The Federal government keeps a website that
collects all the information on malware and hack attacks and sends warnings
out when some big new virus is on the move. It's called the NIST National
Vulnerability Database (NVD) and its considered the bible of virus/malware
information. It's been hacked and down since March 8. Security researchers found malware on two NIST servers and took the site offline until they could fix it. The situation is not only ironic, it's more evidence that the hackers are winning, writes Dan Rowinski of ReadWrite.com. It's only the first quarter of 2013 and already this year Apple, Evernote, Microsoft were hacked. So was Oracle's web programming language Java, putting everyone that uses the Internet at risk. For Rowinski it got personal. The bad guys got a hold of his debit card. Interestingly, the NVD site that warns about security problems, didn't warn the world about its own. Finnish security researcher Kim Halavakosk wondered why the site was offline for so long and emailed NIST to ask. Here's the response he got, from public affairs officer Gail Porter, which he posted to his Google+ account. Thanks for your inquiry to the NIST Director's Office webmaster. Below is a brief statement describing the issues we're experiencing with the National Vulnerability Database. We do not know yet exactly when the database will be back online but we are working as quickly as we can to get the Web site back in service. The National Vulnerability Database public-facing Web site and several other NIST-hosted Web sites are currently unavailable due to discovery of malware on two NIST Web servers. On Friday March 8, a NIST firewall detected suspicious activity and took steps to block unusual traffic from reaching the Internet. NIST began investigating the cause of the unusual activity and the servers were taken offline. Malware was discovered on two NIST Web servers and was then traced to a software vulnerability. Currently there is no evidence that NVD or any other NIST public pages contained or were used to deliver malware to users of these NIST Web sites. NIST continually works to maintain the integrity of its IT infrastructure and acts to limit the impact of malware on its systems. We regret the impact this has had on our services. Ok, all….time to be very aware and stand
guard!!! I have no idea how accurate this is or when it might take place, but this will ignite the flames if it takes place any time soon. INTEL BRIEFING – 3/11/13 For dissemination throughout the Frontiersmen and to our friends RE: Federal action against patriot groups in US Today at 10AM there was a very large meeting at the FBI's Criminal Justice Information Services Division (CJIS) headquarters in Clarksburg, WV. The meeting was held in an auditorium and included everyone – from agents to the secretaries. The meeting was organized by the Director of the Biometric Identification Management Agency (BIMA), Colonel Bolo (ret.). Bolo summarized the purchase of 24 new armored vehicles (each costing $400k) and the recent appearance of 20 mobile headquarters that are now present at the facility. The mobile units are semi-trailers with attached generators in the front; are of a shiny, mirrored-silver finish; and have no identifiable markings on them at all. There are 20 of them parked (visibly in front) at 1000 Cluster Hollow Rd, Clarksburg, WV as of today. Additionally, there are 24 armored cars (the same ones we have seen with DHS markings) parked in a different lot on this property, but they too may be visible. The Colonel went into great detail on a list of patriot/constitutional groups. According to witnesses, this is a list that may be identical or very close to the one put out by the SPLC but had over 1000 groups on it. He explained that although groups may take advantage of the 2nd Amendment debate to garner followers now, at the heart of all these organizations is a racist core; one that poses a threat and will need to be dealt with soon. This is when he tied the armored cars and mobile command trailers to ‘the mission’. The armored cars (those at the facility and nationwide) are to effect high-risk warrants on the ringleaders of the listed various groups with command centers being placed as necessary. The DHS and FBI are planning to move at one time against the listed groups; with SWAT teams being utilized against the more threatening ones. The colonel explained that all these groups have been successfully infiltrated and the leaders identified. He also explained that this is part of the new Internal Security Force that the president has been alluding to. In answering a question from an attendee regarding the mass purchase of ammo, he also stated that the buildup of arms and ammo was specifically for this ‘mission’. The witness has told me that after the meeting, everyone they seen were against this. People were complaining, shaking their head in disbelief, and asking what the heck going on. According to them, NOBODY (including federal agents present) planned on going along with this and many even talked about how this will ignite a war. The report I received can be verified through any personal contacts you may have at this center or connected to the agencies mentioned. You may also visibly inspect the lot for these trailers by driving to the location in Clarksburg. The witness was extremely bothered by the meeting and has said ‘it is coming and a hell of a lot sooner than people think’. I used to think that mass roundups would never happen – but with this new information, I can clearly see that this is exactly what is going to happen (at least to a certain number of militia/patriot groups). And inevitably, any action this crazy will result in a reaction by others. The specter of Civil War in this country is a real and present danger folks – prepare. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs withheld data showing links between Gulf War veterans’ illnesses and toxic environmental hazards they were exposed to such as burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan, a whistleblower told a House hearing on Wednesday.
Charging the accusations was Dr. Steven Coughlin, who worked as a senior epidemiologist at the VA’s Office of Public Health for over four years until December when he resigned “because of serious ethical concerns.”
“If the studies produce results that do not support Office of Public Health’s unwritten policy, they do not release them,” Coughlin told the House Subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations.
“This applies to data regarding adverse health consequences of environmental exposures, such as burn pits in Iraq and Afghanistan, and toxic exposures in the Gulf War. On the rare occasions when embarrassing study results are released, data are manipulated to make them unintelligible,” he said.
On research Coughlin was involved with that looked at data of veterans’ exposure to pesticides and oil well fires among other things, he said that “The Office of Public Health has not released these data, or even the fact that this important information on Gulf War veterans exists.”
“Anything that supports the position that Gulf War illness is a neurological condition is unlikely to ever be published.”
USA Today adds:
In 2010, Coughlin participated in a study of recent veterans of Iraq and Afghanistan that linked exposure to burn pits to greater incidences of asthma or bronchitis. His request to see their medical records was denied, Coughlin said, and the results of the study were never published.
“I was very concerned they were withholding data or misleading people,” he told USA TODAY. “I don’t want to speculate about why.”
Coughlin told Fox News in an interview, “I was told two or three times in the second half of 2012 by my immediate supervisor not to look at data.” When he said he didn’t want to work on the project with those limitations, Coughlin said that his supervisor threatened him.
If Coughlin’s allegations prove true, a leading veterans’ advocate told the Project on Government Oversight (POGO), the conduct by the VA “would be a total breach of trust with all veterans and their families.”

Are Khazarians
Dr. Eran Elhaik, geneticist
researcher at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, found that today’s
“Jews” originated from Khazaria and not Israel. They are not the seed of
Abraham.
The newest DNA science finding
is from Dr. Eran Elhaik (“a Jew”) and associates at the McKusick-Nathans
Institute of Genetic Medicine, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine.
In research accepted December 5, 2012 and published by the Oxford University
Press on behalf of the Society of Molecular Biology and Evolution, it was
found that the “Khazarian Hypothesis” is scientifically correct.
What exactly is the “Khazarian
Hypothesis?” Simply stated, it holds that the Jewry genome is a mosaic of
ancestries which rise primarily out of the Khazars.
Jews are Khazars, not Israelites.
The “Jews” of America, Europe,
and Israel are descendants not of Father Abraham but of King Bulan and the
people of ancient Khazaria. Khazaria was an amalgam of Turkic clans who once
lived in the Caucasus (Southern Russia) in the early centuries CE. These
Turkic peoples were pagans who converted to Judaism in the eighth century. As
converts, they called themselves “Jews,” but none of their blood comes from
Israel.
Geneticists report that less
than 2% of “Jews” living in Israel are actually Israelites.
Later, the “Jews” (Khazars) emigrated, settling in Russia, Hungary, Poland, Germany, and elsewhere in Europe. As “Jews,” the Khazars then left the European nations in 1948 and settled the fledgling, new nation of Israel.
The people of Israel are not
the seed, nor the ancestors, of Abraham. They call themselves “Jews,” but in
fact, DNA science shows them to be Khazars. They say they are “Jew,” but they
are not.
“There are no blood or family
connections among the Jews,” said Dr. Elhaik in an interview with Haaretz,
Israel’s daily newspaper. “The various groups of Jews in the world today do
not share a common genetic origin. Their genome is largely Khazar.”
The Khazarians, never in Israel, converted to Talmudic Judaism in the 8th Century. God Did Not Give the Land to the Khazarians
Thus, when Prime Minister
Netanyahu says, “God gave this land to our Israelite forefathers,” he is
absolutely wrong. There are no Israelite forefathers of today’s “Jews.” When
today’s “Jews” say they should possess the land because they are Israelites
and are the seed of Abraham, they are mistaken.
The “Jews” are in Israel for
one reason and one reason only: Because the United States, in 1948,
recognized the nation of “Israel” and has since funded and protected it.
God’s Word has nothing to do with it.
God’s Word, the Holy Bible,
prophesied that in the last days imposters would erroneously and falsely
claim to be “Jews.” These imposters would, the Bible told us, persecute their
enemies and especially the Christians. But God would have his revenge:
“Behold, I will make them of
the Synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie;
Behold I will make them to come and worship at thy feet and know that I have
loved thee.” (Revelation 3:9)
Do the “Jews” (Khazars) not do
exactly as our God prophesied? Do they not persecute the Palestinians and
defile the land, claiming they are its original inhabitants? This, even
though their proven ancestors, the Khazars, never set foot in the Middle East
and are not the seed of Abraham?

of Johns Hopkins University and to his associates. You have performed a
valuable service with your DNA research, both to Christianity and to world
understanding. Elhaik’s research confirms earlier DNA studies, especially the
work of Dr. Ariella Oppenheim of Hebrew University, who likewise found, in
2001, that the “Jews” came from the Khazars rather than the Israelites. Dr.
Oppenheim even found that some of the Palestinians have the chromosomes
proving they are “Cohen,” related to the ancient Israelites who worked in the
Synagogue and Temple.
Where, and Who, Are the Seed
of Abraham?
I ask my evangelical Christian
friends: What will you do now? Will you heed what God said, in Revelation 2
and 3, about “them which say they are Jews and are not?” Will you accept
modern DNA science as legitimate and valuable in proving the truth of God’s
Word?
Or will you, dear Christian
friend, walk right on by, dismissing what both God and science have informed
you?
God said that the seed of
Abraham would inherit the land. Therefore, we must—absolutely must—in light
of the DNA evidence, ask ourselves: Where, and who are the seed of Abraham?
We know that Netanyahu and the
people who now inhabit Israel have no claim to the land. They are
interlopers, false pretenders. But there is a true and legitimate Chosen
People of God. In fact, the scriptures had it right all along. The answer is
found in Galatians 3:29. Read it for yourself:
“And if ye be Christ’s, then
are ye Abraham’s seed and heirs according to the promise.”
So, if you belong to Jesus our
Lord, you are “Abraham’s seed,” regardless of your physical race. You are
overcomers, and Revelation 21:7 promises, “He that overcometh shall inherit
all things.” This is the great secret that every true Christian knows.
God is not a racist. The Great
Commission extends to every race and ethnicity. We who love Jesus are His
Chosen People, and we have the promise first given to Abraham way back in
Genesis.
Know this, and you will
forever be greatly blessed. And that, dear friends is the promise given
Abraham and his seed.

For now, the Central
Intelligence Agency can still maintain its official silence on whether it uses
armed drones. But a new court decision Friday could force the agency to provide
some information about what kind of records they have on the subject and spell
out why it’s not required to say more about them.In the first judicial blow to secrecy surrounding the Obama Administration’s armed drone program, a three-judge panel of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit unanimously rejected the CIA’s claim that it could refuse to confirm or deny whether it possesses any records related to drone strikes.
But whether
the ruling will result in more drone-related documents actually being released
to the public remains murky.
The judges found that
public statements about drones from President Barack Obama, former CIA director
Leon Panetta and new Central Intelligence Agency Director and former White
House counterterrorism adviser John Brennan made it implausible for the CIA to assert
that it needed to keep secret the very question of whether it maintains any
information on the subject.
“Although
these statements do not acknowledge that the CIA itself operates drones, they
leave no doubt that some U.S. agency does,” Judge Merrick Garland wrote in an opinion joined by Judges David Tatel and Thomas
Griffith. “Given these statements by the Director, the President, and the
President’s counterterrorism advisor, the Agency’s declaration that ‘no
authorized CIA or Executive Branch official has disclosed whether or not the
CIA…has an interest in drone strikes’…is at this point neither logical nor
plausible.”
“As it is now clear that
the Agency does have an interest in drone strikes, it beggars belief that it
does not also have documents relating to the subject,” Garland added.The judges did not rule that any specific documents must be made public by the CIA. However, the CIA will now be obligated to make some further filings with a lower court, describing the relevant records in some fashion and explaining why they are covered by one or more Freedom of Information Act exemptions. That process usually results in the disclosure of some records — whether it will in this case and whether such records will add meaningfully to the hot public debate over drones is unclear.
The appeals court acted on a lawsuit the American Civil Liberties Union brought under the Freedom of Information Act. In 2011, a district court judge accepted the CIA’s argument to apply the so-called Glomar doctrine to the case.
Under that
theory, named for a ship the CIA used on a secret 1974 mission to raise a
sunken Russian submarine from the ocean floor, agencies can sometimes refuse to
acknowledge even whether they have certain documents on a subject if disclosing
that fact would undermine interests protected by one or more exemptions to the
Freedom of Information Act.
Garland and Tatel are
appointees of President Bill Clinton. Griffith was appointed by President
George W. Bush.Even before the judges’ ruling Friday, the CIA seemed to be backing away from its previous refusal to say whether it had any drone records whatsoever.
In a filing with the appeals court last June, Justice Department lawyers said they had disclosed in a separate case that the CIA had some drone-related records, like a copy of Brennan’s speech on the subject last year.
In what may have been a bid to head off a defeat like Friday’s one, the government asked the D.C. Circuit to return the case to the district court, but DOJ lawyers were vague about what they planned to do if the case was sent back there. The ACLU opposed remanding the case and the appeals court panel denied the motion the following month, without explanation.
A DOJ spokesman, Dean Boyd, said, “We’re reviewing the decision.”

During the conversation with Congressman Gohmert Taitz was surrounded by multiple reporters, who took pictures and recorded on video tape the conversation. Taitz showed Gohmert Obama’s tax returns with CT SSN 042-68-4425 and SSNVS and E-verify, showing that Obama failed E-Verify and SSNVS, that he is using a stolen SSN. Taitz advised Gohmert that in January Department of Justice appeared before Judge England, stating that they represent the US Congress and on behalf of the US Congress they opposed the injunction of the certification of Obama’s electoral votes. I asked, if he as a US Congressman and member of the Judiciary committee indeed felt that it is proper for Obama to use the SSN that was not assigned to him, whether he indeed directed the US Department of Justice to represent him and oppose the injunction. Gohmert stated in front of all the reporters that he did no know anything about this and that the Department of Justice never gave him any papers.
Later reporters, who witnessed the conversation took more in depth interviews, among them reporters from US News and World Report, National Reviews and a reporter from Australian TV.
Senator Inhofe similarly did not know anything about it. The conversation took place in front of the talk show host Rusty Humphries . Taitz talked to Congressman Steven King. He said that if the Department of Justice were to give him any papers he would remember it.
He stated that his staff will review all the info and will prepare an executive report for him. He should have an answer in 1 week. LT. Zullo and talk show host Carl Gallops stood next to Taitz during this conversation and witnessed Taitz giving the documents to King.
As of now the picture is such that the Department of Justice went behind the backs of the U.S Congressmen and never gave them any pleadings or documents and did not act as an attorney for the US Congress, but rather as a private criminal defense attorney for Obama..
Currently Taitz has problems connecting to the control panel of her web site and asking the supporters to spread the word. If Department of Justice went behind the backs of the US Congress, this is a scandal much bigger than the Watergate.
Additionally Taitz did some 10 interviews for different stations and reporters. Those interviews should be on line shortly.
Currently it is 2 am in DC. Taitz flew red eye to CPAC , so there 2 days and nights without sleep. Taitz wll provide more information tomorrow
