The
1973 oil crisis began in October 1973 when the members of the
Organization
of Arab Petroleum Exporting Countries (OAPEC, consisting of the
Arab
members of the
OPEC, plus
Egypt,
Syria
and
Tunisia) proclaimed an oil
embargo.
By the end of the embargo in March 1974,
[1] the price of oil had risen from $3 per
barrel to nearly $12. The oil crisis, or
"shock", had many short-term and long-term effects on global politics
and the global economy.
[2] It was later called the
first oil shock,
with the
1979 oil crisis being the "second oil
shock."
Not long before the oil embargo of 1973, there was a price war going on in
Oklahoma where they were selling gasoline locally for 20 cents a gallon in a
local price war in parts of the state. The price of gasoline elsewhere in
America was going for maybe 30 cents to 35 cents per gallon before this oil
embargo of 1973. Shortly after the oil embargo of 1973 had begun, President
Richard Nixon nationally appealed for anyone with any answers to solve the Oil
Crisis of America to immediately contact the White House. A delegation of business
people contacted the White House and asked for an appointment to show their
answer how to solve the Oil and Energy Crisis of America. Their answer had been
worked out by brilliant technical brains in America. An appointment was made to
meet with scientists for the White House about a block away from the White
House. When they came to meet with the White House scientistic advisers for the
arranged appointment, they were told by federal guards to leave the premises
immediately or be arrested. So much for the White House commitment to look at
any and all possible answers for the Oil Crisis of America!
At the same moment, President Richard Nixon was
meeting with oil executives at the White House. This was the same President
Nixon who had told the nation that the government was now committed to solve
the Oil Crisis (and Energy Crisis) of America within a few years. If fracking
of oil unbalances pressure under the earth and sets up small and large
earthquakes in the land of America by unbalancing pressures under the earth,
then sounds like this is not the answer that will solve the Oil and Energy
Crisis of America. So when in 2014 or after is the federal government going to
seriously solve the Oil Crisis instead of building it up bigger and bigger each
year by policies dreamed up by either dishonest or else dumb politicians in
Wash., D.C.? Basically 70 years later Wash., D.C. maybe hasn't even
seriously started solving the Oil Crisis of America! If you think the
politicians in Wash., D.C. are going to solve the major problems of America, if
they can't hardly even get started in 70 years, why do you trust them to solve
the key problems of America now?
The idea of the business coalition that tried to meet with Pres. Nixon once the
Oil Crisis started was supply one or more good answers for America that could
have potentially capped the price of gasoline potentially as low as 40 cents
per gallon for even decades afterwards by answers of technology that would work
for America. If you the American people had been paying low as 40 cents per
gallon for 70 years afterward, the average American could have been potentially
very rich in life just off the vast savings in the cost of gasoline for decades
afterwards.
The purpose of the proposed Omni Law listed below is to given an alternate door
to get support from Wash., D.C. other than corrupt White House administrations
and corrupt leadership in the U.S. Congress and corrupt federal agencies. Once
this Omni Law is passed, full legal name is The Omnibus Civil Rights Act For
America as posted on our national website, then good things start happening in
America! As soon as the American people decide to regain control of the federal
government which they have basically nearly totally lost, they will pass our
proposed Omni Law. The long list of good things that can happen once the
Omni Law is passed include the following.
We can through the Omni Law cap the cost of gasoline in America and pass the
savings on to the American people. This might amount to enough to buy
cars for cash with these savings, buy large investments in smart offers that
will make you and your family rich in life, buy houses for cash or else low
mortgage payments instead of large as your savings made the difference here
what you have to pay for the rest of your life if a long term mortgage. Maybe
you can help your children much more with college expenses than you can now.
Also, with a booming national economy, jobs become available for all citizens
who want them and welfare costs begin to crash meaning your taxes also crash
with them so you have more total money to spend each week of your life now.
This is only the beginning of blessings for you in America.
Wash., D.C. very intensely corrupt suppresses answers that would seriously
supply us with much cheaper reliable electricity, solve the water crisis
America and the world is facing before the growing water crisis bankrupts the
American and world economy when water becomes a life and death issue for
mankind to face. And I could go on with a long list of other things that you
will have under the Omni Law which skyrockets your income in life and protects
you from the stupidity shown in major federal laws and policies of Wash., D.C.
Sometimes sophisticated answers are needed for the good of the American people.
An national economic study of 1987 or close to that concluded that outlawing
prayer and the Bible from the schools of America cost the American workers an
annual loss of income of around one trillion dollars a year of wages they would
collectively otherwise had made on their jobs if prayer and the Bible had not
been outlawed from the public schools of America in the administration of
President John F. Kennedy. If you think that outlawing of prayer and the Bible
did not make a difference to American society, look at all the murders going on
each day massively across America, all the deception in the news media of America
reflects moral corruption in them to push "politically correct" lies
on key issues instead of the truth you should hear, look at the mass corruption
of Wash., D.C. far more interested in upholding the immoral and dishonest in
America rather than the truth and real justice in society, all this stems from
basically outlawing prayer and the Bible from the public schools of America.
America used to teach morality in its schools as required for federal
territories in the Northwest Ordinance of 1789 under President George
Washington in the time of the U.S. Bill of Rights made law on Dec. 15, 1791
when Virginia finally ratified them. The U.S. Supreme Court recognized the
Ordinance of 1789 as still valid law through 1851 and not a violation of the
U.S. Bill of Rights in requiring territories wanting to become states must have
prayers and the Bible in their public schools or else could not become states
of the United States in the law signed by President George Washington in 1789
after he had pushed to have it passed as national law.
As the Russian ruble collapses momentarily under Washington, D.C. economic war
against Putin and Russia, this opens the door to settle differences between
Russia and America by nuclear World War III which Obama is trying to engineer
by his policies. I spent eleven calendar years in military academies and in
military intelligence cracked the security of the Moscow Institute For Nuclear
Studies on their nuclear plans for the annihilation of America in case of world

the Russians and am not their enemy. Obama is their enemy and wants Russia
destroyed. Just symbolic but I descend from a branch of the Russian royal line
which started from Kiev. The Russians will trust me but not Obama! Pass my Omni
Law and there is not going to be any nuclear war with Russia. Under the Omni
Law I will strengthen the U.S. military defenses which make it vulnerable to
nuclear attack. Obama will not as he is not smart in military matters. But
Russia will not fear me while they will fear that fool in the White House who
thinks that he can fight Russia in a nuclear war without getting America
annihilated in the process. Russia will respect me and we will end up good
friends of each other as nations! But pass that Omni Law. Leave Obama in charge

three years due to Obama wanting world war with Russia!

WHAT
WERE CIVIL TRIBUNES UNDER ROMAN LAW? AND WHY WE NEED THIS POSITION CREATED FOR
MODERN AMERICAN LAW! THE OMNI LAW IS THE AMERICANIZED VERSION OF ANCIENT ROMAN
LAW CONCERNING CIVIL TRIBUNES FOR AMERICA. THEY WILL PROTECT OUR FREEDOMS,
FORCE THE U.S. GOVERNMENT TO OBEY THE U.S. CONSTITUTION AND U.S. BILL OF
RIGHTS, AND ENGINEER GREAT PROSPERITY FOR THE AMERICAN ECONOMY. FROM ERASMUS OF

If you want to study in detail the history of the Roman Civil Tribunes and how
they made national law honest and representing the will of the Roman people,
read the fine historical book "When The World Was Rome" by P.S.
Brooks and N.Z. Walworth and copyrighted in 1972. It did an excellent job
showing how the office of civil tribune was set up and functioned in ancient
Roman law. Civil Tribunes of America will release the genius and greatness of
the American people like it did with the Roman people! We copy the legal rights
and authority of the ancient Roman Civil Tribunes who kept the Roman Republic
basically honest for several centuries until corrupt interests figured out how
to overthrow this position so they could make the Roman Republic corrupt like
the U.S. Republic in Wash., D.C. today! Here is a brief capsule version how
tribunes forced the Roman Republic to remain honest despite the overwhelming
desire of many of the Roman politicians to be corrupt "as all hell"
like politicians in Wash., D.C. today! They were able to veto bad laws in the
Senate hostile to the rights or best interests of the Roman people. Substitute
American people in this modern application of the old civil tribune law of
Rome! They could release falsely arrested citizens, stop fraudulent legal court
cases we call Kangaroo Courts in modern law which means rigged in mockery of
all honest law. They could initiate new laws by national referendum whereas the
states now vote by majority within their states to cast their one vote per
state as copied from old Roman law but back then instead used the voting
tribunes of Rome to accept or else reject the proposed national tribune law! If
treason was going on in government the people could not stop, they could order
the arrest of the traitor or traitors and put them on trial for high treason
against the nation and the people being the Americans in this modern case! They
were feared! They could not be arrested nor sued under law while in office. The
only way to remove this legal status was another tribune could propose a
national referendum to remove them from office. If the people voted for this,
they were removed from office and could then be arrested or sued under law.
Because America is much bigger in population than ancient Rome was, I modified
the civil tribune position from being elected for one year under Roman law to
four years under American law. Also, in the initial code of operation to be
submitted to the American people for national referendum by the first 10 civil
tribunes, I want it written in that three or more civil tribunes must back the
call for a national referendum to create or reject a national law or policy,
not one as was practiced under ancient Roman law. In case we ever have a fool
somehow get elected to a civil tribune position later on in America, he or she
cannot drag America down to nonsense referendums no sensible person would call
for.
The reason why I want the newly created American Civil Tribunes to possess the
same basic legal authority as the ancient Roman Civil Tribunes is to block our
corrupt members of Congress and other lawyers in Wash., D.C. from trying to
turn this into corrupt law as they daily practice in Wash., D.C. Instead the
civil tribunes will follow the legal precedents of ancient Roman Civil Tribunes
which will keep this position honestly serving the American people.
Blocked will be the corrupt politicians in Wash., D.C.
and other hidden corrupt, powerful interests who in turn control the
politicians in Wash. D.C. but without your knowledge! Also, as President Ronald
Reagan correctly pointed out, the U.S. Bill of Rights (First Amendment) were
not written to protect people and their laws from religious values. It was
written to protect those values from government tyranny.
As President Richard Nixon said to his good friend Dr. Richard Eby
of Victorville, CA who later was also my good friend, when he called Dr. Eby
from the White House, he said that he ran for the White House with the intent
to honestly represent the American people from the White House. But once in the
White House, he found out that he was just a figurehead who had to take secret
orders from secret sources the public knew nothing about! When President
Kennedy suddenly decided to get too honest in the White House and not take
secret orders from the secret boys who really run the Government in Wash.,
D.C., he was assassinated maybe 10 days after stating in a speech he was going
to later expose who really ran the Government in Wash., D.C. When the secret
boys with all the power over both parties in Wash., D.C. found out that
President Ronald Reagan was going to be too honest and not be run by them,
security was dropped on him so a murder attempt could be made on his life.
President Ronald Reagan in Wash. circles suddenly talked of defeating the
Soviet Union in the Cold War which was heresy to their "Chaos Theory"
which is create military chaos, health, etc. so the people accept a One World
Government!

Constitution and U.S. Bill of Rights which Congress is not currently loyal to,
neither federal agencies, nor the Obama White House!
OMNIBUS CIVIL RIGHTS ACT FOR AMERICA
James Madison, Father of the U.S. Constitution, stated that the U.S.
Constitution and all other law in America must obey the supreme authority of
the national compact (American Declaration of Independence) founding America in
1776 or else not be valid law or even government in America. Therefore, the American
people always retain final legal authority over all government in America
whether to leave it intact, amend it or abolish it altogether replacing it with
approved new government created by authority of the American people.
We therefore authorize the creation of 10 civil tribunes for America with the
same basic tested legal powers as possessed by the wisely created ancient civil
tribunes of Rome. They will protect the rights of the people from tyranny in
law whether legislative, judicial, or executive. They will be elected to four
years instead of the one year under Roman law. They will hold referendums to
create national law by states instead of by the original tribes of Rome. The
first 10 civil tribunes will be appointed for 4 years by the National Institute
For Inventors to keep any corrupt leaders from undermining and sabotaging the
beginning of this new branch of government. These civil tribunes will propose a
national plan for referendum on how to swiftly make fuel cheap again in America,
restore our common law rights and 1776 declared "God-given rights" to
contract and to property which were the foundation to the founding of the
powerful American version of free enterprise, and break the power of corrupt
interests to control politicians by making deals with them or else cannot be
elected to public office without their finances. And address other national
issues for the future of America. And by national referendum will propose the
plan to be approved for honest future tribune elections so the people elect and
control these elections, not corrupt interests. Money cannot be allowed to
dominate our elections instead of the will of the American people. And the
tribunes are to establish a tribune run national newspaper to print the truth.
The civil tribunes will be assigned to keep the federal government honest,
fair in law in courts and agencies, and serving the American people rather than
any corrupt interests.

The restoration of prayer and the Bible will be proposed for the public schools
of America by national referendum. For any families not wanting this for their
children in school, they can be excused by family request, but statistics
indicate that children exposed to prayer and the Bible as part of the school
agenda will normally be higher in grades than intended atheists for example.
Study of the Bible and examining what it says is good exercise for the mind and
has produced brilliant brains such as Sir Isaac Newton, Founder of Modern
Science in the world. Bible trained Founding Fathers of America were brilliant
in what they stood for. The Bible raises superior leaders, not dumb leaders, in
brains and good character for leadership in government. I was raised by a
hardcore Protestant father and a Catholic convert mother. I know both sides of
the fence well and with the help of goodwill Christian scholars of both sides,
we can create an effective Bible program all sides of mainline Christianity can
appreciate and not be afraid of for their children. For example, we could show
the Protestant and Catholic side to some Bible issues both sides have taken
strong stands on. It makes the brain smarter to evaluate who makes sense and
who does not in important issues. Asking and answering questions in important
issues teaches the mind to think independently and look for the sound answers,
not nonsense answers, to important issues. America with an educational system
teaching no moral values, only paganism and barbarianism, is tearing America
apart and making American streets as dangerous as major war zones in many
areas. When America had prayer and the Bible in their public schools, the
streets and cities were civilized and even if I were an atheist which I am not,
I would like to live in a civilized nation where I do not have to worry all the
time about who is out to murder me or family because we have raised a nation of
pagans and barbarians who are not civilized in their thinking or actions in
life. And a national economic study around 1987 concluded that it could add
maybe one trillion dollars a year to the collective salaries of all workers in
America to restore prayer and the Bible to the public schools of America.. That
also is a trillion dollar bigger market for American business to sell to!
Pass this report around as this is the big fight coming for whether America
returns to the Christian America of 1776 or else the brave new world offered us
by Obama who wants to turn America into major kill zones and war zones and
totally trash America as a nation, people, and culture wisely founded in 1776.
In 1776, America was founded upon the soundest principles of Christian values
strangely copying the same basic principles for general society taught by first
Christianity on earth! I studied the early Christian writings for years as I figured
they knew true Christianity being taught by the Apostles or else true
Christianity had never been established on earth!
