Family members reportedly identify 2 of 5 US Special Operations Forces troops killed in Afghanistan

Family members of two of the five U.S. Special Operations Forces troops killed in a possible friendly-fire incident in southern Afghanistan Monday reportedly identified their relatives as victims Tuesday. 

Relatives of Aaron Toppen, 19, of Mokena, Illinois and Justin Helton, 25, of Beaver, Ohio told The Associated Press that military members came to their relatives' doors in the middle of the night to deliver the news of the deaths. The identities of the other three victims have not been released. 

Toppen, the youngest of three children, had been in Afghanistan since March and deployed there one month after the death of his father. Helton had been in the military since 2010 and was on his first deployement to Afghanistan. 

A senior U.S. defense official told Fox News early Tuesday that the troops were killed when they requested air support from a B-1 bomber after coming in contact with enemy forces. 

"Five American troops were killed yesterday during a security operation in southern Afghanistan. Investigators are looking into the likelihood that friendly fire was the cause. Our thoughts and prayers are with the families of these fallen," Pentagon spokesman Rear Adm. John Kirby said.

Earlier Tuesday, a statement from NATO confirmed the service members' deaths, but did not give further details on their nationalities. Coalition policy is for home countries to identify their military dead.

"The casualties occurred during a security operation when their unit came into contact with enemy forces," the statement from NATO's International Security Assistance Force read. "Tragically, there is the possibility that fratricide may have been involved. The incident is under investigation. Our thoughts are with the families of those killed during this difficult time."

If confirmed, it would be one of the most serious cases involving coalition on coalition friendly fire during the nearly 14-year Afghan war. One of the worst came in April 2002 when four Canadian soldiers were killed when an American F-16 dropped a bomb on them near a night firing exercise in the southern Kandahar province.

A senior police official in southern Zabul province said the coalition troops may have been killed when they called in for close air support.

Provincial police chief Gen. Ghulam Sakhi Rooghlawanay said Afghan and NATO troops conducting a joint operation in the area's Arghandab district early Monday came under fire by the Taliban.

"After the operation was over, on the way back the joint forces came under the attack of insurgents, then foreign forces called for an air support. Unfortunately, five NATO soldiers and one Afghan Army officer were killed mistakenly by NATO airstrike," Rooghlawanay said.

There was no way to independently confirm Rooghlawanay's comments. The coalition would not comment and NATO headquarters in Brussels also declined to comment.

The only U.S. troops now involved in combat operations are usually Special Operations Forces that mentor their Afghan counterparts. They often come under fire and are responsible for calling in air support when needed. Because of constraints placed by outgoing Afghan President Hamid Karzai, such airstrikes are usually called "in extremis," or when troops fear they are about to be killed.

Karzai blamed a similar airstrike called in by special forces mentoring an Afghan operation for killing a dozen civilians during an operation in northern Parwan province. The U.S. military vehemently denied the charge, saying that two civilians were killed in crossfire with Taliban militants and that airstrike was called in when forces thought they were about to be killed by insurgents.

The Taliban claimed responsibility for the attack against the joint force in Zabul.

A Taliban spokesman, Qari Yousef Ahmadi, said a battle took place on Monday night between foreign troops and Taliban fighters in the Arghandab district. Ahmadi claimed a "huge number" of NATO soldiers were killed or wounded in the fighting. The Taliban often exaggerate their claims.

Separately, a NATO statement said a service member died Monday as a result of a non-battle injury in eastern Afghanistan.

The deaths bring to 36 the number of NATO soldiers killed so far this year in Afghanistan, with eight service members killed in June.

The insurgents have intensified attacks on Afghan and foreign forces ahead of the country's presidential election runoff Saturday. Officials are concerned there could be more violence around the time of the vote, although the first round in April passed relatively peacefully.

Casualties have been falling in the U.S.-led military coalition as its forces pull back to allow the Afghan Army and police to fight the Taliban insurgency. All combat troops are scheduled to be withdrawn from the country by the end of this year.

In a major upset, House Majority Leader Eric Cantor lost a Virginia GOP primary to economics professor Dave Brat

CNN) -- In what's being called a political "earthquake," the No. 2 Republican in the House, Eric Cantor, lost his primary on Tuesday to a college professor and tea party neophyte.

Cantor conceded the race with 99% of precincts reporting from the Richmond-area district showing him trailing Dave Brat 56% to 44%, according to the Virginia Secretary of State's website. Turnout was low.

"Obviously we came up short," Cantor said in his concession speech.

"It's disappointing sure but I believe in this country. I believe there is opportunity around the next corner for all of us," said Cantor, whose loss is all the more shocking because he's considered very conservative.

In a statement following Cantor's defeat, House Speaker John Boehner called the No. 2 Republican "a good friend and a great leader."

In his victory speech, Brat struck a populist tone.

"Dollars do not vote, you do," he said. "When I go to D.C., every vote I take will move the pendulum in the direction of the people, away from Washington, D.C.; back to the states; back to the localities; and back to you."

Mark Preston, CNN's executive political editor, said the defeat would have national implications since Cantor has been viewed as ambitious and a potential speaker.

"This came out of nowhere," Preston said.

CNN Political Analyst David Gergen called it an "earthquake" that would "send shock waves through the Republican ranks."

Graham wins in South Carolina

Although the tea party won big in the Old Dominion, it met defeat in South Carolina, where incumbent Sen. Lindsey Graham handled challengers from the right and easily topped the 50% threshold needed to avoid a runoff.

Graham had some advantages heading into the contest: He had a massive war chest -- around $8 million cash on hand, which gave him a huge campaign cash advantage over his primary opponents -- and outside groups have steered clear of the race, unlike in Mississippi where establishment and tea party groups fought.

"Leadership and problem solving comes with some political risk. You get a bunch of people running against you, but I'm here to tell you, it's very much worth it," Graham said in his victory speech.

A boost for the right

Brat's victory is another tea party blockbuster, reminiscent of its banner year in 2010 when those conservatives swept Republicans to control of the House.

Most recently, Republican candidate Chris McDaniel in Mississippi gained more votes than longtime Republican Sen. Thad Cochran and forced a runoff, which McDaniel is expected to win.

Key races to watch

Another notable conservative takeover was in 2012 when tea party favorite Ted Cruz defeated Texas Lt. Gov David Dewhurst in the state's Senate GOP primary. Dewhurst had support of most Texas mainstream Republicans. ‎

CNN Chief Congressional Correspondent Dana Bash said the outcome in Cantor's race will re-energize the tea party fueled right and disrupt attempts to bridge gaps between archconservatives and establishment Republicans in Congress.

It could also cloud any prospects the White House and moderates might have for any legislative gains, Bash said.

"This will throw it all up in the air," Bash noted.

Most Republicans viewed Cantor, 51, as the most conservative member in the House leadership and a potential successor to Boehner. Two sources familiar with the thinking of House Speaker John Boehner told Bash that it is now less likely with Cantor out of the picture that he will retire.

Voters rose up

Although Cantor dramatically outspent Brat in a race most political observers anticipated he would win, the cash advantage didn't affect the outcome.

CNN "Crossfire" host Newt Gingrich suggested that a large part of Cantor's constituency in Virginia's reliably conservative 7th Congressional District concluded that he wasn't listening and rose up to toss him out.

Losing, Gingrich said, was by no means the end of his political career, noting that he has a "great record," is a hard worker and could come back if he wants to.

Cantor was President Barack Obama's chief foil in budget negotiations in 2011, a role he proudly pointed out during this campaign season.

Promised a shocker

Brat, who predicted a shocker on Tuesday, is an economics professor at Randolph-Macon College. His Democratic opponent in November, Jack Trammell, also teaches at the school outside Richmond. Trammell was nominated at a party convention and is thought to have a very tough road ahead.

In a phone interview with CNN on Monday, Brat argued that Cantor was more attentive to donors in New York and California and big business groups than he is to enacting an agenda based on Republican ideals.

"While he's got an eye on the speaker job, he's turned his back on his constituents," Brat said.

He noted that Cantor and other GOP leaders have dropped their free market principles and not done enough to address looming deficit problems.

Brat attempted to frame his challenge as another case of a grassroots conservative taking on the GOP establishment, a major theme in Republican contests this year.

He has tried to make immigration reform the central issue and said Cantor's position would hurt the economy.

Brat said Cantor's campaign ads actually elevated his name and helped his low-budget campaign, which was supported by some heavyweights in conservative media.

I am back from 8 days in Cozumel and Nancy and I had a blast. We did absolutely nothing but shop, drink and perform acts that we both should have been arrested for. Just kidding, but it was fun to get away. Cozumel is a great place and has become our choice of destination to stretch our wings for years now.

    I kept up the reading everyday although I did it on the computer supplied by the Cozumelina Hotel. The keyboard sucked and I could not get on my email but I did manage to post on Currency Chatter a couple of times a day. So in a nut shell let me tell you where I think we are.

    Maliki has lost this election big time and the coalition has won. The coalition has managed to increase their lead while Maliki's position has deteriorated. The election results are not yet ratified but the coalition’s lead is an impossible hill for Maliki to climb. There will be a government change soon.

The 93 votes the SOL say they got are softening. Remember Maliki stole one sixth of the ballots, most intended for Anbar province, but it made no difference. He still lost the election because everyone else has held to the position, NO MORE MALIKI.

Since the election the coalition has hardened to the point that even Maliki's party, the SOL has realized they cannot be broken. Day before yesterday the SOL has approached the coalition on their own in a last ditch effort to make a deal for themselves without Maliki.

They negotiated for their leadership only, throwing Maliki under a bus. Maliki offered twice in the last two weeks to resign for a list if granted immunity. Both times he was turned down by Hakim.

We will never know the actual terms but apparently a deal was made between the SOL and the coalition which does not include Maliki, which does include the elimination of the SOL getting any of the important appointments in the next government.

They are being excluded from any role in running the next government as rightfully they should be because all they did in the years they ran the government is pillage the country.

Iran has come out firmly against a third term for Maliki and is now on record saying he is the wrong guy for Iraq. So when all is said and done, Maliki has solidly lost the election and any chance to stay in power.

   Last night a new hitch was put in this get along. Maliki announced that the ISIS and or Daash has moved in and taken Mosul the 2nd largest city in Iraq. I call BS on this.

He is callinjg for the parliament to declare Martial law which is required by law.. It won't happen.

The election results are supposed to be released today. Maliki is calling for a complete cessation of the election and if parliament declares Martial Law, that would leave Maliki in charge until it is undeclared.

This is why I say bull shiite. So far we see that the troops and security that were supposed to protect Mosul were told to abandon their posts and leave there weapons and equipment behind.

The timing, the motive and the orders are suspicious. When Maliki put together the list of people he was calling for immunity for offering to step down, he would gracefully retire for, it included leaders of the SOL, the DAWA, his son and himself but it also included a couple of generals.

These guys are the guys who did Maliki's dirty work committing genocide on behalf of Maliki killing the opposition when they were charged with fighting the opposition. One of these generals has already come forward willing to testify against Maliki telling his side of the story about orders to kill certain people when entering a city.

    The first reports of this supposed takeover of Mosel described the insurgents as wearing military uniforms and well organized which also makes me think Maliki is behind this as a last ditch effort to buy more time.

An article came out today saying Maliki has definitely sent his family out of the country to England due to the dangerous situation in Mosel. Its cover. Trust me.

With the drones in Iraq and the satellites pointed to Iraq, any large troop movement would have been detected as it was happening. We have 1000's of US troops imbedded in the army in Iraq and are very close to what's going on.

Pure and simple, this is a ploy to extend Maliki's reign of as PM and I don’t think the opposition will swallow it.

  It is my belief that the parliament is smarter than Maliki and will see this for what it is, a contrived last minute ditch effort to attempt by this clown to stay in power.

Today or tomorrow we should have an answer to this situation. IMO this has stalled the new government being seated not even 24 hours.

Assuming the Mosul issue had not just come up, here is where we were going and I happen to think we are still going there. On June 14th the present parliament is done. Right after that the new members will convene and the first order of business will be to vote a new PM in.

That decision has already been agreed to by all the sects so that should be a slam dunk.

 Personally, I think it's Chalabi and have said so many times in the last year, but until he is nominated by the NA, it is just speculation on my part.

Once the new PM nominated by the NA is voted in, next comes the Pres and VP. Those too have already been decided on.

Next the PM will choose his cabinet and that too has already been decided on and approved by both the Sunni's and the Kurds. So as long as the coalition does not fall for this Maliki ploy, this government will be go together fast.

    Again it is my opinion that the Mosal problem is contrived by Maliki and his corrupt general, and there is no way that the parliament will let him pull this crap. Maliki is in deep doo doo and he will both be charged locally in Iraq as well as the international community for crimes of genocide before this is over.

The next few days will be critical to our investment but we are only days away from getting rid of this criminal. I am hopeful parliament sees what this guy is doing out of desperation and does not fall for this ploy. They need look no further than the timing. PS I still believe Turki will pull the trigger the last week of this month and I have said so now 3 times. My butt is on the line on this but I feel very comfortable that this investment will come to fruition in the next 3 weeks. The good news is that nothing has changed, that we are set to go asn, that the negative in Iraq today doesn't change that they have a new PM, that they are democratically sovereign and by this fact they must now reach out to the world as being internationally sovereign as well and for that they must launch their currency internationally.

The WTO awaits them, the GCC awaits them, and the entire world awaits them.

Even though I smell a stinker coming out of the greedy in our government pertaining to a certain law that will be imposed by July 1 and all this mess can be an imposed delay in order to comply with these gentlemen with a I (tumbleweed) who think we are so ignorant, 

 I honestly do not think that this time around they cannot stop this international release from its June happening.

Isaiah 9 7:  Alabama Bank Story:  My husband and I are friends with a few dinarians here in Alabama and she forgot to put money in her acct and it went negative. as a result she incurred fees adding to over $200.

What is interesting is that she talked to the banker about the rupiah and dinar and there are two rates they said, one of the front screen and one on the back screen. What is interesting is that they wiped all of her fees off her account which were several adding to hundreds and put money in her bank!

Why would they do that? You think they want her business on what they are seeing?   hmmmmmmm

  This came during a national symposium for security sector reform and governance in Iraq, organized by the United Nations Development Programme in partnership with the National Security Agency, Iraqi, and opened today at the center of the two rivers for Strategic Studies in Baghdad,
in the presence of high-ranking officials of the Iraqi government and the United Nations, according to a statement by the Information Office UNAMI, received a (long-Presse) a copy of it.

According to the statement, that "symposium focuses on providing lessons devised by the United Nations in supporting security sector reform, and discuss how they can be for the future national security dialogue in Iraq to benefit from the international experience."

The Special Representative of the Secretary-General of the United Nations in Iraq, Nikolay Mladenov, in his opening speech, according to the statement, said that "Iraq faces security challenges should be dealt with by about a comprehensive,"

 adding that the "challenges exacerbated regional tensions, terrorism, internal displacement of the population and the ongoing violence."

He Mladenov, that "the methods of treatment, short-term venture to focus too much on military interventions tactical which is unlikely to produce results sustainable without a focus on social inclusion,"

noting that "the Iraqi government began last February, with support from the United Nations Development Programme, process aimed at preparing a new strategy for national security. "

President promised UNAMI, that this "strategy is an opportunity that have an impact on the governance of the security sector in Iraq and ensure that the management and supervision of institutions accountable from the presence of the authorities of democratic civilian,"

 stressing "the need to consider those strategic opportunity for Iraq because the tracks of its obligations under international instruments such as the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights and the Convention against Torture and other cruel, inhuman or cruel, inhuman or degrading Add to Security Council resolutions on terrorism, human rights and security sector reform. "

The statement quoted the senior agent of the Ministry of the Interior, Adnan al-Asadi, said speaking on behalf of the prime minister, Nuri al-Maliki, said that "the security forces in Iraq serves as the basis of the protection of people's rights," noting that "the modus operandi of those forces should include the observance of human rights standards International ".

The office said that "the symposium is in line with the United Nations' commitment to continue to support the efforts of the Iraqi government to establish security sector is characterized by effective, inclusive and accountable."

It is noteworthy that the High Commissioner for Human Rights of the United Nations, expressed in, (the 13 of May 2014), "lack of conviction" the situation of human rights in Iraq, and called on the Iraqi government to "reduce the number of civilian casualties in Anbar" when trying to kill the insurgents.

He can't stay in Iraq or he will be prosecuted.  He can't just leave and go anywhere he wants because the countries that he would not mind living in are the very same countries that have signed the protocol to turn over internationally charged criminals. 

He must go in seclusion to a country that will safe harbor and protect him and that has not signed the international protocol requiring a country to turn over a criminal charged with genocide or international crimes.

A federal appeals court this week dismissed a civil lawsuit brought by six men formerly held at Guantánamo Bay who were wrongly detained and abused there. The suit, one of the last remaining Guantánamo damages suits, was brought against former Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld and other military officials for torture, religious abuse and other mistreatment of plaintiffs, some of which clearly meet criteria of mind control and  ritual abuse.

Such ritual abuse, somtimes torturing to death, is a hallmark of dictators and rogue nations. Ritual abuse is a.k.a. Cult Related Abuse, Ritual Abuse, Ritualized Abuse, Sadistic Ritual Abuse, Organized Sadistic Abuse, etc. (http://www.religioustolerance.org/sra.htm)

Mind control and ritual abuse are typically used against targeted individuals, including innocent detainees captured as prisoners of war by the American military, according to its definition. 

In dismissing their claims, the D.C. Circuit stated that the torture and religious humiliation these men endured—even after being cleared for release by the military—were incidental to the “need to maintain an orderly detention environment,” “appear[ed] to be standard for all” U.S. military detainees in Guantanamo, Iraq, and Afghanistan, and “was certainly foreseeable [by the government] because maintaining peace, security, and safety at a place like Guantanamo Bay is a stern and difficult business.”

“It is deeply disturbing and disappointing that the court has refused to hold those in the military command responsible for the abuse and prolonged detention of individuals who were determined not to be enemy combatants. Torture and religious humiliation are unacceptable wherever they occur,” said Russell P. Cohen of Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, who argued the case. “When it is directed at individuals known not to be our enemies, it defies comprehension. This decision regrettably leaves these plaintiffs with nothing for their abuse.” 

In a number of previous cases, the D.C. Circuit ruled that immunity doctrines apply to shield actions of government officials who abused Guantánamo detainees while supposedly suspected of being enemy combatants. The Supreme Court has thus far declined to hear appeals from those holdings. Unlike prior cases, three of the plaintiffs in this case were abused even after they were found to not be enemy combatants. In fact, the government negotiated with allies to resettle some of the men as refugees, even while continuing to abuse them in detention.

“If the court is correct that torture and religious humiliation are par for the course for detainees in the custody of our armed forces, that is an indictment of the way the United States treats its military detainees,” said Shayana Kadidal, counsel for CCR in the case and Senior Managing Attorney of the Guantanamo project at CCR.

Plaintiffs are considering their options for further appeal, including to the Supreme Court, which has refused to hear and decide a Guantánamo case since 2008.

One Uzbek plaintiff, Zakirjan Hasam, was subject to all the worst abuses inflicted on Guantánamo detainees after found by a military (CSRT) panel to not be an “enemy combatant”: he was placed in solitary confinement (against a military psychologist’s advice), subjected to sleep deprivation, prevented from praying, forcibly shaved, and medicated against his will. When finally sent to Albania as a refugee, 23 months after the military panel’s ruling, he was sent shackled and bound to his seat. He continues to live in poverty there.

Another plaintiff, Sami Allaithi, could walk when brought to Guantánamo, but left in a wheelchair. He was routinely beaten. His Koran was desecrated, beard shaved, and religion mocked — all after he found to not be an “enemy combatant” by a military panel. Now with family in Egypt, he remains immobilized and in great pain.

The other plaintiffs are an Algerian doctor, taken from his pregnant wife and five children in Pakistan in 2002 and eventually sent to Albania as a refugee in 2006 (two years after his military panel found he was not an “enemy combatant”), and three Turkish men released before the military even provided CSRT panels to detainees.

They are still in the left-right paradigm. “The events that are taking place in Iraq are an illustration of a complete failure of the venture started by the US and the UK that allowed it to spiral out of control completely” Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov recently told journalists. Mr. Lavrov, I’m sure, knows better and is merely speaking for the press regarding the stated goals of the Iraq war. For the Anglo-Americans and their Israeli cohorts knew full well even before the 2003 invasion what they were doing and what the outcome would be. Very possibly, Mr. Lavrov never read my Oct. 2nd, 2005 predictions of Iraq’s fate in a Media Monitors article entitled “The End” (http://usa.mediamonitors.net/Headlines/The-End): “What has been the end of the Neocon's Iraq strategy from the start?...For some two years prior to the Iraq war, in Council of Foreign Relations and other elite circles, stories were circulated about the benefits of partitioning Iraq into Shiite, Sunni and Kurdish regions for the benefit of the "Greater Mid East" (read instead: "Eretz Israel")...This could lead to a bloody civil war--easily anticipated prior to the U.S. invasion--and probably leave the Israelis in control of the majority of Iraq's oil through proxies in a future Kurdistan…A depopulated, destroyed Iraq will be in no position to prevent the diversion of its oil supplies and water from the Tigris and Euphrates to Eretz Israel. Further, the conflict could spill over into Syria and Iran and other regional states, possibly drawing them into a conflict reminiscent of the Iran-Iraq war.” This is coming to pass as you read this. With the Kurdish seizure of Kirkuk—effectively asserting control of much of the country’s oil wealth (much oil already being sold outside the aegis of the Iraqi central government anyway) for their Israeli patrons—and conquest of Sunni areas by ISIL/ISIS/Takfiri elements (enriched by a curious $450-million bank heist and much “captured” American-supplied military equipment) I contend that the real goal of the Iraq invasion and Israeli/Anglo-American policy is about to be realized—the partition of Iraq. The entry of the Iranian elite Revolutionary Guard into the fray at this late date is a good indication of this—the pretext of keeping Iraq in one piece under Shiia control kept Iran on the sidelines during the Purim 2003 invasion of Iraq (which would have turned it into a regional conflict not wanted by U.S. allies at the time—the so-called “Coalition of the Willing.”) In 2003, Iran could probably not believe their good fortune as the U.S. destruction of Saddam virtually handed control of Iraq to the Shiia—turning Iraq from a dangerous foe into an ally! From Israel’s standpoint, the latest Iranian move comes at a good time. They really want to control the oil and the Iranians and Anglo-Americans can slug it out with each other and with ISIS/ISIL (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant and Syria) and the Takfiris to prevent them trying to retake the oil fields. Cut off from oil revenues, the Sunni and, to a lesser extent, the Shiia areas will become depopulated and “wither on the vine.” The Iranian involvement can also serve Israel’s interests by giving it a pretext to strike Iranian military and nuclear targets. The Israeli public stance, then, is predictable. Rov Tov, in his latest piece, quotes a lengthy analysis in the Israeli publication Yediot Ahronot, by its “connected” military analyst Ron ben Yishai, a former IDF lieutenant colonel. Tov comments that ben Yishai is saying, in effect, that "If America does nothing, Israel will fall, and afterwards Europe." We are seeing the false dominoes of the Vietnam War laid out for the U.S. once again—this time by their Israeli “ally”. If the U.S. fails to intervene to protect Israel’s interests at this juncture, we are to believe, the states of Europe could fall, one by one, becoming part of the greater Takfriri “Caliphate.” CFR, OTHERS LONG PUSHED FOR SEPARATION Echoing a long-held position of the influential Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) prior to the Iraq war, Leslie Gelb, PhD, President Emeritus of the CFR, stated in a Nov. 25, 2003 New York Times article titled "The Three-State Solution": "President Bush's new strategy of transferring power quickly to Iraqis, and his critics' alternatives, share a fundamental flaw: all commit the United States to a unified Iraq, artificially and fatefully made whole from three distinct ethnic and sectarian communities. That has been possible in the past only by the application of overwhelming and brutal force... The only viable strategy, then, may be to correct the historical defect and move in stages toward a three-state solution: Kurds in the north, Sunnis in the center and Shiite in the South…Allowing all three communities within that false state to emerge at least as self-governing regions would be both difficult and dangerous. Washington would have to be very hard-headed, and hard-hearted, to engineer this breakup. But such a course is manageable, even necessary, because it would allow us to find Iraq's future in its denied but natural past." As a U.S. Senator, Joe Biden carried the CFR’s (and Israel’s) water on this issue. According to a CFR backgrounder authored by Greg Bruno on Oct. 27th, 2007: “A non-binding resolution that sailed through the U.S. Senate in September 2007 reignited debate over Iraq’s political future. Introduced by Senators Joseph R. Biden Jr. (D-DE) and Sam Brownback, (R-KS), the measure calls for a decentralized Iraqi government “based upon the principles of federalism” and advocates for a relatively weak central government with strong Sunni, Shiite, and Kurdish regional administrations. The bill, based on a proposal first introduced by Biden and CFR President Emeritus Leslie H. Gelb, passed the Senate by a 75 to 23 margin. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-NY) and Chris Dodd (D-CT), rivals in a crowded presidential field that includes Sen. Biden, both supported the amendment.” The Biden-Brownback plan was borne of a broader five-point strategy Biden and Gelb introduced in May 2006. But this so-called “federalism” scheme was seen by many Mid East experts as doomed to failure and merely a back door to partition of Iraq. According to the CFR, Anthony H. Cordesman, a Middle East expert at the Center for Strategic and International Studies, doubted security forces could function under federalism—and ridiculed the idea of a “soft” partition in Iraq—he saw any partition as being “hard” and bloody, filled with human suffering. The 500,000 new refugees and the 1700 soldiers and civilians just brutally executed by the Takfiris in Iraq can now confirm this estimate to Joe Biden, now U.S. Vice President.

. The Summer Solstice will occur this year on June 21 at 3:51 AM PDT. The Summer Solstice is always in effect until the Fall Equinox. The Summer Solstice and the Winter Solstice are always lined up with the Galactic Center which makes it a very important point in time. The planet Mercury (in retrograde) is also lined up with the Galactic Center this year. Actually I should say Mercury is in opposition to the Galactic Center which is 28 Sagittarius. Mercury will be on 28 Gemini. We feel the effects of this alignment either in conjunction or opposition. The Midwest will feel the full force of this Summer Solstice. As the Sun moved through Gemini it activated fires in various parts of the west, like Arizona and the fire in Sedona, along with the fire in Bend, Oregon. As the Sun starts its journey through the sign of Cancer on June 21 we will once again be in the water emotional energy of Cancer. I believe the energy from this Solstice will culminate on July 4th when there is again a cardinal cross in the heavens which points to Washington, D.C. There was just a major change in our government yesterday when Erik Cantor lost his election. He was number two in the Republican leadership. I believe this will have a large impact on the Republican Party. Did you hear that they are closing down HAARP? They are not only going to shut it down, they are going to dismantle it. Now if we could just get the rest of the world to shut down their High Frequency Active Auroral Research Programs we will have it made. And the Pope is firing more people who have been associated with the Vatican Bank. Changes are occurring on a large level. NASA just announced that the Sun has finished her pole shift. NASA said last fall that the Sun was in a pole shift and thought it would finish before the end of the year although they did not announce the shift was complete until June 10, 2014. The Sun will now have four poles instead of two. This information about the four poles came from a Japanese observatory. How will this new Sun affect us? Will it make any difference if it has four poles or two? I guess time will tell. The four poles on the Sun will make a cross. I find it so interesting that there was a cross on the Sun at the same time there was a planetary cross in the heavens, especially because the planets were on thirteen degrees. Thirteen is of course the number of change and transformation. I believe we are soon to finish a major transformation on Earth, and maybe also on the Sun. I know the Sun feels much hotter now than it did in the past. I now have to wear a hat in the Sun or my head starts to hurt. Maybe that is because our brains have been changing. The past couple of weeks have been very hard on the physical body for those of us who are very sensitive. I know that whenever we have a solar flare or CME my eyes become blurred. Yesterday there were two X class flares and I woke up in the morning and could not see very well so I went into www.spaceweather.com and saw there had been two flares plus CMEs. I feel the flares as soon as they happen. It does not matter if they are Earth directed or not. I also feel the solar wind when there is a lot of energy hitting the magnetic field of Earth. The reason for the violence is because Mars has been in an exact square to Pluto and this causes violence. Solar flares stir up energy. We are witnessing this violence as we watch a major crisis develop in Iraq, which seemed to come out of nowhere. The strongest part of the full moon is a few days before it is full. Once it is full the energy dissipates, at least for me. Mars will start moving away from Pluto in July and then that energy will start to diminish. Then Mars and Saturn will meet in Scorpio, which will probably bring more military action to the Middle East and the Ukraine. We are also moving into fast-speed transformation. Has anyone been having a problem with their nervous system lately? I think our nervous system has been in a transformation state for a while now. I noticed it big time in the past couple of weeks. I woke up in the middle of the night about a week ago and was really cold and my body was shaking. I thought there goes my nervous system again. I think our nervous system has been activating our pineal and pituitary glands and I think we are about to move into an accelerated chakra activation including the opening of our thirteen chakras. I would like to quote a paragraph in the book ‘The Diamond Codes by Celia Fenn’. “As the Heart Chakra becomes the center of the New System, it expands and develops another section which is called the ‘High Heart’ chakra and connects into the Thymus Gland. The Throat Chakra also expands and develops a new section that is responsible for extending the range of communication and expression in the individual. This connects into the Thyroid Gland. The Brow Chakra and Crown Chakra are also redefined to extend the ability and range of the Physical Body, and connect into the Pituitary and Pineal Glands. Once these shifts are made the extended Light Body then develops.” I believe we are in this process now. Most of us have connected our brains with our heart which gives us the ability to ‘Think with our heart’. This is the first step in the activation of our other chakras. Another quote “The full activation of the Earth Star Chakra and the Soul Star Chakra (which is right above our Crown Chakra) are the two most important steps in the development of the Light Body and its activation. These two chakras anchor the energy between Heaven and Earth.” I think it is a good idea to go barefoot on the Earth every day, if possible. This connects us to Mother Earth and I believe that is a very important thing to do. It also helps us heal, and balances our energy field. Once we make a connection to the Earth we can start activating our extended light bodies. This will include the activation of our other chakras which are connected to the Universe like our Galactic Chakra, our Universal Chakra, and our Cosmic Chakra. This is when we can start manifesting very fast. Have you noticed how fast things manifest now? It is like it is almost instant. We will also start becoming younger, healthier and full of energy. What we think is what we create so this is the time to really pay attention to your thoughts and feelings. If we put our feelings into our creations, we will then be able to start manifesting almost instantly. I am really excited about life. We are so lucky to be living through these great changes. Once we finish activating our extended light body we will have it made. Then it won’t matter what someone else does in this world because we will be living on a higher frequency world. To get a multitude of individuals agreeing on how to fudge information would be far too difficult to control.
