      Now let's look at the deeper threat hidden in a potential EMP attack on the earth due to colossal size solar flares on the sun and anticipated for September, 2013. If this happens, it likely would destroy all unprotected computers in America and throughout the world. America's electrical utility lines are I understand not protected and so electrical power would be destroyed in America and probably throughout all the world. If the Omni Law had been passed by the support of the American people. we had planned a massive national crash program to protect the electrical suppliers of America and ways to protect our computers, cars, home appliances, cell phones, machinery in industry, water supplies, farming equipment, and the list goes on and on. You see the Omni Law represents responsible government in America. What we have under Obama and our pathetic U.S. Congress is a highly irresponsible government which is consenting to let the American economy suddenly be destroyed by an EMP attack. If the EMP attack suddenly hits America and the world in September or even one a little later, here are among problems that will likely arise which the intelligence agencies have not anticipated from what I understand. Due to the colossal debt structure of America which was not responsible in handling its national debt, with collapse of electronic banking in America due to EMP attack from the sun, all American money collapses and people have to try to use barter as a substitute for an economy run by money. Having studied with six of the most brilliant economists of America and Europe, I know that barter economy will not run the economies of cities which rely upon a sophisticated monetary system to support their huge city populations. The people spill out of their cities, agriculture crashes in the nation, with no money to pay police and soldiers, soon the governments face the reality that their police and soldiers will not work for free and as the police evaporate away and the armies evaporate away, nations all over the world are in massive anarchy and disorder. Economic studies of the "Doomsday Factor To Industrial Economics" indicates that up to 99% of the American people may be killed off if the monetary system collapses in America, maybe up to 99% of Europe dies if this happens to them, and even nations like Russia and China may be in the brutal shock to see so many of their people die from a worldwide monetary collapse as maybe Russia may have no more Russians alive after the economic tidalwave sweeps over Russia that Russia may not have many more people alive than the present population of Luxembourg and China may not have many more Chinese left alive than the present population of Ireland for example. I studied more economics than the economists of Russia and China and you don't want the economies of America, Europe, etc. to crash due to a colossal EMP attack from the sun in September. If that happens, maybe 1% or less of the human race on earth will survive after the whole world economy collapses as the events released by this have not all been calculated upon by the economists of America, Europe, Russia, China, etc. This is potentially a far bigger disaster than the national advisers of governments calculate and realize.
     The American people right now have been jackasses before God, Europeans in similar light before God, and the rest of the world have not been any saints before God. America had better start being honest how rotten it has been before God, do national repentance, and ask God for mercy and not let this September solar flare eruption occur.  God allowed the solar display of October 13, 1917 to occur before 70,000 to 100,000 witnesses that day at Fatima, Portugal as predicted by the three children at Fatima who claimed the Virgin Mary had appeared to them. Her message to them was that the world must repent before God of its sins and evil or else face a World War II and then a World War III where entire nations would be wiped out. The God who performed the Miracle of the Sun on October 13, 1917 is the same God who can stop the solar flares from erupting in September, 2013. Obama is an apparent Muslim and Communist and playing games trying to set America up for a total fall as a nation and race. He is not the one to represent America as the spokesman before God leading the nation into prayer to God for forgiveness of the sins of the nation and repentance of the sins of America before God.
      I rate myself much more a scientific and engineering brain than my pick for the best saint in America. However, for whatever reason God seems to like me and look kindly upon me. A smart America would make me economic czar of America at least until this EMP attack threat is removed from America. I prayed for a L.B. who was a police officer with the Seneca Police in 1990 and he was instantly healed of massive injuries from a car accident and walked out of the hospital with no injuries a few hours after they had told the local newspaper that his injuries were so massive that they did not expect him to live through the day and if somehow he did survive that day, he would be paralyzed for life. I prayed to Jesus for his healing that day and for whatever reason, my prayer was honored and he was instantly healed of all his injuries and walked out of the hospital then which forced the Chief Surgeon to say to him as he left, "I don't understand this!"
      With me as temporary economic czar of America lead America in prayer before God and if America is spared being destroyed as a nation starting in September, 2013, then give God the credit for sparing America and be thankful that God would honor me who rates himself as just a smart ordinary man but tries to be honest before God and man on earth. I will be the spokesman before God for America if you appoint me to the position that God will honor by a formula given in the Old Testament. When a nation is about to be placed under the Judgment of God, find a man who God likes and let him be a national leader for you. While he is your leader, God will spare the nation and not bring judgment upon it.
      I am not afraid of death, but why have the human race die now because mankind wants to be so shallow, frivolous and wanting evil instead of good to rule its society as a nation? And unless I am terribly deceived, I think God highly approves of passage of my proposed Omni Law as a way to restore honest government to America and with honest government we have the Old Testament principle, that as an evil ruler will corrupt his nation to be corrupt like him, an good ruler will raise his people up to righteousness before God. Ruler here would symbolically represent the government for any nation on earth.

(The Best Years in Life) After the political tempest about Gardasil and mandatory HPV vaccinations which began at the GOP Tea Party debate, CNN posted an article on September 14th titled "The five things you need to know about the HPV debate". The article could scarcely have been more pro-HPV vaccination than if Gardasil manufacturer Merck had ghost written it (a practice Merck is known for). The article contended that the HPV vaccine controversy was mostly political and that HPV vaccines were safe. It also noted that we have been vaccinating children for many years. Besides missing the obvious difference between vaccinating against diseases spread by social contact in schools versus sexual contact in later years, the article's contention that HPV vaccines are safe is a complete whitewash of the truth. For those who prefer the truth over mainstream propaganda, here are five things you really need to know about HPV vaccines: 1. Merck needed a new cash cow to replace the billions in profits lost due to its evil drug Vioxx finally being pulled from the market after it caused upwards of 50,000 deaths. Gardasil became the new cash cow heir apparent. Contrary to mainstream misinformation, Gardasil has not been proven to be safe in either the short or the long term. Instead, Merck has once again used deception to portray it as safe and ignored evidence of harm, the same as they did with Vioxx when they hid evidence of harm, rigged studies, and paid scientists and doctors to put their name on articles and papers supporting Vioxx.. In the initial safety tests where Gardasil was compared against a placebo, instead of using a truly benign placebo such as saline solution Merck used a placebo which was identical to the Gardasil vaccine minus only the HPV virus components. In addition to sodium chloride and water, the placebo also contained aluminum, polysorbate 80 and sodium borate. Aluminum is a dangerous toxic metal. Even small amounts are deposited in the brain and it has been linked to Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Disease as well as memory loss and speech problems which mimic those diseases. It has also been linked to a wide variety of other health problems. Side effects and severe allergic reactions listed for aluminum include rash, hives, itching, difficulty breathing, tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue, loss of appetite, muscle weakness, nausea, slow reflexes, and vomiting. According to the Polysorbate 80 Material Safety Data Sheet, it may be carcinogenic as well as mutagenic. When injected into prepubescent rats, polysorbate 80 caused abnormal growth of reproductive organs and made the rats sterile. When used intravenously with vitamins it has been known to cause anaphylactic shock. Sodium borate is widely known as for its use as a roach pesticide. The U.S. National Library of Medicine and the National Institutes of Health have declared sodium borate to be a dangerous poison. Listed side effects include: vomiting, collapse, coma, convulsions, low blood pressure and twitching of facial muscles, arms, hands, legs, and feet. Many of the side effects for aluminum, polysorbate 80 and sodium borate coincide with those of the Gardasil victims who have been injured and killed by the vaccine. Thus it comes as no surprise that the side effects for the Gardasil vaccine in Merck's trials were no greater than those of the toxic placebo they selected. An analysis of the actual trial data for Gardasil reveals that a shocking 73.3 percent of the participants who received Gardasil acquired a new medical condition ranging from flu-like symptoms to paralysis. Almost 60% had systemic reactions. Though the “placebo” recipients had similar results, obviously no mere saline solution would have produced even a fraction of such reactions. The results would likely have been even higher if the study had lasted longer than 15 days. 2. Studies have actually shown that Gardasil and its sister vaccine Cervarix (from GlaxoSmithKline) provide no protection for women already exposed to the HPV virus and in fact present highly elevated risks for already exposed women as well as for expectant mothers. The more sexually active a woman is, the greater the chances she will become exposed to HPV viruses. Likewise, the older a woman is the more sexual encounters she will likely have had and thus the greater the risk of HPV exposure. Information provided for the Vaccines and Related Biological Products Advisory Committee (VRBPAC) in May 2006 revealed that when the vaccine is administered to a woman with a dormant or harmless form of HPV, the virus can become activated, increasing the likelihood of precancerous lesions developing by a staggering 44.6 percent. The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) has reported 45 cases of spontaneous abortion, or miscarriage, following vaccination with Gardasil. At the time the vaccine was approved, five babies had been born with congenital birth defects after their mothers had been immunized with Gardasil, as opposed to a placebo group that had zero. Later reports put the number of birth defects in the vaccinated group closer to 40. 3. Just this month it was announced that Gardasil has been discovered to be contaminated with a substance many government health and safety agencies classify as a bio-hazard. After months of research, SANE Vax Inc. has discovered a substance many government health and safety agencies classify as a bio-hazard.  SANE Vax Inc. contracted with an independent lab to test for contamination and found HPV recombinant DNA (rDNA) in 100% of the samples tested. The 13 Gardasil vials, with different lot numbers were from New Zealand, Australia, Spain, Poland, France, and three states in the U.S. All contaminating recombinant HPV DNA was firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant in the vaccine. 4. The lack of dangers in the prescribing information furnished to doctors by Merck and the VAERS requirement that only serious and life-threatening events be reported both likely play big roles in the under-reporting of Gardasil reactions. Doctors are reluctant to report deaths and injuries from anything they administered or performed in the first place, and the lack of information and guidelines have insured that they are far less likely to report anywhere near all the adverse reactions from Gardasil. Other factors which help skew the picture of Gardasil dangers include: *The rate of deaths and adverse reactions are reported as a percentage of doses distributed, not doses actually administered. *Gardasil is given in a series of three injections. Thus the number of adverse reactions per number of patients is triple the adverse events per injection. Even with under-reporting, Gardasil causes 400% more deaths than other common vaccines. The true magnitude of Gardasil’s harm and dangers could be horrendous. Reports for other vaccine deaths and adverse reactions are estimated to represent no more than 10% of the actual totals. With Gardasil, estimates range as low as only 1%. If 10% are reporting, there could be as many as 890 deaths and 205,000 adverse events. If only 1% of deaths and adverse events have been reported, there could be 8,900 deaths and 2,050,000 adverse events. 5. Behind Gardasil's huge trail of deception is a very large and mostly hidden trail of tears. If anyone doubts that Gardasil is causing deaths, permanent injuries and devastation of mothers, fathers and other family members they should check out the SANEVAX vaccine safety site created by mothers of daughters killed and injured by HPV vaccines (www.sanevax.org). Today's high-end televisions are almost all equipped with "smart" PC-like features, including Internet connectivity, apps, microphones and cameras. But a recently discovered security hole in some Samsung Smart TVs shows that many of those bells and whistles aren't ready for prime time.
The flaws in Samsung Smart TVs, which have now been patched, enabled hackers to remotely turn on the TVs' built-in cameras without leaving any trace of it on the screen. While you're watching TV, a hacker anywhere around the world could have been watching you. Hackers also could have easily rerouted an unsuspecting user to a malicious website to steal bank account information.
Samsung quickly fixed the problem after security researchers at iSEC Partners informed the company about the bugs. Samsung sent a software update to all affected TVs.
But the glitches speak to a larger problem of gadgets that connect to the Internet but have virtually no security to speak of.
Security cameras, lights, heating control systems and even door locks and windows are now increasingly coming with features that allow users to control them remotely. Without proper security controls, there's little to stop hackers from invading users' privacy, stealing personal information or spying on people.

In the case of Samsung Smart TVs, iSEC researchers found that they could tap into the TV's Web browser with ease, according to iSEC security analyst Josh Yavor. That gave hackers access to all the functions controlled by the browser, including the TV's built-in camera.
"If there's a vulnerability in any application, there's a vulnerability in the entire TV," said Aaron Grattafiori, also an analyst at iSEC.
Yavor and Grattafiori were also able to hack the browser in such a way that users would be sent to any website of the hacker's choosing. While the hack would have been obvious if the website on the screen didn't match the desired address, Yavor says there could be serious implications if a bad actor sent a user to a lookalike banking page and retrieved a user's credentials.

The research was conducted on different models of 2012 Samsung Smart TVs and was presented this week at the Black Hat cybersecurity conference in Las Vegas.
In a statement to CNNMoney, Samsung said it takes user safety very seriously. Addressing the camera flaw, a company spokesperson said, "The camera can be turned into a bezel of the TV so that the lens is covered, or disabled by pushing the camera inside the bezel. The TV owner can also unplug the TV from the home network when the Smart TV features are not in use."
Samsung also recommends that customers use encrypted wireless access points.
The iSEC crew said they remain skeptical that the technology is perfectly secure, even after Samsung patched the bugs.
"We know that the way we were able to do this has been fixed; it doesn't mean that there aren't other ways that could be discovered in the future, " Yavor said.
Companies like Samsung pay hackers when they report security vulnerabilities like the ones iSEC found. The researchers are iSEC confident that there are more undetected flaws in these devices that they are running a fund-raiser off of finding bugs in Smart TVs at technology conference Def Con later this week.
Yavor and Grattafiori say users should run regular updates from vendors like they would for anti-virus definitions or system updates on the smartphone.
And when all else fails, users can always put tape over their cameras.

WASHINGTON—The Justice Department, the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), and the FBI announced today that James Timothy Turner, also known as Tim Turner, was sentenced to serve 18 years in federal prison for conspiracy to defraud the United States, attempting to pay taxes with fictitious financial instruments, attempting to obstruct and impede the IRS, failing to file a 2009 federal income tax return, and falsely testifying under oath in a bankruptcy proceeding.
In March 2013, following a five-day jury trial, Turner was convicted on 10 counts in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Based on the evidence introduced at trial and in court filings, Turner, the self-proclaimed “president” of the sovereign citizen group Republic for the united States of America (RuSA), traveled the country in 2008 and 2009 conducting seminars teaching attendees how to defraud the IRS by preparing and submitting fictitious bonds to the U.S. government in payment of federal taxes, mortgages, and other debt. The evidence at trial revealed the bonds are fictitious, and witnesses testified that Turner used special paper, financial terminology, and elaborate borders in an effort to make them look authentic and more likely to succeed in defrauding the recipient. Turner was convicted of sending a $300 million fictitious bond in his own name and of aiding and abetting others in sending 15 other fictitious bonds to the Treasury Department to pay taxes and other debts.
The evidence at trial also established that Turner taught people how to file retaliatory liens against government officials who interfered with the processing of fictitious bonds. Turner filed a purported $17.6 billion maritime lien in Montgomery County, Alabama Probate Court against another individual. This investigation began after Turner and three other self-proclaimed “Guardian Elders” sent demands to all 50 governors in the United States in March 2010 ordering each governor to resign within three days to be replaced by a “sovereign” leader or be “removed.” The FBI immediately began investigating Turner and IRS- Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI) joined the investigation soon thereafter.
“This lengthy prison sentence shows that tax defiers like Turner who use bogus tax schemes and file retaliatory liens against government officials will be punished,” said Assistant Attorney General for the Justice Department’s Tax Division Kathryn Keneally. “The Justice Department will continue to work with law enforcement to investigate and prosecute those who attempt to defraud the government.”
“This sentence should send a message that if you attempt to use retaliatory tax liens and fraudulent tax schemes as weapons against the United States and its citizens you will be punished,” stated acting U.S. Attorney Sandra J. Stewart for the Middle District of Alabama. “We cannot and will not tolerate those who violate the law for financial gain. I would like to thank the law enforcement officers who worked vigilantly on this case to bring this criminal to justice.”
“Turner influenced others with his false ideology by aggressively promoting obstruction of the IRS,” stated Richard Weber, Chief, IRS-Criminal Investigation. “In truth, Turner’s own defiance of IRS and his attempts to lead others through the same labyrinth of lies and distortions led to his downfall as shown by the significant sentence he must now serve. Today’s sentence should also send a strong message to those who may follow in Turner’s footsteps and attempt to defy their tax obligations. The legality of our income tax laws has been challenged time and time again and the courts have consistently upheld them.”
“The FBI is committed to vigorously investigate individuals and groups who steal from the federal government for financial gain through schemes deigned to avoid payment on loans, taxes, and other obligations owed the federal government,” stated Stephen Richardson, Special Agent in Charge of the FBI, Mobile Division.
In addition to prison time, Turner was ordered to pay $26,021 in restitution to the IRS and to serve a five-year term of supervised release upon his release from prison.
This case was investigated by special agents of the FBI and IRS-CI and was prosecuted by Tax Division Trial Attorney Justin Gelfand and Middle District of Alabama Assistant U.S. Attorney Gray Borden.

Any attempts upon their lives, or violence to their persons, shall be strictly prohibited; in particular, they shall not be murdered or exterminated, subjected to torture or to biological experiments; they shall not be willfully left without medical assistance or care, nor shall they be put to conditions exposing them to contagion and infection.” And other paragraphs explicitly set out prohibitions against doing against civilians exactly what the United States government is doing here. Moreover, in May 2012, the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal on which I serve as a judge, found the United States government including [former US President] George W. Bush, [former US Vice President] Richard B. Cheney, [former US Secretary of Defense] Donald H.
