A group of wealthy businessmen with ties to the Obama political machine has put out an email blast asking Americans to submit public comments to the EPA in favor of the president’s “aggressive plan to tackle climate change.”

The new EPA rules would slap strict regulations on power plants through a plan critics say would result in millions of lost jobs and force consumers to pay more for their electricity. The EPA is accepting comments from the public through Dec. 1.

Organizing for Action, funded by billionaire investor George Soros, Facebook co-founder Chris Hughes and other progressive rainmakers, asks recipients of the email to “Stand with the President” by submitting a public comment to the EPA before the deadline passes.

“Right now, the EPA is collecting public comments about President Obama’s Clean Power Plan,” the email says. It then provides a link tagged, “Add your name to make sure your voice is part of it – and we’ll make sure the EPA gets it.”

Organizing for Action, formed by Obama’s top political aides, has made climate change, amnesty for illegal aliens, abortion rights and gun control its top priorities since getting Soros and other wealthy businessmen to underwrite its agenda. Last year the group made a push for universal background checks on all gun purchases, reported the Los Angeles Times.

The latest email campaign cites a New York Times article that called Obama’s energy plan the “strongest action ever taken by an American president to tackle climate change. It will reduce carbon pollution from power plants 30 percent by 2030. That’s a HUGE deal.

“Of course, that means it’s also under attack from pretty much every polluter and climate change denier you can imagine,” the email continues. “The status quo works pretty well for them, after all.”

The Obama administration is taking aim at the coal industry by mandating a 30 percent cut in carbon emissions at fossil fuel-burning power plants by 2030 – despite claims the regulation will cost nearly a quarter-million jobs a year and force plants across the country to close, reported Fox News.

The 645-page regulatory plan is expected to be finalized next year without congressional approval. It could hurt the Democrats in this November’s midterm elections, especially in coal-producing states.

The plan is a centerpiece of Obama’s climate-change agenda and a step that the administration hopes will get other countries to act when negotiations on a new international treaty resume next year.

Tom DeWeese, president of the American Policy Center, a grassroots activist group dedicated to the promotion of free enterprise and limited government regulations over commerce and individuals, said the regulations will make electric power more expensive for businesses and families. Some factories will end up closing or moving offshore to less-regulated countries where they will find it cheaper to operate.

“They say they want to cut back on the pollution. We’ve spent over a trillion dollars to date – and that figure is at least five or six year old – on all kinds of programs for environmental cleanup, and the way these groups talk you’d think we never spent a penny,” DeWeese told WND. “And it’s never enough. We hear the constant chant that cars are causing all this pollution, when the fact is cars are cleaner and emit less pollution than ever.”

The same goes for power plants, DeWeese said.

“The truth is, it’s not about pollution. It’s about control. This is nothing but a show because they are frustrated that the facts are coming out (about global warming), and there is no truth to what they are saying.”

DeWeese points to what he believes was a very telling article in The Nation by environmental activist Naomi Klein, who works with Bill McGibbon, the head of 350.org, another Soros-funded group that holds rallies around the world in support draconian carbon regulations.

In that November 2011 article, Klein bluntly admitted that the real agenda behind global-warming alarmists is to deal a death blow to the capitalist system. She was reporting on the conservative Heartland Institute’s conference hosting climate change skeptics.

“It is true that responding to the climate threat requires strong government action at all levels. But real climate solutions are ones that steer these interventions to systematically disperse and devolve power and control to the community level, whether through community-controlled renewable energy, local organic agriculture or transit systems genuinely accountable to their users,” she wrote. “Arriving at these new systems is going to require shredding the free-market ideology. So when the Heartlanders react to evidence of human-induced climate change as if capitalism itself were coming under threat, it’s not because they are paranoid. It’s because they are paying attention.”

“That is the root of this entire fight, which is to change our entire system,” DeWeese said.

This has been the agenda coming out of the United Nations since the 1992 Earth Summit, he said.

“When you look at Agenda 21, it’s the (U.N.) agenda for the 21st century, it’s to change every system in our society,” DeWeese said. “Al Gore said we must go through a ‘wrenching transformation’ of our society, away from free enterprise, away from individual liberty and away from private property. So what’s left? It’s a top-down system of central planning where they have control over the water, they have control over transportation, they have control over education, and they have control over what’s left of industry. And she said it right there in that article about those of us who fight this change: It’s not because we’re paranoid; it’s because we’re paying attention.”

Organizing for Action, in its Wednesday email blast, then took aim at its favorite target, the billionaire Koch brothers, while not sharing the fact that they have their own billionaire backers.

“It shouldn’t surprise anyone that groups like the Koch brothers are going all out, spending millions to try to tear down the president’s plan. They recently organized rallies around the EPA’s public hearings to try to drown out the voices of ordinary Americans who support getting serious on this issue.

“There’s no telling what they have left up their sleeve,” the email concludes. “We’re fighting back the best way we know how – showing just how many Americans support the president’s Clean Power Plan. The EPA’s public comment period is a huge way to do just that.”

Senate Republican Leader Mitch McConnell, who represents Kentucky, called the new EPA rules a “dagger in the heart of the American middle class” — and predicted higher power costs and less reliable energy as a result. McConnell’s general election opponent, Democrat Alison Lundergan Grimes, also spoke out against the plan.

The draft regulation sidesteps Congress, where Obama’s Democratic allies have failed to pass a so-called “cap-and-trade” plan to limit such emissions.

The proposal sets off a complex regulatory process in which the 50 states will each determine how to meet customized targets set by the EPA.

The United Kingdom Could Not Lose Scotland — The City Of London Would NOT Allow It

The pre-vote polls were very close to 51% NO to %49 YES right up until the day of the vote.

These poll numbers could not have legitimately changed to a 55% NO to %45 YES overnight.

Couldn’t happen.  Wouldn’t happen.  Didn’t happen.

Clearly, the Scottish Independence voting process was rigged just as the electoral apparatus was tampered with.  

WHY?

Simply put, such a defection from the British camp by Scotland would have not only broken up the United Kingdom — the financial kingpin in the New World Order — it would have severely impacted the entire British Commonwealth.

There is no question it would have given rise to a revolutionary fervor among many other nations in the Commonwealth to leave the UK orbit.

However, the worst ‘consequences’ of a “YES” vote would have been born by the European Union.  Not only would it send a very loud and empowering message to the many EU member states who are only members because of an unwillingness by their respective governments to offer similar referendums, the UK’s standing and influence would have been forever altered and greatly diminished in Brussels.

The UK, where it concerns its relationship with the European Union, is very odd in the first place.  As the banking capital of the world, the City of London dictates many of the extremely oppressive terms of various financing arrangements and loan guarantees that are extended throughout the community of nations.  Their very quiet and often hidden power over the economic and financial activities of the EU are much greater than their lack of full membership would indicate.  This is by design.

Scotland’s Independence Could Not Be Permitted

Not only is Scotland a major player in the banking and commerce arena enjoyed by the UK around the globe, they also technically own much of the North Sea oil reserves which London uses to grease its many and diverse financial relationships.  Were the UK to lose that single source of oil revenue, their whole economy would be in jeopardy.

How The Fight Over Oil Fueled Scotland’s Independence Vote

The collaterization of oil reserves alone provides a tremendous amount of financial muscle that the City of London would otherwise lack.  In view of how much the UK has suffered economically since the Crash of 2008, it is clear the Crown could not weather another setback like Scottish independence.

To this day England only manages to get by through sleight of hand via the day-to-day manipulation of the global precious metals market, stock market, bond market, currency market and derivative market.  Their reputation for manipulating the price of gold daily is now well known even outside of investment circles.  So is their penchant for artificially propping up a worldwide derivative market that has the potential to collapse the entire global financial trading system.

The City of London Is the World’s Largest Betting Parlor

This is one of the major reasons for Scottish disillusionment with British rule.  The Brits will bet on anything within sight, and with anything within reach.  The Scots became quite literally sick and tired of being used as a chip in the ever-bustling City of Londoncasino.  The standard of living in Scotland has never been lower in recent memory and the people — rich and poor alike — now know that London has taken liberally from Scotland in order to prop up an illusion of British supremacy that is dissolving by the day.  The Scottish future is being stolen so that the City of London can maintain (i) the appearance of solvency, (ii) the continuity of banking prowess, and (iii) a strong commercial presence worldwide.

Whereas the City of London has run its business as the largest casino of all time, it has now run out of easy cash, quick assets and the necessary liquidity to keep the game tables operating.  Those British bankers don’t even have the gold in their vaults which has been held in trust, on account or as collateral for the various nations that own it.  That deeply disturbing fact alone represents a HUGE amount of UK gambling debts gone bad.  The people of Scotland know this and will not have their wealth squandered by the City which ought to be a lifetime member of GAMBLERS ANONYMOUS.

How did they rig the election?

The OLD-fashioned way!  By appealing to all the old folks, the old money, the old power brokers throughout Scottish society, and all the old established institutions of Scotland which are inextricably entangled with all thing having to do with English banking.

When the Bank of Scotland announced just prior to the vote that they would move to London if “independence” won, shock waves were set off all over the country.  Likewise, when British Parliamentarians swarmed all over Scotland in the weeks just prior to the vote, they were not delivering cake and cookies to their long lost brethren.  They were doing and saying anything possible to scare the bejesus out of every Scot within sight and sound.

As far as the promises the British MPs made, everything was offered, even the kitchen sink they didn’t own.  Of course such promises are very easy to make, but quite difficult to keep as the recent headlines now proclaim.

So intense was this pre-vote fear mongering that some Scots undoubtedly succumbed to it.  However, this was much more a vote about the future and less the present; therefore, the young voters came out in droves like never before.  The young masses always vote for change, especially when that change guarantees independence from proven national, governmental and institutional failures like the UK and the EU.

By and large the young folks of Scotland are very clued-in to the drunken excesses of theCity of London.  They are well aware that their future has been leveraged to the hilt.  And, that their only way out is to unhitch their wagon from the UK wagon train.  Hence, the reason that the elderly and aged, rich and powerful were spoken directly to by the British MPs like Ed Milband.

At the end of the day so much misinformation, disinformation and false information was thrown around that the older folks could only assume the doom and gloom might be true.  Nevertheless, there was a sizable enough group within this voting demographic that wanted independence that a “YES” win was all but assured, particularly in view of the unprecedented number of young voters who participated.

How was the voting outcome determined in advance?

For the uninitiated, never was the outcome of this ‘independence vote’ in doubt.  Those who truly control the electoral process and levers of the voting apparatus would never leave the end result to chance.  However, what they were forced to manage quite conspicuously was the perception of how the real vote was shaping up.  They very well could not hide the voting fix, if the polls were favoring a win for the”YES” side.

Hence, the whole world watched the Masters of Illusion from the City of London kick into high gear during the weeks before the vote.  In this way Fleet Street proceeded to exert their unrivaled influence over all the key stakeholders through the notorious British media outlets.  Likewise, they used all the power invested in them at the institutional level to ensure full cooperation by all the parties necessary to steal the vote.

The news reports of rigging, fixing and stealing the vote came in immediately.  Each one provided either direct proof or circumstantial evidence that the vote had been substantially manipulated.  The evidence will likely continue to pour in from the 4 corners of Scotland for the foreseeable future until the stated outcome can be validated and proven without any doubt.

Independence Vote Fraud: Best Managed Coverup In Scottish History

So much money and so many false promises have been thrown at those who would normally expose such voting impropriety that the likelihood of an objective and impartial investigation are practically nonexistent.  Because Scotland has so many longstanding devotees of the British Monarchy, there are many insiders throughout the Scottish government and electoral apparatus who were sympathetic to the “NO”vote.  Given this inevitable state of affairs, it was quite easy for the electoral controllers to ensure the desired outcome of a perceived “NO” win.

Unless more witnesses step forward with testimony and evidence of voting fraud, it is more likely that this stolen vote will never see the light of day.  If, however, the younger generations sizes up the scene of this crime with great purpose and strong intention, the necessary breakthrough could occur for a nationwide demand for a re-vote.  Until then, the City of London will deftly manage the ongoing coverup the way they do in every other nation on Earth where both referendums and elections are routinely rigged and fixed, stolen and hijacked.

Conclusion

At the end of the day, the Scottish vote rigging may go down in history as the stolen vote that helped to really set Scotland on the road to independence.  The City of London has a well established pattern of theft by any means and it only takes getting caught once to bring the wrath of the people down on those perpetrators who wish to remain king of the realm.  There’s no question that the Scots have it in them to bring the curtain down on this multi-centennial crime-spree.  At this point of Scottish discontent, it’s really only a matter of when.

The people, especially the young whose lives are much more impacted by this weighty national decision, will not take this fraudulent vote counting lying down.  They will look forward and assess how they can right this wrong.   And, they will seek to take back their country from City of London bankers who have borrowed heavily from Scotland’s future.

As the UK continues to flounder on the world stage and is revealed as the serial gambler it has been for much of modern history, the Scots will somehow make another attempt at real independence.  The older generations will soon be unable to cast their votes from the grave.  Eventually the younger generations of Scotland will take back their power from theCrown and British Parliament.  When that happens the British Empire of old will cease to exist, once and for all.

The following interview by US Intelligence is the most shocking I have ever heard.  Gordon Duff released bombshell after bombshell in this hour and 38 minutes.   The Russians just released some key information about 9/11, ISIS and much more.

Never in history have the names of those involved been released that were involved in the attacks.  It includes a person that became the first head of the Department of Homeland Security, a Former Mayor of New York City during 9/11 and the Police Commissioner of New York City during 9/11.   Most of you are smart enough to either know whose these people are or can Google to see who I’m talking about.  Since Gordon did not actually name them I’m not going to name them either but it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure it out.

The following are some of my notes from this interview.  So much was covered, this is only part of it.

Gordon covers how Daily Kos is a piece of garbage media operation that is trying to cover up the murder plot by Senator Songstad and Governor Sundquist that was broken right here on BIN.  Daily Kos said that US Intelligence made it all up.  Gordon challenges everybody to match the voices for themselves and challenges everybody to get the word out on this HUGE story.  All the fakes in alternative media (tip of spear people) have censored it.

Sundquist who was just caught on tape plotting murder said he’s going to head the Republican party.

VeteransToday now has more nuclear weapons designers on staff as writers and technical advisers than the country of Iran.  Gordon reveals he runs the largest worldwide intelligence operation in the world and was in charge of security for Leo Wanta after President H.W. Bush put him in prison and stole the money meant for the American people.  $27 Trillion!  By the way, the tip of the spear person in alternative media still lies and says Lee Wanta is “as real as the Easter Bunny”.  Remember all lies come from satan!  These fakes in alternative media also keep telling eerybody to get thieir information from Drudge when US Intel has already revealed Drudge is an Israeli agent working for the same people that nuked our towers on 9/11.   This word must get out.

The war in Ukraine is now officially a nuclear war.  VT sent photos of the strike on the factory in Donetsk and their initial analysis says it was a Lance missile that is only used by Israel and was designed to carry a micro nuke.  A nuclear weapon might have also been used in Lugansk.

Russians are very upset at what has happened in Ukraine and to retaliate have released a treasure trove of Intel to Gordon Duff and US Intelligence that confirms and puts together more pieces of the puzzle about 9/11, ISIS and more.  They know that micro nukes were used at 9/11, Oklahoma City, Khobar Towers in Saudi Arabia, Bali and more locations.  Israel stole the micro nukes from the Pentax facility in Texas with the help of officials in the Dept of Energy who told them the exact ones to steal and gave them highly classified data that allowed them to turn them into viable weapons to replenish Israel’s nuclear weapons.  Victor Bout (Lord of War) helped in the stealing of these weapons.

Gordon discusses project “Able Danger” which began after the IEAE put out a report that declared a micro-nuke was used to take down the federal building in Oklahoma City.  The fertilizer bomb did nothing.

Monica Lewinsky was a Mossad asset used to blackmail Clinton into stopping the investigation of Oklahoma City and the micronuke used there.

Gordon released the shocking information about the attack on the pentagon on 9/11.  A US Tomahawk missile was used on the Pentagon and it was done to murder the US Navy investigators (Able Danger) looking into the theft of $2 Trillion from the Pentagon and missing nukes.  They called an emergency meeting of this team and put them into a conference room and then hit that room with the cruise missile killing 35 out of 50 of the investigators.  It was murder.

Lt. Col Anthony Shaeffer who got on Fox News with Judge Napolitano only put a tiny bit of truth about Able Danger on Fox News and has now attached himself to Alex Jones where he is not putting out all the truth about Able Danger only a highly sanitized version.  Shaeffer is involved with a shadowy think tank.

Able Danger investigated terror cells created from the CIA, Israeli Mossad and Saudi Intelligence.  These rogue groups operated terror cells inside the US and called themselves Al-Qaeda.

Able Danger also investigated the theft of US Nuclear weapons perhaps with the aid of the Director of the Dept of Energy, the prime minister of Israel and the prime minister of South Africa.

Reports that Russians sent to US Intelligence show the people that planned 9/11 attack to stop the Able Danger investigations.

ISIS is run by the same group that did 9/11.  This group is run out of Cuba and controls members of Congress with bribes, prostitution, gambling money from Las Vegas and Macau.  They launder their cash through Mitt Romney’s Bain capital and use Cuba as their playground.  US Intelligence has videos of all of them.   They know who they are.

1st Director of the Department of Homeland Security was the head of Alqaeda now ISIS.  Assisting him was a US Attorney who handled all of the 9/11 investigations.

US Intel has an indication of a present nuclear threat against the US.

The police commissioner of NYC during 9/11 is involved in the 9/11 attack.  He took possession of the Israelis caught trying to bomb one of the tunnels and let them go and they were never seen again.

There were business leaders in Manhattan that were protected on 9/11.  Warren Buffet called select business leaders and CEO’s of key firms in the World Trade Centers to a golf game he put on.   These leaders never went to the golf game though, they went to a secure Air Force base to ride out the attack.

The fertilizer plant that blew up in Texas was one of the locations where the stolen nuclear weapons went through.  They blew up the plant to cover their tracks.

Certain authorities were informed about payoffs to people in US Congress and others over 9/11 by US Intel and have seized those bank accounts shutting off their bribe money.  This is GOOD news.

People now know who controls ISIS and because of US Intel’s work.  Their plan was to seize all of the oil in the middle east, drop the price of the oil to break Russia and then control it all.  That’s not going to be allowed to happen now.

During 9/11 Israeli teams planted jammers in high rises all over NYC.  These jammers stopped the radios from working for the Fire and Police.  Those jammers were recovered and are now in evidence at the grand jury in Houston.

One Israeli group trying to bomb the George Washington bridge was released to an FBI agent.  But the FBI agent was really a Mossad agent that was authorized to carry FBI ID.  He let them go.

The US is running out of ammo. Russo/China are now positioned in the ME comfortably. An interstesting middle game from the chessboard perspective. The sadness is the lives that suffer while the game continues. Food for thought…

Since the US military is still the only organization that can project its full destructive power anywhere in the world within short notice, it still is the preferred supplier (and dissolver) of chaos and fear for the global planners.

Do you believe the local (national) US stakeholders have a meaningful vote in the deployment of ‘it’s’ military forces?

Although the wars in the ME are waged over control of resources, it’s highly improbable that they’re truly waged between nations. Isn’t it more likely that the global elite is waging this war to the break the tribal power structures within the ME? As for me, I continue to see the ME being prepared for unification (under firm global control).

Industrial interests in all countries, some of which are also international bankers or affiliated with international bankers, are vying for resource control. This is why there appears to be a division within the US military. All goals and objectives are tied closely together.

The end objective is determined but how we get there is allowed some flex. Does this help explain it?

You know what he’s describing? It sounds a lot like Jim Willie’s gold settlement system.

    JC Collins    September 23, 2014 at 11:41 pm    They’ve done a nice job on the website. What is being explained in the link of Xiaochuan’s speach is the fundamental structure of a gold exchange. What is important is the reference to the following quotes:

    “The introduction of the “Shanghai gold” in the gold market will help to improve the price discovery function of the RMB, strengthen the effective linkage between Chinese and international markets…”

    And:

    “It will also help to enhance the international influence of RMB and boost its internationalization.”

   As I’ve mentioned in a few posts lately, the renminbi is being internationalized and it’s “price discovery function” is being defined so it can be added to the SDR basket valuation. Zhou Xiaochuan himself has stated that China is not interested in a gold standard.

Gold will be important as the system transitions, and there may even be a sort of gold settlement, but not on the scale that an international gold standard would require, and it would be temporary.

    A gold exchange with contracts denominated in renminbi is a requirement for SDR addition.

I keep thinking about Ben’s 2002 speech especially the section under Fiscal Policy. It may end up being China that implements it. If you don’t have a healthy allocation to gold at this point you simply have to have your head examined.

I believe we may see something of the sorts in the coming years.

The rift between Sunni and Shiite runs deep, and a grand arsonist knows that he/she only has to provide the spark if there’s enough ignitible material present.

The genius in the schemers scheming is that they are flexible enough, organized well, and intelligent enough to use any such black swans to their advantage.

I wouldn’t own a house without insurance, and as such, would also not have savings without proper insurance (in this case the famous yellow metal). The times they are a changin, and it’ll be a long strange trip indeed.
