name printed on state presidential ballots, when he is not even eligible to run for the office of the president under the U.S. Constitution since he is not a natural born citizen born in the United States to two citizen parents at the time of birth.

8. Other high crimes and misdemeanors.

The Co-op and Smile have 6.5 million banking customers, of whom 1.5 million hold current accounts. Many transferred to the banking groups following disruption to services at RBS and NatWest. Lloyds TSB customers have taken to Twitter to complain about the service disruption. @SaladUK wrote: "My card was declined just now, it said 'Card declined' on the ATM but my internet banking is working. What's going on?." @OliviaCreaven complained: "#LloydsTSB this is disgusting! No access to any money just before the weekend!!!! Sort it out." Co-op customer Jane Morley (@jm3twink) tweeted: "Just had a panic as couldn't draw cash out but phoned bank & all Smile systems are down."
