Is the RCEP the real reason for North Korea's behavior?

The zionist banker group may appear to be powerful to America and Europe, because America and Europe are tightly within it's grasp. However, their hold on the world economy via the U.S. dollar may not be all it is cracked up to be.
The Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership which could be compared to an oriental form of NAFTA presents a serious threat to the superiority of the dollar as a reserve currency in the global economic marketplace. Combined, the RCEP member states have a GDP much larger than the United States, and as a group, via the RCEP agreement, these countries have agreed to trade with each other via their own currencies, thus bypassing the need to use the US dollar as a trade medium.
The RCEP took form on November 20th, 2012. And that date is significant - Think back a while - when did North Korea begin acting so belligerently? When did they do their nuke test? When did they launch their missile that probably got shot down? The timeline fits. And North Korea sits within the RCEP group of nations. I'd bet they are getting paid to act belligerently.
Now the focus is away from Iran. It's all North Korea now. Why did the zionists suddenly begin ignoring Iran, only to put the spotlight on North Korea? Could it be that there is a greater economic threat looming for their Rockefeller banker dollar, a threat greater than Iran's private central bank? I would hedge my bet that ANY country capable of owning and running a nuclear reactor, ANY country capable of building rockets and nuclear warheads, is not too stupid to do the math and understand that 2 or 3 nuclear warheads launched from an area a few hundred kilometers across to a target that is enormous is a stupid idea, when the target can respond with thousands of nuclear warheads in return. I don't think North Korea is serious with any of these threats, and I would bet that instead, there is a greater chance that NK has been given an incentive by the Rothchild or Rockefeller bankers and their cronies to act belligerently on the world stage in exchange for a payoff.
I would bet they have been told to make a little noise, and nothing will happen. Just do not launch. And what happens next? How about making a few of Magna BSP's owls hoot? It would be a pristine false flag. After all, North Korea said they would do it, RIGHT? Think about that - NK threatens. Something goes BOOM. Perfect setup; - and then, the Rockefeller group rolls their military right into the midst of the RCEP nations, breaks lots of stuff, and re-instates it's own economic order, complete with forced dollar compliance.Far fetched idea? I don't think it is too far off the mark at all.

I would say that there is a high probability of a nuke going off somewhere now, and that Kim Jong will not be responsible, but he will definitely have the blame rammed down his throat. Quake near Bushehr Iran probably a warning shot

I have concluded that the quake near Bushehr Iran was not likely to have been natural. There are several reasons for this. However, a nuclear weapon test or nuclear warning shot can be ruled out fairly easily. I have not been able to find a seismogram for the 6.3 that happened this morning, but I did find a six megabyte text file containing the raw data in text format which amounted to a once per millisecond readout of the peak intensities of the quake. From reading this data, it appears that the quake had a preamble before reaching peak intensity, which does not happen with a nuclear weapon. However -
The quake, as is usual for Haarp quakes, happened at a depth of 10 KM according to the USGS, and 12 KM according to the Iranians, who pegged the intensity at a 6.1. This shallow depth is indicative of a Haarp triggered earthquake, all of the Haarp quakes thus far have been shallow quakes happening at a depth of 10 KM, - that 10 KM depth was spoken of in the mails from Japan, as well as a spinning feeling to the quake rather than the bumps and jolts typical of a natural quake.
For those of you who do not know about earthquake intensities and damage that can be caused - seismic readings only loosely correlate with how strong the quake feels at the surface. A seismic intensity reading only tells you how much energy was released during a quake. So if the quake is shallow, at 10 KM depth, a natural six will shake the surface badly, and the effects will be localized. If the same natural six quake occurred at 100 km depth, it would not shake the surface above it as much, but it would be felt a greater distance away. This rule applies to natural earthquakes
Haarp quakes appear to behave differently. All haarp quakes so far have been shallow earthquakes which are not as damaging to the surface above them as their seismic equivalent would indicate they should have been if they happened at such a shallow depth, yet they can be felt a great distance away from the epicenter, which should also not be possible of a quake occurring at such a shallow depth. After this quake, there were reports from across the Persian gulf,(a great distance away for a low six quake to affect) that the quake badly swayed buildings in a few of the major coastal cities, and had a smooth spinning feel to it. This spinning feeling was also reported of the 3/11 Japan quake and aftershocks, where initially people in Japan, who are well accustomed to the feel of earthquakes, did not recognize the earthquakes as being quakes at all, and attributed the shaking to other causes. (if you read through the mails from Japan, they speak all about how the quake and aftershocks did not appear to be natural)
The Bushehr earthquake was of short duration, and I would expect the death toll to be fairly low, despite the shallow depth simply because it appears to have been a Haarp quake.
All of what I have said above could be changed, it is too soon after this quake for any other news about it to become available. But the 10 KM depth and the fact that it was only a low six combined with the fact that it was strongly felt across the gulf hints to me at least one thing - it did not happen naturally at all. Iran issued a statement about the nuclear power facility at Busher, which has thus far amounted to them stating that the facility was designed to handle a larger quake than this.

UPDATE:

The quake was indeed minor at the surface for a 6.3 at 10 KM depth, and resulted in 37 deaths and 100 additional hospitalizations, which are extremely low numbers for such a shallow quake at that intensity. Iran is an ancient country with many old structures that do not survive earthquakes well (though the modern cities are very well built). The low casualty numbers pretty much give this one away. One curiosity - the nuclear facility reported that its operations were unaffected. This is odd, because they did not even mention shutting down which is normal procedure for even a minor tremor (sub 4 range).

Simpson, of Longview, Texas, testified that air passengers have long complained about the pat down procedures conducted by the Transportation Security Administration. He told the Associated Press, “The problem is this effort at security is really treating travelers, innocent people, as criminal suspects and making them submit to unreasonable, very intrusive searches,” he believes security agents are regularly “violating peoples’ most sacred areas of their bodies”.
As major airports continue to replace metal detectors with the full body scanners  people are choosing to opt out of the radiation, and stored naked images of those machines.  They then are forced to opt in to a full body pat down. Rep. Simpson’s House Bill 80 would make it illegal for any government employee to “intentionally” touch the private areas of a traveler.
The 2011 version of this bill passed  the Texas House and later failed after threats from the federal government that flights in and out of Texas might be stopped should the bill pass.
“A News-Journal open records request to Gov. Rick Perry revealed his office fielded more than 10,000 phone calls, emails and other correspondence, from May 16 to June 20 of 2011 in favor of Simpson’s bill.”
in June 2011 Governor Perry called the bill a priority for a special session he called. After some political games the bill was held off and did not pass. Rep. Simpson has been vocal about the experience since and about his desire to reintroduce the measure.

The current bill has been carefully crafted by Simpson in order to allay his colleagues fears of the federal government. Critics believe the feds will step in once more and issue another  threat. US Gov. Admitted to Spraying “Paraquat” Poison on Marijuana in 1980′s

In the 1980′s the director of the Drug Enforcement Administration admitted to using a poison named “Paraquat” on Marijuana crops, potentially harmful for drug users and the entire surrounding ecosystem.

Yesterday i published an article on the history of prohibition, discussing how the US Government added poison to industrial alcohol to discourage consumption. People continued to drink it, so the government added more and they killed 10,000 people.
Many of our readers sent in emails and made comments informing us that a similar case occurred in the past few decades, where the government poisoned marijuana crops with a chemical named “Paraquat”.  This was admitted by the DEA as reported by the New York Times:
The director of the Drug Enforcement Administration said today that the Government would use the herbicide paraquat and two others in a stepped-up campaign to eradicate domestically grown marijuana.The use of paraquat, banned from national forests in 1983 because of environmental concerns, was announced by the director, John C. Lawn, at a news conference.
A drug agency spokesman, Cornelius Dougherty, subsequently said that, in light of a 1983 ruling by Federal Judge June Green, paraquat would be sprayed for marijuana eradication on private land, not on public property. The other two herbicides cited by Mr. Lawn, 2,4D and glyphosate, are not involved in the ruling and could be used on public lands, a spokesman said.
Jay Feldman, coordinator of the National Coalition Against the Misuse of Pesticides, said: ”The other two chemicals don’t have the same restrictions, but while that may be complying with the letter of the law, it is violating the principles that protect national lands to ensure the protection of wildlife habitats and recreation areas.”
Paraquat, which is used in agriculture to clear fields before planting and after harvest, is an acid that can produce severe lung damage in humans if ingested.  However, The government statement completed in July 1985 and found that ”there is a slight risk that heavy smokers of marijuana could be affected by paraquat-sprayed marijuana.” Totally downplaying the dangers that this chemical could have to humans.
As i have discussed over this past week in relation to the drug war, in the black market one of the major drawbacks is that there is no accountability among the people selling the drug. Since anyone can get kidnapped and thrown in a cage for even dealing with the stuff, it really doesn’t make sense for people to be plastering their names and logos all over the drugs.
In this age of corporate mercantilism logos and branding may seem like a really tacky idea, but when looking at the black market we can see the value in such things. Someone who is selling a product with their name on it, is going to go through far greater lengths to ensure the quality of their product, as opposed to someone who would remain anonymous.
This anonymity creates an incentive for people to be dishonest with what they sell. This could lead to rip offs, or downright contamination of the drug with unwanted harmful substances. This is why there was bathtub gin that would make you go blind if your drank it during alcohol prohibition. This is also the reason why some of the harder street drugs today are cut with toxic chemicals that increase the chance of overdose ten fold.

An MI5 source says the articles above are disinformation related to ongoing attempts to seize massive wealth controlled by the UK royal family. What is clear is that heavy infighting is going on at the top. There are many seemingly unrelated events, notably meteorite falls and disease outbreaks, that may in fact be signs of cabal infighting. During the last week meteorites (rocks that actually land) and meteors (ones that explode in the sky) were reported in Russia, Japan, Cuba and Florida (were Obama was staying for a top secret “golf game”). In the midst of all this Russia has dispatched nuclear bombers to threaten US bases while North Korea, acting as a proxy for Japan,
revealed to the world it had intercontinental nuclear missile capability. This was a message by the Japanese to the Chinese, Russians and Americans that it was not some stuffed turkey ready to be carved up.
With the Pope, Queen Beatrix, the Bushes and the Rockefellers out of the picture, the struggle now seems to be between backers of President Barak “Thunder of Satan” Obama, the British Monarchy, the gnostic illuminati and the Asian secret societies.
Obama was taken to Florida over the weekend for some secret mission and apparently happened to be there just in time for a meteor shower.
Is this a coincidence? Remember the Russian “meteorite” fall came after homosexually bonded Skull and Bones slave and opium secret society US Secretary of State John Kerry was repeatedly ignored by Russia’s foreign minister. It also came after two Russian nuclear bombers entered US airspace near the Guam military base in the Pacific. It could all be a coincidence but then again it could be big boys waving their toys at each other.

We can only hope that if the next pope is named Peter the Roman, that he will merely be the last Roman pope before the Roman Catholic Church merges with the Orthodox Christian and Protestant Churches and it ceases to be “Roman.” We must all pray that Rome and its priceless artistic, architectural and cultural heritage survive.
The photograph in the link above of the Pope making a masonic handshake with the Queen in front of a blonde boy in a kilt does raise a lot of questions.
It is true that most members of the British Commonwealth have been brought up with the Queen as a benevolent symbol with little real power. During my childhood she was presented as a symbol of all that was good and great about the British people and the British Empire (the bad stuff they did was not the Queen’s fault).
However, the Queen as a symbol may not be the same thing as the queen as a human being. A first cousin of the Queen has told me in the past about human sacrifices presided over by the Queen at Balmoral castle. What the Queen needs to do, if she is to survive the ongoing onslaught, is to come clean about any skeletons in her closet and ask for the forgiveness of her people.

In Asia, meanwhile, now that the Chinese New Lunar Year’s holidays are ending, the new regime of Xi Jinping will formally take over the reins of government. Weld County Sheriff John Cooke told the paper that the proposed lawsuit would argue the laws violate Second Amendment rights. He said the lawsuit would likely be filed within the next few weeks. The group County Sheriffs of Colorado has opposed a ban on high-capacity magazines, and about a dozen Colorado sheriffs spoke against the new laws during President Obama's visit this week. The laws take effect July 1. The group's board of directors decided against joining the lawsuit as a plaintiff, according to County Sheriffs' executive director, Chris Olson, the Post reported. Cooke told the Post he anticipates more sheriffs will join the lawsuit, though some of his colleagues reportedly oppose the legal effort. San Miguel County Sheriff Bill Masters told the paper he doesn't think the newly-passed laws will be effective but he won't be signing on to the lawsuit. "I'm not going to sue anybody for anything. I understand the frustration but I wouldn't do that," Masters said. In a letter to residents last week, Douglas County Sheriff David Weaver warned that the state's new gun laws are going to be difficult, if not impossible, to enforce and won't stop another mass shooting. Weaver said ammunition magazines shouldn't be limited and said criminals will just steal them or buy them out-of-state.
