answer this question for those that may not know. "THEY" are the
UNITED STATES TREASURY/FEDERAL RESERVE "cooperative". It's where
"the buck stops".
No money is moved anywhere on any of the GLOBAL COLLATERAL DEBT ACCOUNTS without the UST's approval. It's all done on Gray Screen - or Blue Screen (depending on who/where you are).
These are accounts that are held behind the firewall and can only be moved with the authority of UST.
There is about 3 pages of codes that have to be entered in sequence. There is a back and forth conversation in code that unlocks the door and this code must be entered exactly as written.
Once the code is entered the very last line is a phone call to the releasing party (the UST back office). The phone must be ANSWERED.
If it goes unanswered then the entry is DENIED. Why wouldn't the receiving bank answer? Only one reason. They are not given GREEN LIGHT by UST.
This brings the next question. Why wouldn't "THEY" answer? And this is where I can only guess. IMHO, they only want their cronies to benefit and not the world.
The evidence is in. The EVIDENCE IS IN. My friends, Brothers and Sisters, we have knowledge that their "cronies" have already exchanged.
How was this done? PRIVATE WINDOW TIME - BANK-TO-BANK --- SKR was issued to purchasing party which had value ($1 B+ in IQD being the cost of entry).
This SAFE KEEPING RECEIPT was wired to the trade desk which arranged a private transaction of IQD used against OIL AND GAS purchase orders (bundled) and the trade commenced with massive payouts. Was it legal? YOU BET! Was it fair? WHY NOT? It's legal! It was all done according to law! Who can argue with this fact? NOBODY.
So where's the problem? The problem simply is this. We're not here in this GLOBAL TRANSFORMATION EVENT to see the wealthy become billionaires/gazillionaires over and over.
The problem is we're here to see the uplifting of HUMANITY and not just a few so and so's.
This event is PROPHESIZED. We are at a threshold and this is the turning point. This is the TIPPING POINT.
Brothers and Sisters this is the WEEKEND WHERE WE WILL NOT WAIT ANOTHER WEEK! I am stating this now. Enough is enough. Enough back-room glad-handing, money-grubbing, dirty-dealing has gone on!
We have had window after window closed only to be reopened. We've had champion after champion stand up only to sit back down in defeat.
What can we do? Writing your local government officials is a waste of time.
Pursuing a campaign at WHITEHOUSE.GOV to release the RV/GCR is a waste of time.
Doing anything political with the current regime is a waste of time.
I'm asking for suggestions here and I will start:
We can collect 20,000 names and the friends and family of these 20,000 people, if Exo and Rene will give us a SIGN IN SITE. We can DEMAND ACTION.
We can send this to every newspaper around the world. We can target ASSOCIATED PRESS; RUETERS; every email address from every political reporter out there. We can send a collaborative message.

Wait till October 18th (4 more days beyond October 14th) and GOI should be complete. Then we can think of taking any appropriate action.
The point being - not allowing the excuse of the "completion of formation of Governement". Just my 2 cents
