Advice To Quickly Reverse Heart Disease & Prevent It
I'll remember that night for the rest of my life. It was the wee hours of January 19, 1978. I was 15 years old, and after spending several hours the evening before studying for my biology midterm, I was sleeping soundly in my bed. That is, until I was awakened by my mother's screams. My father had died of a heart attack in bed. My Mom discovered his cold, lifeless body as she was getting in bed after having watched the Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. And my life was forever changed. Sad as it is, stories like mine are VERY common. Heart disease continues to be our #1 killer, accounting for at least 4 out of 10 deaths in the US each year. Although that sounds very scary, there's one point that many people fail to realize. Heart disease in most cases is preventable! Here's why I say that... Heart disease -- what is it really? The term "heart disease" is very broad and sometimes confuses people. Doctors usually use the term "heart disease" to describe atherosclerosis, which is when your arteries get plaque buildup, harden and eventually the flow of blood can be impaired. Atherosclerosis usually occurs in your larger (wider) blood vessels, so many people don't realize they have a problem until their artery is 90% blocked or more! Here are other terms that fall under the "heart disease" umbrella: 1- Thrombosis: This is when you have atherosclerosis and a piece of a clot breaks off, travels to a skinnier artery and completely blocks the flow of blood. As a result, the nearby tissue or organ that depends on that blood flow can die. 2- Heart attack (aka myocardial infarction): This is when blood flow to the heart is blocked. Your heart requires a steady supply of blood containing oxygen and other nutrients, and when it doesn't get what it needs, it starts to die VERY quickly. And so can you. 3- Stroke (aka cerebral vascular accident, or CVA): This is when a blockage occurs in the blood vessels that feed the brain (the carotid arteries). When the supply of blood is shut off, nerves in your brain start dying almost immediately. This is why strokes can lead to such devastating impairments as loss of movement, speech, memory or various other bodily functions. 4- Angina pectoris: This is a squeezing, pressure-like chest pain usually caused by insufficient blood flow and oxygen to the heart. 5- Arrythmia: Your heartbeat is governed by a series of electrical impulses. If these signals get disrupted, your heart chambers can start contracting in the wrong sequence. As a result, your heart's ability to pump blood through your body can be impaired. 6- Congestive heart failure (aka CHF): This means your heart has weakened to the point where it cannot pump enough blood for your body's needs. 7- Congenital heart disease: This is when you are born with a heart defect or abnormality.   Where heart disease begins With the exception of congenital heart disease that you're born with, the primary underlying culprit behind most cases of heart disease is INFLAMMATION. You see, just like the paint on your house or your favorite shirt, your blood vessels incur normal wear and tear. When you get a little tear or injury to an artery, this signals your body to send its "repairmen" (white blood cells and cholesterol) to "fix" the area so it can heal. As part of this process, inflammation is created. It's similar to your skin getting red when you get a bug bite or your ankle swelling when you sprain it, and it's a normal part of your body's healing mechanism. But the problem occurs when inflammation gets out of control and becomes CHRONIC. Then your body goes "overboard" with sending cholesterol and white blood cells to the inflamed area. Eventually those two substances plus fibrous proteins called fibrinogens, wastes and toxins in your blood keep building up and building up until eventually you have a blob called "plaque." And that's when the REAL trouble starts.   Why are we so inflamed anyway? There are MANY possible contributing factors behind chronic inflammation, but here are the four most common: 1- Smoking Tobacco smoke contains more than 4,000 chemicals--that should be your first clue it's no good. Smoking raises your blood cholesterol by damaging your liver's "monitoring system" and impairing its cholesterol controlling ability. It also promotes blood clotting by adding to the toxins in your blood that can get stuck in a "plaque blob" like I described above. Plus, smoking creates free radicals which can further damage your arteries and tissues.   2- Refined sugar Sugar creates acid wastes in your bloodstream which can light fires of inflammation from head to toe. In addition, sugar increases triglyceride and cholesterol levels and elevates insulin levels in your blood, all of which can help perpetuate the artery damage-inflammation-plaque buildup cycle.   3- Low levels of antioxidants and essential fatty acids Antioxidants help control the artery-harming wrath of free radicals, and essential fatty acids are Nature's anti-inflammatory. Being low in either or both of these opens the door for chronic inflammation to go on and on.   4- Processed foods and trans-fats Processed foods are a triple whammy to your body: 1. They are loaded with artificial chemicals, preservatives, coloring and flavorings, all of which are simply toxic and contribute to waste buildup in your blood (and the creation of plaque) 2. They frequently contain high levels of refined sugar, especially in the form of high fructose corn syrup (or "corn sugar" as it's now disguised, er, I mean called) 3. The stockpiling of millions of rounds of ammo by Homeland "Security", the purchase of 30,000 drones for use in the US as well as 2,900 armored vehicles plus the onslaught of Executive Orders on an almost daily basis et al, certainly lends credence to the article below.  Then, too, consider the recent purging of high ranking military personnel.  And don't forget the Muslims who are working in high administrative positions in DHS and the State Dept., as well as pushing John Brennan, a converted Muslim, to be considered to be the head of the CIA.  Oops! Did I mention The One in the White House, too?

Obama Poised to Carry Out Hostile Military Takeover of US

I’ve been told by a number of people that it would be impossible for any person to stage a military or hostile takeover of the United States. Ten years ago, I would have agreed with them, but not now.

In the past year, President Obama has taken a number of actions that when added together clearly indicates his plans for a military or hostile takeover of the United States. And for the first time in my life, I not only believe it could happen, but I am firmly convinced it’s going to happen before the 2016.
 

To begin with, Obama has been tailoring the US military to his personal agenda. He is filling the ranks with gays and lesbians who will now follow him to any extreme because he is their champion. He has all but shackled chaplains from preaching Christianity to the troops, who by the way, aren’t even allowed to have Bibles in some areas in the Middle East or any other semblance of Christianity. For the military coup de gras, he has been tailoring his top military leaders by asking if they are willing to shoot Americans. Those that answer yes, are put in key positions while those that answer no are basically seeing the end of their military careers.

Next, the Department of Homeland Security has been stockpiling millions of weapons and billions of rounds ammunition. The federal government even has NOAA stockpiling weapons and ammunition and they aren’t going to be using it to predict the weather. This is unprecedented in American history and has no purpose or basis other than the use against the American people.
The massive push for gun control has only one purpose and that is to disarm the American people. There are more guns in private ownership than there are people in the US. That would make a hostile takeover more difficult, costly and time consuming. However, the stockpiles of weapons and ammunition are just for that purpose, because Obama knows that there are a lot of Americans who will not give up their guns so easily. Attorney General Eric Holder has already warned gun owners to cower like smokers.
One of the problems with the guns in the hands of people is that the government doesn’t know where they all are. That’s why they are pushing for complete gun registration and background checks for everyone who owns a firearm, regardless of any grandfather clauses. Under Obamacare, they are pushing doctors and medical staffers to gather information on their patients as to whether or not they own a gun.

Under the National Defense Authorization Act, the federal government has the legal right to indefinitely detain anyone they deem to be dangerous to the country. They do not have to produce any evidence, they do not have to obtain a warrant, and they do not have to give you the right to an attorney. All Obama or Eric Holder have to do is say you are a threat and that could be the last anyone sees of you for who knows how long.

Obama has also issued an executive order that gives him absolute power and control over all means of communication for any reason including an emergency. The executive order includes all television, radio, cable, internet and cell phone communications.
Lastly, Obama is already placing drones in the skies over America. His chief puppet, Attorney General Eric Holder has ruled that not only are the drones legal, but that Obama also has the legal right to use them to shoot Americans on American soil.
When you put this all together into one package, it’s obvious that the stage is set for Barack Hussein Obama to use force in a hostile takeover of the United States. All he has to do is declare a state of emergency (mostly likely prompted by a forced economic collapse). This will allow him to control all forms of communication. Both military and DHS trained personnel will then start rounding up everyone that has or still opposes Obama and detain them under the National Defense Authorization Act. Those that resist will be face lethal force from the drones and/or the heavily armed military and DHS troops. Anyone resisting will be shot, since he has been given the legal authority to do so.

If Obama fears a threat from another nation, he would not be slashing military spending, cutting our nuclear arsenal down to a third of what it was and he wouldn’t have NOAA stockpiling millions of weapons and ammunition. Everything Obama has being doing and putting in place is pointed inside the US, not outside. We are his target, not Iran, Syria, China, North Korea or al-Qaeda.
If you don’t believe this will happen prior to the 2016 election, then please explain to me the purpose of all these things that have been strategically placed at this time. Also, I suggest you do a little studying of history in nations like Germany, Russia, China and other socialist nations. They all thought it could never happen to them and it did and it all started with a tyrant just like Obama gaining power and outlawing guns!

Speculation???? Hmmmm Me thinks this is political spin.. or spiel.. to cover the Mafia/banking/sex scandals. .. Whichever fits...
I've known a few pious nuns and priests (wonderful people!!) and I've known a few priests who were gay as can be.. (No, I'm not Catholic but my husband was.) The thing that rankles is the lies, the abuse of the innocent and unsuspecting, and then we have the cover up of crimes more heinous then we could ever imagine.
He 'quit' to save the Church?? Doubtful.. The 'church' has been corrupt for a thousand years or more..

On pages 16-17 in the March 4 edition of the GLOBE, my favorite supermarket tabloid, it is reported that the former Pope has "congestive heart disease and atrial fibrillation," and "could suffer a stroke at any moment." With regard to the scandals in the Church, GLOBE says he was "shattered by the scale of the problems - and by his cruel realization that he couldn't save his beloved Church from the fallout" and implies that the stress contributed to the worsening of his heart problems. [Sounds like spin!]

Message from SaLuSa by Mike Quinsey - March 8, 2013 The world is still in a state of turmoil, but we see all progressing as intended to bring about the results that are required to move you firmly onto the path of the New Age. The old systems and ways of duality are being shown up for what they are, having been a means of keeping you under control. They must be removed, or changed if any part of them are going to be able to remain in the higher vibrations. Some of the changes happen quite naturally, but some situations are man made and need extra attention if they are to be broken down. Restoring your sovereignty is one such area, and it needs legal means to change laws that were introduced to take away your rights. It will take time and best attended to when governmental changes have taken place. Much revolves around this change and be assured that the means to achieve it have already been put in place. What many of you are already realizing is that following the upliftment of the 21st. December, that there is a noticeable change in people's attitude to each other. Also that the awakening has led to more of them banding together in the best interests of everyone. Authorities are now being taken to task over issues that affect you all and your standard of living. You are beginning to understand that you have been manipulated and abused by those in power. It has been a deliberate policy, and but for your enlightenment would have ended with your total imprisonment. That may sound far fetched, but the Illuminati have worked towards that goal for millennia of time. The future was foreseen and the forces of Light were also given a goal to reach to ensure that the Illuminati never reached theirs. You might say it was never going to be a real contest as the Light will always be the winner in such circumstances. However, it has not been without its cost to Humanity and even lives have been sacrificed, and bear in mind that you all freely offered your services. In real terms the experiences have speeded up your evolution, so what you have given of yourselves has not been in vain or without its value. Indeed, you have been to the depths of darkness and are now well on your way back to the levels where only the Light can exist. Within the next few years you are going to see wonderful changes that will eventually bring to you the "promised land" and you will live in crystal cities of Light, purity and cleanliness that will be a permanent feature. It means that you will work through several exciting stages of change to reach that level, and able to move from your reliance on fossil fuels to free energy. It is already coming into existence, but first those opposing such changes must be moved out of the way to stop their interference. When matters reach the stage of enabling us to come out openly to be with you, your friends of the Inner Earth can also meet you and another important period in your evolution will begin. You will be making up for lost time very rapidly, and becoming the Galactic Being that you really are and were before you agreed to experience the lower vibrations. With all of these changes comes a great happiness just to be alive, and life will be fulfilling and give much satisfaction. In fact you will soon be so focused on your new experiences that your time in duality will quickly fade into the background. Death as such will no longer be an issue as you will decide when you wish to move into another experience. Changing bodies will be as simple as putting another set of clothing on. Which brings up the point that as your creative powers grow, you will "think" yourself into whatever way you wish to appear. All of these advances will give you so much more time to yourself, and "work" as you understand it will not be something you have to do to survive. Neither will it take up as much of your time as at present. It will be more a matter of doing what pleases you and brings you satisfaction. Eventually there will be no money involved, as that will have long been dispensed with and that is where a society works together for the benefit of all. All of your needs are provided for and many of them can be "thought" into being as and when you need them. Dear Ones, we are aware that some of you still feel let down that outwardly nothing happened on the 21st. December, but more took place than was apparent and there has been no let up in our help to bring matters to a wonderful conclusion. In reality all happens at exactly the correct time, and since we live in the "Now" we do not share the same experiences that you do. Let go of time as it is no longer reliable and has never been constant. Go with the flow and allow things to come to you where possible and you will find you can rely on your intuition much more. Understand that there will come a point where you will be able to travel by pure thought, and instantaneously. The present, past and future will be all one and once you are Galactic Beings you will be able travel beyond your own Universe if that is your desire. Some of you get so tied up with earthly matters that you forget where your future will take you. We do not make light of your problems, but please have faith that all will work out to give you the experience you need to evolve. If you view it as unpleasant stop to think what lesson is in it for you. Duality may be finishing up, but you have not yet completely cut your ties with it. There is also karma that is still to be played out, and it is all part of your personal cleansing. See it for what it is and then put it behind you. If it involves other people who you may feel carry some blame for it, please set judgment aside and forgive all those involved. Nothing happens in your lives without good reason, so accept what comes up with grace and a good heart. On the evening of September 28, 1978 Pope John Paul I (Albino Luciani) - the FIRST John Paul (not Karol Wojtyla, the second John Paul) - sat down in the Papal apartments in the Vatican to a frugal dinner of salad, clear soup, veal, fresh beans and a glass of water. With him were his two secretaries, Father Diego Lorenzi and Father John Magee. Luciani had been pope for only 33 days, but in those 33 days he had revealed himself to be a friend of the poor, a man who felt deeply for their plight, and someone who might very well do something about it. David Yallop, an investigative reporter and the author of the best-selling book In God's Name, An Investigation into the Murder of Pope John Paul I, describes Luciani's sympathies:

"Albino Luciani had a dream. He dreamed of a Roman Catholic Church that would truly respond to the needs of its people ... He dreamed of a church that would dispense with the wealth, power, and prestige it had acquired ... of a church that would get out of the market place, where the message of Christ had become tainted; of a church that would once again rely on what has always been its greatest source of power, its greatest claim to a unique prestige: the Gospel."

Luciani was also an advocate of at least some of the tenets of a new and radical Catholic theology which was then sweeping through Latin America and threatening the economic interests of some of America's most powerful elite families and corporate interests [Citibank, First Boston Bank, the House of Morgan, Rockefeller interests (e.g., IBEC, Banco Lar Brasileiro, Banco Moreira Salles, the IFI, Banco de Investimento do Brasil, Deltec, Deltec Holdings, etc.), ad nauseum]. The name of this incendiary movement was LIBERATION THEOLOGY. In allying himself (if ever so cautiously) with this movement, Luciani had managed to arouse the fury of the unseen force that really governs the Vatican - at least since the end of World War II; and this force was about to prove itself far more powerful than Luciani had ever supposed, and much more evil than he had ever imagined.

A HIDDEN FORCE
Indeed, it was about to "fall on" him just as it had "fallen on" JFK fifteen years earlier in Dallas, on Robert Kennedy in Los Angeles in 1968, on Martin Luther King, Jr. in Memphis, again, in 1968, and on Salvador Allende in Chile in 1973. A few moments later she knocked on the pope's bedroom door and called out, 'Good morning, Holy Father'. For once there was no reply. Vincenza waited for a moment, then paddled away quietly. At 4:45 a.m. she returned. The tray of coffee in the study was untouched. She had worked for Luciani since 1959 in Vittorio Veneto. Not once in eighteen years had he overslept. Anxiously she moved to the bedroom door and listened. There was no sound. She knocked on the door, timidly at first, then with greater force. Still there was no answer. Opening the door she saw Albino Luciani sitting up in bed. He was wearing his glasses, and gripped in his hands were some sheets of paper. His head was turned to the right, and the lips were parted, showing his teeth. It was not the smiling face that had so impressed millions but an expression of agony. She felt his pulse.

"Recently she recounted that moment to me. 'It was a miracle that I survived, I have a bad heart. I pushed the bell to summon the secretaries, then I went out to find the other sisters and to awaken Don Diego [and Father Magee]'."

To the uninitiated, MK-ULTRA was the CIA's effort at producing a "Manchurian Candidate" - the same kind of assassin who most likely was responsible for the assassinations of not only such Third World leaders as Patrice Lumumba in the Congo and Salvadore Allende in Chile, but also JFK, Robert Kennedy, Martin Luther King, and the crippling of Alabama governor, George Wallace - all here in the United States.
