New York’s SAFE Act is a bad, bad thing. It requires people to register, sell or transfer (out of state) “assault rifles” and “high capacity” magazines. Many Empire State gun and standard capacity ammunition magazine owners have complied. Many have not. So, at some point, the State’s gonna go get ‘em. People on both sides of the law enforcement divide will die and the s will hit the fan. Meanwhile, there it is: the reason why expanded background checks, indeed all background checks and any type of registration, set the stage for confiscation. And tyranny. Issued by President George Washington, at the request of Congress, on October 3, 1789

By the President of the United States of America, a Proclamation.
Whereas it is the duty of all nations to acknowledge the providence of Almighty God, to obey His will, to be grateful for His benefits, and humbly to implore His protection and favor; and—Whereas both Houses of Congress have, by their joint committee, requested me “to recommend to the people of the United States a day of public thanksgiving and prayer, to be observed by acknowledging with grateful hearts the many and signal favors of Almighty God, especially by affording them an opportunity peaceably to establish a form of government for their safety and happiness:”

When did the American people legally authorize the current federal government to outlaw God from our nation as Obama and others in Wash., D.C. are so aggressively trying to do? And when did the American people legally authorize Obama to take over the Christian churches of America through the I.R.S. tax code in that they may only preach doctrines approved of by Obama who is both a covert Muslim and a dedicated Communist or else he would not have studied under so many Communist teachers starting with his Communist mentor in Hawaii when growing up? When did Obama become the new head of Christianity rather than Jesus Christ who founded Christianity and was the declared Son of God and Messiah, Lord, and Savior of the human race as early Christianity declared Him to be? I don't recognize him as the head of Christianity nor as President of America as he himself was once recorded before runnning for the White House saying that he was born in Kenya and not in Hawaii and arguing himself as an example why foreigners coming to America should be given all the identical rights as native Americans were. I guess under his concept of law the U.S. Constitution was not binding law in America requiring that you must be born an American citizen or else you are legally ineligible to run for the White House or become President of America. Remember our California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger who was born in Thal, Austria and not born in America and so could not run for the White House under the U.S. Constitution when elements wanted him to run for the White House? I think every Democrat or Republican refusing to enforce the terms of the U.S. Constitution towards Obama should have legal actions against them for obviously refusing to enforce the authority of the U.S. Constitution towards our usurper in the White House who was recorded admitting that he was not born an American citizen. The recording of Obama admitting this before running for the White House is available on the internet for any members of Congress wanting to hear from Obama's own lips that he was not born a citizen of America but of Kenya! Now folks, see why it is required to pass the Omni Law? The federal government in Wash., D.C. has no legal integrity towards the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights! When the Omni Law is passed, the U.S. Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights will be once more seriously and with legal integrity be enforced under national law. The Vatican position was that this great food discovery of my father could potentially end starvation and malnutrition in the world. Obama apparently does not want America to get this giant food industry which has the potential to become the biggest industry in the world and might skyrocket the American economy and jobs in America once set up correctly as a world food industry. Eric Holder refused to arrest or prosecute the source and his associates who issued these murder threats in the name of Obama which apparently indicates that these murder threats had been ordered by Obama, but unfortunately for Obama I had witnesses to these murder threats and publicized them in widely read national reports over the internet! Refusal of the U.S. Justice Dept. to arrest those issuing understood federal murder threats in the name of Obama apparently implies the murder threats were from Obama or else the federal criminals would have been arrested by the U.S. Justice Dept. By the way, I as the son of my father am the only one trained in the secrets of my father's food process how to make it work and correctly industrially so this would be available to the whole world once it is set up. Anytime the U.N. decides to do the right thing, issue U.N. arrest warrants for Obama and any accomplices for genocide conspiracy against the American people and all races and nations on earth for trying to block so hard this Vatican endorsed industrial food process from feeding the people of America and all other races in all other nations on earth.

I heard talk about this on radio days ago.. they 'forced' cars off road into a parking lot, wanted mouth swabs, blood samples.. told drivers get paid $ for the samples and acted like it was voluntary. The multi-million dollar federal program has been disturbing drivers and alarming civil libertarians. The checkpoints consist of uniformed agents blocking a public road and flagging drivers into a testing area or a parking lot. There, the drivers are requested to submit a saliva or blood sample to the federal government. The roadblocks were part of a study orchestrated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). The agency contracted the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation, based in Calverton, MD, to perform the roadblocks. The program costs taxpayers $7.9 million over 3 years, according to NBC News Dallas-Fort Worth. The agency confirmed that the operation is currently being launched in 30 different U.S. cities. Drivers are offered cash for surrendering DNA samples. The going rate is $10 for a cheek-swab and $50 for blood drawn from the vein. The goal, according to the NHTSA, is to decrease impaired-driving accidents by analyzing raw bodily fluids fresh off the street. “They want to find out of all the people surveyed, how many people were driving with alcohol in their system, or prescription drugs, things like that,” said Lt. Freddie Turrentine of the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Department, in Pell City, Alabama. Voluntary or not? The NHTSA says that the samples are “voluntary,” but drivers have had varying experiences. “How voluntary is it when you have a police officer in uniform flagging you down?” Kim Cope, of North Fort Worth, Texas, said that the checkpoint she experienced was not voluntary at all. She was forced off the road into a parking lot on November 15th and pressured into submitting to a breathalyzer. Cope was on her lunch break when she was forced into the checkpoint. ”I gestured to the guy in front that I just wanted to go straight, but he wouldn’t let me and forced me into a parking spot,” she said to NBC Dallas-Fort Worth. “They were asking for cheek swabs. They would give $10 for that. Also, if you let them take your blood, they would pay you $50 for that.” But Cope was not interested in getting paid. “I finally did the Breathalyzer test just because I thought that would be the easiest way to leave.” “How voluntary is it when you have a police officer in uniform flagging you down?” asked Susan Watson, executive director of the Alabama chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union. “Are you going to stop? Yes, you’re going to stop.” “Although this was voluntary it was not voluntary that you stop and hear the DNA for CASH pitch,” said Alabama resident ‘J. Vatic Note:  This all started with the missing $2.7 Trillion from the Pentagon announced the day before 9-11 by Donald Rumsfeld and the pentagon hit on that day right in the building where the investigation was going on to try and identify where that money went and who spent it and on what.  All investigators were killed and the condemning documents were fully destroyed and its never been started again by anyone, either dem or GOP controlled White House and Justice depts.... so another evidence that there is no difference between the two parties.

Could this be part of the reason for the firing of so many high level military officers from the Pentagon?  Did they know who, what and where?  I suspect they were fired for knowing way too much about way too many things and the role of AIPAC, Israel, Bankers, and others in the attempt to first rob the nation and then bring down the USA, to destroy evidence of their theft and subsequent treason.  That is why we should never hire dual loyalty citizens in key critical positions in the Dept of Defense, the White House, or anywhere else that is a threat to the interests of the USA.

Military Waste and Fraud Are the Main Cause of Our Problems

 

 

We’ve repeatedly documented that military waste and fraud are the core problems with the U.S. economy.
For example, we’ve noted that we wouldn’t be in this crisis of hitting the debt ceiling in the first place if we hadn’t spent so much money on unnecessary wars … which are horrible for the economy.
But it goes far beyond actual fighting.  We could easily slash the military and security budget without reducing our national security.

For example, homeland security agencies wasted money on seminars like “Did Jesus Die for Klingons Too?” and training for a “zombie apocalypse” instead of actually focusing on anti-terror efforts.

Republican Senator Tom Coburn notes that the Department of Defense can reduce $67.9 billion over 10 years by eliminating the non-defense programs that have found their way into the budget for the Department of Defense.

BusinessWeek and Bloomberg point out that we could slash military spending without harming our national security. Indeed, we could slash boondoggles that even the generals don’t want.

BusinessWeek provides a list of cost-cutting measures which will not undermine national security. American Conservative does the same.

Moreover, we’ve shown that the military wastes and “loses” (cough) trillions of dollars.  See this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this, this,this and this.

The former Secretary of Defense acknowledged in May 2012 that the DOD “is the only major federal agency that cannot pass an audit today.”  The Pentagon will not be ready for an audit for another five years, according to Panetta.

Reuters quantifies these numbers today:

The Pentagon is the only federal agency that has not complied with a law that requires annual audits of all government departments.That means that the $8.5 trillion in taxpayer money doled out by Congress to the Pentagon since 1996, the first year it was supposed to be audited, has never been accounted for. That sum exceeds the value of China’s economic output last year.

Billions In Wasted Defense Spending Are Continuing During Government Shutdown

If you assume that the waste in defense spending has stopped during the government shutdown, you’d be wrong.

Top military and constitutional law expert Jonathan Turley noted yesterday:

We recently saw how [American politicians and military personnel] prefer to deliver bags of money to Karzai, buy Russian aircraft that Afghans can’t fly or maintain, or build huge buildings to be then torn down unused. Of course, no one is ever fired for constructing massive buildings that no one wants only to tear them down. After all, these are contracts going to powerful companies with friends in the government.

Now, we buying huge planes at $50 million a pop only to roll them directly from the factories into mothballs because no one wants them. To make this even more incomprehensible, we are not evenmaking the cargo planes. Like the Russian helicopters that the Afghans cannot fly, we are buying the cargo planes from Italy . . . and we are continuing to order more as we struggle to find places to dump them.

The dozen Italian-built C-27J Spartans have been shipped to an Air Force facility in Arizona dubbed “the boneyard.” We are ordering five more, which are expected to be immediately sent with the others into mothballs. The Air Force has spent $567 million on 21 of the planes which will join some 4,400 other aircraft and 13 aerospace vehicles at the boneyard — more than $35 billion of unused airplanes.

Why order planes to be immediately mothballed? Ohio’s senators Democrat Sherrod Brown and Republican Rob Portman wanted them to give a mission for Mansfield Air National Guard Base and to save 800 jobs. So we will spend $567 million to save 800 jobs. Wouldn’t it have been easier to give half a million to each of their constituents and save the rest of the money?
Of course, with citizens rising up against the latest effort of the Administration and Congress to intervene in another war, we could have a pile up of unused weapons . . . until we find a use for them.(Even in the middle of the government shutdown, the CIA isramping up covert training program for Syrian rebels.)

Now seems like an ideal time to turn the attention to the $716 billion elephant in the room. If we are going to shutdown non-essentials in our country, let us start by shutting down the waste and fraud in our military budget.

And former FBI translator Sibel Edmonds wrote yesterday:

Afghanistan gets around $7 Billion= $7,000,000,000. Now, don’t mistake this for our money spent on our war in Afghanistan. That’s in the trillions of dollars. That’s a separate deal. No, this money goes to Afghanistan’s government – known for being crooks, criminals, heroin dealers, and terrorist breeders. ***

Of course Israel gets quite a lion’s share. That goes without saying. They get nearly $3 billion=$3,000,000,000, in military aid and another large sum as financial aid for …well, let’s put aside all the diplomacy and political correctness and call a duck a duck: They get all the military and foreign aid so that they can turn around and spend those dollars through their powerful network and lobby here, to make sure we are all screwed up in developing and implementing our foreign policy…. They get all those billions of dollars in foreign and military aid, come over here, get us into wars so that we go spend trillions of additional dollars in wars ….
Egypt gets its $1 billion of our tax money for … for what? Thank God it’s been in the news lately so even the mass ignoramus population in our nation is able to have an idea: guns and bullets to kill political dissenters, tanks and tear gas to be used against civilians, helicopters to fire at civilians below … bring about a coup de tat, and then bring about another one …Okay, so that one we get. We know what they use our money and military equipment for. No brainer. ***
Pakistan gets more or less $1 Billion. They get military aid to make sure they create desirable conditions so that our military can send its drones out there and bomb the hell out of them every day.

So, yes. Our government, somehow, amazingly, has plenty of money, thanks to its limitless money printing authority with zero oversight or accountability. They have trillions to spend on target practice, killing, butchering, torturing, kidnapping. They have billions and billions to spend on spying on you and just messing around with you and me for the heck of it-too much printed money gives them that luxury, you know. And of course, as we see, they’ve got billions of dollars to give crooks, criminals, tyrants, despots, heroin dealers and producers, terrorists, terrorist supporters …

 

The next time around when our government tells you we are miserably broke, believe them. It’s a no brainer: we are a broke nation. However, don’t let them give you bullsh.. about where they’re going to cut and snip to make ends meet. Do not let them tell you we must go on this way, and just keep printing the green in order to survive. Give them the amount in trillions spent on wars and target practice-shooting around the world.

 

Point to the billions of dollars yearly given to despots, torturers, criminals, and human target practice fields. Show them the hundreds of millions of dollars wasted by unaccountable agencies every single month. Just question, demand, and insist. Show that you matter and count. For once!
