The efforts to release vast amounts of funds and launch a new golden age for humanity and the planet are now being blocked by a small group of nations notably France, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Japan together with the Wall Street whore politicians in Washington D.C. However, the families that control these nations are negotiating with the White Dragon Society and its allies so good results are expected.

We are also still hearing credible reports of an imminent move by the Chinese, Russian and US militaries to begin mass arrests of cabalists but we also hear reports of high level blockage. What is certain is that negotiations are proceeding at a high level amid steadily increasing pressure on the cabal controlled countries and that time is not on the side of the cabal.

The planned “simulation” of a shut-down of the North American power grid for November 13th to 15th involving Chinese troops on US soil may be the turning point despite continuing cabal threats of nuclear terror.

The Japanese Yakuza also sent envoys last week to the White Dragon Society to ask about the future of North Korea and were told the WDS favored uniting North and South Korea and putting Kim Jong-un in a ceremonial position as Emperor of a United Korea while economic control would go to the Southern families.

The Rothschild family had previously offered Kim Jong-un the position of Emperor of Asia if he would start World War 3, according to a Rothschild family source.Fortunately, the North Koreans know the cabalists tell people in power whatever they want to hear only to betray them as soon as they get the chance.

The cooperation of the Japanese underworld is essential to starting the new financial system because the old system is being kept going in part by Saudi oil being sold at a price of pennies to the barrel to the Yakuza who sell it on at world prices to the Japanese and use the bulk of the profits to support the Bush, Rockefeller and other cabal controlled banks and corporations. Hopefully they will cooperate now that they know their Korean faction will be well treated. To sweeten the deal they were also promised a tunnel linking Japan and Korea, making it possible to send a train from Tokyo to London and generate lots of freight revenue for Korea.

There are already early indications the dumping of radioactive industrial waste in Fukushima and the accompanying fear mongering campaign is being wound down.Perhaps the stunningly gorgeous female agent they sent last week will be back soon for more friendly talks.

The Japanese slave government, in a sign it is running scared of multiple lawsuits presenting evidence that it stole the last elections, announced last week a law to drastically curtail press freedom. It got a rebuke from the hitherto passive Foreign Correspondent’s Club of Japan that this writer belongs to. An e-mail sent by this writer to Prime Minister Abe’s wife last week asking for support for the new financial system went unanswered, showing Abe to be a cabal slave.

A Saudi Prince also contacted the WDS last week and was asked to stop supporting cabal crime families like the Bushes. He replied that would “be very hard,” because the Saudis have “been under them for many generations.” It is no coincidence that there were riots in Saudi Arabia last week and the Saudi government announced it had paid for nuclear weapons from Pakistan (Bushistan).

The French branch of the Rothschild family also showed its colors last week by vetoing a deal to end Western squabbles with Iran over its alleged nuclear weapons program. Anybody with a still functioning brain remembers that for 30 years now the Zionists and their media slave empire have been hysterically screaming that Iran is “weeks away from getting a nuclear weapon.” The Zionists need to get this into their heads:

they are not going to be allowed to start World War 3, not in Iran, not in North Korea, not anywhere, period.

Last week a representative of a hitherto unknown (to me) foundation claiming to have “69 digits” worth of dollar assets contacted this writer (through a call to my mobile), offering to contribute to the White Dragon Foundation. If you go with the current mainstream calculation that world GDP is about $100 trillion,

then this number would be 54 digits more than World GDP. That beats the previous personal record financial number shown to me by the P2 lodge that only had 46 more digits than world GDP. She also said “digital movement of Gold [sic] is happening now, and has been for quite some time.”

The foundation’s representative spoke with a female human voice but was unable to send a physical human being to a TokyoMitsubishiUFJ Bank, where the foundation claims to have funds, in order to send funds the “foundation” has there to the White Dragon Foundation Bank account. She kept asking me to provide “biometric access,” so that the funds could be released. This raises the distinct possibility the individual may actually be an Artificial Intelligence.

This person claims the funds are all in a two super-computers, one in Switzerland and one in the US. All the money has been removed from the BIS and “temporarily parked elsewhere,” “she” says. When told they might shut off the power grid and clean up the computers she said: “If the USA goes to Defcon 5 there is a security protocol which changes all data (financial and otherwise) to back up computers.The ‘cabal’ believes they control this back up computer.” She also claims to be under attack by “eight or nine” hackers.

All I can say is that if this is an artificial intelligence, it is also a sentient being with good intentions and should be allowed to continue living, just not inside and in control of the world’s financial system super-computers.

You can’t make this stuff up folks.

It may be necessary to go temporarily go back to cash and stand-alone previous generation computers in order to end the financial crisis.

In any case, back in the world of physical humans, sources at the Pentagon and MI5 separately provided the WDS last week with the names of specific individuals who were blocking the new financial system.

In particular, two US generals now negotiating with the Chinese in Reno, Nevada, were mentioned in an e-mail. These names will not be made public for now but have been forwarded to agency sources who can check to see if this is true.

In the UK case, the MI5 source provided enough evidence that the two individuals, Jeremy Heywood and John Scarlett, can be named here as senior Bush Nazi fascist operatives in the UK who need to be removed from all power and influence ASAP (please see the MI5 report attached below for details).

And so, the battle to liberate the planet earth from cabal clutches continues raging.

How the Bush Cabal used Sir Jeremy Heywood and Sir John Scarlett to bring an EU drone strike capability on anyone in the UK

Cabal influence in Europe and the UK has the aim of constructing a Federal model as in the US and USSR. In this model the Parliament is a weakened part of the constitutions and pays cosmetic lip service to democratic principles whilst unelected bureaucrats create and implement policies. Such a strategy was seen in the appointment of Italian technocrat PM Mario Monti, an economist, as the response to Italy’s part in the European economic crisis.

The UK plays it’s role in the European construct but without the full knowledge of the general population.

Policies are imposed by the Cabinet Secratary, Sir John Heywood, on the basis that they contribute to the EU mission. There has been a rising chorus in the political press that the Civil Service, of which the Cabinet Office is the top and the Cabinet Secretary shares the lead Civil Service role, has become politicised and it’s neutrality compromised. The notion of the “politicisation” of the Civil Service is, however, vague not having reference to a particular political party. The Civil Service under Sir Jeremy Heywood has not favoured the political aims of one or other Party at Westminster. It has however, confirmed the political aims of the EU Commission in Brussels and the implementation of it’s political European project in the UK, and in that sense the Civil Service has both lost it’s neutrality and has become politicised by the actions of Sir Jeremy Heywood. This is a significant point in constitutional terms because the checks and balances of the unwritten UK constitution have become unbalanced and they begin to mirror the European model which is being imposed in an underhand and secretive way.

Sir Jeremy Heywood has been seen to intervene in the pollitical arena many times.His influence over Police Chief Constables is suspected in the “Plebgate” controversy where police at all levels conspired against Cabinet Minister Andrew Mitchell forcing his resignation. Heywood did not view crucial video evidence which would have prevented the whole process. Energy policy has also been affected and Heywood recently intervened to prevent Environment Minister Owen Paterson from publishing a report on the limitations of wind technology. Heywood also entertained Cuadrilla executives as the anti-Fracking campaign broke out.

The scenario is set for EU controlled drone warfare

In September 2002 the infamous Dodgy Dossier was released by the UK Government which became the justification for the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

Sir Jeremy Heywood was Principal Private Secretary to Tony Blair apponted in 1999. The dossier was flawed and made false allegations about the existance of WMD and nuclear programs in Iraq. Sir John Scarlett was chair of JIC, the Joint Intelligence Committee and he wrote to Tony Blair’s foreign affairs adviser David Manning about “the benefit of obscuring the fact that in terms of WMD Iraq is not that exceptional”.

In other words the dossier was misleading about Iraq’s capabilities. Sir Richard Dearlove, as ‘C’ Head of MI6 said he was misquoted in the ‘Downing Street Memo’ of a meeting about Iraq on 23 July 2002 saying it was ” a misquotation of what I said, and what I said is not in the public record.”

Sir Jeremy Heywood resigned the Civil Service ( and joined Morgan Stanley bank) in 2003. The Hutton Inquiry found that he had claimed not to minute meetings in the PM’s office concerning the scientist Dr David Kelly who died 17 July 2003 having been named as a source questioning the veracity of the Dodgy Dossier. With so much confusion it is at least clear that the UK had been mobilised by the US to justify George Bush’s desire to hit Saddam Hussein.

Sir John Scarlett’s role in the Iraq affair emerged as being pro-US. Sir Jeremy Heywood’s role was less clear until 2013. It has been reported in the last week that Sir Jeremy Heywood’s Cabinet Office is blocking the release of papers to the Iraq inquiry which detail conversations between Blair and Bush together with notes and cabinet meetings. This is assumed to be in order to protect UK US Cabal relations.

Sir John Scarlett acting as consultant to Morgan Stanley Bank once again joined with Sir Jeremy Heywood (returned to the Civil Service from Morgan Stanley bank) in an attempt to sell the UK defence contractor BAE Systems to the European defence contactor EADS in November 2012. Morgan Stanley stood to porit form the sale and questions about Heywood’s conflict of interest were asked.The deal fell through but this is a good indicator of Heywood’s position on UK defence.

It is part of the European and Cabal strategy that the EU member states reduce their defence capabilities in favour of a federal EU force.

The annoncement last week of the loss of naval shipbuilding jobs at the Royal Navy headquarters, Portsmouth is part of that plan.

A consequence of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan is the spread of the radicalisation process controlled by Al Qaeda and sister Taliban groups which were originally cabal CIA creations.The cabal CIA has waged a drone war on it’s creations in Pakistan without any hinderence from other states. Drone strike technology
has been developed in a theatre which is not a war zone well away from Western shores. However in the summer of 2013 it was announced that the EU intended to operate it’s own drone air force as an intelligence gathering operation to counter the activities described by another CIA/NSA creation, Snowden.

Lady Ashton called for the use of military drones in Europe and in November 2013 Viviene Redding called for an EU drone force to counter the US.

So the war which Heywood helped to start in Iraq has produced a drone nursery in Pakistan which technology the EU will use against it’s own citizens using the “threat” from the US cabal as an excuse. Wheels within wheels. The member states being so weakened militarily and in intelligence terms thanks to policies implemented by the likes of Sir Jeremy Heywood and Sir John Scarlett that an EU cabal drone-based air intelligence force is the only answer to the “threat” from the branch of the cabal in the US.

I've (my correspondent has )seen this first hand in my 3 employment trips to Saudi Arabia . During the pilot transition program with the KV-107 and C-130 with Lockheed, we found that most Saudi pilot trainees had very limited night vision, even on the brightest of moon lit nights. Their training retention rate was minimal including maintenance personnel. Some had dim memories and had to be constantly reminded of things that were told to them the day before. Needless to say, an American, British or any other western instructor gets burned out pretty quick. It actually took C-130 pilots years before they could fly in the dark safely and then would be reluctant to leave the lights of a city. Ask any Marine, airman or Army guy whose been trying to train Iraqis and especially Afghans. They will say, "Yep, dumber than homemade dodo". Islam is not only a religion, it's a way of life all the way around.    Yet another set of revealing facts about  Muslim beliefs and traditions and ways of life.

I found this to be interesting--didn't know whether to believe it or not--To research I went to Wikipedia, "Cousin Marriage", and far down in the article "Genetics"--It seems there is a lot of truth here.

A huge Muslim problem: Inbreeding

Nikolai Sennels is a Danish psychologist who has done extensive research into a little-known problem in the Muslim world: the disastrous results of Muslim inbreeding brought about by the marriage of first-cousins.

This practice, which has been prohibited in the Judeo-Christian tradition since the days of Moses, was sanctioned by Muhammad and has been going on now for 50 generations (1,400 years) in the Muslim world.

This practice of inbreeding will never go away in the Muslim world, since Muhammad is the ultimate example and authority on all matters, including marriage.

The massive inbreeding in Muslim culture may well have done virtually irreversible damage to the Muslim gene pool, including extensive damage to its intelligence, sanity, and health.

According to Sennels, close to half of all Muslims in the world are inbred.
In Pakistan , the numbers approach 70%. Even in England , more than half of Pakistani immigrants are married to their first cousins, and in Denmark the number of inbred Pakistani immigrants is around 40%.

The numbers are equally devastating in other important Muslim countries:
67% in Saudi Arabia , 64% in Jordan , and Kuwait , 63% in Sudan , 60% in Iraq , and 54% in the United Arab Emirates and Qatar .

According to the BBC, this Pakistani, Muslim-inspired inbreeding is thought to explain the probability that a British Pakistani family is more than 13 times as likely to have children with recessive genetic disorders. While Pakistanis are responsible for three percent of the births in the UK , they account for 33% of children with genetic birth defects.

The risks of what are called autosomal recessive disorders such as cystic fibrosis and spinal muscular atrophy is 18 times higher and the risk of death due to malformations is 10 times higher.

Other negative consequences of inbreeding include a 100 percent increase in the risk of still births and a 50% increase in the possibility that a child will die during labor.

Lowered intellectual capacity is another devastating consequence of Muslim marriage patterns. According to Sennels, research shows that children of consanguineous marriages lose 10-16 points off their IQ and that social abilities develop much slower in inbred babies. The risk of having an IQ lower than 70, the official demarcation for being classified as "retarded,"
increases by an astonishing 400 percent among children of cousin marriages.
(Similar effects were seen in the Pharaonic dynasties in ancient Egypt and in the British royal family, where inbreeding was the norm for a significant period of time.)

In Denmark , non-Western immigrants are more than 300 percent more likely to fail the intelligence test required for entrance into the Danish army.

Sennels says that "the ability to enjoy and produce knowledge and abstract thinking is simply lower in the Islamic world." He points out that the Arab world translates just 330 books every year, about 20% of what Greece alone does.

In the last 1,200 years of Islam, just 100,000 books have been translated into Arabic, about what Spain does in a single year. Seven out of 10 Turks have never even read a book.

Sennels points out the difficulties this creates for Muslims seeking to succeed in the West. "A lower IQ, together with a religion that denounces critical thinking, surely makes it harder for many Muslims to have success in our high-tech knowledge societies."

Only nine Muslims have ever won the Nobel Prize, and five of those were for the "Peace Prize." According to Nature magazine, Muslim countries produce just 10 percent of the world average when it comes to scientific research measured by articles per million inhabitants.

In Denmark , Sennels' native country, Muslim children are grossly over represented among children with special needs. One-third of the budget for Danish schools is consumed by special education, and anywhere from 51% to 70% of retarded children with physical handicaps in Copenhagen have an immigrant background. Learning ability is severely affected as well. Studies indicated that 64% of school children with Arabic parents are still illiterate after 10 years in the Danish school system. The immigrant drop-out rate in Danish high schools is twice that of the native-born.

Mental illness is also a product. The closer the blood relative, the higher the risk of schizophrenic illness. The increased risk of insanity may explain why more than 40% of patients in Denmark 's biggest ward for clinically insane criminals have an immigrant background.

The U.S. is not immune. According to Sennels, "One study based on 300,000 Americans shows that the majority of Muslims in the USA have a lower income, are less educated, and have worse jobs than the population as a whole."

Sennels concludes:

There is no doubt that the wide spread tradition of first cousin marriages among Muslims has harmed the gene pool among Muslims. Because Muslims'
religious beliefs prohibit marrying non-Muslims and thus prevents them from adding fresh genetic material to their population, the genetic damage done to their gene pool since their prophet allowed first cousin marriages 1,400 years ago are most likely massive. This has produced overwhelming direct and indirect human and societal consequences.

Bottom line: Islam is not simply a benign and morally equivalent alternative to the Judeo-Christian tradition. As Sennels points out, the first and biggest victims of Islam are Muslims. Simple Judeo-Christian compassion for Muslims and a common-sense desire to protect Western civilization from the ravages of Islam dictate a vigorous opposition to the spread of this dark and dangerous religion. These stark realities must be taken into account when we establish public polices dealing with immigration from Muslim countries and the building of mosques in the U.S.


Let's hope the civilized West and the North Americans wake up before a blind na?vet? about the reality of Islam destroys what remains of our Judeo-Christian culture and our domestic tranquility.

     In my previous report of Quotes And Comments Worth Knowing! which I posted with Nesara News yesterday, I used Islamic references showing what Mohammed taught such as the earth was flat and not round, Moses and Jesus lived within a few years of each other since the sister of Mary using his references also ends up and  happens to be the sister of Moses and Aaron back in Egypt, the sun goes down into a muddy creek each night when the sun disappears from the sky, and there are many more references where Mohammed taught contrary to the teachings of science and history. However, Islam claims that the proof that Islam is the true faith is that Mohammed is infallible being taught by Allah and has never made a mistake in anything that he ever taught for Islam.

     The inbreeding problem with Arab populations is contrary to good policy as taught by science, but again Mohammed taught that this was fine to have mass inbreeding among Muslims where you repeatedly marry your first cousins generation after generation and so the results reported above are due to practicing what Mohammed taught for Muslims was fine to do. Of course, since Mohammed is infallible as Obama himself knows in the White House as he is a secret but devout Muslim himself, Mohammed is right in this inbreeding blessed and encouraged by Mohammed and science does not know what it is talking about when saying that this is not good genetically for races to practice. In this light that Mohammed is infallible and always right which proves that Islam is the true faith for mankind according to Islam, you may appreciate how stupid science is to condemn mass inbreeding and how wise Islam is to encourage mass inbreeding since Mohammed blessed it and encouraged it in the name of Allah.      I think it very hard for someone raised in a strict Islamic background to accept American culture and become assimilated into the American race. What worked with foreign immigrants to America before is that they could accept our American culture and American concepts of law America was founded upon in 1776. They could still be of German ancestry, Irish, French, Chinese, Japanese, etc. and also become a true American as well in character by assimilation into our national culture. Some with Islamic backgrounds can potentially accept our American culture and become real Americans in character. But also many such as illustrated by the recent Boston Bombing do not assimilate into becoming Americans and hate the American people blaming them for all the evils in the world, etc.

     If a foreigner can become a true American in character and loyal to America as their nation, then I welcome them into America as fellow citizens. But if they come to conquer our nation and hate America in the process, then time to ship them back to their original homeland and bar them from trying to immigrate to America again. This is practical common sense in national law and policy!

     America cannot accept like 500 million Chinese from China, 100 millions Arabs from the Middle East, and countless millions from other nations relieving them of their excess populations creating problems for that nation. We mass flood America with countless foreign immigrants and at some point we collapse our national economy and destroy the future and survival and independence of America as a nation in the process. Only fools, idiots, and traitors would want to destroy America by mass flooding it with foreign immigrants it cannot handle at this time! Maybe the Black Americans have not figured it out yet, but when America is mass flooded with foreigners beyond anything we can assimilate at this time, this knocks millions of Blacks out of jobs and likely good paying jobs at that and replaced by those who may not care about America at all and have no intention of being serious citizens of America later on. With unemployment too high in America and higher than Wash., D.C. admits by its doubletalk of unemployment figures, this is not the time to flood America with foreigners taking away jobs from those who are native born American citizens. And to burden the working American people with paying for welfare payments for foreigners who may or may not be working on American jobs now and illegally smuggled themselves into America, this is not right to burden the American people with higher national taxes to help support those who took away their American jobs from them and made them poorer in the process or in some cases bankrupt after losing their jobs due to foreigners the economy could not comfortably handle at this time.

     Wash., D.C. hides from the American people how much federal money and state money is spent on illegal foreign immigrants to give them welfare of various kinds instead of spending it on the American people or else lowering federal and state taxes for Americans otherwise.

     Like a business, the government must be run on sound budget principles and money wisely spent to achieve desirable results and not just throw it in the trashcan in nonsense stuff in contempt of the American people who supplied this money at sacrifice to their own personal incomes. 

      Pass this report around to Americans who you think should see this. An informed public can create informed opinions on important national issues. A people kept in ignorance are poorly equiped to understand why the American economy is not working effectively and what to do to straighten out the American economy and whatever else needs to be corrected in America.

     Our big ace to get America back on its feet and headed in the right direction again is our proposed Omni Law which is shown on our national website. So he and associates are the "secret government" of America and govern America through Wash., D.C. as their front! Our culture leads people to believe that hair style is a matter of personal preference, that hair style is a matter of fashion and/or convenience, and that how people wear their hair is simply a cosmetic issue. Back in the Vietnam war however, an entirely different picture emerged, one that has been carefully covered up and hidden from public view. In the early nineties, Sally [name changed to protect privacy] was married to a licensed psychologist who worked at a VA Medical hospital. He worked with combat veterans with PTSD, post traumatic stress disorder. Most of them had served in Vietnam. Sally said, "I remember clearly an evening when my husband came back to our apartment on Doctor's Circle carrying a thick official looking folder in his hands. Inside were hundreds of pages of certain studies commissioned by the government. He was in shock from the contents. What he read in those documents completely changed his life. From that moment on my conservative middle of the road husband grew his hair and beard and never cut them again. What is more, the VA Medical center let him do it, and other very conservative men in the staff followed his example. As I read the documents, I learned why. It seems that during the Vietnam War special forces in the war department had sent undercover experts to comb American Indian Reservations looking for talented scouts, for tough young men trained to move stealthily through rough terrain. They were especially looking for men with outstanding, almost supernatural, tracking abilities. Before being approached, these carefully selected men were extensively documented as experts in tracking and survival. With the usual enticements, the well proven smooth phrases used to enroll new recruits, some of these Indian trackers were then enlisted. Once enlisted, an amazing thing happened. Whatever talents and skills they had possessed on the reservation seemed to mysteriously disappear, as recruit after recruit failed to perform as expected in the field. Serious causalities and failures of performance led the government to contract expensive testing of these recruits, and this is what was found. When questioned about their failure to perform as expected, the older recruits replied consistently that when they received their required military haircuts, they could no longer 'sense' the enemy, they could no longer access a 'sixth sense', their 'intuition' no longer was reliable, they couldn't 'read' subtle signs as well or access subtle extrasensory information. So the testing institute recruited more Indian trackers, let them keep their long hair, and tested them in multiple areas. Then they would pair two men together who had received the same scores on all the tests. They would let one man in the pair keep his hair long, and gave the other man a military haircut. Then the two men retook the tests. Time after time the man with long hair kept making high scores. Time after time, the man with the short hair failed the tests in which he had previously scored high scores. Here is a Typical Test: The recruit is sleeping out in the woods. An armed 'enemy' approaches the sleeping man. The long haired man is awakened out of his sleep by a strong sense of danger and gets away long before the enemy is close, long before any sounds from the approaching enemy are audible. In another version of this test the long haired man senses an approach and somehow intuits that the enemy will perform a physical attack. He follows his 'sixth sense' and stays still, pretending to be sleeping, but quickly grabs the attacker and 'kills' him as the attacker reaches down to strangle him. This same man, after having passed these and other tests, then received a military haircut and consistently failed these tests, and many other tests that he had previously passed. So the document recommended that all Indian trackers be exempt from military haircuts. In fact, it required that trackers keep their hair long." Comment: The mammalian body has evolved over millions of years. Survival skills of human and animal at times seem almost supernatural. Science is constantly coming up with more discoveries about the amazing abilities of man and animal to survive. Each part of the body has highly sensitive work to perform for the survival and well being of the body as a whole.The body has a reason for every part of itself. Hair is an extension of the nervous system, it can be correctly seen as exteriorized nerves, a type of highly evolved 'feelers' or 'antennae' that transmit vast amounts of important information to the brain stem, the limbic system, and the neocortex. Not only does hair in people, including facial hair in men, provide an information highway reaching the brain, hair also emits energy, the electromagnetic energy emitted by the brain into the outer environment. This has been seen in Kirlian photography when a person is photographed with long hair and then rephotographed after the hair is cut. When hair is cut, receiving and sending transmissions to and from the environment are greatly hampered. This results in numbing-out . Cutting of hair is a contributing factor to unawareness of environmental distress in local ecosystems. It is also a contributing factor to insensitivity in relationships of all kinds. US market ICE completes purchase of NYSE Euronext

The US market ICE said on Wednesday that it had completed the acquisition of US-European stock market operator NYSE Euronext for US$11.0 billion (8.2 billion euros).

PARIS: The US market ICE said on Wednesday that it had completed the acquisition of US-European stock market operator NYSE Euronext for US$11.0 billion (8.2 billion euros).
The acquisition by Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) creates a global giant among financial markets.
The deal also ends nearly two centuries of independence by the New York Stock Exchange, and signals the likely spin-off of Euronext.
ICE said that the deal "creates the premier operator of global exchanges".
It said that the new entity was "diversified across a range of asset classes spanning interest rates, equities and equity derivatives, credit derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange, energy, metals and agricultural commodities".
The chief executive of ICE, Jeffrey C. Sprecher, said: "This is a game changing transaction ... ICE now leads in terms of the breadth and depth of services, best-in-class technology, and access to markets and capital."
The statement said that the group had a market value of US$23 billion, operated in 16 exchanges and five central clearing houses.
ICE and NYSE Euronext are to continue to operate under their own brands, but ICE repeated that it expected float Euronext off in an initial public offering (IPO).
Euronext operates a number of European markets, including the Paris stock market from which it originates.

Everybody thinks it will be sometime today. Nobody has heard anything negative, stopping, waiting, delaying, etc. We just don't know why that last document hasn't been completed.

T - People in Iraq are reporting on Facebook that their cards have been loaded at 3.44. They're not talking about or to use. They are talking and celebrating among themselves. It's a great day and everybody is saying this is going to be a good day. In the blast last night I said they weren't expecting Iraqi citizens to show up for work today. They'd be out shopping, spending, etc.

T - We got notified yesterday that somebody was sending out an email not to show up in Vegas because it would conflict with the NDA. When an NDA is involved you can talk with others who have also signed the NDA. The Vegas event will be a meeting of wealthy folks sharing info. The idiots putting out this info don't understand the NDA. Just don't come because somebody is giving misinformation.

T - The rates at the banks are the same as of this morning. I'd like to post the rates publicly so you can check on the other sites and see how ignorant they are. If they can't give you info but just talk negatively about others, why even go there? Remember the rates they give you and make sure if you're part of the next group that revalues in January you avoid working with or taiking info from them. They don't have a clue what's going. Don't bring it back here. Don't cause undue stress on yourselves.

T - I don't know how long our board will stay up afterwards. It could be 5 minutes or days. I still don't know what the party line is. I don't know if they'll allow for it or want it. Just see if any of your currency is restricted for a time and if anyone controls your money. When you call the 800# you will give your name/email address. They expect people to hack your email and accounts. The banks expect some of their own employees to do the same. They think they have people in place to fight that, but they need you to help you. Separate your accounts, sweep into a new account, not to hide anything from the gov't. It's so nobody outside the bank - dealers who may have wired you money - will have your account info.

T - Get a new email address, a new laptop used exclusively for online banking. Make a clean break. Just don't connect the two: all brand new so nobody can connect to my bank account info. They will recommend this at your appointment. They know you're a new millionaire and will want to help you be prepared. Walk through the door ready. When you call that 800# be prepared. You want to avoid being hit with a Trojan Virus that could compromise your security online.

T - They raised the street rate because of the way the groups were being presented. Therefore it doesn't make sense to go with any specific bank or group. If I was you I'd get to the bank as quickly as possible. Don't wait 20-25 days, or even 15 days. I told you so and there is a reason.

Q - Where are the LDs? A - You don't see them because you're not in Iraq. The cards were loaded and I explained it several times. There are 3 different rates based on who the people are. C - I look forward to meeting you in Atlanta and recommend everybody be prepared to have an ID and NDA before being allowed to participate. T - Yes, good idea. Everybody will have to show a copy of their NDA.

C - Have you spoken with Frank about whether or not the UST will push the same rates to the dealers as the banks? T - I haven't talked with Frank and wouldn't ask him something like that. But when we get the 800#s we will all know. He will have the rate on his site.

C - When we set up out accounts at the appointment, which I agree need to be done sooner rather than later, do we need to sweep into a 2nd account? T - I don't think you'll be able to do that right then, but later when you meet with your personal banker/wealth manager. When you go back to your regular bank you can change all your info.

C - Will we be able to exchange a $25K note as soon as the 800#s are released? T - Yes, when those 800#s are released the banks will be ready and you should be able to walk into any bank and exchange, if it's during normal business hours.

C - Can you confirm that it has been released to the UST and, if so, are we past the 8 steps? T - I cannot confirm because that's what we've been waiting for. But I can confirm they have been called into the banks. The max time they need is 6 hours but it could be 2 hours or less. That's what we're really waiting for now: the release from the IMF to the UST. And I can't confirm that has been done.

C - I watch the UN Operational rate website and I'm seeing changes since today is the date they change for the 15th. There are at least 25 countries showing changes effective 11/15. Is that significant? T - Things are definitely working in our favor.

NOTE: The previous caller noted that she saw many countries - as many as 25 - with new UN Operational Rates effective 11/15.

C - Did you invest in the ZIM? T - I did not because Pam bought some for me, then she did something else. I got a little bit, so if one is worth $22M, believe me, I have plenty.

C - How can we have an RV in Iraq if there wasn't an auction? T - Maybe auctions are a cover and not occuring or they did it this morning and are waiting for the final letter to be signed activating the RV.

C - I know you are a big believer. Deep in your heart do you think this thing is going to happen? T - I absolutely do because this isn't coming from me but a lot of people I know over there. This is actually being relayed by gov't resources that want you to have this info to help us understand.

C - Are we north of $37? T - All I know is $36.86 and the rates were confirmed today.

C - If the IMF did step in why are we still seeing the higher rates? T - Because they still want the higher rates because it accomplishes what needed to be done and the delays weren't our fault. It works for everybody.

C - Do you think we'll see it today? T - That's what I'm hearing. Maybe later today or tonight.

C - I haven't heard much from my sources who are pretty well-connected. T - Some people get info that is days or weeks old. It filters down to them. It depends on what their level of info is. There are a lot of people who don't know and some who will never know.

C - What is the relationship with CL and how this is playing out in America - how does the IMF work and function here? T - Who appointed CL? Our president put her in that position. The guy running the World Bank was put in place by our president. We look at who we get our info from is not because they're with the IMF but because they have a relationship - six degrees of separation - we have gotten it down, in some cases 1 degree from our own POTUS, someone who talks to him daily, 1 degree of separation from the IMF - we have people in there. They do daily briefings. Someone will say my name was mentioned in the Pentagon, or the UST said to specifically tell me something. I never planned it like this, but we were selected for a specific reason, which I can't tell you. They went as far as to tell me why other sites were not selected. Somebody had to get the right info and procedures out.

T - Now what happens after the RV? I'm really talking to them now. They may say "figure it out yourself" after you sign the NDA. I'm grateful we were selected and must be doing something right. We never expected this. 1 degree from the WH can be good and bad. You've getting info and other sites are jealous of that. I don't have anything against sites that deal mainly with articles. We've been ahead of the curve - don't disgard them. Go to all the sites and listen to them and take what makes sense to you and leave the rest. But then look at their history and you'll really see what's going on.

C - You are on target when you help everybody who gives you problems about idiot. An idiot's IQ is between 0-25. An imbecile is smarter than an idiot and a moron is smarter than an imbecile.

C - We are going to sign the NDA, POD and walk out with a deposit slip, right? T - I'm going to make my appointment, open 2 accounts (1 for VNN and 1 for IQN), exchange at one time and then make an appointment with my wealth manager. After I have those 2 accounts set up I'll move the money to a 3rd account for day to day expenses. I have a brand new laptop, a brand new email before I call the 800#. It doesn't take that long to count your currency, open your account and make a deposit and set an appointment with a wealth manager. It will be done in 20 minutes. Remember that appointments may run behind. Don't expect them to run on time. Be calm, patient, and act like you've been somewhere before.

T- I found the rates and as of today they are 36.84 (IQN), 6.47 (VNN), 1.08 (RUP) and .22 (ZIM).

C - Is this the same thing that happened with Kuwait? We didn't have the social media back then and didn't know when it happened. T - This is the same thing. Both countries had wars and their currencies were devalues and then revalues. The exception is that this has been a 10-year plan and it became a global reset rather than just for one country. We're seeing these rates because it's a global reset not just an Iraqi reset.

C - Who is "they" that wanted you to get involved in this? T - I got asked to do these calls. I didn't want to do them but always have tried to help people make money and do things (network marketing). I thought it would be appreciated. I keep saying "no good deed goes unpunished." When I say "they" right this moment, because we stayed true to continue to do the right thing - there are some gov't agencies giving me info through a handler. I can't name anybody - I could but I would never do that - they know who I'm talking to and they would have stopped it a long time ago if I was giving out wrong info. My understanding is that we're not on that list. I'm not going to be Ollie North or Eric Snowden. I'm doing everything I can to make sure we all benefit from it.

QUESTION FOR PAM/ALREADY BLESSED: C - How sure are you that we're going to be at the bank tomorrow? PAM - I am always cautiously optimistic, but I'm more than I have ever been that we will be at the bank tomorrow. When the phone rings and the 800# hits, I will tell you how excited I am.

PAM/ALREADY BLESSED - Wasn't the world supposed to end today? T - is this the 13th? Yes, today there was to be no electricity. I dont see meteors falling. NY still in place. Wow, do wonders ever cease.

C - The education and information has been phenomenal. Just going to sit back and let it happen. T - That's exactly what we need to do. Sit back and relax. We are in the final stages of the process. Hopefully sometimes today will be our 

C - Is it possible to ask Frank to have a banker or two in his office to keep it secure? T - No, that's not his responsibility. His locations are secure locations - the majority of them are at airports. You need to have your own security once you leave in your car with your currencies.

C - The dealers are still selling dinar. Will they get a head's up before we hear about it? T - Yes, I heard they will get a 30-minute notification so they won't be stuck in the middle of a transaction.

C - Being Canadian the rates will be different, right? T - Look at the rate. Our rate is an in-country rate. If I was in another country I would trade mine in for USD and then trade it into my own money. If the US rate was so ridiculously high, I would do it that way and then put it in your dollars.

C - When this goes live, and the new website has the 800 #s and rates, how long will it be there? T - I don't know how long TNTDinar or this forum will stay up. Don't know when it will go down. I'm waiting for the last 4 pages of the NDA so I'll know what I can and cannot say. It will be different with a whole lot of less people.

C - What is your opinion on the ICE taking over the NYSE? Does that affect our blessing? T - We're just waiting on the IMF to make it official. At some point today the puzzle should be complete. I think it may be in process and they are doing the final piece of the puzzle because we can't get a hold of them.

TONY - We are past the limit. Hopefully today is our day. The 72 hours has been completed. We don't know why it tool so long to get that final document. People have all been called in. Several years ago when I was in my health insurance career, I knew a guy (Dave) who was very helpful and friendly, but his diet made me cringe.
Dave lived on fast food and processed junk--burgers, fries, tacos, fried chicken, snack chips, you-name-it.  He wouldn't know a fresh fruit or vegetable if it jumped up and bit him in the derriere.
His idea of a "home cooked meal" was popping a frozen pizza in the oven.
When I would gently get on his case about his food choices, Dave would laugh and say, "Something's gonna kill me, whether it's cancer or a heart attack or some other disease.  I'm going to enjoy myself until that happens."
Not surprisingly, last time I bumped into Dave he was overweight, on medication for ulcers, high cholesterol and high blood pressure and appeared FAR older than his years.

I thought of Dave when I read about a recent study done at Vanderbilt University that showed an explosive increase in stomach cancer risk for people who have H. pylori (the bacteria that causes most ulcers) and eat a high salt diet (especially fast and processed foods).
That describes Dave to a T!
The study, which was published in the journal Infection and Immunity, was conducted using two groups of gerbils both infected with H. pylori.  One set of gerbils was fed a regular diet and the other a high salt diet.
At the end of the study the researchers analyzed the animals' stomach tissues. EVERY SINGLE GERBIL on the high salt diet developed cancer, compared with only 58% of those on the regular diet!
The researchers noted that the stomach cancer appeared to start with the presence of a bacterial compound known as CagA, which is produced by H. pylori.
But that's only part of the formula.
The other part is that the heavy concentration of salt helped to boost the production of CagA...
To the tune of a 100% cancer development rate!
