I have therefore decided to release my portion of the report without #48 so that the truth may at least be told with regard to what lies behind that report. Project Camelot and many other individuals and researchers have been investigating the range and depth of this vast conspiracy underground, beneath the perception of the masses i.e. the reality beneath the Matrix for many years. As most readers will know, the concept of the Matrix (the surface fabrication of our reality) is known and was popularized by the movie of the same name. This, now, is common knowledge. Taking the red pill or the blue pill is ultimately what you do when you read this report or should you decide you aren't interested in waking up to the reality of what is going on under your feet (literally) and prefer to go back to sleep. So this is the choice you have. The Secret Space Program The trail of the Octopus, also known as the Shadow Government can be detected by following the money. PUREHEART INVESTMENTS is the top tier of a network of front companies and trading programs that result in vast sums of money being earned. Money earned on money. The White Hats have followed the money and that rabbit hole ultimately leads to BLACK PROJECTS. Black Projects are called “black” because they are hidden, that is, in the dark. These projects are part of a clandestine network run by the Shadow Government also known as The Secret Space Program. As a recent Project Camelot witness, physicist and author, Richard Alan Miller, said so succinctly to the audience at his latest workshop, "There are two human civilizations on Earth. One that has space travel and one that does not." The ones that do, are part of a vast network going off-world and into Space called for simplicity's sake "the secret space program". Rhodes scholar finalist and historian Rich Dolan calls this a "rogue civilization" and in fact that is exactly what it is, what it has become. Regardless of how it started out. In Volume II of his highly regarded and substantial history UFOs AND THE NATIONAL SECURITY STATE, Rich writes, …"Six decades of classified expenditures (and other forms of secret spending) have provided ample resources to apply principles and technologies that have remained sealed off from the rest of humanity. This development alone is enough to justify the greatest secrecy." What has become evident is that The Secret or Shadow Government established the Secret Space Program and Black Projects by virtue of having access primarily to two important advantages, backed by the might of the military industrial complex: money and ET technology. A Word About the History of ET Technology Acquisition It is known that Tesla was himself, was aware that he was 'in contact' with an unknown race of off-planet beings who downloaded to him the key concepts behind certain technology. In describing the history of our interaction with off-world (and inter/intra dimensional races and the acquisition of special technologies, you can, for example, go back to the days of Eisenhower and his famed meeting with at least 2 groups of ETs (Greys and Nordics) at Muroch Air Force Base (now known as Edwards Air Force Base). However, that is just one of many places to start. From all indications, …”we are not alone and we have never been alone”, to quote Command Sergeant Robert O. Dean, a whistleblower who violated his security oath in order to inform the people regarding the truth behind the reality of ET visitation.  Another logical place (well documented by scholars and researchers such as Jim Marrs (THE FOURTH REICH) and Joseph Farrell, (author of SAUCERS, SWASTIKAS AND PSYOPS: A History of A Breakaway Civilization: Hidden Aerospace Technologies and Psychological Operations), is to go back to the days of the Nazis and the establishment of the German high command. They made contact with a race of ETs through the Vril Society (a small group of women who were "channeling"). The Nazis are also said to have conducted careful research into the flying saucers of India called Vimanas (chronicled in the great writings such as the Upanishads etc). They are also known to have confiscated and horded hidden archeological records and relics of inestimable value for scientific study… Because of this, Nazis made huge leaps forward into technologies involving space and time travel. The Fourth Reich The preface to Jim Marr's book, THE FOURTH REICH states, …"At the end of World War II, ranking Nazis, along with their young and fanatical protégés, used the loot of Europe to create corporate front companies in many countries, worming their way into corporate America. They brought with them miraculous weapons technology that helped win the space race. But they also brought their Nazi philosophy based on the authoritarian premise that the end justifies the means—including unprovoked wars of aggression and curtailment of individual liberties—which has since gained an iron hold in the "land of the free." From the advent of Project Paperclip at the end of WWII Nazi scientists, engineers and military officers were repatriated to at least 3 countries: United States, Russia and Argentina (and very possibly others) the takeover and infiltration of our government began. With those former Nazi scientists and military officers came the access to new technologies that aided in the creation of a new American Space Program, which, as a result, was many jumps ahead of the rest of the world. According to Camelot witnesses the secret space program now contains technology possibly as much as 10,000 years in advance of the public sector. Rule by secrecy was already well in affect as evidenced by the creation of an organization known as MJ-12 under the Truman administration. According to the original MJ-12 documents… "the Majestic 12 (Majic 12) group ... was established by secret executive order of President Truman on 24 September,1947, upon recommendation by Dr. Vannevar Bush and Secretary [of Defense] James Forrestal." He said, "In the councils of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence, whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. From then on, we have witnessed the growth and manifestation, in secret, behind closed doors and within the halls of Government,, of a cancer so pervasive that at this time it will be a massive challenge to eliminate, let alone describe it in all its aspects so that it can be dismantled and/or redirected to serve the people rather than control and use them for its own purpose. Once the roots and origin of this "octopus" or cancer and the strangle hold over our government (and arguably the governments of the world) is exposed, then figuring out how to deal with it becomes the real challenge. This is where this latest White Hats Report is leading us. The evidence is on the table… What you do with it is up to you. The Why Behind Black Projects Although it is crucial to describe the emergence and history behind the creation of this rogue civilization with Space Travel also known as the Secret Government or Secret Space Program, it has already been covered by many authors over the years and comprises scholarship far surpassing the limits of this report. The reader is encouraged to follow that part of the trail (a partial list of videos and source material is listed at the bottom of this report). However, for the purposes of this report, we will concentrate on the WHY. Asking why the Secret Space Program was created and continues to be SECRET also has its place. And the answer has also been addressed over the years in books by various authors who outline the state of the U.S. government leading up to and after WWII and why they came to the conclusion that RULE BY SECRECY was the preferred method of control by this group. (see Rich Dolan's volumes, UFOS AND THE NATIONAL SECURITY STATE VOLUMES I & II for more on this…) Suffice to say, that we are talking about a group or a government that even prior to WWII was fully invested in the Nazi philosophy and lineage to the extent that there is plenty of evidence (see Jim Marrs, Joseph Farrell and more) that the Nazis and rise of Hitler was funded at least in part by the Bush family. What has become clear is that the structure of the U.S. government became infiltrated at every level even prior to WWII as the Bush family members and specifically Bush Sr. rose to positions of power, first as head of the CIA and then as President. This "cabal" has coalesced into what is now commonly known as the "Bush Cabal". The rise of the Bush Cabal and the infiltration and takeover of the U.S. military industrial complex by the Nazis is again well documented. The Shadow or Secret Government has grown in leaps and bounds since WWII whose primary raison d'être became the Secret Space Program. This program involved Black Projects that used newly invented and acquired technologies with the help of various treaties and relationships over time with various ET races, both on and off planet "races" of beings. This is the world we will attempt to describe: the world of BLACK PROJECTS, why PUREHEART was created and ultimately where the money funneled through PUREHEART goes… In essence, it would appear, funding this breakaway society or civilization has become the primary preoccupation of the rulers, specifically in America, headed by the Bush Cabal. This, as we shall see, is of great importance to you the reader, as well as to those who "serve" this Cabal. AGENDA behind the Black Projects This is a short list of what this rogue civilization or program wants to achieve: 1. Control and rule by secrecy of the United States and ultimately the world. 2. Control and rule of the Solar System and beyond. This includes the terraforming of planets including moons, for example of Jupiter and Saturn. As well as the established bases on the moon and Mars, the Command and Control center in Phobos and the emergence of Solar Warden, the interstellar space fleet already fully operational. This includes non-terrestrial officers and fleet-to-fleet transfers of equipment and troops. (see Gary McKinnon Camelot interview for more on this). 3. The creation of a "Master Race" or Humanity 2.0 that will then go on to rule planets and travel the stars. This involves, nanotech, bioluminescence, robotic implants and a host of other technologies… all aimed at creating the Ultimate “superman”. 4. The domination over other space faring civilizations or at the very least the capability to be a "force to be reckoned with" regardless of the level of development of friend or foe whether encountered ‘out there’ or visiting our Earth. Including those that inhabit inner Earth or races that simply live hidden in undersea and underground bases within the Earth and inter / intra dimensionally. 5. The re-terraforming of the Earth and eventual reduction of the population of surface Earth down to around 500 million. (see Georgia Guidestones and Iron Mountain Report for more info on this...) 5. The use and acquisition of technology to maintain their edge and power in all the above. This covers the most basic parameters of the raison d'être or MO (modus operandi) for the creation and maintenance of the Secret Space Program. With that in mind, let's look at how they go about achieving such far-reaching goals. And that brings us to the Black Projects themselves. It is beyond the scope of this article to address every Black Project they are working on (or have worked on over the years). Suffice to say, what we can address are several of the top Black Projects that will give us a very good idea of what arenas they are working on, so that you, the People and those in positions of responsibility within the power structure, can begin to understand where your money is going and what you are supporting. The Providence of Information Before we address the different topics the Black Projects cover let's deal with where this information comes from with regard to those projects. That is, how do we know? We know because of the many whistleblowers both public and behind closed doors who have come forward to reveal the levels and depth of the secrecy and who give testimony and sometimes hard evidence in the form of technical specs, documentation and even tangible evidence i.e. technology and other evidence (photos, films, etc). In other words, we are indebted to those who have worked on these PROJECTS who have either escaped, been let-go or retired from or in some cases, communicated from inside. Those who are still employed by the SECRET GOVERNMENT leak information to individuals and organizations around the world. (see Project Camelot for one example). Some evidence has also been obtained from law enforcement, FBI, and other alphabet agencies and military (that is, surface military who have stumbled on evidence either by accident or intention that begins to reveal a particular PROJECT. Which leads to the question of who to believe and what to believe even when it is staring you in the face. Ultimately, it is through the triangulation and simple multiplication of reports coming from individuals or places unrelated to each other (in other words, people who don't know each other). Individuals coming forward often at totally different times and places with the SAME or SIMILAR information LEADING IN A DIRECTION which after further investigation may lead to the SAME PLACE or CONCLUSION. So it is a given that information can and is suspect until further substantiated, but once it has been substantiated time and time again over the years… a picture can and does EMERGE. The Black Projects in Short So what are at least some of those primary BLACK PROJECTS that our SECRET GOVERNMENT has been involved in FUNDING and committing resources to, including HUMAN RESOURCES over the years?  1. MK ULTRA MIND CONTROL OF HUMANITY including but not limited to: A. Microwaves, scaler waves, EMP and more B. Programming through TVs, radios and internet, media C. Programming through education, religious institutions etc. D. Music and art forms (i.e. Rock music see Peter Levenda for more on this) E. CIA and NSA use of electronics, hypnosis, drugs, neural linguistics etc F. Food and atmosphere alteration, additives G. Chemtrails : a vast program underway with many purposes H. Drones & surveillance of all kinds 2. UNDERGROUND BASES AND CITIES For use in the future and now in case of : A. Nuclear winter/fallout B. CMEs (Coronal Mass Ejections) or EMP (electro magnetic pulses - events from the Sun (super storms) C. Labs: to explore uses of and discovery of new technologies and to house and store those working on the discoveries of technologies and to store (hide) technologies and products of such from "the People" and other rival governments and ET races.. D. EARTH CHANGES: To prepare and use as shelter in the advent of major Earth Changes involving Earthquakes, Meteor showers, Tsunamis, Volcanoes, High velocity Winds, Electromagnetic Storms, etc. E. Prepare and shelter during POLE SHIFTS (magnetic) or POLE REVERSALS aka Day After Tomorrow scenario F. INCOMING PLANETOIDS/ METEORS and ELE (extinction level events) F. As a place to house all BLACK PROJECTS and the evidence thereof G. To house and create or build: ARMIES OF SUPER SOLDIERS (both human and non-human, androids robots etc. (see below) H. To establish a secret military I. To build weapons and SPACE CRAFT for use in space travel and wars with various unfriendly ET races whether visiting or terrestrial both undersea and in residence here on Earth surface or underground. J. For experimentation on Humans including but not limited to MIB abductions working in collusion with Grey ETs. Farming of human body parts and fluids to “feed” reptilian ETs and reptilian based races such as some Greys. (see Dulce material for more on this). …and much more 3. WARFARE : Building weapons for space war, starwars, biowarfare, satellite grids, nanotech, nano satellite grids operated by an AI involving SKYNET (a centralized AI possibly known as MOTHER) for use in ALL OF THE ABOVE in other words in MIND CONTROL, WEATHER WARS, WARS WITH INVADING AND RESIDING HOSTILE RACES both human, ET or off worlders (who may look human or not) or who may temporarily takeover a human vessel for use etc.  4. SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH into all of the above. From a report issued by Bill Cooper with regard to a person who contacted him. …"He showed me a military I.D. card from Fort Carson and another with a strange checker board design on it. He said he had a Super Top Secret clearance and worked as a laboratory assistant in southwestern Colorado associated with the Delta Group out of Fort Carson. He witnessed cryogenic experimentation going on with human beings. This experimentation was conducted by both 'aliens' and some Super Secret intelligence group. Some high ranking military and scientific personnel were taken down to cryogenic temperatures through a process of draining their blood and pumping a chemical mixture into the circulatory system to prevent cell destruction during the freezing and thawing periods.  The 'aliens' were the only ones who knew the mixture formula and the gradual thawing process. They at first refused to give the formula and process to the scientific team, and threatened to leave the above mentioned personnel in that cryogenic state forever unless the scientists cooperated on some certain issues." -- from THE DULCE PROTOCOL by Robert K. BUILDING & HOUSING SPACE CRAFT… based on ET technology NOT available in the public sector. Some of these craft are spotted and called UFOs but they are actually “ours” as opposed to craft flown by visiting races. 6. TIME TRAVEL - altering TIME LINES for humanity, traveling from planet to planet or dimensional travel. Dealing with races from other galaxies… and more. For example, the Mars we see and the Mars that the Secret Space Program is “jumping to” (see Camelot video “Jump room to Mars) is a 4th Dimensional Mars. They are entering via a portal on surface Mars which takes them to a Mars with green grass etc. Terraformed and welcoming to humans according to a highly placed whistleblower still employed by them. 7. VIEWING & PREDICTING THE FUTURE - in order to prepare for and/or alter it (see time travel) 8. LONGEVITY & GENETICS : cures for cancer and other diseases, prolonging life and all the possible ways of genetically enhancing the human as well as creating whole new species (Jurassic Park) etc. Dulce and work with certain races of Greys to create a Grey-human hybrid to repopulate the Earth going forward (after the Earth changes?) and other genetic re-engineering of the human genome to build a better, faster more advanced race of humans (Humanity 2.0). 9. SUPER SOLDIER PROGRAM : training children and young men and women to be spies and secret agents as well as soldiers to fly the craft and fight hostile off and on planet races and beings that they designate as "the enemy" as well as to police you and and rest of the masses. (see multiple Camelot interviews including Duncan O’Finioan, Aaron McCollum, John Robey (Torchwood is real)… and many more. 10. SOUL RETRIEVAL AND TRANSFERENCE : Taking souls from bodies and putting them into stasis and then into new bodies to serve the 'machine' of the secret state. Clones, androids etc. using Grey technology. 11. TERRAFORMING EARTH FOR A NEW SPECIES. There is substantial evidence that the Chemtrails program is part of an ongoing effort to change our atmosphere. This includes intentionally created events such as FUKUSHIMA. Such orchestrated events involve a release of radiation that could have a significant affect on the amount of cancer in the population in years to come as well as the GULF OIL SPILL creating a more methane-like environment more conducive to certain races of Greys and Reptilians. The increase in the number of children with Autism is a case in point. There is evidence that radiation exposure by parents leads to a high incidence of Autism in children. Autism is especially prized by the Secret Space Program because Autistic Children test have a greater predisposition for being pre-cogs (ability to see into the future and predict events).  Hiding in Plain Sight – A Note on Secrecy It is also useful to also understand that Black Projects also exist and are worked on above ground in plain sight (hidden in plain sight) in addition to being underground. They can be found in corporations with well known names such as BOEING, (defense industry), WESTINGHOUSE, MERCK, MONSANTO and countless others including NASA, JPL and think tanks such as TAVISTOCK in the UK and RAND in the U.S. Many seemingly above board public domain projects within companies are operated using the ‘layers of the onion’ concept to disguise them from prying eyes. The Hadron Super Collider is one such project. The conventional purpose of this experiment is a cover for a massive time travel, timeline operation. Finding the “God Particle” is also highly significant and widely misunderstood and ignored. According to a source this new find allows mankind to actually create all matter and even worlds, that is holograms far beyond what is currently conceptualized or dreamed of.  This, then, is the scale and complexity of the terrain we are dealing with when we look at the BLACK PROJECTS / SECRET SPACE PROGRAM. The Controllers and the Future of Earth None of the above, as part of the Black Projects black hole is under the purview or control of the "surface government" or elected officials. Therefore, it is obvious that the people have no say in how the monies brought in from drugs (see THE LAST CIRCLE/ PROMIS SOFTWARE SAGA for more on this…) or through front organizations such as PUREHEART and its many subsidiaries or by other clandestine methods. For example, human trafficking or gun running, are used, to say nothing of the fraud and outright stealing that goes on within this framework when interfacing with surface companies and individuals also known as the topsiders, sheep and by other derisive terms. Note: The psychology of those who are dealing in both worlds, coming from an “advanced civilization” to deal with the “sheep” or “useless eaters” doubtless results in attitudes of supreme arrogance and even pity. The impact upon families and the surface society can only be imagined at this point..  As a result, over the years, this organization, this hidden world has become in essence a CIVILIZATION that is feeding off of the surface world but not responsible to it. And in some cases it is highly likely that members of this rogue group never even interact with the surface government or establishment. It follows no laws but its own and reports to no one save its Masters be they human or nonhuman. What is important from the perspective of grasping what is going on is understanding that everything that is operating above ground is ultimately run by and in service to and overseen by, a group who are creating and building a world that in most cases, you and your families are not going to benefit from or even participate in. In fact, as it is becoming obvious, the ROGUE CIVILIZATION is deciding your future without asking or consulting you. They are making decisions that concern you every day, and you have no vote and no say. They have plans that involve the health and well being of every human on the planet and are deciding which bloodlines on Earth will live and which will die. In the end, you are the ones to decide. If you work for these people or organizations, is this what you want? Project Talent – Your Children are at Risk  In a sense we are talking about a Rogue Civilization that is living off of, and siphoning off talent. They are taking your children at a young age, tracking them through school and placing opportunities within their reach to draw them like flies into the service of the secret government and black projects but only if they find they have the unique talent and abilities or come from the bloodlines they desire. Knowing is only the Beginning This is where the money is going. You could view this Rogue group vs. the surface Earth civilization as a parasite feeding off the host. At what point does the host recognize it is being drained and once you recognize this what do you want to do about it? What can you do about it? If you are an official or on a high level with respect to the surface Earth ruling elite you are in a position to begin to recognize what you are part of and to then take certain actions to change that. This could include for example, possibly going so far as to 'blow the whistle' on what you have been part of. Awareness of a problem is the first step. Deciding what to do with your new found knowledge once you have verified for yourself that it is real, is another. It is in your hands. Our futures, at least at the present time are intrinsically linked to that of those who are working within the Black Projects. We share this Earth with this group and they have become our rulers.      When J. Edgar Hoover, Director of the F.B.I., was alive, I contacted him and said that I could crack the security of any government on earth. To prove this I had removed the files of three of us leading my military intelligence group from his own private office. However, I understood that he had duplicate files in St. Louis, Mo if I recall the city correctly so the files were not lost to him. Also, I told him I knew the top secret scandal of the F.B.I. that the F.B.I. had rigged the election of 1990 by putting in John F. Kennedy as President when Richard Nixon had won the election by carrying Illinois, but the F.B.I. two investigating teams in Illinois suppressed this leal evidence under orders of J. Edgar Hoover. J. Edgar Hoover later got word back to me that I made a nervous wreck of him with my tactics in military intelligence, but I got the results and he couldn't argue with that. Because J. Edgar Hoover did not correct his security weakness I had found and used to show him this glaring security weakness of the F.B.I., the Communists were able to regularly spy on the F.B.I. and knew many to most of the secrets of the F.B.I. The weakness was that too many of the top officials of the F.B.I. were homosexuals and that made them weak security risks for the F.B.I.

     When I many years ago met one of the top Rothschilds at Camp Springs, MD a little distance outside of Wash., D.C. as a ret. Col. of the U.S. Air Force arranged this meeting, this Rothschild was frank and told me that he checked me out with the U.S. Justice Dept. before meeting with me. They had told him that I was a maverick in military intelligence, but very good at it. And if ever I said I had the answer, then you could count that I had the answer I claimed.  

     These opening remarks are to show that I am not to be underestimated in military intelligence and do have the answers I claim to have. For starters, one to show the stupidity of a likely federal plant saying how stupid I must be to think that electricity could be generated by gravity driven machinery, I already knew that scientific and engineering answer I gave was correct before I ever put it into print over the internet with Nesara News. One community in Europe has been generating their local electricity by gravity driven machinery for decades, but with censorship of news and the power elite controlling Wash., D.C. and other key foreign capitals, the public has never heard that gravity is already being used successfully to generate electricity as needed by one community in Europe. I deliberately did not say what community and in what country this is in and has been used for decades with success.  I like to set up traps on the other side so when they say how stupid I am, suddenly I turn the tables on them and they are the obvious idiots and I am the obvious smart guy in the involved field. After that, I have credibility with the public as a bright person who knows what he is talking about and those trying to say I couldn't be right in what I said are probably idiots in reality. My critics lose their public credibility by sticking their foot in their mouth and chewing on their foot in their sudden display of obvious stupidity for the involved issue.

     I have been steadily picking up more and more pieces of intelligence information on colossal corruption in the U.S. Justice Dept. founded by Congress in 1870 A.D. But I couldn't find the key missing element that tied all this secret corruption together as to how big corruption was really in the U.S. Justice Dept. And a federally backed guy named deep knight made a colossal mistake by attracting my attention. He was the key that tied together this massive amount of corruption I was finding in the U.S. Justice Dept. When the U.S. Justice Dept. made no legal moves to arrest him or stop him after he had publicly over the internet twice threatened my life with murder which he indicated he would love to murder  me, I had him secretly checked out. The report on him I got the other day is a bombshell. He was the key that tied together all the mass corruption now going on in the U.S. Justice Dept. I didn't even know how big this corruption in the U.S. Justice Dept. actually was. Now I know! He was the key that unlocked how big is corruption in the U.S. Justice Dept. I am now in control and will tell the U.S. Justice Dept. how you win a little goodwill with me so I don't decide to close you down as a federal agency. Congress created you and if the whole nation wants to hang you, then Congress can abolish the U.S. Justice Dept. also! If I report what all I have uncovered on the U.S. Justice Dept., the American public will demand that the U.S. Justice Dept. be promptly abolished by Congress. I will not state this legally the way the U.S. Justice Dept. would want it stated, but state it in plain words so the public gets a little flavor of how corrupt and criminal the U.S. Justice Dept. actually is. The U.S. Justice Dept. has been running the biggest grand larceny theft ring in American history, maybe even world history, and once legal actions are filed by 50 state attorney generals for the 50 states to put the officials of the U.S. Justice Dept. into state prisons for life in 50 states, this will be national and world headlines and the biggest scandal of Wash., D.C. since the U.S. Republic was founded in 1776. Thank you deep knight! Without you I might not have had a good enough hand to force the fast passage of the Omni Law! This scandal once investigated by state grand juries of 50 states will almost for sure also lead to some key members of Congress being implicated in this and as the old statement goes, "Heads will roll!" It cannot be proven yet that Obama knew the U.S. Justice Dept. was running the biggest criminal racket in America outside of maybe C.I.A., but for Obama to not know from the White House what the U.S. Justice Dept. was doing to mass steal money from the American people is an insult to intelligence. It will merely be the formality of state and federal grand juries to wade through the huge volume of witnesses, documents, etc. and Obama will surely hang with Eric Holder, U.S. Attorney General. If Obama wins the election, this will yank him back out of the White House with impeachment after he is indicted by maybe even up to 50 state grand juries. If I go further legally on this, Eric Holder legally hangs for sure with lifetime imprisonment, other Justice Dept. officials will be panic stricken trying to figure some way to distance themselves from Eric Holder so they don't go to prison for life with him. I have started talking to associates about this U.S. Justice Dept. scandal and how deep knight gave me victory to crack this scandal of Wash., D.C. First feedback coming back to me is that this looks airtight to prove how corrupt the U.S. Justice Dept. really is and it is will be a miracle if all officials of the U.S.Justice Dept. do not end up in prison for life with Eric Holder.

     I think it was back in or around 1906 the Attorney General organized some investigators from the U.S. Justice Dept. and formed the beginning of what later became the F.B.I. I plan to push that the F.B.I. be spared being legally abolished by this colossal Justice Dept. scandal. When the Omni Law is passed which will be automatic if I release this colossal scandal by filings in courts any time now. the F.B.I. can then operate for the 10 American Civil Tribunes created under the Omni Law authority and be an investigating arm of the 10 American Civil Tribunes. Also, I will want then the federal marshals assigned to serve under the 10 American Civil Tribunes created by the Omni Law. As the U.S. Justice Dept. was formed by transferring from other federal agencies legal functions they handled, these legal functions can be returned to these federal agencies and no need for a U.S. Justice Dept. after that. My interest in the F.B.I. is they would be useful in tracking down all the money swindled from the American people using Wash., D.C. as the front to get this swindled money to secret sources of America and abroad. And if it checks out right, I would want to recover the Wanta Fund to pay off the national debt of America which would automatically lower all federal taxes in America. It might be a novelty for the F.B.I. to work for honest national leaders instead of dishonest national leaders.

     The easiest way to start the total collapse of the U.S. Justice Dept. is to file in courts in America and abroad for recovery of the federally stolen $525,000 from me about 8 years ago. I was scheduled to double this to about $1,050,000 by maybe two months later, so the actual cash return I expect the U.S. Justice Dept. to pay me back is $1,050,000.00 The U.S. Justice Dept. will pay me by next Friday or I begin my collection process by releasing the colossal scandal of the U.S. Justice Dept. and invite several million Americans to join me as co-plaintiffs once they realized how the U.S. Justice Dept. massively stole from them also. All co-plaintiffs with pay me $20 to help build up the legal filing money to massively pay for all legal actions we decide to do against the U.S. Justice Dept., against its officials, and against personnel of the U.S. Justice Dept. who were involved in these grand larceny thefts from the American people. Also, I will invite people from all over the world to join me as co-plaintiffs to recover money that the U.S. Justice Dept. stole from them also and figured they were too dumb abroad to know that Wash., D.C. stole this money from them. If I file, this will be the legal Pandora Box that releases to the world all the colossal scandals of the U.S. Justice Dept. that it has been hiding from America and the world. 

     This legal notice is posted so all of America and the world can potentially see it is the first move of my collection process to either collect out-of-court or else in-court the $1,050,000 in actual cash the U.S. Justice Dept. is supposed to pay me as they handle the financial settlements in legal actions for Wash., D.C. at this time.  I am very sharp at law and will advise the U.S. Justice Dept. so they can pay me without admission of guilt in law to pay me a U.S. Justice Dept. check in the name of NIFI and can be delivered to NIFI, P.O. Now C.I.A. may get exposed in what happens. This depends on how testimony from witnesses and documentation lead us. We will follow the money in court wherever it leads us. And once this is filed, probably governments of various foreign nations will want to also file their legal actions for civil damages to be paid back to their citizens and for criminal actions to put into prison probably all of the officials of the U.S. Justice Dept. alive both in active office or else retired. Also, Obama will I predict find that he will be found by many courts to have known of this federal grand larceny theft going on and they will want to collect from him also and also put him in prison for life.

     There are small animals in the woods and jungles who other bigger animals know to stay away from as these smaller guys are afraid of no one in the woods or jungles and will tear them up to pieces if a fight starts. We have wolverines, badgers, and others the bigger guys know to avoid fights with. I am one of these fierce smaller guys who won't let any big bullies push me around. I intend to attack and destroy the U.S. Justice Dept. if I am not paid this $1,050,000.00 in actual cash damages stolen from me in a federal operation that also involved the U.S. Justice Dept. This payment can be marked as a federal grant for research and engineering by me with no strings attached, no conditions imposed, and in no way settles any other financial legal claims I have against Wash., D.C. as of this time. This is no admission of civil and criminal guilt by Wash., D.C. by how the check is made out. It is made out to NIFI and I will accept it as settlement for this one claim and no other. I still intend to shortly afterwards have the Omni Law passed which will win with or without this financial settlement from the U.S. Justice Dept. I have a good track record in law. I win where others would not. This is one of these legal situations where I know I will win if this goes to court. If the U.S. Justice Dept. underestimates me how strong of a legal hand I really hold now, officials of the U.S. Justice Dept. will want to vomit their guts out if they force me to a fight and then find out how deadly at law I really am! Like Mahatma Gandhi of India, I understand the power to win with moral force on my side. Since I will be so brutal at law with you if once you force me to fight you, I am required by moral force to warn you in advance that I will fight like like a legal sledgehammer hit you if you force me to legally fight you. When all the dust settles, I will have my Omni Law passed as all of America will be colossally disgusted with Wash., D.C. if you force all these federal scandals to go public. 

     And my murder will not stop these federal scandals from going public, but then insure that all of America and the world will know them in depth and judge my murder is legal admission by Wash., D.C. that my legal charges against Wash., D.C. must be true. Like Gandhi of India, I am not afraid of death so you have no leverage there in trying to threaten me with murder as claimed mouthpiece for you deep knight has as of now issued 4 murder attempts. Two latest I am to be murdered in November by him and murdered in December by him. By the way, Justice Dept., my associate who had their expensive labtop computer destroyed by threatened computer hacking attack deep knight said he would do (hit the wrong target by error however!), you apparently owe this person up to $4,000 additional damage as a $1,000 business software program and other expensive software in the computer was apparently all destroyed. As you refused to legally stop deep knight from apparently destroying this computer and software as he threatened to do and stated when he would do this, you U.S. Justice Dept. for sanctioning criminal acts intended aimed at me need to also include a $5,000 check made out to NIFI and also delivered at the postal address by Friday or you face my legal wrath then as I was intended to be the target of that attack, but someone else was attacked by the assailant by error not knowing that it was not me that they had targeted. I have already informed some associates of the U.S. Justice Dept. scandal and they can legally file the whole scandal regardless if I am alive or else dead. 

      I win! You lose!

      I guess they are federal operatives who planted false claims what the Omni Law was and would do under law. They were trying to trick the American people by likely federal con tactics. You don't need to push or provoke me. I lose my temper and the gigantic U.S. Justice Dept. scandal automatically goes public for all of America and the world to see. Learn from nature. When a hurricane gale wind blows, the trees bend or else will be broken by the fierce wind. Don't push me to show you how I can blow you away by non-stop federal scandals until I totally break you.

     American people, feel free to copy and push this report all over America. While you were scared and weak before intended federal tyranny, I was strong as steel and the other side does not know how to handle a strong, resolute American people who will not tolerate their legal rights overthrown and their lives trampled upon by would-be intended federal tyranny. Rally around me and become like steel yourselves in showing this nation belongs to the American people, not would-be Antichrist masters and dictators  from Wash., D.C.

After two murder threats from him he indicated were on behalf of Obama at the White House and then two murder threats that he would murder me in November and if not then, he would murder me in December, 2012 and you remained silent in legal approval of his murder threats, you lighted the fuse to me and now I am ready to explode in your face releasing federal scandals of giant proportions unless Congress says enough and passes my proposed Omni Law. If most Americans are too scared to stand up to intended federal tyranny, I am not. And as Americans decide it is time to be patriots instead of cowards in America, the people will rally around me until the nation is behind me and would-be federal tyranny from Wash., D.C. melts in the sun of public wrath at Wash., D.C. for hating the American people and their legal rights so fiercely. 

      And one loaded legal question for Wash., D.C. If your FEMA had not been so busy building FEMA concentration camps all over America and digging graves for millions of Americans intended to be killed when Obama militarily took over America in October only I sabotaged this from happening by military intelligence tactics, and if you had not been buying enough ammo to kill the American people as to nearly fight a world war with, would FEMA then have had the money, resources, etc. so they could have promptly aided the people of New York City and elsewhere with their homes washed away in the flood of Superstorm Sandy and fed them with water and food then, not nearly a week before FEMA help came? Why was FEMA nearly a week late in helping the desperate victims left by Superstorm Sandy?

Sen. Graham: Obama move on defense layoff notices 'patently illegal'

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) says that he will do anything he can to block the Obama administration from reimbursing defense contractors for severance costs if the firms don’t send layoff notices to employees.
The Obama administration issued guidance Friday that said defense firms’ costs would be covered if they have to layoff workers due to canceled contracts under the across-the-board cuts set to take effect Jan. 2.
The layoff notices have become a politically charged issue because they could have come just four days ahead of the election because of a 60-day notice required by federal law for mass layoffs.
Graham and other Republicans were livid after the Obama administration issued the guidance on Friday telling contractors that their legal costs would be covered due to canceled contracts under sequestration, but only if they did not issue layoff notices before sequestration occurs — and before the November election.
“I will do everything in my power to make sure not one taxpayer dollar is spent reimbursing companies for failure to comply with WARN Act,” Graham told The Hill in a phone interview Monday. “That is so beyond the pale — I think it’s patently illegal.”

Senate Panel: DHS Fusion Centers Produce ‘Predominantly Useless Information’ and ‘a Bunch of Crap’

A newly released report from the Senate’s bipartisan Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations reveals that the claims of Janet Napolitano, the Secretary of the behemoth Department of Homeland Security (DHS), surrounding the United States’ so-called fusion centers are nothing short of outright lies.

This is far from surprising to me since in September of last year a report from the Homeland Security Policy Institute revealed the fact that information received from fusion centers “often lacks value.”

Fusion centers are also involved in rolling out nationwide biometrics systems as well as centralized biometrics databases coordinated by the federal government.

In the past, Napolitano has claimed that fusion centers are “one of the centerpieces of our counterterrorism strategy,” while reality paints a completely different picture.
The Senate panel, which combed over 80,000 fusion center documents, determined that they could not “identify a contribution such fusion center reporting made to disrupt an active terrorist plot.”

Furthermore, unnamed DHS officials told the senate panel that fusion centers put out “predominantly useless information” and “a bunch of crap,” according to Danger Room.

This is somewhat surprising coming from any DHS official given that their official risk assessments have a tendency to wildly underestimate actual risks, but perhaps even DHS employees are beginning to see the absurdity of these fusion centers.

Hilariously, an internal assessment from 2010 – which DHS unsurprisingly did not share with Congress – reveals that a whopping third of all fusion centers do not even have defined procedures for sharing intelligence, which is “one of the prime reasons for their existence.”
Even more troubling is the fact that the Senate has found that at least four fusion centers identified by DHS “do not exist.”

The sad reality is that the Senate’s finding, as noted above, is not in any way shocking. For instance, the Constitution Project (TCP), a national, bipartisan think tank determined, “without effective limits on data collection, storage and use, fusion centers can pose serious risks to civil liberties, including rights of free speech, free assembly, freedom of religion, racial and religious equality, privacy and the right to be free from unnecessary government intrusion.”

Unfortunately, no effective limits have been put in place and even with that unchecked power the fusion centers have not been able actually accomplish anything meaningful.
Even after allegedly putting some privacy protections in place in 2009, the Senate panel found “DHS continued to store troubling intelligence reports from fusion centers on U.S. persons, possibly in violation of the Privacy Act.”
In reviewing fusion center intelligence reports, the Senate found that a third either “lacked any useful information” on terrorist plots or alternatively represented a potential violation of civil liberties.
In other cases, reports sat around for months until the information contained in them was “obsolete” by the time they were actually published.
Unsurprisingly, much of the information produced by fusion centers does not even relate to terrorism. In fact, “most information” from fusion centers was actually dealing with ordinary crime, such as “drug, cash or human smuggling,” according to the Senate’s findings.
While fusion centers are supposed to only analyze and spread information, they have been found to be collecting information as well like a leaflet put out by the Mongols motorcycle club in California that instructed members to be “courteous” to police.
Another piece of clearly useless information collected by the centers was a notation which said that a U.S. citizen was speaking at a mosque, “without any derogatory information about either the citizen or the mosque,” Danger Room notes.
Five of the fusion centers studied by the Senate spent their federal terrorism grant money on various surveillance tools like “hidden ‘shirt button’ cameras” and cellphone tracking systems.
Records show that fusion centers also spent a great deal of funds on “dozens of flat-screen TVs” and even cars, sometimes claiming that Chevrolet Tahoes were acquired to help “respond to chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive (CBRNE) incidents.”
Oddly enough, some fusion center money was used to purchase equipment for medical examiners, clearly far from the intended use of the funds.
Ultimately, the Senate panel discovered that DHS officials were “unable to produce a complete and accurate tally of the expense of its support for fusion centers.”
The cost estimates range wildly from $289 million to $1.4 billion, showing that Homeland Security really has no clue how much money they’re spending on “one of the centerpieces of our counterterrorism strategy,” which actually fails to accomplish anything.
Danger Room notes that one of the major issues in fusion centers is attempting to conduct rapid analysis while still honoring our civil liberties, although they note that this would only be problematic “if the fusion enters were actually uncovering terrorist plots,” which they clearly aren’t.
Of the 610 draft reports produced between April 2009 and April 2010 reviewed by the Senate, only 94 were actually related to terrorism in any way with 188 of them being “cancelled” either because they did not contain “useful information” or “for running afoul of departmental guidelines meant to guard against civil liberties or Privacy Act protections.”
“Of the 94 reports most were published months after they were received; more than a quarter appeared to duplicate a faster intelligence-sharing process administered by the FBI; and some were based on information drawn from publicly available websites or dated public reports,” the Senate panel found.
One of the more hilarious cases is a November 2009 report which stated that Anwar al-Awlaki praised the Fort Hood shooting a whopping four days after it was reported by the Los Angeles Times. It just gets worse when we learn that “a subsequent performance review for the [report's] author cited this report as a signature accomplishment.”
Amazingly, one third of the fusion centers investigated by the Senate did not even “mention terrorism in their mission statements.”
Instead of actually engaging in counterterrorism activities, the fusion centers just take federal grant money and use it to work with local law enforcement in their regular activities while claiming that terrorists “would commit precursor crimes before an attack.”
Personally, I think that the people working at the fusion centers likely have come to the realization that terrorism isn’t anywhere near the threat it’s made out to be. This would make their lack of interest in terrorism completely understandable.
When the fusion centers actually do try to fight terrorism, they end up falling flat on their faces.

For instance, in the case of the Illinois water pump allegedly hacked by Russians, they were forced to quickly backtrack and now has resulted in DHS looking even more foolish than they have previously.

“Another involved the Arizona fusion center, which mistakenly reported in January 2011 that the would-be assassin of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was connected to an ‘anti-Semitic, anti-government group’ called American Renaissance,” reports Danger Room. “The ‘group’ in question is actually a newsletter, and the fusion center’s director had to publicly state the analysis shouldn’t have been released.”

The most famous incident is likely the so-called MIAC report which claimed that supporters of Ron Paul and libertarians in general are, essentially, linked to the “modern militia movement” and likely violent extremists.

Amazingly, the Senate report would not go nearly as far as it should in failing to recommend the closure of fusion centers. The Senate panel argued for greater oversight and clarified mission statements, which, in my opinion, is going to do nothing to actually make fusion centers worth the money.
The simple fact is that we do not have the money to spend, the terrorist threat doesn’t exist and there is no legitimate need for the fusion centers and the Senate’s findings make that painfully clear.

On October 14, 2012 I took some time to catch up with COBRA, author of 2012 Portal a self described intelligence hub for what COBRA calls “the victory of the light.”  Since early 2012 COBRA has released periodic posts about 2012 and the coming paradigm shift among other “intelligence leaks.”   He maintains that his sources are a group of benevolent Extraterrestrial beings who have contacted a group of physical humans called the Resistance Movement.  These entities, he says, are working with humanity to help liberate planet earth from the grip of tyranny.

Like all information circulating the internet and especially anything related to a “2012″ blog there are a lot of doubts and confusion about what’s true and what isn’t.  Because of this attitude of uncertainty many millions of people opt to give up ever trying to seek truth or become so overwhelmed by the complexity of it they just move on to other things.  My theory is we should all be listening closely to everyone and everything and decide for ourselves, so hopefully many of you will find value in these words spoken.  If you aren’t familiar with 2012 Portal or COBRA see “What is COBRA” or perhaps my first interview with him on Gold, the Cabal and more.

Admittedly there has been a lot of infighting among those I believe to be “of the light,”  so for those of us holding positive intent with a knowing of what’s coming  it has been a frustrating and gut-wrenching year.   COBRA’s posts have always resonated with me since I discovered 2012 Portal in March despite the fact that he remains guarded about his identity and many of his sources.
Much of our discussion focused on the day of decision, October 21, 2012 which COBRA says began the second “window of opportunity” where every human being’s free will and decision can create enough positive intent to manifest The Event.   You will notice this interview took place October 14th, well before the Day of Decision and I am releasing it well after.  This is for two main reasons which are that reality was manifesting for me personally in such a way that A) I could not release it in time and B) I was actually faced with real decisions pertaining to my sovereignty on the 21st of October and wanted to integrate the light (understanding) before writing the below.
Now, what decision is that exactly?  Depends on who you ask!  COBRA doesn’t say precisely, and I won’t bore you with my personal problems…but I understood what was being stated – each of us no matter what the circumstance have to make a decision.  Do we submit to tyranny or do we declare our sovereignty in the face of it?  In truth this may be the only question we came here (earth) to answer.

 We’ve Had Enough

Personally, I have had a challenging 2012 full of opportunities to bring light to earth.  I can’t speak to COBRA’s authenticity as an “insider” or any of his intelligence about the Collateral Accounts, but I do know that circumstances in my life currently are saying “What are you going to do about it?”  As sovereign beings we are born into a system whereby our Soul is assigned monetary value, and that value is traded as collateral across international waters.  If that ain’t enough for the average person to handle you then find out there are forces beyond this earth influencing our free will?

This brings me to the next subject which was the esoteric nature of our fight for freedom and how there are forces beyond our physical existence influencing and manipulating our efforts.  This falls into the realm of “reptilians” or “Astral beings” who perpetrate negativity, conflict and human angst.  Call it the Devil, if ya like. 

My takeaway – if there’s one thing our creator gave us that can’t be taken away, it’s our free will.  This is the very reason the “New World Order” has manifested a system that works extremely hard convincing us that it can.

To conclude COBRA also talked a little bit about his conferences.  He describes them as “energetic” events, transformational even for the people who attend.  COBRA says these events contribute greatly to the critical mass of surface humanity and ultimately the liberation of planet earth.

Unfortunately the conference near me was cancelled but would love to hear from anyone who does go and cares to share their experience.

There’s a wonderful moment in the movie “Wargames” where this massive supercomputer has run amok and taken control of the launch codes for America’s nuclear arsenal, and is trying to start World War III. The computer is on the brink of launching the missiles, and keeps running thousands of different scenarios as to how the war would turn out. And all the top brass in the war room in the underground bunker at NORAD are watching in helpless horror as each scenario of global devastation plays out on this giant screen, faster and faster, each one ending in the total destruction of mankind. Meanwhile the computer is activating the launch codes, and will launch the warheads at any moment, once it finds the winning scenario. And the screen spins with these horrific images of devastation and then suddenly the giant screen goes blank! And there is silence. And after a moment the computerized voice says, “Interesting game….the only winning move is not to play.”
That is where I believe we are. A game has been set up by those who benefit from chaos and war – what President Eisenhower warned us of – the “military industrial complex,” and the bankers who’ve backed them for centuries. For example, there’s a several hundred year old Dutch bank that likes to tell us they helped finance the Ameriican Revolution. Of course, what they don’t mention is that they also helped finance the British against us in the American Revolution. If you decide to play that game, in the end it’s only the bankers who win. They help create chaos and war because in the end, if we play that game, we will surrender more of our money and our freedom to them. The only winning move is not to play.
We are about to be manipulated in this country into playing a game of fierce partisan conflict. An election is only days away which may throw this country into a turmoil will will make Bush v Gore look like a lovefest. We are given predictions of dire consequences by both parties of the horrors that would follow the election of the wrong man. Accusations of fraud, of cheating, even of treason, will likely be hurled by both sides. In the aftermath of the hurricane an air of apocalypse hangs over the land. Fears of a financial disaster, of a complete currency collapse, seem to grow everyday. Rumors of military coups, of popular uprisings, of militia resistance are rife across the internet. The fate of the country, and of the world, seems to hang in the balance….and maybe it does.
But what if we choose not to play? What if we refuse to demonize those with whom we disagree? What if we focus on how we can help each other, and set aside for now the raging conflicts? We all want peace. We all want freedom. We all want abundance and safety for ourselves and our families. Yes, we may disagree on how to get there, but can we not at least honor our shared patriotism, and our shared humanity? And can we not look to the good news, look to the enormous promise of the great changes in the air, and perhaps see that we may be on the brink of a chance to finally break free of the centuries of manipulation, and refuse, finally and forever, to play the puppet game of war and fear which has only ever finally benefited the moneylenders and warlords?
And what might happen if we focused on the good news? What if it’s true, as reports suggest, that a hidden trove of trillions is about to be released to wipe out debt and create a development fund to heal our world? What if it’s true that an asset-backed currency system is about to be implemented, wiping out the phony money fiat currency game of the central bankers? What if it’s true that all the unexplained geological and solar events of the past year are evidence of a great evolutionary leap forward for our planet? What if the people of America actually succeed in dethroning the USA Corporation, and return to the organic constitution of our founders, restoring the freedoms that once made us the inspiration of the world?
These things may be real. They could happen. I don’t know for certain. But they will certainly come much more quickly and peacefully, if we refuse to play the game of fear and distrust, and choose instead to focus on hope and brotherhood. And the old games of fear and hate and war may just fade into history, as obsolete games of terror and fantasy, that died out when one day nobody showed up to play….the day when we all realized that the only winning move is not to play.

Supreme Court Spurns Justice: Holy Land Five Stay in Jail

Several previous articles discussed the Holy Land Foundation (HLF) charity case.

Five extraordinary human beings were wrongfully convicted and sentenced to long prison terms.
They’re doing hard time in America’s gulag.
They learned the hard way about being Muslims in America at the wrong time.
On Monday, the Supreme Court denied their final appeal for justice. More on that below.
The words “Equal Justice Under Law” adorn the Supreme Court Building’s west facade. Facing east is the motto “Justice, the Guardian of Liberty.”
Since the Court’s 1789 establishment, these words belie its decisions, arguments, and “supreme” allegiance to power. “We the people” never mattered and don’t now.
Privilege always counted most in America. Egalitarian principles exist in name only. Checks and balances, equity and justice, and democratic values are meaningless figures of speech.
Men, not laws or high moral standards, rule America. Executive, congressional, and judicial officials systematically lie, connive, and pretty much do what they please for their own self-interest.
Democracy always was illusory. Most High Court justices are as unprincipled and venal as political rogues infesting Washington, state and city governments.
Federal courts are the worst. Many justices in them have Federalist Society connections. They advocate rolling back civil liberties and ending New Deal social policies. They support imperial wars, torture and corporatism.
They want reproductive choice, government regulations, labor rights, and environmental protections ended. They spurn justice in defense of privilege.
Five current Supreme Court justices are Federalist Society members: Chief Justice John Roberts, Antonin Scalia, Samuel Alito, Anthony Kennedy, and Clarence Thomas.
Elena Kagan is ideologically sympathetic. As dean of Harvard Law School, she hired Bush’s outgoing Office of Legal Counsel director, Jack Goldsmith. Francis Boyle called him a war criminal.
Kagan bragged about putting him on staff. Boyle quoted her saying she “love(s) the Federalist Society.”
With these type justices on America’s High Court, ordinary people don’t stand a chance. On Monday, five HLF principles heard the bad news. Other articles discussed their notable work.
They helped people most in need. They fed hungry children. They provided financial aid to needy and impoverished families.
They sponsored orphaned children. They provided educational, medical, emergency, community development, and other vital social services.
Until Bush’s Justice Department shut it down, HLF was America’s largest Muslim charity. It was their mark of cain. It got them targeted for doing the right thing for the wrong people.
They were wrongfully accused of providing aid to Hamas. Multiple charges included prohibited financial transactions, money laundering, conspiracy, and filing false tax returns.
Charges were false, outrageous and unconscionable. HLF had no connection to terrorism.
Its activities were entirely legal. Islam’s third pillar mandates charity. Aiding those in need is considered a moral obligation.
Compassion became criminalized. Humanitarian giving to “unworthy” recipients risks long prison terms.
US justice prohibits feeding the wrong hungry children, providing medical services, and helping them live normal lives.
Reversing the wrongful convictions of five extraordinary humanitarians should have been no-brainer justice. The Supreme Court spurned them without explanation. Dismissively it said:
“Petition for writ of certiorari to the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit denied.”
HLF principals were denied their right to retrial. Legitimate courts would have granted it automatically.
Shukri Abubaker, Mohammad el-Mazain, Ghassan Elashi, Mufid Abdulqader, Abulrahman Odeh will stay imprisoned in America’s gulag.
Word came Monday morning. HLF announced it saying:
“The US Supreme Court declines to hear the Holy Land Foundation case. Their decision marks the end of the judicial process and the beginning of a massive effort to free the Holy Land Five.”
The Muslim Legal Fund of America headlined “MLFA Troubled by Court’s Decision to Not Hear Sixth Amendment Case,” saying:
Presidential diktat authority targeted HLF. Due process was denied. Federal agents stormed their offices like storm troopers. They took everything, including personal possessions.
Fundamental constitutional rights were spurned. “MLFA funded the defense, appeal and US Supreme Court petition due to the significance the case has on the future of civil liberties for everyone in America. Representatives from the legal fund are gravely concerned over the court’s decision to not hear the case.”
Executive Director Khalik Meed said:
“It is a dark day for America when our nation’s highest court refuses to hear a case that is affecting everyone’s ability to get a fair trial in America.”
“If judges are allowed to prevent defenders from challenging the credibility of expert witnesses, then our Sixth Amendment loses its teeth and our civil liberties suffer further erosion.”
HLF attorney Nancy Hollander called the decision a “travesty of American criminal justice. I don’t think American citizens understand that this effects all of us and the world that believes in the American criminal justice system.”
“Anyone in any court in America now risks being convicted based on the opinion of someone who claims to be an expert without any opportunity to cross examine that person because everything about that so-called expert can remain secret.”
“The right to Confrontation, so long enshrined in our justice system, died today.”
Hollander added:
“Technically they can file a petition for writ of habeas corpus, but they would have to go back to original court and I don’t think they will be successful. I fear this is the end of the road and far as the courts are concerned.”
HLF principal Shukri Abubaker’s daughter Nida twittered:
“The suprême court denied the case. they don’t even want to look at it. They don’t want to spill the truth (and reveal) US Govt….lies.”
She added:
“That’s it. They denied it….So what now? Are these men going to sit in prison, for something they didn’t do, while the world all over the poor is getting even poorer?”
“While the hungry is dying of starvation? While the sick is dying without medicine and blood? While the homeless is in desperate need of a home during The harsh winters?”
” This is outrageous. I am at loss of words….God has a plan for everything and everyone. We must not give up.”
“#FreeTheHolyLandFoundation #FreeMyBaba #FreeMyUncles.”
Attorney Linda Moreno expressed outrage, saying:
“We fought so hard for this case we believed in these men and we believed in the charity, their good will, their good works. I have always said they fed the wrong children.”
“They were Palestinian children and for some reason Palestinian children, Palestinian widows do not deserve humanitarian aid.”
“And I will tell you this. I don’t care what the government believes it has proved in this case, a decision that allows a man to be sentenced to 65 years in prison for feeding Palestinian children in my view is racist.”
Ahead of the Supreme Court decision, Center for Constitutional Rights president emeritus, Michael Ratner, said:
“We will look back on this period, not just the Holy Land Five, but the cases from the NYPD, down here with the Third Jihad, all the way to drone killings in Pakistan, we will look on this as probably one of the darkest, if not the darkest, periods of our history. And sadly, sadly, Noor’s father is paying the price of 65 years in jail.”
A Final Comment
Activist/songwriter David Rovics commented his way in song and verse. He titled it simply the “Holy Land 5″
“They grew up among the bombs of the occupation
Bulldozed houses, that was the situation
Refugee camps, Khan Yunus and Shatila
Children gunned down in the Intifada
Poverty and hunger, a place to slowly die
These five men decided at least they had to try
From their homes in Texas to the stateless nation
They started up the Holy Land Foundation.”
“They sent food and medicine, that’s all they ever did
Aside from sending toys for little kids
Feed the hungry, they say that’s a good deed
But apparently it all depends on who you want to feed
If they’re living in the ghettos under IDF command
If they think they don’t deserve to starve in their homeland
If Sharon says all that’s theirs is mine
If they’re from a place called Palestine.”
“The Holy Land is crying out
Leaving little room for doubt
From ruined homes the kids ask you
What in the world will you do?”
“They sent money to the Zakat Committees
The same ones funded by USAID
But these were Arabs aiding Palestinians
They opposed the occupation and they were Muslims
Their phones were tapped for years but nothing could be found
So with an executive order Bush shut them down
Freezing all their funds, taking food from kids
That’s exactly what the US government did.”
“These men support Hamas, the government proclaimed
Although they couldn’t find a cent sent in their name
But they had evidence, for the first time in a court
An anonymous Israeli would submit his report
Behind a veil with no rights to cross-examination
He could smell Hamas, this was his explanation
First the jury hung, so they tried them again
And for feeding hungry people they were sent to prison.”

Every Muslim an unindicted co-conspirator
Be careful what you say, be wary what you hear
Or end up in a CMU for 65 years
Cut off from the world, held in a little box
Back home kids are getting shot for throwing rocks
No one stops the charities sending money for tanks
For illegal settlements all over the West Bank.”
“This is justice in America, if you didn’t know it now you do
And a retrial was denied, I should mention that, too
A retrial was denied and who knows who’s next to go
To be tortured in a Little Guantanamo
The Constitution’s suspended, they just haven’t let us know
It’s easier that way, just say it isn’t so
The Holy Land Foundation, you know it’s true
They did what all of us should do.”
“Free the Holy Land 5!!”
The final words of America’s Pledge of Allegiance should say “with liberty and justice” only for the privileged few. No one else.
Muslims and others wrongfully targeted learn about America’s dark side firsthand. Disgracefully, the nation’s Supreme Court supports it.
