The act does away with the Federal Reserve Bank, the IRS, the shadow government, and much more. NESARA implements the following changes: 1. Zeros out all credit card, mortgage, and other bank debt due to illegal banking and government activities. This is the Federal Reserve’s worst nightmare, a “jubilee” or a forgiveness of debt. 2. Abolishes the income tax. 3. Abolishes the IRS. Employees of the IRS will be transferred into the US Treasury national sales tax area. 4. Creates a 14% flat rate non-essential new items only sales tax revenue for the government. In other words, food and medicine will not be taxed; nor will used items such as old homes. 5. Increases benefits to senior citizens. 6. Returns Constitutional Law to all courts and legal matters. 7. Reinstates the original Title of Nobility amendment. 8. Establishes new Presidential and Congressional elections within 120 days after NESARA's announcement. The interim government will cancel all National Emergencies and return us back to constitutional law. 9. Monitors elections and prevents illegal election activities of special interest groups. 10. Creates a new U.S. Treasury rainbow currency backed by gold, silver, and platinum precious metals, ending the bankruptcy of the United States initiated by Franklin Roosevelt in 1933. 11. Forbids the sale of American birth certificate records as chattel property bonds by the US Department of Transportation. 12. Initiates new U.S. Treasury Bank System in alignment with Constitutional Law 13. Eliminates the Federal Reserve System. During the transition period the Federal Reserve will be allowed to operate side by side of the U.S. treasury for one year in order to remove all Federal Reserve notes from the money supply. 14. Restores financial privacy. 15. Retrains all judges and attorneys in Constitutional Law. 16. Ceases all aggressive, U.S. government military actions worldwide. 17. Establishes peace throughout the world. 18. Releases enormous sums of money for humanitarian purposes. 19. Enables the release of over 6,000 patents of suppressed technologies that are being withheld from the public under the guise of national security, including free energy devices, antigravity, and sonic healing machines. American Shakedown:"It's A Nasty American Reality" 09/25/2014 Analysis American Shakedown: Police won't charge you, but they'll grab your money U.S. police are operating a co-ordinated scheme to seize as much of the public’s cash as they can By Neil Macdonald, CBC News Posted: Sep 11, 2014 5:00 AM ET Last Updated: Sep 11, 2014 5:00 AM ET In the U.S., a cash-grab by police and government is dressed up in terms like “interdiction and forfeiture,” or “the equitable sharing program.” (CBC) ~~~ On its official website, the Canadian government informs its citizens that “there is no limit to the amount of money that you may legally take into or out of the United States.” Nonetheless, it adds, banking in the U.S. can be difficult for non-residents, so Canadians shouldn’t carry large amounts of cash. That last bit is excellent advice, but for an entirely different reason than the one Ottawa cites. There’s a shakedown going on in the U.S., and the perps are in uniform. Across America, law enforcement officers — from federal agents to state troopers right down to sheriffs in one-street backwaters — are operating a vast, co-ordinated scheme to grab as much of the public’s cash as they can; “hand over fist,” to use the words of one police trainer. Roadside seizure It usually starts on the road somewhere. An officer pulls you over for some minor infraction — changing lanes without proper signalling, following the car ahead too closely, straddling lanes. The offence is irrelevant. Then the police officer wants to chat, asking questions about where you’re going, or where you came from, and why. He’ll peer into your car, then perhaps ask permission to search it, citing the need for vigilance against terrorist weaponry or drugs. What he’s really looking for, though, is money. 'Authorities claim it’s legal, but some prosecutors and judges have called it what it is: abuse. In any case, it’s a nasty American reality.' And if you were foolish (or intimidated) enough to have consented to the search, and you’re carrying any significant amount of cash, you are now likely to lose it. The officer will probably produce a waiver, saying that if you just sign over the money then the whole matter will just disappear, and you’ll be able to go on your way. Refuse to sign it, and he may take the cash anyway, proclaiming it the probable proceeds of drugs or some other crime. Either way, you almost certainly won’t be charged with anything; the objective is to take your money, not burden the system. You’ll have the right to seek its return in court, but of course that will mean big lawyer’s fees, and legally documenting exactly where the money came from. You will need to prove you are not a drug dealer or a terrorist. It might take a year or two. And several trips back to the jurisdiction where you were pulled over. Sorry. Some, no doubt, were indeed drug dealers or money launderers and just walked away from the money. Others just couldn’t spare the expense and time of going to court. Of those who did, though, nearly half got their money back, a statistic that fairly screams about the legitimacy of the seizures. So does another fact: In many cases, authorities offer half the money back – money they’d claimed was proceeds of crime. And when they do issue a cheque, they almost always insist their victim sign a legal release promising never to sue. It would also appear police like to target minorities, who tend to be cooperative and less likely to hire a lawyer. Civil rights advocates have documented all sorts of outright legal theft: The (minority) businessman from Georgia who was relieved of $75,000 he’d raised from relatives to buy a restaurant in Louisiana. The (minority) church leaders who were carrying nearly $30,000 from their Baltimore parishioners to carry out church activities in North Carolina and El Salvador. The young college grad with no criminal record on his way to a job interview out West who was relieved of $2,500 lent to him by his dad for the trip. News outlets here have reported many such abuses over the years. But the Washington Post’s latest investigation exposes money-grabbing as big business. It involves a nationwide network of enforcement agencies (except in the few states that have banned it) that operates with the help of a vast private intelligence service called “Black Asphalt” (police forces pay an enrolment fee of $19.95). The network uses consultants and trainers who either charge fees or operate on contingency, keeping a percentage of cash seized by their police pupils. Police forces use the money to finance their departmental budgets, sometimes spending it on luxury vehicles, first-class tickets to conferences, and lavish quarters. They regard the money as rightfully theirs. One prosecutor used seized cash to defend herself against a lawsuit brought by people whose cash she seized. It’s just human nature, really. Give police the legal ability to take someone’s money, and to claim it’s in the national interest, and then tell them they can keep a nice chunk of it, and what other result could there be? Travel advice So, for any law-abiding Canadian thinking about an American road trip, here’s some non-official advice: Avoid long chats if you’re pulled over. Answer questions politely and concisely, then persistently ask if you are free to go. Don’t leave litter on the vehicle floor, especially energy drink cans. Don’t use air or breath fresheners; they could be interpreted as an attempt to mask the smell of drugs. Don’t be too talkative. Don’t be too quiet. Try not to wear expensive designer clothes. Don’t have tinted windows. And for heaven’s sake, don’t consent to a search if you are carrying a big roll of legitimate cash. As the Canadian government notes, there is no law against carrying it here or any legal limit on how much you can carry. But if you’re on an American roadway with a full wallet, in the eyes of thousands of cash-hungry cops you’re a rolling ATM. From what I have been able to deduce and conclude regarding the RV / GCR and this is purely an educated opinion:

The London financial district is part and parcel of a world conglomeration involving the Federal Reserve System; the Bank of International Settlements; IMF, CBI’s, World Bank, and Vatican Bank and they have been manipulating the price of “gold and silver” for many years now by keeping its actual value very low.

The reason for manipulating the value of gold and silver was to keep the value of the US Dollar and petrodollar high, in that the conglomeration controls the dollar, which has been the Worlds International Currency since WWII.

China and Russia initiated the formation of the BRICS Alliance around 2008 which now includes roughly 185 Nations, with one motive in mind and that was to create a new transparent and incorruptible world financial system to replace the “dollar and petrodollar” and the totally corrupt Federal Reserve Bank and Bank of International Settlement conglomeration.

China recently established a new gold and silver trading platform in direct competition with London.  Their reason for doing this I will explain next.

The BRICS have been capitalizing on London’s price fixing platform by buying up gold at the corrupted low fixed value rate.

China has been buying the lions share and when China accumulates 5,000 metric tons of gold, their new gold and silver trading platform will revalue the Worlds gold and silver at its true market value.

This true market value will probably be (5X) five times higher than the London market and will be the knockout punch that will bury the US Dollar; the US Military Industrial Complex (Wall Street); the Corporate USG; the FED, BIS, CBI, Vatican and World Banks.

I believe that China is about to revalue gold and silver on or about September 30, which will place the BRICS Alliance in control of the Worlds monetary system.

This is a good thing because the BRICS will force an RV and GCR.

I have three reliable independent sources who are predicting a major change come October 1, 2014 (So I guess we shall see).

The five largest US Banks are currently holding derivatives totaling 40 trillion dollars each, meaning that these five banks are holding the bonds or paper assets that created roughly 200 trillion US Dollars.

When China revalues the Worlds gold and silver at five times its current value, the derivatives of these five US Banks will increase exponentially by (5X) five and will finally bankrupt this corrupt conglomerate that has been controlling the World through debt.

We will probably witness a bank holiday that will last about one week to ten days in October and then the announcement of the RV / GCR.

Things will get a little tight for us all during this banking holiday.  There may be some looting and other craziness so be prepared for the worst.

The Bank of New York is currently the only BRICS Alliance Bank in the USA and I am thinking that the BRICS Alliance will take over one or more of the five major US banks; fire the ranking personnel and install new software before announcing the RV / GCR and foreign currency exchanges.

Good day All,

Wow! It's been eight months since our last newsletter.  After our last newsletter (in January), Aircrap.org was attacked on YouTube by some dude for posting one of his previous videos.  Most people (99.9999%) are happy to have their videos shared.  In fact, I get about a half-dozen requests per day from people asking me to post an article or video on one of my sites.  So while it was odd, it's not the first time a geoengineering/chemtrail activist has publicly attacked others in the movement.

When I first created Aircrap.org several years ago, my first thought was to get some of the leaders together to work towards a solution.  I suggested that idea to a lovely woman who runs a fairly prominent chemtrail site.  She contacted others and within a week a group of 25-30 activist leaders was quickly assembled.  Everything was well organized and we had two productive group calls.  Then everything imploded from the inside with fighting amongst the members.  It was disheartening. 

Yesterday, I spoke on the phone for about an hour with Rusty (who currently runs Aircrap.org).  She told me about more (recent) fighting amongst activist leaders. They can't even agree on whether global warming is happening or a hoax. The evidence is in plain sight for people who care to do their own research.  I suggest you do that.  Look at the scientific evidence (especially global temperature vs CO2 data over the last 15-20 years), not opinions.  Draw your own conclusions.

I admit that I signed up to lead a hub in Santa Monica, CA - but never actually did anything.  Between my full-time job and running ConsciousLifeNews.com, I was never able find time.  The good news is that I am retiring from my job in two days and moving to Sedona, AZ. I'll likely see about establishing a hub there if there isn't already one in place.  I'll have much more time to get involved.

Two days ago, I spoke with Anthony Hilder (the founder of Aircrap.org).  Health-wise he seems to be doing OK, but he still has not fully recovered from the stroke he had a year ago.  The future of Aircrap.org is in his hands because he owns the domain (while I've been paying to host the site since day one).  I'm trying to work out a deal with Anthony to keep the site going.  In any case, please pray for his complete recovery.
